Hi, I'm Julie Weber of Liberate Ministries.

Whenever you hear the topic abortion recovery, your mind begins to wander and you think of

all the negative that surrounds that topic, blah, blah, blah.

Today, I want to talk about the positives of that topic, so you won't zone out.

Today's title is, The Benefits of Abortion Recovery.

Going through abortion recovery, you cannot help but to make some progress on one or more

areas of your life, that will lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Healing's come in different forms.

I'd like to share in three areas where I saw positive change in my physical, emotional

and spiritual life.

Physically; God reversed my sterility.

So I could become pregnant again.

As a result today, I feel better physically!

When I became pregnant, He protected me from complications caused by the abortion, so I

could deliver two healthy children.

As a result today, my countenance, the vibe my face gives off, is no longer sad and downcast

but is healthy and upbeat!

He healed me from having weak blood, anemia!

He healed me from serious bulimia, which I had lost quite a bit of weight.

As a result today, I am no longer fearful of being too thin.

In fact I have to watch my weight.

We won't go there!

Emotionally; It taught me to identify shame or guilt based thinking.

And as a result today, I am no longer bound by shame.

I learned skills to better manage my emotions.

As a result today, I am free from guilt, grief, sadness and depression.

I can love freely, I can think clearly and I can experience joy!

I was able to recognize in my speech when I was cutting down my God given identity.

As a result today, I am focused on seeing myself the way God sees me.

I am no longer beating myself up in my mind.

As a result today, I have learned how to set healthy boundaries for myself.

Spiritually; I have accepted what the bible says, that God forgives us of our sin and

He remembers it no more.

As a result today, I have grown closer to God in our relationship.

I believe what the bible says about God's plans, about having a destiny and a purpose.

As a result today, He has given me the ability to reach out and help others.

Those things that the devil stole from me, God is in the process of restoring to me!

There is a scripture that relates to all of these hearings.

I think it demonstrates the power of God working in my life.

It's actually John 8:36.

"So if the Son set you free, you will be free indeed."

Let's summarize, Going through abortion recovery creates healing in all areas of your life.

That will bring positive change in one or more areas of your life.

Healing's come in different forms.

I shared some of my examples of hearings that God gave me physically, emotionally, and spiritually.

Maybe you need some of these positive benefits in your life.

I've given you a long list to consider.

You know what you need better than I do.

I'd like to invite you to pray with me.

Dear God, I desire healing in my life from you.

That will lead to a healthier lifestyle.

Help me to allow your power, to work in my life through your Son, Jesus.

How To Put On A Condom - Duration: 5:01.

Hey, Tripp Kramer here from www.trippadvice.com. I never thought it

would come to this. To make a video teaching you how to put on a condom.

But I realized from a previous video I put out on some of the deadly mistakes on

what happens when you use a condom, I realized that this is something that a

lot of guys need to learn about and if you don't know already, I am a huge safe

sex advocate and I want to spread that as far and wide as possible. That you

should be very safe when it comes to having sex. You should be using condoms

and you should be discussing these things with your partner and talk about

your sexual history and make sure that you're doing this in a way that is going

to make it so much easier for you in the future so you don't have pregnancies and

don't have any sort of STDs. Let's get into it. I know this is going to be

extremely cliche but you know what? Can help it. The banana is really the best

way to show how to use and put on a condom. That's what we're going to

using today. I'm going to go through the whole process. I'm going to teach you

how to do it. You guys might be like Tripp, it's pretty easy to put on a condom. I know

how to do it. But there is a common mistake that a lot of guys make. There is

a proper way to do it and you might have never put on a condom before and that's

why I'm making this video. Alright step 1, take the condom and what I want you to

do is I want you to be putting this on when you are erect. Gosh, I know that

sounds like common sense but really I don't know if a lot of guys know that.

So this is supposed to go on when you are erect because if you're not doing

that, well what ends up happening is that it doesn't go on properly the right way

and it can fall off. My advice to you is a lot of guys get a little

nervous before they have sex and before they put a condom on, so you probably

want to do it as fast as possible and it's not that hard to open yourself. You

just tear right here and boom it's out. Alright, so you got this little bad boy

here and here is how you want to do this properly. What's important is that you

have a little bit of space at the top before you put it on. The

reason is is because if it is too tight you will increase the chances of

breakage, which of course increases the chances of STDs, STIs and pregnancies.

We don't want that of course. Just so you know, condoms can still break even if you

put it on the proper way. Just because some condoms are defective. There's

always a risk with that but let's try to minimize that. What we want to do is

you're going to start to put it on just like this and you're going to notice

that right now it's pretty tight but then you loosen it up a little bit.

You'll actually pull the top so it becomes a little bit loose and you see

that there's some room at the top and then you hold it tightly so you keep

that space all the way at the top and then you roll down with your fingers.

Just like that. I don't you if saw that properly but at the end of the day

you're going to have a little bit of space at the top. I know there's

already a little bit of space because they do that for you in the condoms.

There's like a little tip right here to catch the things that come out. You want to

make sure that you still give another little bit of space so you prevent

breakage and then just roll down like that. Very simple. Listen here's the

deal. Condoms suck, they do, I will admit it.

Condoms are really annoying. It sucks to have to put them on. It doesn't feel good.

It's so much better to use no condoms. I get it. But let me tell you something. It

is so worth it to be more safe when you are out there getting sexual with women

because one tiny mistake could affect you for the rest of your life.

Whether it is be STDs, SPIs or pregnancies and it's never worth the

feeling of having sex without a condom. I promise you. I've heard plenty of stories

and those moments just aren't worth it. Have condoms on you at all times. Make

sure they're ready to go. A little tip, no pun intended

is I want you to have the condom very close to your bedside drawer or with you

if you think you're going to be getting sexual with a woman. Have it near you

so the process can happen smooth, it can happen fast,

and then put it on just as directed. And also I have another

video called the 3 Deadliest Mistakes That Most Guys Make when it

comes to using condoms. I'm going to put a link to that in the description

below. Watch that, that's going to be a great complement to this video because

it's going to show you some other mistakes that guys make

Hello everyone and welcome back to Passion Sunday's the best way to end the

week and start another our guest today is an experienced BBC World News

journalist who travelled the world covering all forms of news lorna thank

you very much for being with us today thank you for having me

I'm really excited to talk to a fellow media person but particularly somebody

who works for an organization like a BBC and covering world news is not an easy

task so tell me where do you get the passion

for what you're doing I think as a child I've always loved speaking people and

interviewing them you know even when I was like seven years old we used to have

people come to the house you know workmen or anything I used to interview

them it's go around the house interviewing everybody when we had big

events I'd watch it on the TV with my family and then I go upstairs and I'd

write down everything and I come back down and like do stand-in for my parents

and like read a news report and I got into like my first job as at Sky News

and they got into that because I made a documentary which they bought off me and

I think you know I've always been I'm you know I'm a nosy person I love

needing people I'm sure like yourself and when I realized that I could make

that into a career I mean you know it with when were and super it must have

been tough along the way because you're talking about the beautiful times when

they bought it from you and you know you're keeping vivid memories yeah I'm

sure along the way you might have had tough times how did he find passion in

those times I mean working in media is tough sometimes i mean i was lucky that

i you know i got a job straight away a lot of people a lot of friends of mine

struggles because there's not many positions and you know i've covered a

cover from really you know hard things I was out living in Singapore working in

the bureau there when we had the typhoon in the Philippines and you know I had to

go over there and it was you know I've been in some really tough situations and

there have been times when you're judged or judged for what you say you're judged

for the way you look and I don't know I've always just tried to you know keep

my confidence and to try and like you know be treating

myself you know and you know everyone gets comment thrown at them and I think

if you take everything on board you'd never succeed you've just got to

try and keep your just keep a smile on your face really hearing sometimes when

it's tough the honesty you know you have to keep a smile yeah so what does

fashion mean to what is passion passion to me is my job is my passion you know

my friends my job my passion and it means that you know I want to get out of

bed I want to do it it's something that I never switch off you know I go to bed

at night and I'm I'm on my phone and trying to find the latest thing I'm

trying to connect with people it's something that that excites me you know

it gets that fire inside you beautiful and how do you keep that fire going by

new single people by going learning having more experiences I mean we're

here in Dubai and you know I've been here for three days and I've held

workshops with the government with Abu Dhabi media meeting I've met hundreds of

interesting people and it's just so exciting like having new challenges I

think you know if you don't have that you'll get bored and you won't love your

job you just always got to try and just try and push yourself find challenges to

keep the passion alive absolutely thank you very much for this
