Rescue Paws dogs as we know

23 hours they live in the kennel.

Yeah. Very time they see people coming in

they get very excited.

This sound <cage rattling> gets them very excited. It means

human coming, it means play time,

it means food is coming.

Ok, if you open the door and coming in, the dog could be jumping,

ignore them. Do not play with them through the kennel.

For a dog like her very excited already, don't be like "good girl, good girl"

because she's is going to OMG, but a fearful dog like Tiny or

or whatever one is a fearful one, when you want to give them

affection, give them exciting, yeah, so then they'll

be, ahhh, give them a little bit of the energy in there.

that's want, we open the door, she won't come out, yeah.

if the leash is right behind their ear, it easier to control them

if the lease is in the middle of the neck, you can choke them

if the lease is on the bottom of the neck,

it encourages the dog to pull forward.

when you open the door to get the dog out,

make sure you are the first person to get out of the door.

so the dog will not like, rush and cut you off.

that is not a good dog thing. So it helps if have the dog sit,

Open the door.

Come out. See.

The whole thing is calm, if we start with a calm like this,

the rest of the walk is calm.

You will get one dog out.

In the dog world whoever leads the walk is the leader,

if the dog is leading your way, then you know what position you are.

Try hold the lease short, yeah, very short, because

we're training them right now. We want to make sure they walk

right next to you, or behind you. So a short leash is important.

If you give them all the leash in the world they'll go everywhere.

Hold the leash short but not tight.

I hold it like this, short but not tight.

When you pull it tight you punish them, yeah.

So if he sits nicely, don't pull it tight.

If he wait/walks right next to you properly, don't pull it tight.

Have then right next to you (I'm going to walk that way)

If he starts to walk in front of me, you yank him up.

If you want to guide the dog, just slowly, just tugging it, left, right, that it.

Very easy, very gentle, yeah. Sit, good girl.

We want to walk the dog 45 minutes a day, at least each time anyway.

But if it's half an hour for the dog to figure out how to calm,

before they get out of the door, that's good enough

you're mentally exercising them.

It's like if we give you maths, for you to work for half an hour

you feel like an hour, your tired, same thing. Yeah.

The next one is I want to teach you how to feed the dog, ok?

Again, the dog has been adopted to a family with little children.

The children to will hold the chicken in their hand, swinging around.

If the dog are bad behaviour, it will come and snatch it right away. And it will bite the kid right away

What we are trying to teach them right now is

when humans present the food, YOU MUST BE CALM

you just hold the leash like this, if the dog start

to walk towards you just yank the leash back.

Is this to prevent to dog becoming food aggressive in the beginning.

Put the food down.

This is the good state of mind we want.

Sit, patiently, no barging right in.

But she is very very fixated on the food in the blow right now,

so what we want, we're waiting for her, to give us eye contact.

We'll then feed them by hand, when the dog has given you eye contact.

kind of unsure as to whether or not we should do that I wanted to know your thoughts

on that I mean I it doesn't seem like you're trying to go back to them at all

oh absolutely even if they I don't think anybody in

the right mind would not go back after being treated like that

so I also also I also called him today and left the message with the secretary

would um I told her to leave him a message to her you know let him know

that I'm calling him to resolve this before it goes any further

um tell him that we're entitled to it and I left him left heard my personal

cell phone number so that he can contact me we'll see if he contacts me or not

but either way they're gonna get this letter and then we'll move forward from

there the agreement ah you can terminate 30 days notice

um and they have a right to try and cure so I don't I don't know if you just want

to let the 30 days run in other words I tried it this letter tries what there's

another clause agreement says however if the other party is making an effort to

cure the problem you can terminate so you want me to just terminate on 30 weeks

but realistically it's a it's a contract winner by yeah well what do you think is

more professional you want stuff you're not obligated to buy stuff from them you

know yeah what is what do you think is more

professional I want to go the professional route I don't want to you

know put emotions into it but I want to go where the professional route is

well I mean the safe way is just a what it pend 30 days be done with it okay no mo let's

just do that then alright so i'll revise the letter to

do that and then I'll email with a copy knowledge stuff okay awesome thank you

so much I feel alright alright schools are just spoke to my attorney

make sure you invest uh to your legal aspect of your business a lot of people

when you're starting up are going to try to take advantage of your time and your

money like I have happened to me so unfortunately um we're in the situation

I don't like being in a situation because they put me in a serious situation where

I have to find a different co-packer in less than five weeks so I can be

able to try to fit in and grab some samples for the expo getting

out I have you know like 700 somethin' cases that are boxed I'm going to be able to use

any of them so like I said make sure you invest in your legal standpoint

because it'll it'll definitely pay off make sure you contracts sign and

don't just let the attorney handle everything you got to get up put in your

two cents to and see if you're not sure you know what you should do you know

obviously you have an attorney for a reason so you ask him just like I asked

him you know what if what is he thinking what is more professional I need

obviously ask for counsel but at the end of the day I know what I want and I want my

right that's obviously drafted very clearly in the agreement that we signed

with this co-packer and now playing a cat and mouse game with

them and I just want my refund I don't want to dis encourage people I want

people to understand that this is just on a case-by-case basis I'm still going

to promote US manufacturing, US economy, US labor. I'm not going to let this

hinder my outlook on US businesses I think like i'v said it's a

case-by-case basis to anything else in the world any type of

relationship it's a case-by-case basis you never you never want to stereotype

because you will lose out on a lot if you do so just a little you know insight

and hopefully this helps anybody who's in the same situation as I am. For us young

entrepreneurs it's hard for us to get taken serious a lot of us a lot of us

when we're going to try to do business here in the United States they want to see

real money they want to see experience they want to see both I don't really have oh

I have just a little bit of money and obviously they took advantage that so

we're we're going to get our money back you know although we're entitled for

much more out of good faith and I've just wanting to look forward just going

to get our money back for our research and development and the production run

that we ran and we'll just move forward to a different co-packer but you know

don't let this discourage you i'm know I'm less than five weeks out until my

World Tea Expo and I have nothing but I found a solution if I don't have a

co-packer and you know like I said you guys will be seeing this solution very soon if I have

to have to take that route hopefully I don't but if I do I think it'll be a

great learning experience for myself and really really show me that I'm sticking

to my goals matter what the situation is so yes I think my work here is done

today or at least here in the office when I go back to my my place I work too

work not stop and I don't want to go out I haven't gone out at all I would like

for people to understand this takes time takes a lot of effort a lot of studying

some thick skin so hope you guys stay tuned from more and I'm very excited to
