MISC Freelancer BASE - A Star Citizen's Ship Buyer's Guide - Duration: 9:30.

I've been thinking about buying a cargo ship is the freelancer basic goodbye how

does it compare to other cargo ships

welcome to another installment of a star citizen's ship buyer's guide

what's up citizens this is subliminal here again and today we'll be discussing

the features functions and benefits of the misc freelancer base with a

comparison on how those features ranks amongst competing ships so you can make

an informed buying decision let me know what ship you'd like to see next down in

the comments the ship with the most up votes will be featured in the future

episode what's that out of the way let's get to

it the freelancer base is a medium sized cargo ship manufactured by none other

than Musashi industrial and star flight concern or miss for short misc is a

human based company out of the Centauri system founded in 2805 the freelancer

base is one of four freelancer variants the freelancer max derp and miss are

also available be sure to check out my buyers guides on those in the

description the misc freelancer is primarily a long-range cargo hauler

designed for shipping major corporations goods around the verse however its

modularity and versatility as well as its considerable firepower have seen it

fill a number of roles including use as a smuggling ship and a long-range

Explorer the freelancer base is currently flight ready it is available

on the pledge store for purchase and upgrade for one hundred and ten dollars

is part of the game package four hundred and twenty five dollars earned on

average sells for one hundred and twenty eight dollars on the grey market it is

not currently available for purchase with in-game credits with that out of

the way let's see how it compares to other ships you might be considering for

comparison I have hand-picked 17 ships that I think could possibly be

considered by someone looking to purchase a freelancer base the following

slides will feature the current ships value and rank along with the names and

values of the worst and best ships a Google sheets document with those ships

and data are linked in the description this information is sourced from

multiple sources some with conflicting data I've chosen the data that I think

is accurate information and thoughts reflect the current state of the ship

and the persistent universe not what will be possible in the future now let's

see how it stacks up to the competition the freelancer comes in around 220,000

kilograms it has a max crew size of five a large cargo capacity of 66 SCU it

features a max y'all pitch rate of 65 degrees per second an SCM speed of 205

meters per second a decently fast 1005 meter per second top speed has over

19,000 hit points across its body its shield generators can withstand just

over 12,000 hit points of damage its guns do just over 2,000 damage per

second and they have a theoretical DPS of over 2,200 it should be noted that

DPS only matters if you can hit your target it's missiles do just over 10,000

damage its fuel tanks hold 18,000 gallons of fuel its Odyssey quantum

drive gives it a great 74 mega meters per second quantum speed and a range of

107 Giga meters so it can travel from port al-azhar to hjerson 3.3 times

before needing to refuel quantum travel from $4 r2 Hurston will take you about 7

minutes and 14 seconds and leaving hearses atmosphere will take you about 4

minutes now let's talk about its firepower the freelancer base packs to

PC to dual s3 mounts with 2 tarantula GT 870 mark 3s each east tarantulas have

550 to physical damage with 47 rpm or total of 432 DPS and the 3800 meter

range in the rear the freelancer has one-man turret with two sides to em for

a laser autocannons these in forays have 320 energy damage with 50 rpms for a

total of 267 dps and a 2700 meter range in addition its wings hold 2 sides for

MSD for 2-3 missile racks with 2 size 3 or

stories each arrestor threes our cross-section have 1500 mix damage a

3.89 second lock time in over nine thousand meter lock range it also has

two size three MSD three two two missile racks with two sides to ignite two's

each ignite tubes are infrared have 948 mixed damage and a one point six eight

second lock time and over a fifty five hundred meter lock range this is a total

of eight missiles let's talk about components the standard components

available on the freelancer base are as follows it has one size too great see

civilian class daybreak powerplant - sighs - gracie civilian class frost

star e^x coolers one size - grade C civilian class Odyssey quantum drive

with an 18 second cooldown after long jumps and last but not least we have two

sides to grade C military grade 5 ma - Molly shield generators let's take a

look at the interior the freelancer base features a cargo bay big enough to

comfortably fit at least three grey cat B TVs

- Drake dragon flies to a open noxes or 54s see you in the rear the rear turret

access is located at the rear of the cargo hold

to the left and to the right are the components mentioned earlier moving on

we have a second cargo hold with the remaining 12 scu of cargo space and a

topside access port the living quarters feature an expresso machine a poor side

airlock for bunk beds a non-functioning MFD and a head the cockpit comes

equipped with two engineering C's with one MFD each

a co-pilot seat with five MFDs

and a pilot seat with five MFDs although two are barely visible under your arms

it should be noted that the freelancer does not currently come equipped with an

eject feature there's also a known bug that some ships with ladders have in

three-point-four called the ladder of death it is best to enter and exit

through the cargo hold of the freelancer to avoid being murdered if you have

cargo inside walk around the right side enclosing the misc freelancer base is a

great medium sized cargo ship its pros are a large sixty-six scu of cargo

capacity it's nimble for its size as fast quantum speeds has a long QT range

and it has room for all of your friends it's cons are reduced visibility from

the cockpit its missile payload is subpar has a low max speed currently has

no ejection feature and a homicidal ladder so is it worth a buy with the $10

upgrade from the Cutty black for an additional 20 scu of cargo capacity it

may be a good option for the citizen interested in a profession and trading

in turn you lose some ability to be able to defend yourself this may not be an

issue for the citizen who has friends to play with it should be noted also that

the freelancer max is only $40 more for almost double the space and better

weapons but ultimately that decision is up to you did you like this guide like

it subscribe by hitting the bell and comment what ship you'd like to see

featured in the next episode of the star citizen ship buyer's guide until next

time citizens I'll see you in the verse

Use Instagram Stories for Business | New Business Tips 2019 - Duration: 5:14.

for business in 2019.

♪ Workin' on a Wednesday ♪

- What's up guys, it's Los.

If you haven't figured out, I talk about Instagram,

I talk about Facebook, I talk about marketing in general

on this channel.

Welcome to Business Thoughts, if you want to know more

about this just easily subscribe, join the notifications

and we'll show you everything we do a few times a week.

And once in a while we throw in a keto thing

because I talk about health and wellness too.

Anyways, I digress.

So today we're gonna talk about why you need to actually

use Instagram stories for business.

See, Instagram announced stories a while ago.

It got so popular that you got Youtube now copying them

and you can start seeing people doing stories on Youtube.

Does it work?

Kind of, it's a little weird, little buggy,

but Instagram killed it completely doing really really well.

Took all the business from Snapchat

and now everybody lives inside of Instagram.

But if you're not using Instagram to make money,

you're just spending your time.

I made another video on why you shouldn't do that

and it's right here.

The fastest way to make money on Instagram is to create

stories every single day.

If you're thinking, man I can't do that,

I dunno what to talk about, I dunno how to do these things.

I'm gonna give you a few tips to help you ease your mind

and focus you to just think about how to use Instagram as

a machine to make you money,

to create relationships and connections.

Now before I go into it, I wanna talk about relationships

and connections, okay?

So there's a lot of people that are just not willing to

go DM people or go build relationships,

they think it's spammy.

I've made some super high-level relationships

connections of just following them on Insta,

commenting on their stuff so they notice me.

Then they follow me cause they're like,

all right I kinda see that he's doing something too.

And then we kinda start laughing

inside of the comments together,

it breaks the ice and then I boom

I'm all up in those DM's.

And then I'm like, yo hey what's up man?

I love your stuff, love to collaborate,

and I've had people fly down here and collaborate.

Now I've partnered with one dude like Goody Beats.

We're working on some of his projects now

and that started off Instagram.

There's a lot more things that I've been able to do,

and I'm monetizing everything I do with it right.

Obviously all the relationships are genuine

and like some people are just my friends

and stuff like that, if it turns into business awesome.

But you have to use this tactic to start making money

on Instagram and start building relationships.

Your net worth is your network.

That (bleep) is the realest thing

I've ever learnt in my life.

Number two, using Instagram stories can make money.

The fastest and simplest way to do it

is to create a calendar.

So there's seven days in a week, there's seven stories

that you can be telling every single week.

I'm gonna give it to you like this.

Monday hit people with motivation.

Motivate people get them excited be like

yo guys, it's Monday we're here, we're setting up

this is what I've got planned on Monday, boom boom boom.

Get them that motivation, give the that rah-rah,

and be like all right I'm ready let's do this,

it's exciting okay.

It's an engaging thing to get people

to watch the rest of your week.

Tuesday, give them so tactics and show them that like

you're really doing this, give a lot of value.

Wednesday, we're gonna go in and we're just gonna have

some sort of a workplace Wednesday okay.

If you're a real estate agent and you're kinda just driving

around, show the homes, show everything.

If you're here, if you guys noticed mine, @Loshustle.

I'm always showing the office

and kind of how we're doing things, etc.

Thursday you're gonna go back to tactics.

Or give them some sort of a testimonial,

show them what's going on.

And you're gonna teach something, go out,

teach something, give people knowledge,

help them in their space.

Whatever it is you're doing show people,

if you're walking dogs show people why you're kinda

a (bleep) if you don't walk your dog,

or you don't have a dog walker.

And someone needs let your dog out

and how you're letting all these other dogs out.

And how you're having fun with all these dogs.

I mean think about that you don't think you can help

more people if you have a fitness business,

or if you have some sort of consulting,

or if you're actually doing real estate, of course you can.

So think of it like that, if I can give you a dog walking

example you can do it for your business.

Friday just (bleep) around.

I call it (bleep) around Fridays.

We're just (bleep) around kind of like a little bit of you.

Show some fun side of it, I get a lot of tattoos.

So I'm always showing like yo, I'm getting tattoos,

check me out I'm driving around, I'm eating.

Like it's just kind of like a version of me,

you get to see my authentic self okay.

Saturday and Sunday just freestyle.

Keep it easy, keep it light, make a promotion,

talk to people, just have a conversation.

Maybe go live and be like what up guys,

it's me I want to talk to you guys about X, Y, Z.

Just have a conversation that's gonna stay

and that's gonna increase your views.

It's also gonna get a lot of more people to watch.

And then last thing.

Make sure you put hashtags inside of your stories.

What that does it shows people where you're ranking.

Let's say I'm doing a Keto Transformation.

I'm gonna go Keto Transformation because it has between

300,00 and a million people following that.

Rather than go like just Keto which has like 25 million,

most likely I'm not gonna show up in that.

Sp try to think about hashtags do some content research,

and use that inside of your stories.

You're gonna get DMs and swipe ups all day long

and make money from Instagram.

Now if you wanna know exactly how to do it

you need a checklist cause you're like,

oh man I don't really know how to do this at all.

Just download our checklist it's absolutely free

you can use it to explode your Insta,

and then you can comment down here.

Los I got the checklist, let me know you've got it,

and let's talk about it inside of here.

Just subscribe, join notifications,

and if you guys want to see more content like this

stick around because I got a lot more stuff coming.

Download the checklist and I'll see you guys later.

CAN YOU SPOT WHY THIS PERSON COULDN'T HEAR? - EP 145 - Duration: 7:29.

hi everybody my name is Rhys Barber I'm the audiologist here at audiology

associates we upload new earwax removal videos every Monday Wednesday and Friday

at 9 p.m. UK time so please consider subscribing

hi everybody this is Rhys barber from audiology associates so what you can see

here is this patient has no ear wax in this ear canal this is the ear drum so if I

point out a couple of things that we look at on the ear drum so the first

thing are we going to see is you've got a nice light reflex at the bottom of the

ear drum here and the hammer bone there which is the top arrow was pointing to the

skin itself is nice and smooth and pearlescent so i thought we would have a bit of

fun with this one so this is the patient's other ear so I'm just gonna

pause it in a second I want you guys to take a look at this ear drum and see

what you think is wrong with it this was actually missed by an audiologist so

patients come through we reduced hearing on this side but couldn't quite work out

why that was happening so what you can see if we got the hammer bone but we're

missing a light reflex hook at the bottom all of that bottom of the ear

drum is covered with a very very thin layer of earwax you can also see at the

side of it they're lifting up to the right side this is all one continuous

piece cover in the bottom of the ear drum very thin and very difficult to

spot so this is the reason that patients been having a little bit of difficulty

so you can see it doesn't always mean that we have to have huge amounts of ear wax

in there to cause problems sometimes just a small amount in the wrong place

can be just as problematic because this is very deep we're gonna use the fine

end here just to get a grip on this outside edge you can see a little bit of

olive oils being used it's just sitting underneath that that plate and as we get

a grip and pull they that's the first section so you can see it's so so thin

almost paper thin little piece that's just been sitting against the right hand

side but you can see there's a little bit of a ripple effect to the left hand

side at the base of the drum there that's the remainder of this thin

plate of earwax so we're just gonna very gently work our way down to that now so

just ever so gently very slowly working our way down what we want to do is get a

grip if we can stay away from this piece and suction it towards us that would be

the best option but not always not always the case because sometimes these

can be quite stuck to the ear drum itself so we're just going to very gently move our

way down

just trying to get a good grip on this last little bit of ear wax not pretty much

pressure obviously also you don't want to rub the risk of doing any damage to

the eardrum there did you see that just pull away and on to the actual suction

itself so there we go you can see just how thin that pieces by resting against

the eardrum that would have stopped the eardrum from vibrating very well and

now they can see a little light reflex there at the bottom and hammer bone

they're looking really good so although some healthy

this is our second patient the compilation so this one's a bit more of

a standard kind of standard kind of earwax problem for us you can see it's quite a

large thickened up layer of ear wax in here so this is the standard size is zoellner

tube now just getting a grip on the outside edge and see there's a long

strip of dry skin there then sucked into the machine now that seems to have been

holding this larger section of earwax behind in place so the ear wax itself is

quite soft just using the standard size zoellner tube to get a grip on the base of

the earwax we can then lift it off the base of the ear canal just trying to get a good

grip on it here just working our way around the outside edge you can see a

little bit of skin there at the bottom right hand corner of that ear canal here we

go just going in now to get the next piece so you see quite a large piece of

ear wax now come to the outer part of the ear canal little bits broken off it

there we'll just flush that through with a little bit of water here we go sorry

the flush the suction the tube through with a little bit of water not the ear

and you can see these little bits breaking off it's got wedged in the

outer part of the ear canal there just a little bit too big to fit out here we go

and when we take a look in it there's the eardrum itself a little bit of oil

there you can see on there on the drum so that long strip of skin you can see

there was the first piece we removed and then you have the large chunk of earwax

that were sitting behind it so this is our third patient in the compilation

very soft ear wax blocking this ear canal up patients complaining a little bit of

reduced hearing so standard size zoellner to begin here get a grip on the base and

just lifting that up just broke a little piece off there first of all

you can see it's quite actually quite a large piece it's wedged quite firmly

there in the canal entrance just wiggling it up and down helps to loosen it off

the ear canal wall so we can get that out a bit more effectively a little bit of dry

skin lifting here look at the base of the ear canal you can see just flicking up

towards the suction

just slowly working this earwax up in there you can see at the moment excuse me

sorry it's breaking away in smaller chunks a large piece it's difficult to

remove it because it's perfectly formed to the size of the entrance to the ear canal

there

trying to grab a little bit more there we go here's the plug and you take that

away you drum looks lovely and healthy behind so that's what we removed you can

see we've got three quite large pieces of ear wax there

they've just been causing a few problems

thank you very much for watching our video today if you did enjoy the video

Link Calendar to Alexa - Amazon Echo Apple Calendar Integration - Duration: 2:30.

There is one event remaining at 9:30 p.m. there's make new video. Want Alexa to

see and remind you of events from your iPhone calendar? I'll show you

how to link your iCloud calendar to Alexa, next. Hi, I'm Chris. Here on Chris

Fry Tech Guy, you'll find reviews and tutorials, like this one, to simplify your

tech. Today, I will show you how to link your iCloud account to your Amazon Echo.

Let's get started. In your Alexa app, go to settings. Email and calendar. Add Apple

calendar. You can just click through these next two steps because they're

repeated. Just hit next and then connect account. Two-factor authentication needs

to be enabled on your phone if it isn't already. Follow the on-screen

instructions to enable it if necessary and when you're done you can hit

continue. Create an app specific password. Follow the link for AppleID.Apple.com

and sign in. Click continue at the Apple ID privacy notice screen. Go to the

security menu. Under app-specific passwords, tap generate password. Enter a

label to identify the password. Hit create. Copy the password so you can

paste it into the Alexa app. Hit done. Switch back to the Alexa app. when I

returned to the Alexa app I was sent back a step so you may have to hit continue

more than once to get to the next step where you sign into iCloud. Put in Apple

ID and paste the app specific password you just created. Hit sign in. Your account

is now linked. You will see a list of calendars associated with your iCloud

account. You can manage which ones Alexa has access to with the checkmarks next

to each calendar. Alexa can read all the calendars you sync with it but can only

add new calendar events to one calendar. I learned this the hard way when I tried

adding an event to my iCloud calendar using Alexa and it wouldn't show up on

my iPhone. Turns out the event was going to my wife's Google Calendar by default.

You can change which calendar Alexa adds new events in the email and

calendar settings under new calendar events. What is one thing you don't need

to put on the calendar? Let me know in the comment section. it's been great

having you here with me today. I'll see you next time.

"Devil May Cry 5" | Why the timeline was changed | Producer confirms the change - Duration: 8:28.

"Guess I'll have to see with my own eyes."

"Jackpot."

"Devil May Cry"

What's up guys? It's RBG doing a follow-up on a video I made a few days ago.

And it's regarding the recent change of Devil May Cry's timeline.

During a stream on the official Capcom Channel we recently discovered that Devil May Cry 2, the game that was for the longest time at the tail end of the DMC timeline.

Is now being placed before the events of DMC4. Which made a lot of fans including myself do a double take.

So we're gonna talk about that today.

But before we do that I wanna remind you that this video is sponsored by Kookygamer.

Since you guys have supported this channel I've linked up kookygamer to give you their free gaming mouse.

It features a high FPS Rate, 7 different switches such as the back and forward buttons.

An adjustable DPI, micro switches backed with LED lights, and much more.

To top things off we're also throwing in the brand new super bass earbuds which you can order in either black or white.

The shipping and handling averages around 5 dollars depending on your location.

The link will be in the description box below so make sure you jump on that while the offer last.

But as I was saying the developers behind DMC and the Capcom team have been making some very strange moves regarding the series canon.

1 of the earliest instances of strange adjustments we've gotten is the subtle change in Morrison's ethnicity.

And his inclusion in DMC5 pretty much confirms that the anime is a part of the Devil May Cry chronology.

I know that there's a good majority of fans who were thrown off by that change.

Like there were comments on how the anime's existence in the timeline was no more due to Morrison's color change.

But I can reassure you that the anime is still for the most part still canon.

The director his mentioned it in a lot of interviews.

And there's recently been a cutscene floating around confirming that Morrison isn't the only character from the anime who will be featured in DMC5.

Recently another video from 1 of the cutscenes in DMC5 surfaced showing Dante and Morrison discussing info on the new client.

And some of the dialogue featured a cameo from a prominent character from the Devil May Cry anime.

Take a look.

"Devil May Cry."

"Dante! Dante! Do you have any idea how many times I tried to call?!"

"Like a zillion!

"Oh my god! Tonight's my birthday party! Yeah I'm turning 18!"

"I'm not a little kid!"

So for those of you who can't tell that's Patty Lowell from Devil May Cry: The Animated Series.

She was a young girl at the time who was actually introduced to Dante through Morrison as a new client.

And hires Dante to protect her to receive her inheritance from the Lowell estate.

But later finds out that she's being used as a decoy by the actual heir to the Lowell fortune.

She's actually the descendant of a powerful Devil sorcerer and an alchemist.

It's kinda crazy that everyone Dante works with has some kind of crazy associations with the demon realm.

But anyways this cutscene is kind of a direct callback to mission 1 of the anime.

Because you have Morrison introducing Dante V but before that he gets a call from Patty reminding him that she's gonna be celebrating her 18th birthday.

"Sorry young lady."

"Maybe in 10 years or so I'll ask you out on a date."

"And I'll tell you no in 10 seconds."

"Me. I'm only into younger guys."

"I thought my strawberry sundae would be delivered by the time I got outta the shower."

"That strawberry sundae?"

"What?! Hey that was mine!

"What the hell do you think you're doing?! This is my place!"

"Let's get this straight! My place. Mine."

"It was totally filthy and dorky. So I cleaned and did some cute decorating."

"Cute's a relative term. I'm more concerned about my goddamn dessert."

"That's what I charge for my work. Thanks!

"It was the best sundae ever!"

Some things just never change like her constantly getting on Dante's last nerve.

This just shows you how long it's been since Dante has been running the Devil May Cry business like it's been over a decade.

So far we've gotten callbacks like Nell Goldsteen from the Devil May Cry novel who's been confirmed to be Nico's grandmother.

And now we have Morrison and Patty from the anime.

But getting back on to the main topic. A lot of fans weren't sure what to make of the new video rearranging the chronology.

Everything pretty much remains the same except Devil May Cry 2's spot which is now placed before the events of part 4.

And there's been people who like this change and others who have been downright pissed.

On 1 end you have fans saying that it makes sense to place it in it's new spot

because Dante's melancholic personality from 2 sort of transfers over into DMC4 where he's somewhat serious.

I think that's a bit of a stretch because you gotta remember during the flashback where it showed Dante getting ready to embark on the mission in Fortuna.

He's totally normal as we've seen him in DMC3 and 1.

He's kicked back laughing and eating pizza with Trish and Lady.

It just doesn't look like he was serious or depressed.

The dude was literally just smirking and being awfully observant.

So let's just throw that outta the window.

Another thing that they say is that Dante has been depressed since the anime and it really kicks in by the time DMC2 happens.

Once again I don't really see the so called depression he acts like he's been acting since DMC1.

I just chalk it up to the fact that they didn't know what to do with DMC2.

Just looking at how they quickly flash instances of it in their latest recap shows.

And there are still some fans who don't believe it has been rearranged in the timeline.

But that has been confirmed in a tweet by the producer Matt Walker.

Stating that they did in fact change the order and that DMC4 now comes after DMC2.

1 thing I can say I took from this is that the timeline of 3142 was an actual thing.

Because after this whole change you had fans coming out of the woodwork saying that DMC2 had taken place before DMC4 for years and that nothing was really changed.

But as you can see Matt Walker says that it's officially been changed.

So take of that what you will.

What I will say is that I can think of 1 reason why DMC2 could fit between 1 and 4 and that is supported by this brief conversation between Nero and Credo in DMC4.

Take a look at this.

"Fortuna Castle huh?"

"That's what the witnesses said."

Guy just came from Hell. He's gotta hit up a couple tourist cites!

Might seem like a simple sarcasm but Nero states that Dante just came back from Hell.

Not sure if you remember but the last time we saw Dante in DMC2 he was driving into the dark depths of hell or the demon realm.

Many assumed that he was still stuck in the realm and when DMC5 came out they wanted to know how he escaped.

But I'm guessing the motorcycle engine we heard at the end of DMC2 when Lucia was waiting at the shop was in fact Dante making his return.

Now I dunno how Nero knew that Dante came from hell or if he was just being sarcastic.

But that's the only way I can logically place DMC2 before 4.

It's just so weird how for some reason this game keeps getting avoided when it comes to unanswered questions.

It's essentially the red headed step child of the series.

If anything I'm hoping that we get an appearance of Lucia or at least a reference of her whereabouts.

And maybe we can get an unlockable version of the DMC2 Dante's suit since it is by far the most bad ass version of Dante we've gotten.

But this is pretty much the last video I'm gonna do pertaining to this subject.

I got a few requests from the last video asking for me to go more in dept on it.

And I don't think there's anything else I can say about.

The once OP version of Dante has now been nerfed and is now weaker than DMC4 Dante.

What I will say is that after DMC5 is all said and done. And Hideaki Itsuno wants to work on another Devil May Cry project.

Fans including myself would absolutely love to get a remake of Devil May Cry 2.

Maybe he could rework the gameplay since he was barely on the original project.

. And he could give the story a face lift to properly fit in the DMC canon.

But that's just my wishful thinking.

Anyways I wanna know what you guys think?

Do you think this is the right move?

And how would you like a DMC2 remake?

Lemme know down in the comments below.

As always I ask that you like or dislike the video.

It doesn't have to be a thumbs up. It can be a thumbs down.

Any feedback is good feedback and will only help me improve my channel.

But if you really enjoyed the video it would help me out tremendously if you shared it on social media outlets with all your friends and followers.

Sharing really makes a difference.

But this was your boy RBG signing out on another video.

I'll catch you guys later.

Peace out.

Top 10 Cursed Websites You Should Never Visit - Duration: 10:37.

Hello and welcome back to the Most Amazing Channel on the internet.

Im your host Rebecca Felgate and today I am taking about the Top 10 Cursed websites that

you shouldn't visit.

DON'T DO IT.

Although I bet most of you will.

Before we get into this list why don't you let me know if you are the type of person

that searches up the stuff we tell you not to, or if you're just cool with me giving

you the gist of stuff.

While you are down there leaving comments why don't you click that thumbs up button

and subscribe to the MOST AMAZING channel ever.

Ever.

Like... probably ever.

INSTA - Stick around until the end.

10 - TMZ Wait....what?!

I found an article on Buzzfeed that claims TMZ is haunted!

I quote: TMZ is said to be haunted by the restless spirit of a former writer who died

tragically on the day she was due to be married.

Some visitors to the website have reported seeing a sad-eyed spectre, which roams across

a random popular article once a day at the witching hour (PST).

Others have reported strange chills, and hearing a quiet weeping sound."

URM....

I feel like I need more information?!

Have you guys ever experienced this!

I feel like this is a joke, right?!

9 - Repleh snatas.com I made the mistake of opening this site while

scripting this video, not only is it reportedly cursed, it is also a pain in the ass as you

cant navigate away from it!

So the story goes that Repleh Snatas was a young girl born in the 18th century who had

a birthmark so obvs people thought she was spawn of the devil.

Classic.

Sadly though, her dad also thought she was evil so he murdered her.

Through some kind of crazy turn of modern days events a domain was registered in her

name and now she haunts it...just cause.

You can get on the site at any time of the day but you'll just see candles burning as

a vigil for the girl...buuuut if you come back at midnight, apparently the haunted site

is active!

At this time you can submit name of a person from who you want to take revenge and Repleh

will take revenge for you....but her ghost will appear in your dreams during sleep till

you die.

Sooo...

I don't really think that sounds like an exchange I want to get into.

8 - Blind Maiden.com This is a bit of an Urban legend but the story

goes that there is a website out there called Blind Maiden which is only accessible at midnight,

on the night of the new moon with all the lights off in your house.

The story goes that when you're finally in the website, ultimate horror begins.

It seems that you are faced with real life horror situations, like a live cam, and you

have to click accept or decline.

Apparently a warning appears on the site that reads: This website will take you to a whole

new level of horror.

A horror that will use all five of your senses.

You must be very careful not to click on anything by accident.

You will be faced with a real experience of absolute horror.

Click the accept button to engage actively in the experience.

I think I'd actively like to disengage.

7 - Sad Satan Oh this old cursed chestnut.

Sad Satan is a cursed video game found on the so called dark web.

Youtube channel obscure horror corner lived up to their name when they shared a scary

screen play of the game on their youtube channel and honestly it looks really intense.

It also sounds intense and I don't like that.

The player is walking down a dark ally and horrible radio signals start coming through.

During the game play, from time to time a blank screen would appear with strange markings.

Reddit users decoded the font and said that it was saying things like "kill, kill, kill"

and "I can track you."

Finally, at the end the game cuts to a black screen in which the phrase "Suffering Doesn't

End" appears.

Doesn't sound good to me.

I'll probably give playing this one a miss.

6 Dead Mans Switch.net I don't think this website is cursed on research

but it certainly is one way to make your relatives, friends or enemies think that you are reaching

them beyond the grave if you die.

This morbid but actually pretty functional website is basically a site that will send

out emails to recipients of your choice after you die.

Why?

Well sometimes there are things that you wish that you would have said... or feelings you

don't want to take to the grave.

Okay.. but how?

How will the site know you are dead.

The emails are sent at certain intervals.

By default, the switch will email you 30, 45, and 52 days after you last showed signs

of life.

If you don't respond to any of those emails, all your messages will be sent 60 days after

your last checkin.

5 - White Enamel I DO NOT like this website.

Ha I feel like I say that for every one of them but like...

White Enamel is clearly haunted...or cursed... or both...Whats a bit of haunting without

some curse in their for good... there is some bad juju here.

So this web point and click seems to be some kind of horrifying online game or interactive

movie or something.

When the site launches you are overlooking a town.

You can then explore parts of it, and it seems to be a sprawling mental asylum with scary

sounds and scary rooms.

There is one part where you can draw on the walls in blood...

Also, the page loading screens are needles that lose fluids...like we the viewer are

being injected.

When on this website I noticed that my browser was telling me it is not secure, sooo either

this game will curse you, or curse your computer in the form of a virus.

Either way, I think I am good....I'll stay away from this one.

4 - Joy of Satan.com Trolololol - the website the Joy of Satan

is extensive and claims that Satanism is humanities only religion.

Honestly the whole site wangs on so much it is a bit of a bore... but for those who believe

in Satan, I do not, the site can be worrysome.

It has scripture praising satan, blogs aimed at converting kids to Satanism, spells for

summoning satan, summoning demons, satanic meditation and tips on how to dedicate your

soul to him.

Sure sure sure.

All sounds a bit cursed doesn't it!

Weirdly though, the site is very against animal cruelty...which I am here for.

So, you know...swings and roundabouts.

Enough of you, Satan, let's have some Staggering Beauty at number 3

I actually really like this website but it is quite likely to give you a seizure so I

am deeming it somewhat cursed.

Basically it is a mysterious floopy old worm that follows your mouse... you can gently

floop it from side to side but if you do It too quickly... you'll make your brain explode.

Trust me... mine is pretty frazzled after a few minutes of playing with old wormy.

Also if you just live wormy on the screen and look into his eyes...well.. he has a treat

for you.

2 - Ouija Board - Rea Ouija boards in my opinion should not

be messed with.

Starting life as a parlour game in the late 1800s, mystics began using Ouija boards to

contact the dead - you should check out our Top 10 Ouija Board Urban Legends and our Top

10 Ouija Board Stories.

Of course, you can now access Ouija boards online... but are they legit.

I found one and I asked Where Are You - It said A Dark Place.

I said I need more information and it said not known.

I asked who they were - they said an enemy....

I then asked them if they clocked in for this shift as is customary in this workplace - and

they said it was too dark.

I then asked what their intention was and they told me to leave them now sooo I said

KAY BYE and then they said too dark.

Sooo.

I am not sure if I think an online Ouija is legit being as they can be programmed to move

... but still... is it worth running the risk.

1 - Possession Begins Oh I am not in the market for this nasty experience.

This is easily the scariest website I have ever visited in my life and if you scare easy

I WOULD NOT recommend it!

SO this is an all senses immersive experience.

You plug your headphones in and turn your webcam on which is already a bit of a hard

nope from me.

Then a screen changes as you open and close your eyes.

While you eyes are closed you hear a disconcerting male voice in your ears telling you to come

back to him...it is clear the voice in your head phones is the voice possessing your mind.

To get rid of the voice you can open your eyes, but when you do you see some truly horrible

scenes.

No doubt in my mind this website is cursed!

So that was the Top 10 Cursed websites you shouldn't visit... don't do it.

Don't go there!

I actually have a massive headache after playing with that stupid epilepsy worm.

Sentences I didn't think I'd say today.

Anyway.

Did you visit them?

Are you cursed now?

Let me know in the comments section down below.

Look... it is nearly valentines day so I wanna read some comments from an older video, the

top 10 Scary Online dating stories part 2.

You said: JJA215 shared a worrying daing story!

I had a girlfriend for quite a while but one day she asked me to walk with her to a wood

and I accepted for some dumb reason when we got to the wood she looked at me and basically

screamed and broke up with me and ran away laughing?

CRAZZZZYYY Crazier still, Big Cool Guy 21 said: I went

on a date with a gender less alien and he became a non-gaming gaming YouTuber and he

stole my socks and my cupboard door?

"Milk Is Good For You" And 8 Other Lies You Still Believe - Duration: 10:19.

milk is good for you and eight other lies you still believe this statement

melts good for the body is a lie according to some medical professionals

milk is actually bad for you everyone has been told this lie at some point in

their lives if you were told that Santa Claus the Easter Bunny or the tooth

fairy were real then we hate to tell you but you were lied to those lies were not

harmful to us because we were children and we wanted something to believe in

but the claim that milks good for the body is a lie and may have serious

consequences according to some leading medical professionals dr. Walter Willett

believes it is more harmful than helpful to the body why don't we tell you a

little more about this and the other lies you were told before we begin this

video don't forget to subscribe to our channel for more daily tips like this

and turn on notifications so you never miss our new videos

alright so on to milk you're probably thinking I use milk in my coffee and my

teeth and it's even found in some of my delicious treats you'd be right milk's

good for getting your daily calcium potassium and protein intake but you

could also get that through fruits and vegetables but the dairy industry does

not want you to know that so they've been spending billions of dollars trying

to prove otherwise dr. Willett has conducted several

studies and has done extensive research on the topic and he believes that the

dairy product may be more harmful to the body than an aid one of the reasons dr.

Willett believes that milks good for the body is a lie is because of the

non-factor it plays in regards to bone fractures the dairy industry and the

government have been telling society that milk will make your bones strong

and will reduce the risk of fracturing a bone

to try and prove this theory wrong dr. Willett published research that he and

his colleagues conducted on 96 thousand men and women from their two

long-running decades studies the Nurses Health Study and the health

professionals follow-up study you can find the study in the journal J AMA

pediatrics what the team found was that higher milk consumption during teen

years of both men and women did not translate into a reduced risk of hip

fractures when people age this just goes on to prove that milks good for the body

is a lie if it wasn't wouldn't you see a decrease in fractures from those who

consumed it on a daily basis dr. Willett also added that his team knows that

consuming milk as a child could increase their chances of being tall but he also

mentioned that taller individuals are at a higher risk for some fractures in fact

according to that same study dairy could increase the risk of certain fractures

by almost 50% what's alarming about this finding is that countries that have low

dairy consumption like Asia and Africa have the lowest rates when it comes to

osteoporosis this could also prove that milks good for the body is a lie in

addition to those findings statistics show that 3/4 of the world are actually

unable to digest milk or any other dairy products so if you cannot digest a

product that is supposedly good for you then it just further proves that milks

good for the body is a lie then who are we to blame then for selling a product

that most people in the world can't consume the consumer know the consumer

has been taught that milks good for the body but what they should be told is

that milks good for the body is a line but there are health risks that come

with drinking milk that we have not discussed according to medical news

today cancer is one of them and you're probably thinking you can get cancer

from everything and you're probably right but why is a good chunk of the

population unaware that high calcium intake from dairy products is associated

with an increased risk of ovarian cancer also by calcium from any source could

potentially cause cancer in men you're not hearing this from celebrities that

endorse the dairy industry or advertisements that tell you how milks

good for you the dairy industry has been around for decades and they have to

protect their products in any way they can but eventually people will catch on

you're already seeing an increase in dairy-free products and almond milk

cells have increased by over two hundred and fifty percent from the year 2000 to

2015 alright so now that we've discussed how

the dairy industry your teachers and especially your parents lied to you

why don't we talk about other lies you were told throughout your life lie

number one Twinkies never expire yes unfortunately this delectable pastry

food won't last forever during in apocalypse apparently the people at 22

words tell us they can only last about 45 days on the shelf

typically stores will keep them there for about seven to ten

there goes storing Twinkies for when the bombs drop hmm

what about Ho Hos though line number two a shot of espresso has more caffeine

than coffee Wow for all the people who enjoy

drinking coffee and love to have an extra boost in the morning we bet your

mind is blown now let's clarify some things before we

get too carried away bounce 4 ounce expresso has more caffeine

unfortunately you usually drink a shot of espresso but you drink a lot more

than a shot of coffee so if you're looking for a morning boost from

espresso just do like 6 shots we can promise you'll be so wired you won't

even notice the lies about food and drinks that are being told to you lie

number 3 fortune cookies aren't from China we bet there are some of you out

there saying well duh besties they originated in San Francisco they're

really uncommon in China and are in fact an American invention well thanks for

ruining our beautiful reality viewer we bet you feel really good about yourself

don't you we're not crying you are line number 4

no witches were burned at the stake in Salem history buffs have already felt

the pain of discovering this lie however the rest of us are just finding out

about it right now what happened to the accused you asked same thing that

happened to most of them those days hanging about 15 died in prison 19 were

hanged and here's the story that'll make up for the fact that we just broke up

your worldview one of the men accused of witchcraft

Giles Corey was pressed to death by rocks after he refused to plead guilty

or not guilty his last words as the rocks were

crushing his body more weight now that guy is an inspiration line number 5

Napoleon was short ladies and gentlemen this is line number 5 turns out that

little corporal wasn't so little after all he was about 5 7 the average height

of a Frenchman in those days but not tall enough to impress your average

tinder girl there are a couple of reasons for this

confusion number one a lot of British propaganda portrayed the legendary

French Emperor as small and number two when he died his weight was recorded as

five - in French feet translated to Imperial that comes out to our original

number of five seven and three he was constantly surrounded by the

French Imperial Guard who were chosen for their large stature which is

probably why he looked small in comparison poor litter we mean average

sized guy line number six Buddha was fat but wait a minute we hear you crow in

defiance what about all those statues of the fat guy sitting cross-legged we

always associate it with Buddhism well dear viewer that's actually a 10th

century folk hero named boo died he will become the Buddha after the teachings of

the historical Buddha an entity named Siddhartha Gautama our forgotten if

you're interested in ancient religion then you should really check out the

story of Buddhism it's incredibly interesting just don't expect the Buddha

to be fat line number seven the Vikings wore horned helmets yes our image of a

berserker charging into battle with bull's horns on his head is indeed

untrue apparently they just used to wear regular iron helmets which makes them a

lot less cool where did the false idea of horned warriors pillaging the beaches

of historical England come from apparently it was from an 1876

production of during's des nibelungen an opera by the famous Richard Wagner you

know that piece from flight of the valkyries that opera features this song

line number eight putting metal and microwaves won't damage the electronics

what now you're lying to us aren't you Bessie we would never lie to you dear

viewer so no we're not playing around with this one apparently putting metal

in your microwave is almost totally fine says the people at 22 words why almost

you'll notice electrical arcing in the microwave as the metal cooks which could

damage the interior of your skin if you get too close our advice just continue

to avoid putting metal in the microwave if at all possible and that's it what

were the most despicable lies that you were told as a kid were you surprised of

our expose of the dairy industry and of milk in general what food or drink are

you surprised aren't actually all that good for you

but before I help you find and fix this area of your game

let's find out how to get more compression from our irons

this tip from the pro thought to you buy golf University the world's premier golf improvement program

No Darren's told me

to come and see you says I need more compression what is compression

Well Barry a compression is the downward strike of the clubface on the golf ball

so let's say you hit a ball and see if we can improve that today

okay so when I see their mirrors and not a clean contact off the ground okay

so what I'd like to improve at setup

you set up with what we call a slight reverse pivot

so I'd like to improve your setup and then we can work a little

bit on changing that downward strike on the ball so what I have here is an

impact bag so to practice with an impact bag is all about improving spine angle

and impact position with your spine at that position so I set up to the bag for me

okay just get feel lucky just getting your shoulders to tilt a little bit back

behind the bag particularly so that you're looking into the back of the back

now just make a backswing and a follow-through into the bag and just

feel how that setup actually turns you a little bit more behind the bag so that

you can release the club in a downward movement down through the ball okay

so let's do that one more time and then we'll hit a ball so just feel the turn

back set up turn back with the shoulders heading to the bag okay

fantastic all right so let's step back and hit a ball

how does that feel

so I will repeat that action yeah well the head before the actual hit

absolutely so setting up a little bit of spine angle with the shoulders behind

the ball okay men feel a turn back with the shoulders and hip down through that ball

fantastic

I went a little bitfurther there Mirror okay let's hit one

more okay so setting up to the ball once you're all set up

just feeling like you've got your shoulders slightly behind your hips

like that

okay now make a nice smooth turn back with your shoulder

so that your weight transfers and hit through the ball

certainly feels more consistent

yeah fantastic yeah so just to see you turning a little bit more behind the

ball instead of reversing down into the ball we'll make a lot more space for you

to be able to release the club and create some compression

Well there it is I hope you enjoyed this Golf University "Tip from the Pro"

Hey sak passe?

My name is Eric and welcome back to my channel!

here at BBU we try our best to help you guys bring the best of you, so you could be ready or

Capable or facing any situations in your life

All you have to do is ask a question and I'll make a video about it

if any of you guys watching this video would actually want

The subtitle to be in French, all you have to do is go

Is it on the right or left? I don't know, you tell me. Go to the settings, PARAMETRES and

Choose Francais for the subtitles so you could follow along with me in French

Unfortunately, I only have it done for this video

So you're gonna have to wait a few days until I can get it done for the two previous one.

Like i said in my last video. All my first videos would be about: how YouTube works? how easy it is? how hard it is? or

Anything I'm going through right now, so

Stay tuned I can assure you. The best is yet to come

So the topic for today's video is ''why should you start your own YouTube channel?''

Well, I think that most of you guys if not all of you know that you can actually make money from YouTube

Right, and we see tons of youtubers

Who'd be like I quit my job. I quit school just because the money they were making from YouTube was just big enough

for them to live their lives. To actually I

Don't know. Have fun just by making YouTube videos

And, that's exactly what is getting people excited when they think about YouTube

Oh my god, I can make money from YouTube. I'mma have to start my own channel. I make money myself

So well is it?

All that YouTube actually has to offer?

If the only thing you can think of when you think about starting your YouTube channel is money

Well, I'm asked to tell you guys

You are all wrong

Ask any big youtubers out there and they tell you that it is not just about the money,

Of course It's about the money but not only about the money get it?

So before we even jump on and answer this question, like just why should you start your channel?

Let's see what them youtubers have to say for themselves. Why did

They start their own YouTube channel

This question has already been asked on another channel, which is video influencers

You guys definitely have to check it out. This is some

Really amazing channel. I learn a lot from it

So I'm just gonna jump in and read the answers they got so I can share it with you. Alright

Sorry wrong wrong video, wrong video OMG sorry, sorry

Sorry about that. Alright, let's read the answers

I want to create the job where I can work from home when I have children and

I

Want to start a business?

Be able to take care of my parents and live my passion. I

i want to inspire and motivate others to create the life

They've always wanted

and I

Just want a place to talk about what I love my friends can only listen to me talk about movies

So much, so I needed someone else to do it

Alright, so these answers just give us a clue of what

Kind of benefit you can get from YouTube now. What are they?

freedom

express passion

start their business and

Change people's life. Now first freedom. So when you start your YouTube channel, you actually become your own boss

you decide when you want to post a video how

what I

Don't know you decide about everything you're in total control

That's exactly what she said. I want to create a job where i can work from home. That's exactly what it is you

You become your own boss.

You are in control and this exact it is actually one of the major thing. I personally like about youtube

Second benefit start a business now, how can actually I can how can I you?

Second benefit start your business

How can YouTube actually help you start their business right?

Second benefit

Start your business now. How can you to help you start your own business? Okay, so

Let's say you

Are good with makeups. Let's say I don't know you're good at doing some crazy hairstyles

Let's say I know you're good with nails. I'll go you get the point. So

You could actually use your videos

to show it to other people or even

Have them posted in a way you could get people interested and be like man she's doing a good job. She's doing a good work

by posting videos about your work, you can actually grow your business and um,

have more people knowing exactly how good you are at something or what you can actually do and

I see tons of people using YouTube this way, they'd be like

um posting videos about how I

Don't know great nails work they do and pose them and they have people contacting them and be like hey

I like what you did or they could even use it as a way to

show the product they are using for the nails or the ideas they have for

I don't know

This area and people would be like hey, I wanna buy what you're using or what is it? What is it that you're using?

And if it's something you made yourself you should be like, umm, I did it myself. So let's say for

Example this necklace right here. It's a friend of mine who did it for me. Alright, and if this guy

Were to post videos about his work. He could have more people interested and if they were to ask him

Hey, well, what did you get that come he could be like I did it myself and this is definitely could

Help him grow its business

Don't you think?

Next we have express

passion and you know, I believe this is actually the biggest thing the biggest

benefit people get from YouTube why because

you see I see so many channels of

Dragonball Z of Naruto of

movies of

so many things out there and of soccer of basketball, there are

so many

channels out there about people's

passion

And I see people making channels just about their drawings about

Their passion

And guess what? as you are posting videos as you are expressing your passion you get to connect with others who have the same

Passion as you if you like working out and keep posting videos about workout

You'll have people who just love to workout like you

Cconnecting with you

if you are a fan if you are a fan of Dragon Ball Z and naruto people who are just fan but this thing is

gonna come to you

if

You like video games some?

Cal Of duty games

I don't know anything you can think of right now any passion you can think of right now you need to understand that as you

are

Expressing it through YouTube you will connect with other people with others who likes the same thing you do

Which means you with YouTube you get to

Not to stay alone

You get to be in contact with people who shares the same passion as you

Finally change people's life

inspire

Motivate people

you see

There are tons of influencers out there

There are so many guys posting videos just to help you stay strong

To know that you are not wrong that you can make it that

things that you think that are just impossible

That they can actually be done

There are so many

youtubers out there trying to help others

and this is just

amazing

And I think that this is the most most important thing here. I

think that

They are trying to show to others that it is possible like me right now, I'm trying to help you understand that

YouTube may seem hard

Maybe impossible. Maybe there are just too many people that are making videos at the moment. In

2019 but

I'm trying to push you to understand that it is actually possible and this is

Just me right now. There are so many youtubers out there doing the same thing. I'm doing right now

Helping you guys to understand that you can do it you can make it

and

YouTube actually give you the opportunity to make an impact to make a difference

worldwide

Someone right now in Japan could be watching my video and be like, maybe he's right

Maybe I should just go ahead and start my own YouTube channel, and this is exactly how powerful YouTube is

You get to connect with people around the whole world

You get to change so many lives

This is awesome! so that's it for today's video. I hope you guys liked it and I hope you learned something from it

just go ahead and leave me a comment below to let you know if you think that money is just

Enough for you to start your own YouTube channel, or let me know

what is the benefit that you think you can get from YouTube just let you know leave a comment below and I

Can actually talk about it maybe in my next video

Everything you need to know about the NFL's 2019 franchise tag - Duration: 13:41.

7:00 AM ETKevin SeifertNFL Nation CloseESPN.com national NFL writer ESPN.com NFC North reporter, 2008-2013 Covered Vikings for Minneapolis Star Tribune, 1999-2008Follow on TwitterFacebookTwitterFacebook MessengerPinterestEmailprint Your brief NFL offseason breather is over

It's tag time. The NFL now moves into its first offseason window for major personnel decisions

Beginning Tuesday and continuing through March 5, teams can place either the franchise or transition tag on one pending free agent

It's an expensive decision that provides substantial leverage against losing a cherished player -- and in many cases depresses the value a player might realize on the open market

Before things get too crazy, let's run through everything you need to know about the tag process and how it applies to the 2019 offseason

How does the franchise tag work? The franchise tag is a labor designation that restricts a player's potential movement in exchange for a high one-year salary

It is governed through the collective bargaining agreement (CBA), represents a fully guaranteed salary once signed and has two types

Editor's PicksNFL franchise tag predictions: 14 teams that could use it Jadeveon Clowney is among the players who could get tagged as early as Tuesday

NFL Nation reporters make their predictions.Picking players who need a change of scenery on all 32 NFL teams The Steelers resetting without Antonio Brown and the Bears bouncing their kicker are among the moves predicted

NFL experts predict: Which rookie will make the biggest Year 2 jump? So long, 2018 season

It's never too early to look ahead to 2019. Our crew of insiders weighs in on the biggest topics of the offseason

2 RelatedWhat are the two types? The first is the "exclusive-rights" tag. Any player with this tag is bound to the team for the upcoming season

His agent is prohibited from seeking offer sheets elsewhere. The second is the "non-exclusive" tag

In this scenario, players can sign an offer sheet with another team. The original team has the right to match the offer

If it doesn't, it will receive two first-round draft picks from the new team. What about the transition tag? The transition tag is less expensive but isn't used as much because it does not extract compensation from the new team

NFL teams have employed it six times since the CBA was signed in 2011, most recently in 2018 by the Chicago Bears on cornerback Kyle Fuller

(The Bears matched the four-year, $56 million offer sheet Fuller signed with the Green Bay Packers

) The only advantage of the transition tag is that it allows the original team to match an offer

It has sometimes been used to judge the market value of a pending free agent. This year, there have been some indications that that the Pittsburgh Steelers will use it on running back Le'Veon Bell as a way to impose a level of control over his future

How are the tag numbers determined? I was afraid you would ask this question. Tag values are position-specific

Here's the basic math: The exclusive-rights tag is calculated by taking the average of the top five players' cap percentage at the position for the current season, or 120 percent of his previous year's salary, whichever is greater

It has the highest value among the tags, and its specific value isn't determined until late April to account for current-year deals

The non-exclusive franchise tag is determined by calculating the average cap percentage at the player's position during the past five years, or 120 percent of his previous year's salary, whichever is greater

The transition-tag value is calculated by taking the average of the top 10 players at a position during the past five years

What happens after a tag is applied?2019 NFL Free Agency Teddy, Earl and Le'Veon will be available

Here's everything to know on the class. • Key offseason dates and priorities » • Experts predict: Answering top questions » • Ranking the top 50 NFL free agents » • Meet the offseason quarterback market » • Top free-agent decisions for all 32 teams » • Biggest offseason needs for every team » • Predicting QB Nick Foles' future » More NFL coverage »  It depends on the interest level between the sides

The player can sign the tender at any time, a decision that fully guarantees the salary and immediately places all of it on the current year's cap charge

This can increase a player's leverage in a tight cap situation; the team will be motivated to negotiate a longer-term deal to lower the cap number

That decision also can backfire if the team is comfortable with the high cap number

The leverage in this case would side with a player who remains unsigned as camp looms

A tagged player can't participate in offseason workouts or any camps until he has at least signed the tender

In either event, the sides have until July 15 to agree on a multiyear extension. After that point, the player can sign only a one-year contract, which cannot be extended until after the season

Can a team rescind a tag? Yes. The Carolina Panthers did just that to cornerback Josh Norman in 2016 when they determined they wouldn't be able to sign him to a long-term extension

A rescinded tag is among the risks a player takes when he doesn't immediately sign the tender

It can't be rescinded once it is signed. Can a tagged player be traded? Yes. In fact, there have been reports that the Philadelphia Eagles could do just that with quarterback Nick Foles

In this scenario, the compensation is agreed to by both teams and does not necessarily have to be two first-round picks

The new team can accept the terms of the tag or renegotiate into a multiyear deal

How many players will be tagged in 2019? Decisions each year are based on unique current details, but there has been an average of 6

3 franchise tags per year over the past six offseasons. What players could be tagged this year? If productive long-term negotiations don't materialize, the possibilities include: DeMarcus Lawrence, DE, Dallas Cowboys Dee Ford, DE/LB, Kansas City Chiefs Jadeveon Clowney, DE/LB, Houston Texans Frank Clark, DE, Seattle Seahawks Trent Brown, OT, New England Patriots Landon Collins, S, New York Giants Trey Flowers, DE, New England Patriots Grady Jarrett, DT, Atlanta Falcons Stephen Gostkowski, K, New England PatriotsDallas' DeMarcus Lawrence is a candidate to be tagged this year

Zach Bolinger/Icon SportswireDoes the tag usually lead to a multiyear deal? Not necessarily

During the past six seasons, it has happened in less than half of the situations

According to ESPN Stats & Information research, there have been 38 franchise tags extended: 17 signed multiyear deals during their tag season, while 21 did not

Among those who did not sign long-term deals was Bell, who sat out the entire 2018 season rather than play under the tag (or agree to a new deal) with the Steelers

That list also includes defensive end Jason Pierre-Paul, who had a special circumstance after injuring himself in a summer fireworks accident

Will Bell's path become more common? That seems unlikely. Forget the $14.45 million tag value he missed out on, Bell went an entire year without being paid an eight-figure salary

Assuming he enters the free-agent market this spring, Bell at the very least must find an offer large enough to make up for the base value of the multiyear Steelers contract he turned down during negotiations

It reportedly would have guaranteed him $33 million over the first two seasons. It would be quite an accomplishment to get that value added to any deal he eventually signs

How much will it cost to tag players in 2019? The NFL hasn't calculated the values yet, and one of the twists of the franchise-tag window is that teams can extend players without knowing the exact figure

The numbers will be released in the coming weeks (no later than the March 13 start of the new league year)

In a few cases, deals that happen between now and then can affect the exact numbers

The exact per-team salary-cap total -- also not solidified yet -- can change them as well

The 2018 numbers for the non-exclusive tag are in the chart. The NFL has projected its 2019 salary cap will fall between $187 million and $191

1 million, a jump of about 5.5 percent. You can expect roughly similar growth in the positional values

2018 non-exclusive franchise tag numbers These are last year's numbers. The 2019 numbers have not been released yet

PositionTender amountQuarterback$23,189,000.00Running back$11,866,000.00Wide receiver$15,982,000

00Tight end$9,846,000.00Offensive linemen$14,077,000.00Defensive end$17,143,000.00Defensive tackle$13,939,000

00Linebacker$14,961,000.00Cornerback$14,975,000.00Safety$11,287,000.00Kicker/punter$4,939,000

00Is it always bad for the player to play under the franchise tag? The franchise tag pays a player close to market value for one year, but provides no future guarantees

The tag becomes an advantage if a player remains healthy and valuable enough that the team feels compelled to use it multiple times

The value of the second tag is 120 percent of the first, and the third 144 percent of the second

OK, but how rarely do teams use the tag on the same player in consecutive years? It happens more often than you might think: 16 times since 1997, including five times since 2011: Cleveland Browns kicker Phil Dawson, Cowboys linebacker Anthony Spencer, Washington Redskins quarterback Kirk Cousins, Los Angeles Rams cornerback Trumaine Johnson and Bell by the Steelers

It is much less common for skill players. Two years ago, Cousins became the first quarterback ever franchised in consecutive years

There have been only four other skill players tagged twice at any point in their careers: quarterbacks Drew Brees (2005, 2012) and Peyton Manning (2004, 2011), receiver Rob Moore (1995, 1999) and Bell (2017, 2018)

2019 NFL DRAFT When: April 25-27 Where: Nashville, Tennessee How to watch: ABC/ESPN/ESPN App &#8226 Kiper's Mock Draft 2

0: Going 1-32 » &#8226 McShay's Mock Draft 2.0: Updated picks » &#8226 Kiper's Big Board » | McShay's Top 32 » &#8226 Experts predict: Kyler Murray's perfect fit » &#8226 Draft order: Picks 1-32 set » &#8226 More NFL draft coverage » Are some positions more susceptible to the franchise tag than others? Yes

Per ESPN Stats & Information, 30 offensive linemen have been franchise-tagged since 1993, while 29 defensive ends and 26 linebackers were tagged

On the other end, there have been four punters, 10 quarterbacks, 11 tight ends and 12 running backs franchised

Some of those positional descriptions seem vague . You're right, and sometimes that causes conflict between players and teams

Offensive line positions, for example, are valued quite differently from a financial perspective

Teams will pay much more for a left tackle than, say, a right guard. But it costs the same to franchise them

For pass-rushers, disputes often arise from whether a player is designated as a defensive end or an outside linebacker

The CBA says only that it should be based on "the position at which the franchise player participated in the most plays during the prior league year

" Today's hybrid schemes can sometimes make that answer a debatable point.Do some teams use the tag more than others? Yes, but given the 26-year span of the tag's existence, the numbers are more a function of talent and cap management than a philosophical opposition or support of the tag itself

Every team in the league has used it at least once. The Indianapolis Colts have used it an NFL-high 11 times, followed by the Chiefs (10), Seahawks (10) and Arizona Cardinals (10)

The Texans (one), Falcons (two) and Browns (three) have used it the fewest times

Jersey Shore's Ronnie Ortiz-Magro: 'Self-Care,' 'Going to the Gym' Help Me Stay Sober - Live News 2 - Duration: 5:13.

On the heels of his rehab visit, is determined to stay sober — and he tells Us Weekly that going to the gym and having a workout routine helps him keep his body and mind in a healthy place

"They did a lot of self-care there," he tells Us exclusively of his one-month rehabilitation stint at HeadWaters at Origins holistic treatment center in West Palm Beach, Florida, to treat depression and alcohol abuse

"So it's really about taking care of yourself, eating healthy, going to the gym is a big one

"  Besides his fitness regimen and diet, the Jersey Shore: Family Vacation star, 33, embraced a holistic approach to wellness at the center

"Basically, we got massages and, like, reflexology, and acupuncture. It really helps you focus on yourself," he says

"Because if you can't take care of yourself, you can't take care of anybody in your life

I can't take care of my daughter, I can't take care of my family. I can't take care of my friends

"  Ortiz-Magro shares 10-month old daughter Ariana with his ex, .  Though the reality star has always had a workout routine, he tells Us his aims are different now: "I try to get to the gym every day

Before it was like, 'Well, I've got to work out.' [Now], it's like just get to the gym and release some blood in your body, get it moving

It just makes you feel better and it helps your brain just start going, instead of just sitting there marinating on the couch

"  In the video below, Ortiz-Magro demonstrates his five simple go-to exercise moves: box jumps for legs, push-ups for biceps, shoulders and pecs, Russian twists for core and transverse abdominals, battle ropes for upper body and cardiovascular benefits and the foam roller to stretch it all out

As for his diet, the MTV personality said cleaning it up helped with his moods

"It basically just was high protein. No more junk food," he says. "That's another thing I noticed when I was drinking is, I would feel depressed

I would eat and I would just eat junk food. My thing was candies and chips and cake

It was just like I didn't care. I would still go to the gym and work out, but I wasn't getting the results that I used to get

"  He credits the facility for helping to change his eating habits. "In there, they fed us really well

I really enjoyed it," he says. "They kind of spoiled us in a way, because now I'm like, 'Oh now I've got to go home and start ordering Uber Eats again!'"  And his goal is to avoid going back to the way he ate when Jersey Shore premiered in 2009

"It's also taught me the way I used to eat when I first started the show, when I was really, really good shape is like, it's not about how you look

It's about how you feel," he says. "When you eat healthy, you feel healthy. Then when you look healthy, you feel good

"  While all his cast members and MTV have been supportive of his lifestyle changes — including , who has been sober for three-plus years — Ortiz-Magro can count on as a diet buddy

The 31-year-old has cataloged his 50-pound weight loss and body transformation on the keto diet on his @ketoguido Instagram account

Not that Ortiz-Magro will give his buddy credit for the inspiration! "What I tell Vinny is, 'Remember bro, I was dieting before you were dieting," he says

"You were still eating Polish Sunday dinners when I was eating grilled chicken and lettuce like a rabbit

"  With reporting by Emily Longeretta
