(tribal music)

- [Woman] Let's face facts.

Every party comes to a natural end.

- Exactly.

I just want to go home and put on my jammies.

- [Woman] You said it, Grandma.

- Right?

Hey. Wait.

- [Woman] Leaving a party is the hardest part.

- I know. Where do I go?

What do I say?

It's giving me anxiety just thinking about it.

- [Woman] Girl, first off chillax.

Learn how to GTFO at your next party.

Evite presents

Party Etiquette.

First things first.

Locate all potential exits on route to leaving the party.

(chime)

(chime)

(chime)

(buzz)

- [Woman] Whoa there.

You can't just leave like that.

After you find the nearest exit,

locate your life vest under the seat in front of you.

Use that in case of--

- Excuse me?

- [Woman] Oh, sorry, wrong tutorial.

- Okay.

- [Woman] Now whatever you do,

don't start new conversations.

It will delay your exit strategy.

- Hey, aren't you Cameron's friend?

- Oh, hey, I think I hear someone calling me from the patio.

- What patio?

- I mean pool.

Vegetable garden.

- What?

- Aquarium!

- [Woman] Whatever you do,

make sure you've planned your excuses ahead of time.

- I'm sorry, that cocktail sauce

is just going right through me.

(gasps)

Excuse me.

- [Woman] Nasty, but great job.

Before you make your exit,

stop to snap a pic of you at the party.

This serves as all the evidence you need

that you were actually there.

- Great idea.

- [Woman] Did you know you can post that photo

in the event feed on your Evite invitation?

- You don't say?

- [Woman] That's right.

Upload photos from the party right into the invitation feed.

Okay back on track.

If you get noticed, fake a phone call.

- Hello? Hi. I'm fine. How are you?

(phone rings)

- [Woman] You're not very good at this.

But at this point you should just leave.

(phone rings)

(sighs)

Thank your host, post ghost,

by sending a thank you note or text.

It will be like you were there the whole time.

- Great, thanks.

I forgot my keys.

- [Woman] Okay, here's what we're going to do.

First things first, take off your shoes.

We have to go back upstairs, look for any open windows

because we're sneaking back in.

CALL THE MIDWIFE | Behind the Scenes - Could You Really Deliver a Baby? | PBS - Duration: 2:01.

(upbeat music)

- We often have people describing

how Call the Midwife is

an intergenerational viewing experience in their home

and I think that's lovely.

I just think having it out there has been liberating.

- And we're off.

- Ha!

- Describing my character in three words, oh gosh.

Fun,

sensitive,

opinionated.

- Fred's pretty jovial, content and mischievous.

- Three words that would describe Sister Julienne.

I know she's tolerant, and attentive,

always listening very carefully to people,

and full of enjoyment for extraordinary things.

- What three words sum up my character.

Enthusiastic, floored and good.

- Could I deliver a baby?

Absolutely, 100% not.

I could not. No way.

And it would be criminal if I believed I could.

- If I had to deliver a baby for real,

I think I would cope badly.

I have not learned a single, single thing

since I began Call the Midwife.

Our wonderful Midwife Advisor, Terri Coates,

she said, "How have you not learned anything, anything?"

And I say, "Well, I've always had you there to do it."

- No, I couldn't deliver a baby.

Oh, I think, well this is the thing,

if you were on a bus and

somebody was having a baby,

you'd go through the motions I suppose.

(puffing)

- That's it. That's it.

- You'd just sort of say some of your dialogue,

and hopefully it would be the right thing to say.

- (Narration) Call the Midwife, returning next spring.

Only on PBS.

A Way Out Review | Hours Later | Backlog Battle - Duration: 5:55.

From the people who brought you Brothers: A Tale of Two Sons, and one of the most memorable

moments in gaming this generation:

Josef Fares: "Fuck the Oscars, yknow?!

Fuck the Oscars!"

Comes a very ambitious co-op only title that, until I played it, wasn't really quite sure

what genre it would fall under.

Alex here, and here's my review of A Way Out, hours later!

A Way Out is a co-op game that is essentially a modern take on traditional adventure games

set at an undetermined point in the past.

The game casts players as either Leo, a rough and rugged criminal or Vince, a man framed

for the murder of his brother.

Shortly after meeting in prison, they both find out that they were both betrayed by the

same man and swear revenge on him.

While much of the game's promotional materials highlight their escape from prison, the game

extends beyond this locale, taking you on an adventure that's both engaging and filled

with interesting situations.

In order to see the game through, you will need to work closely with your friend (or

significant other) in situations that either require some communication or synced button

presses between both players.

These challenges are fun and entertaining, even outside the confines of the stories that

unfold.

That said, there's nothing really much noteworthy to talk about when it comes to these challenges,

as I liken the experience to playing a Telltale Game, but with somebody else present in the

same game world.

I will point out though that the shooting scenes were the least fun part of the game

for me, but it should be restated that the challenges were, for the most part, fun and

was able to sustain itself for much of the adventure.

I wish I could revel on how much fun the game's challenges were because they truly are good.

However, they're not good enough to excuse some glaring faults within the game.

For example, I experienced numerous issues with the game's audio where the game's

soundtrack would skip or even fail to play in certain scenes.

I retreaded through multiple parts of the game on 3 PS4s and found the issue to be more

prevalent on the 2 regular PS4s that we have.

The PS4 Pro would still exhibit similar audio issues, but not as often as the regular PS4.

And while I can't really speak for Xbox One owners, I've seen reports of PC owners

experiencing similar, if not worse, technical issues than what I've mentioned here.

Leaving technical issues aside, while I did enjoy the exchanges between Leo and Vince,

the dialogue felt really dry and banal due to the script's insistence to portray the

characters as "real."

In some choice moments, the dialogue actually pulled me away from the story a bit.

Leo: "We've come too far to back down now.

You need to talk to me.

Tell me what's going on in your head.

Talk to me!"

For the most part, the dialogue is serviceable and does its job fairly well.

To be clear, I'm not saying that the characters need to talk like they're in a Quentin Tarantino

movie, but there's better examples of dialogue that feels more real and substantive in other

media compared to some scenes in this game.

I feel that the developers were hoping that by working with another player and talking

with them a lot that this offline relationship would be a worthy substitute for these missing

elements in the game.

But we aren't these characters by any stretch of the imagination, and game makes that very

clear later on.

Most of the people playing this game are friends and even couples.

This latter point leads me to a section of my video that I wish I didn't have to talk

about, but have to.

Imagine that you're playing this game, and you're completely invested in the success

of your characters, only to reach a point in the game that completely undermines why

you bought the game to begin with.

Sadly, I cannot elaborate more on this subject matter.

But it's a huge gamble that the writer and developers took to deliver an emotional payoff

that, for me and my co-op partner, didn't work well.

Maybe it didn't work out because my co-op partner is also my girlfriend...

Leo: "Nice."

Vince: "I know."

...but without expanding on this topic, this specific section alone made us question our

entire experience with the game up until that point.

It's a real pity too, because while the game has these issues, the story it's trying

to tell for most of the game was really engaging, and the chemistry between both protagonists

really stick with you for a long time.

The stylized realism that the game has stands tall with the rest of its peers in the genre,

and the soundtrack enhances the scenes well - provided they play properly.

All the actors in the game do their best with the dialogue they're given, and its their

performances that really breathe life into the characters on screen.

And I know I've said this before, but the game is really fun to play with another person.

I wanted to like A Way Out more than how I've been talking about it here.

The game has a lot of really cool ideas and was fun, for the most part.

But the way it sneakily undermines itself in some sections and the little nicks and

dings here and there put a damper on any immediate recommendation of the game for me.

Granted, the latter issues can be fixed with patches and updates, but the former issue

is something drilled deep into the game as crucial to its storytelling and, sadly, its

execution is what's going to split people right down the middle.

⌛ Minute Lenormand Unboxing & Flip through! ⌛ Another 5 minute deck by Robyn Tisch Hollister! - Duration: 11:12.

Hi everyone, it's Katey, and today I have an unboxing for you. We haven't done an

unboxing in a little while and there are always a bit of fun. This I'm very

excited about. It's a Lenormand deck - if you can believe

it! - which is not really something I spend a lot of time with, Lenormand. But the

creator of the Minute Deck, or the Minute tarot, which is one of my favourites,

Robyn, released, or released, a while ago I think, this is a reprint the Minute

Lenormand. And because I love the Minute Tarot so much, I kinda just couldn't help

myself when I saw this come up for pre-order! Now apparently this arrived

rather late because it got sent back to Robyn and she was a bit upset about that,

so she's apparently included a little something extra for me, and she sent it

back over and here it is!

Thank You, Robyn. And I'm not fussed about, you know, that wasn't your fault that it

didn't arrive, I'm just glad that it's here now!

She always wrap things very cutely. Oh wow, oh isn't this pretty?

Oh, it's lovely! I love that shine and the blue, oh that's gorgeous.

Thank You, Robyn! It's lovely. And this is the little deck.

Oh! It's velvet, ah oh you know, this kind of fake velvet stuff. I hate the feeling

of this stuff! Yeah, I probably won't be using this long term, but it's a pretty

colour. And it does match this colour of the... just a bit of information,

which is cool, this might be helpful to get me started, which is cool, little

white fold-out sheet. So here are the cards. And this is our title card, which

is so cute, I love this art style that she's got going on for these, you know,

five minute artwork decks. I just think that's so cool and I love, I love this, I

love this colour, this greeny-blue colour in the background. I just think

it's so pretty, and it features quite a bit in the Minute Tarot. And I love that we

have the hourglass here. I mean, it makes sense for a deck that was

made in five minutes for each card. And the fortune teller here, too. Very cool! Okay,

Oh! 'Have a deck because I love you! Edition three.' That's cute,

so I have a singed limited edition, very fancy. Now I know nothing about Lenormand

so I don't really have a whole lot to say about the cards or what they

represent or anything. Like I said, I just basically got this because I'm a fan of

Robyn and the artwork, and I thought if I was going to get a Lenormand I might

as well, you know, get it from an artist that I love, whose tarot deck that I love.

And if I do manage to get into Lenormand, I imagine that, you know, they'd make

quite a cute, cute little couple, wouldn't they? This is really pretty, I just love, I

love the style, I love the colours. Ooh, I would like to live there! I don't even

know the names of all of the- I'm assuming that's house, I don't know if

this is called the tree, but I really like it, it's so pretty.

Would these be the clouds, is that a thing?

I love these borders - she does all different borders in the Minute Tarot as

well. The snake, I love that it's in a tree. I just automatically think of, you

know, the story of Eve and potentially of Lilith. Is this a coffin?

very cool. Through my camera it almost looked like it was a inverted cross, but

it's kind of more just like an equal length cross. I love this! Sunflowers

are my favourite, so I'm a big fan of this. I really really like it, I love it. I

think this is my favourite. Is this the sythe or

something? I really don't know a whole lot about Lenormand, can you tell? These

are cute, owls with the moon, I like it. I

can't tell whether this is adorable or creepy. Kind of reminds me of- does anyone

remember that Madeline show? And how Madeline gets turned into a doll, well

people think she's a doll? I don't know why, that was just the first thing I

thought of when I saw that. This is cute, very cute fox. And a bear.

It's so pretty. Star or stars. I just love all these, like,

swirls and little details that she has, I think it kind of really brings these

cards to life, and they are really, they're well done for five minutes,

aren't they? Dog. Tower - something about that, that's quite pretty, too. Is it the

colours? I like this, very cute. I would like to hang out in that garden

for a little while.

Is this the mountain? I don't know, I've heard that. I have a bit of a weird thing

on this card. It's got like an extra outline here, I

don't know ,what that's about. It's not- it doesn't feel like it was a cut or

anything, it just is an extra line. But that doesn't particularly bother me, I'm

not too fussy about that sort of stuff, especially with indie decks. What does this

say? 'This way' and 'that way,' I think? It's a bit difficult to see, but that's what I

think it says. That's too cute! That's pretty too - I love these wings. And

now we have that down the bottom too and in the, in the the borders, the borders always tie into

the image quite well, like they are part of the image, they add to the image,

rather than just being you know where the image ends, they're part of the image.

I like that ,I like that a lot. And this is cute. These little flags - is that

just an American thing? Because I see them in movies all the time, I think they're

really cool, but I've never seen them in real life. Well he's cool, he looks like

some of the people in the the Minute Tarot, kind of you know like this, or the funny

hats and the hilarious facial hair. Isn't she pretty? Love her

dress, love these flowers, too. Is that a lily? Very pretty.

The sun. The moon, love the old man in the moon look. Key. Fish - Nemo! Clownfish. Anchor.

And fortune teller, a card reader, I really like this, I like it all. Love the

cat, love how we have the cards, I'm assuming they're Lenormand cards, they look

like the classic, older ones that you see with the image of the old, you

know, playing card on them. I like these moons, too. Very pretty.

So the cards- this is the Minute Tarot, they're a little bit smaller than the

Minute Tarot, or they're about the same width, just a tiny bit shorter, and I wasn't

sure about that, although the Minute Tarot is quite a small deck to begin with. But

this is the lovely Minute Lenormand, which I kind of, I mean, I still don't

know if I'm gonna get into Lenormand because it just it feels so out of my

box - and not in like a little challenge, it's just like is that a thing that's

even me? But this art is super cute and I really really enjoy it.

The Minute Tarot, as I said, is one of my favourite, one of my favourite Tarot decks

since I, since I got it - what how long ago? - a few months ago? I did notice

that I hear a lot of people talk about how, I don't remember what number they

were... I'm assuming this is the man and the woman card, and how some decks will

kind of provide either non-gendered options or you know multiple of each

card or whatever, it doesn't look like that's been done in this deck but as I

said I don't really understand Lenormand or anything, so it's just

something I noticed without really understanding you know the details of

all of that sort of stuff. But yeah, very pretty and I just thought I would film

this just to have a bit of a show in case- because I know a lot of you are really

interested in Lenormand but I assumed that I probably wouldn't be speaking

about this again for a while, if at all, you know depends if and when I get into

Lenormand, but I did want to show you because I know a lot of you are into

Lenormand and this is a really really cute one if you are

keen. And Robyn's stuff, although she seems to print reprint every now and

then, they certainly kind of unavailable for pretty long stretches, so if this is

something you can - I'm assuming it's still available, I'll leave a link to the

Etsy page where you can get it if you're interested, just because you know I'm a fan

of Robyn and I think this is adorable! So this has been the lovely Minute

Lenormand, I hope you guys enjoyed this video. If you have any questions for

me regarding the specifics of this deck, as always, feel free to leave those below

I'll do my best to get back to you, and until next time, so much love, bye!

The numbers you need to make the World Cup squad - Duration: 1:17.

The countdown for the 2018 World Cup is on the way, and we've been looking back at

what it takes to be picked for the tournament. So looking at the last two

World Cups on average goalkeepers selected to represent the three lines

have registered at least 10 clean sheets in the Premier League season, leading up

to the tournament. By that reckoning Nick Pope should be guaranteed a spot on the

plane. For defenders though, it looks like appearances are everything with 29 being

the average number of games that players need to play, to be picked. Warning

signs then for Gary Cahill, who's 7 short of that figure this season. Moving on to

the midfield, where the number of assists could make or break your World Cup

chances, Alex Oxlade-Chamberlain is currently one assist away from the magic

number of six. And finally for forwards it's all about goals of course, 14 have

been required to get into the squad in tournaments past on average, and this

leaves Marcus Rashford with a lot of work to do to make it to Russia. But who

would you pick for the England squad, let us know, and of course heading up to

the event look out for some top betting tips courtesy of bettingexpert!

5 Signs and Symptoms You May Have a Vitamin D Deficiency - Duration: 3:17.

Have you ever considered that you might be Vitamin D deficient?

According to some statistics, there's a very good chance that you are.

Some reports put the percentage of people with a Vitamin D deficiency as high as fifty

percent.

That's a staggering number of people who could be suffering from serious health issues

that could be alleviated, in part, by more sunshine.

This lack of an essential vitamin can have significant consequences for your everyday

life, that you may have never associated with not getting enough sunlight.

These consequences include depression, cancer, and fragile bones.

Yes, the primary source for Vitamin D is the sun.

Our body converts sunlight into nutrients that strengthen our bones and muscles.

However, the sun isn't the only source for Vitamin D. It's found predominantly in fresh

fish and eggs, but can also be bought in supplement form.

Vitamins D-1, D-2, and D-3 are all fat soluble and are commonly found in all health food

stores.

If you think you might be in that fifty percent that suffers from a lack of Vitamin D, take

a look at these symptoms for more information.

Fatigue If you're constantly rundown and just never

have enough energy it could be because you don't have enough Vitamin D for your body

to produce the energy you need, to keep up on a daily basis.

One of the culprits of chronic fatigue syndrome is not getting enough sunlight.

Skin conditions While too much sun is bad for your skin, too

little sun can also be a big problem.

Specific skin conditions associated with autoimmune issues are often a result of low Vitamin D

levels.

Psoriasis is one good example.

It's believed that a healthy amount of exposure to the sun will keep those bad cases of psoriasis

from flaring up.

Immune System Issues Vitamin D helps us maintain a strong and healthy

immune system that can fight off infections and diseases.

People with lowered immune systems normally have lowered Vitamin D levels.

Therefore, you're more likely to get sick regularly if you're not getting enough natural

sunlight.

General Soreness This sunlight vitamin helps our bones and

muscles grow stronger and remain healthy.

Deep pains in the bones that is thought be a result of low bone density, could reflect

a Vitamin D deficiency, especially if the pain doesn't improve with normal medication.

Seasonal Depression Some know this issue as SAD or Seasonal Affective

Disorder.

It takes place in the winter months in climates with a lot of rain and very little sunlight.

It normally goes away at the end of the dreary season.

People with SAD should look for alternative methods to increase their exposure to natural

or simulated sunlight to help offset the effects of this disorder.

Should You Work with An Agent Who is a Friend or Family Member? - Duration: 3:02.

Hi! I'm Katie Clancy, CEO of the Cape House at William Raveis

and welcome to The Cape House Show

where we give you the tips, tools and sense of humor

you're going to need to get through the biggest transaction of your life.

Okay, today we're going to talk about the other

F word in real estate. The first F word is

furniture.

But we're not going to talk about that today.

So the other F word is friends and family.

So what do you do if you've got to list your house and you've got a friend

or family in the business?

Because you all do. Let's face it, everybody does.

There are pros and cons to working with

a friend or family member and having them represent you.

On the pro side, you've got someone who knows you really well,

someone who you trust, and someone who is

more likely to work with a personal-vested

interest in seeing you have the best outcome.

On the other side of things, it's a pretty intimate experience

and you might not want someone all up in your business like that

and also, there is going to be

tense conversations to be had

and do you really want to try to navigate that along with the

existing relationship that you have

Here is a good way to go about it if you're considering

First of all, is that person a seasoned real estate agent?

If they are, it is more likely that they're going to have that

professional confidence where they'll be able to maintain

that strong boundary between personal and professional.

Second, do they work in your market area? If they don't,

Maybe not.

Let's stick with someone who works right in your market area.

If you decide they pass both tests and you're going to go forward

One piece of advice that I would really recommend is

don't come out of the gate asking for a discount

Okay, it just ruins all of the work that you just did.

It introduces a whole awkward element that

you just don't need.

Now, they may very well actually offer you a discount

and I certainly would. Let them

lead that conversation and then

you're feeling more on an even,

professional level. Alright, so if you find out

and decide that it doesn't work.

this person isn't a good match for us,

but you're like, "I feel so bad. What do I do?"

What you can do, is ask them

to help you choose your real estate agent

They could be in Nevada,

and you're in Massachusetts and they can still help you choose

an agent, because we all have broad referral networks.

And you know what, that agent will

toss your friend or family member

a little referral fee, which is great. So, everybody is happy!

And then, if this friend or family member is someone

who really does love and care about you,

they'll be like your partner and just help you

as your friend or family member as you go through the transaction

So, there you go.The other F word in real estate

Ear Threads - Duration: 1:11.

An earring thread or threader is made of chain and fits through the earlobe. So, this chain portion here, is

the part that goes inside the earring hole. And, the solid piece makes it easier to pass through the ear.

Now, the little loop on the front is where you can attach a dangle. And, you want to be careful about weight and balance with

these types of earrings because very heavy things on the front of your earring can pull it down and out of the ear.

So, you'll want to pay attention to that as you're designing. There are also some differences with different styles

Some types have an arch at the top like this gold-filled piece

and the sterling silver piece here.

The arch is the part that fits through the hole in the ear in this style of earring.

And then the dangle is suspended down below with more chain and the solid piece hanging down from the back of the earlobe.

There's also a style that has a loop attached to the arch and there you can attach your dangle.

And, this is going to be a little bit more secure because it won't pull through the ear.

But, you'll want to experiment with the different types depending on what you're attaching to that front loop.

SERINO COYNE: Who Inspires You? - Duration: 2:53.

My godmother Aunt Peggy has always been one of my role models I always go to her for

career advice and one thing that she has forever instilled in me, she's like

a man would never go to HR or go to his boss and be fearful about asking for a raise.

He'd go in and say I want to make ninety five thousand dollars and they'd probably give it to him.

Whereas for me that frightens me

go into a room and feel like, oh well maybe could you think about giving me between X Y & Z

She's like no a man would never do that they'd just walk in and ask for what they want.

Someone once said to me you should advocate for yourself as if you're advocating for your best friend.

So if you had to go in a room and ask for a raise and a promotion for your best friend

what would you say and would you speak the same way about yourself?

I had a choir teacher in college who was just a strong, independent woman

and she always said to be early is to be on time,

to be on time is to be late and to be late is unacceptable

and I kind of like

took that with me for my career and it's been great but I also kind of

started applying it to my personal life like if I need to leave because I need

to be somewhere to do something for myself I'm gonna leave on time I'm not

gonna be late I'm not gonna make sacrifices.

My college professor caught me trying to apply for internships while using class time

and she came over and talked to me and she was like oh so where are you looking

what do you want to do and I was sitting there I'm like well you know I'm looking

at theaters here in Phoenix or you know something back in Chicago and she goes

well do you want to end up in Chicago or Phoenix and I was like no I want to go to New York

and she's like then why the hell aren't you applying there?

It was the idea of like do you want to see yourself somewhere you have to take

those steps to put yourself on that path.

One really great piece of advice that I'll share from one of my own supervisors

I was like really upset with myself about something

I was like everybody's probably thinking this about me and

everyone's this and like I just feel awful I feel so bad and she just sat me down

and she said no one is thinking about you.

And I said what?!

I was just like that's so mean.

She said no, no one is thinking about you. They're thinking about themselves

and you need to be thinking about yourself

and that was like huge for me to be able to realize that I need to stop

worrying about what everyone else is thinking and what they're thinking about me

and start really thinking about myself and what I want, what my goals are

and like that was huge for me to hear from someone that like

nobody's thinking about me. I can relax.

What does it really mean to follow Christ? - Duration: 2:32.

Ankerberg: Yes.

Here's a key question, okay, so I want you to put your professor hat on for this one,

okay.

And that is, is that we are not teaching salvation by discipleship; we are not teaching salvation

by works; we are not teaching salvation by anything a person that's listening to us

is going to do.

Salvation from Jesus Christ is realizing who we are as sinners and trusting Him that He

is the Savior; that He was sent from heaven to die on the cross.

All of our sins were picked up, placed on Christ, and everything that we were guilty

of, He paid the total price.

And because He paid the total price, and is willing to share His righteousness with us,

when we put our faith in Him, He takes our sins and they're all paid for.

We stand perfect before God in Christ's righteousness.

God looks at us and sees Christ.

Platt: Right.

Ankerberg: Okay?

Now, but if you truly trust in the Lord Jesus, He is the Lord, okay.

And so then we come to this thing, how do we follow Him?

How do we start?

How do we keep from messing up the free gift of salvation, but at the same time being a

radical for Jesus and living for Him?

Platt: That's a great question.

I think it comes back to that initial moment where, just as you said, by grace alone, through

faith alone, in Christ alone, we are saved before God and forgiven of all of our sin,

not based on anything we have done or will do in the future, but solely based on what

He's done for us.

But not only are we forgiven of our sin at that moment, we're also filled with His

Spirit.

This is the promise that God made in the Old Testament, if you'll look at Ezekiel, chapter

36 [verse 26] he said we're going to put a new heart in you.

Verse 27 says, "I'll put a new Spirit in you and I will cause you to walk in My

ways," which is exactly what Jesus then later said in Mark 1:17 and Matthew 4:19,

"Follow Me and I will make you fishers of men."

Jesus comes to dwell in us through His Spirit and He begins to transform our lives from

the inside out.

And that process of transformation is the Christian life.

Should an ENFP Work for SOMEONE ELSE?! - Dreams Around The World - Duration: 8:18.

Any entrepreneur who tells you that they have never browsed a jobsite looking at

positions when times are tough is lying to you now some of us have done it for

five minutes before we pull ourselves up and get our census straight others spend

days or weeks looking at jobs and times are tough but this leads to the question

is as an ENFP a group that tends like we like freedom

we like independence we don't enjoy being a boss and we don't enjoy being

bossed around does it make sense to maybe be an employee rather than be an

entrepreneur are there plus sides to this and what could those be well that's

the topic we're gonna cover right here in this video so I thought about this a

lot because being an entrepreneur I've worked for myself for a decade pretty

much well I think a decade actually there's ups and downs right there's

struggles with it and I made other videos about this I have a video should

enfps work for themselves you know linked and talked about some of the ups

and downs of working for yourself what are some of the pros of being an

employee the first thing that comes to mind is you're gonna have some structure

and one thing I've found over the years is that no structure is not freedom in

order to have freedom you need to sort of know your playground and then you're

free to play within it right if you just have no structure at all you don't have

any plan any routine it's actually more constricting than having some structure

I found this as an entrepreneur who has you know no boss no restrictions the

more structure I give myself the generally happier I am the more I get

done and actually the more free I feel because my mind space is freed up and I

make it more money and I feel better everything else right so a job will

provide structure now a job you know at $10 an hour working somewhere you really

dislike and just working with horrible people is probably not the right kind of

structure you want but here what I'm talking about being an employee I mean

like good job where you like your coworkers

and you're inspired and it's a good company and all that sort of thing right

which is a different situation than a job just to get by rather than a job

where you really want to thrive it the next positive thing about being an

employee as an ENFP could be about the team and the people now again getting

that kind of job where it's a great inspiring team is sort of few and far

between but I imagine if you found one that being around a group of people day

in and day out where they were you know you were bouncing things back and forth

through a brainstorming you were really inspiring each other that would really

work well with the ENFP type and it is something like when I started out as an

entrepreneur it is something that I missed until I was able to build up a

team and a peer group of other entrepreneurs and and things like that

and and add that into my business on the note of good people and inspiring people

I need to do a little promo here and invite you to join me we have a couple

events coming up for all you awesome 'inna fee to vend

one happening in Mexico hopefully still happening if you haven't watched this

after the event it's happening at the end of April 2018 depending on when you

watch this and we're having an event in Prague in August 2018 as well and if

you're watching this in like 2019 there's probably more events happening

so just I'll share a link with that it'll pop up here and you can check out

those events if you want to meet other inspiring awesome people another great

part about working with people is receiving praise we all want to be told

we're doing good we all need some level of reassurance I remember after I had my

own company and this one had failed and I became part of a start-up with a group

of other guys and when they were giving me praise I came down this marketing

work is awesome oh my god I haven't had that in years I can't feel so nice to

get praise and to be told positive things about yourself and all that as

well as especially when you're younger being able to work under a great leader

can be some really positive a good way to learn and

so you know there's people who will say like come out of school and start your

own business and never get a job and that is right for a lot of people but

there's also is an upside to working for a great leader someone what you can

learn from and there's the mentorship and all that kind of thing and learning

how to follow first and then learning how to be a leader and you know start

your own thing if that's what you want to do so this last one here kind of ties

in with structure it's about consistency so if you're an ENFP late we're

interesting in how our energy can go right we can be the most passionate up

buyer person ever for like a week and then we need some time off and go super

disorganized or we change our mind and then we get super fired up and that is a

really valuable way to be within like an organization if the organization

respects that right and so you have people who are really good at

consistency and keeping things up and you have people like enfps who are

initiators who make things happen who bring this like impulsive and patient

like let's get it done kind of energy that can work really well in a good team

dynamic sometimes it's tough when you're starting out I'm gonna do other videos

for those of you who are entrepreneurs will want to be about building a team or

finding the right partner as an ENFP like what that dynamic should be that

works really well but when you're starting out if you don't have a partner

and you don't have any employees yet then you're going to be in a position

where you're the company and so if you struggle with really being consistent

that can be tough now there's lots of ways to work around that I talked about

that in some of my life design stuff like if you're a project based person

versus a consistency based person of a video about that link about personality

type something if you are that way you could build your business around it but

it can still create issues so having that team dynamic is valuable there

where you might be able to actually feel more free and feel more creative because

you have other people to do like the admit

assistant kind of follow-up work and all that sort of stuff now with all that

said personally for me I would go about it my own way

that's what I've chosen and that's what I would always do even in the toughest

times I don't think I've browsed job sites for more than five minutes before

sort of you know slopping myself upside the head about it for me I find it's

really important to have like a bigger purpose and there are some great

companies and I've encouraged some ENFP clients of mine who've wanted to get

into really interesting things like aerospace or that to go work for a great

mentor and learn right because you're not gonna start an aerospace company

well you might but probably not out of like your your apartment right so there

are times when it really makes sense and you can find a company with a big

purpose but my opinion and maybe I'm sort of pessimistic here is that a lot

of companies are just so profit driven and not really purpose driven they might

say they are in their marketing but they're not really purpose driven and in

terms of like making an impact and so for me that end okay the ability to like

go to Mexico next month for a month and go to New York next week you can live

wherever I want to travel the world also plays into why I have chosen and will

continue to choose to be an entrepreneur but I did want to share this other

perspective here about it and let you make that choice for yourself thank you

for watching I would love to see you at one of these events coming up soon if

you're not already a member of the channel do subscribe here it would be

great to catch you in some other videos thanks for watching have a great day

Top 10 Easter Eggs You Missed In Far Cry 5 - Duration: 5:49.

The highly anticipated Far Cry 5 is finally here, and I think it's safe to say that

most of us have been dying to explore the fictional Hope County – a place where a

preacher by the name of The Father, aka Joseph Seed, has taken over with his congregation,

Eden's Gate, with the goal of leading the people to salvation.

Except his congregation is more so a militaristic doomsday cult, and you need to put a stop

to it, alongside members of Hope County's resistance movement.

There's a whole lot to discover in this open world action adventure FPS, and so far,

there's quite a few Easter Eggs that have popped up and left a smile on our faces, so

today, we're listing off our favourites with our top 10 Easter Eggs You Missed in

Far Cry 5.

Also, spoilers abound.

You've been warned.

10 Blood Dragon Outfit One of the unlockable outfits in the game

is the Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon Omega outfit.

The Omega Faction is the primary enemy in Far Cry 3: Blood Dragon, the stand alone expansion

pack based on the world of the game that's highly inspired by 1980's action movies,

along the likes of The Terminator, Predator, Cobra, RoboCop, Escape from New York and the

Teenage Mutant Ninja Turtles, to name a few.

The outfit can be unlocked via a side mission involving Guy Marvel – a dude filming his

latest movie in Hope County.

Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege makes a brief appearance in the form of another unlockable

outfit, too.

9 Ubisoft Pokes fun at Ubisoft This is one that many of you may have already

spotted, since it was featured in some of the initial gameplay footage that came out

after last year's E3.

If you're a fan of Ubisoft games, you'll know that they often reuse successful gameplay

mechanics in multiple franchises.

I'm specifically talking about the climbing of towers to unlock new sections of the game's

map.

It was first used in Assassin's Creed, but then made its way into Watch Dogs, The Crew

and Far Cry.

So in good nature, the company pokes fun at itself during the game's opening, when you're

instructed by Dutch to climb a tower and activate an antenna.

But while you do, Dutch makes a point of saying over the radio that no, you won't be climbing

towers all over the County.

THANKFULLY.

8 Blood Dragon Mission The unlockable outfit isn't the only Blood

Dragon reference in the game.

There's actually two side missions that are loaded with Blood Dragon references, including

the likes of Omega Faction imagery.

One is the same mission we mentioned above where you can unlock the outfit, and with

a bunch of Blood Dragon references existing on the film set in production in Hope County.

There's also a poster for the Far Cry 3 Blood Dragon game that you can spot, too.

7 Leap of Faith Here's another Ubisoft reference for you,

one specifically for the company's Assassin's Creed franchise, and the game's Leap of

Faith move.

Without giving away too many spoilers, at one point in the game, US Marshall Burke turns

to you and says, "Walk the Path" before spreading out his arms and dropping to the

ground below, in a very similar body position as the various assassins you play in Creed

games.

You also make the leap yourself, with the mission itself being called 'A Leap of Faith',

in which you have to show your faith by jumping.

6 Raving Rabbids Some fans noticed in one of the trailers for

Far Cry 5 that this little guy made an appearance – one of the Rabbids from Raving Rabbids,

as a bobble head in a vehicle.

Turns out this is one of the bobble head accessories you can unlock in the game, and it's pretty

darn adorable.

5 Villainous Bobble Heads Thankfully the Rabbid isn't the only bobble

head that you can unlock in the game.

There's two other familiar faces that you can unlock, and they're much more of the

villainous variety.

The first is a fan favourite from Far Cry 3 - withthe typical Hawaiian girl body, but

with his iconic Mohawk hair do, we have Vaas, one of the game's antagonists who unfortunately

departed from the game's story oh too soon.

In addition to Vaas, we also have a Pagan Min one, the villain from Far Cry 4, although

he's donning a much friendlier demeanor than his namesake.

https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=XiQ6IkBLW9c – 55 seconds

4 Hurk Hurk Drubman Jr is an NPC that initially appears

in Far Cry 3, but has made subsequent appearances in the franchise's other games.

In 4, he's a playable character in co-op, and in Primal, he appears again as an NPC

by the name of Urki.

He's the only non-protagonist character to appear in more than 2 games, So of course,

he returns yet again in Far Cry 5, this time as a Gun for Hire, helping you and The Resistance

to fight against Joseph Seed.

He also has some great lines, and even says "déjà vu, have we met before?" and talks

about monkeys again.

3 Primal Park There's a park you can find with references

to previous Far Cry title – Far Cry Primal.

In it, there's a few of the game's paleolithic beasts in statue form.

Check it out.

2 IT In one barn, you can find a reference to IT,

the clown.

There's a red balloon floating next to a crate next to a radio and a television with

static on its screen.

If you look closely at the crate, there's a symbol with an umbrella and rain on it.

The barn also contains a metal bed frame with handcuffs, surrounded by mannequins manning

cameras, and a big splotch of blood beneath it.

There's also a tub in there too.

If you go over to the chair next to the bed, you'll see a note with a title called 'Clown

thoughts' that directly references IT.

1 Secret Ending Lastly, we're finishing off this list with

a bit of a cheeky Easter egg from Ubisoft; one that lets you complete the game in about

5 whole minutes.

Maybe not the most ideal for those who really want to play the game, but nonetheless it's

hilarious, especially if you accidentally stumble upon it.

Those of you familiar with Far Cry 4 likely remember that that game also had an Easter

egg that let you finish the game within a similar amount of time; it's become a bit

of an ongoing joke from Ubisoft.

So, in the game's intro, alongside the Sherriff and Marshall, you go to arrest the Father,

Joseph Seed, the leader of the cult in the game.

You have to handcuff him, which starts the chain of events in the game as a whole.

Except, if you stand there, and do nothing, you end up leaving the church, and the credits

roll.

Of course, the game just dropped, so this is far from a comprehensive list, so if you

guys dug this video and want to see more Far Cry 5 Easter eggs, give us a shout and let

us know in those comments below.

Also, if you liked this video, please show us some love by hitting those like and subscribe

buttons, and don't forget to check out some of our other gaming videos, like the ones

in the playlist currently flashing on your screen right now.

We've got some great videos on other Easter eggs from recently released games, so definitely

check it out.

In the meantime, thanks for watching everyone!

Catch you all in the next video.
