West Ham 1-1 Liverpool - THINGS YOU MISSED - Duration: 1:40.

Liverpool's Premier League lead stands at just three points after Jurgen Klopp's men were held to a 1-1 draw by West Ham at the London Stadium

Sadio Mane gave the visitors the lead in the 22nd minute before Michail Antonio capitalised on a lack of defensive concentration to equalise six minutes later

Sportsmail took a look at some of things you may have missed from the London Stadium

Behind enemy lines Few children wouldn't feel nervous prior to playing the role of mascot for a Premier League game but Liverpool's looked particularly apprehensive as he waited in the tunnel ahead of kick off

Sky's cameras turned to the youngtser standing alone with his back against the wall with the entire West Ham team lined up in front of him

He certainly looked far more comfortable once he was joined by his heroes in red.    Milner passes BecksJames Milner teed up Sadio Mane to give Liverpool the lead in the first half and the assist was a notable one for the Premier League veteran

It was his 81st in the English top flight, taking him ahead of former Manchester United winger David Beckham

Only six players have ever contributed more with Ryan Giggs (162), Cesc Fabregas (111) and Wayne Rooney (103) making up the top three

Some may be surprised to see Milner among such company but lets not forget Monday was his 505th appearance in the league

Beckham made just 265.   But he shouldn't have done Milner may have recorded his 81st assist but replays showed he shouldn't have done

The 33-year-old was a good two yards offside when he was played through on the right by Adam Lallana

It really wasn't even one for debate. Terrible from linesman Simon Beck.  The linesman's other mistake Beck made an awful decision to allow Liverpool's goal to stand and that wasn't the only bad one he had made, at least according to fans watching at home

When the television cameras focused on the referee's assistant following the controversial opener, viewers were exposed to a rather questionable haircut

In fact many thought it was so bad that it actually overshadowed the huge officiating mistake itself

Two can play at that game Liverpool came under fire when their ground staff only cleared snow from the goal the penalty area they would be attacking during half-time in last week's clash with Leicester at Anfield

And West Ham decided to play them at their own game on Monday with their ground staff choosing only to repair the divots in the half that they would be attacking in the second half

GOOD ADVICE! You Have to Trust Your Team! - Duration: 2:38.

I wanted to talk to you guys about trust... trust in your employees or trust in people that are working around you

that you bring on to your team... whether you are in business or whether it is a film set and you are hiring a crew....

you have got to trust people because... this happens all the time..

People have been burned in the past.. specifically in the entertainment business you have been burned in the past... You always have that guard up

not trusting people and allowing them in because ow what happened to you in the past..

The danger of that is... is that you are putting everybody in a box.

And if you put everybody in a box and you stay there.. you are never going to build a successful team because....

because you are always going to be looking for the faults in people as opposed to what they could potentially bring.

What I would recommend is to put that aside.

You are going to get burned.. it is going to happen.. no matter how good you are .. people are going to burn you.

And there is nothing you can do about it. So what I would recommend is just making sure that you don't have your guard way up

and you give people a chance.

because the fact of the matter is.. if they are going to do something shady....or they are going to go behind your back..

or do something that is just not ethical.. they are going to do that anyway and they are going to do that with the next employer too...

eventually, that character trait is going to show up in every single thing that they do

what you should do is show pity for them...but all you can do...

is brush it off because you are going to get burned.. you are going to get hurt...

it is going to keep happening.. but if you have that guard up and you can't hire people...

because of that.. it is going to be a problem. So don't allow that to...

be your road block for building your team. Whether is is for your company or for a production or something...

like that.. don't allow that to happen.. bring them on.. test them out.

give them the best advice you can, work with them.

but that is how you are going to be able to be successful. But don't let a couple of bad apples spoil

your future in building what ever it is you want to build.

So, I wanted to leave you with that this morning. Make sure that you don't get caught in that trap of not trusting any more.

God bless!

Missing student's parents make emotional plea for 'beautiful girl' to get in touch - Duration: 11:31.

Missing student's parents make emotional plea for 'beautiful girl' to get in touch

The parents of missing Libby Squire have made an emotional appeal for information as police search a river behind her student home.

Libby, 21, disappeared after a night out in Hull on Thursday and was last seen getting out of a taxi near her the terraced house she shares with friends.

Police and fellow students have been frantically searching the area ever since, with divers and boat crews scouring a river in the Yorkshire city today.

Fighting back tears this morning, her mother Lisa said: 'Libby, my darling pie, we just want to know that you are safe.

'Please get in touch with us any way you can. The whole family is missing you, especially me and your dad, your sisters and your brother. 'I miss you so much it's breaking my heart not knowing where you are.

Police tonight played down claims a taxi driver was driving around the area around the time of Libby's disappearance.

In the statement filmed by Humberside Police, Libby's father, Russell Squire, described his daughter as 'our kind, thoughtful, beautiful girl, who is loved by so many people'.

He appealed for people to come forward with any information 'no matter how small or irrelevant it may be'. Mr Squire, from High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire, added: 'We just want you home.

Libby was spotted getting in a taxi after leaving the 'Welly Club' in Hull, East Yorkshire, at around 11pm on Thursday. She was also seen returning to her student home.

But rather than going straight inside, she is believed to have walked around the area and then failed to come home.

Speaking this afternoon, Humberside Chief Superintendent Phil Ward said: 'While her location is not yet known, this does not mean she has come to harm, but we must carry out a thorough investigation and explore all possibilities.

'We are continuing to support Libby's parents, who understandably are distressed and anxious as to the safety of their daughter. He appealed to any drivers who may have passed Libby to bring forward dashcam footage.

He added: 'Over the last four days we have carried out extensive land and house searches in the areas she was last seen, with numerous house to house enquiries made and people spoken to, in an attempt to find Libby or information as to where she may be.

'We have also obtained and viewed hours of CCTV footage to try and trace Libby's movements that night, and to identify anyone in the area who may be of interest to the investigation.

'In addition, we have received numerous calls from members of the public with information, assistance from students at the university carrying out searches within the uni and witnesses coming forward to help with the investigation.

Libby's Her family have said her disappearance is 'very out of character', adding that she is a 'very thoughtful and caring woman, who always put other people before herself'.

Libby - who was wearing a black long sleeved top, leather jacket and black denim skirt with lace - reportedly looked 'very drunk' as she was getting out of the taxi after her night at the club, witnesses say.

The second-year Philosophy and Religion student was then seen 45 minutes later less than half a mile away sat on a bench at the junction of Beverley Road and Haworth Street.

Crime scene investigators were seen on Sunday night swabbing a door at a property on Wellesley Avenue. The team - who had been at the property for over an hour - also used ultra-violet light and torches on the front door.

Police sniffer dogs teams combed nearby roads and gardens over the weekend. Specialist teams are also carrying out searches around the River Hull.

Police have ruled out three items found near where she was last seen - including a lip gloss and screwdriver - and said they are 'part of another investigation'.

A police spokesman said there 'was nothing to suggest, at this stage, that the items retrieved by forensic officers near the spot where Libby Squire was last seen [on CCTV] are connected with the investigation into her disappearance.

Miss Squire's close friend Ryan Tweddle said Miss Squire had been in good spirits and was 'a bit drunk and hugging everyone' on the night she disappeared. He added: 'She is lovely and always loving.

She is very bubbly and is always joking.' Mr Tweddle said police had taken items from her student room including her phone, which she did not take with her on the night she disappeared.

Libby's friends have been taking part in searches and appealing for information through social media. Posting pictures of herself with Miss Squire, friend Rachel Christi wrote: 'Please help us find my oldest and best friend. Please help us bring her home x.'.

Her best friend Lauren Goodman wrote on Twitter: 'I beg that no one gives up until she is found. She's been my best friend for the best part of a decade now, and we've been through so much together.

I just can't bear to lose her now.'. Olivia Hemingway, a student on the same course as Miss Squire, said: 'She is bright, really really bright. Intimidatingly so, she is so intelligent. She literally used to help me all the time.'.

Miss Squire moved into her student house with two other flatmates four months ago. It is just around the corner from Barmston Drain, a waterway which has been the scene of numerous drowning tragedies over the years.

Hull university students Leon Caplin and Tom Tully, who live opposite Miss Squire, then saw her being dropped off outside her front door on Wellesley Avenue shortly after 11pm.

Mr Tully, 20, said yesterday: 'She was too drunk to be on her own. She was very drunk. She was dressed all in black.

'The taxi dropped her off. She got out and was walking down the street. She fell over a couple of times.'. It is understood she was then seen in the neighbouring Beverley and Beresford Roads either side of midnight.

Local resident Kay Lashley was among those who joined the search. She said: 'Every day we are looking, but as the days go by it's just less and less likely she is found.

'I really hope she is found soon though, just so the poor family can have some closure.

In a statement released on Sunday, Detective Superintendent Simon Gawthorpe said: 'There are a number of leads we are following up and I want to offer my thanks to everyone who has come forward with information, your help has been invaluable.

'We're trying to trace Libby's steps and piece together her movements that night. DS Gawthorpe added 'We know she got into a taxi outside the Welly Club on Beverley Road at around 11pm on Thursday, 31st January.

'Libby got out of the taxi a short while later near her home address on Wellesley Avenue, but was later seen on CCTV on Beverley Road, close to the junction with Haworth Street at around 11. 45pm.

'We're keen to speak to anyone who may have been on Haworth Street, which is almost adjacent to Beresford Avenue, between 11. 30am as part of this line of enquiry, to understand Libby's movements that night.

'Officers will be conducting further house to house enquiries in the Beresford Avenue area, Haworth Street and around Beverley Road today and special constables will be out on patrol in the areas.

'We have specialist teams again out today carrying out searches and we are working with Humberside Fire and Rescue and the Coastguard, who will be around the River Hull.

'I completely understand people will want to help with the searches, but I would please ask that you instead continue to help us by coming forward with any information, no matter how small or insignificant you think it may be, as it could link together with information we already have and help us to find Libby.

'We need your help with information to piece together Libby's movements, to find her and return her home safely to her family. 'Anyone with information that would help with our investigation should call us on 101 quoting log 29 1 February 2019.

Give Credit and Expand in Your Presentations - Duration: 1:46.

As an executive speech coach, I often have the opportunity to listen to

great speakers. Now one mistake many speakers make is to quote other

authorities without giving them credit. I believe take what a great individual

said and then develop it into your own ideas. For example, at a conference in

London I just heard Jane Goodall speak a marvellous story about her life. And then

in Q&A she was asked, "Jane you are 85 years old, you travelled 300 days a year

when are you gonna slow down?" And she said, "This year I travelled more than 300 days,

an 85 you don't slow down; you speed up, you've got less time." So as a busy

professional myself , whose friends have been saying, "Patricia you've been telling

us for years you're gonna slow down." I have changed my story. From now, I am

not slowing down; I am speeding up. But may I suggest, you

speed up with the amount of time you spend with your friends. You speed up

incorporating your favorite activities more frequently. You speed up

professionally, but only with the clients that you are a good match for. So I

suggest you take an idea and think, "If I'm developing a segment of content

around that, what is my point of view, giving credit to the authority." And speed

up and do it.
