Draw Tip Tuesday: Watercolor - Wet in Wet - Duration: 2:45.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to

build a creative habit!

One drawing at a time Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

Did you experiment with your watercolours last week?

Let's do some more and explore the wet-in-wet technique.

We'll start with using clear water and paint a shape with it.

I'll do three in a row here.

Now, while the water is still wet, pick up pigment and add it to the water wash.

The paint blooms out, and you can direct it a little bit, or dry your brush to pick up

pooling parts.

Because of the water and the pigment touching, you'll get a blooming effect.

just let it happen!

Let's do a few more - you'll also notice the difference between adding paint to the

water that has already settled into the paper a little, and the water that is freshly added

and forms a bit of a pool.

All I can say is: experiment and explore - that's what I'm doing here, too.

Now that the these pink blobs have dried, let's make them into something more fun,

by using a pen.

I will draw leaves as well, to add some interesting shapes to these pink radishes.

Now on top of the pen lines, I'll add some juicy watercolours, just quick strokes, colouring

outside the lines is allowed.

And for another wet-in-wet technique: I'll drop in some bright yellow to give the green

more variety and life.

I hope this inspires you to try your watercolours and practice a lot.

And if you want to learn more, sign up for the sample kourse in Sketchbook Skool!

It's free, so go to SketchbookSkool.com and join!

How to enter controlled airspace Melbourne City orbits - Pilot Vlog 8 - Duration: 3:47.

On this week's flight I've decided that I'm going to try something a little bit different.

I've decided I'm going to do something in the plane that I haven't done for ages.

The only objective for today's flight, is to fly for fun.

Not a training flight, not trying to fly under the Instrument Flight Rules to practise that,

just going out having some fun, flying under the Visual Flight Rules and hopefully getting

some great views over Melbourne City as well.

Tango Delta Sierra cleared for takeoff.

Cleared for takeoff Tango Delta Sierra.

So one thing I wanted to try on today's flight is to show you how easy it is to fly into

controlled airspace.

I remember when I started out as a pilot I was really nervous about asking for permission

to fly into controlled airspace but it's actually dead easy and follows the same principles

of every radio call you'll make as a pilot.

Who am I?

Where am I?

And what am I doing?

But in this case what am I doing is actually what do I want to do.

So we'd be saying who am I?

Tango Delta Sierra.

Where am I?

We'll be above Albert Park Lake at 1500, and what am I doing or what do I want to do?

Well we want to get permission to fly right hand city orbits around the city at a certain

height.

So let's give it a go, let's fly, let's go up to Albert Park Lake and we'll call Essendon

Tower and see if we can get clearance to fly through Class C airspace and try and get some

cool shots of the city on the GoPros.

Essendon Tower, Tango Delta Sierra is approaching Albert Park Lake from the South, 1500, received

Alpha, request two right hand city orbits.

Tango Delta Sierra g'day Essendon Tower cleared two right city orbits.

Cleared two right city orbits Tango Delta Sierra.

Easy as that, there you go.

Fantastic, hello Melbourne.

Sharing some airspace with the international flights coming into Tullamarine there as well.

And there's the MCG the Melbourne Cricket Ground, Australia's biggest sporting stadium.

And you've got AAMI Park just behind it as well.

And then you can just see down there to the right hand side those the tennis courts where the Australian

Open is held every year.

And in the distance Albert Park Lake where the Australian Grand Prix is held every year.

Fantastic views.

Tango Delta Sierra city orbits complete we'd like to track direct to Brighton.

Tango Delta Sierra roger passing MCG you'll be outside controlled airspace, control services terminated.

Control services terminated over the MCG Tango Delta Sierra, g'day.

G'day.

Moorabbin Tower Tango Delta Sierra at Brighton 1500 received November inbound.

Tango Delta Sierra join oblique downwind runway 35 left.

35 left Tango Delta Sierra.

Tango Delta Sierra is on turning final 35 left.

Tango Delta Sierra cleared to land.

Cleared to land Tango Delta Sierra.

Chevrolet Cruze LED Interior How To Install - 2nd Gen | 2016+ - Duration: 12:15.

What's up guys, I'm Brent from PrecisionLED.com and here

we have a 2017 Chevy Cruze we'll be performing an LED interior light install on.

Now the 2017 is part of the second generation

so this installation is compatible with all years 2016+

Today we'll be installing on the front map, the rear dome,

the glovebox, the trunk, the license plate, and the reverse lights.

Today we're gonna be installing a PrecisionLED 5730 style LED kit

which come with these three interior trim tools you'll see us using throughout the video.

We have our fork-shaped wedge tool,

our serrated knife tool,

and our pointed wedge tool.

We're gonna start by installing on the front map light.

As you can see, I've already gone ahead and done the install on the two outside lights.

So we're just gonna show you how to swap out the center light here.

We're gonna be using our serrated knife tool in order to access the halogen bulb.

So we're just gonna be wanting to use the flat portion of the tool.

And we're gonna be coming in vertically to the lens here.

And once you have separation between the lens

and the outer casing, you're just gonna pry outward.

And once you do have some separation here,

you can start working on the outside of the inner lens.

And then once everything is loosened up, you can just use your bare hand

and pull the rest of the lens out.

And so now that we have access to the halogen bulb, we're just gonna remove with our bare hands.

But just be careful because if the light was running it could be very hot.

And so here we have our premium 5730 style LED. We'll just pop that in.

Now it's important to note that these LEDs, they're non polarity-specific.

So you can just pop them in any orientation and they should come on.

And everything looks good.

So now we can reinstall the lens here.

We're gonna start by lining up the back tabs in between the fixture and the actual lens housing.

And once those are in place,

just apply a little bit of pressure until they snap into place.

And then you could apply a little bit of pressure on the

front tabs until those snap into place.

Now we're gonna be installing on the rear dome.

And we're going to be using our fork-shaped wedge tool in order to gain access to the halogen bulb.

So we're just gonna be using the fork portion of the tool.

And we're gonna pry in between the lens and the fixture.

And once you have separation, just pry outward.

And once the lens comes loose, you can just work your way down

until the rest of the clips come loose as well.

Now you can try and remove the bulb just with your bare hand,

but it typically is pretty difficult.

A trick, in order to remove the bulb more simply,

is just to take a small piece of tape and you can make a ... sort of U-shape

and then just wrap it right around the bulb,

like so.

And then with the tail end of the tape here,

you can just use that to pull the bulb out of the housing.

And so here we have our 5730 style LED, so we'll just pop that in.

And now let's just test the bulb to make sure everything's working.

So everything looks good.

And now we can reinstall the casing here.

Again, just like the front map, we're gonna line up the back tabs first.

And once those are in place,

just apply a little bit of pressure until they snap into place.

And then you can apply some pressure on the front tabs as well.

Now we'll be installing on the glovebox.

And we'll be using our pointed wedge tool in order to gain access to the halogen bulb.

So there is just one clip that's holding this lens into place

and that's towards the front of the vehicle, right here.

There's actually a small groove

of which you can actually stick the point of the tool inside

and the lens should come loose very easily.

And then once the lens is loose,

you can just take your bare hand and pull the rest of the lens out.

And now we have access to the halogen bulb here.

And so now we're just gonna take the tool one more time,

and we're gonna use it just to pry the halogen bulb downward

so that it comes loose from the connectors here.

And so here we have our LED, so we'll just pop that in.

Again these LEDs, they're non polarity-specific

so you can pop them in any orientation and they should come on.

So now that we can see everything's working perfectly fine,

we can reinstall the lens.

You would just wanna be sure that this switch right here

is facing towards the tail-end of the vehicle.

It will go right here in this groove.

It's the switch that turns the light on and off when the

glove compartment is closed or open.

And so we'll just go ahead and install that in first.

And then once that switch is in place right here,

we can just clamp the back tabs into place as well.

Now we'll be installing on the trunk light.

Again, we're gonna be using our pointed wedge tool

in order to gain access to the halogen bulb here.

Now, just like the glovebox, there's a small groove

in the rear of the tab here.

And once you just stick the point inside of it, the whole lens should come loose

because you are loosening up the only clip that's holding the lens into place.

And once everything is loose, you can just use your bare hand

just to pull the rest of the lens outward.

And again, we're gonna be using the pointed end of the pointed wedge tool

in order to pry the halogen bulb outward.

So we're just gonna be prying from the top of the connection here downward.

And so here we have our premium 5730 style LED, so we'll just pop that in.

And everything looks good. So now we can just pop the lens back in the fixture.

Again, we're just gonna want to make sure that the tab here

it's facing towards the rear end of the vehicle.

Now we'll be installing on the license plate lights.

So there's just one tab that's holding the lens into place

which is towards the center of the vehicle right here.

So we're gonna be taking our pointed wedge tool

and we're just gonna be coming in vertically

in between the tab and the rest of the housing.

And once you're jammed inside of there,

you just wanna pry outward

and at the same time just pry downward.

The lens should come loose.

And next we're just gonna wanna twist this power connector here counterclockwise.

And then just pull out.

And now we have access to the halogen bulb.

So we'll just remove that with our hands.

And so here we have our LED, so we'll just pop that in.

Now before reassembling the casing and reinstalling the bulb,

let's just test the light to make sure everything's working.

So everything looks good.

So now we'll just take the casing right here

and we'll line up these two tabs

with the corresponding tabs in the casing here.

And once the tabs are lined up, we're just gonna twist the power

connector here clockwise in order to lock it into place.

And then you could just reinstall the casing here.

Again, you're just gonna wanna make sure that the clip

here that's holding it into place is towards the center of the vehicle.

Now we'll be installing on the reverse lights.

So in order to gain access to the reverse bulb,

we're first gonna want to remove this outer casing here.

There's a small tab, of which you can just pry down and remove it.

But can be a bit difficult.

So in our case, we're just gonna be using our fork-shaped wedge tool.

So we're just gonna be prying in between this whole casing here

and the actual rear end of the trunk.

And so, you know, once you have separation you could

just take your hands and just pry this casing off.

And next, in order to remove the reverse housing,

we're gonna wanna unscrew this clip here.

Now

now this was

now that was the only clip that's holding the housing into place.

There are a couple more tabs out here

towards the outer portion of the vehicle.

So when you're removing the housing,

you're just gonna wanna press down on these pegs here

and then pull the housing away from the vehicle.

And so now that we have the reverse housing removed from the vehicle,

we can swap out the reverse bulb which is just this one right here.

So we're just gonna twist this power connector here

counterclockwise in order to release the bulb.

And then just pull out.

And now we have access to the halogen bulb,

so we'll just remove that with our bare hands.

And so here we have our LED, so we'll just pop that in.

This LED is very, very bright.

It will increase your reversing visibility

and you'll notice that a lot on your reverse cam as well.

Now before reinstalling, let's just test the bulb

to make sure everything's working fine.

So everything looks good.

And now we'll just take the bulb,

we'll reinstall it into the housing

and we'll just line up the tabs.

And once everything is seated flush,

we'll just twist this power connector here clockwise in order to lock it into place.

And now we can just reinstall the housing.

Now, when reinstalling the reverse housing

you're just gonna wanna be sure that these two tabs right here

are aligned with the corresponding holes that are on the trunk lid.

As well as this peg right here

is plugged into the corresponding hole right here.

And first you wanna ... again first you just wanna line up those two outside tabs

and then pull inward.

And then just line up that peg as well.

And that's the end of the installation.

Toyota Tacoma LED Fog Light How To Install - 3rd Gen | 2015+ - Duration: 6:51.

What's up guys, I'm Brent from PrecisionLED.com and here we have a 2017 Toyota Tacoma

we'll be performing a fog light LED installation on.

So the 2017 is part of the third generation

so this installation is compatible with all years 2015+

Now as you can see, we have already converted the low beams to LED,

which we do have an installation video that you could check out.

And so we're just gonna be matching up the fogs with the lows.

Today we're gonna be installing an H11 PrecisionLED conversion kit

which come with two LED bulbs and two LED ballast

as well as a couple 3M mounting pads in order to mount the ballast.

So let's get started.

So we can access the bulb just right here through the wheel well,

we'll just have to remove a few of these bolts here

in order to gain access to the halogen bulb.

And you can do so just with a 10 millimeter socket and socket wrench.

Or, in our case, we're gonna be using a power drill

So we just have to remove these three nuts here

as well as this one last clip.

And you can remove this clip right here just with a flathead screwdriver.

Or, in our case, we're gonna be using our fork-shaped wedge tool.

And once you have all of the bolts and clips removed,

we're just gonna pry the inner paneling outward.

Like so.

And here we can access the halogen bulb just right here through the wheel well.

And so here we are inside of the housing and we're gonna remove the halogen bulb.

The first step to remove the halogen bulb is we're

gonna wanna disconnect this power connector here.

And you can do so just by pressing down on this tab

and then pulling away.

And next we're just gonna grasp the halogen bulb.

We're gonna twist the bulb counterclockwise

and then just pull out very gently to remove.

And so here we have our LED bulb and our ballast.

Now what we're gonna wanna do while we have the products outside of the housing

is we're gonna wanna make this plug connection right here.

So we're just gonna take this power connector here that's coming from the LED bulb

and plug it into the corresponding connector coming from the ballast.

And once that connection is made,

we're just gonna wanna screw this seal here over the connection

just to make sure that it's a nice tight seal.

And also one last thing, while we do have the products outside of the housing,

is we're gonna take our 3M double-sided sticky tape,

we're gonna remove one end

and then we're just gonna apply that to the back of the ballast right here.

Now just be sure

that you do have a nice clean surface and the ballast is free from any dust.

And once the bulb is installed into the housing,

and this plug connection is made right here,

we could just remove the opposite side of the 3M mounting tape

and then we'll be able to mount the ballasts on a nice, clean, flat surface.

So let's go ahead and install the bulb.

And so here we have the LED that we'll be installing.

Now we're gonna be installing the bulb matching up the tabs here

and we're gonna be matching them up in the 10 o'clock position

and then twisting them into place in the 12 o'clock position.

So then we're just gonna insert the bulb here.

And once everything is sitting flush,

we could just twist the bulb clockwise in order to lock it into place.

And so next we're just going to take this plug connector here

that's coming from the stock harness to the vehicle.

And then we're gonna be connecting that to this power plug here that's coming from the ballast.

Now it's important to note that LEDs they are polarity-specific.

So if the bulbs do not come on the first time around

I would advise just to swap this plug here.

And now let's just test the lights to make sure everything's working properly.

And now we can just mount the ballast.

Now we're gonna mount the ballast just right here on the sidewall.

But before mounting we're just gonna wanna be sure

to clean off the surface with a bit of degreaser.

And so we can just take the ballast here that we've already applied

one side of the 3M mounting pad to.

And we could just peel off the opposite end.

And then you just wanna mount the ballast right here on the sidewall.

Just be sure to apply some pressure

so that you have a solid connection.

So now that we know that the LED is working perfectly fine,

let's just go ahead and put everything back together here.

We're just gonna wanna pry this paneling back

inside of the bumper here,

like so.

And once everything is in place, we can go ahead and put the bolts back in.

And that's the end of the installation.
