DIY How to make kanzashi candle holder for Christmas (ENG Subtitles) - Speed up #545 - Duration: 3:02.

Hi. Today I will show you how to make Christmas candle holder out of ribbon.

Detailed list of all needed items is in the description of this video.

Cut the strips out of first ribbon. 2.5cm x 6cm each.

Cut the strips out of second ribbon. 3.8cm x 7cm each.

All the petals are made in the same way.

First, fold a strip in a half.

Cut off a corner...

...burn the edge...

...and press it (to glue it).

Fold the sides to the middle.

Burn the edge and press it.

Make 15 petals out of bigger strips...

...and 36 petals out of smaller strips.

Take a CD and glue the first row of petals. Use the big petals.

Glue the small petals between the big petals.

Make another row out of small petals.

Next, glue 6 small petals to the center.

Hide the center by using a felt circle.

Hide the edge of circle by using rhinestones.

And it's done.

This candle holder will be a beautiful decoration for Christmas table.

Of course you can use other color of ribbons.

lot of you might know how this works but if you jump first of all we have a board

here and both of us will have the same ingredients in front of us and say

Maddie she picks an ingredient and then I have to use my telepathy powers think

of what really picked but before we get started don't forget to subscribe to be

the glues and we have white glue and clear glue and I'm gonna choose this one

okay um well I don't know what she's gonna pick this kind of cuz she went

both of me I sent it to you I think she's pretty sure she did I have um I

have a good feeling she did four so what did you pick wait live yes oh my gosh

would you guys so good right now yes we're off to a good start

I had a feeling about both of these glues cuz Maddy likes clear glue a lot

cuz she thinks it's very pretty this stuff but she also likes white glue so

that was really tough for me I guess what got hit like this so I think this

yeah I'm glad I got her a the next ingredients we have are the paint and we

have green red and blue and I know what I'm gonna pick through this because I

don't want to give it away but I'm gonna pick this one oh this one I picked red

oh my gosh we did it we did it we're doing so good let's keep this going

night let's keep let's keep this up okay I'm gonna see such a pretty red

yeah no I meant I don't know if this right is good cuz I wanted to see if it

turn pink said only wanted to paint because white and red like make a pink

well this is a perfect red oh my gosh man you're doing so good right now

I know so next we have to clear and we have sequence star sequence green

glitter and this white glitter I'm gonna pick this okay first of all I don't

think maybe I pick this one cuz this is not one of her favorite colors and I

don't think this one either so that leaves us down to white glitter we're

doing this oh my goodness I guess you can cause twins we got everything right

so far oh my goodness this is so pretty okay this is no joke with the glitter is

literally kind of activating my glue did you have too much

no what it kind of activated the next ingredients are Christmas come Betty red

pom-poms and some jet and I will be picking so I'm gonna go for this one

I hope she guesses right cuz there's a I think it's a tough one for her okay so I

know she's never like this so that's gone it's up to bitch - I think she

didn't pick this up the jet oh my gosh I'm done here I'm done here my mind is

wool like how do we fit how did we do that

that is crazy yeah this is oh my god I think this might be one of the best

quintile of the fees we've gone together tis we might get them all right who

knows because but it's so good

this is so pretty oh my gosh it's super

yeah okay so next we have these little glitter pebbles and we have some snow

and I'm gonna choose this one oh my gosh this is so tough because Maddie václav

loves glitter it I pretty sure she's like snow too

so I'm gonna go with snow no I did not you're pranking me no you did it kid to

kid she got it right guys this there's literally no cheating I don't know how

we're doing this like how this is impossible I like the snow someone out

of it you don't want to touch it I was gonna feel that never made sign with a

bunch of snow in it no never on to our last two videos and we have clay and

shaving cream they're bold and I'm thinking and they're both gonna make our

signs like a pink color but I'm gonna go for this hmm can you send me it

sent this we're going so good to look we're getting everything right and now

look at this I cannot believe you Maddie it wasn't my fault okay so I know put

this on the side save for later with my swirl and I'm gonna mixed my shaving

cream okay I kind of didn't want any of these because my so much really all

right now like it oh goodness I have a pink too much shaving cream oh I think I

had too much shaving cream I guess it will be very fluffy I'm gonna add more

red paint to my birthday it's turning back it's turning back to

its color so now we we have between the tie or

magic activator and I'm gonna pick this one I'm gonna pick this until it is jk

jk other thing is that gonna pour it in mine reminds me like of a slushie

because of snow immediately look like it looks cool I'm adding my clay in oh my

gosh like I'm smashing it it in here and it feels so weird oh very nice mine's a

cloud fine oh is it turning out nice too little

rubber at the epic switch clay ready for the big reveal

yeah okay oh my gosh here it is like like - make it more like

a pink and mine more like a red yeah like uh you notice under more red we

only go one wrong which is the clay and shaving foam we did so good

no I just might be the best twin telepathy child ever done I normally get

like five along with somebody I think our telepathic skills are improving

I'm so happy of what my son turned out to be it has a weird texture it is like

all these like gems in it and like so much snow I added like the whole thing

so whoa but here these gems are falling out of I don't know I do not like the I

had way too much let's see the comparison Wow mine's a lot darker than

yours yeah that is very dark it's because I added so much pain try bubble

yeah my meter bubble we both did really good we just have one

one wrong we hope you guys enjoyed this video and today she asked us to DeLeon

The Detroit Lions have been without wide receiver Marvin Jones for the past two games due to a knee injury.

Unfortunately, it seems his knee hasn't improved to the point where the team expects him back anytime soon, as the call was made for him to be placed on the shelf for the rest of the season.

Following the news, it leads to some major fantasy football implications.

While it's been tough to find wideouts on the waiver wire as of late (depending on the week), you may be able to find a replacement who's already on the Detroit roster.

Bruce Ellington a Top Fantasy Football Replacement.

While Jones had tallied 508 yards and five touchdowns this season, we've already started to see his replacement emerge.

It was expected that Jones would become a focal point of the Lions passing game, along with Kenny Golladay, but it'll now be Bruce Ellington who should hold down that role.

Ellington was acquired by the Lions just two games ago, and he's hit the ground running with his new team.

Although the 27-year-old was fairly quiet to start the season with the Houston Texans, he's received 16 targets over his first two games in Detroit.

This has led to Ellington pulling down six passes in each game for 80 yards.

While Ellington's yardage hasn't been overly-incredible, he's still a strong addition in point-per-reception fantasy leagues.

It's also worth noting that he actually played fewer snaps than TJ Jones in Week 11, per Football Outsiders, playing 33 to his teammate's 45 (Week 12 snap counts aren't out yet).

Although Jones has seen the higher number of snaps, it certainly doesn't make him the more appealing fantasy pick up.

Jones, who's currently in his fourth NFL season, has received just one target in each of the past two games and has only seen more than two targets one time, which came back in Week 1.

He's caught eight passes for 78 yards total on the season.

Ellington is the player you'll want to target as an addition for your fantasy team moving forward, specifically in PPR leagues.

He makes sense in all leagues where you need a wide receiver, though, as six catches likely won't result in just 28 yards all that often, as it did in Week 12.

that it's falling through because of some last-minute objection? Today we're

gonna talk about how to make you a stronger salesperson by working on

overcoming objections.

Hey everybody! My name's Nick Bianco. I'm the director of

sales for ReminderMedia. Today we're going to cover four quick tips to

hopefully make you a better sales rep towards the end of your sales process

when those objections creep in. The first thing we want to talk about today: don't

get scared. It sounds so simple, but every sale has

objections. If objections weren't part of the sales process everybody would be in

sales. This is your chance to show how good of a sales rep you are, so know that

that objections gonna, come and be prepared. That's our second tip right now.

Be prepared. You know that there's three to five objections in any sale that

you're automatically going to get. Don't worry about the random ones that creep

up, those ones are not going to be the majority of the things you have to deal

with. It's things like the partner, I have to check my budget, let me think about it;

those are the ones you're gonna get on a constant basis so make sure you have

your script, practice it, and be prepared to deliver your rebuttal to that

objection. The third tip: be confident. This is the point in the buying process

where your buyer is actually starting to get a little fearful. They're not sure if

they want to move forward. They're a little less confident. You need

to be confident for them. They need reassurance at this point, do not waver

at this point. Be confident. Stand your ground. Tell them that they're in good

hands. And then lastly, with our fourth tip, make

sure you ask for the order. So many reps freeze in this moment. They give their

prospect more time to think about all the reasons they shouldn't move forward.

If you can transition from your rebuttal into asking for the order again, you're

gonna show your prospects how confident you are that they're making a smart

decision with choosing to work with you today. So there you have it. Four quick

tips to hopefully help you deal with objections better in your day to day
