hi and good morning this mujahid aldhaif

whenever i say im going to ethiopia i recieve this reaction

why are you going to ethiopia

why are you going to ethiopia

why are you going to ethiopia ?

but when you know what ethiopia has to offer

and its tourism potential

you will be happy to visit

lets talk in this video about the things which you need as a tourist going to ethiopia

when i posted Malaysian info video , i got a comment from a guy called

arif al naqeeb

great information but we need more clarification starting from

airport , transport , prices

hotel prices for different types

food prices , how do you spend you day and night

and tour plans , you can post it in different videos

according to your prespective

and thank you so much

oko bro arif , this info video will be with more information about ethiopia

in my previous videos

people were saying in the comment section

you didnt talk much about ethiopia

so in this video , there will be only information

its not a vlog

but an information video about Ethiopia

number 1

as a saudi tourist you need visa for ethiopia unfortunately

there are 2 ways to issue an ethiopian visa

1- through the Ethiopian embassy

2- e-visa

through thier website

it takes usually less than 24 hours to issue

this is the website you can issue an ethiopian e-visa

for other countries

many countries dont need visa to visit ethiopia

others can take it from the airport

you as a tourist check about your passport requirement before you come

it costs around 100 riyals for e-visa

200-250 through the embassy

no.2 , the currency is called Birr

one birr is equal to

this is XE website for currencies , they say one riyal

equals 7.5 birr now in 2018

so its 7.5 to 8 bir for each riyal

3 , transportation

you have many options , one ,

public buses

i dont recommend them

2- the blue taxies

which has a cultural background to it

old taxis , dated to 50s and 60s of the previous century

and its still working somehow

if you want a unique experience , and a cheap option , try them

but my advice would be to take

the yellow taxis , which are safer but a bit expensive

finally you also have the option to rent a private car and with driver

and he will take you around

and will take approximately 1000 birr

4, ethiopian economy

the primary income source is from

exporting coffee

the origin of coffee in the world is from ethiopia

if ethiopia was not there you wouldnt be drinking coffee now

5, weather

addis ababa is usually cold , why is that ?

its at 2450 feet above sea level

and its considered the 4th highest capital city in the world

thats why its cold

outside addis its usually warmer

you would need a t shirt in addis ababa

and pants plus a light jacket for cold nights

the weather in ethiopia

is variable , you can find hot places and cold ones

and the hottest place in the world is here in ethiopia

here

the rainy season is june july and august

lots of rain

summer vocation time

if you come in this time , be prepared

dry season is november december and january

little rain falls

the tourism here is based on historical and cultural aspect

dont forget that

ethiopia is the first country in the world

the story goes that when King solomon married

queen Balqees they had a son named Menelik I

menelik I travelled from Jerusalem to Ethiopia

and he was the first emperor of ethiopia

and after him all rulers were from his decent

thats why all Ethiopian Emperors

were decendant of Menelik and hence Solomon

this is in the history books

is it true or not , we dont know

Balqees in ethiopian culture named Makeeda

and not Balqees

Balqees is taken from a word

in greek language means Maiden

looks like Balqees's name was Makeeda

the last emperor of Ethiopia was Haile Selassie

he died in the 70s of the previous century

and then the country became a democratic country

so dont be surprised to know that there a lot of Historical places in Ethiopia

old places and churches

its said that the first , bible is here as well

African Jews are living only in Ethiopia

there is no other african country which has African jews except Ethiopia

ethiopia is considered 2nd largest populated african country

after nigeria

100 million

7 , ethiopia is one of the cheapest countries for tourism

average meal

will cost you 10 riyals saudi

also the hotels are cheaper

compared to other countries

i cant tell you exactly the prices

every hotel is different according to the season and facilities

so i cant precisely tell

4 stars approximately cost you 100-200 riyals per night

5 stars

300-400

hotels change their prices from time to time

even in the same stars categories

there are 4 stars cheap , and others expensive

the Sheraton is a hotel where all the Diplomats stay in

when they come to ethiopia

and its the most expensive hotel in Ethiopia

in my Vlog of Uganda i said

the nile originates from Victoria lake

a lot of people attacked me

and started saying , it originates from ethiopia and not Uganda

look for the reality guys

nile has 2 origins , White nile, and Blue nile

white nile originates from Victoria lake in uganda

from Jinja

the second origin is from Lake Tana in ethiopia

and its called the blue nile

they travel together and unite in sudan

and travel to egypt, and that's the reality

this was a short information video on ethiopia

if you like it please share it with all your friends

and subscribe to the channel

this is Mujahid Aldhaif , ill see you later

bye

the hotel i stayed in ill leave a link in the description

fun watch

one last information

the word Ethiopia is taken from two greek words

which means burned faces because they thought

the sun sets in ethiopia everyday and burns the faces of people

and that's why they have desserts

that's what the greek thought back in the day

I call Ethiopia , a land of smiles !

5 Ways To Pamper Yourself At Home | DIY At Home Spa Day | Pamper Routine - Duration: 4:22.

With all the stresses of everyday life

it's important that we take some time out for ourselves.

Pampering doesn't always need to come with

a heavy price tag, or include an entire day

spent at the spa.

You can enjoy some quality me time

in the comfort of your own home.

After all,

whether you're a working woman,

stay at home mom or a new bride

everyone deserves a break!

Hi, I'm Tanisha and today I'm going to share with you

5 uber-relaxing ways that you can pamper yourself right at home.

It's so nice to place our tired hands and feet in a warm soak,

especially when you've been working all day long.

But going to the salon or spa daily

is not an easy option for most of us right?

So here's a Glamrs approved Home Spa DIY!

Dissolve ½ a cup of epsom salt

and a few drops of eucalyptus oil in a small tub

and then soak your hands and feet for about 15-20 minutes

and then massage in small circular motions.

This soothing and moisturising soak

will immediately refresh your aching limbs

and is a great way to indulge in some lavish self pampering!

One of the most relaxing ways

to indulge in some pampering

is to use an aromatic, indulging body lotion

right after you shower or before you head to bed.

We used Nivea's Oil In Lotion

because it has a great combination of precious natural oils,

a delicate fragrance and it really feels super lux.

It will also moisturise your skin for 24 hours leaving it

soft and smooth all day long!

All in all, apart from being an indulgent little secret,

it's also a perfect addition to your daily moisturising routine.

Plus, it comes in 3 variants

Rose & Argan Oil,

Vanilla & Almond oil and our favourite

Cherry Blossom in Jojoba Oil.

Everyone and I mean everyone will agree to this when I say

A good face mask is all you need

to instantly transport you to the magical land of calm

and it is a simple yet fancy way

to nourish your skin and rejuvenate your senses.

For this magic face mask,

combine one tablespoon of matcha green tea

and a few drops of rosewater.

Mix well until you get a thick paste

that's easy to spread onto your skin.

Let it set for 20 minutes

and then wipe off with a warm, wet towel.

This little concoction will not only

hydrate and moisturise your face

but will also exfoliate and brighten your dull skin.

So just sit back, relax and let it work it's magic!

Any pampering spa treatment

is incomplete without a great massage,

that makes you fall asleep.

While we can't help with the falling asleep part,

we do have an at home soothing massage routine

that will have you melting like butter in your own hands!

Place both hands on either side of your head and

apply some light pressure at the base of your skull.

as you massage in a circular motion.

And then pull the skin on your scalp forwards

slightly with your thumbs.

Do this for a couple of minutes for the ultimate tension release.

Now you can fall asleep and dream of things that make you happy!

As we all know food makes everything better

and I'm sure most of you will agree.

Now during self care one ought to feel relaxed

and what's a better way to loosen up than

to indulge in some fancy foods like

chocolate, strawberries and avocados.

These foods will not only help you relax

but they are also amazing mood lifters that will

refresh your mind and help you get your mojo back!

This, is the best way to end your pampering session.

Having a spa day at home

can be just as relaxing and amazing

as a day spent some place fancy and expensive.

So, pick out time when you won't have any interruptions,

turn off your mobile phone,

light some candles to set the scene

and I'm sure this will become your indulgence routine.

I'm Tanisha, thanks for watching

and I'll see you next time with more useful tips.

Until then stay tuned and stay Glamrs.

Stop asking questions: why you should stop asking questions to your customers - Duration: 5:27.

Hello everyone, my name is Riccardo Osti and on a daily basis I help the world's largest

brands become more successful by investing in the consumer experience.

Today's video is very important to me because I will talk about something that I often discuss

with my colleagues and with my clients.

In this video, I will tell you why you should stop asking questions to your customers right

now.

It is a common practice for companies to send out surveys and questionnaires to their clients.

You can think of the ones that you receive via email after a flight, after you rent a

car, or after you purchase something online.

Usually, in these emails, there is a link that redirects you to a long and predetermined

list of questions.

Another possibility is that the link in the email redirects us to a page where we need

to give a score to the company, and then fill in a survey.

In this case, I am referring to the NPS or Net promoter score.

We'll dive into this later...but basically brands use it to determine how likely you

are to recommend them to someone else.

So, let's summarise it.

You have an experience with a brand, you receive an email with a link to a long list of questions.

In some of these surveys, you are also asked to evaluate whether you would recommend the

brand to others and put it on a scale from zero to ten.

I would like to talk about the questions first.

One thing that companies should always protect is our freedom.

As a customer, I want to say whatever I want, in the form that I like the most and in the

time that's more convenient for me.

So, the fact, that a company asks me to tell them what they want to know, and not to hear

what I would voluntarily say it's already building a wall between us.

On average customers talk about 2-3 aspects when they freely comment about an experience

with a product or service.

So when I see surveys with ten or more questions I immediately ask myself why should I talk

about something that I wouldn't normally mention.

The big problem here is that brands want answers to questions that are not interesting from

a customer perspective.

Companies want us to judge on certain topics, without knowing if these topics are relevant

for us or not.

So, if you work at a company that sends out surveys with, let's say, five or more questions

in them, you are adding a lot of bias to the answers.

It is much better not to know what customers think about a topic, rather than receiving

a misleading answer.

Isn't it?

Some time ago I was judging at the international Consumer experience awards here in Amsterdam,

and I asked a manager of a big company why he was sending out these surveys with 10 questions.

He told me that each of the stakeholders that put together the budget for the project wanted

at least to one or two specific questions in it.

Maybe a part of their bonus was connected to the performance related to these answers...who

knows?!

This was just an example of how you, as a manager, can easily add bias and compromise

the understanding of your customers, making the investment a waste of money and time.

Earlier in this video we spoke about the Net promoter score...well the so-called NPS usually

lies on top of all the questions of these surveys and it's a score between 0 and 10.

It is supposed to determine how likely we would recommend the product or the experience

to someone else.

So, not only brands are asking us to give answers on topics that we don't care about,

but they are also asking us to imagine how we would behave with others.

It's pretty clear that this would add even more bias to the result, isn't it?

You may say, Ok Riccardo, you are telling me that asking questions is wrong, that asking

customers to imagine what they would do in the future is also wrong….but then, what

can I do to make it right?

The answer is simple, however, it comes with some technical challenges: you have to ask

your customers only one question that is: Can you please tell me whatever you want about

your experience with us?

By doing this you give freedom to the respondent.

Customers can finally say what they want, when they want, in the form they like the

best.

You cannot force them to tell you what you want to hear if they don't want to say it.

If you respect customers, they will provide you with the most meaningful insights.

In fact, as a manager, your goal shouldn't be to put together the best questions but

to find the best way to interpret the free opinions that will come your way.

How to do this?

Not easy, but I promise, I'll make some videos about it.

If you don't want to miss them, please subscribe to my channel.

I hope you liked the video, and I look forward to receiving your comments bellow.

Have a great day and see you soon

Ciao
