Waching daily Apr 26 2017

well in our family it's always something

exciting never a dull moment today we're

going to be hauling a speeder for a 15

narrow gauge railway unfortunately my

tire deflated well it was sitting here

on my trailer and most of the power of

the buildings is are off so I can't plug

in our big giant compressor well this

I've had this in the Box in the car for

a while waiting for a nice day out so I

could use the vacuum port to vacuum out

the car but one thing it also has is a

compressor and a flashlight so today

we're going to give the compressor

portion a try we've got this neat

two-way valve clamp on left one in onto

the side here the other end onto the

tire so let's put it on and see if it

will inflate this completely flat tire

no a rubber alone was strong enough with

no weight on the trail and make it look

like the trailer had arenít or the

tiger head air in it once we got way

down there we found out that's just not

the case so here we go

you

and that's it we took about three

minutes to get up to 30 psi from

completely flat Oh have a leaky valve

stem that's what our problem is cap on

there now that'd be good enough to get

us a couple miles home until I can renew

melts them in there but that would

explain why this hair keeps going play

so found out two things so that was not

too bad about three minutes goes from 0

to 30 p SI units cool to the touch not

that it's really too hot out here the

beginning and I mean it wasn't the

loudest compressor but when you're stuck

in an emergency you take what you can

get and the built in the pressure gauge

came in handy to the flashlights not too

bright but you know what when it's dark

out you don't need too bright you just

need enough to see what you're working

on which is basically trying to fill up

the tire with air so I will do another

video once i get to test out the vacuum

features which i really don't feel like

cleaning up the inside of the car just

yet so see y'all later if you are

interested in purchasing one of these we

do have the purchase link in the

description box hello alright then let's

see how well the actual vacuum works now

I'm going to use the attachment here be

a lot more convenient in a car and

ah

ah

chocolate my power

Oh

you know I suppose I could just take the

matter how could shake it

oh I think I'll do just that

Oh

it's working pretty nice

yeah there we go

I'd be happy with respect is actually

stronger than my horrible topic

Abscesses - causes, symptoms, diagnosis, treatment, pathology - Duration: 8:30.

Everyone who has ever had a pimple has had an abscess - albeit a tiny one.

An abscess forms when normal tissue, like skin for instance, is split apart and that

new space is invaded by nearby pathogens like bacteria.

There are roughly ten bacterial cells for every one human cell and they cover every

surface of the human body.

So any cut or break in the skin or closed off area within the body is an invitation

for bacteria to dive in and multiply.

When that happens the immune system typically responds and a battle ensues with the result

being pus - a mix of bacteria, immune cells, and dead tissue.

In response to an injury, the tissue releases small chemicals in the local area called cytokines,

such as tumor necrosis factor, interleukin-1, interleukin-6 and interleukin-17, and chemokines

which attract nearby white blood cells which are part of the immune system.

It's a bit like yelling for help and being heard by the nearby police.

In addition to attracting immune cells, the cytokines also dilate nearby capillaries - bringing

more blood to the site, and make the capillaries more leaky, so that the white blood cells

that show up, can slip out of the blood and get into the tissue more easily.

Often times, the first immune cells at the scene are neutrophils, release chemicals and

enzymes that kill bacteria and dissolve pieces of of dead cells, creating a pool of dead

material.

This is a specific type of acute inflammatory response called suppurative inflammation,

which simply means that pus is created in the process.

From a macroscopic view, this is sometimes referred to a liquefactive necrosis, because

the area of dead tissue turns to liquid.

As the immune cells get to a point where they can't withstand the environment, they die

too, becoming part of that pool.

Initially the debris might be intermixed with healthy tissue, but over time it can coalesce

into a single area - a process that is often sped up when more immune cells get involved.

Around this pool of pus, a barrier of fibrinogen - the same protein that holds together blood

clots - starts to harden into a barrier.

Occasionally sheets of fibrin form septations or walls within the abscess, creating loculations

or pockets of pus within the abscess itself...like an abscess within an abscess...

Even though the pus is largely dead material, there are still plenty of live bacteria within

the pus, which makes it highly infectious if it gets spread from one place to another.

Some bacteria are well-known for causing abscesses.

One of the most common bacteria found in abscesses, especially in the skin or underlying soft

tissue, is Staphylococcus aureus.

In fact, Staphylococcus aureus releases the enzyme coagulase, which helps speed up the

process building the fibrinogen wall to facilitate the formation of a little hive.

In contrast to an abscess near the skin, ones that originate deeper in the body often occur

in spaces that are already relatively walled off.

For example, in the gallbladder, if a stone blocks bile from flowing out, it essentially

becomes an empty hive that's ripe for new tenants.

Bacteria from the nearby small intestine can easily sneak past the stone, crawl into the

gallbladder, and multiply, causing an inflammatory response, and eventually an abscess might

form.

Typically these deep infections are a mix of aerobic bacteria that use up all of the

available oxygen, and anaerobic bacteria that can only live in its absence.

For symptoms, abscesses typically cause signs of inflammation - redness, warmth, swelling,

and pain.

For abscesses on the skin, they often come to a head over time and with warmth, where

the tissue overlying the abscess breaks down allowing it to drain out by itself.

For people with weakened immune systems, such as newborns and those undergoing chemotherapy

treatment for cancer, are also at risk, in particular because they may not be able to

"wall off" the infection, allowing the bacteria to get out of the tissue and into

the bloodstream.

In these situations, symptoms can also include fever and vomiting.

Diagnosing an abscess in the skin or soft tissue is usually done by feeling it or sometimes

with an ultrasound of the area.

When an abscess is filled with enough fluid it becomes possible to feel the fluid move

around - this is called fluctuance.

A deeper abscess is usually diagnosed through imaging studies like ultrasound, CT, or MRI

scans.

intravenous imaging contrast can really stand out around an abscess, Since the small blood

vessels around the abscess remain dilated and leaky due to the constant inflammatory

response.

This is called ring-enhancement, since a CT or MRI scan can show what a center slice of

an abscess looks like.

Generally speaking, infections are treated with antibiotics alone, but in order for antibiotics

to work, they need to first reach the bacteria, and that's usually done through the bloodstream.

Since abscesses do not have blood vessels inside of them, they can only diffuse into

an abscess and that's not very effective especially when dealing with a large abscess,

since you could imagine it getting those guys close to the edges, but there's no way it's

getting to the bacteria in the middle.

That's why the most important treatment for an abscess is incision and drainage - in

other words, cut it open and squeezing out or somehow removing everything inside.

Doing it thoroughly is important so that all of the septations get removed, so that parts

of the abscess don't remain intact.

Often times, there can be a large empty cavity that remains afterwards, and this can easily

get reinfected.

To preivent that, large abscesses that are drained are often packed with gauze to fill

in the space, until the tissue heals naturally on its own over time.

Deeper abscesses, sometimes have to be drained with long needles or surgery, depending on

the location.

Finally, antibiotics are sometimes used even after drainage to make sure that there are

no additional bacteria are lingering around.

With that in mind, here's what you've all been waiting for—a video of an abscess

on the earlobe being drained, buckle up.

Alright, as a quick recap - Abscesses are a fun mix of immune cells, pathogens like

the bacteria Staphylococcus aureus, and dead tissue.

Because there's no blood supply to the center of an abscess to deliver antibiotics, it usually

needs to be cut open so that the pus can drain out.

Part 3: Tracer Unit - Internal hop-up instalation. (DIY Step by Step) - Duration: 8:19.

Hello and welcome to AirsoftTech.dk

This is my M4. In Part one i showed you how to make the electronics that goes into a Tracer Unit.

In Part 2 We made it into a supressor

Today I'm going to show you how to make it into an internal unit and install it in your gun.

So keep watching

Turn it on and it can iluminate the tracer rounds.

First we find a drill that has the right size (The diameter of the LED). And a smaller one to pre drill the hole.

I find the point I want the hole and tab it. This makes a small indent that will help the drille stay in place.

Now thers a small mark in the center.

Now I drill out the guide hole.

To be safe you realy should remove the barrel and hop-up rubber before drilling!

Now I change the drill bit to the one that has the same size as the LED that I'm installing.

Now the LED should fit down the hole.

Make sure you remove any material inside!

Now as you can see the LED goes all the way inside the feeding tube. So it's too long.

So it have to be cut to size in order to not block the bb's from feeding.

Get some cutting tool and cut off the top of the led.

Be carefull that you DON'T cut off the metal parts inside! Or the LED will break.

After cutting the LED you should test it before you glue it in place.

To test the LED after I cut it, I just use the tesating rig. (Just attact it to your electronics)

Make sure the top of the LED don't go to far in.

Before you leave it to dry remember to test that the BB's will have a free pasage past the LED.

When it's compleatly dry then you can add a drop of glue to make sure it stays in place.

Remember: It needs to be completly dry before tou touch it!

Testing it again after installing it. To be sure that everything is fine...

Bend and cut the leg's of the LED to size.

Solder on extention wires (That will go to the electronics). And remeber to insolate with heat shrink rubber.

I "Always" Pre tin the wires and parts they attach to first. Then I don't need more hands ;-)

Crimp on the heat shrink rubber.

Not just route the wires to the battery and electronics compartment. And solder them on... (A nice touch to have a swith to turn it on and off)

That's it ... You are done :-) Now Let's test it out !!

Remeber to subscribe to my chanal for more videos.

3 Ways You're Limiting Your Business Growth - Duration: 8:06.

Hey, there. Denise from Lucky Bitch here.

I want to ask you a question. Have you decided that this is your year, finally?

Maybe you've made massive efforts recently to move forward in your

business, but it hasn't led anywhere. Maybe you've invested tons of cash-a roony

in mentors and coaching, but you haven't exactly got the results you were promised.

Maybe you feel like business success is for other people and not for you and you

just wish there was one magic thing you could do to make it all work. What if I told

you – Denise Truth Talk – that it was only you who was limiting your business growth.

Money blocks come in all sorts of weird shapes and sizes and limiting your

business growth is a huge part of money blocks. Honestly, clearing these blocks is

the only way you're going to get past them. I'm your gal to help. I want to talk today

about three major ways you could be limiting your business growth right now.

First up, let's get honest. Are you paying for personal development stuff, but not

the practical stuff in your business? When you're an entrepreneur, there can be

a lot of pressure to spend big bucks on self-development, including courses and

mentors. I have done that myself. Of course, you have to work on yourself to be

a successful woman in business, but you need to balance investing in the coaching

stuff with the practical stuff in your business that's going to make you more

money as well. Investing in yourself, yeah, it's the it thing to do. But, my ah-ha

moment came when I was about to spend a crap ton of money on a mastermind program.

I was happy to spend that, but I was still doing everything else in my business and

being really cheap with the practical stuff. I wasn't working in my zone of genius at all.

I was running around being everything to everyone in the business, stressing

myself out instead of doing what I was good at and even outsourcing just a little bit.

Let's face it. Outsourcing outside of your zone of genius is going to cost you a lot

less than massive big personal development programs – and you'll get better results, too.

Instead of joining that program, I decided I'd spend some money on some practical

things that were stressing me out or that was stopping me from making more money.

Now, you can be the most motivated person in the world and paying for that

motivation might be limiting your business growth. You can't do it all yourself.

You can, but you shouldn't. For example, instead of a big coaching program, you

can invest in an assistant just a couple of hours a week to manage your inbox.

Or a bookkeeper to make it easier at tax time. Trust me, hiring a bookkeeper made me

feel super grown up and in business. Maybe you could refresh your business

branding, especially if you've been doing stuff like that yourself. Maybe you can

even pay to have someone clean your house so you can focus on business stuff.

Or hire a part time nanny or some childcare so you can have some child-free time on

your business. Before you sign up for another coach, program or something

out of FOMO because they've got sexy marketing, think about what stage of

business you're at at the moment and what investments will really move you

forward. I'm not saying not to do that stuff. I'm a huge fan of personal development,

obviously, but I see too many entrepreneurs like us have a really unbalanced approach

to investing in ourselves but being cheap with the things that will make your life easier.

Here's the next way you're limiting your business growth right now: It's waiting for

the silver bullet. I've said it before and I'll say it again, building a successful and

abundant business needs consistency, not this magical one solution. The truth

behind a successful six or seven-figure business is really unsexy. I once went to

this high end business coaching day and the speaker was saying about his $10

million business. His strategies were so basic. I was thinking, "This is 101 and

then he's going to go deeper and tell us his real secrets," but that was it. It was

the basics over and over again. The lesson I got from that is there's no silver bullet.

People always ask me, "Denise, what's the one thing you did to uplevel your business,"

and the truth is that I did all these really consistent, unsexy things for years.

There are no new strategies. If you want to be successful, you have to turn up and

be consistent with those basics again and again. For me, that's blogging; regular,

consistent blogging is really unsexy, but I've done it week after week.

I've upgraded the way I've done it, but it's been an unsexy consistency. Just made

offers. Blogging, made offers, blogging, join my boot camp. I haven't deviated

from that plan for years. I don't get bored and distracted and try something new.

I do get bored like anyone else, but I get back on track. Just go deep into your

zone of genius and try one thing rather than trying new things all the time.

That's my second tip. Here's the third way that you could really grow your business

this year. That's to prioritize money mindset work every day. Many people say to me

that working on their money mindset is something that they want to do, but they

don't have time or maybe you're waiting for the money first – which doesn't make

sense, but whatever. The truth is that mindset work is way more important than

the business strategy. If you don't work on your beliefs and your money blocks,

then you'll absolutely, 100% sabotage your success and limit your business

growth. You have to make time to work on your money mindset and treat that as

just as important as working on your business. Without it, everything else

is going to feel hard. Here's the truth: Money mindset work is an ongoing process.

It's not a one-off solution. If you want to keep on growing, you have to keep on

doing that work and clearing the blocks. You might think that you get to a certain

income level and that's it. You're like, "I'm fixed forever! Life is wonderful." But, the

truth is that that doesn't work like that. Money itself does not fix money blocks.

I still do money mindset work all the time and I have to clear my blocks all the time

so I can maintain, but also go to the next level of business. Even though I already

have a million dollar business, I have to work on it all the time. The mindset work

got me here and it's going to help me grow as well. The truth is – I'm sorry to say – it

doesn't stop. It gets easier, but it doesn't stop. You have to keep on doing it.

Do you need some help to grow your business to the next level? Maybe you're

not sure what you should upgrade first or what you should upgrade next.

Don't worry. I've got you covered on this one. I've got a free business upgrade

workshop for you and I'll take you through four key areas that you need to upgrade in

your business right now and what you should spend your money on as well,

depending on where you're at. You can watch that for free at

Cable Protection Coating in a Fire Demonstration by Fire Security Middle East, Ajman. - Duration: 3:07.

We're going to run a live fire demonstration here

to demonstrate how our coating systems react when exposed to a direct flame.

Our coating systems are certified to withstand

1100 degrees for a period of 60 minutes.

The coating will expand more than 100 times

its application thickness.

What has expanded there will essentially just turn into powder formation which we can remove,

and you will see underneath

that there is still some paint left.

If we reapply the heat,

the coating will continue to expand.

It starts to intumescent – expanding,

as soon as it's exposed to heat.

But you can see, if I take the flame away,

there is very minimal smoke.

Even though it's already started to expand,

there is still white paint left underneath.

Now we will expose the uncoated cable to demonstrate how fast it starts to give off poisonous smoke and catch fire.

You can sense the smell.

The PVC is slowly starting to catch, and once it catches, the fire will run.

There you go, it's on fire within 30 seconds.

Be a little bit careful in the background over there because the smoke is poisonous.

The PVC has reached its flash point,

it's over 982 degrees Celsius.

It's giving off hydrochloric gas which kills human beings.

But the toxic gases attack all other electrical components,

and as a result you'll have multiple areas, multiple systems down within a very short period of time.

A very good example on how the coating is stopping the fire from spreading.

There you go -

the cables underneath are still intact.

So, that's a fairly good demonstration there.

Here we would clearly have had a cable failure.

Easily you can see the cables have failed.

On the coated cable the core of the cables have not failed,

so we have protected our client against loss of production and loss of life.

2017 Colorado Teacher of the Year, Sean Wybrant - Duration: 3:42.

I am Sean Wybrant and I am a teacher at Palmer High School in Colorado Springs.

I am passionate. I am innovative. I am student-centered and I am a lifelong learner.

I got into teaching because I want to save the world.

I think that the best way to do that is by inspiring students to go out and change the world

in all the ways that they're passionate about.

What my students have really taught me, is that it's important to slow down

and it's important to hear the stories. It's important to know who they are as people

because until you do you don't know how to assign or what to assign in order to help them out.

The kind of learning that we do in my classroom maybe looks a little bit different

than it does in some other classrooms.

I've got a group of kids that are working on a holographic light game.

I have kids that are working on an augmented reality labyrinth game where

you can use your hands in order to control a virtual game board.

I've got students that are currently working on virtual reality escape rooms.

Innovation in the classroom has to occur for our students to understand the value of

risk-taking and determination and grit.

The 2017 Colorado Teacher of the Year is Mr. Sean Wybrant.

The Colorado Teacher of the Year program is a program that recognizes someone who is an exceptional

educator who is dedicated to helping students achieve who is dedicated to being a voice for the profession of

education around the state.

One of the best experiences that I've had so far as the teacher year, is that I

got this opportunity to connect with the teachers of the year from all of the

other states and US territories.

It's amazing to see those people gathered in one place and seeing the opportunity for

change that we if we became a unified front could really make for our students all around the country.

Teaching is the best job in the world bar none.

I want us to get to the point where the phrase "I'm just a teacher" is non-existent,

because there's no such thing is just a teacher.

Teachers set up everybody else for the successes that they have in their life.

They are the bedrock of getting kids interested in arts and culture and being able to share

their stories with the world, and we need teachers right now because there are big

problems out there and our students need to be prepared for this world that we can't predict.

If you get nominated for this award you should apply because we all get stuck in this idea that whatever

we do is normal, but chances are if you've been nominated for this award

what you do isn't normal and what you do needs to be shared.

It just might change your life and you can help change the profession.

Why do we fortify our Heroes?

We fortify our Heroes to make them stronger and better!

That means much more health and much more power.

There are 6 different rarities, which you can use to fortify your Heroes with.

The weakest rarity is Common, like in this example gives +115

Second weakest is uncommon, +230

Third is Rare, +458

Fourth is Epic +963

Second, best is Legendary +1765

The best is Mythic Rarity to fortify your heroes with +2295

Which Rarity to Fortify?

If you are Free to play I would recommend you to use your Epic rarity as fortification

maybe even rare to fortify your Heroes.

If you have Wisps of Legendary or Mythic rarity

or a lot of the same legendary heroes

I would recommend ONLY to use them, in your best Heroes

or ask your guildmates what they would recommend.

I personally Put Legendary and Mythic wisp inside my best Heroes right away!

since now its possible to put a legendary on a mythic, and mythic on a legendary and it becomes a mythic.

Let me show you how it looks like.

In this example we will use my Evangeline

Here you can see that I have been spreading only same faction wisps in all my slots

The Reason why is that Wisps are easier to fill out to T4 mythic

than wasting Tomes of Ascensions on your regular heroes.

I only Fort my Second best Heroes with T4 Legendary Heroes

The good thing here is that I can put my Mythic wisp on top my Legendary Wisp and they become Mythic.

ex. a T3 Mythic White Wisp added on a T1 Legendary White Wisp, it becomes a T4 Mythic White Wisp.

Even though it was a Legendary inside my Hero

Here we see a White T2 Legendary Wisp, we are going to add it to our White T2 Mythic wips.

And it becomes Mythic. Confirm!

Since last Big update, it's now possible to unfortify

So if you regret a Hero you have forted away, now its possible to get it back!

You can either unfortify one at a time Or Unfortify all at once

No possibility to choose more than one or less than all.

Press on remove Fortifications, on the "x"

And here you can see how to remoce

The cost are 25 for Mythic 12 for Legendary 5 for Epic

Cleaning Your Hearing Aid - Audiology Design - Duration: 3:53.

[Percussion beats]

[Text on screen]: Audiology Design Wax and Cleaning Hearing Aids

Wax is a common issue among hearing aid users.

Because hearing aids are inserted

into the ear canal each day,

wax can build up and enter into the hearing aid and tubing.

With a few daily cleaning steps,

you can keep your hearing aids clean and clear of wax,

prevent damage, and potential repairs.

Your hearing professional will provide you with

a special cleaning tool for your hearing aids,

and only this tool should be used to clean your hearing aids.

The special tool consists of one end being a thin metal loop

and the other being a soft bristle brush,

and we'll show you how to use that

to keep your hearing aids clean.

The first step in cleaning your hearing aids when they're removed

is just to take a soft cloth or Kleenex and wipe them down.

This will remove any wax or oils

that may have built up on the hearing aid throughout the day.

If you see any debris around the microphone

or around the battery door,

you can use your soft bristle brush very carefully to remove that.

Next, you want to look at the part of the hearing aid

with the microphone in the battery door.

If you see any debris or wax around

the microphone or the battery door,

you can gently brush it away with your cleaning tool.

Next, you want to look at the end of the hearing aid

that's inserted into the ear canal,

as this is the most subjected to wax buildup.

You'll first want to just look at the white tubing.

If you see any wax at the edge,

you'll take the metal loops and

just gently scoop any wax out.

You do not want to jam the tool down into the tubing,

as you could potentially cause damage to the delicate hearing aid parts.

After removing any wax from the edge of the tubing

and if you still see wax deep within the tubing,

it's time to go see your hearing professional

for a professional cleaning, as

they have specialized tools that can reach

deep down inside to remove mat wax

without causing any problems to the hearing aid parts.

For BT hearing aids with a custom ear mold,

cleaning steps are very similar.

You'll want to wipe down your ear mold first

and then scoop out any wax that

may be present in the ear mold.

If wax has gone into the tubing and up into there,

you want to take your hearing aid in

to your hearing professional for cleaning or tubing change

as you want to prevent the wax from

getting up into the behind-the-ear hearing aid.

Open set BTs are slightly different because

they do not have an ear mold at the end of the tubing.

You can simply just wipe down your dome

if you see any wax on it or possibly

use your metal loop to remove any wax.

However, if you see that wax has

entered into the thin tubing,

you're going to want to remove the tubing from the BT case,

and you'll use the reaming strand

that was provided to you by your hearing professional.

You'll start by guiding it through the tubing,

and you'll push it all the way through,

and any wax that has gone into that will be removed.

You then simply screw it back on to the BT casing,

and you're all set.

Because wax is so common among hearing aid users,

most hearing aid users will

encounter wax while wearing their hearing aid.

With a few simple daily cleaning tips,

you can keep your hearing aids clean and clear from wax buildup

and prevent potential damage.

If you have any further questions or concerns

about cleaning your hearing aids,

discuss them with your hearing professional.
