Fennel, Fennel vitality, and Forgiveness oil
it's Natalie with Living The Oil Life. Welcome to my channel. If it's your first

you have missed any of the past episodes of this series you can find that
playlist up there or the link will be in the description box. Like I said we are
talking about Fennel, Fennel Vitality, and Forgiveness oil. So the benefits of
fennel have been dated to ancient Rome and Egypt who used it for spiritual and
emotional support. The warriors believed that it gave them courage and strength
during the battles. And today we get the oil from the crushed seeds and it has a
sweet, spicy aroma that to me it smells like black licorice. Now if you saw our
DiGize episode, you know that Fennel is in DiGize, and that is why it smells a lot like licorice
but I really like the scent it took me a while to get used to the black licorice but I
really like it and I read that because of its rich aroma it is used in soaps
candles and even in perfumes. I had no idea. I didn't know that. Aromatically it
promotes courage and is balancing and grounding. And a fennel may also help to
benefit your spirit especially with those that struggle with self-love,
feeling unloved, or feeling like a victim. And it's actually one of the oils that
is in our Dragon Time Massage Oil which you know is wonderful for women, for
those time of the month and it's also in the Pronolone Plus Body Cream, which I
did not know we have so I'm gonna have to look that one up. But topically you
can use Fennel to support a healthy circulatory, respiratory, and digestive
system. And you can apply it neat, and it is also good for the skin and may help to
reduce the appearance of pores - didn't know that either. So you can apply just
one or two drops of a Fennel straight on your face neat but if you've never used
oils on your face I would definitely put it in a face cream or a lotion or a
serum until you know how you're going to react to fennel. They say to put a
drop or two of Fennel on your face after you have washed it.
Now Fennel also comes in the Fennel Vitality, and we know that the little
white bottle is labeled for dietary supplement use. It is the same oil
nothing added nothing taken away it is just how we have to label it. And the
cool thing if you did not know that our vitality oils are now labeled as non-gmo
certified yay, I love that. And like its aroma, it has a distinct licorice type
taste. And it is a perfect addition to soups dips and sauces and it is great in
a post meal tea or drink if you happen to indulge a little too much or just
need a little digestive support. It may also be taken as a dietary supplement to
support a normal healthy outlook during PMS, hat's why it's in the Dragon
Time massage oil. And if you don't like the taste, you can put it in a capsule
with a couple of drops of coconut or olive oil and you can add other oils
that you would like to help support your digestive system. Now, it is also found
in DiGize, Aroma Ease, Comfort Tone, Dexozyme, and JuvaFlex. And the
aromatic/topical use Fennel is in a 15 ml bottle and the Fennel
vitality is in a 5 milliliter bottle. So that is a Fennel. And then up next of
course is Forgiveness oil and Forgiveness is a powerful little blend
which has an aroma that supports the ability to forgive yourself and forgive
others while helping you to let go of negative emotions. It actually contains
15 essential oils yes 15. They are sesame, Melissa, Geranium, Frankincense, Royal
Hawaiian Sandalwood, Coriander, Angelica, Lavender, Bergamot, Lemon,
Ylang Ylang, Jasmine, Helichrysum, Roman Chamomile, Palmarosa, and Rose oil.
Those are little powerhouses for your emotions. The frequency of Forgiveness
oil is said to be 192 megahertz, which is very high
for an essential oil. Rose, which is said to be the highest of
the frequencies is at 320. And why is that important? Because our brain
frequency is typically between 72 and 90 megahertz ,so by inhaling and using the
oil that is higher in frequency it can help us emotionally release things
quicker. It may help to release negative emotions of past hurts, past abuse, past
self-denial, anything that has happened in your past that you're having a hard
time letting it go of. And it helps us to release those thing, so that
we can begin to forgive and start to let go of the past and start to move forward
in healing. Topically you can use it neat because it does have a little bit of a
sesame oil in it. And try applying it to your shoulders, your ears, your throat
your spine, your neck your wrists, or your feet, You can also inhale it straight
directly from the bottle when you can feel those negative emotions starting to
creep in. And, sometimes what I will do is like if I can really feel it, I'll take
the bottle and I'll just take a minute for myself and I'll inhale it straight
from the bottle and kind of pray over myself, pray for those people, pray for
the situation that I may have been dealing with, and just take a few
minutes and just help release it so it doesn't get buried in there and I don't
hold on to it because I have a tendency to hold on to a things. It is also a good
oil to use when you're journaling and I have heard that people have used it with
animals who have come from abusive backgrounds. Now forgiveness Oil may not
be one of those that you use every single day but it is definitely one to
have on hand. Because you never know what kind of thing you may go through or what
kind of thing may trigger a past emotion, and you can have Forgiveness right there
on hand, or you may have a friend or loved one who may be going through
something and Forgiveness oil may help them. So and that is it for today's
episode of young Living in 1, 2, 3. We
talked about Fennel, Fennel Vitality, and Forgiveness oil. And if you have used any
