I am daily positive thinker and I think every distraction, bad influence, bad mood and brain

drainers leave the situation challenging.

The best part here is that you can train the brain to be happy and content and positive

too.

THE BEST 7 TIPS FOR EXERCISES TO TRAIN THE BRAIN INTO POSITIVITY:

BE THANKFUL EVERY DAY

Get a journal, pen and pad next to the bed or take the phone.

When you wake up, make a habit of writing down 3 things at least, for gratitude.

It can be for family, work, good rest even a sunshine!

Whatever makes you feel good at the moment.

If you need time to think here, just feel what happened lately that you hoped for and

that is all.

STAY CENTERED AND FOCUSED

Centered all day long means negativity-free and good attitude.

Also you can do this with yoga, deep breathing, meditation, nature walking and other things.

When the mind rests, the soul rests too and speaks to you!

The good energy from some workouts is amazing.

ACTIVITY

An idle mind is never a good thing.

The mind must always be active and complete tasks, thus negativity will never take place.

What about external bad factors?

Many things might arise and this is not your fault, but with activity you can deal with

every obstacle better.

SLEEP, EAT, DRINK WELL

For centuries it was known that food intake, water and sleep affect not just physical but

mental health too.

A study said that vitamin deficits alone make mental issues and lead to stress, depression,

anxiety and even addictions.

As far as sleep goes, evidence said that if you lack sleep you get hostile and irritated.

No more all night working, sleep tight and feel happier and healthier.

Even small changes can create a new big picture.

Eat whole food, have water, sleep 8 hours and this is all.

HELP OTHER PEOPLE

At times the best way for self help is by helping other people to stay good and positive.

If other people are down, they need positivity you can give them.

Do not spread the bad energy since it will spread back to you.

Have a positive mind and help people!

This way you will know that the good energy after you is from you and will multiply even

more.

INNER HEALING AND RE-TRAINING

Sometimes for a positive outlook you need to search from within.

It might be trapped inside.

Workouts like tapping, NLP and affirmations are mirrors for good mood.

You might start from resolving childhood issues, traumas, bad relationships and so on.

You can change the life if you change your power and energy.

When the area shines with love and positive feelings, emotional wounds heal too and the

head feels restarted.

This way you can enjoy positivity without facade.

FOLLOW THE PASSIONS

One of the best things to do to stay positive is to LOVE.

Job, hobby or whatever it is, do it.

If something makes you feel guilty or ashamed, DITCH IT.

Write down the favorite best 3 things you do and follow them.

Compare lifestyles you had and the one you have.

These simple rice balls are the best.

Yeah, it was nice that we found these "onigiris", not the ones from convinience stores.

There is a pickled plum in it.

We went to a hotspring and we have no makeups on now.

Welcome to Draw Tip Tuesday Here's your weekly dose of inspiration to

build a creative habit! One drawing at a time

Brought to you by Sketchbook Skool

Today we're using watercolours, water, brushes, and a waterproof pen.

I love summer fruit, and I love drawing it! Especially because it's so colourful and

lends itself for bold watercolor paintings. Let's start drawing the shapes using a pen

with waterproof ink. This is a UniBall. Of course you can pick any subject you like,

and find some photos online to use for reference.

Now paint the first layer. Find your color mix and quickly add your paint. Using a big,

soft brush, allows you to loosely use juicy paint.

Now let this first layer dry.

We'll add another glaze. Try to be a a bit bolder now. See what a difference a darker

shade makes in sense of depth?

Again, we let this dry.

Now let's add one more layer. Bolder yet, we'll go for quite a dark color. Don't

be afraid to add a bit of blue. It'll darken the color and the cool color mimics cool shading.

Again, you're adding a lot more depth to the painting.

Now that we're being bold with our paint, let's get more gutsy, and splatter some

of that juicy paint around. Try using your finger to spray the paint. The greatest effect

is if you spray away from the painted shapes. If you pick up wetter paint, you can tap the

brush to spill drops onto the paper.

With a smaller sized brush, you'll see the splatters are smaller.

Let it dry completely and look at your juicy painting!

1- You eat too fast!

Slow down when you are eating as this is the number one major cause of temporary bloating.

2- Bread!

Bread has not had a good year.

It has long been preached to us that carbs are not our friends and bread is public enemy

number one.

You only have to look at the supermarkets to see an abundance of gluten free products

that were not there in 2013.

Bread causes you to bloat!

3- Drinking through a straw!

Coffee beverages, fruit smoothies, green juice drinks—these days, all kinds of adult-friendly

drinks are designed to be sipped through a straw.

But as convenient as straws are, they force you to suck in lots of extra air, and that

makes you feel like an inflatable ball, says Middleberg.

It doesn't make a difference how slowly or deeply you sip; you're taking in the

air already trapped in the upper part of the straw, and it's impossible to avoid.

Whenever you can, sip your drinks from the rim of the glass.

4- Packaged foods!

Packaged foods will make your stomach bloat excessively.

You know that crackers and chips are sodium bombs, but even healthy-looking items such

as soups, salad dressings, cereals, and tomato sauce can have crazy-high amounts of sodium

that easily lead you to exceed the 2,300 mg daily recommended limit.

5- Artificial sugars such as aspartame and sucralose have been added to everything from

diet beverages to gum and candy.

Avoid these at all cost!

What are colon polyps ?? And how to treat colon polyps - Duration: 5:20.

COLON Polyps: Symptoms You Should Never ignore You may not know this, but you may actually have colon cancer from colon polyps. Although colon polyps may initially be benign, they may degenerate over time. BUT WHAT ARE EXACTLY THE POLYPS OF COLON? This is simply an abnormal growth inside the walls of the large intestine. Your colon is part of a canal that helps to pass stool up to the rectum where it is expelled. This makes the colon very vulnerable to infection as it is constantly exposed to toxic fecal matter which can lead to an inflammation of the region due to constant exposure to fecal bacteria. While colon polyps as mentioned above are benign they could lead to more serious health problems and so it is advisable to be eliminated by a procedure known as a colonoscopy. WHAT ARE THE HIGH RISK FACTORS? Anyone can have colon polyps, but there are some people who have a higher risk than others, here are some risk factors to consider. - Being on a high fat diet - Excessive consumption of alcohol - Smoke - Be over 50 years of age - History of colon cancer in the family - Being on a low fiber diet COLON POLYPS SYMPTOMS At first, most colon polyps are asymptomatic. There is no pain and there is no disruption in the functions of the intestinal tract at the beginning. But as the condition worsens where colon polyps expand they will notice these symptoms. - Constipation lasting about 1 to 2 weeks could mean large colon polyps - A change in your bowel habits - Diarrhea - Having abdominal pain while defecating is a sign too - Anemia or iron deficiency These are also common symptoms in colon cancer patients so you should never ignore them. Your doctor will usually prescribe a colonoscopy if you have these symptoms. This is not a comfortable test, but will give you an accurate diagnosis of the location, as well as the size and number of the polyps that should be removed.This procedure has a high success rate and is necessary to avoid more serious health problems such as colon cancer. HOW CAN I PREVENT COLIS POLYPS? A healthy lifestyle and a balanced diet rich in fiber will go a long way in preventing colon polyps, however, we can not completely eliminate it. You can do the following to try to prevent colon polyps as well. - Do not be obese. - Lose weight if you are overweight. - Get rid of unpleasant habits like smoking and drinking too much alcohol. - Eat a green apple every day. - You can eat oatmeal as breakfast every morning as it will give you the fiber you need for proper digestion. - You can drink hot lemon water every morning before breakfast and on an empty stomach. - You can use extra virgin olive oil instead of vegetable oil. - Eat more probiotics. - Eat vegetables such as broccoli, artichokes and beets.
