Waching daily Jun 15 2017

Hey guys, welcome back to my channel! It's your girl Genny and today's video is going to be a collab with

my very pretty friend. Her name is Jade Gabriell oh my gosh she slays every

single wig out there like oh my God after this video make sure you go check her down

below. I will have her link down in the description box make sure you like her videos

comment, share her videos as well as subscribe to her channel she's awesome like

you would totally love her. This is my first time trying a wig actually this is my first time

having a wig so I am just like "uhhmm let's see how this goes today : let's see! (laughing)

I hope you guys really enjoy this review. I got this wig for $13 like you can't

even believe it was $13 yeah! I have minimal shedding like a little

bit of shedding from the hair but it's not that much I would say and the tangles

was actually not that much it's just what you would expect from synthetic hair

basically and that's actually all I would say it came with some clip-ins for me

to clip it on my hair which makes it a little bit easier for me to put on and

I had to put some concealer as well in the middle just so I could blend it with my skin

tone and all that but notwithstanding, I like the color. I was like "let me

just leave my comfort zone a little bit" and I am like lemme just do some grey grey grey! lol

And if you are new to my channel, please you are definitely welcome any if you haven't subscribed, please don't

forget to click the subscribe button down below and without further ado, let's get right into this video

So, hey guys I already had my hair in cornrows

and wearing my wig cap which I go from my beauty supply store but the funny part

of it is that this hair actually came in with like a wig cap so I didn't have to buy

any. So, you can see the clip-ins in the front of the hair and also the

elastic at the back of the hair that you can use it to secure this wig on to your

head so it doesn't fall out. You know those embarrassing moments when some girls want to

drag out your wig so yeah none of this will happen so first of all this is my first

wearing a wig so I didn't really know how to put it on

so first of all I threw it on my head and I was like "girl, what are you doing so I took it out and

then I put it from the back which I think that's how it's supposed to be and

then I clipped in the front of the clippings like I showed you

onto my wig cap and basically that's what I did and then the elastic behind I just

needed to tighten that as well just you know to secure this wig so it doesn't

go anywhere. Most of these tips in this video about

wig and hair you know wig stuffs??? All those kind of things,

I learnt it from Jade Gabriell that's why I said you guys really need to go check her out

like girl!!! she slays all these wigs, like she basically teaches me every single thing about wigs. I just go

to her channel like she's awesome I mean I had no idea who what Is called

shedding you know when your wig is shedding!?! I didn't even know what that meant

but you know from Jade Gabriell I got those clues and tips and everything

so make sure you go check her channel. So, I am using my L.A girl Pro concealer just

you know should to blend this to my skin tone. You can use anything even, your foundation as

long as it matches your skin tone basically just so it looks a little bit

more natural though of course my hair is not grey so, that alone doesn't really look natural and my hair is not this

silky and straight but you know just to add some more real a little bit realistic not

more. Just a little bit realistic look to this whole hair process I just added

my L.A girl Pro concealer. I feel like I should have added more to like the edges

but like I said it was my first time so I really didn't know what to expect that's

all I did for this!

See them girl trying to slay this wig like I have no idea

what I'm doing! so over to the styling part of the hair so, I

just basically put this hair in a low ponytail and the front part is already

pretty short so I just brought that out in my way like to the sides of my hair and

that's basically all I did in this hair and don't forget to check out Jade's channel

like I said and yeah don't forget to also check the link in the description box

for the link to this hair very affordable, very cheap you know very

economical for beginners like myself and I will see you in my next video don't

forget to subscribe and I love you bye

Clean With Me~Homemade All Natural Cleaning Wipes~Home Keeping Series Kick Off~Noreen's Kitchen - Duration: 11:33.

Hi, everyone. I'm Noreen and welcome back to my kitchen today. [I] have a special treat

We're going to be embarking on a new series that I have been wanting to do for quite some time

We're going to be talking [about] home keeping and today's episode is sponsored by thrive market

They [have] generously provided everything

I need to share with you these homemade countertop cleaning wipes that are [all-natural]

Low on the chemical index and high on the fragrance and you're going to love them

And I can't wait to show you how these all come together

Today we are going to make some homemade all-natural

Countertop cleaning wipes, and I have partnered with thrive market who has generously

Sponsored today's video and provided me with everything that I needed to create these awesome

Wipes if you didn't get in on the offer the last time we did an unboxing from them

I'm going to go over what we're going to be able to give you this time, and you're going to love it

So we're going to get started

I'm going to tell you everything that I

picked up when you use thrive market you're going to be saving between [twenty-five] and fifty percent off of

Regular retail prices [I] got some great things now

We're going to start off by I just used a container that I had on [hand] this is just a 2 quart

plastic container that fits

these these are

called Amala Magic Sponge cloths

And they're really really cool and the best part about these is they're reusable now

I've cut them in half so [what] I just did see

They're ribbed on one side

And they have like a waffle weave or honeycomb pattern on the other that's a little bit raised and you see how thick they are

But I just went ahead and cut these in half and they fit perfectly

inside of this container

Boom just like that

But I have to take these out of the container so that we can mix up our magic potion

That we're going to be able to use as a clean oshin when you get when you make an order from thrive market

They're always going to tell you how much you saved so I spent forty seven dollars and seventy seven cents

But I saved forty four dollars and ten cents. [I] thought that was really awesome

I got two packages of these sponge clogs the best part about these is is

That they're 100% natural 100%

biodegradable, and they are so durable that they take the place of 45 rolls of paper towels and

They're machine washable up to 300 times now

We're also going to be using some water, but we're going to be using some

Dr.. Bronner's, this is 18 in one hemp tea tree castile soap. [it's] all natural soap. It's made from coconut oil and

Organic Palm Kernel oil and Olive oil and they they put tea tree extracts and stuff in this

Tea tree I selected on purpose because we're making a cleaning product and tea tree is nature's natural

Disinfectant what we're going to need is a cup of water and I have two cups here, so I'm only going to use half

But we're also going to use some vinegar now. You can use regular white [vinegar] if you like, but

Dried market has this aunt annies cleaning vinegar

And it's made out [of] all food based ingredients, and it's fragranced this is sweet Mandarin

they have a couple of other kinds it smells really lovely we're going to use a cup of water and a cup of

The vinegar of your choice it goes along with [my] fragrance profile that I want for this cleaning product

I love a citrus smell. We're going to use two [tablespoons] of the Dr.. Bronner's

and

You know you can use whatever kind you want. I'm also going to use two [tablespoons] of rubbing alcohol

[if] you don't want to use rubbing alcohol you can use vodka what that's going to do

It's going to help preserve this solution, and just give this a good stir. [I] also have some essential oil here

I have some sweet orange essential oil and some tea tree essential oil the tea. Tree is being used as a disinfectant and

The sweet orange is being used because I love to smell so let's go ahead and [use] is maybe

20 drops of the sweet orange oil and then you're going to want to use 40 drops of

The Tea Tree oil now the castile soap already has tea

Tree oil in it, but we want to make [sure] that we get a good

[amount] of tea tree oil in it because that is going to be your preservative

It's going to be your disinfectant, and that's kind of what really works the magic here, so 40 drops

Give this another stir get your little pads in here this smells really lovely it

Smells nice and clean and go ahead and press [it] down filled up with all of that cleaning solution

And we can pop the lid on make sure [it's] good and sealed and you can flip it over

All of that liquid has now been absorbed

Look at that

So when you need something you can just come over here. You can squeeze it out and

Then you can just wipe and this is going to clean and disinfect now you guys know I use these little [maps]

so it's kind of a

All wipe down my counter here. It doesn't smell offensive. It doesn't smell like vinegar

That's the one thing my daughter might guess you super sensitive to the way vinegar smells this does smell earthy [it] smells wonderful

It's just honestly

You're going to love it, and I think it's [the] combination of the orange oil and this and the tea tree oil is

Wonderful now what you want to do now that I've used this you know I can wipe over here

and

These little sponge claws are great because they've got

This ribbing on the one side, and then they've got [big] they've got a little scrubbing power

They're great for everything

That is awesome

So now what you want to do is you want to bring it over here to your sink and you want to just?

Rinse it out

Okay

And you can put it back

if you feel like you want a little more liquid in there you can add another cup of water or

[you] can just go [ahead] and and pop [that] in the washing machine depending on you know what you want to do

these are going to absorb until they [can't] absorb any more so you can just

Do what you think you want and then and use them how you like so so that is how you make homemade all-natural?

Wonderfully smelling very effective homemade

reusable washable

Countertop cleaning wipes you can use these to clean up all sorts of messes

I wipe down [my] counter in the morning before I start my day

I wipe down my counters before I cook dinner

And I wipe down [my] counters after I cook dinner because I like a clean working space and when you have pets and kids

Sometimes you just have to clean that place up a lot

So it's always nice to have wet wipe and I think there's some of the best things you can have in [your] kitchen

these are ready to grab and go and the best part is you can reuse these things and

Use them a few times stick them back in there

Get them nice and saturated

Use them and then toss them in the washer what I do recommend though is if you have a mesh bag

To pop these in a mesh bag before you put them in the washing machine otherwise they're going to stick to things

But don't put them in the dryer

Okay, just take them out of the washing machine

And then if you want to let them dry, naturally like in the sun or something that's another great way to disinfect these

Then you can put them [back] in the solution, and they'll [just] soak it right up

And you can start all over again

Now like I said thrive market has generously offered you a fantastic way to give them a try

I know the last time I did an unboxing

I did have some people who were concerned that the price of the membership fee was maybe a little bit high for them it is

$60 a year

But if you go ahead and want to give them a try I'm going to leave a link down below

You're going to be able to go ahead and shop, and you're going to get a free 30 day trial membership

you can cancel at any time and

After the 30 days is [up]. You can see if it was a benefit to you, but let me break it down for you

$60 a year

Over 12 months time that's really five dollars a month. How many of you are paying for Netflix Hulu Amazon

Prime or spotify you know if you take all those things into consideration

maybe you don't have the budget [to] do that but

Five dollars a month is what it breaks down to and if you look at my savings on my my order this time I saved

forty four dollars and ten cents

Another sixteen dollars and [we're] there already

[to] $60, so another order

And I've already saved as much as the membership fee cost so it will balance out you're going to get your money back the membership

Fee is really just a formality so if that's something you're concerned about

Definitely, I understand, but if you are someone [who] feels like this is going to work into your lifestyle

I highly recommend you give it a try and why not [because] you're going to get a free 30-day trial membership

And you can go ahead and shop, and you're going to get

Twenty five to fifty percent off all the products that you shop [for] and

I think it's a great way to get more natural products more vegan

gmO free

all-natural organic things into your home if you're on the fence if you're on the fence the last time

Maybe this will give you the extra push the last time they only offered

20% off this time they're offering 25% off plus a free 30-day trial membership

And if you know if you think that's something [that's] going to work for you

I hope you go over there, and you give it a try

I'm going to leave a link down below to where you can learn more and

Take all of that into consideration. I hope that you enjoyed this video today. I want to thank you for joining me as

Always it's always a pleasure to have you [here] if you're new here, then welcome

Canaline 42 Full Engine Service. Narrowboat Maintenance & Looking After Engine - Duration: 6:00.

Currently heading north on the River Severn. Yesterday it was just the same

sort of temperature, and I serviced my engine, which meant climbing in and out

of an engine bay, in this boiling hot heat but anyway I got on with it, because

it needed doing, and this is how I did it. Alice is fitted with a Canaline 42

engine, which has four cylinders. As it's a new engine, I first serviced her at 50

hours. At 200 hours later, it's due for another. The first thing I needed was to

have my serviceable items and tools at the ready. Both the engine and the

gearbox use the same oil type. The engine holds around 8 litres and the gearbox

1.4, so I have 10 litres of oil. I have a new oil filter, air filter and fuel

filter. I also had to have two spanners, a size 18 and 22, some oil filter pliers

and a 10 millimeter allen key. The first thing I did the easy one. I unscrewed the

air filter lid, anti-clockwise, removed the old filter, and pushed the new one on.

Then screwed the lid back on. If only it was all that easy! Next was to replace

the oil in the gearbox. I cut an old oil bottle in half, so I could slide it under

the engine, to the oil release screw of the gearbox.

Using the size 18 spanner, I unscrewed the oil filler cap, on top of the gearbox.

This also doubles up as a level dipstick. Using the size 22 spanner, I located the

drain screw nut on the base of the gearbox. I knew when I undid this, warm

oil would pour out, so running the engine too long, could cause the oil to get too

hot, and scold my hands. It didn't take long to drain the gearbox, and I refitted

the drain screw. I put a small funnel in the fill hole and added around

1.2 litres of oil. I dipped the gearbox and filled a small bit at a time, until the

level on the dipstick was correct. The next thing I did was to change the fuel

filter. I have a double filter on my narrowboat, a Vetus filter, and the one

connected to the engine itself. I was only going to change the engine one

today. I turned the fuel taps off. I then put a

bag over the fuel filter, and using the filter wrench, I removed it, turning it

anti-clockwise if viewed from below. The bag helped to catch any spilt fuel. At the

bottom of the fuel filter is a metal bung. Using the 10 millimeter allen key, I

removed this and transfer it to the new filter. It's likely I should have used

this bung to drain the fuel from the filter, before removing it, but this

wasn't clearly explained in the manual. But I'll know for next time. I then

applied a finger dipped in new oil to the gasket of the new filter, and screwed

it back onto the engine. I only screwed it on with hand force, and didn't use the

filter wrench. I then turned the fuel lines back on, and on the side of the

field filter is a small tap, I unscrewed this and I could hear air being released.

I then pressed the round button on the top of the filter, that released the rest

of the fuel, until it came out of the tap. I then started the engine to ensure the

diesel was getting to it correctly.

With a slight cough and splutter, it cleared any air and worked fine. On the

side of the engine there is a sump drain pump, this sucks the oil from the bottom

sump of the engine. Ensure you unscrew the metal bung on its end, or oil won't

flow. I know this from bitter experience! I also removed the oil filler cap to

avoid any vacuum. I turned the tap at the base of the pump, and using an oil

storage canister, I pumped the oil out of the engine. It took quite a while with

multiple containers, but finally I had no more oil to pump. I then placed a bag

over the oil filter, and once again used the wrench to unscrew it, anti-clockwise.

I used the bag as the filter is full of oil, and I could easily drop the filter

into the bag with minimal mess. I applied a finger of new oil to the new filter

seal, and screwed it on to the engine. Again only hand tight. I filled the

engine with just under 8 litres of oil, and then ran it for a few minutes,

ensuring the oil had gone through the filter. I then dipped the engine oil with

the dipstick until it was at the correct level. On many narrowboats the stern gland

needs to be greased every trip. This avoids water seeping through the

propeller stern assembly. Mine has a water lubricated stern gear, so don't

need to do this maintenance, or as part of a service. Although fiddly, the service

of my engine was complete, and I was ready for the River Severn. Next time I make

the journey, and head north. Don't forget to click Subscribe to follow my journey.

Until next time see you later.

Do you know the line that I'd walk for you?

We could turn around, or we could give it up

But we'll take what comes, take what comes

Oh the storm is raging against us now If you're afraid of falling then don't look

There's nights we had that'd just walk away And there's tears we'll cry, but those tears

will fade It's the price we pay when it comes to love

And we'll take what comes, take what comes

Nathan Scott - you can't improve what you don't measure - Duration: 3:33.

- [Speaker] What we absolutely understand is,

knowing that you're moving forward,

knowing that you're improving,

when you're not already measuring what you do,

and you're not identifying what it is

that you want to improve is really, really, difficult.

In fact, it's almost impossible.

Because, then we're back to the assumptions

that Nathan has already described,

are often wholly incorrect,

or at least partly incorrect.

If our decision-making process is based on assumption alone,

ultimately, we are gonna come unstuck.

But one of the really important things

to think about whilst you're going through this process

is understanding that information.

So having a really clear understanding

of why you're collecting the information,

and then understanding the information

that you're collecting is absolutely critical

because that's gonna leverage the outcome.

(speaks in foreign language)

(smack)

(beeps)

- [Man] Mayday, mayday, hello, can you hear us?

Can you hear us?

Can you--

(staticky buzzing)

Okay, over.

We are sinking, we are sinking.

- Hello.

This is the German Coast Guard.

(staticky buzzing)

- [Man] We are sinking, we're sinking.

(staticky buzzing)

- What are you thinking about?

- What are you thinking about?

(operatic choir music)

- We throw that in just to wake you up.

- [Speaker] So the collection of data is a complete waste

of time and money unless you actually use it.

Now when we come back to using it, data management,

the most important part of your whole EID system,

because if you can't manage your data,

you can't do anything with it.

So there are dedicated software systems out there,

and we've got practical systems inside in here today

so talk to them.

If you went off fine with that

when you have really interesting data,

then talk to those guys.

You can fly around,

you can do some great basic stuff in Excel,

you can do really complex things in Excel,

but it does get dangerous.

And you can stuff your own data very easily,

I've done it.

Now I am someone who like data

and I love looking with data

and I love playing with data.

If I go back to managing the farm that I used to manage,

I wouldn't do it myself.

I'd pay someone else.

You can always get someone else to do that job for you,

because I know what time of night

I would end up managing my data.

I know it would be 9:30 at night,

and I've already had enough for the day.

And then I would end up stuffing things up.

So for me personally,

I would invest all of my energy into the other things.

Some of you often talk with clients

and then have presentations about

ten dollar an hour jobs,

hundred dollar an hour jobs,

and thousand dollar an hour jobs.

And which parts are my best

if it was my opinon on if I'm managing the farm,

as opposed to finding the data?

And sometimes you look at data managing

oh they charged us a hundred dollars an hour,

or a hundred and fifty dollars an hour.

I would do in fifteen minutes what might take you

four hours and you get to the end of your four hours

and you're still scratching your head

trying to figure out what you've stuffed up.

Just think about that,

it's like when we talk about contractors

and what contractors can do.

Just think about what your role in this really is.

So, there are systems out there,

and the guys are here so take the chance to talk to them.

Second Chances and Second Street Fitness - Duration: 4:48.

In general, Iowa, is just full of hard-working families that

do whatever they have to do to survive.

And Webster City is no different.

We get up and we work hard.

Because that's what we know out here, the routine.

But sometimes life changes.

My name is Donovan Cusey.

I'm a RV Tech at Good Life RV, and I am the owner of Second Street Fitness

here in Webster City.

Electrolux had been here forever.

Nobody ever thought it was going to get up and leave.

And you understand big business is like that,

but man, did it affect a lot of people.

I was riding around on a forklift for thirteen years and you think,

"This is safe and I'm content."

And then, all of a sudden one day, you find out that you're getting a change in your life,

whether you want it or not.

It was scary.

I'm a single parent.

How was I going to take care of my family?

How was I going to make sure that they had everything that they needed?

But you put your faith in God, and you take a step forward, and the next day,

you take another step, and you just keep trying to do what you need to do

to provide for your family.

And really, it was the best thing that happened to me, because it got me

out of being in a rut.

It got me thinking of bigger possibilities.

I mean it gave me hope that I would open my own gym.

I was afraid this place wouldn't open, 'cause we had numerous setbacks.

We were supposed to be open in July of '16, and things kind of got pushed back.

We were going to open in August, and got pushed back, and...

I had to invest a... a lot more money... than I had planned to.

Almost double...

I was scared to take that step out because of what it could mean to my family if it failed.

I mean 'cause I was putting everything on the line.

But, you get to a point in your life to where you can either, let things happen to you,

or you can – take control of it.

So I took the leap.

December 17, 2016, we opened our doors.

Within the first three weeks, we had like 80 people.

And we've still got more people coming in.

We made it.

We got the doors open and it's been a success since.

I work at Good Life from 8:00 to noon,

and during my lunch hour, I come to the gym.

And then, for that hour, I might train somebody here, and then I go back to the Good Life.

And then, after 5:00, when I'm done there, I come back to the gym.

And I'm here 'til, usually, 9:00, 9:30 at night.

Eventually, I want to be working at the gym full time.

But working at Good Life right now is great, because it's reliable.

I learned my work ethic from my dad.

He worked long hours to support his family, so that's what I do for mine.

Success, for me, doesn't have anything to with money.

I'm not a very money-driven person.

If I had this and my family left,

that's not a success story.

That's nothing.

If I can pass on something to my family,

that's what's successful.

If I can provide a better life for them,

that's success.
