Waching daily Dec 31 2017

Welcome.

My name is Peter Strong.

Am a professional psychotherapist and I offer therapy over Skype for the treatment of anxiety,

panic attacks, depression, emotional trauma and many other forms of emotional and psychological

problems that benefit from psychotherapy.

This system of psychotherapy that I offer over Skype is called mindfulness therapy,

which is extremely effective for managing anxiety.

It teaches you how to break free from those cycles of reactive thinking that feed anxiety

and also depression.

It helps you develop a different relationship with your thoughts and with your memories

and with your emotions in general so that you don't become overwhelmed by them, so that

you don't come consumed by your emotional reactions.

This is an essential process to develop in any style of psychotherapy that you choose.

You have to break free from that habitual tendency to react and feeds the fire of your

anxiety or depression.

Mindfulness Therapy is especially effective for doing this.

If you're interested in learning more about therapy over Skype then do please go to my

website and read more about this online therapy service.

Contact me with any questions that you may have and let's schedule a Skype Therapy session

so you can see for yourself how effective the mindfulness therapy approach can be for

overcoming anxiety or depression.

The service is available throughout North America and beyond.

All you need for Skype therapy is a good internet connection and a quiet place where you can

conduct your online therapy sessions.

So, please contact me with any questions you have and let's schedule a trial psychotherapy

session over Skype so you can evaluate for yourself just how effective this approach

is.

Most people that I work with have already tried conventional counseling, many have already

tried some form of medication, and generally have found these approaches not to be particularly

effective.

Because, they simply had relieve symptoms for a while but do very little to change the

underlying process that causes your anxiety or depression, that is uncontrolled habitual

reactive thinking.

So, if you like to really make a change and change the underlying cause of your emotional

suffering then please contact me and let's schedule a trial session.

Thank you.

When A Screenwriter Says, "This Is The Greatest Script You Will Ever Read" by Lee Jessup - Duration: 10:09.

Film Courage: Continuing on with fighting for the work.

Let's suppose you're working with someone and they come to you and you either have someone

who is self-deprecating and "mouse-like" or someone who is more of an over-confident

braggart.

Either one is probably detrimental to getting their work out.

Lee Jessup: Yes!

Film Courage: So what are your rules for either breaking down the braggart or maybe you're

not doing this?

Or boosting up the mouse?

Lee Jessup: With the mouse…I just talked to one such mouse this morning who takes very

failure, every "no" as a testament to her own life long, predestined failure.

And so I have very hard brutal conversations about the fact that there will be a lot of

rejections, there will be a lot of no's at every level.

At every level of this industry, nothing is ever perfect.

Nothing is just ever handed to you.

And so it's important to me to have a lot of candid conversations about learning not

to take the no's with quite as much weight, because if you do, it's just never ending,

right?

It's just a recipe for disaster.

So we talk a lot about conviction in the work, believing in your work, believing in your

potential, not needing to rely on other people for your own self-worth.

Because really, that's what it boils down to.

And so we talk a lot about that and fattening up people's lives.

So making sure that my writers that are mousey have their sources, their dependable sources

of fun.

That it's not about the writing all the time.

Because the other side of it is, if it's just the writing, if it's all about the

writing, all the time and nothing else, eventually they will have nothing else to invest in the

writing itself.

They will have nothing to bring to the writing.

So it's really kind of filling our their lives and making sure they they are fulfilled

on many different levels and it's not just the writing that defines them.

Because if it is only the writing that defines you, A) you will become a very boring writer

and B) it will never be fulfilling enough ever…and I've seen that a million times.

Hemingway committed…there is something to learn there.

And so the ones who are…tend to be a little bit more "braggy."

Tend to be a little bit more egotistical, a bit more full of themselves, we will talk

a lot about how their behavior is coming off, and I will do a lot of meeting prep with them

and "the way you are talking about that (to me) comes off a certain way" and you

may want to pay attention to these things.

That's why I am here.

I am here to reflect that and be a mirror to those things.

And so we will certainly talk about how those things come off and that we can't afford

that.

Nobody wants to work with someone who is completely full of themselves.

I had recently a conversation with a manager about a client of mine who he represents.

And he says "I think this client couldn't care less about my opinion."

And I said "Well, actually I think it is quite the contrary.

I think that he is desperate to impress you.

And I think because of that he may be coming off a little bit more bigger and boastful

but it's out of desperation to get you on his side, to get you to rally behind him.

It's not for lack of respect, it's because of respect that he's behaving that way."

So many times writers don't have me as a go-between to communicate to their agents

or their managers or the executive that they are working with so a lot of it is me talking

to them as "Listen, this is how I am reading you right now.

I know it doesn't sound fun and I'm sorry to say this and I love you and I know what

a great person you are, but this is how I am reading this.

Is this how you want me to read this?

If you are fine with it, keep going.

But I am reading this as someone who thinks they are smarter than anyone else in the room."

Nobody wants to work with that.

Film Courage: Can I hear some examples?

Let's suppose conversations with the self-deprecating writer versus conversations with the braggart,

because maybe this person doesn't recognize who they are?

The braggart….the most obvious and overt ones are the braggarts that will come in and

say (and these are usually not professional writers.

Professional writers don't do this and have learned better and have broken because they

don't.

But it has happened).

"This is the greatest script you are ever going to read!"

"I am the Michael Jordan of screenwriting."

Whoah!

Hold on…these are things that have been said to me, for the record.

"This is the script you've been waiting for."

"Take this script on vacation.

This is my vacation gift to you."

"I want you sit at sunset and read it on the veranda because this will make your vacation."

So those things have been said to me.

You know, you want to steer clear of "This is the greatest, this is the best script ever!"

You can certainly say "This is the greatest thing I've ever written, I'm really proud

of it, I've worked really hard at it.

You know, I have eight scripts behind me and this is my best one."

That's not braggery, that is genuine.

But somebody coming in and saying "Oh, my Gosh.

This is so much better than anything else out there."

I had one writer, a working writer, no longer a working writer, who used to be very, very

successful, had fallen from grace (a bit, not a great deal) but who used to every year

write a list of all the screenplays that were nominated for academy awards and then write

arguments for why his script was better and send it out in Christmas cards.

Not a good idea!

Just not a good idea.

If you are saying to me that your script, that is unproduced, that nobody wants to pick

up, that has been read by everybody, but nobody loved it, is better than ARGO, you're…hhmmm.

It's a problem.

So that's the braggery side and of course the examples I've brought in are a little

bit on the extreme side of it, but I think you get the tone of it.

The more self-defeating writers, it's usually conversation about "I got this rejection.

I know that I will never be the person I want to be."

There's usually a direct connection about what rejection means about the person, not

about the script or the person reading the script.

"I'm not going to make it as a writer.

I will never be happy.

I will never be fulfilled.

I'm just a loser.

I didn't make it in this contest."

I can't tell you the rhyme or reason of screenwriting contest.

I've been in this industry forever and I still don't understand them.

And I have writers say "I didn't make the quarter finals in the Nichol, I'm a

loser, I know that I'm a loser now, I'm a bad writer."

Hold on, there's going to be lots more rejections, there's going to be lots more opportunities

to be a loser.

Don't jump at the chance so quickly.

But for a lot of writers it's very real.

And don't get me wrong, every writer has a moment or 15 of being self-defeatist.

You know, I have one writer who is a working writer who is always saying if you're not

thinking about quitting at least twice a week you are doing something wrong.

And I believe him.

I think it's very, very true.

I think every writer thinks they are failing at a moment, every writer thinks that they

are not good enough, every writer thinks that they are never going to recreate the past

success that they've had.

I think that's perfectly part of the deal, but seeing everything as a failure, as an

indication that you are just a loser.

Or that you are just a bad writer.

Or you are just a bad person.

That is what I see in the more self-defeated writers.

And the problem is that nobody wants to work with that.

Nobody wants to be in a room with that.

Nobody wants to pick up your script as a validation to who you are as a human being.

They want to pick it up your script because it's a great script and they want to bring

you in the room because they think you have something to contribute.

Not because they think that you need the room and that's a big distinction.

Film Courage: So are you giving these people pep talks or that's not really what your

job is about?

Lee Jessup: Oh…I give people pep talks…I'm Israeli, I'm married to a New Yorker, so

there's a lot of tough love in the picture.

You know, admittedly I get a lot of tears from a lot of people and I want to be the

safe space to that and the place for writers to voice frustration and I certainly try to

support them through it.

There are writers where if I see that we are getting to a place where every time we meet

it is just horrible and the writer is in pieces, I will ask "Why in the world are you doing

this?"

It's more important to be happy than be a writer, what are you doing?

I will have those conversations.

There are pep talks, there is tough love and there is a shoulder to give.

I recognize that this is a really, really hard profession.

You know, I was talking to a writer this morning who was really frustrated with a set of notes

that she was given on a pilot that she just sold but the draft that she turned in, she

wasn't delighted with.

And it took a toll on her because she really wants to do the best at every thing.

And it brought her to the question "Why am I doing this?"

And this is not her first time to the rodeo and "Should I really keep going because

this happens every time?"

And I said to her "You know, the day you sold this pilot, you called me on the drive

home after the pilot sold in the room and you told me that this was one of the happiest

days in your life.

Now you are having a bad day, this is not one of the worst days of your life and because

of that you are going to keep going."

And that's the truth of the matter, we are all going to have bad days here and I'm

here to support my writers though them but it's about understanding when there are

some bad days and when it's all bad days.

Social Network Integrated - NetEase Minecraft Chinese Pocket Edition (我的世界手游) Review - Duration: 10:23.

In 2017, NetEase released Minecraft as 我的世界 for Chinese, not only on PC, but also on the

phone.

Last video, I mentioned I will make a PE video.

And there you go.

[Music]

But, before we continue, we need to know.

How they treat the old PE players?

PROMOTE A LOT!

GET ON STOCK!

REMOVE GLOBAL!

7 DOLLAR SKIN!

FAIL BADLY [Bleep]

For the iOS version, I can download directly from the App Store.

For the Android version, if you want to play the official Minecraft, you have to go to

NetEase website to download it.

If you downloaded the official version, you will get a pop-up telling you to login with

your NetEase account.

If you are too lazy, just downloaded from your built-in App Store or something that

is not official, you will not be able to login with your NetEase account.

The same as PC, if you are online, you will get a force update.

[Music]

So how about offline gaming?

[Yelling]

[Explotion]

Hello?

Anyone here?

I am still alive!

Oh it's time to play some Minecraft PE I think.

[Music]

And now you can see, our map created before is here.

[Music]

So in offline gaming, it is great.

After finishing the update, we will get into

the mainpage of the game.

But you can see.

IS THIS MINECRAFT?

There are five tabs in total.

The first tab is about something like Facebook... or Faceblock?

For example, there are comments section.

You can comment to the post.

However I can't see what I type.

So what I am typing, I don't know, I have to check it again and again.

Nice job, NetEase.

Besides, you can like to the post, or repost the post.

Of course, you can delete your posts.

You can also send the posts by your self, just like the ehh...

You know, Faceblock.

You can select photos, and type something, then post it out.

You can even send a screenshot in-game with one click.

The second tab is about Friends.

The importance of friends in Chinese PE is shown on the official promotion.

This is the friends list.

You can click on a guy and look at his/her posts.

And also send private message.

There are also official accounts you can follow, err... if you want to add friends, oh no,

that's impossible.

You can also join the multiplayer by clicking on the specific message, but that guy should

be hosting a room.

And actually after I recorded this, they updated something about friend system to combine PC

and PE's friends list.

So there comes a question.

If you are too lazy, just downloaded from your built-in App Store or something that

is not official, you will not be able to login with your NetEase account.

[Hyper distorted sad violin]

The next tab is the main page.

Singleplayer, multiplayer, realms server and resource download center go from here.

There is a recent part where you can launch your last played map quickly.

Let's go to the resource center, because why not?

Featuring textures and maps are shown here.

This is the category.

Let's take a look at the map first.

So you can see there are lots of maps you can download.

This map costs me 200 emeralds.

And sometimes your downloaded map does not even work properly.

By the way if you logging in with the NetEase account, you can sync your emeralds and diamonds

between PC and PE.

[Hyper distorted sad violin]

Let's join the realms.

I random joined a public server.

As soon as we loaded, my first thought was...

Is this server has walked through by the grievers?

I joined another server, but got the same result.

[Music]

2000 years later

Let's check the version, but it said you are not allowed to use this command.

Why not build own one?

[Music]

[My Heart Will Go On Flute]

Stop the [Bleep] realms server!

On the top left of the page, you can see the Steve with...

[MLG]

Actually is the place to edit your skins in game.

[My Heart Will Go On Flute]

But now, you can set your custom PNG skin from your gallery.

[Music]

By the way, you can't set 32x64 skins for that.

[Music]

Let's see if it will work in the multiplayer.

I go to rebuild my realms, then start the game.

Then on the other side, I join the realms with another account.

As you can see, my custom skin on my iOS device is able to see.

But when we switch to the Android, I am Steve again, so it is just client-side only.

The only way to show skins in multiplayer is to rent skin for 30 days.

The fourth tab is the community, which works like a small Minecraft Forum.

You can see the posts they post here, and comment, or just upvote.

5 sub-forum are included: News, Minecraft Discussion, Suggestion, Walkthrough and Video.

All videos should be uploaded at CC broadcasting, which is NetEase's website.

"Me, the broadcaster, 18 years old now."

[Music]

And the last tab.

You can claim the daily rewards here.

And some limited activities.

What I think is really useful is the last one.

It names the game genius.

You can ask it for some useful tips and tricks of Minecraft PE.

So that's about the Chinese PE.

How do you think about it?

Let me know in the comments below, or just tell me what videos you want to watch in the

future.

Like for like, dislike for dislike, maybe you can consider clicking the subscribe button

down below.

And also, I wish you all guys have a happy new year.

See you in 2018.

RICH DAD POOR DAD by Robert Kiyosaki – Animated Book Summary - Motivational Video - Duration: 4:56.

I think you will be astonished to know that, 50% of the total wealth of our world is owned

by the top 1% people only.

So why it is like that?

Why most of us remain poor throughout our whole life?

Is it just because of luck?

Or there is something else?

This is what I'm going to share with you in this video from Robert Kiyosaki's all time

best selling book "Rich dad poor dad".

According to Robert, here the root problem is our education system.

The problem with our education system is that, whatever we learn up to 90% of that is useless

in our practical life.

So we collect the required practical education from our parents or from the people around

us.

Here the problem is unless our parents are in the world's top 1% people, instead of teaching

how to be rich unconsciously they teach us how to be poor.

Because they had also learned the same thing in their childhood.

If a kid asks to his parents, " why i need to study?" in most of the cases the answer

he gets, " Because you have to get a good job, so that you can earn a lot of money".

Robert Kiyosaki's poor dad means his own father who had a Ph.D. but who always struggled financially

used to say the same thing.

But Robert's rich dad means his friend's dad who had passed the 8th grade only and was

the richest man in Hawaii, used to say something different.

He said, " you need to get the best study so that you can open your own company and

create good jobs for other people."

Poor dad used to say, "you have to work for money " whereas rich dad used to say, " find

such a way so that money works for you ". As we don't have any rich dad around us so we

made the mistake to learn financial education from our poor dads.

Who teaches us nothing but how to live poor and die poor.

But nowadays dew to so advanced internet, it is not any more difficult for us to find

rich dads.

Robert kiyosaki, Napoleon Hill, Sandeep Maheshwari there are so many rich dads, and if we wish,

we can now easily learn from them over the internet.

Smart idea 1 Learning the right thing from the right person

After getting a job what does most of the people do?

They buy a new bike or something which they had desire for long time.

Now, i am going to define two words.

One is assets and the other is liabilities.

An assets is something which puts money into your pocket.

Like a rented house or a business or something from which we get a regular income.

On the other hand liabilities are those things which get money out of your pocket.

For example, a bike, it needs fuel four times in a week, or a expensive mobile which is

going to become useless after few days or months.

All of these are liabilities and these are the hindrance in the way of getting rich.

So then, should not we use bikes or expensive mobile phones?

No, that's not right.

You just only need to be careful that the maximum percentage of your income is invested

in assets and the minimum percentage is spent for the liabilities.

Means, first you need to keep aside a fixed maximum percentage of your income for investing

in assets then after all the required thing you should spend the minimum percentage on

the liabilities.

Then only you can gradually become rich.

If liabilities also become more and more with more income then the condition will be always

the same.

Smart idea 2 Maximum assets, minimum liabilities.

There are mainly two types of income process, one is active and another one is passive.

Active means you are getting paid only when you are working actively.

For example, a shop, when it is open and you are sitting their selling your products, only

in that time you are earning but when the shop is closed and you are sleeping at your

home there is no earning.

On the other hand passive income means when you are not even working then also you keep

earning.

For example, consider my this little YouTube channel, even when i am sleeping at my home,

viewers are watching my videos and from that I'm earning all the time.

Now, if you are working for active income only, then you are working for money, which

is used to be done by the poor dads.

But if you are working for passive incomes then money is working for you which is used

to be done by the rich dads.

Because if you only get paid only when you are actively working then in this short life

span there is no chance for you to get really rich.

Smart idea 3 Investing for passive incomes.

I have got these smart ideas from Robert Kiyosaki's book Rich Dad Poor Dad.

If you want to know in more details, you can buy this book from the link given below in

the description.

At last a little request to you, if you find this video useful in finding any kind of solution

for your life problems, then please share it with your loved ones.

Because by sharing you can also help to change someone's life.

And please let us know by commenting below, on which topic you would like to watch the

next video.

Because our main aim is to help you.

More wisdom, more solution, better life.

5 INTSAGRAM HACKS THAT YOU PROBABLY DON'T KNOW ABOUT | 2018 | Ethan Schrauf - Duration: 3:04.

He asked Ethan have we made it to the last video of the year so today

I'm giving you five brand new Instagram hacks of

2018

Now let's get on with the video

So have you ever wondered how to get unlimited colors on your story like you get like a few rows

And then you have the color picker which is alright because it could give you some colors

Well if you hold down on any color, and then if you slide up a little bit

Then you'll see a whole color board though with all of the colors. You can even do this on the black and white section

The next time I'm going to teach you how to do is how to organize your highlights?

Sometimes you may want to combine some highlights together or put multiple photos and videos into a highlight

so what you can do is to press plus new highlights, and then you can combine old highlights and

You can select each video in the highlight that you want in your combined

Highlight section so sometimes you don't really want to get the boomerang up or go into Instagram stories

And you just want to make a boomerang with the photos up, but how can I do that?

Well the first thing you want to do is you want to take a live photo?

And then you want to add that live photo to your story not like post it

But just add it to the starting screen like right before you post it

And then you want to hold down

Until it loads and says boomerang then you've got your boomerang made out of just a photo

Sometimes you want an entire screen of colors on your Instagram story or on a photo so it's really easy to edit

But it's really a big paint draw over the whole screen or make a solid color

And it can just be a really big paint so what you can do is you can pick a color?

You can use a color board trick if you want

And then you can hold down in the middle of the screen for two to three seconds

and then I'll go across the whole screen on the home Instagram page when you see a list of everyone's stories if

You don't want them to DM

You or watch your story, but still be able to look at your profile

You can hold down on their page and press new profile then they can't look at your profile anymore

I hope you guys enjoyed my five brand new Instagram hacks of

2018 and there will be more brand new videos really really soon

And I will see you guys next year

Don't forget to Like comment share and subscribe because there's going to be a brand new story time next week

7 Key Tips to Prevent Weight Gain As You Get Older - Australia 365 - Duration: 7:45.

7 Key Tips to Prevent Weight Gain As You Get Older

We all tend to gain a few extra pounds as we get older.

This isnt healthy.

However, it can be prevented, to a greater or lesser extent,  if you follow a series of recommendations.

If youve experienced weight gain over the years, take advantage of these tips and youll notice the difference.

In addition, you must keep in mind that what really causes weight gain is not so much aging, but the changes that occur in our different life habits.

To avoid gaining weight, do some exercise.

Its essential that you keep your body in motion.

You shouldnt forget that your metabolism slows down over the years, so its easier to gain weight.

To avoid this, its important to keep active and the best way to do this to do some moderate but constant physical activity.

With this healthy and simple habit, youll get stronger and have younger muscles and joints, which will stop the effects that aging has on your body.

Dont think that it takes too much time: three ten-minute sessions day are enough.

You can achieve great results by simply making a small effort.

Give it a try and youll notice the difference.

Keep your mind active.

You must also keep our mind active, just as you do with our body.

Dont forget to practice activities like daily reading and games such as:.

Crosswords Chess Sudoku.

These activities will stimulate different areas of the brain and speed up your memory and improve your concentration.

All this will help you prevent stress and depression and maintain a good quality of life.

It will also prevent you from binge eating as a result of stress.

Beware of low-calorie diets.

Many low-calorie diets can slow down your metabolism permanently.

This is because the body will try to conserve energy by consuming even fewer calories.

If you follow these strict diets frequently, this can result in a permanent drop in your metabolic rate.

Also, if you follow a diet that consists of less than 1,200 calories, your metabolism could destroy non-fatty tissues, such as muscle tissue.

This is why you be must be very careful.

Stick to diets that provide plenty of healthy nutrients and everything that your body needs.

Eat foods that contain flavonoids.

Foods rich in flavonoids can be your best allies for a balanced and healthy diet.

In fact, you can maintain your weight and even a slightly decrease it by increasing your consumption of flavonoids.

The greatest association with weight loss has been found in eating the following foods:.

Berries (blueberries, strawberries, cherries) Grapes Tea Apples Onions Leeks Broccoli.

You only need to add a piece of the fruits mentioned above to your daily diet for them to have a significant impact on your health.

 Keep your health in check.

The passage of time and aging bring with them conditions such as hypertension and osteoporosis, which can limit you when it comes to doing physical activity.

Adequately keeping your health in check will allow you to enjoy your life with more energy.

This will create a positive cycle.

After all, being in control of your health gives you more energy to exercise, which in turn is beneficial for making you feel healthy.

It will also help you to follow a balanced diet.

Watch out for weight gain from the outset.

You should watch out for any possible weight gain from the beginning.

Dont wait to see the pounds accumulate to try and get rid them because then itll be a lot harder and an emotionally challenging task.

Try to include healthy habits in your day to day life as soon as possible to avoid weight gain over years and prevent yourself from ending up with weight problems.

Establish schedules.

A body with schedules is a healthy body.

In reality, this simple habit will enhance weight loss and improve your metabolism.

This is supported by various studies that have found that individuals who eat within a range of eight to twelve hours experienced more healthy benefits in their body than those who are allowed to eat the same amount of calories at any time.

Try it out!.
