So, this will probably have spoilers, it's ultimately a video about what the movie told, so if you haven't seen it, feel free to return later.
On the other hand, the footage doesn't affect anything, I'm just recycling the previous video.
Sue me. It's not even the first time I pull this off.
Normally when a comic film comes out I think for a while about it's inspirations, and if I watched with company, I might bring up the changes they made,
but generally speaking, those are ideas that leave quickly, nothing that stands out,
This time however, it stayed in my head, maybe due to the fact that Logan is not a superhero film, and yet, it is an adaptation.
Old Man Logan is a comic series about an alternate universe, where Logan grew old, all heroes fell, and the world is ruled by the temperamental children of the Hulk,
the children of Hulk with his cousin, because the end of the world wasn't perturbing enough on it's own.
In short, it's a world where society collapsed, in Logan however, everything is standing, the world continues to spin, society is technically intact, and yet the tone remains,
partially because they use abandoned deserts every chance they get, and that's cheating, but mostly, because the collapse is personal.
The world and your world are different things, and Charles and Logan had their world break apart, the loss of the X-men is one thing, but here, the mutant apocalypse is a reality,
and the destruction of their shared dream, left them with no place of their own, you don't need broken cities, because their reality has no repair.
In general the way they handled the end of the mutants was very good, they are short scenes but they carry a lot of weight, and fit much better than the Hulk infested wasteland from the comics.
And if I haven't brought up X-23 it's because Laura was never part of this story, X-23 didn't originate from comics, she was made up for X-Men Evolution, a cartoon,
yet, choosing her is perfectly coherent, the murdering and Spanish speaking mini Wolverine s endearing, and gives an idea of legacy to the film.
That said, the other kids are unnecessary, not only because their survival discredits to some degree the journey of the main duo, but because, they are plain boring.
Extending the idea behind X-23 to all the X-Men is interesting, but in practice it's a waste, call me a heartless monster, but I couldn't care less for them,
the only reason to care is maternal instinct alone, the fact that they are kids, and that's a cheap trick, it's not good writing, it's blackmail.
Even so, the idea to use the comics as an element of the plot was interesting, and beyond that, there's something fitting about their final destination.
Canada
The land that gave birth to the most famous X-Men of all times, and the one that shall shelter what might very well be the last generation of mutants.
Logan is an adaptation that focuses on tones, feelings, not events, and those contrasts make it's analysis much more interesting,
because it is an Old Man Logan where nothing is the same, and yet, the same paths are walked.

My Biggest Knit and Crochet Mistakes - Duration: 2:34.
>>Oh my gosh. >>(sigh) >>It was bad.
It was a sad moment.
>>I knit a whole sweater, all cables up the arms, up the body and it didn't fit.
>>I made a sweater that I kind of designed myself and I got up to the body.
I had a sleeve and I didn't have anything else for the other sleeve.
>>And then I finally go to put it all on.
And the sleeves are like at least three inches too long.
>>I decided to make a hat.
And it was pretty simple and it was knitting in the round.
>>And I'm not really good with measurements.
>>And I didn't realize that there's something called gauge.
>>Got my dad's head size, crocheted it.
Came back home, and I'm like, "Why aren't you wearing it?"
>>And I got all done and I bound off and I was so excited and I put the hat on my head
and the brim came down to here.
>>It literally flops over his eyes so he can't wear it!
>>And I was knitting it in the dark while at a bar and I just screwed up a good inch
and a half of it.
>>And for some reason I decided to bind it off on a smaller size needle.
>>And all the seams kind of opened up.
And so I just took the whole thing and threw it out.
I just couldn't face it so I just...
>>And I held up this mess and said, "I'm putting it in the garbage."
>>I'm praying that he has it thrown away somewhere.
>>I finally realized, "Oh this is...there's something wrong."
So I took it to a knitting shop because I needed more yarn.
And they were like, "What are you making?
Is it a sweater?"
And I was like, "No!
It's a beanie!"
And they were like, "For an elephant?"
>>And I got to the end of the blanket and realized there was this glaring mistake in
the center of the blanket.
And the christening was the day, was in two days.
>>"What do you mean?
Isn't it going to shrink down?"
They were like, "No.
How many stitches are on there?"
I was like, "200!"
>>So I, I just, I took it all out and I did it again.
>>Knitting mistakes are always knitting lessons and knitting teaching moments.
So in the moment even though, sometimes I feel like I want to scream, I look back on
that and realize it always takes my knitting to another level.
>>Your mistakes are just your signatures.
Nobody that looks at it knows.
>>And now I'm learning that the beauty of yarn and knitting and crocheting is sometimes
your imperfections.

BH4U | Do Not Buy Bottled Water Never Ever Again! - Duration: 2:47.
Do Not Buy Bottled Water Never Ever Again!
We all buy bottled water without thinking twice – after all, it's just water, isn't
it?
However, it's not that simple – have you ever wondered what the plastic bottle the
water is packed in contains?
Plastic water bottles are home to many dangerous substances which can have serious consequences
on your health!
Millions of bottles of bottled water are consumed worldwide every day, which is a big concern.
Each bottle should have a list of the used ingredients, but this is rarely the case.
Have you ever looked at the bottom of a plastic bottle and noticed the symbols such as DPE
or PP?
Do you know what they mean?
Continue watching the video to learn what plastic bottles you should avoid buying.
PAT or PETE These initials indicate that the bottle is
fit for single use.
This plastic releases heavy metals and chemicals that can harm our hormones.
PVC or 3V This symbol indicates a flexible plastic that
is also used for packaging foods.
It releases 2 chemicals that may affect our hormones.
HDP or HDPE This is one of the best plastic bottles that
is considered generally safe for our health and the environment.
HDP Like the previous symbols, these bottles are
the safest on the market.
PP This symbol indicates that the plastic bottle
should be white or transparent.
It is usually used for yogurt and is light and resistant.
LDPE This type of plastic is used for plastic bags
and doesn't release chemicals in water.
PS PS is usually used on fast food containers.
These containers release dangerous and carcinogenic substances and should be avoided.
PC This symbol indicates common plastic that
is dangerous and corrosive due to the presence of chemicals.
Besides knowing what the symbols mean, it's also important not to reuse the bottles or
leave them exposed to the sun as they leak dangerous substances.

You Dress Like An OLD MAN? | 5 Tips To Dress Your Age | What Does Dressing Age Appropriate Mean? - Duration: 10:02.
Have you ever been told you dress like a kid?
Or that you dress like an old man?
What is it mean to dress your age?
In today's video gents, I'm going to give you five guidelines on how to dress age appropriate.
Tip #1 to dress age appropriate is to ask yourself how do you want to see yourself.
You look at yourself in the mirror daily.
You look at yourself in photographs, in videos.
How do you want to look for yourself?
This one is really important.
A lot of people never asked themselves this question.
You have to live with yourself.
So ask yourself okay, am I a 70-year-old man that feels like he's young, he's 18, starting
a new career so I'm going to dress a little bit younger.
I'm going to have a little bit fun with this.
Are you and 18 or maybe 20-year-old entrepreneur looking to go into banks to get loans and
you want to send a signal of maturity that your age is not an indicator of your experience
cause you started your first company when you were 12.
So it matters how do you want to see yourself.
Tip #2 which I kind of alluded into in tip #1 what message do you want to send.
So let's use that example again of that 20-year-old kid.
He's going into a bank to get a loan and the loan officer is 40 years old.
He looks at this 20-year-old and he's thinking this is high risk because when I was his age
he has assumptions based off your age.
But he doesn't see that you've been in business for eight years.
You started your gaming company when you were 12.
You really think you can take this and you can be the next big IPO gaming company.
He doesn't see your ambition.
What he sees is this kid that looks like his 16 years old and wondering what happened here.
So wear that charcoal grey suit.
Grey works and makes you a little bit older.
You looked 25 all the sudden and you're sending the message of maturity.
You're dressing as an older man because you want to control the image.
But let say you are 60 years old.
You got out of the banking industry and you want to realize your dream which is to get
up on stage.
You're out in Los Angeles.
You want to get into the movie industry and you're meeting with people but you don't want
to just get stereotype and pigeonhole into certain roles.
You want to have a chance to play a little bit younger guy.
You know that Tom Cruise is in his 50s.
I can play some of those roles.
So you start wearing leather jackets.
You find out what are the fashionable jeans.
You start wearing t-shirt cause you got a great body.
You're taking care of yourself.
You dye your hair.
All of a sudden you are dressing more as the rebel, as the younger man.
So understand that the message you want to send.
Very important.
Really quick gentlemen.
I want to introduce you to the paid sponsor of this video The 5th Watches.
I've talked about these guys for two years.
A great watch company.
They've helped me amazing things here at Real Men Real Style including building out this
watch guide.
Have you seen this thing?
Look at it.
A hundred plus pages.
Solid information on when, why, how.
All the details you need to know on wearing watches.
But let's go over.
Check out The 5th website.
What you'll notice is on the fifth of every month they open it up for five days only you
can grab any of their products.
They've got watches but they've also expanded into sunglasses, into accessories, into other
things bags and stuff like that.
So definitely go check them out.
A great company.
Now the details on the watches. Minimalist design, affordable price, versatile.
It's appropriately honestly for anything setting.
You can wear this when you wear suit.
You can wear them when you're dressing casual.
All of the watches they're water resistant up to 50 meters, 316L stainless steel, Italian
leather straps and Japanese quarts movement.
Like I said gentlemen for two years they have been a great supporter of ours.
I'm proud to have them as a sponsor.
I'm going to link to them down on the description of this video.
I'm also going to link to the e-book I talked about.
So if anything else go grab that e-book.
Learn about watches.
It doesn't matter how old you are.
A watch is going to up your style, is going to make you look great.
Tip #3.
Understand clothing piece stereotypes.
So every piece of clothing has a little bit of a stereotype.
It's associated with certain ages, with certain groups of people.
A lot of it has been Hollywood.
But some of it has been celebrities or kings or history as to what we associate certain
pieces of clothing with.
Let me just look at the classic suit.
Who do we associate it with?
We associate it with a businessman.
We associate it with a man usually in his mid or peak ages of earning power.
Somebody that's wearing a suit we project as successful.
This person knows what they're talking about.
Has authority.
That may be completely false but that is what we associate with that piece of clothing.
Let me bring up the leather jacket.
It has a very different feel, right?
Leather in general are very strong masculine feel.
But it's more for the younger men, the rebel, the guy that's wanting to stand apart from
the crowd and show that he's different.
Now there's a number of different items that we talked about.
Let's talk about the sport jacket.
Again, for the men that's maybe at the mature age.
We're talking about age 30 to 40 to 50.
Now the color of clothing can also stereotype.
Let's look at brighter colors.
What do we often associate those with?
With sportswear.
We're going to see that oftentimes in the younger men demographic.
Now pastels.
We're talking peach.
We're talking lavenders, lighter green and mints.
We're going to see this into older more mature men area.
If you want your younger men, you want to bring in a bit of color but you want to look
a little bit older, well that's when you would consider some of those pastels.
Now if you want to look younger, you're an older man, again you can bring in something
bright, something that's got more sportier feel.
Something that just sends a signal of life.
Now let's look at stereotypes in footwear.
So if say sneakers.
I say canvass or leather sneakers.
I say Yeezy.
I say Jordans.
Where do we associate these?
With the younger men.
Now I start to say dress boots.
We look at a pair of Derbies.
We look at White Bucks.
What do we associate those?
With older men.
Understand these associations, these stereotypes gents and use them to your advantage.
Don't let them be used against you.
Tip #4 to dressing age appropriate is to actually consider those who are important to you what
they interpret and how they see the clothing.
Cause I've had people reached out to me.
They say Antonio, I like dressing retro.
I'm a younger guy.
I like dressing a bit older but my wife she's asked me to tone it down because she feels
that she has to dress to this level.
That it puts her in a tough situation.
It was interesting story because they used to actually dress together in this retro style
but she decided to take a step back.
She didn't want to do it but she felt kind of out of place going out with him as he continued
to do it.
There are many approaches to go with this.
He could just say heck no.
I'm going to continue to do what I want to do or you can say you know what.
There are ways to still do this and not exclude my wife.
Not make her feel a little bit ostracized.
I don't truly know what the issue was.
But I am saying be aware that those around you they do have a judgment.
Tip #5.
Understand society has expectations for certain ages.
Oftentimes people try to pigeonhole.
They try to stick people where they think they should be.
The reason I bring this up isn't that you should go with it or that if you're 70 you
shouldn't be able to dress young.
No.you can dress however you want.
I just want you to be aware that there may be some forces going against you.
So the three ages I'm going to talk about: young man, we've got the professional man,
we've got the mature man.
The young man let's say up to the age of 25 but honestly it can go anywhere up higher
or lower.
At this age, experiment.
If you want to try Goth, if you want to go really crazy with your style, if you want
to imitate Justin Bieber, Ryan Gosling any of those guys, you do it at this point.
You have fun.
I've had guys they're relatively young they're wanting to wear three-piece suits, two suit
to high school.
Go for it.
Do whatever you want.
Experiment at this age because you can.
Society allows you.
You're not going to get any push back.
You may get a little bit but it's not going to be as serious as whenever you become the
professional.
Now the professional he starts to care about the image that he's presenting to the world
because he realized hey I'm building my life at this point and stakes start to matter.
He's having to impress people cause he wants a mate.
He wants somebody he can build his life with.
So you're dressing to attract.
You're going out on casual dates.
You're putting together smart great looking outfit.
You're going in to get a loan for your business or to get a job.
So you're starting to wear a suit.
You're dressing professional because you go in there and you know that you got to close
these deals to be able to get the income which is going to help you build your life and be
able to provide for your family.
So at this point, you are dressing for the professional.
Now once we get to the mature man.
This is harvest time.
You have put in time.
You've put in effort.
Some people retire when they're 50.
Other people they are never going to retire and they may never actually hit this point.
But at this point, society does start to look at men in their 60s, in their 70s as mentor,
as these guys have been around the block.
These are teachers and there's some expectation that they don't dress like boys.
Now I'm not saying the older guys can't dress young.
I'm just simply saying be aware that there could be some push back.
Alright gentlemen, so now it's your turn.
I want to hear from you down the comments how do you dress your age.
How do you deal with that question?
What do you do for your age that's fun?
Dressing your age is really just a mindset but there are certain parameters and things
out there you should be aware of.
But guys at the end of the day have fun.
Dress for yourself.
And go check out the sponsor The 5th Watches.
I'm going to link to them down in the description below and go grab that amazing e-book if you
ever wonder why to wear a watch, how to wear a watch, about diameter, about proportions,
about situations, different types of watches.
I cover it in this e-book.
You need to go grab it.
That's it, gents.
Take care.
See you in the next video.

s-town podcast | serial season 3 | brian reed this american life | kabram burt | tyler goodson - Duration: 2:21.
Podcasts join the Netflix-style world of bingeing with new one from creator of 'Serial'
It's refreshing in modern media when the answer to the question "Why did you do this?" is "instinct."
"There's not really any analysis or metrics or anything really in podcasting," said Julie Snyder, executive producer of "S-Town," a new podcast that follows closely in the steps of "Serial," the smash-hit that Snyder also co-created. "There's very little that you know, so you're really going off of gut instinct."
SEE ALSO: The 'Serial' podcast producers have a new show, and you can binge it
In the data-soaked world of digital media, podcasting remains something of a bookish alcove in comparison to the rest of its digital cousins. When Snyder and her co-creators sat down to structure "S-Town" — their new true-crime podcast released on Tuesday — it occurred to them that the story might best be served if the entire thing could be posted at once.
"There's a lot of paranoia and a lot of accusations that get kind of thrown around back and forth," Snyder said. "And if we were going to do it weekly, you'd have to address all of those things in that episode. You can't leave someone hanging [when] accusing someone of being a murderer."
And that's about it. One of the most anticipated podcasts of the year dropped in its entirety because its producers thought that would be the best thing to do. Considering how binge consumption seems all the rage these days, it's hard to disagree.
"I don't know how Netflix justifies what they do," Snyder said. "But they seem like they're doing pretty well."
Podcasting isn't quite to Netflix-level success, but it has continued to grow despite limited distribution and marketing. Snyder helped usher in what might be called the new wave of podcasting with "Serial," which broke out of its relatively limited world in 2014 to become a cultural phenomenon
Snyder, then a producer on "This American Life," co-created "Serial" with Sarah Koenig.
That growth hasn't necessarily meant that podcasts or podcasting have changed much. Part of the reason Snyder could make a gut call on dropping "S-Town" all at once came from the fact that there's not much in the way of data to affect the decision. Aside from downloads, there's not many broadly tracked and accepted metrics.
That leaves room for experimentation, said Steve Nelson, director of programming for National Public Radio.
"Podcasting is such a young industry that we sort of don't know what the best way to do things are as an industry," Nelson said. "As a public media provider, NPR has been striving to try new and different things."
