Waching daily Jun 4 2017

Alright, 18 year old gets these powers on her 18th birthday,

runs off, joins this shadow-clan of hero-warrior people

trying to save her mom who suddenly disappeared.

Then guess what happens.

Her dad shows up, who wasn't really her dad, but turns out to be her dad.

Then her love interest guy turns into her brother.

Cut to this season, where the brother guy runs off with the dad;

they're looking for him; Can't find him.

Her best friend turned into a vampire, then turns into a daylighting vampire.

Everything's crazy. All amongst this, you got new werewolf, you got old werewolf,

you get stepdad werewolf-ish.

What else do you want to know.

Oh, yeah, we got a sword involved.

Suddenly, the sword can kill everybody, but then it stops, because the brother guy comes in and...

but it wasn't the brother guy, it was actually his sister, who is now not his sister.

She saves the day. Go figure, right.

You turn eighteen, 45 days later you save the world.

We Wheel Rock You ! Episode 3: Une histoire de vin, de volcans et d'église - Duration: 10:53.

(music)

We leave Santiago at the wheel of our great 4x4 to finally begin our road-trip.

We head south along the Ruta Cinco,

the Chilean portion of Panamericana,

a gigantic road that begins in Alaska and crosses all of South America

to Tierra del Fuego.

Hi to everybody! It's our first stop

We took a break at Koyle vineyard

advised by François

He challenged us to taste the Carmener grape

(Eric's challenge)

We chose the Koyle domain which produces mainly wine

with biodynamics technique.

And we did our best to understand the explanations of the producer.

Biodynamics technique mostly allows to enhance the grape's power

and strengthen the soil's power

(music)

We did Eric's challenge, which was to taste the Carmener

So we got explained how the vineyard worked

we also visited Koyle wine vats

let's taste now

(music)

As you can guess, this is exactly the kind of challenge we like,

Olivia ended up being a little drunk

tasting everything!

After this delicious wine tasting

of Carmener (thanks to Eric)

We head down south, and our next stop will be Chillan

Where we'll spend the night before reaching Patagonia

(music)

We arrive now at Chillan,

a town where we spend the night

before heading back to the region of Los Lagos

where volcanoes, lakes and farmland await us.

It's so funny to see Heloïse wonder about what's coming next

She starts wearing her technical clothes

So she's gone sleep with het technical t-shirt and sweat-shirt

So, I just put on my technical t-shirt

And now I'm just wondering about

this cover sheet, that seems really dirty

I don't know what to do!

(music)

How will it be when in the southern cold of extreme Patagonia ...?

(music)

We stopped at Pucón, a charming town of the Los Rios area,

located between the Villarica lake and the volcano of the same name

… that we never managed to see because of a persisting cloudy sky.

(music)

We head now towards el salto Ojos de Caburgua,

with beautiful waterfalls hidden in a green landscape.

Scarcely of easy access but we did enjoy it anyway ...

(music)

Héloïse tried to catch a chicken for our dinner

... but failed.

Last stop at Playa Negra, huge black sand beach

of Caburgua lake

(where the falls starts)

that we could run windscreen at the wheel of our super car.

(music)

At nightfall we set out to find a place to sleep.

And we came across a small hostel very nice,

This is a very cool hostel

We have a living-room , a terrace,

and a kitchen where you cooked something crazy

Bolognese spaghetti: so good!

We have to cherish all of that because it's not going to last forever

We also have a new puppet:

her name si Piggy!

(music)

It's time now to leave Pucón. Even though it's been quite difficult

to see volcanoes, we were rewarded

with many rainbows in such a short timelapse.

(music)

Trying to find them...

It's not that easy even if volcanoes are huge

But we really can't find them!

Even if we did our best to see them!

(music)

Failing to see them in Pucón for lack of visibility,

we arrived in Puerto Varas with a sunny day,

which allowed us to appreciate the impregnable view of the volcanoes Osorno and Calbuco on the lake.

(music)

We are now at the banks of the lakes and the landscape is insane

Now it's getting serious

(music)

Let's go now to the island of Chiloé accessible by a ferry.

It is 200 km long and 50 km wide.

Chiloé is known for being the nest of potatoes and for its 150 churches,

for its palafitos,

colored wooden houses on stilts… and its changing weather.

Here it is like in Brittany, the sun shines several times a day.

(music)

We are hosted in a family, which also does youth hostel

They are cooking and Héloïse helps

Mirella

to prepare the crabmeat

I do it pretty much hard than the lady, much more (efficiently?)

Oh no, I'm not more efficient than her, so she is!

I'm slow and dirty...

Cheers!

Thanks for the dinner!

They won't drink wine...

Although we opened the nice bottle

from the Koyle vineyard

But I think just the two of us are going to drink it

As Heloïse doesn't drink red wine, I will drink it alone!

You veneer drink wine? Yes...

No alcohol? Sometimes but not now...

(coughs)

We use to say here: you drank beyond your limits

(laughs)

Are you her mother?

Yes, I'm Heloïse mum (laughs)

Ans she's not a good girl!

(music)

Guido, the son of Mirella (a great cook!)

in whose house we spent the night, took the time to show us

and explain the origin of the curanto,

Here we used to prepare the curanto on rainy days

and we used to cook it inside (he tells us about the traditional local dish in Chiloé)

the curanto was usually cooked there

With meat and fish?

The cholos (the local inhabitants called cholos) used to prepare the curanto

bringing crustaceans from the sea

they heated the stones

to cook all the crustaceans

but only the flesh

the flesh? Yes, only the meat

And before coming back, they used to leave the sea-shells

on the island

What is that? Look, those are sea-shells

So they used to go

And instead of bringing bags full of sea-shells

They only brought the flesh of it in big bags

ok!

(music)

As Heloïse says, we can ask for the key of the church

Cause now it's closed

But we're going to find out who holds the key to visit the church

It looks like we found the key!

Hi sir!

Hi

Is it possible to get the key to visit the church?

Nobody's there?

Sorry?

Oh, the lady isn't there

So, when...?

Later, she comes back around 2 pm

At what time?

Around 2 or 3 pm? Ok!

Thank you sir!

(music)

Thanks to Guido we visited one of the most beautiful among the 150 churches of the island

He's our hero, he found the key, so we can visit this

very beautiful church

(music)

This is the end of the 3rd episode.

We are happy to have more and more followers

It really makes us happy to share our adventures.

We are eager to show you what's coming soon.

(music)

We are at the edge of Patagonia, ready to hit the road of the "carretera austral"

One of Olivia's greatest dreams!

So far so good, till now, but we are going to play the serious game

on one of the most extreme's road worldwide

We felt some cold, but it's going to get even worse, but also the best is coming

For the following chapter...

Meet up in Patagonia, on the legendary "carretera austral"

Hackintosh Under 140$ - Budget - Duration: 8:36.

Hey what is up guys I'm Andrew and welcome to my another budget Hackintosh project

In this video. I'm going to show you a PC. That is a fully supported with the latest macOS Sierra

It's enough powerful to use apps like Final Cut Pro X

iMovie, Logic Pro, Adobe Premiere, Adobe Photoshop and other apps. But it costs less than 140 $

First I'm going to show you which PC parts did I used to build this Hackintosh

After I'm going to move on How do you install the macOS on this PC and the benchmark tests

The first part on the list is the CPU

The CPU is intel Core I3 - 2100

Its 1155 socket second generation of Core i3 CPU

With 2 Cores 4 threads running at 3.1 GHz. I got this cpu from ebay and it's costs 22.50 $

The next one is the Motherboard

The motherboard is Gigabyte GA-P61-DS3-B3

This is an 1155 socket, DDR3 Motherboard with Intel H61 Chipset.

The Motherboards LAN is Realtek 8111 which is supported in macOS. And the Sound it's Realtek ALC 889 which is supported in macOS also.

I got This motherboard from the local store and it costs 31$

The next on the list is the RAM memory

The ram memory it's Kingston Hyper X blue 4Gigs DDR3. I had luck about this ram memory because I got it cheaper then usually and it

$14 in a local store

The next on the list is the graphic card the graphic card is NVIdia GTX

The Graphic card is nvidia GTX 260

896 MBof video memory. it's an old graphic card but still works great in Mac

I used this graphic card because I already have it

But if you are going to buy this graphic card it will cost about 20 - 25$

The next one is the Hard Disk

The hard disk is 2.5" Samsung with 500 GB capacity

I decided to go with 2.5" disk over 3.5" because I found it very cheap.

I got it from the local store and it costs 16$

The next one is the Power Supply

The Power supply is 480W Gigabyte Hercules Pro

Maybe this power supply looks like new but is not It's used about 6 or 7 months before and is refurbished.

Also this power supply cost me 24$ in the local store

And The last one on the list is the PC case

Because I want to get a better hardware. I decide to get some cheap PC Case and I got this 8$ case

It's a small PC case looks nice and have a lot of space from inside the quality of the PC

Case isn't great but however it's cheap and new and i got this PC case from the local store

Okay,Now let's move on: How do I create the boot USB, Which bios settings do I use and which drivers do i install.

To create the boot USB I used Unibeast way

Because it's more simple and easy to follow if you are beginner

and if you are trying to install the macOS on a PC for the first time

Because the motherboard support just legacy I select just legacy bootloader and I don't select inject nvidia option

Because inject nvidia option may cause kernel panic with some of older Nvidia graphics in macOS Sierra

Like in my case with GTX 260 and if you are using some of older Nvidia graphics which requires to inject

nvidia and if you get the kernel panic during the boot into the installer then create boot usb without using inject nvidia option

now after creating the boot USB I download the Multibeast because later I will use it to install the Bootloader and other drivers

And I download the KextBeast and the nvidia kext because I will use it later to fix the nvidia graphics

Also the download links can be found in the description below the video

The Bios settings

This motherboard actually have a very simple BIOS and everything I did was

loading optimized defaults I change IDE to AHCI and i changed HPET from 32 bit to 64 bit

About boot args: As boot args I leave it by default I don't make any other additional changes

After the boot in macOS Sierra in Multibeast I select and install

Legacy Bootloader FakeSMC

Ethernet Lan kext Sound kext AND now i check the option Inject nvidia and i set

system definitions to iMac 14.2

because in my case the Nvidia

GTX 260 causes a Kernel panic with just inject nvidia option

i have to install an additional kext to fix that Also if you have the same problem

i mean if you are getting kernel panic with some of older nvidia graphic cards then you can do the same.

To fix the nvidia graphics First i copy the nvidia kext into the Other folder of EFI partition

after placing the NvIdia kext to the Other folder of EFIpartition

I install the same Nvidia kext to my primary disk using the Kext Beast

In the Kext Beast as install folder location i choose /System/Libary/ Extensions

After Multibeast and installing the nvidia kext I reboot my PC

And finally the hackintosh is ready for use

Now lets move on the benchmark test As benchmark tool i used GeekBench and i select 64bit test

The singe core is 2200 And the Multi core is 5098

Compared this scores with an apple computer This Hackintosh is similar to iMac mid 2010

And as final words about this Hackintosh

The Final Cut Pro X and Adobe Premiere works pretty good

I try to edit and render 1080P 60fpss video and everything worked great

Also over 90% of this video was made on this PC Except the animations the animations

I made it on my PC but I render and export this video using this PC

Watching the 4K video on YouTube was going pretty good

But making 4K video on this PC. Yes, it's possible but it's going very slow

About other apps such as imessages xcode facetime and others they work great

Just For imessage and facetime i used an additional fix Also you can find the imessage and facetime fix in the description below the video

I hope this video will give you an idea and inspiration to make something like this OR something much better then this.

Thanks for watching guys and see you in the next one :)

8 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD EAT PINEAPPLE DAILY - Duration: 3:08.

8 REASONS WHY WE SHOULD EAT PINEAPPLE DAILY.

Pineapple is one of the fruits of the best and most refreshing that certainly can change

our day.

This tropical fruit has many healthy ingredients such as manganese, vitamins, copper, folate,

fiber and pantothenic acid, which contributes to many health benefits.

1.

ANTI-INFLAMMATORY EFFECT.

Pineapples have bromelain, or enzyme that reduces inflammation in the entire body.

Bromelain is especially important in case of arthritis, bone problems and pain.

2.

HEALTHY DIGESTION.

If you have problems with your digestion or you feel pressure in your stomach then you

should definitely eat pineapples since this fruit has lot of protein- digesting enzymes

and fiber.

This fact is not so known but has amazing effects.

3.

STRONGER HEART.

Another benefit from the bromelain is that it improves the blood flow and circulation

since it is strong anticoagulant.

It relaxes the capillaries, veins and the blood vessels, improves the heart and makes

it stronger on problems, attacks or cardiovascular diseases.

4.

RELIEF FROM ASTHMATIC CONDITIONS.

Nutrients in the pineapple release spasms and pressures that cause asthma.

This is due to the fact of the high presence of vitamin C.

5.

KILLS CANCER CELLS.

This tropical fruit also protects from free radicals.

The bromelain is again charged from this protective function.

It has ability to "eat" the cancer cells and protect their further growth.

6.

PHOSPHORUS BUILDS UP HEALTHY BONES.

Pineapple also has phosphorus in its content which is very important in the construction

of healthy bones and teeth.

It helps the calcium in its process of building tissues and bones.

One cup of pineapple has approximately 14 mg of phosphorus.

7.

MANGANESE IS AMAZING FOR YOUR SKIN AND BONES.

Our body does not have ability to produce manganese by itself, but it needs to intake

it from the food.

Therefore, the pineapple is one of the best sources of manganese that improves the skin

protection and elasticity, and the formation and strength of bones.

8.

PREVENTION AGAINST FREE RADICAL DAMAGE.

Pineapples have vitamin C in their structure, and as we already said it act as protective

mechanism from free radicals.

The vitamins are also antioxidants and have essential role in the cancer prevention.
