Are you looking for an easy way to share a Google Form on your website? Well keep
watching in this video I'll walk you through how you can embed a Google Form
on your WordPress website and share it with your audience. Now by default
WordPress has some great form builders such as WP forms that you can use on
your website but sometimes you need something that you can share that's
outside of your website say in an email or on Facebook or something like that
and using Google Forms is an easy way to do that. So to get started let's go ahead
and create the form on Google, to do that you want to go to google.com/forms
to get started. You can see you have a few different templates that you can
choose from or we can just click blank and we'll start from scratch. From here
you can just give it a title, you can give it a description, and start off with
all the questions that you have. As you see here anything that we name as the
title it automatically selects what you might need so we'll put name here and so
it turns into a text area so people can add text. Next we'll add email and when I
click enter it's asking do we want to allow email address information and
we're saying yes. Next you can create a question and over
here you can select the drop-down to choose what type of question you want
whether it be multiple choice or single answer, fill out all the options, and then
once we're done let's go up here and click send. Once we click send we
actually want to have embed so we're going to click on the little brackets
here and we want to copy this bit of code so let's click copy. You can see it
copied to my clipboard and now that we have it copied and we have a new form
created we can go to our website so we can add it to our post or a page where
we want it to go. So let's head over to our WordPress dashboard. From our
dashboard you can create a page or a post I'm going to do a post for this so
we'll go to posts, add new, and down here in the text editor area we want to make
sure we're not in visual we want to go into the text part so that we can right
click and paste that code that we copied
and you see as soon as we paste it it goes right here. Once we do that we can save
it or we can publish it, I'll click publish, and then we can view the post on
our website to see it in action and now you've successfully added a Google Form

Today on The Stay At Home Chef I'm showing you how to make
Authentic Cacio e Pepe
I just got back from a trip to Italy and I wanted to share with you
some of the authentic Italian pasta dishes that I came across in my travels
Today I'm showing you how to make a Cacio e Pepe which is a very simple
pasta dish with just a few ingredients and it's all about the technique so I'm
going to walk you through every single step. To start out you'll need to bring a
large pot of water to a boil on the stove. As the water is coming to a boil
you'll want to salt it with 1 tablespoon of salt. We're gonna use some of the
water that we cook the pasta in later so it's important to season it with the
right amount of salt. Next we're gonna cook our pasta and for this you'll need
tonarrelli pasta which is a thick long round pasta but it can be a little bit
hard to find in the United States. If you can't find tanarelli you can use just a
thick spaghetti noodle. You'll want to cook your pasta for the indicated time
on the package directions. You'll want to cook up an entire pound of pasta and I
like to use tongs and give it an occasional stir to make sure the pasta
doesn't stick together. Just before the pasta is finished cooking you'll want to
reserve about 1 cup of that pasta water. As the pasta cooks the water gets all
starchy and flavorful and this is exactly what we need to make our sauce
so you want to make sure you reserve some and set it aside. Then we're gonna
use some tongs and instead of draining the pasta in a colander you're gonna
remove it directly from the pot and place it into a large mixing bowl. Then
we need to work quickly on this next part so watch closely. You'll need
1 1/2 cups of grated pecorino Romano cheese. Sprinkle that over your
pasta. Add in about 2 tablespoons of freshly cracked pepper and then start
adding in -- I'll say about a quarter cup-- of that reserved pasta water and mix
this together quickly. The heat from the pasta will melt the cheese and form a
little sauce with the pasta water. Add a little bit more water slowly as you stir
I like to add the entire cup so that you get a real sauce and you don't have a
dry pasta. The trick on this is to work quickly so that your cheese
doesn't clump up into one giant melted cheese ball. You should end up with a
nice cheesy peppery pasta. Serve this up immediately while it's still hot and top
it off with a little bit more of that grated pecorino Romano cheese.

How To Make Sweet Potato Cakes ~ Leftover Mashed Sweet Potatoes Recipe - Duration: 2:33.
These are more than potato cakes, they are sweet potato cakes. I'm Tess and
tonight I'm making an easy and delicious side dish of sweet potato cakes. Stay tuned.

This is a great recipe for leftover sweet potatoes and I'm using
two medium-sized baked sweet potatoes from last night's dinner. If you're in a
pinch you can also use canned sweet potatoes. I peeled off the skins and I'm
roughly smashing the potatoes with a fork. Adding in an egg and some finely
chopped green onions. For the seasonings I'm adding in some salt, black pepper,
parsley, poultry seasoning and a little cayenne pepper for a little kick. I'm
also adding in a little flour to help hold it all together. Giving that a good
mix to get all combined. You can add the seasonings that you like. In the past
I've used chives, dill, thyme and Cajun seasonings just to name a few. I've also
add a little cheese like cheddar or even some cream cheese. The beauty is that you
can adjust this recipe to your liking. In my cast-iron pan on medium low heat
I'm adding in some butter and olive oil. You don't want your heat to high as you
want the sweet potato cakes to cook through and not burn. I'm spooning in
some of the mixture and slightly flattening out. You don't want to make
the cakes too big. These sweet potato cakes will take about two to three
minutes on each side to cook through.
Serving tonight with some baked chicken. You can serve the sweet potato cakes as
they are or top with some chopped onions, sour cream or, tonight I'm pouring over a
little gravy. The potato cakes are flavorful and a great side dish for any meal.
Make them your own with the seasonings that you like. I hope you give
these sweet potato cakes a try and enjoy.

I was recently asked at an event that I was
speaking at by someone who was having a little bit of trouble comprehending how
manifesting works, how it was possible for them to bend space and time...
Ok, so I want to make this as simple as possible...
Quantum Physics has already
proven that waves become particles and particles can become waves...
Now, your thoughts are waves so when you have a thought and you set an intention around
that thought, you create a vibration that you then send out into the universe...
It depends on what your thought and intention were as to the vibration that you create...
Say, for example, you're really worried about something and you've got
that churning feeling in your stomach, you're going to create a lower vibration
than, say, if you had a happy thought and you're really excited about it...
Your vibrational waves then head out into the universe and they will attract particles
that are on that same vibration which is why you'll always attract what you've
been thinking about and how you've been feeling about it...
Now, when it comes to bending space and time, it's important to be aware that your manifestation doesn't
occur at the moment that it appears in your life...it actually occurs at the
moment that you have that thought and you set the intention so it's really
important to become aware of what you're thinking what you're feeling and the
vibration that you're creating...
And once you've created the right vibration and
you can hold on to that vibration knowing full well that what you want is
coming to you, that's when you can bend space and time to create the life that you want...
That's when the particles of the universe start getting busy to
rearrange everything to create the future that you want...
The trick is to hold the vibration without actually trying to hold on to the vibration
because it's once you start trying to hold on to the vibration that you're
actually going to stuff things up...
All you need to do is to lock in your intention, know that what you want is coming to you and
then let it go...
Be indifferent as to whether it happens or not...
Now, you might ask, 'But if I'm indifferent, doesn't that mean I'm
telling the universe that I don't want what I want?'
The answer is no because when you know that what you want is coming to you, you don't have to give it
any more effort at all you simply know that it's going to happen and you expect
it to happen but you're also okay if it doesn't happen...
Why does manifesting have to be so confusing?!!!
But, honestly...when you master that part, that's when things start happening for you...
You may not get what you want the way you expect it to but the universe
will find a way to bring it to you...
Opportunities will start to come up that
will lead you in the right direction... you'll start to meet the right people...
It's then up to you to notice these messages from the universe and to take
the aligned action even if it scares you...
You can see the end result in your
mind's eye and you know with all your being that what you want is coming to you...
You know that the universe is busy with those particles rearranging
everything to bend space to bend time and to bring what you want to you...
You have the power to create anything that you want right here, right inside of you...
You are a magical conscious creator...
Badass!

have to rush, you won't have to rearrange anything...you will just know that
everything will work out at exactly the right time and in perfect order...

What Can I Do If Workers' Compensation Denies My Case? - Duration: 4:04.
Hi there.
My name's Jason Perkins, and I'd like to welcome you to another episode of my Georgia workers'
compensation video series.
I'm a Georgia Workers' Compensation attorney and in this series, I try to provide you with
helpful information about the rules of Georgia's Workers' Compensation law.
Today I want to talk to you about something that can happen at the beginning of your workers'
compensation case, and that may be that the insurance company notifies you that they are
going to deny your case.
Now you may receive this notification in either a phone call, or through a form that the insurance
company or a letter they send you in the mail.
And so I'm going to try to answer the question, what should you do if the insurance company
denies your case, or what can you do?
Well, you can contest that denial.
And there's a couple potential ways that you can do that.
One is by requesting a hearing, I'm specifically talking about under Georgia law, you can file
a hearing request with the Georgia State Board of Workers' Compensation.
You request that hearing by filing what's called a form WC-14, which is a hearing request.
And on that form, you can indicate what benefits that you're requesting.
You can, in Georgia there's three basic types of workers' compensation benefits, temporary
total disability benefits, your medical benefits, and permanent partial disability benefits.
If the insurance company completely denies your case, you can request a hearing to ask
whatever benefits you should receive.
So if you've missed time from work, and qualify for them, you can ask for temporary total
disability benefits.
If you have had medical treatment that the insurance company should've paid for, you
can ask for those benefits as well.
So that's one way that you can approach things.
Another way that you can approach the denial of your case is by contacting the insurance
company and asking them to reconsider.
You could discuss why they've denied your case, and possibly provide them with additional
information that would have them change your opinion.
So that's another way that you can approach things.
What I would certainly encourage you to do if the insurance company denies your case
is to reach out to a Georgia Workers' Compensation attorney.
Workers' compensation attorneys generally specialize in workers' compensation cases,
and they'll be able to talk to you about kind of what the best approach to take with your
specific denial is, whether it would be going ahead and requesting a hearing, or whether
it would be talking to the insurance company.
And if you decided that you wanted to get them involved, they could handle those things
for you.
They could, might could talk to the insurance company and hopefully convince them to accept
your case.
Or if it's necessary, they could request the hearing, and I would certainly encourage you
that if you're going to go to a hearing about your case, it's almost always best to have
a workers' compensation attorney representing you.
There's special rules when it comes to workers' compensation court, and if you don't know
those rules and aren't familiar with them, you're going to be at a disadvantage.

to be bestowed only by an elder to someone they consider their children.
In fact, it is another form of wishing goodness, wellness, and happiness to the one you truly

our lives, including �casual relationships.� Really, can relationships be �casual�
in nature?
We think that the whole concept of �live-in relationships� is that people don�t want
to be obligated to, or responsible for their partner anymore.
However, those who truly see you as an integral part of their lives, not only as of now, but
always, are likely to bestow these soft pecks of sweet nothings on you, especially when
they want to convey that they will always be by your side, protecting you responsibly
all along.
A forehead kiss is kissing your soul The third eye chakra is considered to be the
gateway to your soul, and is located in the middle of the forehead.
Therefore, kissing there may symbolize that the person is actually kissing your soul.

Invariably, this denotes that this bond is beyond the body, or at least, that is how
he/she views it, as a connection that has been formed by loving your mind and soul.
Other possible meanings Depending upon the stage of relationship that

a great friend, or that there is a platonic affection that exists.
No matter what it denotes, it is a gesture that both starts and ends a relationship,

sarcastic taunts about being kissed on the forehead.
In fact, for some, it may mean nothing at all.
However, for those who embrace every little action that is shared with a loved one, a
forehead kiss is the most purest form of affection for sure.
Honestly, a forehead kiss from a girl tells you that she will gladly wrap you in her arms
and be your strength in all the ups and downs of life.
On the other hand, when a guy kisses your forehead (which is a rare event), it means
he doesn�t just love you, he has fallen in love with you!
The innocence and selflessness that this gesture portrays is unmatchable to any other kiss,
as you know that the person truly loves you for your mind and heart, and isn�t just
around for sex or money.
