Hey guys I hope you're having a great day my name is K Kris. In this video I

want to talk about this quote by Mark Twain and that is: "I had so many problems

in my life most of which never happened". So what basically Mark Twain says is

that there were a lot of problems but most of them were self created. Most of

them were never actually there in real life. Now this is a great reminder

because every one of us we've like created a set of problems for us

based on our thoughts, based on imagination and you just put

them as something that we actually have a problem with. Something

that's really pressing us. Whereas in reality it's not but

the way we think about it, the way we've created them, the way we over complicate

things, has manifested these imaginary things as a reality. So

we're like basically spending a lot of time a lot of energy and a lot of effort

solving for these problems which you don't actually have. A lot of

the times we do solve those problems and in the end we feel like we've achieved

nothing because those problems are never there in reality. They were just there in

our head and we solve that and the reality was left untouched. So that's

why some days you're so busy the entire day but in the end you feel

as if you've done nothing at all. Cause reality was left untouched and the

problems which you created you just solve them. So most of the problems

which you have which you and I have are self created. It's not actually there.

It's just we take a small thing, we overcomplicate it and we make it into this

huge thing and then we try to solve it. We say

"Oh no it's like huge. how can I handle it?" Look it's not something you should handle

because it's not that big. The time you take to fuss about it, the time you take

to overcomplicate it, in that time you could have solved the problem

but you didn't. A lot of people don't and I've had it happen to me so

many times as well. We make it a huge problem and instead of that we

could've just solved it while it was still small even if it's in our heads. Well guys, that's it

His Mother Was a Nurse and His Dad Was a Police Detective.

Chester Bennington was born in Phoenix on March 20, 1976. His mother, Susan Elaine Johnson, was a nurse and his dad, Lee Russell Bennington, was a police detective whose work focused on child abuse cases.

While Chester was growing up, his dad often had to take double shifts, which left him feeling like he really didn't have anyone to talk to.

Chester once shared that when he was only seven or eight, an older male friend started molesting him. The friend was only a few years older than he was, he said. The assaults continued until he was 13.

When Chester was only 11 years old, his parents divorced. His dad got full custody, which was particularly rare for fathers back in that time period.

Because his dad worked so many shifts, Chester felt alone. He said it was a very difficult time for him and he just wanted to run away.

When Chester turned 17, he moved in with his mom. When she realized he was doing drugs, she banned him from leaving the house.

In 2011, he said that he was completely sober and wouldn't be doing drugs or drinking alcohol again because he didn't want to be that person anymore.

Chester has an older half-brother and two older half-sisters. His two sisters have stayed out of the spotlight.

He said that growing up, his older brother and sister left home early and his other sister just wasn't around much. But he and his brother appeared to be much closer as adults.
