3 MOST Beautiful Places | English Listening Practice - Milan & London Travel Vlog - Duration: 25:02.

hello everyone and welcome back to english with Lucy today I've got a vlog

for you I always post about my trips on my Instagram I most recently went to

Milan I posted this lovely photo and I also went to Seville and posted this

lovely photo and I always get loads and loads of comments asking please can you

do a video about your trip and sometimes trips are so busy that I don't have

enough time but I have a really lovely vlogging camera but I'm still learning

how to use and I thought it would be a waste not to film Milan because I saw

some really beautiful and interesting things and ate some amazing food so I

decided to do a little vlog so I'm going to talk to you about my time and show

you some footage show you some videos that I filmed over there and I'll

explain what I'm doing so this will be an excellent listening

practice for you and also will hopefully be quite interesting I know I've got

quite a few Italian subscribers and I think you might be able to hear me speak

some Italian in this video so that will be probably very very funny for you and

at the end of the vlog you also get to see Ali from Papa teach me because I

went to an event in London and then we met up afterwards and we had a great day

that's just a bonus footage I had my camera on me so I thought I'd film us

because because I love Ali he's the best if you don't know who Ali is he runs the

puppet teach me English Channel and he has her Marius videos I've done a couple

of videos with him before quickly before we get started this video will help you

with your listening skills but if you want take your listening to the next

level why don't you try audible.com I can offer you a 30-day free trial and a

free audio book so you can even read a book and listen to the audiobook at the

same time they've got an amazing selection and it's free you can cancel

it if you don't like it but it's a really good way of improving your

listening and one thing that I think is awesome is that you can listen to how

caught her read by Stephen Fry I know I always mentioned Stephen Fry but he has

got an amazing voice an amazing accent and just he's an amazing comedian and

intelligent man and he reads the Sherlock the entire Sherlock collection

he also reads Harry Potter I will link those down below the link to audible is

it is down below so the reason I went to Milan is because I'm working with a

company called Sun Neptune Eloisa kaleici which is like an education

company and they wanted to create some videos to help their students learn

about makeup in English because they run courses on the wellness industry on the

health and beauty industry now these videos are probably going to be internal

videos so you won't see them but I had a great time producing and filming them

now they work with a company called Deborah Deborah Milano which is a makeup

brand based in Milan it doesn't exist in the UK but it does I have seen it in

Spain I think in across Europe really really high quality makeup for very very

low prices it's really really popular over there I wish existed in the UK and

so yeah we teamed up all together me full Maccioni Louise liquidity Deborah

and we made some video to help the students it was a really nice project I

went over there for a week and we filmed every single day so it was five days of

filming very long days which is why I didn't post any videos in that time

because it was intense the boss of the company is a very very lovely man and he

has a very lovely assistant and they looked after me so well they took me to

lovely restaurants to see lovely places so the first day of filming went really

really well it was really weird to have somebody

else filming me rather than me filming myself because normally I'm completely

in control I've got my lights I've got my camera I am the action so it was it

was really funny being told what to do by somebody else but I tried my best

hey guys nice to see you those of you have been asking for travel

vlogs and I go happening to know welcome to Milan with Lucy I'm shooting

here a week with a company and I thought I would speak with me Oh on the other

winner pages I don't know I don't know where we are I'm waiting to be picked up

and we're going to start filming okay so basically I'm running late I'm just

heading to the second part of the shoot we did so finish the first part of the

day that we were shooting and it's being a make article for women ripping like

after you know making friends ever happy about I don't know Rimal and boots

pre-conference and wish you do them a two-minute video

took three hours this morning I was a few more film and we've got through

hours so we'll see how that goes and concurrently late for the filming spot

three there's then tomorrow we're heading to Switzerland

but I film is really fun

having put into practice my Italian which is run every four minutes soon

financial the next day we were going to go to min Bolivia which is in

Switzerland but it's an Italian speaking part of the country and Edna and we were

going to film in a Deborah in a shopping centre but when we arrived there we

didn't have permission to film but in the end we ended up spending the day in

coma or Lake Como as we would say it in English

and we went to lunch at a beautiful restaurant overlooking the lake and it

was honestly one of the most beautiful places I've seen it's not the most

beautiful place gorgeous every single building is beautiful we spent the

afternoon driving around the lake at oh my god there wasn't a single ugly thing

in sight it was gorgeous

okay so cheers everyone today's coming didn't go as planned if

you don't have permission to film in Switzerland apparently so we decided to

go to Lake Como Cornwall and have lunch and honestly I think I can say is the

most beautiful place and being in my life apparently to experience

Oh

ah

in the evening we then went back and did a late night filming session in one of

the Debra shops and that was really fun I had a really nice time filming with

with the film crew they were really cool and interesting and had just really nice

nice people to work with the next day was another filming day good morning

everyone we're on day 3 of filming it's Wednesday

yesterday was ok we went to Switzerland but then in the end we weren't listed so

we had to go back and film in the evening and to be honest it was really

tiring but the lunch in Lake Como made something so much better but today we're

going to film in one of the Deborah I think it's the head office I'm going to

interview some of the people there you can see why Deborah is different and

we're going to film a video we're talking on the phone as well which falls

off the English system so yeah it's a beautiful day

Milan is looking stunning it's going to be a good one we're in the best area

this is where they chose anything shower having one even in Italian

and then I had another filming day I thought this was the last one but it

wasn't I had misunderstood something so I went to a makeup laboratory in the

Deborah headquarters and I got to see how lipstick mascara and eye shadow was

made and it was so interesting and it made me feel really confident about

makeup that I put on my face because when you see the separate ingredients

you realize that they're really safe and nourishing and good for you rather than

bad for you because when you look at a bright red lipstick you think this can't

be good for actually being wax oils gentle preservatives I was really happy

with it and it was really really interesting to see the process oh that's

a great time today got a bit though it's important final day of filming today I'm

going to do a tour of a makeup laboratory what see today I'm going to

do a tour makeup laboratory we're going to see how mascara lipstick and eye

shadow is made let's do that I would love me a year a year almost a year

let's get started filming

and I'm a couple on the tree we're about to learn about lipstick so this is the

product whack what's the production of lipstick that is what I put on my lips

every day yeah maybe not so much of that

with the mother local ranchera repeater question came up against ganado yo misty

questo control yo como el estado a bad night color reported oh no you christian

in typical madonna red no you can yell disaster and here all of these pigments

make these eyeshadows so you're interesting a company of that is what I

put on my eyelids in the morning

so one of this is a mixture of oil wax and other such things and this believe

it or not makes lipstick and then I got to see my amazing friends who I met on a

Rasmus which is a study abroad scheme when I was in Madrid when I was 19 and

there I met some of my closest friends Lorenza and Jung madacorp and we had an

amazing pizza which I forgot to film but I did put it on my Instagram story and

we went for an ice cream as well and it was just lovely we didn't drink any

alcohol because they had an early flight in the morning we just chatted and

laughed and ate I just enjoyed ourselves really really nice

hi guys I thought today was the last day of filming but apparently were also

filming tomorrow well I am with my queue wonderful

friends who I met in Madrid this is hi my name's on Camargo

hello yeah we are we are talking English with

Lucy pyjama here ciao Marco here I'm learning with Lucy

he's learning with Lucy he's getting very good results you're in good company

today you doing well but now I read just ate the most beautiful pizza yeah oh my

god what was it in Italian for exam B syllables I was here at the Pierre

so nil bordeaux ripieno di co-led completely destroyed the people I

destroyed it I acted it I removed it the records I

removed the funghi I removed for an Italian was very very bad it was torture

he was Kosovo okay and now we are going to have a beautiful commercial the final

day we had a wonderful makeup artist to come in and do a models makeup was I

asked her questions now it really is the nonsense I think yeah I'm ready I'm

ready accompaniment we finally finished filming everything people found out the

so we've made a fake tinder profile of me which is an area and see if I can get

that taken down I'm so good Milan has been amazing but oh my god so

exhausting the best experience ever and coming to again and then that was it

that was the rap and I went back to England so that is everything from my

trip to Milan I know it wasn't complete I'm filming this on a different day I

forgot to do the goodbye and it was an amazing experience the highlight was

definitely Villa d'Este in Carmel which was stunning I don't think I've ever

been anywhere so beautiful my life but also another highlight was definitely

seeing the makeup laboratory and also hanging out with the people who run the

foundation because they are so lovely and they make me feel so welcome every

time see I hope you enjoy traveling around with me if you're from Lance what

an amazing city you live in then I was invited to an event by pins

which is the drink that I mentioned in my English countryside vlog video I also

mentioned it in a couple of my articles it is my favorite summer drink

it's a gin-based drink with sun dried orange liqueur in it and lots of spices

it's a secret recipe it's extremely British

we drink it with lemonade iced mint cucumber strawberries lemon lime apple

fruit it's gorgeous is our equivalent of sangria and they've

launched a new series of branches across London in six different restaurants that

they invited me along to the Lord's which was so exciting

good morning everyone is half past seven just on the way into London well I'm in

Cambridge at the moment I'm just about to the Train

and I think I'll let you light up to it and you can hurry up because I'm going

to meeting and with a very exciting drinks company at the drink that I've

spoken about quite a lot in my videos and and then I've got another meeting

where is my manager and another person for a very exciting project and then

I've been meeting Ali from proper teaching English for drinks because we

haven't seen each other in so long so yeah so yeah I thought I'd do a

little vlog actually really bad at blogging and if I really know quite what

to show you or what I'm allowed to show you so yeah okay hello everyone is not

akin to actually celebrating cocktails oh yes now I don't know if you know

anything about Tim's natural liquid itself but it is a gin-based what up

basically infused with a lot of problems in Ticknor caramel variants but also

herbs spices and other fruit so it's got well I think it's really quite complex

may 26 on that's why popular a British we receive as reading over it I do for

us well think you can make it music package that you can talk about and it

was lovely thank you it's awesome and

they gave me a beautiful bottle of pins at the end of it which was really really

nice that's always nice to get gift Thank You

PIM

oh how lovely as a Oh bless them and everyone I've just finished my brunch

with enzyme allowed failure is apparently for him they've been they've

launched a new brunch series across the six six restaurants in London and oh my

god the food is amazing I had banana pancakes and yeah banana coconut and

strawberry pancakes and they showed us two new cocktails which are appropriate

for brunch and if you don't know what brunches it's between breakfast and

lunch so instead of having three meals you only have two today and I'm just in

the car on the way through my um my next meeting which is very exciting meeting

which I'll tell you about soon I wish I could tell you about it now by cohn

because I'll get told off and what's happening with the focus here anyway so

don't really know what something with my focus I'm not in focus at the moment and

I don't know what I've done but anyway I will chat to you later bye

so I'm just having lunch steak tartare and I'm everything it's this exact same

blog so I've put this on it in a minute yeah starting to come out

the straws all you need to do is get to find lemonade strawberries and mint so

Bokke Ali who's got it all out he's got

strawberries lemonade and mints and ice few pounds ninety-nine 349 with me

locations pins and straws about that cannot wait to get started

right we'll see you guys in a minute after a couple of drinks see what our

English is like then oh my god just when it's funny like all those

people over there I love that it's like a face in London

that when it's there's enough space for you to enjoy yourself and feel like

you're in the middle of that one of the biggest cities in Europe and then we

went out for some Mexican food in evening I had tacos and he had a burrito

and we both shared some nachos we ate way too much and it was great and Ali

WHAT CAN YOU CUT WITH PAPER? - Duration: 5:36.

Hi, I'm Ketchup Jo.

The experiment today, we are going to use this thing.

PAPER!!

I don't know about you guys,

But I always had paper cut.

Zzzap!

Today, I want to know what paper can cut through.

Let's get started!

Here is what we need.

First, angle grinder.

Normally, this grinder uses regular blade.

Let me show you what it looks like.

This blade is used for cutting tiles.

It made from metal.

But today, I will replace the blade to something else.

I use a CD as the template for paper blade.

Look just like this.

and I poke a hole in the middle.

I will use this instead of the regular blade.

Let see how it turns out.

I will begin with a single sheet of paper.

Let see how long the paper blade will last.

just one sheet of paper.

you see?? It is PAPER!!!

LET's cut it!!

cardboard

Look at the paper.

Look at the jagged edge.

Next, let see if paper can cut a pencil.

Pencil

Pencil has some scratch mark just little bit.

It kinda looks like a burnt wood.

Next, I want to know if paper can light a match.

because it spin so fast.

Let's try it out!

Light matches

YES, it can!!

Now, let see if Doraemon will survive.

Let see it...

It looks like he didn't survive the paper blade.

It cuts through the plastic.

I couldn't believe that it can cut through plastic.

This is just ordinary soda cap

I think that the paper start to ripped around the edge.

It looks like it melt down a little bit.

Because of the jagged edge, I will trim it down little.

LOOK, the cap is cut, See??

It can cut through the plastic cap.

Let see the next thing then.

I have here is the brass rod.

It is solid brass rod.

Let see how this can stand the paper blade

Brass rod

It doesn't work at all.

Not even scratch mark.

How about this? Calendar.

Huge thick stack of paper.

What do you think?

Big stack of calendar

Right here, it has a burnt mark on it.

There gotta be something wrong with the grinder.

It doesn't really cut through anything.

It is not working anymore.

Wo.. the experiment today, we manage to break our grinder.

The word "broken" in English

There are a few words you can says.

Example, This is broken.

or This is out of order.

or Out of service.

Even though, this grinder is not working.

But I am not giving up just yet.

I will fix it and come back with more experiment.

to cut things with paper.

If you have suggestions of what to cut,

Please leave it below in the comment section.

and I will cut it next time.

That's it for today.

If you like this experiment,

I have plenty more fun experiment like this one.

You can check them out in my channel

If you haven't subscribe by now, you should.

and don't forget to click the bell.

That's it!! I'll see you all next time.

The rooster (My neighbour)

No NO no ...

Please don't suggest my rooster to cut, ok?

Let's not do that!

Stop Sagging Breasts By Using Just These Remedies - Duration: 4:43.

Stop Sagging Breasts By Using Just These Remedies

Today I have something very helpful for you.

The video today should help you understand the causes and a few remedies for a not so

uncommon issue that many women, especially in their middle age experience.

Am going to talk about the causes and natural remedies to prevent and treat sagging breasts.

If that strikes a chord with you, then keep on reading.

Am sure we are not alien to the issue of sagging breasts; it is such an existing factor with

our bodies.

This simple change can alter our physical appearance so much, that a lot of women feel

slightly embarrassed and find it difficult to dress as per choice.

Causes of Sagging Breasts:

There can be multiple causes to sagging breasts.

Let me list a few major ones here,

1.

Ageing: A woman's body tends to start losing its elasticity after around 30-35 years, thus

leading to sagging around the breast area.

2.

Pregnancy: Pregnancy can also be another factor to cause the breasts to sag.

3.

Cigarette Smoking: Don't be surprised if I make a mention to cigarette smoking, which

can also majorly contribute to sagging breasts, as smoking affects the protein 'elastin'

in the body which is responsible to maintain the elasticity of the skin.

4.

Obesity: Women struggling with their weight can also experience sagging breasts due to

the excess body weight.

Natural Remedies for Sagging Breasts:

Olive Oil:

Olive oil is rich in fatty acids and anti-oxidants which can help in both treating and preventing

sagging of breasts.

All you need is two table spoons of olive oil.

Take one table spoon of olive oil for each breast.

Take the spoonful of oil in your palms and rub your palms together to warm up the oil

and massage your breasts with your palms gently from bottom to top.

Continue doing this gentle upward motions for about twenty minutes each breast.

This remedy should be consistently used about 4-5 times a week for quick results.

Fenugreek Seed Powder:

Fenugreek seeds come with properties that help in maintaining the firmness of the skin

intact.

All you need is one cup of fenugreek seed powder and one cup water.

Add one cup fenugreek seed powder to one cup of water and mix well to make a paste.

Now apply this paste gently to the breasts and leave it on for about 15 minutes.

Wash off with cool water.

Use this remedy once daily for best results.

Ice Cubes:

As simple as it sounds, it also works!

All you need is a simple ice massage to maintain the firmness of your breasts.

Take an ice cube and gently rub it around the breast for about 2 minutes.

Repeat the same with another breast for 2 minutes.

Now wipe off the breasts with a soft towel and lie down on your back for around half

an hour and relax.

Doing this as frequently as you can will show considerable results.

Egg Yolk and Cucumber:

Use this remedy to get the maximum benefits by combining the vitamins and proteins from

the egg yolk and the skin-toning effects from the cucumber.

All you need for this is one egg yolk, one cucumber and one teaspoon of butter.

Blend the cucumber to get its puree and now add the egg yolk and the butter to the cucumber

puree.

Mix well to form a paste and spread it on your breasts generously.

Leave it undisturbed for about 30 minutes and wash off with cold water.

Doing this at least once a week can show results sooner than expected.

So these were few simples, easy and cheap at home remedies to deal with sagging breasts.

Apart from this, taking care of some daily life habits like avoiding exposure to sun,

avoiding wearing too much of black lingerie, especially in the sun, staying hydrated and

taking care of your nutrients intake can help in maintain the elasticity of skin.

Specialists to Help You Create Your Online Course - Duration: 12:29.

Hi there, Janet Kafadar here.

And in this video, I'm going to talk about the six people that you need to help you create

your online course.

Now, you may be thinking, "Well, I can just create this on my own, right?"

Actually, there are a team of people that you could ... I'm not saying all of them ... That

you could potentially hire to help you create your online course.

I'm going to talk about it right now.

Six people, right?

You may be thinking, "Oh, my goodness.

This is all too overwhelming."

But they're a team of people, or contractors, or people that you could have while you're

creating your online course if you're busy working with your one on one clients, and

working on the business, and working in your practise to be able to help it come to life.

I see this all too often with my current clients, where they are working in their businesses

and they have a full booming private practise of clients.

But they know that they want to create their online course, but they're actually just kind

of stuck in that place of, "Well, I actually don't know where to start, who to hire, or

what to do."

I'm going to lay out the people that you need, why you need them, and how they can help you.

The first person that you can hire is a learning specialist like myself.

I am an E-learning specialist and online course developer.

I help my clients with the online structuring, the online course content, defining how many

modules should be inside of the course, making sure that it facilitates a learning experience,

have a clear problem that's actually will be able to lead people to the outcome.

That really is the goal of my ... Having a learning specialist in there.

They are called different names; they are also called instructional designers, content

developers.

The list is endless.

If you were to do a search I'm sure you would probably come up with something like that

as well, or E-learning specialist.

And then, on the other side of that as well, I also help out my team.

And I also help out with the online course development side of things.

That means actually setting up all the platforms that are required.

[inaudible 00:02:12], the membership site.

If you have some launch assets like a free opt in page, or a sales page, or anything

along those lines that need developing, my team and I help with that.

That's kind of one person.

The business that I have and how I help my clients kind of sits under a couple of different

umbrellas there.

But those are the things that you'll need.

That's the first person, some sort of learning specialist or content developer, or E-learning

specialist, or someone like that that can help you if you are struggling with unpacking

the course content and knowing what to do and having that person will have that higher

level view of how the course will all sit together.

That's person number one.

Person number two is a developer and designer.

The developer, they could kind of do a number of different things.

They could help with the setup of the online course platform.

Let's say we're at the house in which the course content is going to sit inside of,

they could help build that out for you.

Let's say you're going to use a WordPress plug-in, you need to make sure that it all

works properly, that it all gets developed.

They can help with the development side of things there.

They can also help with ... It depends on what type of developer you choose, but they

can also help with the development and design of the sales page.

I have a lady that I work with quite closely, and she's a developer, and she also handles

the design of sales pages in WordPress.

WordPress isn't my area of expertise; I really don't like it, I don't like using it.

Simple as that.

Anything that's WordPress, I tend to refer my clients onto her.

And she's a developer and designer, so probably best to get someone who can do both.

They are kind of like a rare breed, getting good ones.

If you are able to find someone, then brilliant.

That's the second person.

The third person that you'll need is a copywriter.

You'll need a copywriter to help you write your emails for your course.

Let's say, for example, if you are launching it ... You may be launching it, you might

not be launching it.

But if you are launching it and doing a big promotion online, then you'll need to have

someone that's able to craft a number of different things for you: to be able to write your Facebook

advertising copy, to be able to write the copy that goes in your sales page, the copy

that goes on your opt-in page, also the emails, or anything like that.

Yes, it sounds a little bit daunting, but it is actually quite good to have a copywriter

on hand, or someone that you know, to help you write those things because there is a

lot of writing involved.

Between you actually creating and developing the course content and then having someone

that's able to take your knowledge around your course and turn it into words that persuade

and get people to buy your product or service is really important.

That's the third person that you could have.

The fourth person that you could have is a Facebook ad specialist.

That person really is there to make sure that your Facebook ads are created, and they run

and test those ads for you to: make sure that they're fully optimised, to make sure that

the right people see it, so that the targeting is correct, and all of that stuff.

With Facebook ad specialists as well, there are different levels of involvement: some

people will literally just set up the ad; you've got to come up with the image and all

of that stuff.

And then, maybe some people really just look at the optimization part, and some people

look at the whole thing and come up with a copy that will go inside of the ad as well

as putting it all together for you.

That's really important, and one thing that I think is really beneficial.

Firsts time creating a course, I don't always suggest running Facebook ads because there

are so many moving parts.

I will say, "Let's focus on getting the course content up, and ready, and validating it,

and getting some sales in the door first."

Because once you get those sales in the door, you know that your product and course is 100

percent validated.

You have one person buy it, that means it's going to help one person.

One person will buy it.

Now it's about getting it in front of more people, and optimising it, and tweaking it,

and changing it, and making it better.

And so the fifth person that I would say to have on hand is a VA.

If you don't have a virtual assistant, or you don't have an assistant or another team

member, or something like that, I suggest, now that you're creating the course, that

you have someone else on board to help you.

Now this could be for little tasks like setting up and scheduling of emails right in the side

of your email marketing provider, because you'll need to have that alongside your course

so that people, when they purchase, they're like, "Hey", they've received their email

and it drops inside of their inbox.

You could have a VA just kind of do that stuff for you.

But also, for them to do the testing and payment processing ... Testing of the payment processing,

making sure things work, making sure that all the module content all goes out at the

right time.

All of that kind of stuff, as well as actually having support.

With having an online course, you need to be mindful that adds another layer to your

business, as well.

It means that people will now ... If they have an issue, they will email you about that.

But if you have a team member or someone else who comes and helps out in your business,

even if it's just one hour a day, they'll be able to answer those questions for you.

And then, that kind of relieves you of that stress.

The sixth person that you could have inside of when you're creating your course is having

a launch strategist.

You may be thinking, "What's a launch strategist?"

Basically, a launch strategist is the person that deals with the promotion and marketing

of your course.

Now some of launch strategists also have Facebook ads included in that, some people don't.

But it really depends on who you hire.

But really, the main goal for them, the main goal for you, is to make sure that that person

can help you promote it and get it in front of as many people as possible.

Now when you're launching it, when you're launching your first course, I don't always

suggest having a launch strategist.

I always like to go the route of let's use every resource we can available to us right

now.

Launching isn't my area of expertise, and not something that I focus on with my clients,

but I always say to my clients, "Who can you reach out to that has a podcast or a show?

Who has your audience where you can get in front of them right now?"

Anything that's low cost, anything that's not going to cost you a heap of money to be

able to get those sales in the door, I always say is the best way forward.

Because now you're in the process of creating a course, and you want to make sure that you're

getting it in front of as many people as possible.

That's definitely my tip there.

A launch strategist will help you with the planning out of that, the scheduling, so you

can work with them at the very beginning whilst you're creating content.

Or they can come in a little bit later and help you, in the middle somewhere, when you're

close to finishing your course content.

Those are the six people that I recommend to help you.

The first person is having a learning specialist, or a content developer, or an E-learning specialist

to help you figure out the core course and the offer that you're actually putting together.

And making sure that it actually delivers on the outcome, which is what I help my clients

with as well, and my team do ... We all do together.

The second person that you could have is a developer and a designer, as well.

The third person being a copywriter to help with the sales, emails, and sales, copy.

And so, the emails for your sales page, for your opt-in page, or all of that stuff.

Then having a Facebook ad specialist, as well, could be someone that you have as part of

the team.

As well as having a VA, or an assistant, or a team member that will help with the scheduling

of emails, or even the testing of payment processing, or just fielding customer support

questions as well.

Really important.

And then, the last person that you could have, as well, is a launch strategist to be able

to help you plan out the launch and make sure it gets in front of as many people as possible,

to be able to help sell your course and get it out there.

You don't have to ... I want to make sure ... You don't have to have all of these people.

Trust me, you don't.

But I wanted to lay it out for you so you could clearly see the different people that

are involved, and how it all fits together, and why it's important.

Because it's one of the questions that comes up quite a bit with my own clients, as well.

If you would like my help, from myself and my team, to help you create your online course

and would like us to really understand and get really clear on who the course is for,

how it can help them, debunk or help you with the course structure and the outline to make

sure that it's really impactful and actually helps people get an outcome, as well as handle

all the tech development side of things, making sure everything's talking to one another,

setting up the online course platform, setting up your course and launch pages for that,

then be sure to click the link below and book yourself in a free session with myself.

A course mapping session where we can map out the next 60 to 90 days, exactly what you

need to do, and how I can help you make it happen.

You can get all the details there at janetkafadar.com/session.

And I shall see you in the next video.

Bye.

THE DEEP STATE INSTITUTIONS THAT CONTROL AMERICA – THEY DON'T - politics - Duration: 13:46.

THE DEEP STATE INSTITUTIONS THAT CONTROL AMERICA

THEY DONT CARE WHO YOU VOTE FOR

The Deep State refers to a coordinated effort by career government employees and others

to influence state policy without regard for democratically elected leadership.

Democracy is popular because of the illusion of choice and participation it provides, but

when you live in a society in which most peoples knowledge of the world extends as far as sports,

sitcoms, reality shows, and celebrity gossip, democracy because a very dangerous idea. Until

people are properly educated and informed, instead of indoctrinated to be ignorant mindless

consumers, democracy is nothing more than a clever tool used by the ruling class to

subjugate the rest of of us.

 Gavin Nascimento

When Eisenhower coined the term Military Industrial Complex, his main concern was

the potential for the disastrous rise of misplaced power. After him, John F Kennedy

(JFK) warned the citizenry that we are living in a system which has conscripted vast

human and material resources into the building of a tightly knit, highly efficient machine

that combines military, diplomatic, intelligence, economic, scientific and political operations.

He went on to state that its preparations are concealed, not published. Its mistakes

are buried, not headlined. Its dissenters are silenced, not praised. No expenditure

is questioned, no rumor is printed, no secret is revealed.

Before both of these two, 28th President of the United States Woodrow Wilson revealed:

Since I entered politics, I have chiefly had mens views confided to me privately. Some

of the biggest men in the United States, in the field of commerce and manufacture, are

afraid of somebody, are afraid of something. They know that there is a power somewhere

so organized, so subtle, so watchful, so interlocked, so complete, so pervasive, that they had better

not speak above their breath when they speak in condemnation of it.

Perhaps one of the most revealing statements from modern history by a president comes from

the 26th president of the United States, Theodore Roosevelt, when he explained how little people

know of how government really operates:

Political parties exist to secure responsible government and to execute the will of the

people.

From these great tasks both of the old parties have turned aside. Instead of instruments

to promote the general welfare, they have become the tools of corrupt interests which

use them impartially to serve their selfish purposes. Behind the ostensible government

sits enthroned an invisible government owing no allegiance and acknowledging no responsibility

to the people.

To destroy this invisible government, to dissolve the unholy alliance between corrupt business

and corrupt politics is the first task of the statesmanship of the day.

What these presidents did, as many others have done, is reveal the existence of a government

within the government that has infiltrated the United States. To see some similar quotes

as the ones above, you can refer to this article we published a couple of years ago.

Its no secret that government policy is largely dictated by corporations, and the

financial institutions that sit above them. We no longer live in a democracy, but rather,

a corporatocracy. This is easy to see if you simply follow the money.

As difficult as it was for me, Ive come to an inescapable and profoundly disturbing

conclusion. I believe that an elite group of people and the corporations they run have

gained control over not just our energy, food supply, education, and healthcare, but over

virtually every aspect of our lives; and they do it by controlling the world of finance.

Not by creating more value, but by actually controlling the source of money.

 Foster Gamble

Below is a great clip from the Thrive documentary that explains the modern day banking industry

perfectly.

The Deep State

The military industrial complex, the Deep State, those who the presidents above are

referring to, is comprised of a small group of people and the corporations/institutions

they run. It has been this way for many years, as so many presidential candidates, like Dr.

Ron Paul and Bernie Sanders, have exposed. This organized power completely controls politics,

and they do not care who you vote for.

Regardless of who is elected president, this hidden power has an agenda, and they use politics

to justify it. Just look at the destabilization of the Middle East.

Our perception of politicians and presidents largely comes from mainstream media, not our

ability to think critically about what is going on. If mainstream media praises a candidate,

like Hillary Clinton, thats who the masses prefer. Their power to influence the minds

of the masses is tremendous.

Despite the fact that Donald Trump has been vilified, hes actually taken more action

against this powerful group of elite and their interests than most, but its hard for people

to see this because these corporations (who own the mainstream media, incidentally) continue

to slander him not that he hasnt made it easy for them.

1. The Terror War Industry

One great example is the terror war industry, and the presence of a supposed Islamic

Threat. This perceived threat is maintained through false flag terrorism, a concept that

even the mainstream has acknowledged, particularly since multiple politicians and academics have

revealed it to the world. Vladimir Putin, for example, recently said the attack in Syria

was a false flag, and the globate elite use imaginary and mythical threats

to push forth their agenda.

He, along with many others, also called out the United States and their allies for funding

terrorists organizations. In his recent visit to Saudi Arabia, Donald Trump did the same.

The term terror war industry comes from FBI whistleblower Sibel Edmonds, who referenced

it during an appearance on RT news. She is a former FBI translator and the founder of

the National Security Whistleblowers Coalition (NSWBC). She gained a lot of attention in

2002 after she accused a colleague of covering up illicit activity involving Turkish nationals,

which included serious security breaches and cover-ups, alluding to intelligence that was

deliberately suppressed.

The Deep State institutions involved with this would be the arms industry and the oil

industry, among others.

2. The Federal Reserve

The federal reserve is a privately owned central bank system in the United States disguised

as a government owned system.

The federal reserve is an independent agency and that means basically that, there is no

other agency of government which can overrule actions that we take.

Alan Greenspan, former Chairman of the Federal Reserve (source)

Henry Ford said that, It is well enough that people of the nation do not understand

our banking and monetary system, for if they did, I believe there would be a revolution

before tomorrow morning.

No matter who you vote for, the banking system doesnt change. These people have the ability

to print money in a way that keeps them protected, and bleeds everybody else dry. As the quote

above from Alan Greenspan illustrates, its an independent agency that can make decisions

no other branches of government can oppose. The people that control the money control

the government, and the presidency. If an institution like the federal reserve isnt

considered a deep state institution, I dont know what is.

Every four years we look to somebody to spark change, but perhaps that whole process is

meant to distract us. Perhaps we are looking in the wrong places.

3. The Military Industrial Complex

Former Republican U.S. congressional aide Mike Lofgren, who retired in 2011 after 28

years as a congressional staffer, defines the Deep State as follows:

It is a hybrid of national security and law enforcement agencies: the Department of Defense,

the Department of State, the Department of Homeland Security, the Central Intelligence

Agency and the Justice Department. I also include the Department of the Treasury because

of its jurisdiction over financial flows, its enforcement of international sanctions

and its organic symbiosis with Wall Street.

The military industrial complex is huge, and full of private contractors, intelligence

agencies, and other defence agencies that have, just as Eisenhower warned us, amassed

a great deal of power. The crazy thing about it is, nobody knows whats going on in here,

not even the President. If the President and the United States Congress doesnt even

have access to this information, just ask yourself, who does?

Were talking about Special Access Programs (SAPs), in which we have unacknowledged and

waived SAPs. These programs do not exist publicly, but they do indeed exist. They are better

known as Deep Black programs. A 1997 US Senate report described them as so sensitive

that they are exempt from standard reporting requirements to the Congress. Welcome to

the world of secrecy. You can read more about the Black Budget in detail here.

These programs dont change, regardless of who you vote for. These are the institutions,

agencies, and ongoing programs that are above the law, beyond scrutiny, and operating in

near total secrecy.

Business Insider reports that the U.S. intelligence community consists of 17 discreet agencies

that operate with enormous budgets and incredible secrecy, bringing total surveillance and total

information awareness to bear on the people of Earth.

The United States has a history of government agencies existing in secret for years. The

National Security Agency (NSA) was founded in 1952, its existence was hidden until the

mid 1960s. Even more secretive is the National Reconnaissance Office, which was founded in

1960 but remained completely secret for 30 years.

If Voting Doesnt Make A Difference, What Will?

This is the way the system works, its a rotten system, and I see elections as so

much of a charade. So much deceit goes on. . . . whether its a Republican or a Democrat

president, the people who want to keep the status quo seems to have their finger in the

pot and can control things. They just get so nervous so, if they have an independent

thinker out there, whether its Sanders, or Trump, or Ron Paul, theyre going to

be very desperate to try to change things. . . . More people are discovering that the

system is all rigged, and that voting is just pacification for the voters and it really

doesnt count.

Dr. Ron Pal, three time presidential candidate

Voting is simply the illusion of choice. As former New York City Mayor John F. Hylan stated:

The real menace of our Republic is the invisible government, which like a giant octopus sprawls

its slimy legs over our cities, states and nation . . . The little coterie of powerful

international bankers virtually run the United States government for their own selfish purposes.

They practically control both parties.

These Deep State institutions have been in place for a long time, and remain in place

regardless of who votes. So what changes things? Lets take a look at some examples. Take

Genetically Modified Foods, for instance, an issue for which activism and awareness

alone have created groundbreaking change. One example would be the fact that a federal

lawsuit forced the U.S. government to share disturbing facts about genetically engineered

foods.

As a result, a number of countries have since completely banned GMOs and the pesticides

that go with them. This is where change comes from: us, not them. If we constantly look

to one person, who is usually part of the 1 percent, to make significant changes,

nothing will ever change. Politics seems like one big distraction, a place for powerful

people to play games with the population and keep our attention. Its become more of

an entertainment platform as opposed to a real platform for change.

But there is a massive shift in consciousness occurring. The veil that blinds the masses

in so many ways is becoming transparent. Our thoughts and feelings about our world are

changing, and as a result, we are beginning to manifest a new world. We are definitely

living in a time where new information and evidence will conflict with long-held belief

systems

Seeing through this Deep State and the institutions that really call the shots is a key step.

We must create more awareness of these issues and speak up about them instead of just giving

all of our power over to one individual, hoping that they can make some sort of change for

us. We have to do it.
