the first thing i would like to say

is that every person is diffrent

yes we are similar

but there's no two same exact duplication of another

so evreyone should find hes own

path in nutrition

my opnion comes out of my exprince

a short story of how it al started for me

i remember at at the age of 18

i close freind of mine

talked with me about going luten free

she was off gluten for a long time

the whole thing was 6 years ago before it was cool :)

she told me it would help my back

i tought she meant back flexabilty

but she was talking about my back skin problem

that im dealing with

and for me that reason was good enough

to try and make a change

i remember that the first thing for me

was stoping consuming sweet drinks

it was pretty simple. if you want to start a change in your nutrition its a good way to start

it was that hard not for me at least

i belive it would be the same for you

afterwards i stopped with snacks

espcially those who come in a bag

next was bread

and afterwards gluten in many other shapes

as some of you may know they put in anything

i was gluten free for about 2 years

it does takes alot of time of your day cooking cleaning and so on

i was eating 'paleo'

some ppl call it

the prehistoric man's way of eating

the main idea is eating as less manufactured stuff

and high amounts of proteins

and after two years

i had enough with dealing

with buying the food preapring the meals doing dishes

so naturally

ive started wating less meat and i went to about 2 times a week

or sometimes once a week

afterwards

i went trough an initiation

that may sound really strange

with a person named Ray Maor

he call's this the pranic initiation

where you learn to reingante

you enregtic ignation

that is not fuled by food

and use the fule which called prana

whos ever intersted with more about that can write me down below

there we stayd for 10 days

and there your most

of the 10 days in a fast

some of days you dry fast with out water too

after fininshing the ination i was for about a period of two months consuming

in a liquid form only

mostly soup

tea and diffrent hot drinks

not really stuff that could be called "food"

after these two months

i tried cnsuming more solid stuff

for esample fruit smoothie

that exprince

was really diffrent

without judgment

for best of worst

after that period

for about a year

the statistics will be about

one day of eating a meal or two and a day without eating

there were periods when i ate only junk food

periods when i ate raguerarly. periods when i fasted

for 2,3,4 days

with or without water

so about day of consuming and a day of fasting

with or without water

and today

i do my best

not to be strict in any way

not giving it all of my attantion

im trying to listen to my body and what it wants

the reason i made this video

is that i want to spark a tought

about where does your eating habits comes from

i know that because my grand father was a holcust survivor

the way he treated food really effected my mother

and the way my mother treat food

made in impact on me

fox example when i was a kid

if i wanted to eat somthing and i had to open a new bag

i would never allow my self to do that

if i would like to cereal and box wasnt opened yet by anyone else

i would have rather not open it

and would rather look for somthing else than open a new bag

thats just one example of many

maybe the easit one that im willing to share today

about the way food was treated in the home i grew up in

the second reason for making this video

is for you to explore on your own

do your own reasrch and see what fits you the best

thats the only way for you to know

read on the intrnet ask ppl

and try diffrent stuff for 3 months periods thats enough

to get your indication

with not much risk

so yes i didnt give you a one way answer

im sure alot of you have your own opinion about this subject

your thumb, then pull the new stitch tight on the needle, and begin again.

One way to insure that you're making the stitch correctly is that the tip of the needle will

scrape your thumb as you pull the stitch through.

Continue in this manner until you have the number of stitches required for your project.

maybe Freddy's where got where regular Freddy would be I don't know it's the

only place is really interactable this is the only place I can think of the

word golden Freddy would be in this level shut off the light dispatch but

don't work oh five nights at Freddy's one when the doors don't work it means

golden Freddy appearance or a note or something I don't know if it it doesn't

have to be golden Freddy does it so I've been extremely thorough in here

so it can't be in six okay there's no way there's no way I've looked

everywhere I saw the let's well view I probably

didn't show all the details but I looked everywhere so it's got to be somewhere

along this area where I was sprinting through I wasn't looking so that means

it would have to be it would have to be is that hallway where that thing chases

you because I even looked thoroughly through all this it would have to be the

hallway where that thing changes you or one of the last parts like where you're

running from the Angels not not the password parks that was very thorough

through there too like I looked all up through there so so let's let's catch up

let's get to the third part where you get to go through the hallway I just

wish you could skip ahead I wish you could pick up from checkpoints all right

now now for the hard part again I'm not even going to go close I'm just going to

get to records and open the door I'm just going to click around until it lets

Application Settings - Duration: 3:15.

Hey guys, what's up! Today we'll be talking about app settings. Let's login

to the dashboard and locate the app settings section. So once you log in and you click

on your application, here on the left side you'll see the app settings. As you

notice there are a couple of sub menus here. These are general, security& keys,

users, push, emails&hosting, live queries and help. In our next videos

we'll be talking more about these and now let's just quickly go through each

one of them. We'll start with the general section. So here you can upload an image

for your application or simply edit the current one that you have. Then you can

also add collaborators to your application. So basically you'll just type

the email of the person here, you'll click on "add" and it's very important that you

also click on "Save Changes". Sometimes people forget to click on the "Save

Changes" button and the collaborator can't be successfully added. If you are

wondering what rights the collaborators have- they're basically

people who have their own SashiDo account and their own SashiDo dashboard. And through

their own dashboard they can work on your application The collaborators are

not responsible for billing so they're not charged anything and you can add as

many of them as you want. Also here you have the app management section

and if at a certain point you decide to delete your application, here is

the place where you'll need to go in order to do it. Next we have security&keys.

This is the place that holds all the important URLs for your application.

These will be the API URL address, the application ID, client key, your database

URL, etc. Next we have users- here you'll find the different settings for user sessions,

user authentication and social login. Next we have the push section. Here you

can upload your Apple push certificates and add your Android push credentials. You can

also enable client pushes and rest push. In emails&hosting you can add your

custom domain name and enable the free SSL that we offer. The process is

really simple and in a separate video we'll be talking more about these. Also

you have different email settings like verification emails, there are email

templates as well which you can customize according to your needs.

Next we have the live queries section. Here you'll be able to specify which

classes you would like the live queries to work for and last but not least there

is the Help section. If you remember in one of our first videos, I think it was

actually the first one, when we created an application we discussed this section.

Here is the place where you'll go if you need to read a bit more on the different

SDKs. You'll be able to find examples and URLs you can download the

SDKs from. So that was basically it regarding the app section,folks! In our
