the morning routine the daily routine series do you remember what we

mentioned last episode we mentioned looking at our body as our first home

chi-ching remember that then we mentioned why it is not so a good idea

to put trash in the middle of our home eating all this crap right

why because with our physical home yeah the one with the kitchen the one with

the living room we take out the trash we don't take it in makes sense so why do

we betray our best self and put the trash and crap inside our first home

yeah the one that goes with us everywhere yea.. no matter where we go

let's go for a walk no matter where we go see we're going our body comes with

us this is our first home and in today's episode we'll use another analogy yeah

another powerful analogy about our body and for that consider this quote

yeah that quote I said to my friend I heard a few years ago it made a big

impact on me and I shared it with that one friend of mine that was really

into cars yeah so I told him that consider this quote "winners in life

treat the body as if it were a magnificent spacecraft that gives them

the finest transportation and endurance for their lives" let it sink let's say it

again winners in life treat the body as if it were a magnificent spacecraft that

gives them the finest transportation and endurance for their lives" think

about that your body not only is your first home

it is your first vehicle it is your first automobile make sense so you can

think about it again what fuel do you put in your body yeah if you had the best

spacecraft would you put the best fuel inside probably yes because if you put

the wrong fuel inside or something a little bit crappy fuel it won't be good

for the spacecraft yeah so what fuel do you choose to put inside

your first automobile

think about that next thing and last thing in this episode I want to

share with you something personal again where I in the daily routine the

morning routine see all the other people there exercising you see also here yeah

morning in Bangkok people are exercising so we want to do maintenance for that

automobile yeah our body our first automobile so

why do we choose to practice we can go to the gym we can go for a run we can do

many things I want to share with you something personal and then I'll give

you a small assignment are you ready are you ready let's talk about that

I'm very into sports from a very young age I was playing soccer I was running I

was I did all sorts of things and I was enjoying that later on

in life I wanted the gym I was a gym instructor I was really powerful however

I think half a year ago I was learning about this test about longevity test yes

longevity sort of the expectation of how long you're going to live so this was

the test I'll show you the test in a few seconds I'll show you that test in a few

seconds and when I did the first time I didn't do it good yeah yeah I didn't

do it good and it's about mobility remember our bodies our first automobile

so that's why I choose to practice mobility mobility the charm in mobility

is it forces you to practice strength stability and flexibility at the same

time you cannot escape that let's see an example of that as longevity test

or I think we're out of time we out of time yeah so let's do the next

episode because remember every day is day one so we can do it again tomorrow

not again but from the beginning again day one is the beginning amazing so why

do I have for you today first you can check out this longevity test and

practice until tomorrow when we do it together

but either way I want you to look at your body is your first automobile and

give it a little bit practice a little bit maintenance work just for the day

just baby step for example if you don't train at all take the stairs instead of

the yeah elevator just take the stairs it won't take you more time I'm not

talking about more time it's about intensity rather than quantity and if

you're already training when you go to the gym just push it a little bit more

give another rep push your body a little bit more it's not about the time

it's about intensity raise the level of intensity if you don't train at all take the

stairs if you do train push a little bit

further but listen to your body of course and till tomorrow until

tomorrow when I will show you the longevity test that I did have an

A Utah high school teacher is accused of killing her ex-husband's girlfriend in front of their two young children, KUTV reported.

Chelsea Cook, a 32-year-old teacher at Skyridge High School in the Alpine School District, faces possible aggravated murder charges in the fatal shooting of 26-year-old Lisa Williams.

The shooting took place Sunday night at an apartment complex in Midvale, police say.

According to her Facebook page, she is a graduate of Brigham Young University who worked in Lehi High School before going to work as a health teacher at Skyridge.

Cook's Ex-Husband Says She Refused to Leave His Home After Coming to Give Cold Medicine to Their Twins.

Chelsea Watrous Cook's ex-husband, whose name has not been publically released, told police that she entered his apartment while he was in the parking lot.

He said that Cook was there to drop off cold medicine for one of their 3-year-old twins.

He said that Cook was asked to leave but refused to go and locked herself in the bathroom.

Someone called 911 to get her to leave, KUTV reported.

Cook Pulled a Handgun Out of Her Coat & Fired at Her Ex-Husband's Girlfriend Multiple Times, Killing Her, Police Say.

Cook's ex-husband says she unlocked the bathroom door voluntarily after 911 was called and went to grab her coat before pulling out a handgun and firing multiple times at Lisa Vilate Williams.

Williams, 26, fell on the couch.

He said that his and Cook's 3-year-old children witnessed the entire incident.

Cook, Who Was Arrested in a Domestic Violence Incident in October, Had the Gun Wrestled Away From Her by Her Ex, Police Say.

Cook's ex-husband told police that he was able to wrestle the gun away from her and she sat on a chair with their two children while he attempted to help Williams.

He told police that his ex-wife then tried to walk to get her coat but he grabbed her and pinned her against the wall until police arrived.

According to KSTU-TV, Cook had been involved in a previous domestic violence incident in October.

A case related to that incident was filed in Herriman City in early November, charging Cook with two counts of domestic violence in the presence of a child and one count of assault, the news station reports.

The Deseret News reports that the three charges against Cook in that case are misdemeanors.

She was accused of causing minor injuries to a male at her apartment.

The man was not identified by police, and his relationship to Cook was also not disclosed, the newspaper reports.

The victim did not require treatment at the hospital.

Her next court appearance in that case is scheduled for December.

Cook Remains Jailed on Suspicion of Aggravated Murder & the School District Where She Works Says the News Is 'Hard to Comprehend'.

Cook is being held at Salt Lake County Jail on $1 million bail.

She faces one charge of aggravated murder, KUTV reports.

The shooting is being investigated by the Salt Lake City Police Department because one of the people involved in the incident is related to a Unified Police Department employee.

The Unified Police first responded to the shooting.

Cook worked as a health teacher.

The Salt Lake Tribune reports that her staff page had been removed from Skyridge High School's website by Monday.

The school issued a statement to parents Monday:.

This morning we learned about a situation involving one of our Skyridge teachers, Ms.

Cook.

She was arrested and charged with a serious crime.

We know there will be information in the media regarding this incident.

We want you to be aware of what we have learned, so we can help you process and provide support to any of you who may be in need.

This type of news is hard to comprehend and we want you to know that teachers, counselors and your parents can help provide support in this difficult time.

As you leave school, you may see news media presence set up outside.

We encourage you not to engage with reporters who may want to talk with you regarding this heartbreaking incident.

District officials will be at the school answering media questions.

If you are approached, we recommend that you direct any media requests for interviews to school administration or Alpine School District officials.

The school district said it was not aware of the domestic violence charges filed against Cook in November in connection to the October incident prior to her arrest on the murder charge.

Cook, who has worked in the Alpine School District for four years, will be fired, the school district said.

Police Say the Victim Died of at Least 2 Gunshot Wounds to Her Torso.

According to police, officers responded to the shooting at around 7 p.m.

Officers entered the apartment and found the ex-husband pinning Cook against the wall.

The ex-husband told police he had the gun Cook used to shoot Williams in his waistband.

"Officers found the victim with at least two gunshots to her torso," the complaint says.

"The victim was transported to a local hospital where she eventually succumbed to her injuries.".

It is not clear where Cook obtained the weapon used in the shooting or if the gun was legally owned and registered to her.

It is also not clear if she would have been required to relinquish any firearms she owned after her arrest in connection to the October domestic violence case.

Hi everybody, this is Dr. Dain.

Here to invite you to one of the most coolest, awesomest classes

that has ever been delivered on the planet so far,

Being You, Changing The World in Moscow, Russia.

February 22nd through 25th and it's a three and a half day class

based on the book I wrote called, Being You, Changing The World.

What is a Being You, Changing The World class?

Well, let me tell you what happened was

I wrote the Being You, Changing The World book in 2011.

We decided we were going to do a one-off class

as a way of letting people know that it was in the world

and getting it into people's hands and that sort of thing.

So, we did this three and a half day class called,

Being You, Changing The World.

It changed so much for people

that we realized this needs to be a part of the Access Consciousness schedule

and it has been ever since.

You'll come in on person on Friday evening,

you'll leave a person you like a lot better by Monday evening

but that change stays with you.

One of the beautiful things that occurs in this class is

we explore possibilities together

but we also explore and undo the limitations

that keep those possibilities from showing up.

You know how it is when you're being you, I hope.

Where you have a sense of lightness and everything is okay,

you have a sense of possibilities,

you have a sense that the future is going to be brighter than today

and that you can actually create it.

So, in this class you're not only getting a bunch of tools,

a bunch of things that you can use practically in your life

to change your life when situations need changing,

you also going to get sort of this energetic invitation and inspiration.

One of the things I do during this class is

I'll have a table on stage and I work on people

and I let everybody in the class know

if you're willing to and you lower all your walls and barriers

you can get a huge amount of the same session that the person on the table is getting.

So, I do one session on the table and everybody in the class gets it.

We're also going to be doing something called an ESC,

which is Energetic Synthesis of Communion.

Which is where you actually get to reconnect with that energy

that is available that the earth and the plants and the animals have.

That we have when we're being kind and caring with one another,

when there's no separation between us.

This truly is a chance to end the separation between you and you,

the being you actually are.

It's also live streamed around the world,

so if you can't make it to Moscow for some reason...

Now, why would you not come to Moscow?

But if you can't, you can actually do it from your computer or your phone

anywhere around the world with an internet connection.

I'm very, very much looking forward to this particular class.

Let's get out of the seduction of this reality

and all of its limitations and all the stuff where we're

judging ourself for not being right, where we're judging ourselves for being wrong.

Where we have no idea what is true for us.

An 18-year-old Florida man is accused of raping a teen girl while playing a video game, causing audio of the assault to be streamed online, police say.

Daniel Fabian, of New Port Richey, was playing "Grand Theft Auto" on his Playstation when he sexually assaulted a 15-year-old girl while taking a break from the game, police say.

Fabian was arrested by the Pasco County Sheriff's Office on November 21 and charged with lewd and lascivious conduct with a victim ages 12 to 16 after a lengthy investigation.

He is already facing similar charges in connection to the alleged rape of another teen girl, police say.

Here's what you need to know:.

Fabian Told Another Gamer He Was Taking a Break to 'Smash' a 15-Year-Old Girl & She Could Be Heard Saying 'No' After He Left His Microphone On.

Daniel Fabian was playing "Grand Theft Auto" with another Florida teen on June 28 when the sexual assault occurred, the Pasco County Sheriff's Office says.

Police told WFLA-TV Fabian told the other player he was going to "smash" a 15-year-old girl who was at his house.

The other game says he then overheard Fabian raping the girl because Fabian left the microphone on his gaming console on.

Police say the girl could be heard saying "no" multiple times while groaning.

The victim told police she was sitting on Fabian's bed when he put his hand over her mouth and raped her.

Fabian began playing the game again after about 15 minutes, the news station reports.

It is not clear from the police report if the other gamer contacted police or how the investigation began.

He Is Also Accused of Raping Another 15-Year-Old Girl at His Home on June 4 & He Was Free on Bail When the Second Assault Occurred, Deputies Say.

Fabian was out on bail in the original sexual assault case when he was accused of abusing the second girl, authorities said.

"He was arrested in June for another case involving a different 15-year-old girl, where he allegedly raped her in his home as well," Kevin Doll, a Pasco Sheriff's Office spokesman, told WFLA-TV.

According to court documents in that case obtained by Heavy, the 15-year-old girl told police she had met Fabian several days before the June 4 assault occurred.

She said she went to his home to "hang out" and they began kissing.

He then began touching her and she stopped him, but he continued, the girl told police.

According to the affidavit, Fabian then "against her will and without consent began and completed sexual intercourse.".

Fabian initially denied touching the girl, but then told police he had done both things he was accused of, but said they were consensual acts.

He was then arrested and charged.

Police Say It Took Time for Fabian's Arrest in the Second Case Because DNA Testing Was Being Conducted.

Police say the investigation that led to Fabian's arrest in the second case took time because of testing on evidence collected from the victim.

According to WFLA-TV, police completed a Sexual Assault Victim Exam with the victim, which supported her accusation of abuse.

Investigators also took a DNA swab form Fabian that linked him to the crime, according to police.

He Faces Up to 15 Years in Prison on Each of the Statutory Rape Charges.

Fabian could be sentenced to up to 15 years in prison on both of the lewd and lascivious behavior charges.

He has pleaded not guilty in the first case and is being represented by a public defender.

His attorney could not be reached for comment by Heavy.

According to the arrest report in the June 4 case, Fabian was born in Peru and is not a U.S.

citizen.

He could be deported if convicted of the charges.

Fabian Is Being Held Without Bail at the Pasco County Jail.

Fabian is being held without bail at the Pasco County Jail in Land O'Lakes.

His bail in the previous case was revoked after his arrest in the most recent one.

It is not clear when he is scheduled to appear in court next in the June 28 case.

His next court appearance in the June 4 case is scheduled for January 16, 2019.

"I had no idea it was this close to us," Ed Holtzman, Fabian's neighbor, told WFLA-TV.

"Being a father, I just try to put myself in that same situation.

It's heartbreaking.".
