No Excuses Just Obey Jesus Christ or you will perish - Duration: 3:52.

If you really want to follow Jesus

Christ, then you just obey Him and go

after Him, you make no excuses. You just

do as He commanded and as He tells you

to do every day. You repent and turn away

from sin, stop sinning, you are baptized

in water and you seek for the indwelling

Spirit of Christ, the Holy Spirit in you,

to guide and teach you. If you are

serious about following Jesus you do not

allow anything to stop you from obeying

Him, you do not look for excuses. Many

believers do not really know who Jesus

is. They do not understand that Jesus

Christ is the only way, that He is the final

authority, that He is the only one who

will decide who will go into heaven and

who will go into hell. They do not

understand that those who disobey Jesus

will perish. The words of Jesus Christ

are the words of eternal life, for those

who obey Him, but those who disobey and

disregard Him, will perish. Many believers

seek for salvation in the scriptures, in

the Bible, and they will quote you Bible

verses. They will tell you that Paul said

and Peter said but all that really

matters is what Jesus said, and what

Jesus says, because He is the final

authority. Jesus will not accept any

excuses. If you really want to follow

Jesus you make no excuses. You just

follow and obey Him, you just do as He

commanded and He will reveal Himself to

you. If you don't know what to do, you

pray and you ask Him, and you trust Him

and He will show you the way.

Without Jesus we can do nothing. With

Jesus all things are possible and

therefore there are no valid excuses for

not following and obeying Jesus Christ.

Jesus Christ will make the way for you

to achieve that which He has called you

to do. You just have to follow Him every

day without excuses. Never say that you

cannot stop sinning, that's a lie. You

don't want to. Never say that you cannot

be baptized in water, you are not serious.

If you really want to be baptized you

will find a way. If you really want to

follow Jesus you will not allow anything

to prevent you to stop you. You will not

allow the devil to stop you. You will do

everything in your power to follow and

obey Jesus Christ. Are you serious about

following Jesus Christ or are you just

looking for excuses? Jesus Christ does

not accept excuses. May Jesus bless you.

Jesus Christ is alive and hell is real. I

am here to introduce you to Jesus Christ

and have eternal life. Subscribe to my

[Tennis Drop Shot] The Last Second Disguise - Tennis Drop Shot Tip - Duration: 2:28.

Hi, this is Jeff Salzenstein, CEO of Tennis Evolution and USTA High Performance coach

and I'm really excited to bring you this video today, because what we're going to focus on

is giving you a little tip to help you improve your slice serve

and it has everything to do with how you can slightly adjust your stance.

So, let's get to that video right now.

Here's what we're going to do to help you improve your slice serve:

I want you to focus on a small, little adjustment that you can make with your stance before you even hit the serve.

Why? Because more and more players are now serving in with this type of stance.

Maybe it's because you've been studying Pete Sampras or other great servers

or their foot is parallel to the baseline, and this back foot is turned out like this.

What we want to focus on doing is actually pointing our front foot a little bit

and making sure that this back foot is either parallel or pointing a little bit, as well.

And so, when you go ahead and get in this position

it's going to be easier for you to bring your body around to hit a great slice serve.

So, you're going to point your front foot,

and then you're going to toss the ball, and hit the slice.

It's a lot easier to get the body around if you adjust your stance slightly.

Don't worry if your opponent can see your position like this;

you can still trick them and hit a different type of serve.

The key is getting you comfortable on your slice serve, because if you're standing in this position,

unless you're extremely gifted, it's going to be difficult to hit a great slice serve.

Now, let's have you take a look at one in slow motion.

So oftentimes it's just a little adjustment in your stance

before you even hit the serve that can dramatically improve your slice serve.

I hope you enjoyed this video. If you did, go ahead and click the Thumbs Up button.

Bike Check - 2017 Diamondback Release 3 - Duration: 6:50.

We'll get back to how this happened later.

In light of the contest, a ton of you have been asking for a bike check on my 2017 Release

3.

After all, this is the bike that two of you will be winning.

The thing is, this bike isn't much different from the one I rode in 2016.

For that reason, I'm going to get into more detail than I usually do, starting with the

changes.

This year there's a water bottle mount on the downtube.

Also the cable guides have been streamlined a bit, holding closer to the frame.

Perhaps the biggest change this year is the color scheme.

The red back wheel was fun, but this looks more serious.

The whole bike just looks better.

The Release 3 is mid travel trail bike.

The fork has 150mm of travel, while the rear has 130.

This mismatched travel is starting to get really popular, as it makes for a firm and

agile bike that can still take big impacts in the front.

I prefer to run 4 volume reducers in the rear to give it a sharp ramp up.

Configured like this, 130mm has felt great on most trails.

I've read reviews like the one on Pink Bike that found 40% sag in the rear to be optimal.

I run mine closer to 30%, which makes the bike feel more playful.

It's possible that this reduces efficiency over chatter, but everyone has their priorities

and mine is jumping around.

On the topic of suspension, the Release has a pretty sophisticated linkage.

This Level Link platform feels great and is very effective and reducing pedal bob.

The only drawback is its complexity, since there are tons of pivot points to keep greased.

If you wash your bike recklessly like I do, you might need to break it down a couple times

per year to re-grease those points.

I haven't changed anything on my Release 3 save for the stem cap—oh and the chainring.

So what you see here is what it comes with out of the box; Sram Guide Brakes with 180mm

rotors, a Rockshox Pike RCT3, a Monarch Plus RC3 DebonAir, a KS Lev Integra dropper post,

Raceface Turbine Crankset, Sram X1 Shifting, and quite a few house brand parts, like the

bars, stem, platform pedals, and wheels.

They unnecessarily upgraded the factory switch on the KS Lev to the Southpaw lever, something

that many companies don't do.

Only someone who's used a crappy dropper post lever would know how big of a difference

that change makes.

On the other hand, they saved money on things that don't matter as much, like the stem

and bars, which are house brand.

The Blanchard rims that Diamondback also makes are really strong, as we've seen, in fact

the only rim I've ever bent on a Diamondback was an Easton Arc on my Mission 2.

I destroyed that twice actually.

As for the dropper post, the KS Lev isn't perfect, but it is the best option.

It sticks in the lower position, and the clamp makes creaking noises unless you grease it

really thoroughly, but otherwise I've never had one fail, and I've owned 5.

There are better dropper posts out there, but it's tough to beat the KS at this price

point.

The pedals are house brand platforms with replaceable pins.

Considering many bikes don't even come with pedals I find these to be more than adequate.

I've had no urge to replace them, although if I did it would be with Raceface Chester

pedals.

The Sram Guide Brakes feel good, really good, but they're not always reliable.

On several Sram guide levers over the last two years, I've had complete failures in

hot weather, particularly when the bike was exposed to direct sunlight.

Basically what happens is that the plunger swells up and freezes the brake in place.

After it cools down it usually works again, but sometimes the damage is permanent.

Luckily, Sram is really good about replacing them under warranty, and rumor has it that

the current run of Sram guide brakes do not have this problem anymore.

For the record, I did swap the levers on my old bike before shipping it out, so whoever

wins it should be in good shape.

Let's file this in the never happens on Shimano folder.

The Release 3 also comes with Sram X1 shifting.

I installed a Box One on my last bike, but I'll be running Sram on my 2017 model.

The Sram thumb switch is a better fit for my stubby fingers.

Whoever wins my old bike will get the Box, which I think is a cool bonus considering

how uncommon it still is.

Box shifted remarkably well, but I'd say that Sram X1 shifts probably as good, and

has a better clutch.

Let's talk about geometry.

Bike fit is very personal, and it's not always about getting a small, medium, or large.

I'm 5' 4" with a relatively broad build.

I don't like to go too long in the top tube, and definitely not too tall on the seat tube.

For the type of riding I do most, this is the kind of geometry I prefer.

All too often, I can't find a rental bike I like.

When I think of companies with good geometry for small people, Trek and Specialized come

to mind.

Others don't even make frames smaller than 16 for men.

Since someone will be winning one of these I should go over the packaging.

If you've ever unpacked a bike you know that they're covered in tape and foam everywhere.

I was happy to see this one packaged with straps, and blocks of foam, much like a bike

would be if you were taking it on an airline.

It also came with a suspension pump and a torque wrench for assembly.

It's not professional grade, but it's enough to assemble it properly.

I leave mine in the car now.

Like most new bikes, I needed to install the pedals, seat post, and the handlebars, then

set up the suspension.

I made a whole video on suspension that you can find in the description.

It mostly covers the fork, but the same rules can be applied to the rear.

So that's it for this bike check.

Two lucky winners will be getting Releases of their own, and we'll find out who those

winners are by mid April.

Thanks riding with me today, and I'll see you next time.

Open Book with the Reference Librarians: Mahrya Carncross Burnett - Duration: 2:26.

[musical intro]

[guitar music]

I wouldn't say that I'm really a specialist in any particular area,

but I do act as a library liaison to several different academic departments.

So I have a lot of experience in research in English,

philosophy and religion, curriculum and instruction,

chemistry, and computer science.

I think my favorite thing to research is probably archival research on history topics.

We're lucky that we have such a great archives here at Western

and I love using our collection for doing different kinds of local research

Um, we have all sorts of you know photographs and newspaper articles,

and things like that that are just really fun to use to find out, you know, about our local history.

I think the time that really sticks out in my mind is when I was working with a student who was just starting,

um, their graduate research,

they're writing a thesis in, um, education and

And, uh, the student really didn't understand what it was that

she was supposed to be researching in the library, really how to go about it at all and

so we really kind of had to start from, um,

the basics learning about, you know, databases and catalogs

and what you can expect to find in different places

We set up Interlibrary loan accounts

and just did a lot of kind of basic

preliminary work for her to get set up and in a good space where she would be able to,

you know, find lots of good sources, keep them organized

and be able to actually incorporate them into some kind of a finished project.

The best way to get a hold of me is probably email.

I don't really check my office phone very often; either email or you can always just stop by my office

Which is right near the reference desk on the second floor.

It really kind of changes often I watch a lot of shows on Netflix like probably a lot of people do.

Um, I also like to get out spend some time with my family

We have a big garden, and I'm kind of a plant nerd so I have lots of plants in my house

Swimming, I've been doing a lot of swimming lately this season,

so yeah, it always kind of changes.

EU tells UK : "We will not punish you Brexit is punishment enough " - Duration: 3:17.

EU tells UK: 'We will not punish you.

Brexit is punishment enough' Donald Tusk reveals bloc's negotiating stance

for next two years of talks The European Council President Donald Tusk

has said the EU will not punish the UK, because Brexit is "punishment enough", as he released

a set of draft guidelines defining the bloc's position on talks for the next two years.

Mr Tusk spoke at a news conference after the guidelines were sent to the heads of the 27

remaining members of the EU - and immediately leaked to several news outlets.

The draft guidelines appeared to offer a concession to Theresa May, suggesting talks on future

trade arrangements could begin once "sufficient progress" was made on the initial Brexit divorce

deal.

But speaking to reporters, Mr Tusk said this was not the same thing as the "parallel talks"

demanded in Ms May's letter triggering Article 50.

The EC President insisted Britain's withdrawal from the bloc must come ahead of any new relationship

between the two parties.

Yet he said the EU will not seek to punish the UK in the initial stage of the talks.

"We will not be punitive.

Brexit itself is punitive enough," he said.

The head of the rotating EU presidency, Maltese Prime Minister Joseph Muscat, appeared alongside

Mr Tusk at the news conference.

He said the Brexit negotiations will be tough but "it will not be a war," and warned both

sides that citizens in Britain and other EU nations should not be used a "bargaining chips".

That same phrase was repeated by Mr Tusk at the end of the conference, in the context

of security cooperation between the EU and the UK.

Mr Muscat admitted that he and other European leaders had read with concern Ms May's comments,

in an interview with the BBC's Andrew Neil, in which she referred to Britain's "valuable"

contribution to security across the continent.

Asked whether the UK would stay a member of Europol after Brexit, the Prime Minister said:

"I think security co-operation in a number of crime and justice matters is important

for us.

"It's not just Europol, there are some other things, there are systems about exchanging

information about people crossing borders, for example, which I think are valuable: valuable

to us, and valuable to the other countries in the EU...

"I would like to be able to maintain the degree of co-operation on these matters that we have

currently."

Mr Tusk said that, particularly after the attack on Westminster nine days ago, it was

clear terrorism was a "common" threat to the whole of Europe, and said security was "not

a bargaining chip" on the table.

Mr Muscat said he had received assurances from Downing Street that the matter was one

of "misinterpretation".

He said the UK were "decent partners", and his government would take the British government

"at its word".

Keywords - How To Spy on Websites Meta Keywords for Keyword Discovery - Duration: 5:37.

Hi there guys, I get people asking me

all the time how I find my keywords now yes

I do head on over to the Google Keyword tool,

thats always gotta be there and you've gotta find out what people are paying for

however, let's look at it this way. I've got three

email marketing services that I'm gonna share with you today okay, Depixion

we've got MailChimp and

the other email marketing company

is Aweber, so if I was to be

setting up campaign that wanted to

be an affiliate

for one of these services, I'm not sayin

any particular one is is better or worse than the other because I'm not getting

into that

in this video this video is more

about the keywords for email marketing services, now

let's say that Aweber is the company that we're gonna be the affiliate for

and and this is how we want to make money

okay now lets choose Aweber

on its own, then two of its competitors in the email marketing solutions

business

so there we Depixion and MailChimp. So what you wanna do

is right click: Now these guys spend

thousands of pounds in testing and tracking

everything that they do and they're not gonna use keywords

that aren't converting so we're taking

keywords that a lot of marketers are using

scrappin those and find out what the companies are actually

using as their keywords, in effect the "money keywords",

okay so what you want to do is go onto the,

the main page you wanna have a look at, right click

and go to something called "view page source"

okay that's going to open up

all this what looks like gobbledygook but it's not it's good

meta-data and what you're looking for here

is keywords, so depixion.email

is targeting email marketing, automation marketing,

free account, free email marketing,

and email suite, but even the words like automation,

is gonna be email marketing automation, email marketing free account,

email marketing email suite,

that's, that's how their keywords are working for this.

So what we'll look at next

is MailChimp, so head on over to MailChimp here and again

do your right-click

and "view page source" and lovely

lovely code here the background of their website

and what we're looking for is keywords okay

so this is a great example of

an email marketing company using keywords

like each word is separate, now

these aren't exactly the ones we're gonna be targeting, but it really gives

you a good idea of what you can

so email marketing resources, email marketing

HTML newsletters, email marketing free,

oh, sorry, email marketing fr ee account,

so this is a really good idea to have a look

and put on the back burner for now, but we'll see how

Aweber deals with their keywords. So what we'll do now is head on over to

Aweber and see what their keywords

that they're targeting and see if we can get any information from there

now this is a little bit more difficult to have a look through

but just have a have a quick look through and you'll find

keywords just here okay

but that's a lovely example other the background

some of the websites, now this is very interested

they are targeting email marketing, auto responders,

and email newsletters. So for one of the biggest players in the game

they are telling the search engines that they are only, they only have keywords for

only three things, so they are super super targeted

and I think Aweber know

that there the money keywords: and that's what they using

to to market their email marketing services

so there you have it guys

we've had a look at finding keywords

for email marketing services, now

one is who we were actually gonna use as are affiliate

or we would be the affiliate for okay

we've used two free services

so free email marketing services by

MailChimp and a new player

that I've just found is Depixion.email

so if you just have a look at Depixion email

in a Google search this all come up as well I

but what we were pretty much saying today

The Wrong Hire Can Hurt Your Business Badly - Duration: 18:44.

Let's try that again. I was getting

too many notifications all at once and it was distracting so

Best selves hiring process is now over year old when we first started hiring people

We started hiring people who?

Were available people that we knew?

people who

Who we thought would be a right fit?

But it just turned out that that process that we were using that process that we were putting in place it

Wasn't good. It wasn't

We weren't putting the right people in

in the right places and

It hurt our growth, so hiring is a big thing especially when you're growing and scaling a company

We're to a point now where the next thing the only place to get us

To where we want to go is just hire more people so we need to think about how we're going to hire people

how are we going to hire not just people but the best people and

Best self has actually developed

it or curated a

awesome awesome

Awesome team that we absolutely love we have the best in customer service the best designers

the best marketers the best

writers the best

Operations people and we've actually poached most of these people

From other companies they had jobs it would brought them on

because of this process and

And we were able to do it quickly and efficiently without

Pounding our head against the wall

And that's what hiring was to us in the beginning. It was like

I've got hire. Somebody in what's cool

How do I do this what a you know whom can we fit for this role? [who] [do] we need? I don't even know and

It ended up just turning out to be us like I said before

Picking people around us picking people who we thought would be ideal

And then what we found out was when we did that approach

We'd waste time we waste money. We right waste energy

Resources and and we waste our business because we've spent all this time at

a baseline where if we would just hire the right person

All of a sudden the right things would fall into place, and we would start scaling up

so

Enough about why it's important to hire the right people

now let's get into

How we're going to do this so because this is a whiteboard training

I will not have access to the comments

but please please leave comments below because I'm always in turtle in the hustle afterwards and

oh

Absolutely James training for the wrong people is so expensive it it is

you'll you'll spend all this time and money training them getting them up to speed get it giving them all the skills and and

the inner workings of your business

and what makes you guys unique just to find out that they can't implement or aren't implementing to your standards and

And you keep saying hey, what's going on or how come you're not like we're on. We're up on this level

But you're still down here what where's that gap? It's because you got the wrong person

in most cases

so

Because this video is going to be on a whiteboard. I won't be able to see your comments, so please leave comments below

like this video and

and

I will take a pause here and there to come in and see what your comments are

But always even if you're watching this video after its recorded

Drop some comments in because I love talking about it, and I want to hear what questions. You guys have so

Without further ado let me Spin this camera around

[alright], so it's a simple 5-step process

for this and

First and foremost you need to figure out okay? Who do you want? That's that's a giggly. What role will will they do and

in this

when you're figuring out, what role

That person's going to do for your company and what?

tasks and Assignments, or don't do you're going to write an epic job opening and

What this will do this will curate and weed out a majority of people

So for us for best self our company's thought everyone works Rameau everyone's

normally in a

Younger Mindset although, we do have older people in our company

But they just fit they understand the culture they get it and that's what they like, so when ripe job openings

We make it fun

We make it light-hearted, but we also tell them up front who the four Andrews it not for so we've got the people who?

Who aren't a?

Aren't they right fit?

immediately, so if someone looking for an office job, and someone's looking for

for a nine-to-five

We tell them hey hey that's not that's not this position

But we also make it fun. [all] [right]. So maybe you don't want a nine-to-five, but maybe you want to work with a

Cool team that a start up you're going to get your hands dirty you're going to do a lot of things that you have no

No idea what to do, but that's okay all of us are

In that boat you're going to wear many hats

Don't just think we're going to

Sit you down with one simple role that you do over and over again. We're going to ask you to do things that

that aren't really specific for this and in doing so

Well Katherine

and I have done and actually katherine she designed this this fun image actually two of them now because we

Got tired of using the first one

But it's like Katherine and I standing next to one another and a stick figure with his arm over made

And it's like this could be you it just shows a little

Different aspect than what people are normally used to when reading job openings, so whether you're looking for a ceo low

Which should be one of your first hires?

If you're looking [for] a more person or customer service person put it in there like hey

this could be you and just make it fun and

in doing so we got the people who are looking for that specific position and

Tory will weed out people who are not geared towards that and you'll also attract the right people

so

This will take a big majority of your time to craft the right one don't just pumps up and out because you want

this is the face of your company if you're going to attract people really put the time and energy into it and

Catherine and I would actually spend hours and hours writing going back and forth between hey

Does this look good all right? And then we we constantly edit it and feed it back back and forth to one another until

It was up to our standards

So after that's written

You're going to what you want to do. Here's the worst part is now you're going to get all these applicants

Are you going to read resumes and do this [and] that no?

that's not how you do this you want to automate this system, and you wanted to be automatically to vet and

Quickly decipher who's who Convolve instructions and who can't?

Now most of this is from the book who and if you're only going to read one book on higher

And I highly recommend reading that who by Jeffrey Smart ugly business

Don't quote me on that

and

also, this is another system that we so most of [the] came from who but we also Sort of match this together with

with Noah Kagan's hiring process

so it's sort of like a blend between the two that Catherine are like alright this fits off this list or a company and

That's why I'm providing it to you

So what is this automated betting system, so in this job opening? You're going to have instructions

You're going to [get] the person to call to action

email jobs at

Desafio with

subject Line x y and z and

So the body of the email include links to your Facebook and link it for example

so those are the instructions

so what happens when someone emails jobs at bet Cellco with the subject line that it was said in the

instructions, but

Doesn't have the links to their Facebook or linkedin profile in their body they go to the trash

So this whole process is

is A

two-pronged approach so number one is

Setting up the email back end to automatically filter

the responses that come in that don't meet the instructions and dump them into the trash and

Then if they do meet the requirements it to send ache and auto response

so

this won't just a

Gmail

automation

Which is the delete?

or canned responses

so if they don't meet the requirements

Mating send an email to [Java] vessel with the correct

subject line

Or the correct text or url in the body if they don't it gets deleted, but if they do

They get a canned response now. What does this canned response?

say this canned response gives them a

Google form

Google

form

Url in

the email

That says hey. Thank you for applying. We love to find out more about you, and if you're a right fit for our company

Take 15 to 30 minutes to fill out this Google form

And tell us a little bit more about yourself

Now what this does

When they go to that google for its intensive its hey, how would you solve this problem? How would you do this?

Tell me more about that

it's very detailed it open-ended because

What you're going to do is you're you don't want to have a drop down and give them multiple choice answers

You don't want to them to rate stuff on a one to ten scale that that really doesn't determine

At face value what when you're glancing at the responses who you're going to pick

So what this does number one it has a barrier to you so far

You haven't done anything except write the email and if you're savvy enough, you just have a va that set up this

Automated process and if you don't have a va just do it yourself a little take 20 minutes of your time

So maybe you spent an hour in 20 minutes, and now we're crafting this this epic

job opening and 20 minutes putting together this and

Now you keep you keep yourself away from all the app applicants coming in

So this Google form it's all going to be open-ended questions. How would you do [this] write this out?

How would you promote x Y&Z tell us about a problem that you that you overcame?

stuff like that if you need if you need examples

I'm sure we can send some or just jump into

Our hiring process that we're doing right now for a marketing person

This is that's the reason why I feel like this

And you can just reverse engineer it if you want, so

what what they'll do is, they'll fill that out and

Then now that you have all these responses in pretty much a google spreadsheet. You'll export all the answers into a google spreadsheet

You'll read those answers now. So now you haven't you haven't even talked to anybody yet

But now you're reading all the answers seeing how to respond to every question, and you'll wait those

answers on a one-to-five scale

so you'll just add a separate column next to the answer and the response and

Rate it on a one to five five being the best

one beer and

And you will go through every answer

Then what you'll do is, you'll sort and categorize their answers total them up and now you can pick your top three

pick top three

so say you have a list of

25

applicants

So far you haven't talked to any of them

But you're already here on the top three that you may choose based on the responses

And it was a very simple system. That was in place now now after [that]. I'm going to stop here

I'm going to come around to the other side of the camera to see if you guys have any questions

All right king says ah yeah James who?

James had a question about the book

Called who all right? So I'm going to keep going

There's nobody there's a couple of you watching right now with not many people have questions

[all] [right], so after you pick the top three

You'll set up a 15 minute. Call you or whoever their direct report is now now where we are with best self

I don't even set up this 15 min a call this goes to someone

My assistant her name's guess it were hired a marketing person

She because she will be this person's direct report and Jess is now my direct report

So we create the buffer space

but if you're just starting out

You'll have a 15 minute hold each now why do you do a 15 minute call instead of diving right into an interview?

The reason you do this is because you can eat when you're talking to someone you can see if literal

responses match up to their personality and

What you're trying to get here to see if they're a good cultural fit to see if there are?

If they're you'll know

from their dialogue from their language inning from

from how how they craft their responses and just talk casually to you if if

They have what it takes now from now you may bring all three of those people to the next round

But at least you talk to them first, and you know what you're getting yourself into if you talk to someone

You're like whoa. No way. I don't know how this guy got got to be top three

But I'm glad my time it was only 15 minutes that looks. That's what this is geared towards

Now last but not least this is this is the mother lode

This is going to be a long haul and this call for this person

Once you get down to this process after they go through the 15 minute call then they do

Maybe it an hour to two hours sometimes three hours

depending on

Depending on how how in-depth you want to get every day?

But what you're doing on this cold is you are digging in and deep as possible?

starting from the beginning

Tell me about great school. Tell me about [growing] up. Tell me who your friends were

Tell me about high [school]. Did you play any sports?

tell me about your girlfriend's your best friends your

Boyfriend's tell me about your parents. How many sisters and brothers?

Do you have if any then tell me about college? Did you go to college? Did you drop out?

Why did you drop out below the love and what you're going to do is you're going to find patterns that are coming up?

whether they play sport and drop that played sports and dropped out whether they join clubs whether they

participated in in

Anything and everything why they chose those extra curricular activities?

someone so forth and then really find out if that person is a right fit for you and your company and

a right fit to bring on to your team and

and this is where

the main Assessment

And then you and your team after once you'll have a discussion. Oh, well. I really like this person

I really like that person, but you know what so and so just really outshined everybody else

And I think we should bring them on and then you go to negotiating the salary and so on and so forth

but this is the five step process from

From what how to really start getting people right from the beginning all the way to make them

making them a higher and this is the process we use and

We use it today

We love it because we spent so much time bringing in or boarding people like I said in the beginning of this video

that that we really wanted something in place, and this is working really well for us right now and

I hope you guys can implement it into your business again if you have any questions about this video

Please drop it in the comments. Let me know if you like this if you got some value out of it and

Yes, thanks, everyone

Network Marketing/ Training With Tim Episode #1 / Network Marketing Online vs. Offline - Duration: 3:16.

- Hey what's up guys, Tim Cox here.

Coming to you from a beautiful New Orleans day.

And let's talk network marketing.

We're gonna talk today

about online versus offline strategies.

And this is a big hot topic debate.

And a lot of different organizations,

a lot of different companies,

people are wondering,

"Should I build offline, should I build online?"

And the answer is, you can build both ways.

So what do we do in network marketing?

In network marketing, we're finding consumers,

we're building a network of distributors,

and typically when you find these distributors and customers

you need to go where they are, right?

And so offline strategies absolutely work.

It's time tested, it's been proven.

People have been building with home meetings

and phone calls, three-way phone calls

and conference room meetings for a long, long time.

It definitely works.

Now that is old school.

It still works, still effective.

There is the new school, and that is online marketing.

That is utilizing online strategies, social media.

That stuff absolutely works too.

And ultimately you have to decide,

where is your target market?

Is your target market more offline or are they more online?

And ultimately, too, you have to decide,

what are you more comfortable doing?

And I like to compare it to this:

offline strategies are a lot like brick and mortar business.

It still absolutely, 100% works.

And I would never suggest that

a store completely just close their store

and went completely online until they were ready.

Because there are still people that like to go to the store

to buy and feel and touch the products.

Now it's the same thing with network marketing.

There are some people that like to go

and talk to people and feel that energy

and be at those home meetings, absolutely.

And there's another group of people

that have migrated towards the internet

and prefer that style.

And so, just like retail, I see making that shift to online,

but both still work.

You do need an online presence,

I would say in network marketing.

There's also a shift going from offline to online.

And those that are able to adapt with the times

can see massive success.

And maybe those that refuse to adapt

and stick to 100% old school,

maybe will have a little bit tougher time,

especially with the younger generation

that do spend a lot of time online.

So my suggestion to you is do what you feel

is going to work for your target market.

If you're somebody that,

obviously you're watching this video,

you are on social media.

But if you do have a team member

that doesn't have a computer and isn't on Facebook,

obviously you wouldn't suggest

that they do online strategies,

but if you do have somebody

and their target market is all over social media,

and they're really savvy with the social media.

Maybe some online strategies will be in order.

So there's no one answer for it.

All I would say is, if you're old school,

don't be closed minded to online strategies.

And if you're an online person,

don't be closed minded to the offline stuff.

Because you're going to have a large organization

and some of those people are going to be comfortable

doing online strategies,

and some of those people are going to be comfortable

doing kneecap to kneecap, eyeball to eyeball,

the way the business has been built

since the beginning of time.

So just be open but always be open to evolving.

Because just like anything else, industries evolve.

Network marketing is absolutely 100% evolving.

And you want to stay up with the times.

The last thing you want to do is wake up one day

and realize that you're so far behind the times

and you should have stayed up to date

with the changes of the landscape in network marketing.

And so I hope you got value from this.

If you did, please like, comment, and share.

And I would love to connect with you.

Send me a message and thank you for watching this video.

Everyone have a good day.
