Waching daily Jun 19 2017

hi it's Tracy and welcome back to my channel and today I want to talk to you about why I

like using light weights or no weights at all to get really great arms so if

you want to learn all about the why behind that make sure to keep watching

video the number one kind of video that you love the most is drumroll please arm

workouts I know that you absolutely love arms and I know specifically you're

always wanting to look at how to tone up your arms how to get rid of bat wings

all those good things so that being said you might notice on my channel that I

always use either two or three pound weights or I won't use any at all and

here's why and I think it's really important to know the why behind it's no accident

now I know it's very controversial and I'm very prepared for people that are

going to disagree with me but you know what I'm a woman and I know my body and I've

been a trainer for nearly 20 years so let me just break it down for you is it

possible for women to bulk yes and here's the other thing I come from a

dance background dancers spends hours and hours and hours simply doing this at

a ballet what that does you're actually getting a

contraction you're holding contraction here in your shoulder in your deltoid

and it gives you that nice definition that differentiation really between your

deltoids and your biceps and your triceps so rather than getting one big

arm okay you're getting that kind of cinched in look now this is completely

personal choice but I know all my babes in my community are with me here that's

going to create a more fit and feminine look okay that's the look that I'm going

for here on this channel, so if you want to create more fit feminine arms really you

know that longer leaner look the look that we're going for is not when you can

see someone across with dreams be like and she works out a lot no it's the like

wow she's a great shape wow what a beautiful dress right so it's fit, it's

feminine it's not man she looks like she spent hours at the gym now you know if

that's something that you like god bless best that's good for you

everyone is different to each their own we don't do body shaming here like no

body shame allowed however the reason why I do use light weights is because we

do a lot a lot of repetitions so one pound two pounds three pound weights with

a lot of repetitions is going to cinch in the muscle see get that more tight

and toned long lean look it's not going to build mass now here's something else

that I want you to know we also oftentimes we use body weight so whether

it's my workouts here on YouTube or the workouts that I have in total body

transformation we'll be doing things like flanks or

maybe you know moving flanks for you know things are you know doing triceps dips

on the floor on a chair all kinds of fun things right my point of sharing that

because that is using your body weight now unless you know you're you

magical no one here is gonna weight two or three pounds right so of course there

were times when you're lifting just a little bit more but for all intensive

purposes here to get that longer lean or more feminine look one two and three

pounds are just great okay and then just couple that with some body weight works

you are completely covered okay the other thing is you know you'll notice

that for instance my bat wings workout we don't use any weights at all and man

oh man do those workouts burn if you haven't tried them yet make sure to

click up here and give those workouts a try they're actually my most popular

popular workout and those are because using zero weights, your arms are going to be on

fire and that's because we're using these very small movements with

different rotations with your hands different positions and what that does

is training you like a dancer that was my background in dancing is you know

you're just moving your arms and using your own resistance pushing against the

air feeling those contractions so that you're really feeling that inner

contractions and it gives you that tight tones look if you don't think that

they're challenging trust me I have had many men do those workouts and they're

like oh my god they're really challenging so if you want to create

Fixer Guide | Playstyle & Items - Battle Bay - Duration: 6:32.

Hello friends.

This is Kyle from Genki Gamers and today, we're going to go over everything you need

to know to start playing the Fixer.

As with my other ship guides, this guide will be focused on Fixer players in the Mark 1

to Mark 4 range that are trying to step up their game and optimize their play.

Overview The Fixer is healer of the team and is the

only ship that can the equip green healing items.

As a Fixer, your goal is to keep your teammates alive so that your team can trade damage with

your opponents until to end up victorious.

The Fixer only holds one weapon slot until you reach Mark 6 so you really won't be

dealing any meaningful damage in a fight but that's okay because your primary focus should

be on keeping your teammates alive.

Although the Fixer is not the kind of ship that can take over a game and carry the team

on its own, it is probably the best ship when it comes to reaching a higher infamy than

the other ships with similar item levels.

The reason for this is that teams with a fixer have a great advantage over teams that don't

have a fixer and by playing fixer yourself, you guarantee that your team will have that

reliable source of healing.

A drawback of the fixer is that you need to rely on your teammates to deal most of the

damage which is something outside of your control.

Despite that drawback, the Fixer is a very good choice for any player that wants to climb

up to a higher rank than they could achieve with other ships.

As a fixer, you should be spending most of your time in the back behind your teammates

and focus on providing healing for the team.

Dealing damage is not nearly as helpful as keeping your teammates alive.

Don't waste all your time chasing down faster teammates.

Instead, you should keep the healing up for teammates that choose to stick around you,

and let your faster teammates that really need healing come back to you.

Although keeping your teammates alive should be one of your top goals, it is typically

far more important to keep yourself alive, even if it means abandoning your low health

teammates to get yourself to safety.

As long as you stay alive, you will be able to heal yourself back up and continue helping

the rest of your team.

With that said, in certain situations it may be necessary to move forward and take some

damage for your teammates if your health is high and they're about to go down, but you

should never be sacrificing yourself for a teammate unless you and your teammate are

the last players left on the team.

There are currently three green items in the game.

First, you have the repair pulse which heals yourself and the teammates that are near you

when you activate it.

You do not need to stay near the person you healed for the effect to continue as long

as they were near you when you first activated it.

The second green item for fixers are repair boxes.

You can either throw these boxes directly on top of teammates that need a quick heal

or you can leave them in a safe spot to the side for them to pick up later.

Leave a bunch of these around at the beginning of the match for your teammates to pick up

if they need them.

Keep in mind that enemies that get grab your boxes will remove the box from the map so

place them in areas that can be protected by your team.

Duct tape allows you to heal yourself at a much faster rate than either the repair pulse

or the repair boxes.

However, it doesn't bring any healing to your teammates so players generally don't

recommend using it in the current state of the game.

Item Choices At Mark 1, the Fixer has one red, blue, and

green item slot.

Go ahead a stick a cannon, standard shield, and a green item of your choice.

The best green item to use is the repair pulse which heals both yourself and your teammates

over time.

At this level, item choices are not too important so just focus on improving your fundamentals

such as landing your shots on your enemies and keeping yourself healthy.

At Mark 2, you gain your first yellow item slot.

The best yellow item for the fixer is overboost because it helps you quickly get to your teammates

to provide support.

It also helps you get away from enemies that are trying to take you out first.

If you don't have overboost, you can also use nitro or frost blaster but you really

want to start using overboost as soon as you can.

For your blue item, the best items to use are the standard shield and the turbo.

I personally recommend the standard shield because keeping yourself alive is one of the

key goals of playing fixer.

Opponents will often choose to target you first so the shield can help you stay alive

longer.

If you do use the shield, the best perk to use with it is the shield defense perk which

adds to your defense stat.

Each point of defense reduces the damage you take from each hit by one point.

The reason to use the defense perk over the health perk is that defense scales more efficiently

with health, and as a fixer you are already adding a lot of health back anyways.

If you rather use the turbo, that's fine too.

The turbo can help you get to your teammates quicker to heal them up before they get shot

down.

The extra speed from the turbo can also help you avoid damage by moving out of enemy fire.

The bandage is not a good item for the fixer because you already have a lot of healing

in the green items you use and the bandage takes a long time to be effective.

If you do survive long enough for the bandage to be useful, you probably already healed

yourself back to full health from your items anyways.

When you hit Mark 3, you unlock a second green item slot which really allows you to move

into your true role of healing the team.

The two best green items to use are the repair pulse paired with a repair box launcher.

This combination gives you a good mix of being able to heal teammates around you and being

able to leave boxes for your teammates to pick up when they're not in the position

to come back to you.

Take this time to improve your box throwing aim as placing the box right on top of your

teammates will save them from awkwardly wasting time trying to turn and grab the box.

Finally, at Mark 4 you gain a second blue item slot.

If you've been using the standard shield up to this point, you may want to mix things

up by adding a turbo to your loadout to give you that extra mobility.

There really aren't any other blue items that are viable on the Fixer besides the turbo

or standard shield so I personally recommend that you stick with those.

So, what weapons are good on Fixers?

Although this question is definitely up to debate, many fixer players have moved towards

high damage weapons with long cooldowns such as the sniper, explosive cannon, or rail gun.

The long cooldown of these weapons doesn't affect your play too much because your primary

focus should be on using your healing items anyways.

AYS Daily Growth Hacks 030 Modeling - Duration: 4:02.

Today's topic is modeling.

Hi I'm Doug Holt, Author Of Your Own Story and this is your Daily Growth Hacks, where

each day we give you a tip, trick or insight to help you up level your, what we call, your

5 to thrive.

That's mind, body, soul, relationships and business.

So when I'm talking about modeling, what I want you to think about are those times in

your life when you've found yourself modeling somebody else.

You see, often times we have these subconscious actions, or things that we do, in our daily

lives that are a result of modeling of something we took over from a parent, a sibling, a coworker

or usually somebody early on, even a teacher.

Now to give you an idea of what this is like, there has to be a time in your life, if you're

like me, where you're like, "Oh crap, I'm growing up just to be like my dad."

Or, "Ah shoot, my mom used to do that."

These are subconscious modeling behaviors or things that you've learned along your way

by dealing with your parents.

Now we all have hundreds, if not thousands of these types of patterns.

So what I wanted you to do today is write down these patterns that you're noticing.

Are you making sarcastic jokes like your father does?

Are you noticing that you clear your throat like your mom?

Where are these subconscious patterns?

A lot of these patterns are running the show and only show up when they're really in exaggerated

amounts.

Now that you've written these patterns out, that you have going on subconsciously, the

really cool thing is you could actually have patterns and make them conscious.

So what I mean by that is you can pick role models, or ways of being that you want, and

then pattern a model after those people.

So for example, you could find somebody who really embodies your health and wellness,

the health and wellness of the body you want, and pattern them, see what they're doing and

model what they're doing and make it your own.

You can also find relationships, maybe you're married and your relationship isn't working

out well, find couples who's relationships are working well and model their behaviors.

Model what they're doing so, for me as a husband, I would find another husband who's doing a

great job, who's got a great marriage, maybe he's a great father, find out what he's doing

right.

WHat are his thought patterns, what are his belief systems?

Model myself after those and make sure they fit for me and then see how I can make those

work out.

So what I'm doing to encourage you to do today is two things, one, go ahead and write down

in your journal all these subconscious patterns that you know are occurring.

So again, these are time where you're like, "Crap, I'm growing up just to be like my brother."

Or, "Ah shoot, my sister says this just the same way."

Go ahead and write those down.

Once you look at those, see which of those patterns you want to keep but also note which

ones you want to change about yourself.

Now go to the other side and look at your 5 to thrive, so it's mind, body, soul, relationships

and business and look at patterns that you want to have and people that embody that ideal

pattern.

Who are those people that you can model yourself from and actually have a great way.

Now in our Author Of Your Own Story group, there's a guy named David Radford who had

a great saying and what he said is, "You know what, what I do is I model my patterns of

the ideal me, so when I catch myself working at my optimum in my 5 to thrive, I model myself

after my optimal self."

Also a great tactic.

hello again in this video series we will discuss how to build a safety net for

yourself so first of all to preserve your assets you need to be as far away

from the debt Laden and crisis prone banking system as possible you still

need the banks by the way to make your regular daily payments they are bills

and so on but your assets don't have to be stuck commingled tied in or chained

to a banking system that can sink like the Titanic

even faster so to preserve the value of assets you must have something that is

worth more than the dollar so if gold and silver are assets that have

maintained that your value and have a 5000 year historical track record it is

sensible to consider those as assets that are worth more then each dollar you

have right now or pound or Eva or yen and to preserve the result of your

life's hard work you must own assets where a bank has no claim to it so if

you have a property for example which even has a small bank loan outstanding

against it it is still owned by the bank the read your contract carefully no

matter how small your outstanding loan is the bank still has a first lien the

first write on the property not you this is one of the reasons why one needs to

keep some assets away from the banking system so that it is not in control of

the banks now any such portfolio where you preserve assets preserve the value

of the assets and preserve the result of a lifetime work of hard work must be

still very liquid because you must be able to quickly sell it if you

need to raise dollars to make an emergency payment of some sort so you

can't afford to find yourselves stuck into anything that is difficult to sell

move or shift in any way but at the same time whatever it is where you put your

money must be away from the bank's away from the dollar and must preserve value

even beyond your own lifetime we have just the right solution for you please

be discussing about how to maintain very high motivation levels and achieve

success in selling there are two three very important factors which help you in

maintaining your motivation first of them is your value system the values that you hold

for yourself second one is your vision the vision that you have for your future

success and last but not the least the most important of these three is the action

plan that you make so once you're clear about your values and you know your

vision you have to take action to reach that vision so we will discuss about all

these three factors now let's talk about values ironically we have seen that many

people do not know their values in fact if I talk about myself till a long time I was

not aware of my true values so this is an area which needs a lot of introspection

you need to really work very hard and find out the values you have to really

understand what is the value you have what are the things which are

most important for you this would mean that you have to constantly evaluate

your behavior and what you desire to achieve for example your value could be

that you want to be respected by everybody around that place where you're

working that be one of values that you are looking at a lot of respect for

yourself and the other value could be you want to make lot of money the other

one would be you want to be treated as a very honest person now when you know

these values that you have these values you need to really see that your

behavior is in line with these values because if you let's say you're planning that

you want to be perceived as a very honest person but your behavior is not

reflecting honesty then obviously the people will not treat you like an honest

man so your values must be lived you have to live your values the action that

you take must be in line with your values and the action can be in line with your

values only when you know your values so the first step is to identify your values

now linking this to sales when we are selling in the marketplace we need to

understand what are our values with which you work in the market how do we want

the customers to respond to us how do we want ourselves to be treated by our bosses

how do we want ourselves to be doing in the marketplace so all these things will

define our values that this is how we want to be there in the eyes of other

people and in our own eyes also that this is what we think about us and so

you have to work hard and identify your values I give another example of values

other example could be you see you might have seen that some people are doing

charity they are giving away their hard earned money to

people in need but at the same time there are people who kill others to get this money they

are the robbers and the thieves so what we are saying is now the first category of

people the people who work in charity their values teach them to do good to others

that is the values and they are living it and the values of the thieves and the

robbers is money if they want to make money at any cost

so what they're doing is they're going to any extent of killing people harming

them and then getting their money so what are your values you have to identify your

values first and then create a vision for yourself self everybody will have a vision for

himself your vision could be in terms of the kind of job role in which you want

to see yourself after a few months or a few years time so note it down and you have to

note down your values and your vision so note down your values note down your vision maybe you want

to become a manager after 6 month time or one year time or 2 year time

so note it down in your diary put a date to your goal note town that this is the vision

you visualize your success and when you're working in the market you know that

these are the values you have to live those values and this is the vision that you

want to achieve now what you have to do is you have to prepare an action plan so you

have to take action that would mean that you are implementing the values

you are living the values that are there which is truly your own self so when you live

those values and you work towards your goal then you are moving towards your

vision this could be again explained with me help of an example let's say you go

to a new place and you are lost in that area and you cannot find anybody from

whom you can ask the directions assuming that Google is also not working at that time and you find that in a park as we normally see there's a map of

of the location so locality map is there and it shows you where you are now that

the map shows you where you are and it also shows you the other places which are

there on the map so you can easily locate where you want to go

and if you know about your destination you can take cues from the map and you can move in

that direction so what we are saying here is that when you know your values you do

know where you are and the resources you have and where you want to go is your

vision and the action that you take to reach that place is your behavior on a

day-to-day basis so when you focus on these things in the correct way then you

can achieve success and vision your behavior could also be in terms of

knowing your conversion ratio working on your sales call quality improving your

etiquette and seeing that you are able to present yourself in the best of

the possibilities that are there having right behavior with your customers

having empathy for them right doing everything perfect which would mean that

living those values in your behavior and achieving your vision so you have three

things we have to focus on first one is identify your values

second one is have an action plan and work on it and third one is to have a

goal and a vision for yourself towards which you want to work when you have this

plan ready for yourself there's nobody who can stop you from achieving success

right are we ready to go in the market so let's go practice it and create a great

if you watched any of the previous videos you would have recognized a need

for most households could burn the secondary income for themselves because

the primary income that most households have is under pressure from inflation

and the money they earn is losing value every single minute

and what savings they have aren't growing because of very poor interest

rates this is the longest sustained low interest rate environment and the

history of interest rates so the economies aren't really going anywhere

you would also have gathered that is it's important to build a residual

income now a residual income is an income that comes when you are not

actually working but the income is still coming in a bit like a property rental

property is residual income because even when you're not paying attention to the

property the tenant is still paying you so it pays to find a way to have this

residual income so that you don't have to do two jobs at the same time or get

involved in some kind of trading activity which can include
