journey is for deep sleep so you're only going to listen to this hypnosis if you
are ready to lay down and go to sleep for the night you don't have to listen
to it with headphones you can place your device next to you on your nightstand or
next to your bed some capacity and just lay back and relax because
I'm not going to count you out of this hypnosis like I do in the other
ones I'm going to take you in to that deep deep place of sleep and you're
going to stay there until it's time for you to wake up so I hope that you guys
enjoy this journey if you are ready to go to sleep and experience deep deep

and give you some tingles as you release let go and slip into a comfortable place
for deep restful sleep to happen as you draw your attention to my voice more and
more you will find that comfort and relaxing is incredibly easy for you to
achieve now you might notice that your breathing is becoming deeper the eyelids
are getting very very heavy and you might even notice the mouth and lips
become a little dry and you tend to want to swallow these are all signs that you
are slipping into the hypnotic rest it is so easy to do because hypnosis
is a natural state of being you see we go in and out of the hypnotic state
throughout the day when we drive down the freeway and accidentally pass our
exit or while listening to music and watching TV if we are having a
conversation with someone who's been talking nonstop and we start to feel
that zoning out sensation that's hypnosis hypnosis is a holistic and
effective way to achieve amazing restful sleep it's a state of focused awareness
that automatically brings deep relaxation to the entire body this deep
comfort and relaxation helps to bypass the minds natural defenses creating
direct line of communication with the subconscious mind which controls all of
our automatic behaviors in this session we will use hypnosis to tell the
subconscious mind that it is easy for you to fall asleep quickly and get sound
restful sleep you will experience a very very deep sleep however in the event you
need to wake up and respond to an emergency you will do so immediately and
be fully alert in a moment I'm going to ask you to take in some big deep breaths
and hold your breath and as you hold the breath you're going to tighten intense
every part of your body from head to toe go ahead and take in a big deep breath
and hold it as you hold the breath tighten and tense every part of your
body from head to toe tighten tighten tighten and hold for five four three two
one release noticing the eyelids are heavier now and blinking more and more
feeling the body sinking down into the surface beneath you
take another deep breath in and hold it tighten tighten tighten and hold for
five four three two one release breathe
noticing the eyes are extremely heavy now lids are blinking rapidly and the
more you try to keep the eyes open the harder it becomes take another deep
breath in and hold holding tighten tighten tense tense tense five four
three two one zero deep sleep eyes closed completely and
tightly now
allowing yourself to just drift and sink a little deeper now feeling the muscles
release as you return to your natural rhythm of breathing every breath takes
you deeper and deeper and deeper eyelids more and more heavy and tightly closed
breathing in and breathing out breathing in and breathing out
breathing in and breathing out the simple act the simple natural act of
breathing stimulates comfort and relaxation notice a gentle breeze of
comfort sweeping around the feet between the toes flowing up into the ankles
calves shins behind the knees and over the tops breathe gently swirling around
and through the thighs and hips into the diaphragm and lower back bringing a
sense of relief and release as the breeze of comfort flows upward into your
chest through and up the middle back over shoulders and back of neck
whistling through hairs on the scalp
flowing over crown and into forehead face and throat down the arm
and in two hands reaching touching the textures of comfort comb and deep
relaxation now at five four three two one zero deep sleep as the conscious
mind moves aside for now revealing the doorway to the imagination each breath
takes you through the doorway and down a staircase every step down becomes the
catalyst to deeper comfort peace and calm stepping down now at twenty one
foot in front of the other 19 18 17 16 15 14 13 12 11 10 9 8 7 6 5 4 3 2 1 0
and deeper sleep
letting go happens easily because everything else can be put on pause for
now there's nowhere to be nothing to do only here and now exists only the breath
in and out breathing in and breathing out
a floating sensation washes over and throughout a lifting and shifting
happens under and above loosened free comfort and peace entering the deep for

my voice is drifting far farther and farther in the distance now so far as
sleep is welcome and invited a soft gentle breeze sweeps across with ease
caressing the jindal strokes sleep comes easy slow in deep deep deep sleep snug
and secure swaddled in softness dreams sweet sweet dream
each breath takes you through and every step deeper and deeper into calm
comfort and release letting tho happens easily know where to be nothing to do
only breathing in and floating now all throughout lifting and shifting under
