Waching daily Jun 18 2017

First off, you gotta select the perfect loadout for you to shoot long range with ACE3!

Choose your Rifle, Scope, Bipod, Ammo, & other stuffs that fits the type of shooting you're going to take!

in this case, i'm going to demonstrate precision shot that requires "one shot one kill"

so i'm gonna choose a loadout that gives me more precision & accuracy! Which is the M40A5 rifle....

you have to choose a Rifle based on its Rate of Fire, Accuracy, Range, Damage, & Mass.

you must pick a scope that fits your need. in this case, i'm gonna pick a Leupold Mk4 M3 (10x magnification) scope since my shot ain't gonna be too long.

you always have to attach a bipod to your rifle to increase the accuracy of it.

you can also attach suppressor to reduce the noise of your rifle to stay stealthy

you must load your rifle with some Match-Grade Ammo which has good ballistics performance!

Make sure the ammo has high Ballistics Coefficient, high Muzzle Velocity, and awesome performance!

Always bring some AtragMX (Ballistics Calculator) & Kestrel 4500 (Pocket Weather Tracker)!!! Put them inside your vest!

Don't forget to bring Laser Range Finder as well!!!

Now set a target at 100 m to zero the gun! Yes your gun has to be perfectly zeroed at 100 m!

Always measure the Muzzle Velocity of your loadout by shooting it at a "Chronograph"!!!

This "Chronograph" is basically just a steel target. Spawn it right in front of you and shoot it at point black range to find out your gun muzzle velocity!

you always have to do this before taking the real shot at the target coz if your MV is wrong, your shot will land off the target :(

After getting the actual Muzzle Velocity, plug it into the AtragMX (click "Pause Break" in the keyboard to bring it up)

The MV is in the "Gun" tab. Click on it and put the MV you got from the "Chronograph" in the "Muzzle Velocity section in the "Gun" tab.

you can see the True Muzzle Velocity from the Shot Statistic that shows up at the right upper corner of your screen!

or if you can't use this "Chronograph, you can calculate the True MV yourself. ACE3 MV Variation is always around 1.5 mps/1°C shift.

Plug all the Loadout Ballistics Data in there too!

Scope Height

Bullet Mass

Bullet Diameter

Ballistics Coefficient

Rifling Twist Rate

and the Zero Range!

Now Let's Zero the rifle at 100 m!!!

I already spawn a target at 100 m. Let's shoot it to see if this rifle is already perfectly zeroed at 100 m or not

Always Deploy a Bipod before taking a shot!!! Bipod will help you stabilize your aim and reduce the scope sway! Click "C" to deploy it.

okay let's shoot the 100 m target!

Baaaamm!!!!!

Appearantly the shot is still little bit low! Our 100 m zero is still not perfect!

We gotta dial 0.3 Mil up on the adjustment knob to fix the zero! Click "Up & Down Arrow" key to adjust the scope vertically.

let's try to shoot it again

Baaaammm!!!

Wow it's spot on now! The 100 m Zero is perfect now! :D

Now let's set the new scope adjustment as the new zero.

Click and hold "left ctrl+windows" key. While holding those keys, you drag your mouse to the "Equipment", then to the "Set Zero Adjustment"!

it'll set your New Zero Adjustment.

Congrats! Now your 100 m Zero is already perfect and you're ready to snipe real long range target! ^_^

Now bring up your Kestrel 4500 by clicking "Left Shift + Scroll Lock" key!

you'll see the Atmospheric Condition (Air Pressure, Air Temperature, & Humidity.

Plug them all into the AtragMX. Click the Atmosphere tab, then select "TBH", and then plug them all in correctly!

Now we're gonna find & plug the Target Data.

I already spawn a Steel Plate target at 620 m.

After finding its range with the Range Finder, you plug all the data into the AtragMX in the "Target" tab.

Plug the Target Range, Angle of Firing, Latitude, Azimuth, Wind Speed & Wind Direction!

use your compass to see your Azimuth (click "K" to bring up your compass)!

use your Protractor to measure the Angle of Firing (click "Left CTRL+Left Shift+K)!

you can measure the wind speed & direction by looking at the Wind Arrow at the upper left corner of your screen! The color of the Arrow will change as the wind speed changes.

or you can use your Kestrel 4500 to see the actual wind speed. Just click on its down arrow to switch to the "Headwind page".

Then you directly face the direction which the wind comes from. The kestrel will tell you the actual wind speed.

you gotta plug them all right in the AtragMX!!!

the AtragMX will give you the Firing Solution (Bullet Drop, Wind Drift, & Spin Drift).

you're gonna have to dial the firing solution onto your scope!

Always Deploy a Bipod before taking a shot!!!!!!!!

Now dial the Firing Solution onto your scope fast! Click the "Up & Down Arrow" for Vertical Adjustment, click "Left & Right Arrow" for Horizontal Adjustment!

Only Dial for Bullet Drop & Spin Drift! Never dial for the Wind Drift coz it's constantly changing. So for Windage, you hold your aim into the direction which wind comes from!!!

Prepare yourself to take the shot!

Control your breathing and steady your aim!

squeeze the trigger real gently!

Baaamm!!!

Spot On!!! \m/

let's take another shot!

Baaaamm!!!

Spot On again! :D

Baaammm!!!

Spot On Again! ;)

Baaamm!!!

Dead On again! ^_^

Baaammm!

Always Spot on, Baby! :)

Baaaamm!

Solid Hit again! :D

Now This is how you play ACE3 Sniper like a Real Sniper! #Badass

anyway this suit is actually Korean Nanosuit from Crysis \m/ ^^ \m/ want some? :D

How to Make Potential Clients More Invested in The Buying Process | Chris Spurvey - Duration: 5:12.

Hi, my name is Chris Spurvey and I help you attract ideal clients to your business through

human-to-human sales, tactics and techniques and personal branding.

Listen – I'm out here at the cottage.

In last Sunday's email I told you that I was going to be leaving the cottage for the

last time because myself, Jennifer and the kids have decided to sell this wonderful place

that we spent such wonderful times for the last 10 years.

Anyway, I had to come out this morning and grab a few last things, a few old winter tires

and an old little élan skidoo.

I'm actually going to leave as soon as I record this video.

As I'm leaving, I'm going to be reflecting on the 10 years of wonderful memories that

we've had here, but I thought I'd record a video because I always have my tripod and

my iPhone with me, so why not?

As I was coming here, I was reflecting a little bit about us as entrepreneurs.

We have a tendency to – the deeper we dive into what it is we're passionate about,

what it is we do, what it is we love to do, this overarching theme begins to take hold

of us.

It begins to take a grip on us.

And the overarching theme is, we need clients.

We need clients to buy our stuff.

If there are no clients to buy our stuff, the world doesn't move around and our business

don't start to thrive.

Yes it's fine to throw all kinds of content up there, yes it's fine to fine-tune our

product and all this type of stuff, but we need buyers.

We need buyers to buy our stuff.

What ends up happening is as we go about and move forward in our business, we start to

lose sight of the fact that we solve problems for our clients.

A lot of the problems that we solve keep our clients up late at night.

It's such a wonderful, gratifying experience when we embrace that thought.

What I want to say to you today is that we, as entrepreneurs, solve the problems that

our clients have.

And let's not lose sight of that.

Let's hold on to that thought, and with that in mind, let's carry ourselves with

a belief and a confidence, and let's not beg our clients.

We can't be begging our clients to buy from us.

So one of the things I want to share with you today is the idea of action commitments.

I don't know where I came up with the two words action commitments, but effectively

what it means or what it enables is that the client who you are spending time and effort

and resources with, they need to be invested in the process.

They need to be invested just as much as you are.

And so by having your clients embrace the idea that hey, they need to take on some actions

as well.

Instead of you leaving your client's store, your client's shop, your client's office,

and you, the seller, you, the entrepreneur, having all the action items, why not say to

your client, "Hey listen, I'm going to do this and you do this."

And so that becomes their action commitment.

It might be, "Read an article before the next time we get together (which is this coming

Wednesday), do you commit to doing that by then?"

And just getting an approval and a contract, so to speak.

Get a contract from them that they're going to follow through on their end of the deal.

And so what ends up happening is that the more we have our prospective clients engaged

in the buying process, the more you'll feel their energy start to increase, their energy

in the buying process starts to increase, because they become invested in the buying

process.

I challenge you this week: Find a couple of ideas that you can put to use in terms of

assigning action commitments to your prospective clients.

Decide in advance in going into your client interactions that you are going to assign

these types of action commitments and don't leave the office until they commit or don't

commit to taking them on.

And if they don't commit to taking them on, you know what, that's evidence of where

they are in the buying process – and that's fine.

We're not supposed to beg our clients to be our clients.

Alright?

So, action commitments.

I just put together a little, quick, one-page PDF that gives you some ideas as to some action

items that you can assign to your clients.

The link is below, so grab that PDF and I assure you that if you put the effort into

assigning action commitments to your clients, you'll be far more engaged and far more

likely to buy from you.

Have yourself a great week!

I look forward to bringing you another video next Sunday morning, and subscribe to my newsletter

as well.

That's in the (description below) comments below or the notes below, I should say, regarding

this video.

I'm about to say goodbye to our cabin.

Wonderful memories here, and I'm glad I was able to take a few videos over the last

year or so in this cabin and share it with you.

Have yourself a great week and I'll talk to you next Sunday morning.

Wrap Your Feet In Aluminium Foil For An Hour And You Won'T Believe What Happens! - Duration: 2:05.

OUR WEBSITE : http://justhealthrelated.com/

WRAP YOUR FEET IN ALUMINIUM FOIL FOR AN HOUR AND YOU WON'T BELIEVE WHAT HAPPENS!

We all have a roll of aluminum foil somewhere in our kitchen cabinets.

We constantly use the foil for different purposes, but not many people know that aluminum foil

can also be used on our body.

The foil offers numerous health benefits – from fighting the common cold to relieving insomnia,

this incredible material can resolve many health problems easily and effectively.

Aluminum foil has been used to relieve fatigue in the past.

Just put 2-4 sheets of it in the freezer for a few hours, then apply the strips on your

face and leave them on until your muscles are relaxed.

Once you remove the foil, you should feel reenergized and strong again.

Aluminum foil also works great for relieving pain in the joints and treating inflammatory

conditions such as gout, sciatica and arthritis.

To get the most out of it, wrap a bit of the foil around the painful area and secure it

with a bandage, then leave the foil to work overnight.

Repeat the process for 10-12 days and then take a 2-week break – the pain should be

gone by then.

If it still persists, you can safely repeat the process until it goes away.

The foil also works great against skin burns, as it contains certain elements that can soothe

burned skin.

Wash the burned area well with cold water and dry it gently with a soft cloth, then

apply a thin layer of burn ointment and put a gauze on top.

Next, wrap the area with aluminum foil and secure with a bandage, and keep the wrap on

until you feel the pain reducing.

According to experts, aluminum foil can also treat phantom pains.

Phantom pain occurs after an amputation and can be really unpleasant.

Luckily, wrapping a bit of aluminum foil around the affected limb can make the pain disappear

quickly.

To get rid of colds, wrap your feet in 5-7 layers of the foil and leave them to act for

a few hours before removing it.

Leave your feet to breathe for 2 hours afterwards, then repeat the process again.

Continue following the treatment for 7 days and you should eliminate the pesky cold.
