The charity I would pick is AMBO..

in Ethopia, oh now I remember

It is the 'Ethopia Deaf Project' EDP

It is a charity for Deaf Children in Ethopia

What they do is basically, give the children an education by building a school, educating them

and they will be building an accommodation area for those who live far and walk about 3-6 hours a day to school

There is no other schools for the deaf in Ethopia, so the charity supports them

It is very important to give them an education

I think its for any ages, as some of them never received primary education

Question Five: How old are you?

Hmm..

My soul age is Six million years old

But my human vessel is 21 years old

Question Six: If you found out you are going to die in 1 week, would you tell anyone? What would you do and would you be afraid?

Very interesting question!

Would I tell anyone?

Nope.

Because if I do tell anyone, they will have prepared goodbyes

I dont want that

It wont feel genuine

I'd rather to have an ordinary good bye bye

But its hard to say, it is a tough question

What would I do?

I'd do shit that would put me at risk of death

Like jumping off...not off a CLIFF more like off to a Sea

Jumping, scuba diving, or skydiving off a helicopter

Go to a fun fair, I love fun fairs!

I cannot think of anything but theres more

It's hard to say but I'd write

a lot of letters or goodbye videos

So when if I die, they will have the letters/videos to read

It is a difficult question, but I would not tell anyone if i had a week to live

It is exciting, but its really long to watch (13 seasons)

The script and plots are very funny!

I love it!! It is so so so horrible

So funny and awful!

Not many would like it, if you like dark/black humour than you should watch it

But its really well written and hysterical

I have too many tv shows, so this is a brief answer

Question Nine: The last dead person you know, would you spend a hour with them BUT you lose a year of your life?

Nope, I wouldn't do that

Because if I do meet them again

I will know that they are dead and it wouldn't be a proper goodbye

I'd rather to have my last moment with them just the way it ended.

I would not do anything, I would not change the past, it is what it is

Also losing a year of your life

I know it is just only a year

But even a second or a minute is so important

I would not risk skipping a whole year

Hm, that is it!

How much money can you make from trading? - Duration: 5:53.

Hi guys, hi from Andrea Unger.

Today I would like to talk a bit about

performance and discretionary versus systematic trading.

Performance I'm often asked how much can I expect to obtain with a systematic approach?

Well, I normally guess that a good systematic trader with a reasonable risk approach,

can aim at some thing about thirty/thirtyfive percent a year,

30/35 percent a year return.

So, that's more return, it's not very small,

believe me, it's really good and I stress this with a reasonable risk in its

training which means for a single trade something around one or two percent risk,

in that interval, which means we try to keep drawdown around ten-fifteen

percent maximum. Maybe twenty percent in some specifically turbolent situations.

Maybe you don't like this maybe you think about five hundred

percent performance if I came here telling you but you can aim it five

hundred percent, I would be a scam, because you see that in the contest but

the contest is different. I cannot come here to tell you that I

cannot run hundred meters in 9'60 just because Usain Bolt is able to run

that faster. It would be ridicolous and I could say fifteen seconds that would

be reasonable, maybe not sure about that for myself, but for sure you have to

distinguish what is a competition and what is a standard real-life trading

day by day where you aim at a reasonable growth of your account.

So reasonable risk, obviously, if you increase risk you can aim at higher

performance to certain degree... I mean it's not always linearly true, of course,

if you increase risk you can get higher performance, if you have a

positive expectancy in your strategies but up to a certain level, above that

again you would not have any edge.

But okay, let's say, if you read on the

internet you'll find people claiming they get much better returns than those I

mentioned, probably trading in a completely different way. So let's assume

what they say is true, they are probably discretionary traders

and I can tell you, I believe, I have not the proof, but I believe that the best

discretionary trader in the world would always be the best systematic trader,

because the discretionary trader has something, something... some talent

that would put him ahead and top of the machine.

So he would still be the Machine,

the human being would still beat the machine.

But I'm a systematic trader,

I promote systematic trader so why if discretionary trading might get better

performance because I said the best. I'm far from being the best discretionary trader

in the world, they're probably not even the best systematic, but my point is

that discretionary trading to that level when you are the best is, in my opinion,

really difficult to transmit to students because there is

small something inside that talented trader that cannot be told.

it's difficult,

because it's something where he is the best and that being the best is missing

in the lessons he can't transmit because it's something inside himself,

while on systematic trading, you have rules and you put all the rules togheter.

If you prepare a good rule set on the procedures,

on how to prepare your infrastructure, then this can be told and can be applied by anybody .

Of course, there will always be somebody who still will be losing will

be a disaster but this is not a shame, I mean, most people should simply forget

about trading, which is fine, we don't need to trade, it's not compulsory to trade.

So if you really feel that you are not good in trading that's fine,

I'm not good in many things... so, you're not obliged to try.

So again: discretionary training might be bad but is much more difficult to learn because

to be the best or to be good enough to beat the market you need something... something.

Maybe you have it, fine, but normally normal people don't have it.

I, myself, believe it I don't have a specific talent in discretionary trading

while systematic trading can be told the much more effective way.

Thirty/thirtyfive percent a year something that you can imagine to get if you are really

good in systematic trading.

I cannot promise you more than that, it would be a scam,

as I said, but you can learn systematic trading and you can aim at

that kind of returns if you do things really properly and well done.

how can you witness and feel your feelings at the same time one could say

you cannot really feel your feelings until you witness your feelings because

until you witness you observe bring awareness to your feelings you are your

feelings so you don't feel them you are them you act them out and most

importantly your feelings and your thought processes are linked feelings

energized thought processes that reflect those particular feelings and the

thought process is the story adds further energy to the feelings and this

is how certain feelings survive in the body long after an event has passed

which feelings that in a an animal would just pass through in humans gets

associated with a story that you can keep telling yourself and others and so

you can keep the feelings alive a vicious circle so you're not really

feeling your feelings you are so immersed in them that use you are the

feelings with this so it's called identification

and so when you bring awareness there is a place from where you can truly feel

the feelings and as you do that the story is taken out because awareness

replaces thinking there's a shift then from being identified with a story in

the head the thought processes to being the aware presence so you're no longer

fueling the feelings with stories in the head and now you can watch and feel them

directly whatever it may be feel it as an energy field in the body but also be

aware of yourself as that which looks sees feels the field of attention in the

same way that you look externally at a tree your way of sense perceptions

flowers trees you listen bring awareness to sense perceptions that is an enormous

help in bringing awareness to your feelings the more awareness you bring to

sense perceptions the easier it is to bring awareness to what you feel inside

because it's simply a shift from externally directed awareness ultimately

nothing is external because the entire universe takes place inside you but

let's just put it like that externally direct it awareness and inner directed

awareness so you are present within and present without

so the enormous importance of being present without also as far as your

inner life is concerned because it's one awareness

eben could ask a similar question how can I witness eating an apple see what

the question was and feel this how you're eating the Apple at the same time

it's only when you truly are present as you eat the Apple that you can truly

feel and taste the Apple before it's an it's a process that is semi conscious or

even totally conscious eating is a goes back to a very long time ingesting

substances and you can observe certain humans engaged in intelligent

conversation at a dinner table and the moment they put something in their mouth

they go completely unconscious they're totally and they're not really tasting

the food they're just gobbling it down and then they win this war they wake up

for a moment again and then they talk about literature or philosophy

but to really eat an apple consciously is a wonderful thing

then you bring something that is usually unconscious you make it conscious maybe

that's called Tantra if you do it with sexuality but it could be any activity

that would usually be very unconscious that is an animal impulse in humans and

you bring consciousness to it witness it observe it then has a different quality

it becomes beautiful
