if we could only have an English native speaker we will all be fluent in no time,
and of course when we say have we mean for free
I am here to tell you that there are plenty of native English speakers available for free
I will even say that they might be willing to pay to hear you speak
How and where can you find English native speakers to practice your English for free?

But before I give you the answer, there is something very important you need to know
Isn't that what most youtubers say before they answer a question, waste your time with
useless information, but I am not most youtubers
what I wanna tell you is very important
I wanna tell you is that it doesn't really matter whether the speaker is native or non-native
as long as they can speak OK English of course
if you want to practice your listening, there are plenty of native speakers available for free
Movies guys, Hollywood movies, watch movies, TED talks
that's the best way to practice your listening, it's free
and if you want somebody to correct your mistakes, I can tell you from experience
that mistake correction doesn't really work
having somebody correct your mistakes won't improve your English all that much
trust me
the goal of every language learner is to acquire the ability to self-correct and
the only way to reach that goal is to read a lot listen to a lot of English, and listen to your own voice
speaking is important but it doesn't have to be with a native speaker
But that's not what you are here for, you want to know where you can find
native speakers of English for free
On YouTube
Native speakers of English are also interested in learning other languages
you can offer an exchange, you teach your native language and they teach you English
go to the comment section of some of the most popular YouTube videos of
how to learn your native language
Spanish, Russian, Vietnamese, whatever it may be, and l
eave your Skype or WhatsApp Viber info
and offer your language expertise
I personally believe that native doesn't mean the best but that's just me
do that, it is free and relatively safe
but did you know that there is even a way to get paid to speak English
all you need is have something interesting to talk about
something you are good at, or knowledgable about
Start a YouTube channel and talk about your hobby, or school, or work
you don't need to show your face,
just buy a good microphone and start a YouTube channel
in English of course
Talk about your favorite movies, or books, or cars, or fashion designer or how to make
sushi, or how to take pictures, or whatever you are interested in and good at
Prepare a script and just read it, make sure there are no grammatical mistakes
Prepare a script, read it and post it on YouTube
talk about the things you like and you are passionate about
We all like listening and communicating with people who are passionate about what they do
Plenty of native speakers will contact you and might even pay for your knowledge
don't tell them that you are doing it in order to learn English
Nobody wants to teach for free, but if you have something interesting to talk about,
people will happily talk to you for free and even pay you
If YouTube is too big of a jump for you then you could go on Twitter or Facebook and
join a discussion on a topic of your interest
in English of course
write a comment, share your opinion and I'm sure native speakers will respond
but again, don't tell them you are there to learn English
don't tell them you are looking for native English speakers to practice your English
just talk about your common interests and passion
photography, gardening, fashion, cooking, movies, books, cars, games,
at the very least you can start teaching your native language on YouTube
make videos about how to learn your native language
there are 500 million native speakers of English out there
I'm sure there are more than a few who will be interested in learning your native language
regardless of how minor it might be
and again, you don't need to show yourself if you are camera shy
there are plenty of other ways
Prepare a script and read it, but make sure there are no grammatical mistakes

recover from addiction and improve their

thing is if you are thinking about
coming off any medications you should
always talk to your prescribing doctor
first. The information in this video is
for educational purposes only
and you should always consult with a
herbalist before going on a course of
herbs. Methadone is an opioid medication
and substitute drug for people dependent
on heroin. Methadone helps people stop
using heroin.
However methadone is addictive and many
users end up on methadone for years. When
users want to come off methadone they
struggle with the withdrawal symptoms and
the risk of relapse and overdose if they
use heroin during and methadone detox.
Methadone on its own is a relatively
safe drug
The problem is that many methadone users
are also on a cocktail of prescribed
drugs including benzodiazepines sleeping
pills on top of their methadone.
Unfortunately many died before getting
opportunity to come off methadone.
In 2008 I published a research paper
entitled 'Is there a way out of this
clinic? ' and in that the paper I described the
link between methadone and the concept
of medical hegemony which explains how
people become trapped by medical beliefs
and addicted to prescribe drugs. Antonio
Gramsci used the concept of hegemony to
explain how those in power maintain
control over others without force a
coercion but rather through state
institutions and the media to maintain
the status quo. A medical hegemony
exists when we assume a medical
treatment works and we don't question or
think that there might be an alternative.
I became a herbalist because of what I
saw happen to people prescribed
methadone. Methadone became a platform
for further prescribing of a wide range
of pharmaceuticals that seemed to deepen
their addiction rather than becoming a
stepping stone to recovery. Herbal
medicine on the other hand can play an
important role in supporting people
overcome their addiction to methadone and
order drugs. So here are some of the
herbs that I can use to treat somebody
with withdrawal symptoms as they are
tapering off methadone over a period of
a year. Herbs to nurture and support the
nervous system such as valerian skullcap
and st. John's wort, wood betony, wilde
lettuce and hops. Herbs to
support the regeneration of the liver
include milk thistle dandelion burdock root,
artichcoke and turmeric
adaptogen herbs to support people through a
process of change and stress such as
Siberian ginseng ashwaganda astragalus
and licorice Herbs for a heart to
support the cardiovascular system hawthorn,
motherwort
and cayenne pepper. Herbs to improve
digestion and move constipation such as
meadowsweet barberry cascara sagrada
licorice Rhubarb root
and ginger and Herbs for the urinary
tract to support elimination of
toxins such as yarrow celery seed
juniper and bearberry and then herbs for
the adrenal fatigue and to increase
energy such as ginkgo Korean ginseng
licorice astragalus and ashwagandha
I would also use the herb devil's claw for
muscle aches and pains. So we have a wide
range of herbs to draw on and to support
someone through a methadone detox. Many of these herbs are supported by scientific research.

a successful methadone detox involves
more than herbes and you will need a
holistic plan to support you during your
detox journey and you must be motivated
to want to start a detox for yourself not for
others and you will need social support
from friends and family and you will need to be in
secure housing you will also need to
work in partnership with your doctor
herbalist and counselor and your doctor
will support your doctor will support you with a methadone
tapering detox over a year you will also
need to work on your guys you might
consider using mindfulness meditation to
relax and reduce anxiety and exercise
keeping yourself busy doing a course that
interests you all these things will help you
focus and remember talk to your
prescribing doctor before coming off any
medications talk to a herbalist
before starting a course it herbs I wish

Today in this video, we're going to learn our basic numbers.
So let's get started.
We're gonna go ahead and start with numbers 1-10.
Now, we need to break it up a little bit.
Numbers 1-5 are pretty simple, so let's start with that.
First things first, please make sure when you're doing numbers 1-5, your palms face
you, and when you're doing individual numbers, you start from the bottom---up.

With the number 22, we're going to take our number 2, palms forward this time, and move
it from left to right.

and choose to go with that.

A moment of disbelief that they're gone, or not really realizing, hey,
they're not around anymore for advice, or for comfort, things like that.
Those moments are few and far between but when they hit you, they hit you like a ton
of bricks and at the most strangest times, usually around the holidays. And the
things that I remember with my parents, the strongest memories aren't like big,
huge family vacations. That was the big thing for my family, we'd go to
California, or we'd go to Branson, things like that. It would be, I'd go to a
breakfast place that my dad and I would have breakfast at, or I'd be driving down
the highway and I would get a trigger and I would think about something and you just
start bawling because you're like oh, another Christmas and I can't get up in
the morning and put the presents out kind of a thing. It happens at random times.
There's no real key. Over the years they get fewer and far between,
but when you do have those moments of realization that they're not around,
it's hard. It's really hard when you hear people complain about their family and
their parents and they're like, "Oh, mom did this," or, "Mom made this funny
Facebook post," or whatever and you're just like, "Really? You have your Mom. You
can literally pick up a phone and talk to them." There are people out there who
don't have any family, so that makes it hard.

The Republic of Korea is currently in total chaos;
from politics, economy, society, culture,

In order to restore stability and lead the nation forward, we need strong

The times call for a president with strong determination

From an objective point of you, you're not running an easy race here.
For a whole host of reasons in this nation at the moment, polls show it is very likely
that the country will elect a left-wing president in May 9.
You are - most would agree with me - You are the most conservative candidate in this year's
race.
Are you confident that you will win?
South Korea has a relatively shorter history of party politics compared to the United States.
Political parties in South Korea generally last no longer than five years;
a government turnover defines a change in leadership, not a change of political
parties.
When there was a power transfer from the Lee Myung-bak to Park Geun-hye administration,
Park government wasn't acting as the second Lee administration.
It was a completely new government.
In that vein, the new Hong Joon-pyo government will be an entirely different administration
from that of Park's.
Therefore, a government turnover in South Korea
is equivalent to a change in leadership.
The Korean peninsula at the moment is under international radar.
There's been a rapid escalation of tensions in this part of the world.
Continuous provocations by the North Korean regime.
What is your policy vis-a-vis Pyongyang?
For the past 20 years, South Korea has been committed to resolving
inter-Korean tensions through diplomacy
such as the six-party denuclearization talks.
There hasn't been any progress.
During the 20 years of South Korea's diplomatic efforts,
North Korea was focused on developing nuclear weapons.
The amount of money sent to North Korea
over the ten years of Kim Dae-jung and Roh Moon-hyun administrations tops US$

That funding support came back as nuclear weapons.
North Korea's nuclear ambitions can no longer be tolerated.
When I become the president, I will consult with the U.S.
in deploying tactical nuclear weapons to South Korea to strike a nuclear balance
between the two Koreas.
There is no other way to gain dominance over nuclear weapons but with nuclear weapons.
I will set up a Naval Special Warfare Command and lead a South, North Korea Armed Peace
Policy through military might and power dominance.
On the diplomatic front - South Korea not in the best situation currently.
There is a new president in the White House - very different from the last president with
a seemingly different approach to the North Korea issue.
There is China to the north, in a clash of interest with South Korea.
How would you best situate yourself so that South Korea puts the best foot forward in
this complex relationship?
There is Donald Trump in the U.S., Xi Jinping in China, and Shinzo Abe in Japan.
It's an era of 'strongmen.'
In order to negotiate and work with them, South Korea also needs a 'strongman' from
a right-wing government.
I have no doubt that I am the only candidate with strong enough conviction and viewpoint
on national security to lead this country.
Only those with resolution and determination like myself can negotiate with these 'strongmen.'
I have no doubt that I am the only one who can take on that task.
Why do you describe yourself as a 'strongman'?
Because that's how I've been for the last 22 years; as a prosecutor, as a politician.
There is no one like Hong Joon-pyo when it comes to execution.
Economic growth and jobs.
I think it's an issue that comes up every election season and not only here but all
across the globe.
Do you have a blueprint for Asia's fourth-largest economy?
The reason behind Korea's low economic growth and shortage of jobs for the youths stands
powerful and noble labor unions.
These mega-powerful noble labor unions that make up less than 3% of the entire labor force
discourage corporate investments and drive Korean firms overseas.
If I come to power, I will carry out a thorough reform of these superpower noble labor unions.
As long as we can take care of those superpower noble labor unions that disturb Korea's labor
market, prevent foreign investment, and drive Korean companies overseas, Korea can grow
again and jobs will begin to flourish.
Politicians have been too mindful of these superpower noble labor unions, thus far.
When I was Governor of Gyeongsangnam-do Province, I faced off these unions for three whole years.
It was sparked by our provincial government's decision to close down a debt-ridden public
hospital.
In the end, I got my way over theirs.
I, Hong Joon-pyo, am the only person who's faced these unions and won.
You are running under the slogan "Proud ordinary president."
What does that mean?
I want to build a country where the middle-class, the ordinary Korean people that make up 70%
of the entire population can live with hope, realizing their dreams.
I've endured tough times growing up and even up until this day.
But, I pulled through all on my own; I've never been swayed by political factions and
never by anything when I served as prosecutor.
Should I be elected president, I want to create a country where the younger generation can
live with hope and dream; I want to create a country for the 70% of the Korean population:
The middle class, the average, ordinary people.
Now, my final question - a common question to all candidates.
What is your edge over others?
Why does the Republic of Korea need Hong Joon-pyo as president in 2017?
First of all, the country needs a president who places absolute priority on security.
Inter-Korean tensions are high and there is flaring tensions between North Korea and the
U.S.
This is just as bad as it gets.
We need a president who can deter North Korea's nuclear weapons; one who can dominate North
Korea.
It will be tragic for the next generation if we elect a president who compromises with
the North and send dollars across the border.
The times call for a strong, powerful president who can protect the lives of the 50-million
strong population here.
For these reasons, there is no one else but Hong Joon-pyo for the job.
I will do my absolute best to become the president so that I can create a country where the lives
and assets of the 50 million South Koreans are protected; where the middle-class, the
average, ordinary people, and the younger generation can live with hope and dream about
the future.

roadworthy inspection before you sell it
so what that means is the mechanic has
to look it over
verify that the car is not going to
