This is the first video of my series where I practice guitar riffs and solos, and share
my results.
I started this series with two goals in mind: first, to keep track of my guitar progress,
and second, to speed up my learning.
And initially I was thinking that I wouldn't share these videos, but then I realized that
videos like this one can be a great motivation for other players.
So, starting from this video, every month I'm gonna record myself playing some guitar
riffs and solos, and since I'm not really a great player, I won't be able to play all
of them perfectly.
And if that happens, then I will play the same riff or solo again in a couple of months,
and I hope that seeing my progress will also motivate YOU to play more and become better.
So, this time I chose a couple of riffs to give you an idea of my actual level.

WE DON'T REALIZE HOW MANY PEOPLE ARE HAVING PROBLEMS WITH MONEY

I KNOW PEOPLE ARE GONNA SAY, "WELL, I DON'T MAKE ENOUGH"
OR "IT'S HIGH PRICES."
AND, YOU KNOW, OF COURSE THINGS CAN HAPPEN TO PEOPLE.
I MEAN, THERE CAN BE A SICKNESS.
THERE CAN BE SOME KIND OF A TRAGIC SITUATION THAT DOES
'CAUSE SOMEONE TO HAVE A PROBLEM IF THERE'S ABSOLUTELY
NOTHING THAT THEY CAN DO ANYTHING ABOUT IT.
WE'RE NOT REALLY EVEN TALKING ABOUT THOSE KIND OF THINGS
TODAY.
THOSE ARE SPECIFIC THINGS THAT HAVE TO BE DEALT WITH
INDIVIDUALLY AND SPECIFICALLY.
BUT WHAT WE ARE TALKING ABOUT TODAY ARE THE SITUATIONS THAT
WE CAN DO SOMETHING ABOUT IF WE WILL FOLLOW GODLY WISDOM.
I SAID ON THE SHOW YESTERDAY THAT WISDOM DOES NOW
WHAT IT'S GONNA BE SATISFIED WITH LATER ON.
HOW MANY YOU ARE PAYING OFF SOME BILLS NOW FOR THINGS THAT YOU
REALLY WISH NOW YOU WOULD HAVE NEVER BOUGHT?
LET'S JUST SEE, ANYBODY?
YEAH, SEE.
SO AND THESE ARE, GODLY PEOPLE, FULL OF WISDOM.
WE ALL MAKE THESE MISTAKES SOMETIMES.
HOW MANY OF YOU HAVE LEARNED FROM SOME OF THOSE MISTAKES AND
YOU DON'T PLAN TO DO IT AGAIN?
WELL, SEE, THEN THAT'S OKAY.
I DON'T BELIEVE THAT TRAGEDY IS MAKING A MISTAKE.
I ACTUALLY THINK SOMETIMES MISTAKES ARE SOME OF OUR
GREATEST EDUCATION.
I REALLY MEAN THAT.
SOMETIMES I THINK I'VE LEARNED MORE BY THE THINGS I DIDN'T DO
RIGHT THEN SOME OF THE THINGS THAT I DID DO RIGHT.
THERE'S NO TRAGEDY IN MAKING A MISTAKE AS LONG AS YOU DON'T
KEEP MAKING THE SAME ONE OVER AND OVER AND OVER.
AND SO WE WANT TO JUST TAKE A LOOK AT SOME FACTS
ABOUT MONEY.
THE BIBLE NEVER SAYS THAT MONEY IS EVIL.
IT SAYS, "THE LOVE OF MONEY IS THE ROOT OF ALL EVIL."
WE CAN ENJOY OUR MONEY, BUT WE SHOULD NOT LOVE OUR MONEY
TO THE POINT WHERE WE LOVE IT MORE THAN WE LOVE PEOPLE.
I MEAN I THINK WE ALL KNOW PEOPLE WHO, IN ORDER TO GET
MONEY, MISTREAT PEOPLE.
AND I THINK WE NEED TO USE MONEY TO BLESS PEOPLE,
NOT USE PEOPLE TO GET MONEY.
I THINK I'M GONNA SAY THAT AGAIN.
I THINK WE NEED TO USE MONEY TO BLESS PEOPLE,
NOT USE PEOPLE TO GET MONEY.
I DON'T BELIEVE THAT GOD WOULD PUT ANYTHING IN A PERSON'S HANDS
THAT WOULD CAUSE THEM AS MUCH TORMENT AS MONEY HAS CAUSED
IN OUR WORLD IF HE DIDN'T INTEND THEM FOR IT TO BE A BLESSING.
AND IT CAN BE A BLESSING IF WE DON'T LET IT CONTROL US.
TWO BOOKS I RECOMMEND FOR RESEARCH, "MONEY CAME
BY THE HOUSE THE OTHER DAY," BY ROBERT KATZ
AND "FINANCIAL PEACE" BY DAVE RAMSEY.
I'VE HAD BOTH OF THESE MEN ON MY TV SHOW, AND THEY HAVE
DETAILED PLANS ON WHAT YOU CAN DO TO GET OUT OF DEBT.
AND THEY WILL WORK FOR ANYBODY WHO WORKS THE PLAN.
WE EVEN HAVE PEOPLE WORKING RIGHT HERE
WHO READ THE MATERIAL.
AND I KNOW OF ONE CASE WHERE PEOPLE WERE DEEP IN DEBT AND HAD
PROBLEMS WITH THAT ALL THEIR LIFE AND NOW THEY ARE OUT OF
DEBT AND IT'S SO FREEING.
ALL YOU HAVE TO DO IS STOP GETTING MORE STUFF THAT YOU
DON'T NEED FOR A WHILE AND THEN--YOU KNOW, MOST PEOPLE,
IF THEY GET A RAISE--I WAS THINKING ABOUT THIS YESTERDAY.
MOST PEOPLE IF THEY GET A RAISE, BEFORE THEY EVER GET THAT EXTRA
MONEY ON THEIR FIRST PAYCHECK, THEY GO FIND SOMETHING TO BUY.
"OH, AND NOW WE CAN GET THIS.
WELL, NOW WE CAN GET THIS."
AND SO THEN THEY'RE ALREADY MAKING A--THEY'RE ALREADY MAKING
A PAYMENT ON SOMETHING BEFORE THEY EVEN GET THE MONEY.
WELL, WHY NOT SAY, "WELL, I'M GONNA GET A RAISE THIS YEAR
AT WORK SO I'M GONNA TAKE THAT EXTRA MONEY NOW AND PAY IT ON
THIS BILL," INSTEAD OF GOING AND BUYING SOMETHING ELSE?
"WELL, THEN I DON'T GET ANYTHING OUT OF IT."
WELL, YEAH, YOU DO, DOWN THE ROAD,
YOU GET TO BE DEBT FREE.
AND SEE, THE PROBLEM IS IS WE WANT INSTANT GRATIFICATION.
WE REALLY WANT EVERYTHING TO-- "I WANT IT TO FEEL GOOD
RIGHT NOW."
BUT WHAT ABOUT LATER?
NO DISCIPLINE FOR THE PRESENT SEEMS JOYOUS, NEVERTHELESS
LATER ON--CAN SOMEBODY CHEER FOR LATER ON?
NEVERTHELESS, LATER ON IT YIELDETH THE PEACEABLE FRUIT OF
RIGHTEOUSNESS TO THOSE THAT HAVE BEEN TRAINED BY IT.
SCRIPTURE, HEBREWS CHAPTER 12.
DISCIPLINE DOESN'T FEEL GOOD RIGHT NOW.
BEFORE I CAME HERE TODAY, I HAD MY WORKOUT AT THE GYM
AND IT WAS LOWER BODY DAY.

AT ABOUT 3 O'CLOCK TOMORROW AFTERNOON, I WILL BE SORE,
I AM SURE.
BUT I TELL YOU WHAT, WHEN I CAN GET THOSE JEANS ON THAT I BOUGHT
AND BE COMFORTABLE IN THEM, MMM-MMM, I'M GONNA BE GLAD THEN.
AND SO WE HAVE TO STOP JUST BEING INSTANTLY GRATIFIED.
WHEN YOU GO OUT SHOPPING, DON'T GO BUY THINGS EMOTIONALLY.
I REMEMBER AN EXPERIENCE THAT I HAD AND I'LL FORGET THIS.
I HAD SAVED SOME MONEY.
I DON'T KNOW WHAT I HAD, MAYBE A COUPLE HUNDRED DOLLARS.
I'D SAVED FOR A LONG TIME AND HAD THIS MONEY.
AND SO I REALLY WANTED AND NEEDED A NEW WATCH.
AND SO WE WENT OUT SHOPPING, WENT INTO A JEWELRY STORE.
THEY HAD THIS BEAUTIFUL WATCH THERE.
OF COURSE, THE SALESMAN SAID, "IT'S ONLY ON SALE TODAY.
GOES OFF SALE AT 5 O'CLOCK.
THE STORE'S CLOSING IN 2 HOURS.
OH, THIS LOOKS GREAT ON YOU."
AND THERE WAS ALL THIS PRESSURE TO GET IT RIGHT NOW.
WELL, YOU KNOW, ONE OF THE THINGS I'VE DISCOVERED
AND I DON'T KNOW WHAT IT IS THEY DO TO THE LIGHTS IN STORES,
BUT I CAN TELL YOU STUFF LOOKS BETTER IN THE STORES THAN
IT DOES WHEN YOU GET IT HOME.
I MEAN, I'VE HAD THAT EXPERIENCE.
I'LL BUY IT IN THE STORE AND THEN GO HOME WITH IT AND THINK,
"WELL, THIS DON'T LOOK AS GOOD AS I THOUGHT IT DID.
WHAT'S THE PROBLEM?" IT'S GOT SOMETHING TO DO
WITH THE KIND OF LIGHTS THAT THEY HAVE.
SO YOU BETTER TAKE THAT BABY SOMEWHERE WHERE YOU'RE
LOOKING AT IT IN REAL LIGHT BEFORE YOU TAKE IT HOME.
BUT ANYWAY, IT WAS PRETTY AND I ALMOST BOUGHT IT.
IT WAS GONNA TAKE ALL MY MONEY.
AND SO I SAID, "YOU KNOW WHAT?" 'CAUSE I WAS--BY THEN, I WAS
STARTING TO LEARN A LITTLE BIT FROM GOD ABOUT HOW TO WAIT
AND HOW TO WALK IN WISDOM.
AND I SAID, "I'M GONNA JUST WALK AROUND OUT HERE IN THE MALL FOR
A LITTLE BIT AND IF I WANT IT, I'LL COME BACK
BEFORE THE STORE CLOSES."
"WELL, YOU KNOW NOW THIS IS ONLY TODAY AND YOU CAN ONLY GET
IT TODAY," AND YOU KNOW.
I SAID, "I'LL COME BACK IF I WANT IT."
DON'T GET TALKED INTO DOING STUFF THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO DO.
DON'T GET TALKED INTO DOING STUFF THAT YOU DON'T WANT TO DO.
DON'T FOLLOW YOUR EMOTIONS, FOLLOW THE LEADERSHIP
OF THE HOLY SPIRIT.
SO I TOOK A LITTLE WALK AND, YOU KNOW, IT'S AMAZING WHEN YOU GET
AWAY FROM THE LOOK OF SOMETHING, HOW YOUR ATTITUDE TOWARD IT
BEGINS TO CHANGE.
AND SO WHILE I WAS WALKING IN THE MALL, I SAW THIS DRESS
IN THE WINDOW.
IT WAS ACTUALLY A SUIT.
I LOVED IT.
OH, MY GOSH.
I MEAN, IT HAD JUST THE RIGHT LITTLE THING IN THE BACK.
I LIKE THESE SUITS THAT KIND OF FIT YOU AT THE WAIST
AND BACK THEN THEY HAD LITTLE RUFFLES BACK HERE.
AND I JUST--OH, THAT WAS SO CUTE.
AND THEN MY HUSBAND DIDN'T HELP, HE SAID, "OH, THAT'S GONNA
LOOK SO GOOD ON YOU.
YOU GOTTA TRY THAT ON."
SO I SAID, "WELL, IF I GET THAT, I CAN'T GET THE WATCH."
AND HE SAID, "WELL, JUST TRY IT ON."
SO I TRIED IT ON AND SURE ENOUGH, IT LOOKED ABSOLUTELY
AMAZING ON ME.
NOW I HAD A PROBLEM.
AM I GONNA GET THE SUIT, AM I GONNA GET THE WATCH?
SO AGAIN I SAID, "I'M GONNA TAKE A WALK OUT IN THE MALL
AND I WILL COME BACK AND LET YOU KNOW."
AND HONESTLY, I'M TELLING YOU THE TRUTH, WHILE I WAS WALKING
OUT IN THE MALL SAYING, "GOD, WHAT SHOULD I DO?
WHICH ONE, YOU KNOW, WHICH ONE SHOULD I GET?"
THE THING THAT CAME TO MY HEART WAS MORE THAN I WANTED THE WATCH
AND MORE THAN I WANTED THE SUIT, I WANTED TO KEEP MY MONEY SO
I WOULD HAVE THE LIBERTY TO GO TO LUNCH IF I WANTED TO, TAKE A
FRIEND TO LUNCH IF I WANTED TO.
THE THOUGHTS OF HAVING THAT $200 THAT I COULD SPEND IN LITTLE
PIECES OVER A PERIOD OF TIME WAS MUCH MORE DELIGHTFUL TO ME
THAN BUYING EITHER ONE OF THOSE THINGS AND THEN HAVING NOTHING.
SO I OBEYED GOD, DIDN'T GET EITHER ONE AND LO AND BEHOLD,
MY HUSBAND CAME HOME IN A COUPLE OF WEEKS WITH THAT SUIT.
SO YOU SEE, IF WE WAIT ON GOD, GOD WILL DO FOR US WHAT WE WILL
NOT DO FOR OURSELVES OR SHOULD NOT BE DOING FOR OURSELVES.
SO THE BIBLE SAYS IN PROVERBS 27:23, "BE DILIGENT TO
KNOW THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCKS, AND LOOK WELL TO YOUR HERDS."
WELL, OBVIOUSLY MOST OF YOU DON'T HAVE FLOCKS OR HERDS.
WELL, WHAT WAS HE SAYING?
IF YOU GOT A FIELD FULL OF SHEEP OUT THERE, KNOW HOW MANY'S
OUT THERE.
IF YOU GOT A FIELD FULL OF COWS OUT THERE, DO YOU KNOW
HOW MANY THAT YOU HAVE?
WELL, DO YOU KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY YOU REALLY HAVE?
YOU SHOULD KNOW WHAT YOUR FIXED ASSETS ARE, WHAT YOUR ASSETS ARE
THAT YOU COULD TURN INTO CASH RIGHT AWAY IF YOU NEEDED TO,
WHAT ASSETS DO YOU HAVE THAT YEAH, THEY'RE NICE AND THEY'RE
WORTH SOMETHING BUT YOU PROBABLY COULDN'T EVEN SELL THEM
EVEN IF YOU WANTED TO.
I MEAN, I'VE HAD THAT EXPERIENCE BEFORE.
I'VE GOTTEN TALKED INTO INVESTING IN THINGS THAT PEOPLE
SAID, "OH, MAN, THIS IS WORTH THUS AND SO AND I'M GONNA
GIVE IT TO YOU FOR THIS."
I REMEMBER BUYING AN ANTIQUE ONE TIME.
IT WAS LIKE THIS BIG DECORATOR PIECE FROM THE VICTORIAN AGE,
AND I JUST THOUGHT IT WAS SO PRETTY.
IT WAS LIKE THIS BIG HORSE AND CARRIAGE AND
IT HAD SOMEBODY'S NAME ON IT AND THEY WERE SUPPOSED TO BE FAMOUS.
"AND THERE'S ONLY SO MANY OF THESE LEFT IN THE WORLD.
AND BOY, YOU CAN ENJOY THIS.
AND THEN WHEN YOU'RE READY TO SELL IT, IT WILL BE WORTH
THUS AND SO AND THUS AND SO."
WELL, TIME WENT BY AND I GOT TIRED OF THAT KIND OF ARTWORK,
DIDN'T WANT IT ANYMORE SO I THOUGHT, NOW I'M GONNA
MAKE MYSELF SOME MONEY.
WELL THE PROBLEM IS NOBODY WANTED IT.

I MEAN, I WASN'T SPENDING A LOT OF MONEY ON THESE PICTURES

AND PEOPLE WOULD SAY, "OH, MAN, 20 YEARS FROM NOW, THESE
PAINTINGS ARE GONNA BE WORTH $3,000, $4,000, $60-,
YOU KNOW, $50,000."
WELL, HERE AGAIN, I HAD A WHOLE BUNCH OF THESE THINGS AND THEN
THE GUY WASN'T SO POPULAR AND NOBODY HARDLY KNEW WHO HE WAS,
AND NOW YOU CAN'T EVEN HARDLY GIVE THEM AWAY.
AND SO WE HAVE TO REALIZE WHAT IS REALLY AN ASSET THAT CAN BE
TURNED INTO CASH AND WHAT IS SOMETHING THAT REALLY
YOU OWN IT BUT IT REALLY IS NOT REALLY WORTH ANYTHING.
KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU HAVE AND KNOW EXACTLY WHAT YOU OWE.
WRITE DOWN HOW MUCH YOU MAKE AND WRITE DOWN HOW MUCH YOU OWE
AND DON'T LEAVE OUT ANYTHING.
AND DON'T KEEP ADDING TO THE "I OWE" SIDE
WHEN THE "I MAKE" SIDE IS NOT GETTING BIGGER TOO.
KNOW THE STATE OF YOUR FLOCKS.

POPULAR SCRIPTURE OF MINE.
I LOVE THIS SCRIPTURE.
I'VE USED IT FOR YEARS IN MANY AREAS OF MY LIFE AND IT SAYS,

AND IT'S BECAUSE THEY'RE EATING WAS OUT OF BALANCE.
I KNOW SOMEBODY RIGHT NOW THAT HAS HIGH BLOOD SUGAR AND THEY
WILL NOT STOP EATING JUNK AND THEIR BLOOD SUGAR JUST
BOUNCES AROUND ALL THE TIME.
IT'S HURTING THEM.
IT'S HURTING DIFFERENT ORGANS IN THEIR BODY
AND THEY JUST WON'T STOP.
THEY'RE OUT OF BALANCE.
WELL, IT'S THE SAME WAY WHEN WE GET OUT OF BALANCE FINANCIALLY.
WHEN WE OWE MORE THAN WE OWN, WE'RE OUT OF BALANCE AND IT
OPENS A DOOR FOR THE ENEMY TO GET INTO OUR LIFE IN MANY, MANY,
MANY DIFFERENT AREAS.
FOR ONE THING, IT CAUSES STRIFE IN FAMILIES, AND THE BIBLE DOES
SAY THAT WHERE THERE'S STRIFE, THERE IS GREED AND JEALOUSY AND
EVERY KIND OF EVIL WORK GETS IN.
IT'S SO IMPORTANT THAT WE DON'T HAVE STRESS
AND STRIFE OVER MONEY.

6 Emotions of Social Sharing - Duration: 7:31.
- We live in a time when emotions are high.
Because they're publicly shared
and displayed in social media.
In essence we've opened up Pandora's Box
filled with emotions both positive
and negative for all to see.
And regardless of the sentiment
of the emotions shared,
sharing our feelings with each other
builds connection which equates to relationships.
It's no wonder why social marketing has struck a chord.
But if our society is emotionally run,
why do we still primarily rely on logic
to get everything done?
Logic is the matchstick that gives us
a platform to strike up opinions and conversations.
Which gives us creative input from the crowd.
It's more rooted in fact and data,
so perhaps as humans it makes us feel safe.
Backing up what we share to appear more believable.
Certainly if it weren't for research and data,
we would live in one very opinionated society.
While there is no definitive list of spectrums of emotions.
One popular person, the emotional expert: Paul Ekman,
contains six emotions including fear, anger, sadness
disgust, surprise and joy.
These six have been found in every society worldwide.
And have been shown to be identifiably
by people regardless of upbringing,
culture or experience.
All businesses, whether they are small, medium or large,
need to be aware of the following emotions
they are evoking as it has a direct reflection
of the emotional response they want to evoke.
In fact, I would suggest mapping these emotions
to your content plan.
Here are the six emotional styles
of sharing applied to social.
The first one is fear.
The function of fear is to get us
out of dangerous situations or into them.
I know many people who are simply not
on social media because they see social as an intrusion
and fear the repercussions of being social.
I predict that this will change over time
as millennials grow up with a new set
of social barriers moving forward.
The second one is anger.
Anger is emotional.
It's an emotional response related
to one's psychological interpretation
of having been threatened.
Some people are simply waiting on the sidelines to argue.
Others take it farther.
Becoming haters or trolls.
Anger is often one-sided unless
it's accepted by both parties.
In which case, it's an endless quagmire of opinion slinging.
Often only ending by out fatiguing the other person.
The next one is sadness.
This is an emotional pain associated with
or characterized by feelings of disadvantage,
loss, despair, helplessness and sorrow.
As in our everyday lives bad things happen to good people.
These experiences are shared quite often
and typically draw an amazing support system.
There's solace in sharing our vulnerabilities and pain.
And this can be quite healing if not made
a crutch or part of one's social identity.
The next one is disgust.
Disgust is an emotional response of revulsion.
Something considered offensive or unpleasant.
Social forms of disgust come in many flavors.
Often in times in the form of over-sharing
or not thinking through who is reading your content.
And others simply don't care when they share.
Or who they might hurt in sharing.
As are the many decisions in life,
we can take part in these discussions
or simply move on.
The next one is joy.
The function of joy is to indicate what we've done
or witnessed something that is enhancing
to our well being and to encourage us
and others to aspire to greatness in the future.
It's not an accident that Facebook built
your profile as a timeline of your life.
To share with others all your joyful experiences.
It feels great to share joyous occasions
and make us feel good as humans.
To see others experiencing joy.
Surprise.
The purpose of surprise is to indicate
that something unexpected has occurred
to prepare us and those around us to deal with it.
The element of surprise when done right
can be a marketer's best tactic.
I'll say it in one word: Apple.
It's important that we also understand
as people running and representing brands,
that when your emotional response
resonates authentically, mirroring with those
most likely who will take place.
The act of mirroring anyone's body language
is a way to bond and build
understanding with other humans.
It's a powerful tool that we use instinctively
without even being aware of it.
The most obvious forms of mirroring
are yawning and smiling.
When you see someone yawn or if you see
someone read the word: yawn.
You're likely to yawn immediately
or during the next 30 seconds.
This same concept has been proven to work online.
An example of mirroring was reported by the AV Club
in January of 2012 where Facebook adjusted
its newsfeed algorithm for several
hundred thousand users to see what
you see in your newsfeed affects
your emotional state as a part of a scientific study.
The resulting paper was published
to the Proceedings of the National Academy of Sciences,
or PNAS.
Which found that people mirror
the positive or negative emotions
that their friends expressed in their posts.
All without the aid of non-verbal cues like
body language or tone of voice.
Creepy, right?
But still, the results are interesting.
To pull this off, Facebook engineers
tweaked what six hundred thousand users
saw in their newsfeeds so they saw
more posts that expressed positive emotions,
while others saw more posts that
conveyed negative feelings.
The result: people actually responded in kind.
Those who saw more positive posts responded more positively.
While those who saw more negative posts
responded with negative feelings of their own.
The researchers, they called this an effect
of emotional contagion.
Because they purported to show
that our friend's words on our Facebook newsfeed
directly affected our own mood.
You can check this Facebook alters algorithm
for emotional research and I've dropped a link below.
So on a personal note I think it's ironic
that the very study that sought out
to logically prove emotions affect human behavior
in social, actually caused more emotional
reactions than that which it measured.

Right, well it's a higher R value print, high
recycle content, eighty-five percent and the machine is very
easy to use.

Rvalue is standard for detemining the

In this case it's roughly four inches there, need
to add about six to get it up to standard.

evolution has created technoligies that has touched

It's no wonder smart homes or a house with a lot of
interconnected devices, is on the rise.
But integrating some of these products can make many
of us feel anything but smart.
The Cardozo family knows this feeling all too well.
I love technology but what really
frustrates me is I want to sync up all my smart products under
one platform.
That's the most frustrating part for me.
I use technology for so many aspects
of my life, which makes it really convienient but the

have the funds availbale to them, needed to make sure that

Kind of makes me think of a movie, "It's a
wonderful life"; you may have seen it at christmas time

That was all about the financial crisis

The home loan banks make sure that money is available
when it's needed.
The federal homeloan bank mortgage purchase
program is a program that allows community lenders; such as
credit unions and local community banks.
Make mortgages in their market and work with
local people And take those loans and have a source
secondary market is what we call it.
To sell that loan to, we're that investor that buys that
loan and puts it on our balance sheet, and gives them the money
back so that they can relend it in their community.
Having that local experience and
understanding what the local environment is, what the real
estate market is about.
Those are the type of things that the
local lenders has the experience and knowledge of that perhaps
someone who is national may not have that local understanding.
FHO banks are sponsored by the federal government and has

So I went digging for a better solution and thats when I found

we're gonna start talking about...
Hair!
I've got nothing to swing with though.
So we're gonna talk about
the differences between hair tonic, scalp essence,
and also hair growth formula.
I cut my bangs myself,
and now it's kinda hideous, right?
And it grows really slow.
Which product should I use?
Probably the hair tonic?
You're probably going to want to use
the hair growth formula or the scalp essence.
But it's difficult to know the differences
between hair tonic, scalp essence and hair growth formula.
It's even more difficult if you
have never used any of it before.
Because using the wrong product can actually cause thinning or hair loss.
But before we get deeper about hair products,

Let's talk about our first category of products:
the hair tonic.
Yanagiya is one of the standard products that we often use.
A lot of people think that hair tonics help hair grow,
that's yes (AND) no.

Hair tonic is like, I would say,
a lotion for the hair and scalp.
as you have face lotion for your face,
but it does not help hair grow.
What it really does is sets up the scalp to be ready to be healthy.
So it helps to remove discomforts like
dandruff, any itchiness, or oiliness in your hair.
So ultimately, hair tonic is really just setting your hair,
your scalp to be ready to be healthy
by removing all your discomforts
preventing you from losing hair
or having your hair thinned.
The second category that we're gonna talk about
is hair growth formula.
What is that?
As the name suggests...
... it's to grow your hair!
Yea, that's like "duh".
In Japan,
the ingredients are approved by the Ministry of...
Can I get this right?
It's a long name, so...
Ministry of
Health,
Labour
and Welfare.
You got it!
Yea, I got it!
Yea, so it's approved by that ministry
and a part of quasi-medicine.
So it's a kind of medicine
but you don't have to get a prescription from a doctor.
They have certain standard of what is called "Hair Growth Formula",
and what's called "Hair Growth Formula" is what applies to that standard.
Only only approved ingredients (in the product) can be called
"Hair Growth Formula".
Now, we're going to cover the third and final category
of this range of hair care products,
which is the scalp essences.
Now it's kinda similar to Hair Growth Formulas, as we mentioned just now,
in that, first, the goal is really for hair growth.
Two, only approved ingredients by Japan's
Ministry of Health, Labor and Welfare
can call themselves "Scalp Essences".
But there's a slight difference between the two in that:
scalp essences are called cosmetics,
instead of quasi-medicine.
And also, there are products that call themselves "Scalp Essences",
even though they do not contain the forementioned ingredients.
Now, this is actually quite popular among people.
There's an increase of number of people going for scalp essences
because some them don't feel any results from Hair Growth Formulas,
so they turn to the newer technology
which is contained in the new scalp essences.
Yay! Now we understand more about the
differences between these products.
I think my dad actually should watch this
because he tried the hair tonic to grow his hair back!
He's still bald.
