(sigh) I'm never getting this done.

Hi, my name is Matti and I'm not here to whine about my favorite series getting cancelled.

I've seen it happen a lot over the years, it's nothing new.

With streaming services like Netflix the good thing is that even though a series gets cancelled

it doesn't end up in some dusty archive room in the basement, never to be aired again,

instead you can watch it whenever your like, and I'm here to tell you why you should.

In case you know nothing about Sense8, it's a story about eight different people, with

highly diverse backgrouds, all around the world, who find themselves telepathically

linked and hunted by a sinister government organisation.

The greatest asset of the show isn't the exciting plot, thought it definitely has one, it's

that you, the viewer, get to know the characters as if you're part of their telepathic cluster

yourself.

It's a highly positive show, one that shows that people from different countries, different

ethnicities, different sexual and gender minorities, can work together, love one another unconditionally,

and totally kick ass in the process too.

It's a story that has you on the edge of your seat, but which you nonetheless feel in your

heart will have a happy ending.

In this sense, the cancellation hasn't ruined the show, because you feel deep inside that

the heroes would have prevailed in the end, and spectacularly so.

The directing and the cuts are awesome.

The pacing is somewhat slower than your average action series, but this works to build up

the characters and make you care for them.

If you're at all like me, by the time they sing What's Up? in the 4th episode, you'll

be totally in love with the series.

Visually the series is stunning, having been filmed in the actual locations all around

the world, it's a real visual spectacle.

Someone compared watching an episode to listening to music, it's a composition, a piece of art,

one that shows that the creators had a lot of fun creating it.

In a world currently plagued by xenophobia, hate and backwards conservatism, watching

a show like this, a positive and diverse show, is like stepping into sunlight after spending

decades in a dark cave.

As a genderfluid person, I didn't use to think that representation in media mattered to me

personally, but seeing transgender issues dealt with in the series trough the character

Nomi Marks, has showed me that it always did, I just never saw it done right before.

Sense8 imbues you with hope for humanity, and if that's not important, I don't know

what is.

So go watch it, and when you're done, let Netflix know what a mistake they made by cancelling

it.

then litigate those issues in bankruptcy court?

I'm an attorney practicing bankruptcy and creditor's rights in Maryland, Delaware, Pennsylvania

and Virginia, and please do not do that.

Do not let your creditors get a judgment for fraud against you even if it's a default judgment

in state court because in many states, including Maryland, they consider that the fraud judgment

is binding against other courts that are going to consider the same conduct, and that's a

disaster for you because then you don't even get to have your day in court in bankruptcy

court to say well, judge, really I didn't commit fraud for all of these different reasons.

What you need to do is you need to either defend that fraud case in the state court

and try to win it, or you need to file the bankruptcy before they enter a judgment in

the state court, and then litigate that matter in the bankruptcy court.

Now, what could happen is if you've gone far enough in the state court litigation before

you file the bankruptcy, the bankruptcy court might say you know what?

You're almost done in state court; I'm sending you back to state court to finish up what

they did there, and whatever decision they make in state court, I'm going to accept as

binding here, and that might mean you don't get a discharge of that debt because the state

court said you committed fraud.

That's why if you're going to file the bankruptcy and you want it litigated in bankruptcy court,

you ought to file the bankruptcy right away and not let the state court proceeding go

beyond the point of no return.
