Aim Higher: Learn from the World's Best Marketing Campaigns - Duration: 3:17.

In this video, I'm going to show you how to learn from the best marketing

campaigns in the world. But first, my name is Eric Siu, I am the co-host of the

daily Marketing School podcast with my co-host Neil Patel and the host of the

weekly entrepreneurial podcast Growth Everywhere. So, how do you learn from the

world's best marketing campaigns? So the first thing that you should do is you

look for inspiration. If you're looking for inspiration around the world's best

email Drip campaigns, you can go to emaildrips.com, wow! And then the second thing

is if you're looking for some of the world's best landing pages you could go

to landingfolio.com and you can look at different funnels how they're set up

you can also go to swiped dot CEO that's going to give you more copy around sales

copy where you can kind of swipe and look at it that's why it's called swipe

CEO now the other things you can look at as well is if I'm looking for more kind

of design focused campaigns I can go to dribble comm you can also go to Behance

as well you can see what these companies are doing from a campaign perspective

now also at the same time it's very simple to just go to youtube you're out

you're freakin on YouTube right now or most of you are and you can just search

what the world's best campaigns look like at age always has a kind of yearly

kind of summary of the best campaigns from a marketing perspective some of the

world's best things also are the things that are most remarkable if you look at

Red Bull literally out of this world campaign the guy jumping out back to

earth that's crazy right so think about how you can do something remarkable

because everyone especially marketing everyone's just copying each other all

the time even the video that you're seeing right now maybe this is

inspiration from somewhere else and somebody's got a copy this afterwards so

everyone's taking inspiration from everywhere it's okay to take elements

that you like draw it little pieces that you like maybe five percent here five

percent here five percent here and then it becomes your own campaign because

that's what the world is we're all building on each other successes that's

what it is how do you sell your stakeholders on an idea for example a

lot of people especially marking agencies they fail to kind of describe

what potential return they're going to get if I'm a very creative person might

my head's always in the sky I have to bring my head down a little bit I need

to say hey this is what I think if you put an X you're gonna get why this is

the potential return and here's why I think this because I think Z put an X

you're gonna get why because I think Z it has to be very methodical and then

that's how you can sell your stakeholders on it because hey this is

working pass and also you're looking at your

history as well what's worked and then you're basically coming up with an idea

based on a method based on a process that's how you can get people to buy in

and then afterwards you review what you did and you iterate on it it's not

always gonna work let's say for example it's your first time flying over to

pitch a client and you're competing with other big agencies in the world I'm just

using agencies as an example cuz that's just in my head top of mine right now

but it's your first time you're probably not going to win the deal okay it's just

how it is you're competing with the big guys that have all the experience but

the idea is that you're continuing to build on an experience you continue to

get better just like what I talked about in the beginning we're all building on

each other successes look at these websites the landing folios that email

drips the swipe that SEOs the dribbles of the world you're gonna find a lot of

inspirations look at age as well look at these advertising magazines look at

these marketing magazines and that's going to give you the inspiration you

need to build your own successful campaign so if you enjoyed this video

just go ahead and hit subscribe and by the way if you're really interested in

leveling up show me that you're committed drop

something in the comments on in terms of the action that you're gonna take and

we'll see you tomorrow

Down Syndrome Girl Unaware She's Being Teased – Players Stop Basketball Game To Teach

Bullies A Lesson

If there's one thing that boils my blood more than anything else, it's bullying.

Unfortunately, it's been an endemic problem in society since humans were… well, humans.

A part of growing up is understanding that everyone deserves to be treated with equal

respect and kindness.

Differences aren't to be mocked, they're to be celebrated.

Sadly, not everyone learns at the same pace.

Hell, some people don't ever learn.

It's these types of people who need to be stood up to on a regular basis, which is why

I find the events that unfolded at Lincoln Middle School all the more worthy of tribute.

Scooter Terrien, Chase Vasquez and Miles Rodriguez might look like your average teenagers, but

when they stepped in to prevent a group of bullies heckling a cheerleader who has Down

syndrome, they showed they were made of special stuff…

Desiree Andrews is a cheerleader at Lincoln Middle School.

As such, her duties included cheering on the sports teams whenever they take the field.

Sure, words might sometimes fail her, but she's not afraid to let her dancing and

music do the talking.

It just so happens that Desiree is a friend of Scooter, Chase and Miles, and they'll

do anything to protect her from bullies.

That's why when they saw bullies heckling Desiree during a time out, they developed

a game plan that was both smart and powerful.

"We looked at for a while, to see if we were seeing it correctly," Scooter said.

When they realised the truth was precisely what they assumed, the boys knew they had

to act.

They left the bench during the time out and approached the bullies.

With the whole school watching, they took a stand for Desiree when she needed it most.

The bullies were quickly taught a lesson.

It might have been a small gesture, but it was enough to have a lasting effect on both

Desiree and her father, who couldn't have been more thankful.

Fighting back the tears, Desiree's dad said: "I just wanted to let them know, as a father

how much I appreciated it."

Meanwhile, the boys' fathers are bursting with pride.

When you raise a son you want him to be just and courageous in the face of adversity; to

exemplify the honorable virtues you've hopefully installed in him.

When your own dad says you're a hero, you know you're onto a winner!

It's great to see young people standing up to all forms of bullying, and we're so

happy to see Desiree continue doing what she loves to do.

Share this story to pay tribute to the guys who helped Desiree, and to show that you support

anti-bullying!

Metropolis: Lux Obscura (PS4) | Review - Duration: 4:11.

Developed by Ktulhu Solutions, Metropolis: Lux Obscura is a dark, gritty film noir tale...

and it's a match 3 game- yeah, not exactly two genres that you see together that often.

Think Candy Crush, but with boobs.

You play as Jon Lockhart, who's recently been released from prison, after supposedly murdering

his best friend.

But now you're out, looking for work, and wanting to catch up with old friends to find

out who set you up.

So let's take a look and see what this game's all about.

From violent bars, to sleazy strip clubs, to corrupt cops- Metropolis has got it all.

Plus a fight on every corner.

It's the kind of place where there's no real good guys here.

Everyone's tough but easily give in to their vices.

Jon's about as close to hero as you're going to get, with his trench coat and Yankee hat.

But even he gets into a fight at the drop of a hat.

He protects the women around him, but also sleeps with every single one he meets.

And I mean, all of them.

When you win a fight, you get to chose a new perk, that makes you stronger.

But even these are things like a morphine addiction or an anger issue.

So the only way to get stronger is to develop a new bad habit.

It's great!

It's like, in order to survive in this city you need to be as messed up as possible.

Along the way, you have a few decisions to make, that affect the story, as well as getting

to decide where you want to go next.

And all of this has consequences, as past choices may come back to haunt you.

They lead onto one of the game's four endings, and let's just say that none of them are particularly

happy.

What really makes the game stand though out are these fantastic comic book graphics.

Every character oozes personality and are great caricatures of low lifes

and criminals.

So the game's a match-3 game.

Line up three symbols in a row and they disappear, causing the other blocks to drop around them.

Most of the symbols are attacks like punches or kicks, with more added as the story goes

on or as you upgrade Jon.

There's also healing tiles, ones that increase your rage and ones that you want to avoid,

because they hurt you.

Enemies attack back at fixed rate, whether it's ever turn, every two turns, every three

turns.

And you need to kill them before they kill you.

Sometimes you need to fight multiple opponents, one after the other, all on one health bar.

While a lot of it is down to luck, there is some strategy involved.

Matching four or even five tiles does way more damage, so you try to figure out and

set the board up to let you do this.

Sometimes, even though defeat may look a sure thing, if you carefully plan your move, there's

often a solution to get you out of trouble.

You can take your time or play it at a fast pace- it's up to you, and the game allows both.

The game is incredibly short and after only a handful of fights, and a couple of decisions-

it's over.

Now things do vary, depending upon the choices you make, and it's definitely worth going

back and trying to do things differently to see what else can happen, and try and get

all of the endings.

But even doing this, only takes couple hours.

It's a very easy platinum to get.

But it's a shame.

The game has some good ideas, if only they were fleshed out a bit more.

You start to enjoy levelling up and getting perks to match your play style and then, the

credits role.

It does the hard job of creating a world that you want to explore, but doesn't give you

enough time in it.

It needs more twists, more turns and more characters along the way.

It also could do with some slightly more original dialogue.

If you've seen any old detective movie, then you've probably heard most of these lines

and inner monologues from main character before.

It may be worth picking this game up for a day of fun, and for that easy platinum, but

it's probably best to wait for it to come up in a sale.

And don't let the kids play it!

Until next time, thanks for watching.

3 Reasons Reality Transurfing will Change Your Life (How to Apply it) - Duration: 22:06.

this video I'm gonna be showing you three reasons that reality Tran surfing

will change your life I'm going to share with you why it's changed my life and

the powerful way you can apply it so that you get a similar result welcome

back to another video my name is Aaron and I help people expand their

consciousness on this video we're going to be going more in detail to the

reasons reality is your answer fin can be even more powerful then what we call

the law of attraction now I still think a lot of traction is cool I've hundreds

of videos on my channel about it and I'm not saying in any way that the law of

attraction doesn't work however what I am saying is that there are certain

paradigms certain ways we can go about understanding the process or just simply

the way reality works and that when we start to apply these it starts to change

everything because literally the world that we

experience on the outside is a reflection of our internal beliefs and

our internal focus so when we change the way we view ourselves when we change the

beliefs we have everything on the outside can begin to change in a very

powerful way now here's the thing with reality Tran surfing and I'll give a

little bit of a basis of here in a minute but with reality Tran surfing

when we are able to apply some of the principles we're able to see that as we

make the process easier it becomes easier as we redefine the whole process

of manifestation it changes everything it really does and that's the main thing

that I've come to understand is how powerful simplicity is you know there's

ways and the intellectual ideas can still be powerful we can go in detail to

it that's what I've done a lot of my videos but guess what when we break it

down really simple and we start to just believe that it can be that easy it can

be that easy it's a self-fulfilling prophecy fulfilling prophecy so that's

why I think reality Tran surfing can just be so much more powerful than that

of the original processes we might be using and just to give it a little bit

of a basis like I do it a lot of the realtor and surfing videos so it has to

do with understanding that reality trance or if you first off it's a book

that was written in Russia by a quantum physicist named

Vadim Zeeland now he wrote this book has to do with understanding that there are

an infinite number of parallel realities that exist and that what we want to

experience exists right now in the present moment now our intention is the

direction to which parallel realities we choose now this has to do with

understanding the choices that we make in daily life and that as we set those

intentions were going in a certain direction

now most people they are kind of ran by that of social conditioning meaning we

grow we learn things growing up we have certain beliefs and we just kind of let

that take us in a certain direction but until we start to give ourselves our own

intention we start to really decide what we want that's when we start going on

our own path that's when it can be very powerful but wouldn't we just keep on

kind of being like a leaf in the wind almost it's like we're just kind of

going with whatever is given to us we kind of absorb in our environment in a

way guess what we continue to get the same results over and over again so with

that of reality transfer fee the reason it can be so powerful is because when we

learn to really come from our heart that's not a part of reality transfer

fee we must find goals that connect to our heart because the heart is thousands

of times more powerful than that of the head and when we start to apply it we

start to see that there's a feeling that comes along with it if you start to

follow that feeling amazing things will happen that's what I did I simply

started to make videos and I started to feel something when I made the videos I

got like a flow state so I was like you know I'm gonna do this a lot more often

and that's what I did is I said you know what I'm gonna go daily because I

enjoyed so much and even though it's gonna be hard going daily because at the

time I had a full-time job I still did it but guess what that passion that

feeling grew more and more and then the side effect of that was an explosion of

growth you know we went from like 3,000 subs to like a hundred thousand in like

three maybe four months I forget but it happened very fast

because I was aligned to my heart I was aligned to my goals so the powerful part

of understanding also parallel realities is that what you want to experience

exists at a certain frequency you're just not perceiving it because of the

current choices beliefs and self-image that you currently have this is what

quantum physics shows us as far as that every possible parallel reality exists

right now and when we start to tap into this we could see it can be so much

easier than we make it because we don't have to create something out of nothing

we just have to choose and have our energy in the right direction we just

have to choose the right choices and they go about it from that point of view

I mean think of even the words reality Tran surfing

literally what it means is it means this is gonna sound kind of complicated it

means to glide through the space of variations now it's like that's even

what is the definition of that well space of variations is kind of like the

infinite number of parallel realities and gliding is kind of like surfing

right Tran surfing so think of it like surfing dude you don't have to control

everything right it's the idea that's like you're this

wave is coming and you're just riding the wave it's easy

it's something that once you learn to do it's like you you become very efficient

at it and you just let it carry you you don't to try so hard you don't have to

do all of these things so is this level of awareness now in general as our state

of being increases so does the good that comes into our life that's when we can

start to find ourselves becoming more lucky

that's what amazing things begin to happen and the other part of

understanding reality train surfing has to do with this thing of so first off of

that social condition you know that I was mentioned that's where I was going

with that pendulums thought structures the top structures of society even

though we don't physically see our thoughts although we do see the

materialization of our thoughts because that's everything we experience even

though we don't physically see our thoughts they do have an electromagnetic

type reality this is what they've thrilled with like the dr. Masaru Emoto

where they put you know energy over water and they change the molecules it's

been shown that there is an effect with our thoughts to what we experience so

what we can begin to do is to realize there's a mass consensus reality so it's

like we're individually creating our own layer of the world but all of us

collectively have certain collective belief systems that run themselves out

so many times we think we're having our own thoughts and in reality we're having

the thoughts of the what's called the pendulum a pendulum is a thought

structure we may may not be able to physically see it but there's thoughts

if one of the most well known pendulums you can think of is whether you're

Republican or Democrat if you're even a part of the system at all you may think

that this is who I am and a lot of times when

you watch the news or something it's sucking you into that energy flow

pendulums feed on energy so what happens is these pendulums are draining our

energy all the time because they're getting triggered with the media we're

getting triggered with all these things and because we're getting triggered it's

draining us it's draining us and then we don't have the energy to actually create

what we want because we're being distracted by everything else so the key

to this is to take our power back by being aware of the pendulums you know

even if you go to a sports game you may say I like to go to a sports game

because you know you can kind of feel the energy there it's funner to go to a

sports game that is to watch it on TV now they're both pendulums but one of

them you're actually physically there and you could feel the rush the kind of

the high of the pendulum and then once the game is over it goes away and now

not all pendulums are bad but in general pendulums will run people's life without

them knowing the power is and when you take your power back and you start to

say yo I'm gonna create my own layer I'm gonna create my own life and you start

to kind of realize I'm gonna observe my thoughts when you observe the pendulum

but you don't react to it that's when you have the power if you find a

pendulum you'll always kind of lose because if

you fight it you're still you're still affirming it right you're still

resisting it and the resistance keeps it alive so taking the power back being

aware of it observing it and then the last part I'll talk about the reality

tramp surfing is what it's called the balance of coordination it's the energy

from which everything comes if we put something to make it very important we

immediately distance ourselves from it and it becomes much less attainable so

when we start to instead see it as natural for us to achieve our goals

it becomes very powerful now decrease in importance is one of the most powerful

concepts from reality trans surfing that has changed my life it is one of the

ones I think can also change your life if you apply it so in that most people

have come to mean saying this has been the biggest game-changer in all of my

manifestation results now decrease in importance is not that hard to do it

simply has to do with a couple key principles of awareness of who you are

and how you relate to the environment if you want a free guided meditation that

will help you to decrease the level of importance you're giving to your goals

I've created one it's absolutely free you can download it in the top of the

description box below and it will help you to decrease the level of importance

to then increase the probability that you experience what you want so the

three reasons that reality transfer feed will change your life the first one is

actually something to do with that social condition I was talking about now

this isn't the most sexy thing social conditioning if I put it in keywords on

Google it's not going to get the most views it's not going to be the most

intriguing by people but if you D plug yourself from social conditioning it

will probably be one of the biggest game changes you make in your whole life now

what this means is you become aware of the pendulums the thought structures

what you're paying attention to because that is controlling the narrative of

your life now think about it we grow up sub thinking about this subconsciously

we grow up under and watching marketing online that is all geared under this

premise that you are not enough that you must buy the next product you must be

better than your neighbor you must be always trying to get to some external

place and you must always compare yourself to other people that is a

pendulum that has always been given to us since we were young and we are always

trying to buy the next you know women are trying to buy the next cosmetic

product to make them look a certain way guys are trying to get the next best car

so that they can impress their friends everyone is trying to do things to

upgrade their status of the way they see themselves as if they're not good enough

already you see this is a tricky thing but it's so in the background that most

people aren't even aware of it so the key to this is to become aware of what

that narrative is and to realize that you could start to take your power back

by observing what these could possibly be do you feel sometimes pull to

reassert who you are in front of people maybe someone's talking about something

they just achieved and you feel like I'm gonna get in there I gotta say something

I done you know or maybe you just become aware that you know oh maybe I'm part of

this political affiliation and now I'm becoming aware it's not like I'm telling

you just ditch it but I am saying be aware of it if you're aware of it it's

not it's not as big of a deal it's okay you know but if you aren't aware of it

you don't know what you don't know and that will run your life for show so okay

and that's what you have to become aware of it's just simply

when you start to take your pouch you start to observe your thoughts first off

observe your thoughts observe why you do what you do

observe the collective beliefs that you may be a part of what triggers you what

triggers you is it you know when some people talk about gun violence because

if so whether you're on one side to the other if it triggers you that pendulum

is carrying you you that is draining your energy of things that could

actually be beneficial to you so social conditioning if you start to and it's

really more so about just being authentic to you a lot of the thoughts

and a lot of the social conditions you might align with aren't really you

they're thoughts that have been here for a long time they're the thoughts of the

mass consensus reality you may think they're important because the media says

yo this is so important you look at all this negativity in the world this is the

way the world is even though it's a skewed sample of something that's

projected to you to distract you from who you really are that's why it's about

waking up wake up to who you are wake up to the true power that you have which is

to create your own reality from your choices from once you focus on the more

you focus on that media the more you focus on those perspective the

perspectives that don't serve you guess what the more you end up experiencing

that your life so take your power back that's what I want to encourage you to

do now I'll be doing more videos on this in the future

it's not the most sexy thing you know talk about pendulums and social

conditioning a lot of people don't like it because the it sounds negative the

social conditioning but the truth is is when you take your power back you start

becoming authentic to you you know we think that this is the goals I have I

have this goal of living in this type of house and doing this is that really what

you want or is that what you've been led to believe you want maybe it is I have

goals of being very very successful and I'm on that path right now and I make

you choices with it and I'm taking action and I love what I do but I'm also

aware is if this is this my narrative or is this the social narrative because I

can go straight to the feeling if I want I just have to focus on that level of

awareness now the second one the second reason that reality transfer fee can

completely change your life is it can make the process so much easier than you

currently think it has to be so what does this mean this means that we have

these beliefs that everything is complicated a lot of times with the law

of attraction it's like we are intending to do things we are we have these

beliefs that it's like oh this manifestation you know am I going to win

the lottery hear that all the time on the channel I'm gonna win the lottery

I'm gonna track this you know attract this into my life nothing wrong with it

but ask yourself that question where is this energy coming from we'll talk about

that more in a minute as well but the key is making this easy what are your

beliefs about the process see reality tree of surfing gliding through the

alternative space this is where the game changer was for me start to allow more

into your life this is what I'm gonna talk about what it's called a reality

amalgam I've talked about talked about this before back in the Venetian times

what they would do is they would put gold tint into the mirrors so that when

you looked at the mirrors you looked more attractive you had this glow hue

and that in a way is a reality amalgam it's an overlay of that mirror that

makes you look just a little bit better now a reality amalgam is a belief about

life in general this isn't like a belief that like money's gonna bring me this

and that this is a very general belief the world always takes care of me I'm

always in the right place at the right time yo when we say things like that and

we start to with that so general that we can connect to it right because it's so

it's not specific at all for like oh I'm gonna attract a million dollars into my

life that's like there could be a lot of resistance with that because maybe

you're making currently like 50,000 a year I mean that's such a big jump now

saying it can't happen but if you go more general like amazing things are

happening for me right now amazing opportunities are coming into life guess

what that can be very easy to connect to because the amazing things is perceptual

depends on your perspective but start to set these reality amalgams start to set

this belief that every day gets better that things get easier for you that it

is easy for you to focus in the direction of what you wanted to see

evidence of things coming into your life if you make it easy it will be easy the

more intellectual you may get the more chopped up it gets

I found that from experience and even though a lot of the YouTube channel and

back in the day was on some of these like Cola you know the beliefs and all

that and those are still powerful I still get people that emailing me

every day saying that you know those videos have changed their lives

however there's a paradigm that's higher than that and that higher-level paradigm

is how does it feel to you break it down to the feeling you are already enough

and as you start to feel into that realize this can be easy this is natural

people ask me all the time what do you manifest your life everything is a

reflection of a manifestation does that mean that means more so what are you

aware of in your life that you have created what have you consciously

decided you know and it's like well let's see the YouTube channel grew I had

an attention for that you know moving into a new place had the intention of

that you know having a better relationship with like my family members

and stuff and like connecting at a deeper level because I've been so

focused on business things that it's like sometimes I find myself

disassociated from it because I'm so focused done that done you know it

really can be that easy but everything is a manifestation of

what you believe to be true everything's a manifestation of your focus so pay

attention to what that is and as you pay attention to what that is

you start to more so connect to it you start to more so realize it all right

the third part the third reason reality Tran surfing can change your life is

because you will become more aware of where your energy is and how to increase

your own state of being now this is the thing with the law of attraction in

general this is where we are this is where we want to be so we do all this in

the middle but the thing is this over here is where we are this over here

anything that we want is because we believe we will feel better in the

having of it it's because we believe there's this a certain emotion that

comes from that thing so think about it you want

more money what do you want you want freedom you want security and because of

that that's an emotion if you want a relationship what do you want you want

connection you want compassion that's an emotion anything that we want is because

we believe we will feel the better half in the having of it that's like an

abraham hicks type quote but it's so true so what we can be good to do is

realize where is our energy coming from where is our questions coming from is it

coming from lack because here's the thing people ask me all the time on the

channel you say yo Aaron how do I attract a specific person to my life I

get that question almost every day of my PMS they go into DM so like you'll Aaron

I wants a specific person I'm not bagging on you but this is the thing

where is that energy coming from it's coming from a place of lack it's coming

from a place that I'm not already enough therefore I need to attract a specific

person if you're trying to attract I get all the time as well can I track my ex

let go up the outcome focus on you where is that energy coming from you start to

become more aware of where your energy is coming from and how you can just

exist in the emotions that you want to feel right now think about how

ridiculous this is and I'm not bagging on the whole Pacific

Pacific the specific person thing I'm bagging about this in general we give

ourselves permission to feel the emotions we want once we get to some

external time in the future so I say for example when I had a million subscribers

I will feel this a static feeling it's going to be amazing so what I do is I

get closer and closer to it eventually I hit a million subscribers then my body

my it's mine it's manufactured by my mind and I'd say now you can flush

serotonin and dopamine because you've hit your goal and then I'm feeling these

emotions I'm like whoa this is really cool I feel this because I accomplished

this when in reality I gave myself a rule in my head that said when you hit a

million subscribers you can feel this type of emotion and you can start to

feel the serotonin and dopamine mouth quite consciously I'm not like oh it's

serotonin and dopamine however when it comes to the emotion

that's what happens we give ourselves permission to feel it how about this

instead though this is a game-changer this will change your whole life if you

apply it you're here your goals are here instead feel what your goals would make

you feel what emotions is it feel it now in the present moment if it's freedom

you want money freedom and opportunity you have those in your life right now at

some level focus on those focus on what you're already grateful for focus on the

things that are already coming into your life and you will get more of it

whatever you focus on grows you want connection to a specific person or a

person in general focus on the relationships you already have focus on

family doesn't have to be a romantic you just focus on what you already have and

as you focus on connection you will get more connection as you focus on the

connection with yourself you will proceed more of that in your life so

this is a game changer but feel the emotions now and then paradoxically

enough everything that you want to experience happens quicker because you

resonate with it just like the process talks about parallel realities they

already exist it's a matter of tuning into it you tune into it with your

emotion with your state of being give yourself the permission to feel that

state of be now and everything will begin to change in a very powerful way

so remember as you start to decondition yourself from society's beliefs from

trying to be good enough and that also intertwines into the other ones of

where's the energy coming from am i already whole and complete start to

focus on that make it an easy process this is so much easier it's a natural

byproduct of who you are it's not this you know what have you manifested look

around look around so you got to do it sits in front of your eyes it's a

reflection of what you've been thinking

so with that being said I hope you guys enjoyed this video feel free to like

Grease fitting cleaner - DIY Tractor Maintenance Tip - Duration: 2:59.

Grease Fitting Cleaner - DIYTractor Maintenance Tip

All right if you've got a tractor and you've got a loader arm

I guarantee you that you have some recessed zerk fittings you notice

I've got a clean one and a dirty one and what's the best and easiest way to clean those fittings?

I was inspired by a YouTube channel that I found called

Kubota Down Under

Now unfortunately he has not produced a video in over a year, but he had some really great

short few minute videos focused on

the orange tractor Kubota now the inspiration for this tip as I mentioned came from

Kubota Down Under and he had a tip where he took a piece of plastic tubing and put a

rag over the end of the plastic tubing and used that to clean out the

Recessed opening where a lot of these zerk fittings especially on a loader arm are

recessed and

this was a great way to get in there and clean that out while I was replacing a zerk fitting on the tail wheel on

My brush hog, and I was holding this

T-handle, and I thought boy we could take that tip of using this one step further by making a t-handle

And I happen to be in the tractor supply store my favorite store is coastal

And I happen upon this little guy right here

So this is a t barb fitting and it is almost the exact same size as this half inch

PEX tubing that I was using earlier and it turns out that if you take a piece of

Cloth and just put it over the end of that T fitting now

You've got a nice little device to go like that

I took that one step farther, and I cut myself some patches and all you need is about a two inch square piece of

Material just lay it over the T and then just take a rubber band and wrap

That rubber band so that you've got your patch material nicely held on the end of that T fitting now

You can just go around your tractor on all of the recessed zerk fittings push that in the zerk fitting

Twist a couple of times and that opening is nice and clean if you need a little extra cleaning

Just take some more cloth lay it on top

It'll bunch up when you're in there, and it will clean out that recessed opening now what I found is if I spray these

recessed openings with

Wd-40 then go in and clean it works even better and one other tip is I just saturate this with

wd-40

And it makes it easy to clean the best channel that I have found on YouTube for tractor information is ask tractor Mike

Dot-com and his YouTube channel as ask tractor Mike and I'll put a link down below

And I'll even put a little reference card up here, so you can check out his channel now

I don't know if this is approved by ask tractor Mike, but I'm gonna send him a link

And we'll see what he says, but I have a feeling because he's so into maintenance

He's going to give his seal of approval for this quick little tip

How to blow out eggs | Easter crafts - Duration: 5:53.

I'm going to blow out some duck egg shells so I can decorate them for Easter

my name is Julie from Julie Davies flower workshops and #FlowerStart the online

flower arranging classes let's get started first of all of course I've got

my eggs and these are duck eggs and I've chosen these because there are really

good size and they're quite pale as well my normal hens eggs are quite brown so

the colouring I'm going to do on them later isn't going to show up so I've got

some of those I've also got some sewing needles so I think that's probably a

tapestry needle so it's quite chunky you could use a drawing pin or a nail you

just need to be really careful ever using it's going to be strong enough to

break through your egg shell but not so damaging that's going to crack your

shell up in half I've got a clasp just in case of emergencies I've got a jar to

collect the innards of the egg and also I've got a kebab stick because I need to

break down the egg yolk inside the shell so here we go it's all time density

first of all ways to put my egg and I cut because you need to be able to brace

the shell we just hold it in your hand you run the risk that you're going to

crunch no squash the egg and you just need a bit of resistance to push against

and it's a matter of just pushing and just gently push push push push push and

with that I've managed to get through already

so that just took what three or four gentle pushes turn the egg the other way

up back into the egg cup so again you've got some firm firm resistance to work

against and again push push push push push so this time I want to make this

hole a little bit bigger because that's where the innards of the egg are going

to flow out from so I need to work my way around the edge of that hole just

nibbling away at the edges and all the time being careful and not being too

forceful I break the shell equally you need to have a certain

degree of conviction with your actions otherwise you're just not going to break

through the egg so I've opened up a whole that's probably two or three

millimeters long and then matter of turning egg over again holding over the

container it's going to click your innards and just start to bow oh I've

missed a step out I need it oops it has started to come out but I've forgotten

it that white just slip out I wanted to juggle up the insides because the whole

of the while the egg yolk egg white is starting to come out you just need to

break it up a little bit so I'm just juggling around with the scale of that

and then we'll start blowing and it should make things a lot easier

so gamey egg yolk is coming out the egg white sorry is coming out so another

blow

and you can see that the egg yolk it's now coming out all drip out and then

you're when you're happy that it's all in its have come out of the egg I will

then wash the egg before I start using it a bit messy there but you get the

idea that now I've got a hollow egg I can decorate so I'm going to try to do

this time is take it I've got a jewelry hammer here's a really lightweight

hammer and with my needle that I'm just really gently tap it in and that is

loads easier to do than trying to press the needle in just by hand and then once

you've made a little hole you can start to make that a tiny bit bigger just

being careful again you're not putting too much pressure in then you could

actually make it a whole chime largely with the end of that skewer turn it over

the same thing again it's like just like banging a nail in holding the nail

steady a couple of taps with my jewelry hammer out that comes and then I can

start to make a bigger hole ascend because that's where the innards of the

egg going to come out so great gently nibbling away at the edges just

so the hole is made slightly bigger don't you'll make loving the inside oops

just damage that a little bit nevermind it's on the bottom that won't show turn

that over the other way and a white there

and never have it a jar of peanuts and four empty shells

6 Psychological Tricks To Make People Like You IMMEDIATELY - Duration: 10:34.

We don't always realize it but it is often in very small moments that people decide whether they like us or whether they don't

and that is why in this video, I want to give you 6 things that you can use to make people like you immediately.

Starting with the first one, a very specific type of compliment

because you're not going to compliment people on what they have,

you're going to compliment people on what they've earned and worked for.

The truth about compliments is, yes, it feels amazing

when people compliment us; of course, we like that.

But when it comes to compliments, it often turns out to be

that people are hearing the same ones over and over.

For instance, maybe they have really nice eyes or they have a good sense of style and when they start to hear that

over and over, it can become something that doesn't mean much to them.

If you can be the person that finds out what they are working on

and notices that while they're still working and struggling

and then compliments them on that, it will hit them so hard.

And I actually, first noticed this because there was a day where I got

two compliments in the same day — it was a good day — and one of them,

the first one was on my smile and I appreciated that and said, "Thank you."

But I've had the same smile since I was a kid and I've received compliments

on it before; I appreciate that and it makes me feel good

but it's not something I've earned.

Later that day, I don't know if I was singing or what but somebody said

that they thought that I had a good singing voice and

the truth is — I'm not an amazing singer but I have worked very, very hard

on improving my voice and that compliment made me like that person so much

because they were noticing something that I was struggling with

which, a shameless plug right here, if you want to listen @CharlieHoupert on Instagram.

But the point here besides following me on Instagram to listen to me sing

is that if you can be the person that notices that — for instance, you've got a friend

and they are just starting a diet routine and you say, "You know what? I notice

you're actually looking thinner like it seems like you've lost some pounds.

You're doing a great job," or you've got someone in your office that is working hard

and perhaps you're at a school and a student that you see putting in extra time

and you can let them know that you appreciate that work ethic, that's going to hit them

because that's what they're struggling with and that's where they would really appreciate

recognition and of course, they're going to appreciate you for that.

The second thing here is going to be to get people talking about what they love.

Now, of course this is an old standard but how do you get here?

There's two main questions — first off, how do you like that?

And what is it specifically that you love or like about that thing?

So early in conversation, people will often ask what do you do,

where have you been lately or if you've seen any good movies.

With all of these questions, no matter what topic you're on,

if you can go, "How did you like it?" and then if they don't say that it's awesome,

you can move on but assuming they do, say, "Oh, really? Tell me, what did you like about it? What did you love about it?"

If you can do that and drive down deeper and they share with you what they love,

they're going to associate you with that amazing feeling.

And I've seen this happen to me; you get me talking about comic books —

The Avengers just came out and I share what to you what I know about that,

I'm going to really enjoy my conversation with you and I'm going to like you as a result.

So make sure that you're doing that. This is a really good way to engage in active listening,

you're paying attention for things that they like and to have a conversation that allows you

to ping-pong on something that they care about and hopefully that you care about as well.

The third thing is a bit counterintuitive here.

It's going to be to share a truth that is to your detriment.

And I actually first came across this by accident because what's happening is

we have a lot of students who watch our channel which I'm very happy with

and we also have an online course that is $600 so

I was getting emails from these students basically saying,

"Hey. I would really like to join Charisma University but my situation is such that

my finances are not there yet, I'm really tight on rent, I barely afforded books

this semester and I just wanted to know if you think that relationships are important?

Should I buy this right now?" and I would typically write back,

"You know what? I do think relationships are important but I think paying your rent

and making sure that you're able to afford books this semester is more

important than that for you at least right now at this point in your life so

while I do hope that you come back, I don't think that this is right for you right now."

And oftentimes, that would lose the sale. This is not someone I just where told them

not to buy and they're not going to turn out and say, "Haha! Tricked ya. I'm going to do this anyway."

But I would receive an email back that said, "I appreciate that so much. I really do

want to come back but this just lets me know that you're being honest on your channel

when you're sharing these ideas and these principles and these mindsets with us

because you're forcing this down my throat in an attempt to make more money."

If you can do that — if you can be honest with people about what you think is

in their best interest even when it isn't in yours — because you might have to leave

money on the table if you're in a sales position when you do this —

if you do that and you put honesty as your highest principle and beneath that is

getting everything that you want all the time, people will notice it,

they will appreciate it and they will like you for it which brings to the fourth thing.

This one is perhaps even more immediate than all of the others and that is open body language.

So your body language is the first thing that people see about you

and unfortunately, it is in the moments where we most need open body language that

we tend to close it down and I'm thinking of dates and interviews when we're nervous.

You go on a date or you see someone you like and hands go right to your pockets

or they go like this and it's that protective reaction — you don't want to be seen or you don't want to get rejected.

If you can force yourself in these moments to put your hands out of the pockets

or uncrossed, the person that you're talking to is going to know on a subconscious level

or at least feel that you are not so much of a physical threat.

This is hardwired in us; we're checking if this person has a weapon, is this person

trying to hurt me or, "What is going on that they're fidgeting with?"

If you show them that there's nothing just the way that you communicate,

that's gonna put them at ease and it's going to make them like you much more.

The fifth one which actually comes from a friend of mine and he was here the other night.

He is a cartoonist. He works and works; he created every vowel

and Zappos just purchased big murals of his cartoons and he went to go hang them up.

And before he did, he got this job and he had the payment and they were in exchange;

there's gonna be a fair business exchange and he said, "I want to do something else,"

and this is the fifth point — exceed expectations without asking permission.

So he said, "I want to do something else for them. What can I do?"

We brainstorm for awhile and we came up with, "What if you took shoes"

because they're Zappos "and you put your cartoons on them and you gave them to the executive team?" and that's what he did.

Today he went in, he hung the mural, and then he had a surprise of these shoes.

And the mural was well-received but it was in going above and beyond what he agreed to

do without telling them he was going to do it that really made an impact.

They went out afterwards, they took him to a bar, they all put on their shoes, and were really excited.

And the truth is that when people are trading and exchanging

and they have an expectation then okay, that's fine and really nice

but when you go above and beyond that and they're not aware that it's happening,

that's where the biggest impact is made.

So for instance, you have a group project. You're sitting in a room, you're hungry,

and you go out to pick up some food but you happen to know

perhaps the meal that your partner likes and you just pick it up and bring it back for them,

holy cow, will that make an impression on them

especially if you get to know the people in your life well enough

that you know their basic likes and dislikes and if you're not sure and you're just going to

the vending machine, everybody will drink water, you can of course ask people,

"What would you like me to get you?" and that is polite and people appreciate

when people are polite and thoughtful but it's really when you do it without

them knowing that they get their minds blown.

So see if you can do that especially with the people in your life

where you already have a good sense of their likes and dislikes.

If you can just be running when you're at the grocery store next time,

pick them up something that you know that they might have been hankering for

that they don't have at the moment; that will go a long way.

So the last one is going to be — to be the first person to joke.

This is number six and it's one that I often times can let go of.

If I'm in my room and I'm working all day, I can get into a very literal mode and in fact,

there's lots of times in our life where we feel like we have to be solemn and somber.

There was a student in the C.U. message boards on Facebook and he was talking about

how there was this big presentation; it was like 20 teachers and professors and faculty —

I don't know the exact scenario — but it was a daunting scenario

and he was actually going to give some critical feedback to them.

But one of the things that he did and I think at the suggestion of the group

was to crack a joke early.

And by doing that — he cracked the joke — he cut the tension

in this really serious situation, he got people to laugh, and he said that he found that

people were much more receptive to some of his more critical moments

because he had that human interaction with him first.

I see this everywhere. I was just taking a walk the other day with my brother

and he's got this little King Charles Cavalier and oftentimes, I can be out there

taking a walk and people ask me, "What kind of dog?" and I say it's a King Charles Cavalier,

he's three years old, his name is Ollie... and it's a very routine interaction.

The other day, he was out walking him and somebody started and I knew what

they were gonna say and before they did, he said, "Attack!"

and the dog ran up and he's a little guys so he's not gonna hurt anybody

but everyone laughed and then it set a tone; it was a very short interaction

but it brightened everybody's day and it made me realize something

that I know and I have to be reminded of is that people are humans

before they are polite members of society or teachers or food servers

and they almost always — there's perhaps outside of like a funeral setting — appreciate humor and laughter.

So if you could be the first one to joke, it will absolutely make people like you.

So those are six things that you can use throughout your interactions

but you might want something a little bit more structured

and that's why actually there are four emotions and these six things are hitting on

different elements of each of these four but if you hit these four emotions and

you hit them in order, you will guarantee an amazing first impression

on whoever you are talking to pretty much cross-culturally.

We've actually set up a video that talks about what those four emotions are

and if you want to see that, go ahead click the link in the description or

somewhere around here and you will be taken to a page.

Go ahead and drop your email and you can watch that video right now

and start using those four emotions today so I hope that you've enjoyed this video.

Also, tomorrow 11:00 a.m. Pacific time, on our Facebook page,

we are going to have a Facebook live Q&A; it can be about this topic or

any other we did it last week and it was super fun; I had a great time.

So if you want to join, you can either follow us on our Charisma on Command Instagram

or our Facebook or @CharlieHoupert on Instagram where I sing

and that is gonna be where you can ask questions.

So I hope that you enjoyed this video and I look forward to seeing you in the next one.

SIMILE - as tough as old boots (everyday English idiomatic expression) - Duration: 1:06.

Hi! 'm Cate from the Studio of English and today,

we're going to be focusing on the simile 'as tough as old boots'

which is often used in everyday conversations in English.

We use it to describe a person who has a very strong and resilient character.

The origin of this phrase comes from the fact that leather (the material generally used to make boots) is

known to be very strong and

resistant to damage and

even though it doesn't sound very nice or even very flattering to be compared to a pair of old boots,

it could be considered to be quite a compliment!

So let's see how we could use this in a conversation.

You could say, My grandfather

recovered from his operation very quickly.

He's as tough as old boots.

So, I hope you found this helpful. Thank you so much for watching and I'll see you in the next video!

Dear brother how

did we end up here

When I think about the good and hold back the tears

Late nights we spent

planning forever

And the lump in my throat

to you it never meant a f*****g thing

It's not the person who you choose to be

But the person that I want to be

So I carved a line into the sand between

So I could figure me out

Is it better to have loved and lost

When you decided that I'm not enough

They say love is blind so I opened up my eyes

So I could you figure you out

I've lost all faith

I had in you

This time I can't close,

this time I can't close

We live, we grow

This time I can't close my mouth

All the times that I was there to pull you out

All the lies I had to hear and close my mouth

The times I'd hear you pulling down my name

The pain I feel dragging me into all your games

I've lost all faith

I had in you

This time I can't close,

this time I can't close

We live, we grow

You stay so closed

This time I can't close,

This time I can't close my mouth

I know you'll blame

but it's all on you

This time I can't close,

This time I can't close

We live, we grow

This time I can't close my mouth

After all was done

how could we be the same

After so many chances

I hope hoped you'd change

After Everything I gave

l gave you the answers

This ain't a f*****g game

You can't just walk away

Not expecting a reaction

Coz I've been burnt before

Tryina to put you out

But you keep going back for more

You put me through hell

for me to know

I think it's time,

I need to let you go

I've lost all faith

I had in you

This time I can't close,

this time I can't close

We live, we grow

You stay so closed

This time I can't close,

This time I can't close my mouth

I know you'll blame

but it's all on you

This time I can't close,

This time I can't close

We live, we grow

This time I can't close my mouth
