Waching daily Aug 4 2017

You know, the mortgage business is a tough business to compete in, and we have

to have a competitive advantage to do that. Our competitive advantage is 2X.

At the core of that competitive advantage is this technology that we

built called the intelligent Mortgage Platform. That platform sits in the

background and will be the digital spine that we use to hang all of our ornaments

on. But what I've learned as a loan officer and as a great loan officer is that

there's basically five things an LO needs to do, right? An LO needs to

sell, they need to qualify and quote, they need to take a good loan app, a great

loan app if you can, you need to follow up and close, and then you need to market.

And all of that stuff is in disparate systems today. It's all over the place.

Our secret sauce is around trying to put all of those tools into one platform,

which is our 2X digital platform which is what we do. At the heart of that

platform is what we call the OPPP, this one page production plan. And so what

we're going to attempt to do is we're going to attempt to work with every LO

and every person that produces a loan in this organization and find a baseline

for that person. And we're going to say if you're producing one loan, we're going

to double that production. 2X, right? And we're going to double that production.

If you're doing two, we want four, we want four we want eight, we want eight we want sixteen. How

are you going to do that? The only way to do it is really by integrating tools. I

need to give you more leads. I need to give you more referrals. We need to bring

purchasing tools together. And we need to use one platform. So you're going to see

us begin to roll this out over the next month and then spend the rest of the

year integrating all those tools so we can double your production. Thanks a lot.

SBA - Case Study Karen C - Duration: 31:59.

I can welcome everyone. I'm with the amazing Karen, Creighton today

And I've got a real treat for you as we go deep into this live

case study interview with Karen just to work out exactly

Where she started from where she is now and what were her main turning points in order?

for you to get maximum benefit in and some tips and how you can move forward in growing your

Holistic health practice your natural therapy clinic or even your healing and coaching business as well, all right

So what are you carrying great to have you?

Thank you for asking me. It's really cool. I am

Bigger you know that's a big big lift question is matt it is football

Okay, a bit cool thing. Yeah, there is going to be a bit daunting but look o allah. You're the genius

I'm just going to facilitate ask you some general questions

Feel like a you know friendly interrogation and see how much we did is much happier you and at that time yeah

So ever you start by introducing yourself where you are like where you live and and what you do for that mind yes um

My name is Karen Clayton. I live in the beautiful bay of Islands at the top end of New Zealand and I

it's very hard to actually put a name to I do so I sort of call myself a

Natural health practitioner, but I do so much more than that, so I

Work with energy and create energy medicine I create programs

The list is endless so I enable people to access

Their own healing power

Lammott love it because you've got quite the backgrounds

you know as a natural therapist whether it's you know is it along the line of homeopathy as well as a

Myriad of other modalities after a long list that the basic ones are natural nutrition medical herbalism

homeopathy

along with creation of essences I've also been trained in Cologne Kirra gation

Iridology

reflexology various different healing modalities

so there's a

Yeah, I did color puncture. I did legs and that's a different thing awesome awesome

yeah, look I'm sure there are so many therapists, and I've got a

Letter of strings to me by all two to bring you know

even Greater Outcomes

And results for their clients, so there are they're across more modalities from there

Yeah

I think I'm not unique as you say in that fact and I think the reason for me is

So common is we're always looking to improve ourselves

You know by Ourselves we can then pass on that information

And those and those products to help others because that's the whole thing isn't it's about the reason. We're in this

business of healing is

To help facilitate the healing process

Absolutely and and you said it beautifully before as well

So well let me ask you this like we've been around each other for a little while

But officially working together for what four to five months now

Why?

Yeah

Let me ask you this what what were?

What were you facing?

before what problems or obstacles were you facing in the practice your business before you and I started officially working together in the the

Sba program

my biggest challenge

I would say well. There's a couple the first one was financial with cash flow

getting a stroke to sort of like

go with Annie and so we went we were we were always struggling to pay the gST to

to keep everything up to date and

the and

the other thing was is

how to be seen oh

because I know

Like I know like I know that the programs. I have a life changing yes, and

Yet, I seem to have been kicked under someone put it very beautifully under an invisibility cloak

Yeah, and that's what it felt like how do I get through this

invisibility cloak and that was the my

Challenges really when we first met love it

Love attend so you whether you're regardless whether you're a fan of harry potter or not with the invisibility cloak thee

They would like let's say

So the other side of those two

Frustrations or problems that you just mentioned is what you wanted to achieve, so you know if we align?

What's the other side of lack of cash flow or stifled or even being unseen? What is it that you actually?

Desired or what did you want to achieve?

my desire for my

products

services

The money is a wonderful side issue, but it's you know

it's a reality you know the reality is we have to earn money to keep going to keep promoting but I

real desire is to get

My products my services out to as many people as possible

Yes, and in order to do that need to be sane right? Yeah. Yeah, yes, and I wasn't

Young your words well, let's take that one for the moment, and we can address the the cash flow in the money sides second. They

if

if if things kept going the way that they were

What would that have meant for you in business?

Well, I was seriously thinking you know I had several conversations with my lovely supportive husband

about going and getting a job in New World or or going and

and then I very quickly went you know what I'm unemployable, so you know I'm so

Driven this know whether I could that was it was the prospect of right, okay?

What else do we do you know literally what can I do do we look actually has to?

leave

Where we're living now and start all over again

Right that's a that's a big big squeezing reality right there become a big fork in the road, right?

very much, so and

It was basically

Yeah, it was

literally when

We met earlier

This year at your wonderful boot camp

it was literally right, what do we do now you know where to from Here hMM, and

great thing is we got the way -

absolutely

Absolutely, and I'm so glad that simon and yourself we were there because you know that. That's the thing that we

That we both know that when you show up, then you know magic

Happens doesn't it. You know magic certainly happens and and it certainly happened

You know once I decided to go for it

It was all or nothing really you know is there a real all or nothing and I think when you have that

it gives you and

You helped give me real Direction

with where I was going because like so many of

People working in this industry we're very creative uh-huh you can really be unrealistic

and

And you hit the nail on the head when you were talking about distraction

are you running a hobby or are you running a business and

and that really resonated because

to distract myself from my

Reality I used to take myself on too little tension hMM

But now I have a much greater

Direction Path Nola

hogs yeah, and

Now I always ask myself if I get these little

glittery things in the peripheral is this furthering where I'm going or

Is it just literary and I'm much more aware of that?

I'm not that I don't take any notice of the glittery things, but I do I

Couple of that. I love it. Well let me ask you this next one is what three parts of the the sole business academy program

Has created the biggest impact for your business for you in business

Getting the direction know where I was going

The steps now that was so wonderful. I've had mentoring the past

Several mentors, and they've all been great

don't get me wrong, but they're forgiving me the step by step approach to riches is what I need you know because

it's like people expect that you know thing and

Very often we don't know so it's really great. It's having that step by step approach

that

Is very results driven and so so basically right? If this step work? Did it work and you check it?

Yeah, it worked or nothing quite like that then so it's really like is having that and the other third one

Which is that the major one is the support of the group?

you know knowing that there's other people doing different things, but we're all in the same boat together and

We've got to know one another's business is a bit better

And so we can or if someone doesn't fit with our

Business very often there's someone else we can direct them to

Remember them. That's the beauty of it as well and getting to know

Like-Minded souls is really really nice. Yeah, it's inspiring isn't it?

Yeah, so on those three points three great points. You know the first one being direction. You know

If you want to go deeper into that a little bit is that sort of linked to the Chinese star the shiny object syndrome?

Is it more to?

Around you know knowing what works for you? What do you if you don't want unpacking that a little bit more well?

when we do that, we did a

session together when we sort of went through my passions my

You know what I love um

I've really realized that. I just I love my programs and really love my programs and I love my products

But what I found with with developing enlightened hormones

it's actually managed to put all of the 32 years of learning and

Being able to direct it into these lovely individuals like and that really want to help themselves those

that really want to make changes in their lives and

And so and we've made it you know. We're on a on my second course now and

These people are completely change

forever

Yes, yes, okay, and that's mine clang so clearly yes

It is and that's that's the beauty of the the distilling down of all of this experience

You know 30 plus years of experience because you know I remember

Mention having numerous conversations with you and this program and then that program and this idea and that idea and you're brilliant

So many things that you're getting very tired

And you're getting very worn down as well as your your um

Your cash flow because you know you were attracting piecemeal type of people rather than absolute

you know

Niche Within Niche

Specific higher higher paying people weren't you yeah, I was getting more of myself. Matt really

oh, I was attracting people who were exhausted too scattered and

who I

can't say I wasn't committed, but were unable to really focus on what it was they wanted and

so

The great thing is is I can now help those people because I'm much more focused and so consequently

Being as I'm more focused my clients are becoming more focused too. Which is quite interesting. Yes

So it's just going to say it's and hand-in-glove

type of Behavior their absolute look and and and

from

all of this of course

My confidence has grown

My bill to articulate

My programs is growing all the time

It's just real I can't believe that. It's only four or five months more

It's gone very very quickly, but not if you feel me

But it's sort of like yeah step by step, but those steps add up and so yeah

compounding well let's get to the results side of things if if you're happy to Share like the

The three things you've mentioned

You know that the new direction the cell our programs the the step-by-step approach realizing?

What does that meant for your business supposed to inform us financially?

EnergY-Wise

Leverage we owning

financially the

the having the high-end program has

really helped with

cash of Course

So and I think I think it was within the first six weeks that I can't remember, I'd launched my first

program and within

Now you told me would be forward in five days or something and it was six or seven

sorry willa

Come on. You know

It was and so that

in turn made life so much easier and and

The fact is now we're getting people who are paying

Before the next course so my next course probably starting in and put a date to it, but being middle of september

So I'm starting to get inquiries now for the next one because people are now seeing the results of people

from the close group, and so they're going I want what they're having and then

It's a wonderful Knock-on effect and also what happens with that of course is

Not everyone

is

Financially in the position to pay out for the high-end one, but they go right can't afford that one

But I'll go to that one which is so not this on my website

And so that in itself is really helping with the whole

rollover of fining and yeah

Absolute so so really now in in just summing it up difference if I hear you correctly that by focusing

You and then offering a high-end program?

Because you already had the low-end programs or what you deemed as programs there was no high or low

It was just that the high-end program now has created a little bit of

contrast that people say well, I want to reach there, but I need to start here because of finances or my

Physical position or whatever it is and you've given them an ascension curve to work through with you. Yeah, also, I think

There's also people who have gone

Yeah, like what she's saying and I like what it, but I want to try something first

Yeah, and how they go with fast track to help yeah and try that out and and then go I

Like that now. I want to try that that's right. So it's the entree before the main nice man

Yeah, cool, sit exactly, right?

Yeah, hey cool cool and so for me

from a financial perspective is there a figure that has

been produced as a result of the programs are we talking you know the the 20 the 30 or

well if we just look at the first program that I launched within the

six weeks that

more than paid for a year-long mentoring with you know so you know and and then next one it's

A bit like icing on the cake really, so that's double so so far so good, so it

Yes, it's been a really interesting

Look at money. I look at money very very differently now mmM

fear of looking at the Bank account I

Don't have a fear of talking to the bank manager

And I don't have a fear of n around money money doesn't have a hold on me anymore. That's also. That's awesome

Really really good

Because I got cash flow and you've got people put on a payment plan and you've got better quality people paying better quality

payment plans

And so then it's building up, you know

Daily and weekly and fortnightly sort of cash flow rather than waiting for answer months sort of dumps that may not cut it yeah

Yeah, yeah, and sometimes you know

It was like

Really we were struggling at times we had to keep on

paying ourselves personally for

Things that the business should in paintball hMM

Yes

Yes, I'm sure there's a few out there like that. So yeah, we funded this business completely honestly. Yes

That's right. So so. It'd be you know

So you've made that distinction between Hobby and business now the business is

you know as we share a life is an extension of you, but with a business must operate independent of

of you so it yes be

so Clients ultimately

you know are funding the growth of the business and therefore the enjoyment and

Impact that it has upon your own personal life as well

so do you mind mentioning that like how's the results impacted your personal life with Simon yourself and

What it's given me of course is I don't have to do so many hours to

working all the time so so silent summons my husband simon and I we

we spend more time together and

So consequently it always improves the relationship which we spend time together quality no rush

And what could I do now is I?

Because I have clients booked it about make people booked in whereas

They used to whenever anyone phoned I used to pick up the phone immediately no matter. What time nice it was

but now I have strict what I finish work here and

That's it. You know and so it's given me boundaries as well

I feel like I can have boundaries and I do I didn't rehab them before

Nice now. I see. So really you're not the slave to the next dollar like I have to take the clients

Or because we need the cash and now it's okay now the business operates on my terms. Yeah

absolute freedom really met because although

I'm always going to work the other day call it work

and it's my passion so but even

Though it's your passion. I believe you still have took time away from it Mm-hmm

We make sure that we do now and we make sure we because I work from home, so

we go away at least once a month hello, and

For a long weekend or or a week or whatever and and now we're able to do that

and that makes a big difference to the whole

Wandering of everything yeah

Lovers lovers, you know it comes back to that that impact freedom and lifestyle which is

What we're here to create for others, but most importantly to experience for the self as a practitioner or a business owner

Yeah, and of course

I'm always telling people you need to take time out and you need to have boundaries and you need to have more than that and

Now I'm able to actually walk. Why talk

They love it. That's so cool. So cool. So let's dial back a little bit and let's say

Before we started officially working together

What objection or objections may have been lingering around in?

Helping in in stopping you from making the decision to step forward and jump in the program

um

I'm trying to think I think it was just I

Wanted to when we spent the weekend. I just wanted to see how

we interacted because having jumped on board with business mentors and things before and

I've just gone on blind Faith uh-huh and

It hasn't always worked out how I?

envisage it would and but also I've had I've had beautiful people in my

tribe says he who have been working with you and so men and

And it was just after spending a weekend with you, and then as well and the group

It was just right just going to try to do this it's it's trust was was that one of the things like you

Like it is it is it too good to be true, or is it is there alignment? Yeah?

You know it did deer congruence yes, I think it's great to do the weekends

you know the the boot camps because

you get the feeling of the whole group and

we learn such a lot on those those weekends and

I've only been on two of them so far

and they're completely different to one another and so that's the beauty of it yeah and so and

I having met you before that course I knew that we had an

Energetic alignment, which I felt was great

Good

I've been burned a bit before so and so that's why I was just a bit reticent. That was the only reason too many. Yeah

Good yes, yeah, 100% so there was a bit of cautiousness. There was like is this is this guy going to you know?

live up to

It walk is talk live up to the promises does he have our back

And I remember we had that conversation very early on so yeah, awesome

What would you say is one of the favorite parts of the soul business academy? What would you say that is for you?

my favorite

so many really

Hmm, I think

My favorite bit is the fact that we are gaining freedom. You know

Yes, good. Hence the little chuckle. Yeah

But but there's so many parts of it that are so good

This very difficult to differentiate

You know like saying about the group aspect

You know how that really helps and all of those things it really helps that it's sort of like

It's really difficult to go right. That's the one thing but

But also the other thing is is I can really see now a very clear direction

of where I'm

Mm-Hmm, and no one's going to stop me. So they know absolutely there's another song in there. No one's going to stop me now

That's fantastic

Ain't no stopping me now. Yes

absolutely absolutely well you you really are as

in as much time as we've been working together a

A

Pinnacle star you well you are that that?

That leader that's really stepping forward and putting you know traction rubber to the road getting stuff done

Getting in front of people and and that's you know to your credit

Absolutely you know by by backing yourself in that process - yeah, and I really appreciate thank you for that

But um I wouldn't have done if I hadn't been kicked at the backside a few times

So you know it's always good to someone

Pushing keep track well in the last possible way of committing well, let's get straight to you know

You've shared so many wonderful things

I'm just super super impressed with how far you've come in such a short period of time it does not surprise me it

Was never going to surprise me because I just knew that the right people would show up and I knew that you had

what it took whatever what it takes to step forward and

make all of these things happen so in saying that

Who do you who do you feel the this this program is best suited to and why?

Cool anyone who wants to really?

Start showing up

It's got something that they know like they know like they know that people need

And no one realizes it yet

You know it's like insured to me, I know

that people need what I've got to offer and

I think if you have that need in you and the passion then

it's

imperative that you have someone to help you along the way to

Push you along or walk alongside you really yeah

That's it is until working alongside and giving a shove

pickering and then

Remain then with with with it with the steps it's Lava thought

We could go it with the greatest love with and with the steps to follow as you've said and those sort of things as well

Because you know you're you're you're one of several lamb

I would say you know natural therapists, but there's you know the healers and coaches and and budding entrepreneurs, and you know in

Very very big heart of people, but those that quite often find it a little stifling, too

You know first realize that they do have a hobby and then to

Make sense of their drive to create a business out of it, so I love what you've said yeah, yeah

I think one of the things

Which I know I've struggled with over the years and hence. I was in the division. I was in position of is

struggling to put a value on

What we do a huge huge?

And you know because in theory you know there's been a perception that healers should be

Not well paid should have should be like the mother teresa. You know that's of imagery. Yeah

Poverty

I've never believed that I

Mentally I've never believed that but I think somewhere was

Struggling to charge for people's health and I think

That's where and I think maybe the the health services and things that within the western world especially like New zealand

Australia the uk Will come from

Free health care in theory no such thing

Yeah, and it's like well. I don't get charged with here. Why should I tell you and why should I?

mmm

But now things are changing of course

it's

realizing that although

Another thing for me was I'm not a medical doctor. Oh

But I've got a lot of knowledge that I've accumulated my playmobil I

Don't need to be a doctor. You know no, I can help

You know so that's a lot of lots of little gems that I've come up with

This moment absolutely brilliant. So the level of confidence and everything else from there, and you really are a way shot

You really are and that's the thing that

Is just totally impressive and standout?

about you that you know all this genius that you know you bring it into one crystallized version of of

You know your passion as you said earlier, and you can actually move you can move mountains. You can impact so many lives and

You know bring about a huge sense of real sense of freedom?

which year now just

Starting to taste that that freedom was weekend away, and cash flow on all the list yeah

And it's just that it's not necessarily the weekends away in the cash flow, but it's that it's like a weight lifted

Hmm. Yes, it's like ah can breathe again

Yeah, yeah, you really is and I thought I like this the way you syst met about

Impacting others, and I just said look for a small

Experience that I had this week

With one of my enlightened hormones groups and she was saying that

The program she's gone has not only impacted felt

But her husband and their children and their children's children

Love it. Just

One person, so you know one person is when makes a big influence. Oh, yes it is. That's that's the deal

That's the deal your first person in business as an example

You'll first say yes, your first first paying client leads the way to so much transformation. It's huge

Fascinating it love it. I absolutely love what we've shared

So those of you that are watching this if you would like to know how the sol business academy can help you grow your business

Start your business launch your business move from passion and move from Hobby rather to business and to really

Stand out and experience that sense of impact meaning and freedom in your life, then somewhere on this page

you'll find a link I'd love to you to click that button or click that link and look in for a

complimentary consultation with me

We will deep dive into exactly what's holding back where you are right now, and some very simple steps moving forward

To get you on the right plan and the right model of operation
