Death sucks

But what happens to your body after you die is fascinating,

So we are going to show you

Don't worry it won't be gross much

Once the person's breathing stops the cells in their body stop perceiving oxygen

But the cells continue to live for several minutes generating carbon dioxide

Carbon dioxide is acidic

and it builds up rupturing sacs inside the cells

these sacs contain enzymes to begin to the digest the cells from the inside out

this creates a blister like fluid rich in nutrients

after about a week those nutrients fuel an army of bacteria and fungi further liquify organs and muscles

Microbes that attack the tissue produce of bewildering array of more than four hundred chemicals and gases

They include Freon

That is right the coolant found in refrigerators Benzene a powerful component in Gasoline

Sulfur which smells of swamps end rotten eggs

And a molecule known as Carbon Tetrachloride

Which was used in fire extinquishers and dry-cleaning until scientists discovered it is highly toxic

At this point there is very little fresh left

and it is consumed by here comes maggots and beetles Затем оно поглощается лечинками и жуками

Insects leave only bones behind Насекомые оставляют после себя только кости

Over time the protein in bone decomposes too, leaving just the bone mineral called Hydroxyapatite

Which eventually turns to dust

We can take some solace in the fact, in all those nutrients and chemicals even the dust

provide vital substances that make soils fertile

sprouting plants and other new life

after our lives have ended

Ashes to Ashes, Dust to Dust

Tenerife North airport to your hotel: Taxi, bus, shuttle or rental car? - Duration: 7:17.

A lot of people over the years have asked me the best way to get from the airports in

Tenerife to their hotel.

In this video I want to cover quickly all the options, and clearly explain the pro and

cons of all of them, and we will figure out together what is the best way for your specific

case.

At the ending of this video I will also give you a quick tip that can save you load of

moneys.

In this video I will be covering the North airport of Tenerife, Los Rodeos.

If you are travelling to the South Airport, then I have a separate video covering that.

Be careful because these airports have very similar codes TFS for the South Airport and

TFN for the North Airport.

I have know people to get confused and book the wrong airport or book the correct airport

but then book the pick up or taxi from the other one, so be a little bit carefull with

that.

PUBLIC TRANSPORTATION So the first way to get to your hotel from

the Tenerife North Airport is the public transportation… so the standard public bus.

When landing simply keep moving towards the right of the airport arrivals terminal.

There you will find the bright green busses.

The closest resort is Puerto de la Cruz, the bus here will cost you about 5 euro.

The bus to the capital of Tenerife, Santa Cruz, will cost about 3 euro.

The public bus to the South of Tenerife…

Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Playa de la Americas, Playa Paraiso or Callao Salvaje costs about

12 euro 1 way.

If you want to take the bus to the West coast of Tenerife...

Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago, and Playa la Arena… then know there is no direct bus,

so would definitely not advise this option.

If you do want to take the bus here you will have to transfer in Santa Cruz or Costa Adeje

onto another bus.

If you are travelling these far distances to the West or South of Tenerife you might

want to consider getting a "bono" card.

They cost 15 or 25 euros and make taking the bus a bit cheaper.

You can get them in the airport terminal, currently at the information desk.

Busses from the airport to Puerto de la Cruz and Santa Cruz drive pretty often... at least

once every hour.

To the South, busses go every 1 or 2 hours.

Do know that most of these bus lines only go to the main stations, most of them in the

back or on the side of the tourist areas.

This may cause it to be still over half an hour or more walking distance from your hotel,

so something I would definitely not advice for travelling with small children or a lot

of luggage.

SHUTTLE OR AIRPORT TRANSFER BUS So at this moment do not know any resort shuttles

or airport transfers going from Tenerife North Airport that you can book separately, I could

just find a few sketchy websites offering them.

If you possibly know or find out later a good company offering this type of service, then

please let me know so I can update this video.

Simply write it in the comments below.

TAXI If you are travelling with a family or group

of 3 or 4 people a taxi might be your best option.

I very much like to advise this option as you will make it faster to your hotel and

have to spent less time at check in as most other travellers on coaches or busses will

all arrive at the same time but after you.

The taxis are all located right in front of the arrivals terminal so you can't miss

them.

I could not find any prices announced at the airport for taking a taxi so the final price

most likely will be a surprise.

I also asked the information desk and they didn't know.

I would always advise reserving one online before travelling to the Tenerife North airport

to avoid unpleasant surprises.

A taxi to Puerto de la Cruz or Santa Cruz in both cases will cost you 32 euro when booked

online.

Especially to Santa Cruz traffic can be very slow, so would definitely advise booking this

one online to avoid having the price go way up when you get stuck in traffic.

A taxi from the airport in Tenerife North to Costa Adeje, Los Cristianos, Playa de las

Americas, Playa Paraiso or Callao Salvaje costs around 90 euros.

To Los Gigantes, Puerto de Santiago, Playa la Arena the price for a taxi is about 110

euros.

Reserving your taxi online is great if travelling with young children as they will prepare you

all the correct car seats for them.

Taxis you take directly at the airport might not always have them available.

Also the price is locked in and traffic jams or a dodgy taxi driver cant make the price

go up.

I am not saying that every taxi drive is dodgy, but since I travel quite a lot through Spain

and use a lot of airport taxis, I have know many of them to take further routes then needed

just to run up the meter.

So for all these reasons and to start you holiday good, book online.

You can find a link to a great company, as I mentioned before, on my website.

There will be a link to that at the ending of this video.

RENTAL CAR A rental car at Tenerife North airport might

actually be your best option if you don't mind driving.

If you are staying in the North there is much to see if you have a rental car.

If you are staying anywhere else on the island a bus or taxi are pretty pricey.

Rental cars with full coverage and insurance at the airport start at about 15-18 euro per

day.

This is less than half the price of what most car rental agencies in the holiday destination

and resort in Tenerife will charge you.

If you are renting a car at the airport be sure to go with a good company as some of

the rental companies at the airport will apply a lot of surprise charges when picking up

your car that will make the price go way up.

QUICK TIP: If you haven't booked flights yet, have

a look at the difference in price between Tenerife South and North airport.

Even tho the one that is closest to your resort might sound like the best choice, the actual

difference in travel time is only about 45 minutes.

So if one airport is much cheaper, what it often is, that one might be a better option

if you are willing to drive a bit more and pay a few euros more on airport transfer.

I hope this video helped you and that you will have a great time in Tenerife.

If you want to find the best companies for taxis, shuttles, transfers and car rental

you can find those links easily on my one page Tenerife website and feel free to subscribe

to the channel for more advice about holidays in Spain and Tenerife.

Home Remedies Ways To Beat Belly Bloat ! - Duration: 1:54.

Home Remedies - Ways To Beat Belly Bloat !

1.

Drink more water:

Make sure you are drinking enough water.

Water will help your body eliminate "extra" salt through your urine.

Less salt in your body will help stop swelling and bloating.

Drink more water 2 Liters a day.

2.

Try a homemade remedy:

Stir a teaspoon of baking soda into a glass of water and drink it.

This solution neutralizes stomach acid and helps relieve gas and bloating.

Add a few drops of lemon to dispel some of the gas before it hits your stomach.

3.

Eat less and more often:

Eat smaller meals more frequently, perhaps five times a day.

Sit down and relax at each meal.

Eating your meal slowly will help you avoid stomach bloating and pressure.

4.

Cook with anise:

In ancient Rome, at the end of an indulgent feast, people would serve cakes made with

anise to calm digestion and freshen the breath.

Anise is an aromatic digestive, a group of remedies that calms digestive problems, and

reduces nausea, gas and bloating.

Anise works well in vegetable soups: add seeds or whole star anise when sautéing onion and

garlic.

You can also make a tea by pouring boiling water slightly crushed seeds.

Drink a cup of this after dinner, or anytime you are feeling a bloated or gassy.
