Waching daily Jun 1 2017

Hi ladies, I'm Linda Poirier and welcome to my Bodies After Babies Channel.

Where I help mommies of all ages fit into their jeans, get their sexy back and find

a life of happy.

On my channel you'll find 3 categories.

Health, Confidence and Purpose.

In health it's about fitting into those jeans and taking control of your body in a healthy

way.

It's not feeling exhausted anymore or hungry or unhappy about your weight.

It's fitting the clothes you love and not feeling like you have to stuff your body into

the clothes you have to wear.

And, there's no more being embarrassed about being in a bikini or being naked.

In confidence it's about getting your sexy back.

Inside and out.

It's learning to appreciate yourself and taking time for yourself, even in this crazy busy

world.

It's about learning to be confident in how you carry yourself and how you look.

Not for anybody else but for yourself.

And in the last category is purpose.

To live a life of happiness.

To find your passions and find yourself and not feel lost or alone anymore and I know

as a mom that sometimes we can go on that path of feeling alone and lonely and scared

or sad.

I know being a mom sometimes we spend so much energy and time on our little ones that we

do forget about ourselves so I feel like this is really, really important as part of the

whole healthy body.

I'm a mom of two and I have a toddler and a teenager and I've been through my own journey

of losing 55 lbs and I'm finding confidence in myself and really tapping into who I am

and through that journey it's become my mission to help all you mommies out there get back

to being yourself and even better.

I want to help mommies that no matter how old your babies are, because our babies are

our babies even when they're 20 years old.

I want you to see the results that you deserve and that you can get to and that's what I'm

here for.

It's not about looking like Barbie.

It's about looking like yourself...amplified.

You, only better.

Even better after babies.

I want you to be able to come on here and see me as your long time girlfriend even though

it's gonna take some time to really get to know who I am.

But I really want to chat with you about things that are important to you and that you are

looking for and needing.

I'm here for you and nothing would make me happier than to see you getting those results

and living that life of happiness.

You deserve it.

You are so worth it.

Stump Kitchen UNBOXING: Vegan treats from the UK // The Crude Vegans! - Duration: 9:50.

[theme music] STUMP KITCHEN, STUMP KITCHEN

GLUTEN-FREE, VEGAN EATS AND STUMPTASTIC TREATS!

Hello and welcome to Stump Kitchen. It's like super rainy out today and super blustery.

Look! You can see the water just rippling over the street. So I thought it was the perfect

day to do an unboxing from my very favourite YouTube channel from the UK, Crude Vegans.

Holy s#%t they are funny! Plus their accents are just the f#%kin' sweetest! They do taste

tests, review different vegan foods, they give great advice, and they swear a f#%k ton.

I'll put their channel link below so make sure you go and check them out. So we decided

to send each other s#%t. Wow! Okay let's do this! They put this on all the boxes. It says

"enjoy mother stumper!" [laughs] Motherstumper! F#%k this is exciting! Oh yeah. Holy s#%t!

Ohhh! Gluten-free super seeded oat cakes. These look amazing! [crunch] Huh interesting.

Nutty and flaxxy and - You can like, put hummus on this s#%t! That's f#%kin' rad!

What's next? Oat drink - chocolate. Oat-ly! It says "Shake me". Here goes nothin'! Holy

f#%k! That's like drinking milk chocolate! How the f#%k is this vegan? You wanna send

me some more of this? [laughs]

Okay what do we have next? Jeli Sweets Tropical Wonder.

Oh god. Sometimes you need scissors for packaging that's not stump friendly.

Mmm! Ooh! Wow!

That texture was not what I expected! These are f#%kin' good! Just wash that down with

some Oat-ly!

This looks like a sweet box of something. "It's not just the chocolate that loves you

back, I love you too." [laughs] Mmm! Ooh! That's f#%kin' fancy.

We got some Moo-free organic chocolate. Me and packages have never been, you know, that tight.

Look it got a little melted on the trip. Yeah! I like that! Mmm!

The original HP Sauce. See now, we've got HP Sauce here, but it's probably different

than yours. I assume this is better cause it's the f#%kin' original!

What do you put this on? Fake meat? Barbecued vegetables? Do you put it on a stump? Oh! F#%k! Ooh! Oh!

Wow! Vinegary and tangy - that's nice though -would you put that on fries?

Oh!

Sour Bear Yo-yos? What the f#%k? [belches]

[laughs] This is fun! Look my stump has a scarf for the blustery day! Cheers mate!

Deliciously Ella Energy Ball. Looks like a little mound of poop!

Oh f#%k yeah! More of this and more of this - together!

Marmite? What the f#%k? It's like Vegemite maybe? I've had Vegemite before so... Oh my god!

Mmm! That's really f#%kin' good! Do you have to refrigerate this s#%t?

A Brain Licker? It's a sour candy drink. Okay! Just gonna wash down that Marmite. [gargles]

What the f#%k? It says it's a drink but it looks like roll-on deodorant. I wanna just like -- Do

I suck on it? Do I roll it on my brain? I don't know how it works! Oh you lick it! You

f#%kin' lick it! Mmm! Mmm! This is like f#%kin' Christmas in May!

What are you? Bottoms up! Holy s#%t! Yeah that's good! It's like sweet and sour and

something that would come off of a unicorn!

[popping bubble wrap]

Rainbow drops! It looks like popcorn but I don't know what it is. [indecipherable]

What the f#%k is this? It kinda tastes like Corn Pops cereal and Lucky Charms cereal.

Vegetarian marshmallows! Oh yeah! I love these so much! Yum!

Okay we're gettin' serious now! Raw Incan BBQ Kale Chips. Here we go. [crunch] Hmm yeah!

[laughs] Yeah! This is what kale chips tastes like.

Naked Bakewell Tart. I like things that are naked! Mmm! That's f#%kin' nice!

Oh I love these! Dip -dip-dip-dip-dip-dip! Lick the stick! Dip it in! Oh it kinda pops in my mouth!

What are you? Toffee honeycomb! Ooh that smells like f#%kin' bees' bums!

[crunch] Ohh!! I wanna put that in my coffee!

What are you? They're little pings-- pigs-- pigs-- pigs. I'm a pig stump, pig pig pig

stump. Oink oink! I almost feel bad eating them! Oh f#%k that's good!

Dib-Dab! It's another dabber-licker licker-dab lick - licking-- it's a lick and dab!

Holy s#%t! Yeah I f#%kin' like that. Although it tastes a bit like laundry detergent as well.

Straight up! Coconut chips! Oh yeah! Just straight up coconut chips!

Mmm dark chocolate with clementine! Oh f#%k that smells good!

Yeah!

Lemon and Green Tea Om bar. Raw cocoa. Cakow. Cacao. Cakow? Cakow. Oh that's nice! You can

taste the -- it's more bitter.

Orange Coconut and Chia! 1. Remove the lid and boil the kettle.

Wait five minutes, then tuck in. Tuck in! You're getting about 250 calories of slow-release energy to fuel you

for your morning. Go get 'em, tiger! [tiger roar] [bell dings]

Hummus chips! Chili and lemon flavour. [crunch] Yes this is so good! Look at my new hat.

Parma Violets. Alright. Holy s#$t that flavour! It's like eating a f#%king flower!

What is this? Oh! It's not hard, it's soft! F#%k I like this! It's also like a big cigar.

Fish & Chips Rock -- is this going to taste like fish and chips? I guess we'll see! No it just tastes like sugar.

Cherry drops. I hate anything that's cherry flavoured. I love

cherries the fruit, but cherry flavour is like the worst. So I'm trying these because

I f#%king love you both! Okay Jess and Lyd this is for you!

No I can't do it!

Yass!

Soft mints. Oh these are like Mentos! Mmm mmm mmm mmm! Salted dark chocolate. Oh f#%k

that is good! Dairy-free Fudgey Bites -- with no udder ingredients. [laughs] Like no milk.

Oh! That's f#%kin' rad! [belches] You folks have good candy! Maple bacon chips! Oh sorry,

they're not chips, they're crisps!

Look at this pretty thing! Doisy and Dam -- is it chocolate? Handmade in the UK! Vegan! Gluten

free! No. What the f#%k's "g"? Look how f#%kin' pretty that is! Ginger, chili flakes, and

hemp seed. Oh yeah. Ooh that's spicy!

I got f#%kin' chocolate on my pants.

Time to try this! Mmm! But I think it needs some Oat-ly in it!

Oh yeah! Mmm!

Crude Vegans - thank you so much! That was the f#%king best! Like I said, make sure you

check out the Crude Vegans YouTube channel. Make sure you subscribe to Stump Kitchen down

below, give it a like or a comment! And support Stump Kitchen on Patreon if you want to as

well.

Thanks so much for watching. We'll see you next time on Stump Kitchen. Bye!

The Adapt IQ audio calibration software

will help optimize the acoustic settings on your soundbar.

If you've already completed Adapt IQ

during the initial setup, then you

do not need to perform it again.

Unless anything has changed in the room

where the soundbar is located.

Such as, sitting positions, or rearrangement of furniture.

Now, if you plan to mount the soundbar to the wall,

make sure to connect the Adapt IQ

headset to the back of the soundbar,

before completing the mounting process.

And if you have an Acoustimass 300, or Virtually

Invisible 300, set up and pair those accessories first,

before completing Adapt IQ.

First, locate your Adapt IQ headset.

And plug it into the Adapt IQ connector

on the back of the soundbar.

Put the headset on your head.

On the remote control, press the SoundTouch button,

then hold the number 8 until the TV indicator,

and the Bluetooth indicator on the soundbar, glow green.

The Adapt IQ process begins.

Voice prompts will guide you through the process.

The volume up button acts as the Next button.

And the volume down is the Back button.

When you get through the first listening area correctly

you'll be asked to move to four more listening

locations in the room.

Be sure to stay still and quiet when the tones are playing.

After all listening areas are tested

the system will automatically optimize the soundbar

for your environment.

Let's talk about service.

Welcome,

This is crash course brazil.

My name is Dodão,

And this is your fellow student; Steve.

Lesson 7:

products and services

Some people say Brazil has no class,

but actually it has 5 social classes.

Class A

Class B

Class C

Class D

And class E

Brazilians love to be served.

If you are an upper class Brazilian,

It is totally normal

that you have never cleaned your toilet.

Or washed your own dishes.

or washed your clothes

or cooked your own food.

or pushed your baby carriage.

If you want to know more about

the system of class segregation

Follow this link to this class-bonus-material

Brazilians with enough money

love brands

So much, that they have even

taken a central place in the language.

Instead of referring to the product type,

Brazilians prefer to use brand names instead.

Like:

Cola

sunglasses

Xerox

For photocopies

Haagen Dazs, Nutella, I-phone

But don't get all exited,

if somebody asks you to:

Go and get the Durex.

It means adhesive tape.

And Philips

means screwdriver.

This is a list of English words

you can use

when looking for a specific product in Brazil.

Kitchen (kitchen towels)

snob (kitchen towels)

softy (paper tissues)

Bimbo (bread)

And when you encounter problems with motherfuckers,

you can also ask for:

anti-MOFO (anti fungus)

When in Rio and

looking for a toy

You can look for:

toy boy (a male lover who is much younger than his partner)

A toy store chain.

Not for sex toys

but regular toys.

When looking for a Hotel or a Motel

be aware

some of them have plasticized mattresses

and you pay per hour.

(Motel Sexy Time)

Yes.

These are specifically meant for love making.

Here you can get sex toys

and delivered to your room. If you want.

When going to a shop

don't expect great service.

Often you will see many sellers

but they will be busy checking their Whatsapp.

or they are in a group conversation

If you do get their attention,

they will point out a seller

who is specialized in selling that specific product.

He will then read out loud

what is written on the box.

Then you can get into the payment waiting line.

After that you get onto the product retrieval waiting line.

So, buying a hairdryer

should only take you an hour or so.

Do as Brazilians do

check your Whatsapp.

or

"ZAPY-ZAPY"

as Brazilians do.

If anything goes wrong in the process,

don't blame the seller

The problem is always:

The system.

Or former president Dilma.

"The system is down."

Also you may hear:

"Yes we have it

but we ran out of it."

If you are running late in Brazil

you can always blame the traffic.

Speaking of which:

It is recommendable not to have any medical emergencies

during rush hours.

Rush hour in Rio go from 6:30 in the morning

until 10:30 in the morning

Followed by the second rush hour:

for lunch

and getting the kids out of school;

which runs from 11 until 14.00 hours

And of course there is the end of the day rush hour:

From 16:00 until 20:00 hours.

Because of this traffic

many Brazilians like to receive their services at home:

A manicure, a pedicure

a hairdresser, a driver,

a cook, a cleaner,

These are all very normal things for

classes B and above, to have.

So; if you visit a Brazilian family,

treat this as something totally normal

and neglect these servants.

you can recognize these service providers by their

generally, darker skin.

If you see a woman on the street

pushing a baby carriage

and dressed in white,

it means she is the nanny,

not the mother.

When in a restaurant:

Just shout for the waiter.

And when being served,

don't bother thanking the waiter.

That's just a very gringo thing to do.

So much for this class

This time we ask Brazilians;

How they pronounce online services

(a stray bullit hits a Brazilian from class E)

and what they think of them.

This was crash course brazil

the Olympic edition.

We hope to see you soon again.

because we intend to make

a follow up

to this course.

To show you more

about this beautiful country; Brazil

and what it has to offer

( #bestselfierio )

Until then!

dude.

I think that guy just died.

Who died?

He did.

He is just strung-out on drugs.

Drugged?

Probably it's Crack.

You see it all the time here.

Just don't pay any attention to them.

He is having a great time.

Can we get on with it now?

So crack users in Brazil are like our alcoholics?

Yes.

But what about all the mess...?

They are just really messy.

I thought I heard a gunshot just now.

It's normal.

Normal.

No, we start here.

Yes, clap and then get back here.

Here are some final things you should know before leaving Brazil.

At least learn how to say: 1 and 2

"Um e dois"

Because in the bus going to the Rio international airport

you will hear a voice recording saying:

"Arriving at Tom Jobim international airport terminal number

um." (1)

Or "terminal number:

dois". (2)

Indeed, in Portuguese.

And you would not want to miss your flight, or would you?

Also try to learn the somewhat illogical system for

naming the days of the week.

Like Monday,

the first day of the week,

is called:

second market

Tuesday:

third market.

Wednesday:

Fourth market.

Thursday:

Fifth market.

Friday:

Sixth market.

This means that if you see the word "Sex" written somewhere

that something will take place on friday.

And the finally there is Saturday;

"Sabado"

and

Sunday.

Good luck

and see you next time.

Columbia Real Estate: How To Pick A Real Estate Agent - Duration: 3:58.

[Upbeat music Playing]

- Hello people on or around Lake Murray,

home buyers, home sellers, hey

glad to see you this week,

glad to be with you.

I thought, this week,

it would be a good topic to talk about,

how do we pick an agent?

How do you pick an agent to help you buy a home

or sell a home?

There's 3 big things that I tell people.

I had a client who was going down to Aiken

to buy a house and they didn't know

how should we find an agent,

what do we look for?

We don't do the Aiken territory.

We do the entire Columbia area

mainly on or around Lake Murray

or Chapin, Lexington, Columbia.

We do some in the northeast as well, but,

I sent them down there and said,

look for these three things:

First thing, integrity, do they have

your best interests in mind at all times?

Some things to look for, what you don't want

is salesy pushy, trying to sell you something,

not listening to you.

Are they asking you questions about

what's important to you?

Are they looking for solutions to that?

So, integrity, are they looking out

for your best interests only?

The next one would be, are they competent?

Do they have any experience?

They don't have to be in the business

for 40 years or anything.

Some of those agents are a little out of touch,

honestly, but not all of them,

some are very good, but just because they have

20, 30, or whatever years,

don't hire them just because of that.

They could just have 20 years of

really bad integrity and responsiveness.

Look for, do they know your area,

do they know your market,

do they know your neighborhood,

do they have good suggestions

when you're telling them what you're looking for?

When they come to your listing presentation,

are they prepared?

Do they have an actual something to hand you

that they've done, prepared for you

for your specific home?

So, that kind of tells me

whether or not they are serious about your business,

or are they just going to be lackadaisical about it.

So, knowing your market, knowing your neighborhood,

having a good plan,

a well thought out plan.

So, integrity, competency, and the last one

would be responsiveness.

We give service.

We are a service business.

Do they answer their phone?

Or, at least, do they call you back within

a reasonable amount of time when you call them

and leave a message or respond to your emails and so forth.

Are they available when you want to go look at homes,

are they, I mean, we get booked up, of course,

but can they show you homes fairly quickly,

within at least a day or two?

Can they meet your appointments and so forth?

Those are three things that I thought,

hey, people are trying to find

who is the best agent to help them.

Integrity, competency and responsiveness.

So, if you need help buying or selling a home,

give us a call.

I'd like to think that we're great

at all three of those.

We've got the highest number of 5-star reviews

of any agent in the state.

Top 10 in the nation, so we have a lot

of happy past clients.

Call us, or email us or like us on our Facebook page.

Have a great week.

Spiritual Loneliness - Duration: 7:51.

It would be nice

to have somebody there,

to have a partner or a friend

or a mentor

and...

to share

the journey

with somebody

and to grow together.

And I...

experienced that.

For a long long time

I was alone.

I didn't have anybody

that I could share my...

deep spiritual longings with

and deep spiritual aspirations with.

Yes, I have beautiful friends

and we talk about spiritual things

but...

you know...

the kind of the really deep,

really deep

experiences...

You want somebody

who is...

walking at the same speed as you,

or maybe somebody

who is ahead of you.

So I totally understand.

I had this craving

of wanting

to have a spiritual mentor,

teacher

or a partner,

or somebody

who is at the same level as me

or ahead of me

so I could share

and talk

and really dig into it.

It's been very lonely.

The path of...

spiritual evolution

can be very very lonely.

Because

we are leaving at this time

where we are just waking up.

So humanity is just waking up.

I mean, now over 90% of humanity

is still asleep.

You know, so...

If you are on the spiritual path

it is pretty hard

to find somebody

who is at the same level as you,

or ahead of you.

We are out there,

but it's like,

normally,

we are not surrounded by those people

because over 90% of humanity

is still asleep.

So... we are the first wave.

This first wave of souls

that are waking up and connecting

with the truth of who they are,

they have this deep longing and craving

to be connecting

with the same souls,

with the souls

who are on the same path,

who are interested in the same things,

who are more interested

in...

being of service

then...

you know, getting occupied with...

buying a big house

or a car...

You know, worrying about...

money and other things.

Those things are important,

but for the majority of people

this is all there is in life.

So... you know, I call it the 3d life.

But...

you know, if you are the person

who is moved beyond

the 3d life...

We are not rejecting it,

we still need to be able

to manage it effectively, of course.

But we know

there is more to life.

And we've had experience of it.

So we want to hang out with people

who we can talk

about these things with,

who we can share

those experiences with

who we can go deeper with.

When I met my spiritual teacher,

finally in this life time,

I heard her say this thing:

On our spiritual path

we need to be like a camel.

Like a camel that carries its own water.

Because...

sometimes

there may be nowhere to drink.

Which means

there will be...

nobody to...

There will be nothing

to nourish us.

So we need to be able

to be self-sustained

and self-sufficient

in our ability

to nourish ourselves.

If there is nobody else

and there is nowhere

to be nourished

we need to be able to sustain ourselves

because if we can't

then...

Well, what about all those others folks?

Where are they going to drink from?

So we, the ones who are...

this wave of souls

that are waking up

and moving forward

and pushing, pushing, pushing

our spirituality,

we need to be strong enough

and self-sufficient enough

to go it alone.

For as long as it takes.

For as long as it takes

you need to be able

to sustain yourself.

And then

you will start meeting your soul family

and your spirit family.

You will start to be able to connect

with other souls

that are on the same page as you.

But

if you are feeling alone now,

please know

one thing: is that you are never alone.

Because

in the spirit realm,

we are all connected.

I am connected to you,

and the fact that you are

watching this video now,

we are connected.

So you are never alone,

while you may feel alone

in the physical form

you are not alone.

I'm there with you.

We are on the same frequency.

And there are others

who are there with us.

So, that's one thing to know.

The second thing to know is that

if you are feeling alone

that's an opportunity for you

to strengthen

your muscles,

your...

self-reliance and self-sufficience.

So, I know it's very easy

when you alone to go:

'Oh, I don't like being alone!'

'But humans are social species,

we are meant to be

hanging out with others!'

Yes, that's true,

that's true, we are social species

and we are meant to be hanging out with others,

but I'm talking on the spiritual level.

If there is nobody around you

that you can connect with

on the spiritual level

you need to be able

to hold your frequency

and do the work on your own.

You need to be able to continue

growing and walking your path

on your own,

even if nobody around you

understands you,

supports you,

or that you even can talk to about this.

You must have the strength

in your soul and spirit,

and your spirit needs to be strong enough

to be able to pull you

through those lonely moments,

so that you don't give up on the path,

so that you don't get distracted.

We cannot afford

to have you

being distracted

from the path.

We cannot afford

having you being...

giving up

on the path.

We need you.

We need you to walk this path,

with strength,

determination

and faith.

Sometimes that's all we have.

And so, just once again,

I want to let you know:

if you are feeling lonely,

you never are.

It may seem like this

on the physical plane, on the 3d level,

but I am there with you.

If you are listening to my videos,

if you are following me,

that means: we are connected.

I am there with you always.

And so...

I hope this serves you.

Let me know if it does.
