Waching daily Apr 30 2018

After a troll lashed out at Sarah Silverman and called her the c-word on

Twitter, the normally biting comedian turned the tables.

And after Silverman looked through the trolls timeline, which revealed he was suffering with severe

back pain, Silverman responded: "I believe in you. I read your timeline and I see

what you're doing & your rage is thinly veiled pain. But you know that. I

know this feeling. Ps my back f***ing sux too. see what happens when you

choose love. I see it in you."

The other tweeter must have been quite surprised by her response.

He let his guard down and opened up:

"I can't choose love. A man that resembles Kevin Spacey took that away when I was 8..."

Silverman went on to ask if he uses heroin.

The tweeter replied, explaining that he

smokes weed and takes prescription meds. Silverman then sent him a list of

support groups who might help him after comforting him with: "And you don't deserve

punishment. You deserve support." And the man agreed...

After asking for permission to retweet, Sarah reached out the community to help him

with this back pain and was greeted with responses...

... as was the outpouring of admiration: "This is honestly one of the nicest and truly decent gestures I've

ever seen a human being much less a celebrity give to another human being."

wrote one follower. "Your heart and character are as big as your talent."

But forever modestm Sarah Silverman pointed out that her behavior should not be

congratulated it should just be normal.

After the tweeter finally went in for consultation, an MRI showed he has five

herniated disks and he said the Silverman had offered to pay for his

medical costs. He created a GoFundMe page with a $150 goal

to pay for his doctor's visits. Thirteen people raised $450.

He said Silverman's support has motivated him and is now planning on donating the

money to other San Antonians who need help.

CSM vs PMI-ACP - Duration: 4:26.

okay and what are the acceptability of this certification

when it comes yes we have to compare it then with ACP because I believe that

ACP this agile certified practitioner is going to cover all the methodologies which are

being used with an agile and scrum is one of them if we say so yeah so we move

forward no before I move forward let me explain where the CSM certificate may

give the the market advantage and example at acceptability in software

industry there are many organizations who are using scrum so they may not be

using 100% of the scrum but they are using part of which or trying to use

scrum and on those and all those organization do need people who are

knowledgeable about scrum as I said certification gives a one level of trust

that the person might be knowing it because he has some certificate saying

that so the people the people who are certified or probably get the calls and

they may get interviewed and they get discussed about things so the in the

environment your scrum is getting used certified scrum master is is the popular

certificate which like right in the end it would be say majority of agile

implementation because some form is scrum is use there and another thing is

recruiters especially in US are quite familiar with this particular certificate so you don't

know much when they have to call someone they just look for that Buddhist person

has a certified scrum master if he has it then the call and the further

conversation starts now we move to PMI ACP so which is like transitioning bit

is it okay ? If I move to PMI ACP, So the PMI ACP is the detailed programme on Agile

Okay? So it is like yo can say Agile in Project management. How to Deal

with projects using a agile kind of approaches now the scrum as an

individual framework is a Product development framework it does not cater

to project environment it is like the product is there you keep building it

you keep building it till the time you are making money out of it there is

no more project charter there is no boundary there is no reporting to an external

customer the basic basic framework is primary meant for Product Development

there's a separate case that people end up adding a lot of things to make it work in

a project context where the pmi-acp is looking at various a agile approaches in a

project context this is okay in a given project you may need to work with mixing

of many approaches it's possible that you start the project in very

traditional way but you execute it in a scrum way it's possible that you may

still doing scrum but your stakeholder needs all those monitoring and control

reports because you are type of project so that is the advantage of pmi-acp that

it brings up prospective will various agile approaches may come in in picture

disadvantage with pmi-acp as a content is unlike Tim Bach

unlike scrum it does not give you a very like blind date approach it doesn't say

that you start here you do this you do this you do this and reaching to the target so there's no one prescribed path it

gives you many possible paths and some ideas and let you decide which path you

want to take for your agile journey so so that's the the content detail off of

pmi-acp so it does focus is on Kanban it does focuses on hybrid approach of agile

where you end up mixing agile with other approaches and scrum definitely

constitutes majority of it and it does get into other supporting approaches

like agile estimation , agile planning which many time you end up

learning in a certified scrum master class as well so this is whatever you

will learn in two days certified scrum master class will be useful for pmi-acp

but you need to add a little bit more to it

forward your questions

Clockify Tutorial 1.4. Adding Time by Duration - Duration: 1:16.

You can also add time by duration.

Just switch to timer mode,

enter duration here

and click start, which will add the time

just like in the manual mode.

You can also enter duration in decimal format,

and Clockify will convert it to a clock format.

You'll notice that,

when you type a number lower than 60

in decimal format,

for example 5,

the duration added will be shown in minutes.

So, you've just added 5 minutes.

Also, when you type a number higher than 60

in decimal format,

for example 75,

the duration added will be shown

in hours and minutes,

so you've just added 1 hour and 15 minutes.

As a third option, in adding time by duration,

you can simply add a whole number,

and Clockify will automatically convert it to clock format.

Clockify Tutorial 1.1. Adding Time in the Timer Mode - Duration: 1:26.

Welcome everyone!

Today, we're going to show you how to add time entries

in Clockify and how to organize them.

Let's start with how you can add time entries.

In Clockify, you can add time

in the timer mode,

you can add it manually,

or, you can add time by duration.

Now, the first time you open Clockify,

you'll see the time tracker page.

This is where you and your team track and review time.

You'll notice that the timer mode

is your default mode.

Currently, our list of time entries is empty,

so let's add our first time entry.

First, we'll type what we're working on.

And then start the timer.

Let's say we've finished working.

We'll click end,

and the entry will be added

to our list of time entries bellow.

Clockify records start time,

end time,

today's date,

and duration automatically.

For more infomation >> Clockify Tutorial 1.1. Adding Time in the Timer Mode - Duration: 1:26.

-------------------------------------------

Clockify Tutorial 1.7. Creating and Adding Tags - Duration: 0:43.

You can also tag time entries with custom keywords,

so they're easier to filter out

or group in reports.

For example, you can tag time entries with type of activity,

like project management or coding,

and later analyse types of activities

that took most of your time.

But, before we can add tags,

we first have to create them.

We go to "Tags",

enter name,

and add.

Now, we can go to the time tracker page,

and select the tag.

For more infomation >> Clockify Tutorial 1.7. Creating and Adding Tags - Duration: 0:43.

-------------------------------------------

Clockify Tutorial 1.8. Categorizing Clients and Projects - Duration: 1:42.

You can also categorize time entries

by client and project.

But first, we need to add a client,

and create a project.

We add clients in the "Clients" section,

and, then go to projects to create a new project

once we have named our project, we can select

the client we've just added.

We can also choose the color of our project.

This color coding is useful

when we're dealing with multiple projects at a time,

as we can easily recognize what activity is linked with

what project on the time tracker page,

because the projects' names differ in color.

Now that we've created a project,

we can go to the time tracker page,

and select it.

In Clockify, a client can have multiple projects,

but, a project can belong to only one client.

This means, you can organize projects around clients,

who can be anyone,

from customers and accountants,

to departments and teams.

Those were the time tracking basics,

for more advanced stuff,

like adding time to a running timer,

check out our Help section.

For more infomation >> Clockify Tutorial 1.8. Categorizing Clients and Projects - Duration: 1:42.

-------------------------------------------

Clockify Tutorial 1.5. The Headers - Duration: 0:39.

As you can see, all time entries

are grouped by date.

And when we add another time entry for today

it appears under today's header.

Also, notice how the header shows

the total tracked time for that day.

This is useful to know, if you have a daily work limit,

and what to know how much

you've worked that day.
