Hai My name is Made Dita Rahayu Putri

But you can call me Dita

and I make this video for BNI Rookie46

for Management Trainee Program

I have recently obtained my Bachelor Degree on

on electrical engineering major in

telecommunication at Udayana University,

as a Cum Laude with GPA 3.77

Aside from my study, I'm also extensively

active in college activity, such as becoming

treasurer of IEEE Student Branch Udayana University

as a secretary of Robot Technology

and as Telecommunication Laboratory Assistant

Beside that I'm also active on volunteering job too

especially on International conference

as Liaison officer

So basically I have interpersonal skill,

which is being able to communicate

effectively face-to-face with one or

many people

achievement? of course I have

on 2011 I won 3rd place of Avicena Udayana Science project

and on 2013

I won 1st place for writing article for Pegadaian Corporation

and

on 2015 I won 4th place for Kontes Robot Seni Indonesia on Regional V

The future of business is

definitely will be affected

by the growth of technology.

We're now live in digital lifestyle,

where the technology is so integrated with our lives,

that going

without it can cause severe anxiety for some.

One of my favorite subject

that I believe will shape the future business is

IoT

or Internet of Things

IoT is a network of internet-connected object

that able to collect and exchange data.

The expert predict that by 2020

25 billion of IoT devices will be on place

or 4 to 6 devices for every person on earth

Some benefit of IoT in Bank Marketing are

The first one is collection of data constantly

and in real-time

it makes the bank able to better track,

analyze behaviour,

and make better decisions based on

far more accurate financial risk data

the second one is instant communication between devices,

that allows customers to make cashless payment

using RFID

and the third one is reduce operating cost,

that send customized offers right

to customer's smartphone

as soon as they enter the branch by using

the beacon.

let me close this video with qoute from Bill Gates

"Information technology and business are becoming inextricably interwoven

Nobody can talk meaningfully about one

without talking about the other"

thank you for watching this video

4 Breathing exercises for smooth freestyle swimming. Progressions. Beginners - Duration: 3:51.

On this video I will show you 4 breathing exercises you can do to maintain a better,

more horizontal position while swimming smooth easy freestyle.

The first exercise is to Grab the wall with one hand, take a deep breath, put your face

in the water and kick just enough to put your body in a horizontal position.

At this moment your are not exhaling.

Hold your breath for about 2 seconds and let about 50 percent of the air in your lungs

out through your nose plus 20 percent with your mouth.

Take a quick breath through your mouth of that 70 percent of air you let out.

You will notice that in swimming you breathe the exact opposite as if you were running.

When you swim, you exhale through your nose and inhale through your mouth.

Notice that I don't constantly exhale the whole time my head is in the water.

This is key to maintaining my upper body floating.

I also don't fill my lungs to their full capacity.

That would cause the problem we talked about in our past smooth freestyle video.

Practice this exercise on both sides, breathing to the left and breathing to the right, until

you feel comfortable with the movement and the breathing technique.

The second progression is very similar but you will have a kick board instead of the

wall and you will also do full strokes.

Kick about 6 times and then take one breath and a stroke.

Notice that he is not exhaling while his head is in place looking at the floor.

Elite swimmers just exhale while the head is moving up to the surface before breaking

it and a little bit while on the surface.

This all happens in a matter of hundredths of a second while swimming fast.

That is why you have to practice it slowly at first and perfect it though repetition.

The third exercise is the same as the second but without a kick board.

Usually swimmers have a preferred breathing side but it is of good practice to learn how

to breathe well from both sides.

Notice that the second goggle barely comes out of the surface, this is to make the breath

fast and keep a good alignment of the body.

The fourth exercise is simpler.

Just kick with your arms down and move your head to the side to take a breath.

There is no arms' movement.

Focus on maintaining the hips high on the surface of the water and take quick breaths

the same way you practice on the other three exercises.

Now you are ready to do the whole thing!

Swim one length of the pool on the smoothest freestyle you can master, while taking short

quick breaths.

Try breathing every 2 stroke, every 3 stroke and every 4 strokes.

Notice the difference.

Stop at the other end, control your breathing and do it again.

We only have about 50 swimcaps left!

Thanks to those of you who already bought one!

If you want yours, click here!

If you are new here, don't forget to subscribe!

Thanks for watching!

Swim fast!

Medical Genetics Summaries on the NCBI Bookshelf - a pharmacogenomics resource for clinicians - Duration: 13:41.

Good afternoon.

This is Peter Cooper from the customer service division of NCBI . Today's webinar is on Medical

Genetics Summaries on the NCBI Boolshelf.

With me as Adrianna Malheiro who is a genetic counselor NCBI and she will be talking you

about the Medical Genetics Summaries.

If you have a question during the webinar, write it into the question pod.

The answers are going to be available after the webinar, linked to our webinars page.

In their will be the slide set and materials directly as well.

I'm goint to pass this over to Adrianna.

Thank you, Peter.

Welcome to the NCBI minute!

It is with great pleasure that I am introducing you to your new best friend for actionable

pharmacogenetic information, the Medical Genetics Summaries

In the clinic, a physician, genetic counselor, nurse or pharmacist may want to efficiently

access authoritative information about genetic testing to guide therapeutic decision making.

This is where the MGS come in.

You can use them to find pharmacogenomic information about drug efficacy, dosing, or adverse event

risk.

The Medical Genetics Summaries were created by NCBI to bring a clinician a trustworthy,

quickly digestible resource that summarizes the latest pharmacogenomic information in

an actionable format.

Each chapter is written in house by a doctor with pharmacology background, edited in-house

by clinical geneticists, and then sent for outside editing by an impressive list of expert

reviewers – they are all acknowledged in each chapter so you can see whose input contributed

to the summary.

Summaries are updated regularly.

You can access Medical Genetics Summaries for free from the Bookshelf which is where

NCBI stores its free books like GeneReviews that you may be familiar with.

You can use it to find the over 300 pharmacogenetic tests currently in GTR.

And access information in MedGen.

These clinical genetics resources at NCBI all link to each other.

The main page lists all summaries and you can expand to see links to specific sections

of each chapter for quick access to the specific information you need.

There is a search box where you can look for summaries by drug or gene.

The MGS is a collection of currently 37 chapters or summaries and this number is growing.

Each summary has the same format.

Each chapter or summary starts with a concise introduction that describes the drug and its

metabolism, how the genetic variation influences the drug response, and the take-home messages

from FDA and other authoritative sources.

The introduction also shows dosing guidelines, giving quick access to actionable information.

The Drug, Gene, and Therapeutic recommendations sections go into more detail.

The allele Nomenclature table is your Rosetta stone for variants, to translate common start

alleles, alternate variant names, dbSNP rs identifiers, and HGVS expressions – HGVS

is the standardized nomenclature for human variation.

So, what is in the MGS?

The MGS includes the relevant statement from the FDA drug label.

Professional practice standards from authoritative pharmacogenomic societies like CPIC the Clinical

Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium.

It also includes relevant practice guidelines from professional medical societies like the

American College of Medical Genetics and Genomics (ACMG)

It has information from the Pharmacogenomics Knowledgebase, PharmGKB, like potentially

clinically actionable gene-drug associations.

We perform literature searches from PubMed to include the latest papers, reviews, and

guidelines which gives you a curated set of references for a more efficient workflow in

your clinic.

Also included is input and review from experts in the field.

The MGS are accessible from other resources at NCBI.

Here you can see how you can access the summaries from the NIH Genetic Testing Registry or GTR,

which is a free database of orderable clinical and research genetic tests provided by labs

from around the world.

And MedGen, which is a portal to information about phenotypes with a genetic component.

These are the 37 chapters available so far – each chapter is for a drug and the genes

that affect its metabolism or efficiency.

I'll use the summary on Codeine Therapy and CYP2D6 as my example.

Here is the layout of the codeine summary.

It starts with a descriptive introduction of the chapter.

On the right-hand side, there are links to valuable information.

For example, you can see that the GTR search on the drug response and gene are already

set up for you to click on.

When you click on these links you are taken to GTR and a page that lists all relevant

tests.

Deeper in the chapter you'll find more details about genetic testing and how test results

are given, for example as diplotypes of star alleles that need to be translated into a

predicted metabolizer phenotype.

Let's say you ordered a CYP2D6 test.

Or, a patient is coming to you with the results of the test their doctor ordered for them,

and the doctor wants your advice on translating the result into clinical decisions.

Here is what the report may look like.

This report lists a set of markers that were assayed, defined with rs identifiers from

dbSNP.

The genotype is given for each marker.

The genetic result is then described as a diplotype of two star alleles, in this case

'star 1 and star 41.

This laboratory report translates the diplotype into a metabolic phenotype – in this example

'extensive metabolizer'.

Now let's go back to the Medical Genetic Summary.

Here is the translation table for different ways used to report variations by for example

labs and the literature.

Here you can see what the HGVS expression is for a star allele, a piece of information

that is not always easy to find.

The star 41 allele in our example lab report is at the bottom.

This table shows the activity status of each relevant alleles for the CYP2D6 gene: star

1 is a normal function allele and star 41 is a decreased function allele.

These are the Codeine therapy recommendations based on CYP2D6 phenotype, these recommendations

have been adapted from CPIC.

The MGS uses the new published recommended standardized terminology from CPIC.

So, you may notice some discrepancy in the terminology when comparing with other resources.

Here is the star 1 / star 41 diplotype and how it relates to the enzyme activity score.

This result is one normal function allele (star 1) and one decreased function allele

(star 41) so the patient is considered to be a normal metabolizer and dosing should

not be affected; so you can use label-recommended, age or weight specific dosing.

Translating the test results into clinical actions takes some dedication.

The MGS is more efficient than a literature search or wading through an FDA label because

everything you may need is in one place.

The codeine summary displays excerpts from the FDA, CPIC, and the Canadian Pharmacogenetics

Network for drug safety (CPNDS).

In conclusion, a clinician can use MedGen to consider a differential diagnosis, to find

clinical, molecular, and research information about a condition or phenotype along with

links to relevant information.

They can use GTR to find a suitable test for specific genes or diseases.

And they can use the MGS to find: Therapeutic dosing recommendations by phenotype; Enzymatic

activity status of significant alleles; Assignment of likely phenotype based on genotypes

And to translate terms used in published literature with terms used in the laboratory and the

clinic by using the allele nomenclature table.

Here is the url for the Medical Genetics Summaries.

A little tip: a google search will also work.

We are on Twitter, you can follow us for notifications on new summaries being published and updates

to existing summaries.

We are working on getting these summaries indexed in PubMed and expect this to be done

soon.

Thank you for your attention.

I can now take questions.

Thanks Adrianna.

The only real question that is in the pod right now is a question about the genetic

test chart that you showed that had the rs id's in it.

The person wants to know where that came from.

It was definitely in the book but I think this question was more about what would be

the source of something like that?

Yes, the lab report with the CYP2D6 alleles in it.

For the allele nomenclature table we actually do this ourselves.

We just read the literature and we try to find the allele on the dbSNP and for the CYP

enzymes, there is a website that actually gathers all of the information for the CYP

enzymes.

So I don't have the exact URL but that is definitely something that should be at the

end of the summaries and if not, I can send them to you.

Now, if you are referring to the rs numbers for the genetic test reports, this is adapted

from an actual report that comes from a testing laboratory.

For that, I can't answer because I didn't know where they did it.

So a follow-up question for that table, he wants to know if that is not in the medical

genetics summary that allele nomenclature?

The allele nomenclature table is in the medical genetics summaries, yes.

This we do ourselves.

We actually create this table ourselves.

Great.

Thank you.

Another question is about when was the first medical genetics summary done, what date?

It was back in 2012.

So when you first go to the medical genetics summary, the book, we have the dates in there.

So there is the date that a chapter was created and there's a date when the chapter was updated

and all the updates after that will be dated as well.

Thank you, Adriana.

Laura Dean who is the author of this book is commenting on the questions pot and I will

send her answers out to people later on when we get the Q&A document together.

Another question is, for a given drug example can you cross-reference to other targets that

influenced metabolism for example a drug may be metabolized by CYP2D6 and CYP3A4 and so

on.

Yes, so each summary is for a drug and all of the genes or enzymes that affect it's metabolism.

So some of the summaries have discussed more than one gene.

So you can see for instance, Clozapine Therapy discusses CYP2D6 CYP1A2 and CYP3A4.

So we definitely can have discussions of more than one gene for summary.

Are there any examples were the medical genetics summaries disagree with CPIC conclusions.

We display all of the recommendations from FDA and CPIC, the Dutch pharmacology workgroup,

the Canadian group.

So we display all of those.

And sometimes they don't agree with each other.

So it's one of the reasons why we created the summarises was to show that when you are

in a clinic and you need to know what all of the professional societies and what FDA

has to say about it, sometimes some of the medical societies as well like a ACMG or ASCO

they will have recommendations as well.

So we've display all of those that are available.

We don't formulate an opinion here.

We just show and display all of the recommendations from all of the groups that publish on that

drug.

Thank you, Adriana.

I don't see any more questions.

I want to go ahead and close the webinar now and remind you that the slides will be available

on the ftp site that I sent in the chat pod to everybody.

So thank you everybody for coming and we will see you next time.

Hey Snap Nation! Okay so we've

shown you the exercise cuff velcro

strappy guys, so now, I'm going to show you

their cool cousin the band with the pad

(Resistance Rings!)

we're going to call it an exer-cuff so

you can start with the band around your

ankle if you want a little bit more

stability in your movement, in the move

I'm about to show you; or if you're

looking for a little bit more of a

challenge place it under under your knee

cap this will create some extra tension

so obviously as you're doing the

exercise you want as much tension in the

band as possible you don't want it to go

all floppy on me so I'm going to show

you a lateral band walk so with this

you're going to start in a basic squat

obviously knees over ankles and you're

going to keep full tension in the band

and you're going to step

wiggle the one side and then to the other

you'll immediately begin to feel in your

abductor the outside of your buns and

your hips feel those firing up that's it

that's lateral band walk

CNN 10 - April 28, 2017 | Events and poll numbers from President Trump's first 100 days - Duration: 10:01.

I`m Carl Azuz, and Fridays are awesome! It`s great to have you watching CNN 10.

Tomorrow marks 100 days since U.S. President Donald Trump was inaugurated. It`s considered

a milestone for an American leader. And the president is

expected to attend a rally in Harrisburg, Pennsylvania, on Saturday to talk about his

accomplishments. Like the three previous presidents, Mr. Trump

has gotten mixed reviews on his first 100 days in office, but he`s gotten lower approval

ratings.

In a CNN/ORC poll conducted between April 22nd and April 25th, 44 percent of respondents

said they approve of the way Donald Trump is handling his

job as president, 54 percent said they disapprove. The findings were similar in several other

national polls.

On the issue of national security, 50 percent of respondents approve of the president`s

work, 48 percent disapprove. That number has held steady in

recent months.

For health care policy, 36 percent approve of the job the president is doing, 61 percent

disapprove. That number took a hit after Republicans in

Congress failed to pass the first version of their plan to repeal and replace Obamacare,

though they say they`re working on a compromise.

On immigration, 41 percent approve, 57 percent disapprove. The president`s executive order

temporarily banning immigration from certain countries is

current tied up in court.

But regarding the Supreme Court, the president`s nomination of Judge Neil Gorsuch to fill a

vacancy was a success. He was narrowly confirmed by the

Senate and is now seated on the bench.

And on the economy, 59 percent said U.S. economic conditions are good, 41 percent said they`re

poor. The stock market has continued to climb despite

hitting some bumps.

And President Trump says he`s beginning to renegotiate NAFTA, the North American Free

Trade Agreement between the U.S., Canada and Mexico.

Italian fabrics, Japanese Kobe beef, American cars, where there are goods, there`s trade.

Trade deals make it easier and cheaper for countries to trade with one another. They`re

not necessary, but there`s a price to pay if you don`t

have one. Countries generally slap an extra charge on foreign products when they cross

the border.

Free trade deals can get rid of these tariffs, pushing prices down and giving customers better

access to foreign goods. They can strengthen

diplomatic ties. Almost every country in the world has them. Around 230 trade deals went

into force between 2000 and 2016, according to World Trade

Organization.

So, how do they work?

Let`s say two or more countries, Country A, Country B, and Country C, decide they want

a deal. They gather important people around the table,

lawyers, negotiators, regulators, and they hammer out the details. They`ll work out the

different sectors they want to focus on and discuss ways to

align their industry rules. Leaders give their stamp of approval and generally, lawmakers

have to ratify everything.

But it takes time. Modern, large scale trade deals between multiple countries can take

years to sign and there`s a lot of back and forth. The

recent free trade deal between Canada and the European Union took nearly a decade to

sign. Even smaller trade deals can often take a year or two.

But not everyone is a fan. Critics say it`s better when the tariffs are in place and everyone

minds their own business. They say cheap foreign

products drown out domestic industry and hurt local jobs. But when trade barriers go up,

countries can hurt themselves, leading to higher prices,

potential shortages and unhappy customers.

Quote, "An action that threatens our interests, our security." That`s what Russia says about

the deployment of some U.S. fighter jets to

the nation of Estonia.

Located on the eastern part of the Baltic Sea, the country is a member of NATO, the

North Atlantic Treaty Organization. It`s an alliance of European

countries and the U.S. And an American official says the deployment of jet was planned after

Russia took over Crimea, formerly part of Ukraine, in

2014.

America`s newest weapon, the F-35, in the skies over Eastern Europe, right

where confrontations with Russia frequently happen.

CNN was given exclusive access to the U.S. stealth combat jet`s first ever forward deployment.

Training with allied air forces is central experience

for the crews, a pilot tells me.

BRYAN BLACKBURN, U.S. AIR FORCE: We`re continuing to forward deploy and bolster our native allies.

And so, it`s just our cooperation and to

bolster the NATO alliance.

We rode along on a tanker plane refueling the F-35 as they transited to Estonia -- a

country on the border with Russia and worried

about Moscow`s aggressive posture in recent years.

With the deployment of the F-35, the U.S. is sending a very clear message both to Russia

but also to its partner nations, that it`s

willing to put its newest and most advanced asset into this area to make sure it`s allies

are safe.

Russia`s air force is increasingly flying planes like the nuclear capable TU-95 bomber

around this area. NATO jets often scrambling to intercept

them.

President Trump has only recently stopped calling the NATO alliance obsolete. Now, the

F-35 deployment, another welcome sign of American

commitment, Estonia`s defense minister tells me.

This is very important to send this message, that this is the border of NATO, this is the

eastern border of (INAUDIBLE) that is we

are ready to protect them.

As part of this deployment, the F-35 crews get to know this contested airspace and practice

cooperation with other NATO air forces. As

tensions with Moscow show no sign of easing, this plane could become a staple of NATO`s

eastern fringe.

Ten-second trivia:

This is the molecular formula of what chemical compound?

Carbon dioxide, castor oil, chlorophyll, or caffeine?

It`s for a widely used central nervous system stimulant called caffeine.

And we mean widely consumed.

The U.S. Food and Drug Administration says that 90 percent of people in the world use

some form of caffeine. One way that`s growing is through energy

drinks, and two prominent health groups, the World Health Organization and the American

Academy of Pediatrics, are warning people about consuming

energy drinks. One reason, they don`t just contain caffeine. They sometimes include sugar,

vitamins and guarana, another stimulant. And

doctors say more research is needed into how these ingredients may interact with each other.

Experts say too much caffeine alone can cause caffeine intoxication, leading to insomnia,

anxiety, restlessness, muscle twitching. And they add

that in adolescents, more than 100 milligrams of caffeine per day, that`s about what`s in

a cup of coffee, has been associated with elevated blood

pressure.

The American Academy of Pediatrics says kids should avoid energy drinks altogether. It

says teenagers should limit their intake of caffeine to a

hundred milligrams per day. For most adults, the Mayo Clinic puts the limit up to 400 milligrams

per day. The American Beverage Association says

people worldwide have safely consumed energy drinks for decades, that many of their ingredients

are found naturally and that they`ve been confirmed

safe by government safety authorities.

It`s prom season in the U.S. and not everyone who goes to the big dance is used to the tuxedo

or the gown, the boutonniere, the corsage, the dress

shoes, or maybe just the stairs.

A young couple in Palm Beach, Florida, were making the grand entrance when -- oops! He`s

OK. And his loving girlfriend lovingly tweeted this video

to share with the Internet and the world.

Hey, prom is not supposed to be perfect, but it can be memorable, especially if you lose

a staring contest before you even step into the

dance or slip-up before you slip out, or lose your footing before you`re on firmer ground.

People might think he was trippin`. But given the steps

his girlfriend took to allow others to stare, we`d say they`re probably in step, basically

a shoo-in for a great walk into the future.

I`m Carl Azuz for CNN 10.

Motivasi Agar Selalu Rajin Belajar dan Belajar (Ady's Self Motivation) - Duration: 5:07.

Hi guys...

my name is ady

here i am going to

share something to you

i hope that

whatever that i shared

it could be useful thing for us

especially for me

well

one of the commons questions

i received from my students

is about

how to stay motivated

to learn

how do

we keep our

spirit

to study hard study study

always study

keep going

well

surprisingly

this is more proper with

learning environment than

a problem with the learners

how could it be

i think you ever noticed that

how

the children

can't sit down

for even five minutes to read a book

but

they can sit down for

an hour or more

just playing PlayStation

or watching movie

what

so the problem is not only the children

but the problem is only

situation

well

so

the questions is

how do we create

the learning situation

that can motivate us

always

right

okay

here

i have a question for you

what are the things

that

cannot be forgotten in this world

what

girl

oh nonono

don't think about girl first

money

no

it's not money

yah it's money

second one is money

you know money right

but

i will make it specific

cannot be forgotten is not always it

but debt

right

it has something to do with money

and i make it specific

this is debt

just imagine that you have debt

for instance

i am sure that

you have debt to someone

even five hundred rupiahs

then

you will always remember your it

if you are not

if you are not

easy to get lose

if you are not

absent-minded

always

of-course

you will remember your debt

right

sometimes we do not

care about

the amount of

how much it is

but

if we think about debt

right

if we think about debt

we have to

look for

money or

look for the thing that

could

be

used to pay off our debt

right

and of course in our mindset

our mindset

our activitiy

we always encourage our self

i have to

i have to

pay off my debt

i have to pay off my debt

right

i think

i think everybody in this world

don't want to have a debt

right

so it is right that

the most

i mean

the most richest

man in the world

is

the person who has no debt

right

yeah

so

like this

you

just think

if you do not open your book

it's your debt

if you do not read a lot, it's your debt

if you do not practice your speaking

it's your debt

if you're feeling lazy

to do something

if you do not memorize vocabulary or

if you keep on your laziness

and don't want to

do not want to move on

it's your debt as well

so

everything is your debt

if you don't want to do the good thing

right

just put in your mind

take it deeply

and just imagine

that

ah... i got a lot of debt

that you should pay it off

you should pay your debt

right

after your study

after you finish your study

means

you pay your debt

but

in other times, some other times

you didn't

you haven't studied yet

then

you have to pay off your debt

as well

so

the debt is unforgettable thing

in the world

that could motivate you

that my version

i don't know what's your version

that's

only some tips

how to stay motivated to learn

well

what else

okay

i think that's all

for my tips today
