Waching daily Jun 5 2017

[Forrest Gump Jr.]: My pops always said life is like a box of chocolates, you never know

what you're gonna get.

I got fat.

My pops also said I need to lose weight and I should "Run Junior, run!"

And from that day on I was running!

(Another One Bites The Dust)

My pop also encouraged me to just run wherever my legs took me.

So I ended up at some sort of wall.

They also invented a magic box that could let people talk to each other with words.

People also didn't like our president 'cause he had a girlfriend.

He even came on the news!

[Bill Clinton]: I did not have sexual relations with that woman.

Stay down Monica they're almost gone.

[Forrest Gump Jr.]: Only once did I stop running where I was going.

Something terrible happened that day.

[News Report]: ...into World Trade Center.

Obviously now we-we move from what-what appears to have-there it is right there.

Again I am looking from South to North...

[Forrest Gump Jr.]: From then on, I never stopped running because I didn't want bad

things to happen.

Then I ran too hard and something bad happened again.

I'm still running to this day and I'll never stop.

If These Things Happen to YOU – You May Have a Thyroid Problem!- StayHealthyTV - Duration: 6:03.

Millions of people, it was estimated at 25 million in America alone, are affected with

a thyroid problem and half of them have no idea they have a problem.

Hypothyroidism, or an under-active thyroid, and the reason most people have no idea they're

affected is because many of its symptoms are the same as other conditions, so it can easily

be confused, and often is confused, for something else.

The thyroid is the master gland of metabolism.

When your thyroid gland isn't producing enough thyroid hormone this causes your body's

metabolism to slow down and can lead to issues such as weight gain and fatigue.

How well your thyroid functions is inter-related with every system in your body.

If your thyroid is not running at its best, then neither are you.

Symptoms usually develop slowly and you may not even realise you have a medical problem

for several years.

1 Fatigue – When you've already slept for 8 to 10 hrs at night and you still need

a daily nap, you notice you yawn all the time, your eyelids are constantly heavy and you're

getting more fatigued as the day goes on.

2 Stamina and Energy: You have less stamina than others and less energy than others.

You're exhausted and have difficulty getting through a work day, and when you get home,

you need to lay on the couch and rest.

3 Weight gain: Or the inability to lose weight.

You just can't seem to shift those extra kilos.

4 Mood issues: Feeling hormonal with constant mood swings, you're inexplicably sad and

you cry easier, there's a complete lack in motivation, you're extremely irritable

and can be intolerant of others, you suffer from chronic anxiety and depression – you

can't seem to get a handle on your emotions.

Anxiety can have a crippling effect on a person with an underactive thyroid

5 Hormone imbalances: Such as PMS, irregular periods or heavier than normal periods, and

huge pain during periods, constant bleeding, breast leakages, infertility and, urinary

tract infections.

6 General aches and pains, muscle pain and cramps, joint pain, carpal tunnel syndrome,

or tendonitis.

7 You've developed an intolerance to cold.

Cold hands and feet, feeling cold when others are not, need to put on extra clothing, you

perspire less than others.

8 Dry or cracking skin, coarse skin, brittle nails and your hair has become dry and brittle

and you may even be losing hair, or it could be more frizzy than normal, develop dandruff

and your skin seems to break out constantly – acne, dry face, dry skin in general, pimples.

Numbness or a tingling sensation in the hand and fingers.

9 Constipation.

Everyone experiences this phenomenon from time to time but you seem to suffer more frequently.

10 Mind issues such as a feeling of 'brain fog' – poor memory, unable to remember

details, poor concentration – you feel as though your brain is losing some of the power

it normally has to grasp and process thoughts.

11 Neck swelling, snoring or hoarse voice.

Worsening vision, headaches and migraines, slurred speech, dry mouth, ringing in the

ears, hearing problems 12 Lack of libido, no sex drive, or poor sex

drive.

Inability to function well in a relationship.

13 Feeling weak, arms feel like dead weights after activity, inability to exercise or withstand

certain exercises.

If you have any of these symptoms, or maybe you just don't 'feel right', it may

be time to ask your GP to be tested for an underactive thyroid.

A blood test is the way to discover hypothyroidism.

And the easiest and most common treatment is thyroxine tablets; they help replace the

hormone that's not being created.

Remember: Many symptoms of thyroid imbalance are vague.
