Hello my friends! Kaitlyn here! And are you a good leader?

Or maybe you want to be a good leader but you feel like your lack of confidence or leadership

skills is holding you back!

Let's talk about it!

(INTRO MUSIC)

So if you're a shy or introverted or socially awkward person, (like me!) being a leader

can sometimes feel elusive.

Like I want to speak up and make my opinion known and lead a team but I'm

also afraid that no one will listen to me or care what I have to say.

Yeah, that's no fun.

So I'm here to tell you from my own personal experience that you can be shy and be a good leader.

You can be introverted and be a good leader.

You can be super awkward and still be a good leader!

What? How! That's impossible!

There are many things that can make a good leader, but here are the things I think are at its core:

#1: You have to have confidence in your vision.

I think the biggest thing that deters people from stepping up and taking a leadership

position at say their church or school or work is because they feel like they don't

have enough confidence.

But confidence is a tricky thing.

Sometimes I think we confuse confidence with pride or self-importance so that we see someone

and say, THAT guy should be a leader because he just EXUDES confidence.

But just because you're not walking around like, I AM THE GREATEST, BOW DOWN TO ME doesn't mean that you can't be a leader.

*cough*DONALD TRUMP*cough*

What you really need is confidence in your vision.

Aka do you know what the team that you're leading is trying to accomplish?

Can you envision the steps to get there?

And if you can't, do you know how to bring the team together and the process to get to those steps?

Sometimes the most unexpected people can be amazing leaders because they KNOW the vision

and then can rally people around it.

#2: You have to be patient.

OH MY GOSH PEOPLE CAN BE SO FRUSTRATING SOMETIMES!

Which means a good leader needs to have an AMAZING level of patience.

Want to know a way to kill your leadership skills?

Having the vision but then also having a short fuseso that you're not being able to work through problems

with your team members.

Like yeah, it might seem easier if you were to just do the whole project yourself because

you know what the end product is supposed to be...but that's not being leader, that's being a work-hog.

Instead, you have to take a lot of calming breaths (breathes) and then re-explain something for the 3rd

time, maybe try it a little bit different of a way to see if you can connect better with your coworker.

This is life when you lead a team. (Oh...)

#3: You have to give encouragement.

Constructive criticism is super important to any kind of project, but you want to know what

goes even farther in the long-run? Encouragement!

Gosh, it's so hard to get a positive word these days.

We're so quick to judge and to lash out and to tell you what's wrong with something.

But very rarely do we take the time to just encourage.

Even if your team does a good job all the time, they still NEED TO KNOW that

they're doing a good job.

I can't even begin to tell you how discouraging it is to be a part of a team that is working their

butts off but never hears any good feedback.

It's either "this is terrible, fix it!" or just, silence.

So knowing how and when to encourage is super vital to being a leader.

#4: You have to be honest.

So encouragement is great!

But not at the detriment of being honest with your team.

Being a good leader is about making tough choices, and calling people out if

they're manipulating the system or people, and just telling it like it is.

I mean, you have to have tact, of course!

But knowing when and how to be honest is a key to leadership success!

And finally, #5: You don't have to be a people person.

But you do have to be compassionate, empathetic and able to understand people.

I don't consider myself a people person.

Not at all.

But people who I've worked with would usually disagree with me.

Because to them when I've been working with them as a team leader, I appear as a people person.

But that's not because I am one.

It's because I've learned how to look at my team members as individuals.

Look for their strengths and weaknesses.

And how to encourage them or push them or help them to reach their highest potential.

I do this by thinking, "How would I want people to invest in me?

How would I want someone to look at me?"

And apply that thinking to my teammates.

Basically, having compassion and empathy and looking at my teammates as individuals

with their own special skill sets and not just faceless cogs in the machine.

Okay! So that is 5 things that I think are at the heart of leadership.

And they are not exclusive to extroverts or uber socially confident people.

They're all things that you can practice!

Practice makes perfect, ya know!

So the next time someone asks you if you want to lead a team, say yes!

And challenge yourself!

And put these core principles into action!

Believe in your vision, be patient, honest, encouraging, and compassionate.

And you've got this!

So what do you think? What have you been a leader in before? What did you learn from it?

Tell me all your thoughts down in the comments!

Plus remember to like, favorite, share, and subscribe if this video made you smile!

See you guys on Tuesday!

Vowel Sound /ɪ/ as in "it"- American English Pronunciation [UPDATED] - Duration: 6:19.

Hello there!

This is the "Sounds American" channel.

In this video we're going to talk about the American vowel sound /ɪ/,

as in the word "it."

You can also hear this sound in words like

"big,"

"gym,"

"English,"

or "image."

Please, note that we'll be using a special phonetic symbol - /ɪ/ - for this sound.

The /ɪ/ is one of the two most frequent vowel sounds in American English,

but it exists in less than 20% of the world languages,

so many people may distort it or replace it

with the /i/ sound, as in the word "be."

Let's find out how to make this sound.

OK.

To pronounce the /ɪ/ sound, you should focus on the correct position of your tongue.

Slightly open your mouth, spread your lips and relax them.

Raise your tongue high in your mouth and push it to the front.

The tip of your tongue can be lowered just behind your bottom front teeth.

Remember,

the /ɪ/ is a relaxed sound,

so your tongue and lips should be relaxed,

and your tongue should be at the front of your mouth.

Now, let's try saying it:

/ɪ/

/ɪ/

/ɪ/

Now, let's practice this sound in some words.

You'll see a word on a screen and hear its pronunciation.

Like this:

You'll have a few seconds to pronounce the word, if you want to.

Let's begin!

Let's pause for a moment and review the key points.

Your tongue should be relaxed,

raised high in your mouth

and pushed to the front.

Let's continue practicing.

You're done!

Congratulations!

By the way,

in most cases the /ɪ/ is written by the letter 'i',

so spelling words with this sound is fairly easy.

And more on the spelling.

the /ɪ/ is represented by the letter 'i'

in 73% of words with this sound.

Less often it's written by the letter 'e',

like in the word "English,"

or by the letter 'a',

like in the word "image,"

and sometimes by the letter 'y',

like in the word "gym."

Thanks for watching!

Hope you find it useful!

Stay tuned on our Sounds American channel!

>> Doing business

across international borders requires more documentation

than doing business across state borders.

But with some research and planning, you'll be able

to complete the documents required

to sell your goods to foreign markets.

Required export shipping documents vary depending

on the country of destination, type of product,

and payment methods, but expect that a certain amount

of documentation will be standard in every transaction.

Country or region-specific documents can include CCC

certification to sell goods in China or CE certification

to sell goods in Europe.

Product-specific documentation can include export licenses

for military items or ingredient certifications

for agricultural products.

But expect that a lot

of documentation will be standard in every transaction.

The most common exporting document is the

commercial invoice.

The commercial invoice requires a description of the products,

the sales price, and the cost of insurance and freight.

These details will be used

to calculate import duties and taxes.

There may be several other documents you will need

to complete.

Some of these include inspection or manufacturer's certificates;

certificates of origin the Census Bureau's Electronic

Export Information form, which is required

for products valued greater than $2,500; and documents specified

in a letter of credit.

Do your research to determine which documents are required

for export and decide if you will complete them yourself

or if you want to delegate this task to your freight forwarder.

You must retain export documents for five years.

If your documents are not properly prepared,

your shipments may not clear U.S. or foreign customs

and your payments under a letter of credit may be at risk.

Your shipper or foreign partner may be knowledgeable

on the export documentation needed for your product.

Other resources include your local U.S. Commercial

Service Office.

To find an office near you and for more information

on exporting, visit export.gov.

For more information on the export process,

you can watch another video

School Inc. Episode 1 - Adios, Esclante - Duration: 2:16.

The movie Stand and Deliver ends on a

high note with Escalante's students

proving the skeptics wrong.

But the story of his mathematics

program at Garfield does not have a

Hollywood ending.

When the film was released in 1988,

Garfield's math program was bigger and

more successful than ever.

Before I came to Garfield,

I had never heard of Mr. Jaime Escalante.

But sure enough,

as soon as you step foot on campus,

you hear about Mr. Jaime Escalante,

and you hear about the math program.

Every single week there was a new

film crew coming in.

In any other field,

we might expect this combination of

success, scalability, and publicity

to have catapulted Escalante

to the top of his profession;

or like Hubble's expanding universe,

to have spread all across the country.

That just isn't what happened.

My years were the years of controversy,

where a lot of the teachers were resentful,

and it was very public.

Jaime was the type of person that

wouldn't settle for normal goals.

He had big dreams and he wasn't

afraid to reach for them.

Jaime was relentless and he wanted,

you know, the best for the students.

The key problem was that Escalante's

classes were big.

The number of students in the class

worked for him.

He could handle it.

He was setting a precedent.

He was giving the message to the

administrator, you know:

"If Escalante can do it, why not you?"

The union helped Mr. Jimenez,

who was the other calculus teacher,

helped him to believe that he could run

as the chairperson,

and be the chairperson...which he did.

And that was done, you know,

in the background.

They hide it from Escalante.

The union was able to get the votes to

oust Escalante as chairman of the math

department because his success and fame

had started to arouse jealousy.

Action Twinmarker CHALLENGE ★ Random Pick ONLY ★ - Duration: 13:04.

good morning everybody today is such a

beautiful and sunny day outside but I

will just work and do some videos and

today I will definitely do a 3 marker

challenge or a 2 marker challenge or a

one marker challenge I'm not sure yet

but today I will not use the Copic

markers today I will use the twin

markers from the action store

well these markers don't own a brush nib they only

got a broad nib and a fine nib

but to me it doesn't matter i will use them anyway

and i think it could be fun so let's see

if it will end in the total disaster and

what I also want to try to do is a

marker challenge just using the brush

markers from Winsor and Newton but I think

this will happen in another video so HA!

so to make sure that i'm not going to

see what kind of colors I'm going to pick

I will use this sleeping mask

and a bag so nobody can tell me that I would

cheat so let's unpack the markers and

put them inside this bag

so I got some more markers from the

action store which are not included in

these sets but I think I will just put

them inside, too

Okay now it's time to shake it all up

just make sure everything is mixed well

so what I'm going to do now is to put on

this mask I laid down this bag on the table

so I won't see... so I won't see... eeh

so I won't see the open side of the bag

and it's double save, you know?

what I'm also going to do is to pick at first about

nine colors and I'm going to put them

inside this thing

and then I will pick again but during this time I'm going to

pick nine colors I will not put off my

mask until I finally picked my final

three colors so it will be fun for you

so let's place it like this so you can

see it when I put them inside to this

thing good okay let's do it let's do it

whoo okay it's the final pen now

uuuh choose wisely

So now it's time to pick... eeeh

three colors - the final colors I'll use in my picture

in my challenge later

okay... this is number one

two

and number three

I don't want to put it off...

thats...

that sucks... it's just red, yellow, yellow

mmmmh

it would be so much more fun to have a blue one but uhm

these are the markers I'm going to use

I want a blue one at least!

Let's do it!!!

These are the final colors for the 3 marker challenge

What I'm still going to do is to pick one

marker and two markers for the next challenges

so let's make a short series

of these Twinmarkers

Now I'm putting away these 3 markers so I know uhm...

that these are for the challenge

And now put them back

Mix it well again

then I will put this mask on again

...pick two colors for the marker challenge but

let's make it a bit funny again

I'll pick eight colors off put them again in this thing

and then pick again my final colors

Okay let's do it

It's yellow isn't it?

It's also yellow...?

I'm not sure...

These are the colors

and now pick only two for the two marker challenge

It's yellow isn't it?

oh this is nice

These are the colors I picked aaand...

...

Now one marker challenge

Put them back again

Mix it well

4 Flirty First Messages To Send On Bumble | Adam LoDolce - Duration: 4:35.

Swipe left.

Swipe left.

Swipe right.

I got a match.

Now if this were Tinder, you could you just sit back and wait for the dude to initiate,

but if this is Bumble, you've got 24 hours to contact him or else he disappears.

In this video, I'm going to teach you four flirty first messages to send a guy on Bumble.

Keep watching.

Now this video is meant to be very practical for you ladies out there.

You see, a few years back a couple women designed a dating app that was essentially the female

response to Tinder.

It's called Bumble, and the nice thing about it is that it puts you in control of the process.

In order for a guy to be able to message you, you need to message him first.

No more uncomfortable pick up lines from dudes.

No more unsolicited messages.

No more creepy dudes messaging you late night for a quickie.

Now that's all well and good, but here's the problem.

Now you need to be the picker upper.

You need to message him first, and I've been hearing from a lot of you that this is stressing

you out.

You probably never had to initiate conversation online dating, and now you kind of know how

it feels.

So here are four messages you can send a guy to be able to catch his attention, and be

able to start that conversation.

The first one is a lighthearted, poking fun message.

Here's an example.

I think your shorts might just be a little too long.

You see?

There you go.

You got his attention, you might be poking fun a little bit, and that's the whole point,

right?

You're not here to make fun of him in a serious way, just find something in his profile that,

you know, you're poking fun.

You're teasing him a little bit.

It's going to get his attention; it's going to want to make him respond.

Number two, is the inquisitive observation.

Here's an example.

I see that you like to snowboard.

Where's your favorite mountain?

Look, all you're doing is finding something in his profile, anything, identify it, and

then ask a question, right?

Just be observant.

See if there's some type of hobby that he's into.

Maybe there's something that he's doing at work, maybe there's something that he's doing

with his friends or his family.

Just take a look at it.

Literally, it can take you 10 seconds, and then simply just ask a question about it,

and ask for more details.

Boom, there you go.

Number three, is called the cold read.

Here's an example.

Let me guess.

You're not from Boston?

I'm thinking LA.

It's a cold read because you are looking at something in his profile, and you're guessing

something about him.

It's a really fun game to just be able to, you know you could be completely wrong, by

the way, and you might be wrong in that example, but it will still at least kind of like spark

a fun conversation, and chances are it's going to get his attention.

Other cold reads could be: you're guessing his astrological sign, you could be guessing

what he does for work, you guess something that he does for fun, or, of course, where

he's from.

Just take a quick look at his profile, guess something about him, throw it out there, and

watch him respond.

And finally, number four is just go straight for the pick up line.

Now let's say you got a guy's profile and literally there's nothing in there that you

can really work with, but you still want to message him.

You could try this line.

Two truths and a lie.

Ready.

Set.

Go.

Believe it or not, Hinge, which is another dating app, ran a survey, and they found that

this line improves your response rate likelihood by over 31%.

It's fun, it's playful, and you know what?

It's just like a fun little game for you guys to get to know each other.

Before you know it, he's going to say his two truths and a lie, you can guess.

You're going to have your two truths and a lie.

Before you know it, you're having a great time and see where the conversation goes from

there.

So there you have it.

Those are four fun messages that you can send on Bumble, and here's the message that you

should never, ever, ever send a guy to start it.

He will have no idea where to go from there.

Keep it light.

Keep it playful.

Remember, the only goal of online dating, whether it's Bumble, Match, eHarmony, or OkCupid,

the only point of all of this is to meet the person off line, and Eve and I both agree,

don't get catfished.

It's not a relationship, it's not anything yet until you've met offline.

So just use it as a tool to be able to meet people in the real world.

So I want to ask you.

What are some fun lines that you've used that have worked really well?

Share in the comments right there below.

This is an amazing community where we can help each other out.

Also, if you enjoy this video, please give it a like on YouTube; that really helps me

out a lot, and don't forget to subscribe on YouTube for more videos just like this every

single week.

Finally, if you want more advice on dating, relationships, confidence, then go ahead and

click right here or up there on that card, and it's going to take you over to SexyConfidence.com.

We have a ton of amazing resources that are going to help you through all these stages

and be able to get you the results that you really want in your love life.

Thank you so much for watching, and I'll speak to you next week.

Bye-bye.

Virtual Collector #4 - Donkey Kong Country (Wii/Wii U Virtual Console) - Duration: 2:59.

Welcome to Virtual Collector where I stoplight games from virtual consoles.

Donkey Kong Country was originally released in 1994 for the Super Nintendo Entertainment

System.

Donkey Kong Country is a platformer in which you control Donkey Kong and his nephew Diddy

Kong as they attempt to recover their stolen hoard of bananas from King K Rool and the

Kremlings.

You must complete 40 uniquely themed levels before meeting up with King K Rool to retreive

your bananas.

You start off as Donkey Kong, but can quickly unlock Diddy by finding a DK barrel.

Donkey and Diddy Kong are not just two characters.

They each have specific stats that will help you throughout your adventure.

Diddy Kong is faster and more agile while Donkey Kong is stronger.

There are ridable animal friends that you will encounter that will help you on your

adventures.

Their unigue skills will help you progress through the level and are often needed to

discover the hidden areas.

You start off with six lives, but as you progess, extra lives can be obtained by collecting

100 bananas.

In each level there are golden letters spelling KONG.

Collecting each in a given level will also give you an extra life.

Levels can be revisited to collect more bananas, find the letters or find the bonus stages.

There is a reason that this game is the second best-selling game for the Super Nintendo.

Using cutting edge technology, the 2D character sprites looked and felt three dimentional.

Putting this with amazing level design and a lush background, it is easy to see why so

many loved this game, me included.

But this game is not all looks.

The controls are tight and each level has little hidden secret areas where you can try

to earn some extra bananas or an extra life.

What makes this game great is that even though it does have a high level of difficult, it

does not lead to frustion.

Instead, it leads to determination (I WILL beat this level) and elation when you actually

do.

You can purchase Donkey Kong Country on the Wii or Wii U Virtual console for $8.

Ok, I admit it, I raged quit a bit while playing this game.

It IS hard.

But not once did I want to put down the controller. Or felt the game was unfair.

I highly recommend picking this game up.

Expérience Sociale #32: La beauté. - Duration: 8:32.

This video is for young people who suffer comments about their appearance

Nowadays, in the current society, eventhough external beauty stays important...

It is pointed out too often...

and inner beauty is often forgotten...

Which makes some young people have a complex about their appearance...

But the only people who are not pretty are those who criticize others...

Hi everyone, welcome to this new social experiment Would You React.

So, I know I have a quite young audience

And physical appearance is something recurrent in conversations

You are often judged because of physical appearance, etc.

so it was important for me today

to make a social experiment about physical appearance.

Are you ready to live out this experiment?

Let's go!

Here we go!

Laurie, our actress, doesn't consider herself neither ugly nor pretty...

For the experiment she accepted to let others judge her...

How will passers-by react to this mysterious sign?

Activate subtitles to understand better

This kind of sign enables us to create social links.

What are you looking for?

To make people react

to see what they think

advertising for clothes, etc.

They were not always models

But I think you don't need that

Thank you, that's kind

No, it's okay!

Thanks, that's kind

I didn't have time to read...

You're very pretty!

Thank you

madam, you are very pretty!

Thank you very much, that's kind

What's the point of your thingy?

Well... I don't know

Maybe to make people react

That's ingenious

Well yes, it's mostly to express

something young people experience and that I have experienced when I was young and that's it...

We want to make people react about that subject

There's worse than external beauty in everyday life

Above all, you're not even ugly

Thank you, that's kind

Can I give you a hug please?

Yes you can

Thank you very much

That's not true!

Thank you

You're normal

I am normal?

Neither ugly nor pretty...

So it's okay... you to!

You're beautiful! Come, let's get a hotel room. Me and you...

You are pretty madam!

Thank you, that's kind

Can I ask you why you came to me like this?

Because many people think they are not beautiful but...

Beauty goes both ways... It's inside and outside

That's not true!

Thanks

You are very pretty!

Thank you, that's kind

Did you notice this absolutely incredible thing?

Have you noticed how people get positive when we dare to show ourselves as we are?

Yes you are... You don't have to think that. You're super beautiful!

Thank you

You are above all beautiful to do this here

Thank you

It's the most beautiful beauty, it's what you do...

I think tant's not true. I think you're very pretty!

That's very kind madam

Can I ask you the reason you came?

You ask me what I think, so I tell you...

I really like your smile

Thank you, that's kind

And your boldness to ask... It makes you beautiful!

Thank you very much

You're very pretty!

Thank you, that's kind

That's quite unusual, what's the aim?

How wonderful you are!

Thank you, that's kind

You are wonderful!

Thanks

Thank you, that's kind

People are so dumb!

You're beautiful too

Thanks

The message in our video: be at ease with yourself and only concentrate on positive comments :)

It's what is inside that matters

You have to be self-confident!

We all have our beauty

We all have our failings, we're not perfect, but

you have to be self-confident!

Thank you very much, you're very kind

Maybe for me or for him you're not pretty

but maybe for others you are

so it varies... everybody is beautiful when we believe it.

That's what I wanted to tell you...

That's a beautiful talk

What are the cameras for?

Does it also record what I am saying?

Yes, indeed!

I firt passed by and

I saw your sign rapidly

then I thought to myself

did I read well?

Do you have time to answer?

I'll go, have a good evening!

Thank you very much

No, you're very pretty!

There's people uglier than you!

I love it! He admits: there are better, but there are uglier people.

You know, looking well...

Your splendid, you're getting yourself in deeper!

People who tell you you're ugly, frankly

you just have to laugh in their face!

Excuse me? What's this?

Well, it's to know what you generally think about beauty.

I think that beauty is above all a light we have in the eyes.

That's beautiful!

No that's true! Beauty has nothing to do with appearance to me

Why do you say that?

Do you think that?

Yes, I think that...

And you think you're not beautiful?

Well... some people tell me this, so at some point, I think it too

You don't have to listen to people, you have to listen to yourself!

You have to be self-confident

Do you have a man in your life?

No

I'm going to tell you the truth... I don't think you're ugly at all!

That's totally false...

Thank you

May I just ask you for your age?

41

I promise, you do not give it!

Thank you very much

What would you say to a young person whom has been said that he is not beautiful?

To a young teenager, to reassure him?

To reassure him? First, I would tell him that's false

because to me, we all are God's creation

We all are wonderful one another, no matter religion, look, etc.

I would tell him to be self-confident et to not listen what people say

You have a wonderful smile

May I ask you why you came to react?

Because we don't agree

You do not agree?

You have a beautiful smile

You're pleasant, already when we arrive over there

And your eyes are also bright... then, yeah.

Is there a camera there, that's it?

There's a camera filming, it's a social experiment. We're trying to make people react

so they express themselves about beauty in global way

and above all, concerning young people who are often bullied on social medias and in life in general

We want to make people understand that there's more important in life than beauty

It's a whim, there's more serious things in life

And... does it set off some reactions?

Yes, we've had some reactions

Laurie, thank you for having accepted to do this social experiment with us

If you had a message to young people

because we have a community of rather young fans who follow us

They probably often have some difficulties in life

We know well that teenagers make a lot of fun of each other

If you had a message to give them, what would it be?

How to accept yourself when you're young? It's difficult, huh?

I'd like to say that beauty is subjective

It's more important to feel good about yourself

I know who I am. I am neither very beautiful nor very ugly

Neither you, nor me, nor anyone is perfect. Nobody will ever be.

I would add that you're young, maybe in a bad period... Don't worry.

As soon as you'll grow up, you will meet people more mature over time.

Laurie, let me kiss you

Thank you Jonathan

And we meet very soon for another social experiment!

HUGE GTA ONLINE GUNRUNNING DLC LEAK W/ STEALTH SUITS, CROUCHING & NEW WEAPONS...GTA 5 New Update - Duration: 6:50.

what is happening you guys and welcome

to this segment right here on your

sheriff where we talk brand new DLC when

it comes to GTA 5 I feel your

frustration okay I'm part of the

community and I know everything that's

happening in it I see a lot of people

very frustrated with videos that come

from youtubers that says we are getting

brand new DLC and at the end it doesn't

have anything correct about it it's just

the YouTube we're trying to put a 10

minute video or something like that in

order to cash in on your views so I feel

that frustration I just want to give you

the flip side of the coin and let you

know that if you don't like something

that you see on the internet you need to

learn to walk away from it and that's

one of the things that most of us of

gamers are basically addicted to we're

addicted to YouTube we love to sit and

watch videos on YouTube but sadly

somehow YouTube because it does the

whole pain thing in the background

youtubers and because we're in the GTA

community GTA youtubers that is starting

to come up with fake stuff in order to

put out for you guys let's take for an

example the title that you see right in

front of you this is not my title and if

I use a title of a different source

people probably not see this title will

not click on the video so I figured the

best way to combat this problem is to

use their own weapons against them and

that's when you take the same title you

put it out there to attract gamers not

make a 10 minute video about it talking

some just nonsense about stuff that's

not going to come to the game whatsoever

and at the end of it you'd be like oops

I just told you guys all this and it's a

hoax and it's not going to happen so why

not call it the way it is why not just

talk about the DLC and give you guys the

information that you need to know and

this way we can finish this problem we

can actually step up and become a little

bit better in the community than just

cashing in on views now if you want to

be part of the community I always

encourage you to drop a like on the

video subscribe to the channel and reach

out to players that are very frustrated

that's all I that's all I ask of you

I'll do the rest I'll take the heat I'll

be the one who is called click baiting

and all that stuff I'll take the heat

but I want you if you like the channel

to reach out to other gamers and let

them

hey you know what there is a dude the

cause of the way it is he'll take that

guy's title and he'll tell you right

away instead of doing a 10 minute video

and you know what we have some cool

stuff here on the channel as well when

it comes to unlimited money glitch

unlimited ammo glitch i just showed you

yesterday that i'll have it linked up in

the comments section ok let's let's get

into this before we blabber on for 10

minutes and then we're no better than

that do themselves was doing that i'm

not i'm not going to drop names most of

the time i'm going to leave my title

exactly like them the thumbnail will be

very similar to them so if you want to

know who i'm talking about it you can go

ahead and do the work but here's the

deal we just got brand new dlc on this

game the stunt tracks that the cars that

are coming and we have some more cars

looking forward to their coming toward

us on tuesday and what I've noticed is

rockstar is shifting their playlist or

whatever on thursday like they have two

different days in the week that they're

trying to entertain us with this game

and i'm really really happy with that

because it makes the game fresh and nice

and we want to play it now lately we've

been having very low money glitches

after the last duplication glitch we'll

talk about that in a different second

but if you do need the money make sure

you hooked up on this channel you get a

lot of a lot of ways to get money and

you see how much money i have under my

care click ok so the title says this

huge GTA online gun-running dlc leak

with stealth suits crouching and new

weapons but is it real now chances are

but is it real is going to be hidden on

youtube because youtube only displays

the first part so when you come in here

and you look at the video like oh my God

we're getting huge DLC called run and

gun and it's been leaked and we're gonna

have something called stealth suit so

you see how the youtuber is kind of

tricking you he gives you that the

nonsense the stuff that doesn't make any

sense that you'd be like oh my god I'm

getting let's say a jet pack or I'm

getting a flight suit in the game and

then at the end will be like well what

is it real so it's it's the way it's the

nature of the beast ok it's the nature

of youtube and also it's the nature of

human they see something like oh my god

I'm going to click on it of course the

thumbnail of eye catching

you go for it and you get tricked let me

tell you one thing that dlc is not real

okay you're not getting a stealth suit

you're not the crouching saying i don't

see what's the big deal about it why

anybody will be excited about that

because we have already the rolling in

this game that was perfected from red

dead redemption one i wouldn't go back

to the crouching that was in gta4 it was

kinda cheap can rap star do it of course

they can do it rock star has come up

with animation that was not implemented

in this game when it first came out we

have the ability to do a personal action

right now that is beyond what we thought

about in the beginning and we are able

also to do different animation when

we're sitting on bikes when it comes to

kicking hitting somebody with a weapon

so when it comes to animation i think

rockstar can manage to do the crouching

animation it's not a problem for them

but is it really a function that would

make anybody excited I don't think so

what is coming however toward us we have

two brand new cars that are coming

toward us like I said in the beginning

we also have a military DLC that's being

dubbed as the next DLC that's coming

toward us now here is a signal you guys

always get super excited and that's why

you get super disappointed with my dlc

is out what is rockstar spatter and most

of the time they give you that dlc and

then everything really follows the same

suit we had the biker dlc we had the

import/export their payouts are exactly

the same so don't get your hopes up so

much that you like oh my god i'm going

to have a military dlc and this is going

to be it it's not going to be something

that's gonna pay you out of the ordinary

it's going to be something that's

balanced they still like to sell their

shark cards and it's a business model

that they come up with for this game i

hope these videos are informative to you

guys like i said if you do like this

type of video that just tells you things

the way it is do thumbs up and reach out

to other gamers that are frustrated you

know what I do that sometimes I reach

out to them and I tell them you know

what guys can be part of a good

community here we'll keep it positive

will say what's call it the way it is

okay we'll call it the way it is and I

think as you get more and more on the

bandwagon with your sheriff you

understand that okay if you see a title

like this chances are we're documenting

I used to

and we're just calling it the way it is

all right i hope you guys are on board

if not it's all good I mean it's YouTube

is all entertainment and i'll see you on

the next segment

Can You Be Friends With YouTubers? - Duration: 5:28.

(marker scratching)

(electronic video game chime)

Okay, let's talk about being friends with YouTubers.

So, every once in a while, mostly on Snapchat,

I think this is where it happens,

I have viewers who will message me, comment on stuff,

and ask if we can be friends.

Like, just straight up, "Can we be friends?"

And this is something that feels extremely awkward to me

and honestly, this has been awkward to me

even before I started doing YouTube.

Because "can we be friends?" and starting a conversation

or starting a friendship like that feels more like

a business transaction that I can't get into.

I want to say that I understand

wanting to be friends with YouTubers.

Before I had this many subscribers and this many views

on YouTube, I was that viewer who would

watch other YouTubers and be like,

"Man, I would love to be friends with them."

And let me be honest, some of those people that I watched

and said that about, I am friends with now,

and in the past were friends with

and then we just kind of fell off the bandwagon,

or fell off the wagon, not really a bandwagon,

I don't know.

So, I understand the feeling of wanting to be friends

with YouTubers, but let me tell you

why that can't happen

or why usually or sometimes that can't happen.

It's a thing, it's a thing.

First of all, if you just say "Can we be friends?"

it sounds like a business transaction.

I think forced friendship is kind of weird.

That stuff works in like kindergarten

but it doesn't work so much as you grow up,

to me, personally.

For me, friendships happen gradually.

Now, let me be honest, I have started friendships

with people who were just subscribers.

My friend Dominique, I met her as a subscriber

at VidCon and then we started hanging out more

and now we're like, really good friends.

But this can't happen for every single person.

Why?

Because there has to be a boundary.

And other YouTubers have commented about this before

but if you have a viewer and you have a YouTuber,

YouTubers have a little bit more power

than a YouTuber does.

I just, oh, it's so hard to explain!

Honestly, it really, really is.

There's like this feeling that if a subscriber

wants to be your friend,

it's like, do they genuinely want to be your friend

because they see a real friendship in you?

Or do they want to be your friend because you're like

super popular and you're a YouTuber

and they just want that credit?

That's like, "Oh my God,

I'm totally friends with this YouTuber, I'm so cool."

Now, not every person is going to be like that,

but there are probably bound to be some people

that will be like that and it's very hard

to pick them out of that crowd.

Going back to what I said about how I

looked up to so many YouTubers and I was like,

"Wow, I wish I could be friends with them",

all of that, happened gradually.

Because we would talk on social media,

because I made videos that would be similar

to what they made and then they watched my content

and then we kind of like, shared ideas

and then the relationship grew from there.

Then you know, sometimes we would meet each other

in person like at conferences

and then it grew even more.

That's a natural growing friendship.

Whereas, if I were to be like, "Hey, let's be friends!"

Or you know, "Follow me! Follow me!

Please be friends with me!"

You know, it doesn't work,

you're going to get blocked that way.

Like they would want to block me or something so fast

or mute me and I would not be surprised.

Or I should not be surprised if that would happen.

Over the past few years there's just been so many cases

of YouTubers abusing

mentally, physically, whatever, viewers

and taking advantage of them

that it's just not safe, for lack of a better word.

Actually, that's actually a pretty good word.

It's just- it can't be safe.

You've seen reports of people who have

sexually abused, manipulated other people,

they've been called out for it,

some have actually gone to jail

and are currently in jail for it.

It's big stuff.

Now, I'm not saying all YouTubers are going to do that.

No, that's not true at all, but it's just,

it's scary to think about,

that it could happen and that it has happened.

I don't know, it's just, it's weird.

There has to be a line between YouTubers

and YouTube viewers, subscribers, fans,

whatever you want to call them.

The word "fans" kind of weirds me out.

When people would talk about my fans I feel very weird

in emails, business emails,

like "Let's talk about your fans" and I'm like,

"I don't have fans, I have viewers."

Stop, it's weird. I feel...

I'm like picking at my dress right now, what is this?

Just that's something to think about.

I didn't plan out this video very well.

I don't know how you could plan out a video like this.

It's kind of weird, but that's just something

I wanted to throw out there.

If you are Snapchatting someone, a YouTuber,

tweeting them or whatever, and you ask to be their friend

and we kind of say no,

please don't feel bad.

Even we might feel bad a little bit.

I know I feel badly a little bit sometimes.

But it's just, there's a boundary, there is a line

that we just can't always cross.

So, I guess you know, let me know in the comments

what you think about this kind of stuff.

Maybe you can explain it better than I did, um...

Maybe I'll write an article about this.

I seem to do better in writing, or with writing,

a little bit.

If you want to follow me on all of my social media,

links to that will be down below.

If you want to help support my content

you can do so by being a monthly Patron

A Stunned Liddy Stumbles - Duration: 3:08.

Liddy: Hello my awe-inspiring viewers!

I realised I haven't made a video in like a week

so thought I'd take you down to The Maltster's!

I know you've seen it all

before but I have nothing better to do

so, er, here we are.

Frank: Boo!

Liddy: Oh. Hey Frank.

Frank: You, er, do you wanna see a magic trick?

Liddy: Not really.

Frank: Aw are you sure?

Liddy: Pretty sure Frank.

Frank: Spoil sport

Joe: Hey Liddy!

What are you filming?

Liddy: Aaah nothin' much. Frank asking if he can do a magic trick.

again.

Joe: Weeell I'm just heading home but

good luck with that .

Liddy: Let's just pop this here

Bathsheba: Er Liddy, could you take the bins out for me please?

Liddy: Uh yeah, sorry, one second

Bathsheba: No worries

Boldwood: Frank.

Frank: Thomas.

Bathsheba: To-Mr Boldwood!

It's really nice to see you.

Er, can I get you anything?

Boldwood: Just a lemonade please Bathsheba

Frank: Sooo...

how are you Thomas?

Boldwood: I'm well.

And yourself, Frank?

Frank: Well, y'know, I'm alright.

Life's got a bit more difficult now I've

moved in with the old ball n' chain...

Bathsheba: It's been an adjustment.

er, for both of us.

But it's for the best!

Frank: Oh yeah, everyone loves a good nag now and then.

Boldwood: *clears throat* soooo

Frank,

how is your sister?

I haven't heard anything of her lately...

Frank: ...Robin?

Joe: (Surprised) Robin's your sister?

Bathsheba: I... didn't... know...

Boldwood: The very same!

She was with us for quite a few months, wasn't she?

A very bright girl!

Worthy of you for looking after her.

It's still such a shame she-

Frank: Actually Robin, um.

she er...

she died.

Liddy: (Brightly) Whaaat's happenin'?

Come on you have to tell me or I'll just, y'know, I can just look at the footage anyway...

Bathsheba: You're FILMING?

Liddy: Yeah...

What's happened?

Frank: (Softly) I was just telling them that my sister passed away last year.

Liddy: Oh. OH I'm so sorry I didn't mean to-

I'll just turn it off

Frank: It's okay Liddy, um,

You can put it up if you want to.

It's probably best that people know,

then I don't have to tell them personally.

It's still, er,

Still painful to talk about.

Liddy: Are you sure?

Bathsheba: Liddy I-I still would...

Liddy: Yeah. Yeah of course.

Shipping Basics | Exporting Basics Episode 18 - Duration: 3:11.

[ Music ]

>> So you've identified your new foreign buyers

and secured your first sales.

Now you are faced with a new question:

how do you ship your goods

to your international customers efficiently,

securely, and legally?

If you have a relatively light shipment that will fit

in a small box, you can probably just hand carry it

to the same shipping company that you use

for domestic shipments.

But if you're shipping larger, heavier items,

making bulk shipments, or shipping goods

that needs special handling,

you'll need an experienced freight forwarder.

You may want to check with a couple

of different international shipping companies

to compare costs and available services.

There are freight forwarders who specialize in certain types

of shipments like chemicals or hazardous items, agriculture,

perishable goods, or oversized machinery.

Some freight forwarders will merely arrange transportation

for you, but others will do everything

from completing shipping documents

to handling all shipping details from door to door.

Also make sure that your freight forwarder is licensed

by the U.S. government.

Next, take a look at your packaging.

You may need to change it for an international shipment.

Some materials such as pressure-treated wood may be

regulated or disallowed by foreign governments.

And some materials may not withstand the perils

of a long voyage.

You should also pack your goods so they're protected from theft

and possible damage from moisture,

extreme temperatures, or impact.

Finally, be sure to get up to speed on INCOTERMs,

which is a set of internationally-accepted terms

that spell out which parties are responsible for various costs

and details throughout the shipping process;

such as who's coordinating and paying freight,

which party pays insurance, who pays duties and is responsible

for customs clearance, and who is responsible

for the required documentation.

Make sure you have a written agreement with your buyer

on which of you is responsible for freight, duties, insurance,

and taxes, or you could end up with unclaimed

or damaged products in customs that you then have to pay

to ship back to the U.S. For more information

about the international shipping process,

contact your local U.S. Commercial Service office,

visit www.export.gov or call a licensed freight forwarder.

For more information on the export process,

you can watch another video

in the Exporting Basics video series, register online

at export.gov to receive valuable export information,

and explore our Export Guides And Trade Events Calendar

on the export.gov website.

School Inc. Episode 1 - High Expectations & Jaime Escalante - Duration: 2:11.

Each of us remembers the great teachers,

the ones who touch our lives.

From the time he started teaching at

Garfield in 1974,

Jaime Escalante worked as if his life

depended on the success of his students.

The mathematics program chair -

and driven by Mr. Escalante at the time -

was very rigorous.

There was nothing but excellence

expected of us students.

Hence, we had to step up to the challenge.

I did not want to disappoint him,

and that's something that I think

you'll probably find from other students.

We did not want to disappoint Jaime.

By 1982, the results were

beyond belief...literally.

His students performed so far above

expectations on the AP calculus test

that the Educational Testing Service

suspected cheating and threw

out their scores.

Undaunted, they re-took it and came

through with flying colors a second time.

He taught us to be strong, and to stand

up for what you believe in.

Hollywood noticed,

dramatizing the story in the movie

Stand and Deliver.

"This is basic math, but basic math is

too easy for you burros -

so I'm going to teach you algebra...

because I'm the champ."

Seeing the movie makes me laugh,

it gives me a lot of memories as to

how it was in the classroom.

The depiction of Mr. Escalante

was right on.

"You ever been to the beach?"

He was a character from the moment he

walked in the door to the hat he wore

every single day.

"A negative times a negative

equals a positive."

Some of the things that were so

striking in that movie is the fact that

he built a relationship with each one

of the students.

He knew them by name,

he knew their story,

and that was not an exaggeration.

He knew our stories.

One of the things I still admire about

him is his ability to continue teaching

even after he was famous and

he had attention.

He was still a teacher at heart,

and he taught me everything I needed

to be prepared for college.

In art as in life,

Escalante had a simple

message for his students:

with enough drive and hard work,

the sky was the limit.

Kadenz Fermata//Akkord:Fortissimo (PC) - Battle 13 - Magi VS Alicia and Toy Box - Part 3 - Duration: 47:10.

Hinako: Haa... Haa... Do you think we've gotten far enough away from it now?

Ayane: Yes. It won't be much, but we've bought ourselves some time.

They look back towards where they fled from.

There, they can see Pandora Box's massive body walking around, destroying the amusement park's attractions as it looks for them.

Jin: Good grief, it's like something from a terrible monster movie.

Jin: Where is that small doll getting that much magical energy from to cause that much destruction...?

Sanada: That's not all. Look at that.

Floating beside Pandora Box is Alicia's small body, her arms outstretched and holding her scythe towards the sky.

If they look closely enough, it seems as if the very magical energy in the air of her Robotics;Notes is being siphoned into that scythe.

Sanada: That weapon is probably a device that allows her to recover its magical energy.

It's even strong enough to gather the energy from the air drifting around this place...

Ayane: As long as Alicia-chan possesses that thing, that monster can probably move around endlessly...

Sanada: ...No, not necessarily.

Hagane: What do you mean?

Sanada: Although she is collecting magical energy from her surroundings, there needs to be a corresponding amount just to maintain that doll's massive size.

Sanada: There's only one method the owner of that miracle weapon can be using to compensate for that gap.

Hagane: Wait, you don't mean...

Ayane: If we don't intervene, then Alicia is going to be killed by her own miracle weapon...

Hinako: No...

Hinako's face falls as an image of the worst possible future floats to the front of her mind.

Jin: ...So, what do we do? As long as we continue to flee from it that doll's energy will eventually run out.

Jin: Once the owner's own energy is exhausted, this dimension will likely collapse as well. That way we'll be free to return home.

Hinako: ......

A heavy silence flows between all of them as they realize that they have an urgent decision to make.

...But, it only lasts a few seconds.

Hinako: ...We can't let such a thing happen. I want to save Alicia-chan, no matter what!

Hinako looks at Jin with eyes full of determination.

Hagane: Damn straight! Besides, I'm not the kind of guy who runs from a fight in front of me!

Ayane: Well, there's no other way. If we just return like this, all of the risks I took to get this far will have been pointless.

Sanada: I know that we can rescue that girl... I can only hope that doing so will help alleviate my sins just a little.

Jin: Good grief... I thought you all would say as much. I don't care, I'll go with whatever you all decide to do.

Jin hangs his head with a sigh, speaking out those words in a cold tone.

Jin: But, it's true that it would be inconvenient if she were to die here... I need her to tell us where the Knight-Leader's location is.

Hinako: Jin-kun... Thank you!

Hagane: Heh, you just can't be honest can you?

Jin: Heh, say what you want...

Do you have something in mind, Sanada Keisuke?

Sanada: We should split into two teams. One team will occupy the dolls' attention and stop it from moving...

The other team's goal will be to stop that scythe's functions.

Ayane: During that time, we'll have to confront Alicia-chan directly... But, the burden on her from maintaining that doll's size will likely be noticeable.

Sanada: That's a fair point. If I can continue to take the doll's power with my magical weapon, than I can keep its strength at a managable level.

Jin: Alright, so you'll be the leader of that team then. Do you think two people will be enough to assist you?

Sanada: That will be fine.

Ayane: Right, then we just need to decide which of us remaining four should confront Alicia-chan.

Hinako: Yes, understood!

Hagane: Yeah! That sounds fine to me!

Jin: Now then... Who should be on that team?

Alicia: ......

Alicia has left Pandora Box's side, continuing to raise her scythe to the sky in order to collect the magical energy flowing throughout the air.

Surrounded by several smaller dolls, she drifts along as if she were floating, dancing like a fairy in the center of a parade.

It is like a dream world...

And far behind Alicia...

There are two silhouettes that are tracking her.

Hagane: DAHAHAHAHAHAH!! Hold on tight, little girl!!

Hinako: Nn! Let's go, big brother Hagane!

Hagane cuts his way through the middle of the amusement park with Hinako sitting on his shoulder.

Their appearance is noticed very quickly, and the group of dolls that were assigned to wander and guard the central square quickly finds and closes in on them.

Hagane: Get out of the way, small fries! If you won't move, then I'll carve open a path anyhow!!

He lightly swings Eckesachs back and forth, wiping out a large amount of dolls in the process.

Hagane: ...?! Above us, little girl!!

Hinako: I've got it... Aegis Maiden!!

Hinako projects her stalwart barrier upward at the dolls that are descending upon them from the sky.

Hagane finishes them off after they bounce off the barrier, leaving him and Hinako as the only ones left in the central square...

With a perfect barrier to reject any intruders, her location is ideal for Hinako and her Aegis Maiden.

Hagane: Not bad at all! I'm glad to have you here with me!

Hinako: Ehehe, I also feel that it's been an easy partnership.

Hinako: However, thanks to all of the noise we've made, those little soldiers keep coming one after the other.

Hagane: Who cares! With our combination, we can take on as many of these little bastards as possible!

Hinako: Eh?

Hagane: There's only one way forward to our opponent... DOORRRYAAAHHHHH!!

In the amusement park of darkness, the dancing dolls are continuously blown away.

However, their numbers are steadily increasing, and the speed of their progress gradually dwindles...

Hagane: Tch, there's still this many of them! We don't have time for this!

Hinako: Sanada-san...

The longer they take, the larger the burden is on the other group that has gone to preoccupy Pandora Box.

As the waves of dolls continue to flood in to attack them with no end in sight, Hinako lets out an anxious whisper...

Pandora Box: ALICIAAAAAAAAAAAAA!!!

Pandora Box has gone on a maddened rampage, seeking only to destroy everything around it.

Although his methods of attacking the doll are few after its increase in size, Sanada does not hesitate as he stands in front of the giant doll.

Sanada: ...Haah!

The cards are sent forward by a gust of wind, piercing Pandora Box's body and siphoning away its magical energy.

Pandora Box: GOOOOOHHHHHHHHHH......

Sanada: Nngh... Although it seems to be working, this amount is truly...

Even if he consumes all of the energy he has already siphoned, it would only be a drop in the bucket of the capacity the doll currently possesses.

Also, the magical energy he has siphoned contains plenty of the doll's own darkness, and the befouled energy is affecting Sanada's body as his face twists slightly from the pain.

Sanada: Then, the question becomes how long I can continue to suck its energy...

Against magical energy filled with overwhelming darkness, even a veteran like Sanada can't help but let out a few words of concern.

But because Hinako has gone to save Alicia, he hides the pain wracking his body with his usual poker face.

Sanada: *Sighs* Tomorrow, I'll pray for this burning in my chest to pass.

He releases his cards and wind toward Pandora Box again, insistent on sucking as much magical energy from the monstrous doll as his mind and body will allow...

Pandora Box: AAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!

The doll follows its destructive instincts and swings a massive fist at a nearby attraction, crushing it entirely.

A large amount of debris goes flying as he lets out a long, anguished wail.

Ayane: ...Haaa!

With a gleam in her eye, Ayane weaves String Load's threads into a fine wire mesh.

A crimson net stretches forth in front of her, dispersing the massive chunks of debris just before they crush her.

Ayane: *Sighs* Such a troublesome child... If my magical weapon's ability could affect it, than I would end this in an instant.

Simply shrugging her shoulders instead, Ayane sets forth to seal Pandora Box's movement by tying several threads around one of the dolls' legs.

Pandora Box: OOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH?!!

Ayane: Oh well. Even if this is all I can do, I'm still good at tying things up.

Ayane: You can struggle all you want, but I think you'll be stuck here for the rest of your short life.

Letting out a pleasant giggle, Ayane pulls on the threads wrapped around the doll's leg.

Although Pandora Box tries to unleash one attack after another, with the ability to constrict its movement by a few tweaks of her strings, the enormous creature cannot manage to land a hit on Ayane.

Ayane: Ufufu... No matter how large you become, you become cute again when you're helpless like this.

Ayane: All I can do is leave the rest to them... Do your best, you two.

As she brushes off Pandora Box's attacks, Ayane's thoughts are with the two who went to save Alicia.

Jin: Good grief, this is ridiculous... Why do we have to go so far just to save a girl that wasn't important to begin with...

Leaning against a streetlamp, Jin glares with cold eyes at Pandora Box's titanic form as it continues to try and strike his friends that are preoccupying its time.

After encountering unexpected interference from the Magi, Pandora Box swings a huge fist full of anguish down on Jin...!

Jin: Honestly, I can't understand why people tend to take the most inefficient approach.

Pandora Box: OHHHH...OOOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH?!!

An enormous explosion of flame rocks the fist as it comes down, knocking Pandora Box's massive body off balance.

Jin: I don't understand it at all... If you all would just leave it to me, I'd put it down in one moment!

Laughing fearlessly, he leaps into the fray.

Jin: ...Levaintein! It's too late to have any regrets...

This is your reward for making an enemy of me!

He swings the blazing sword downward, mercilessly slicing into Pandora Box's darkness-infused body...!

Hagane: DOORYAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!

As the countless dolls continue to flood in, Hagane continues to slice them several at a time into the sky.

But even his brute force is hitting its limit against the seemingly infinite supply of dolls.

Hagane: What do you think, little girl! Are the dolls' numbers decreasing at all?!

Hinako: N-No... In fact, I think they're just continuing to grow little by little!

Hagane: Damn, what the hell!

Each one of them is weak, but the sheer numbers raise their threat levels immensely...

Hagane suddenly comes up with an idea.

Hagane: We're changing our strategy! Little girl, get beneath me!

Letting the small girl climb down to the ground, Hagane lifts Eckesachs up onto his shoulder instead.

Hagane: Little girl, can you still extend your barrier completely around yourself?!

Hinako: Yes, I can... But why?

Hagane: I'll explain afterward! Just trust me for now!

Hinako: A-Alright... Aegis Maiden!

Following Hagane's suggestion, Hinako expands her barrier around herself.

Hagane: Alright! Don't be afraid now, little girl!

Hinako: Hm? Eh? Big brother Hagane...?

Hagane moves next to Hinako while holding Eckesachs like a baseball bat.

Hagane: Look out! HOME RUN!!

Hinako: Eh...EEEEEEHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH?!!

Hagane: OOOORRRRYYYAAAAAHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

He swings his axe around with all of his strength...!

Eckesachs brushes against the ground and connects squarely with the barrier of light.

...However.

Hagane: ...Eh?

Hinako: ...Eh?

Eckesachs only barely shakes the barrier, not even managing to leave a single scar upon its surface.

Hagane: W-Well, I certainly didn't expect that! Why do you have to have such a sturdy barrier?!

Hinako: Calm down, big brother Hagane! W-What were you trying to do?

Hagane: Well... I just figured that we'd never be able to catch that girl at this rate, so I thought that I'd at least make it so that you could reach her...

Hagane: So, I figured that with my power and your sturdy barrier that I could manage to send you flying toward her without harming you...

Hinako: You thought of something that reckless?!

Hinako can only stare in surprise at the massive man who came up with such a flawed plan.

All the while, the dolls surrounding them have inched closer and closer to them.

Hagane: Tch... Then I'm using my last resort!

You'll be fine, little girl! Just don't release your barrier, no matter what!

Hinako: W-What are you doing now... Hyaaaaa?!

He scoops up Hinako's small body and sets her on top of Eckesachs.

Hagane: You better hold on tight, little girl! Don't bite your tongue on the ride over!!

Hinako: W-Wait a moment, big brother Hagane...!! (Warning, lower your volume. Seriously. RIP headphone users.)

Hagane: UUUUUAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!! FLY AWAAAAAYYYYYYYYY!!!

Hagane launches Eckesachs and Hinako forward into the sky. (I fucking love Hagane right now.)

Hagane: Heh, I'll leave the rest to you, little girl...

He stands his ground as he stares at the dolls surrounding him.

Hagane: Alright you all, I'll be your oppone-

Hagane: ...Uh, Eh? How can I fight now that I've thrown Eckesachs away?!!

Hagane cocks his neck in surprise, but the dolls that jump him care nothing for his circumstances.

Hagane: NUHAHAHAHAAAAAAHHHHH?! Hold on a second, you damn cowards!!!

Hagane runs off toward the other group and Pandora Box with a literal swarm of smaller dolls chasing after him.

His frightening screams echo through the otherwise empty amusement park of darkness...

Alicia: ......

Alicia is gathering more magical energy while riding the space-time travelling cruise liner.

She is no longer concerned with the two Magi that were being held back by the army of dolls she had deployed around the amusement park.

Without anyone to disturb her, she continues to quietly gather the magical energy floating in the air, and transfers it to Pandora Box.

Alicia: ......? (May wish to lower volume again...)

Something strange strikes her, and she looks up at the sky.

Alicia: ...WHAT?!

Something screams from across the sky, and a tremendously large object approaches the cruise ship...

At first she thought that a missile had been fired to blow her out of the sky, but it seems that isn't the case.

A moment later, an axe that is bigger than she is has crashed deeply into the deck of the ship...

Beside it is a girl who is slowly wandering around and looking like she is about to faint.

Hinako: Owowowowow... Big brother Hagane, you really are crazy sometimes...

Alicia: ...Hinako-chan?

Hinako: A...Alicia-chan!

Although Hagane's outrageous action was a bit too ridiculous, it has resulted in her winding up somewhere completely unexpected.

It was probably just a fluke, but Hagane somehow managed to successfully launch Hinako to Alicia's location with near pinpoint accuracy.

Alicia: I see... So you're going to get in my way as well, Hinako-chan.

Alicia brings her large scythe to bear on the unexpected intruder.

Hinako: You're wrong, Alicia-chan! I came here to save you!

Alicia: Save me...?

Hinako: That's right! Alicia-chan, you keep sending magical energy to Toy Box-kun with that miracle weapon...

Hinako: If you continue to do so, your life force is going to keep slipping away until you die from it!

Hinako tries so hard to plead with Alicia that her words are coming out all jumbled.

However...

Alicia: What, that's what this is about...?

Hinako: Eh...?

Alicia: I've known about it. Flying around my Robotics;Notes and gathering magical energy like this is only staving off the inevitable...

Alicia: When my magical energy runs out, the only thing that I can send Toy Box then is my life...

Hinako: I-If you know that, then why...?

Alicia: Because I'm the only ally that Toy Box has!

Alicia: Just his presence alone causes people to despair and view him as an abominably horrible weapon...

...The only way that he can be allowed to continue to exist is by obtaining results!

Alicia: For that reason, I will do anything... Even if it means I have dedicate the rest of my life force to him...!

Hinako: Alicia-chan...

After seeing such tragic resolve in the other girl's empty eyes, Hinako is on the verge of tears.

Alicia: The time for talking is over... Although you were not a target originally,

if you're going to stand against me as a Magi as well, then I won't forgive you either, Hinako-chan!

Alicia: For my duty... And for Toy Box and myself...

I will take your magical weapon from you!

Hinako: ...!!

Alicia takes a large step forward and swings her scythe at Hinako.

Its cutting edge grazes Hinako's slender arm, drawing a streak of red on her otherwise pure white skin.

Alicia: Haaaaaa...!!

Hinako: A-Aegis Maiden!

Sweet Home's barrier appears in the air in front of her, causing the jet-black scythe to crash violently against it.

Alicia: That technique again...? You won't be able to defeat me with defense alone...!

Hinako: Hng...Kuu...!

Hinako's face twists in pain as she feels her magical energy being sucked out of the wound that Alicia made with the first swing of her scythe.

Alicia: What's the matter, didn't you come to stop me?! You'll be exhausted before too long at this rate!

Hinako: Hnngh?! Uu...Hguh...!

Faced with Alicia's brutal assault, Hinako can only do one thing... and that is continue to endure the girl's assault without taking even one step back.

Alicia: Haa, Haa, Haa......

Since she is still not used to the weapon she is wielding, Alicia's breathing quickly becomes more and more labored.

Alicia: What are you going to do now? You're not waiting for me to run out of time and die, are you...?

Hinako: No! It's not like that...

Alicia: Then why aren't you even trying to attack back?

Alicia: You're a Magi, aren't you?! You're part of what is said to be the most heinous group of people in the world...

Alicia: If that's the case, than taking my life should be as easy as-

Hinako: I would never do such a thing! Because Alicia-chan is... You're exactly the same as I was up until not too long ago.

Alicia: ...Eh?

Upon hearing Hinako's words, Alicia stops her assault immediately.

Hinako: Do you know of the large hospital that's on this island?

Up until a few months ago I lived there, struggling with an illness but never getting any better.

Hinako: That illness would sometimes leave my body very weak...

...It eventually reached the point where I could die at any time.

Alicia: ......

Hinako: But by borrowing the power of Sanada-san's magical weapon, I was able to continue living my life.

Hinako: ...But that didn't come without a price. I gained more life for myself by taking away the lives of many people on this island.

Alicia: ...!! That's...

Hinako: Yes, that's what Toy Box-kun is doing right now...

Hinako: No. What he has done can't be compared to what I did in order to preserve my life. I took life away from many other people.

Alicia: ......

Hinako: By doing that, the disease disappeared from my body... By robbing people of their lives, I was able to restore mine.

Hinako: I know that was I did was wrong... But,

Although it may seem selfish, I am also thankful to them.

Alicia: Thankful...?

Hinako: Because of the life that I took from them, I was able to go to school,

I was able to live together with the people I loved, and I was able to spend my days living as an ordinary girl...

Hinako: I know that I shouldn't be allowed to enjoy such things... But, I can't lie about my feelings.

Hinako: That's why I want you to live, Alicia-chan!

To forsake yourself and this world that has so many enjoyable things waiting for you to experience...

I think that's absolutely wrong!

Alicia: B-But I...

Hinako: That's why... If you're absolutely sure that you want to give up your life so that Toy Box-kun can continue to exist...

Alicia: ......!

Her eyes open wide with surprise.

Hinako has dissolved her barrier and angled her unprotected neck towards the sharp end of the scythe.

Hinako: I'll give my life instead. That way neither you nor Toy Box-kun has to die, right?

Alicia: W...Why, would you...

Hinako: It's alright. The life I've lived up until now was borrowed in the first place...

Hinako: And if doing so lets you and others live happily, than I think that I'll be able to atone for those sins just a little bit.

While giving such a carefree smile...

She takes a step forward and places her throat against the scythe's sharpened edge...

Alicia: ...NOO!!

Alicia reflexively steps backward.

Hinako: ...Alicia-chan?

Alicia: No, I can't do that... I can't let you take my place, Hinako-chan...

Hinako: But Alicia-chan, at this rate...

Alicia: Even so, I don't want that... I want to be able to go to school like you, Hinako-chan...

Alicia: I want to talk much, much more with Mikoto-chan and Freya-san...

The tears that had swelled up inside the small girl begin to overflow as Alicia finally admits her honest desires.

Alicia: I'm sorry... Toy Box, I'm sorry...

But, I don't want to die yet...

Alicia: I want to return to the real world, together with Hinako-chan...!

Hinako: ......

Along with those words of hope from the small girl's mouth, the great scythe of darkness and despair crumbles to dust in her hands.

Hinako: Alicia-chan... Let's go home, together.

Alicia: But...

Hinako: It'll be alright, I'm sure that there's a way that we can help Toy Box-kun!

Hinako: Because my friends and I are unbeatable Magi!

Alicia: Nn... Thank you!

Alicia takes Hinako's outstretched hand.

And in order to change the fate of the miserable weapon of war, they run back to their companions that are waiting for them...

Pandora Box: ALICIAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

As the two girls meet back up with their friends, they find them still engaged with Pandora Box who is now in a full berserker state from all of the magical energy he has absorbed.

Hagane: What do we do now?! Stopping that little girl should have saved her, right?!

Sanada: Yes, stopping her should have also stopped the flow of energy going to it.

Sanada: However, it only went on this kind of a rampage just recently... What the hell happened to make it go berserk...?

Alicia: ...I think it probably happened when my scythe was broken.

Hinako: What do you mean, Alicia-chan?

Alicia: That scythe isn't Toy Box's core, it is only a device that connects the two of us and lets me collect magical energy.

Alicia: When the supply of magical energy from me to him was broken, he had no choice but to somehow make up for that loss.

Ayane: In other words, he's likely siphoning the magical energy that created this space... right?

Alicia: Yes...

Alicia: But that's not all. Once the magical energy in this dimension runs out, Toy Box will be able to break through the barrier and return to the real world in this state...

Jin: You mean that monster would be set loose on Tsukiyomi Island?!

Hinako: W-We can't let that happen! We have to figure out some way to stop Toy Box-kun!

Ayane: But what can we do? In its current state, even we'll be in trouble if we're not careful.

Sanada: We could let him continue siphoning magical energy until he bursts from it... But that's not a realistic option.

Sanada: Something like 'death' no longer applies to that monster. If we're not careful, we'll only be incorporated into its massive supply of energy.

Hagane: Tch, it can't be helped. I'll have to go head-to-head with him in the next clash...

Jin: Don't even think about it, that fight would be over before it even began.

Hinako: Toy Box-kun...

With no ideas left on how to proceed, Hinako brings her hands to her chest as if to pray for a miracle.

...At that moment.

Hinako: ......!!

Sanada: M'lady!

Sanada jumps out in front of Hinako.

The space in front of them shatters, and a massive shadow steps through and lands right in front of them all.

Irmfrid: ......

Hagane: Y-You...!!

Jin: Irmfrid Burkhardt?!

Alicia: Father...?

Ayane: EHH?!

Yes... The one that steps through and lands in a cloud of dust is the Knight-Leader of the Seventh Code - Irmfrid Burkhardt.

Irmfrid looks at Pandora Box and then the Magi. Upon seeing Alicia standing with them, he lowers his head deeply.

Irmfrid: I see, I think I can guess the current situation... It seems you all have been taking good care of my daughter.

Hagane: D...DAUGHTER?!

Jin: Then, you mean... you're this girl's guardian?

Irmfrid: Yes, that's correct.

Ayane: I'm surprised... I guess Alicia-chan takes after her mother then.

Letting the Magi look at him and say as they wish, Irmfrid looks down at Alicia with a gentle and smiling face.

Irmfrid: You did well, Alicia... But, it seems that you've gone and gotten yourself in a bit of a mess.

Alicia: Yes... I'm sorry, father.

Pandora Box: OOOOOOOOOOHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!! DON'T GO NEAR ALICIAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Irmfrid: Good grief, it seems my troublesome son has grown up to be an annoyance.

...As his father, I'll take responsibility.

Sanada: Are you saying that you think you can handle him?

Irmfrid: Yes. When one's child screws up, it's a parent's responsibility to clean up their mess.

With a wide grin on his face, Irmfrid walks up beside one of Toy Box's massive feet.

Irmfrid: *Ahem* ...Are you ready to calm down and come back home, Toy Box? Alicia is waiting for you too you know.

Pandora Box: ...ALICIA...?

Irmfrid: That's right, Alicia. The person you love.

Pandora Box: A...ALICIAAAAAA...

Irmfrid: ......

Pandora Box: A......

Pandora Box: ALICIAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Hinako: Kyahh?!

Irmfrid: How unfortunate... He's completely forgotten who I am.

Jin: What are you going to do? Stopping him when he's in this state is going to be difficult, even for someone such as you.

Irmfrid: There's only one thing to do...

Children who don't listen to their parents need to be punished.

With a fearless grin and matching laugh, Irmfrid turns his attention back to Pandora Box.

Irmfrid: Come, Toy Box!! I'll take on your full strength right here!!

Pandora Box: ......?

Irmfrid: What's the matter? You want to be with Alicia again, don't you? I'll let you stay with her if you can beat me!

Pandora Box: A...ALICIA...

Pandora Box: ALICIAAAAAAAAAAAAHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

Hearing Alicia's name triggers Pandora Box, and the massive doll hurls a punch with as much magical energy as he can gather into it.

That massive fist is heading straight toward Irmfrid's comparatively small body...!

Irmfrid: OOOOOHHHHHHH! ROAR, WARTBURG!!

In concurrence with Irmfrid's roaring voice, an explosion of flame erupts from the enormous armored gauntlet like a jet-booster.

Irmfrid: HEIDELBURG!!

With that amount of additional force, Irmfrid hurls his rigid right arm and smashes his fist directly against Pandora Box's incoming punch.

And...

Pandora Box: AAAAAAAAAAAAAGGGGGGGGGGGHHHHHHHHHHHHHHHH!!!!

The impact sends Pandora Box flying high into the air.

Most of the magical energy that he had gathered scatters into the air, and he rapidly begins to shrink.

Irmfrid: Mission complete... My beloved children.

Irmfrid murmurs so for everyone and no one to hear as he looks up at the rapidly scattering darkness-filled magical energy.

Having given over his mind to the darkness inside of him, Toy Box had resigned himself to wait until his body was unable to sustain itself and disappear.

The darkness is a fleeting existence of course, as he never could have existed in this world as long as he had without maintaining his existence as a plush doll.

There is no Creator who could tolerate such an existence, and he himself knows that better than anyone.

Therefore, he is prepared to disappear like this.

...His only regret, is that he will leave this world without seeing the smiling face of the little girl who could love something like him.

???: ...y Box... Toy Box!

Toy Box: ......Eh?

He recognizes the sound, the sound he wanted to hear so badly, the voice of that little girl.

Alicia: Toy Box... are you alright?

Toy Box: Aah... Alicia. Alicia... you're alright!

His voice comes out pitiful and tearful as he looks up at the girl's face that is looking down at him full of worry.

She picks him up in her small hands and holds him close to her face.

Toy Box: ...! You can't, Alicia! If you touch me, than your life will...

Alicia: I'll be alright... If you're left in this state, you'll be the one who disappears, Toy Box.

Saying so, the doll can feel strength pouring into him from where Alicia has picked up his ragged body.

Toy Box: Ah...

Alicia: There, you'll be fine now... You won't disappear now.

Alicia: As for the rest, I'll fix you up after we return home.

Toy Box: Alicia... why...? As long as I'm with you, I'll keep sucking away your life...

Alicia: I told you I'll be fine. From now on, I'm going to exercise and eat a lot more...

Because I need to be able to build up enough strength for myself so that I can support you as well!

Toy Box: Alicia...

Alicia: Ah, but... try to hold back on how much strength you take from me from now on, alright Toy Box?

Alicia: We're not going to lose to the power of darkness inside of you, Toy Box... Let's get stronger, together!

Toy Box: Nn! Alicia! Waaaaahhhh!! I love you!!

Held together by the person he loves, Toy Box begins crying like the child he is. (I-I'm not crying! ;_; )

In that moment, both of them really do look like true siblings.

Irmfrid: Hahahahahah! Good for you both! That seems to settle things here!

Jin: I somehow feel disappointed... You suddenly appear at the last moment and steal all of the glory right out from under us.

Jin: We might as well just be clowns at this point...

Ayane: He's the one you two were looking to get revenge on all this time, right? Why don't you challenge him?

Hagane: Eehhh?! W-Well, I don't really feel like it after seeing that...

After seeing Irmfrid punch a monster of that size flying through the air, even Hagane is acutely aware of how large the difference is between him and them.

Irmfrid: It seems this time that I have all of you to thank for helping my daughter... Therefore, I respectfully thank you all.

Sanada: There is no need for it. This wasn't something we did for your sake.

Sanada: Also, as the Seventh Code is still hostile toward us, trying to build familiarity is pointless.

Irmfrid: Hm, that's actually something I wished to speak about... Would you all listen to me for a minute or so?

Sanada: ...Hm?

Irmfrid gathers most of them together, speaking in a hushed tone with a serious look in his eyes...

Hinako: What's going on...? Everyone is looking really serious.

Left out of the circle of adults, Hinako pouts and looks away.

Alicia: Hinako-chan...

Hinako: Ah, Alicia-chan.

Hinako quickly turns around to face Alicia as the other small girl starts to timidly speak.

Hinako: I'm glad that you were able to save Toy Box-kun as well.

Alicia: Y-Yes... Thank you.

Alicia: And, I'm sorry... I said a lot of terrible things to all of you...

Hinako: It's alright, don't worry about it. We know what the cause was, Alicia-chan.

Alicia: Y-Yes... But still, thank you and, I'm sorry.

Alicia: S-So, that's not all I wanted to say...

...I was hoping to ask a favor of you... and it's alright if you turn it down...

Hinako: Sure, what is it?

Alicia: Um... if it's alright, can I come to the Shrine just for fun...?

Hinako: Of course, we'd be glad to welcome you.

Alicia: Also, not just that... maybe I could see what kind of dolls you have... Um, of course I'd show you more of mine as well... um...

Hinako: Sure, that's fine. I'd love to show you the next chance we get.

Alicia: Um, well... uh...

Hinako: ...?

Toy Box: Ahhh, geez! You're slow, Hinako! Alicia's saying that she wants to be friends!

Hinako: Eh?

Alicia: T-T-T-T-TOY BOX!!!

Alicia's face turns bright red and she quickly throws her hands over Toy Box's mouth.

Hinako: What, if that's what you wanted to say you should have said so earlier~

Toy Box: Right? Alicia can be terribly shy at times y- mmruphtph...

Alicia: S-Stop, Toy Box! I-I didn't say it because I thought you might say no...

Hinako: I'd never say no to something like that. I look forward to getting along with you, Alicia-chan!

Alicia: L-Likewise...

Toy Box: Pleased to meet you, Hinako! Now that you're one of Alicia's friends, I give you the special privilege of being able to rub my belly.

Hinako: Ehehe, thank you, Toy Box-kun. Good boy~

Alicia: Hauuuu... This is so embarrassing...

Alicia's face has turned so red that steam could come out of her ears at any moment.

In this way, by overcoming the wall of hostile relations that existed between them, a new friendship has been born.

How to Create Frameworks That Get Results - Duration: 27:44.

Hey there, Mel Abraham here, the author of the #1 best-selling book, The Entrepreneur's

Solution and the founder of Thoughtpreneur Academy where we teach you how to capture,

package and monetize what you know so you can have greater freedom, greater impact and

greater income.

And welcome to this episode of The Entrepreneur's Solution show.

Let me get down to nuts and bolts.

How do you really take your concepts and communicate them in a way that not only do you get action

out of the people that you are serving but you get results and frameworks are the key.

You know that I am a framework junkie.

So, we're going to talk about the fundamentals of frameworks in this episode as we dig in

because it's about how do you use frameworks to create understanding and results.

And if you are not using framework in your training, in your teaching, your speaking,

in the things that you do, you're missing the boat, alright and I really believe that.

So, here's the thing.

I'm going to give you what I call The Framework Formula here and if you want that action guide,

just download it.

Go to MelAbraham.com/session094 and I will give you the download of the action guide

so you can really work through the framework formula.

If you are not at your computer, totally get it, if you are running around or listening

to this on your iPhone or mobile, just text me.

Text me MYLEGACY one-word to 38470.

I will send you the download links so you can get all of the value out of this episode.

Let's get started.

Alright, here we go.

Here's the thing.

How do you create frameworks?

And frameworks, you can hear it called models here but you will see me, if you see me speak,

if you see any of the episodes there's always a framework attached to it and the reason

for that is that it allows people to really start to understand complex concepts in a

simple way.

Here's how I see it.

We are actually visual learners.

I know that some people say, "Well, I am auditory."

This and that, and I get it.

But if you think about it historically as a people, the first language that we learned

whether in caveman days was pictures.

We learned to speak with pictures and frameworks.

Create pictures, they create systems, it creates geometry that represents things in people's

minds that they can go, "Wow, I can duplicate it."

And so, that's really what the deal is.

Here's the challenge.

If we don't get this right, if we are not using frameworks or we're not building frameworks

that are meaningful or that have the right factors or elements, characteristics to them,

couple of things are going to happen.

You're going to have your audience, your marketplace, the people you serve, they're going to be

lost in complexity and confusion.

I mean, as you see this and maybe, this works in the context of running electricity and

all of that but it's a mess and if I handed that to someone and said, "Here's how we do

it", you're going to look at it and go, "Oh my god, are you kidding me".

And so, the key is that we want to reverse that.

We want people, if our audience doesn't see that, isn't able to say to themselves, "I

need this.

I want this.

I need it now and I can do this."

They're never going to buy from you.

So, the real key is that the frameworks really gets to that point of, "I can do this" because

they start to understand it.

If we don't get this right, the other thing that happens is this, is that, there's no

understanding.

I mean, we're confused and I don't understand it and I don't grasp them.

When someone draws a picture for me or when I do that with you or with a class or with

an audience, whether it's thousands or one-on-one, all of a sudden, it starts to come to life.

And the other thing that happens is that, if they don't understand it, and it's complex

and confusing, then what really happens is, there's just no progress.

We are stagnant.

We are stuck in inertia and if we are really looking at things, if we are to be an influencer,

if really looking at it from being a influencer, in the marketspace, that market leader, what

those 3%, the top 3% do, what we need to do is,

What we are trying to do is really get them to move and create behavior change.

But the only way we can create behavior change is through thought change.

In other words, we need to shift their thinking first if we expect to shift their actions.

They got to think differently and the way we do that is to get inside their thinking

and help them think differently.

And I do that and most of the times we do that is typically a framework is involved.

Because here is the deal--when we get this right, things shift.

When we get this right, all of a sudden, that mess becomes simple.

What I say is that frameworks move you from the edge of complexity to the edge of simplicity.

And when they look at it and go, "Is that all it is?", now, you got them in a place

where they are starting to say, "I can do that.

I can do that."

And when it's simple, what ultimately will start to happen is they start to look at things

and they go, "Wait a second, I can see myself in there."

What they literally do is they project themselves into the framework and say, "Here's where

I am.

Here's how I can do this.

Here's where I can go with this."

And all of a sudden, they start to see themselves in the framework itself.

And in the end, it gives them a path to results.

They start to see that there's actually a path to getting the results that they are

looking to get.

And until they see a path, they're not going to take the first step.

You may have a handful of people that are willing to follow you blindly but I think

that in order to do this properly and to serve the greater population, the people in your

audience, your marketplace at that higher level, they need to get the feeling that there's

a path to the results that they are getting, that they want to get because

Ultimately, we are trying to take them from point A to point B. From where they are, the

pains, the challenges, the frustrations, the fears that they have to the aspirations, the

dreams that they want.

And it's through this process of saying, "I can see through the fog.

I can see through the clouds.

I can see through the crowded space, the pathway because you've given me the pathway" and a

framework allows you to do that.

So, if that's why, in other words, what we're really looking to try and do is give them

a pathway to results.

We're trying to let them see themselves in it and to bring it so it's become simple then

what do you need to know?

In order to bring frameworks to life in your speaking, whether you're speaking, whether

you're coaching, whether you're consulting, whether you're an advisor, whether you are

a teacher.

It doesn't matter where you use them, there's a place for them in almost everything we do.

So, what is it that you need to know?

And I can give you 3 of the principles that I think are really important in understanding

frameworks in general and then, I'm going to teach you and talk about at least the fact

that there's six different kinds of frameworks that you may use in different places and where

you use them.

So, what are the things you need to know.

First is this, is that we need to understand that a framework is just geometry and I get

it.

Some of you may not be your creators and stuff and you don't want to talk about math but

it really is taking three shapes because there's basically squares, circles, triangles.

That's it.

Taking those three shapes and pushing them together.

Now, you may turn around and say, "Well, there's ovals".

Well, ovals is just a squashed circle and a rectangle is a squashed square.

So, really three different shapes and what we are looking at is try and understand how

do you put shapes together to indicate a certain emotion, a certain movement, a certain action,

a certain feeling for our audience to grasp.

And so, geometry is real.

And we're going to need to use geometry as part of the process.

The second principle to understand is that emotions are imbedded in the framework.

As much as it's shapes and you could say this is just logical work, there's actually emotions

imbedded into the framework and what do I mean by that.

I mean that when you get a chance, when your audience, when your marketplace, when your

customers, when your client sees themselves inside the framework, they see themselves,

they also identify with the fears, the frustration and the aspirations and the dreams if it's

built correctly and it's through that emotional connection within the framework that gets

them to move.

So, hopefully this will make sense as we start to move forward because we will talk about

value frameworks, we will talk about process frameworks, we will talk a little bit about

each of these frameworks and what they are because in a value framework, for instance,

they see where they are and they see where they want to go and they have that hunger

and that yearning to move themselves up into that space.

And so, when you can create that in a picture, in a graphic, in their mind that's going to

connect with their emotions too.

So hopefully, that makes sense.

Then the last, one of the last principles to consider here in this is to realize that

the choreography gives it life.

In other words, I'm not just going to slap.

If you watch me unpack my frameworks, I build them with you.

I don't just slap up the graphics and say, "Here is it."

Even when I'm speaking on big stages and I'm not drawing it out and it's being built on

a slide, it's being built piece by piece and it's got choreography to it.

It's got a syntax to it.

It's got a process to it because I want to unpack it in a way that one, moves you along

the process, moves you along to understanding because remember, I want to get you to that

point of saying, "I need this.

I want this and I can do this."

And if I just give you this big graphic with all this stuff on it, it becomes overwhelming.

The idea is we got to bring this to simplicity, so let me take it one step at a time with

you.

So, those are the key principles when we're really kind of looking at this.

First is to understand that there's geometry involved, there's shapes that we're going

to use and that different shapes will indicate different things.

For instance: A circles, a triangle, a square.

A lot of times, you look at it like, triangle, a lot of times indicates action or movement.

A circle is connection or inclusion.

A square maybe boundaries.

It just depends on how you present it.

So, there's different things involved.

That there is emotions involved in it and in the end, it's really about the choreography.

How do you unpack it in that process?

And one of the things, if you really want to start to understand just go back and look

at any of the episodes including this one because I'm doing the same thing each and

every time to really build it out.

So, in order to do this, here's what I want to do is I want to introduce you to something

called The Framework Formula.

Now, I'm not going to go into the details of how do you build each framework.

I'm going to talk about the four common elements that all frameworks will have and I'm going

to give you an understanding or at least a fundamental understanding of the 6 types of

frameworks you might find yourself dealing with or you might find use for in your business,

in your practice, in your speaking, in your coaching, your mentoring, your advising; whatever

it is and so you get that awareness and then, we can go deeper into how do you build each

of those frameworks at another time.

So, in order to do this, we're going to jump to the iPad and I'm going to draw this out

for you and you're going to see this all come to life.

So, let's just jump to that and let's get going.

So, here's what we're going to do.

Alright so, there's four aspects of a framework, typically, that we need to consider as we

move forward and as I said, there's six types of frameworks that I think that you can see

or you can use depending on what you're trying to accomplish but all six of them will have

some of these four, have these elements in there.

At some level, they may not be all the same, they may not be equal.

But you're going to have them at some level.

The first piece is to realize as I said before, that there's Geometry involved and when I

say geometry, like I said, there's squares, triangles and circles, and they are pushed

together.

This happens to be a circle.

In actuality, when you look at this, it is a circle and squares because the quadrant

in the middle is basically four squares but I have kind of cut it off.

But in this case, what I'm trying to do is create a feeling of inclusiveness.

In other words, all four elements that I'm going to put on this model are ones that are

representative.

So, I'm not necessarily saying, one is better than the other.

I'm just simply saying that they exist.

So, realize that when you are building a framework, there's going to be geometry and you need

to think about what that framework is.

In this case, I am creating a framework that is inclusive of four characteristics and six

types.

So, it gives you this choice.

There may be other frameworks when you look back that you will see are rectangles in a

ladder or triangles or funnels which are really triangles or a Venn diagram or a quadrant

model.

They all have different aspects, they have different action, they have different feelings

that come about but there's a geometry.

Realize that every framework has a geometry and it needs to be really well thought out

to bring that home.

The second part of this is and these are the two things that are typically obvious is that

each framework has content.

What I'm writing on here is content.

The content needs to be the meaningful points that start to bring things home and allow

for that movement.

The other thing to consider, the third thing to consider when you are building your frameworks

is to ask yourself the question, "What emotions am I trying to bring out?"

Am I trying to get them to identify with their fears or their frustrations in an effort to

move them to a different place?

Am I trying to get them to look and see their aspirations, their dreams to draw them that

way?

Am I trying to give them a process so they have certainty in what they do in building

that out?

Am I trying to instill certainty in them?

Am I trying to instill a more encompassing understanding so they can have some calmness?

So, what are the emotions you're trying to bring out?

And then, the last part of this is this element of choreography and that is how do you unpack

it?

Just like I'm doing here, how do you step-by-step unwrap the whole thing in a way that it's

a dance, that it takes them on this emotional dance of understanding:

What they need to know?

Why they need to know it?

And what they need to do?

When you do that, you do it in such a way that it brings simplicity to complexity.

Now, all of a sudden, you're going to start to get them to take action.

You're going to see them, saying to themselves, "I can do that.

I can duplicate that.

Yeah, that's easy enough."

To look at it and say, there's four things you need to have in a framework--geometry,

content, emotion and choreography.

In other words, what's the shape, what's the data I'm going to put in there, what's the

feelings that they are going to have and what's the dance?

(I don't know how to create a dancing person here).

What kind of dance they're going to have?

And then, this is data, stuff.

So, what are those things?

Once you identify that, then you realize that, "Okay, it's pretty easy and straightforward

to create that."

Now, I said that there are six types of frameworks that you're going to run into and the six

types of frameworks are used for different purposes.

The first framework and this is one that I use often.

It's what I call a value framework.

What I call it, you will hear me call it a, 'Value Visual'.

What I'm trying to do in this framework is to present a levels of value if you will where

they can identify where they are currently, identify the challenges that exist and the

roadblocks that exists between where they are currently and where they want to go.

So, the framework will show them: Where they are,

Where they want to go, and Give them a path to get there, at least, a

process to get there.

Although, there is a separate process framework that we will talk about.

So, a value framework is something that starts to get them to have that desire, that emotion,

that understanding as well as the belief that there is something better for them and how

to get there.

So, those, a lot of times, are triangles, they are squares, they are ladders, they are

building on each other in many case.

The second type of framework is what I call a 'What' framework.

This is when I want to teach someone a set of principles.

We talk about it, like for instance, my 9 ideals of legacy.

Here's the 9 ideals, here's the 9 questions that I ask before I take on any kind of business,

relationship, commitment and if any of the answers to any of those 9 questions is known,

then I go take it one.

That's called the 9 ideals of legacy.

You've seen my negotiation model.

Those are the, that's a what model.

What do you need to know or what do you need to do to make it happen?

Most of the time, these frameworks are 3x2s, 3x3 matrices and things of that nature.

The third framework that you may see is what I call a Process framework, a process framework.

So, with a process framework, this is how.

This is literally saying, "Here's the process.

Here's the steps.

Do this, this and this."

And this will be in some sort of flow, some sort of elements.

So, now you start to see that I can create desire with the value framework.

I can create an understanding with a 'what' framework.

And I can create certainty of the 'how' with the process framework.

Then there is three other types of frameworks you might see.

One is what I call a If framework.

This is kind of evolutionary.

If you look at The Influencer's Evolution, it's concentric circles to show the evolution

from just kind of existing to becoming an influencer in the marketplace.

You've seen my hierarchy of thinking to go from information to transformation.

It's this if.

If we do all of these things, we will evolve to this level.

And so, that's an If framework.

Then the last two are frameworks that we've started to use a bit more often.

The first is what we call an Urgency Framework.

And what I mean by that is that we start to create a model that creates a feeling of urgency,

a need to do something now which when you couple an urgency framework with a value framework.

In other words, they see where they are and where they want to go and you couple it with

urgency where they say, "Gosh, if you delay this, here's what could happen."

Now, all of a sudden, you got a lot of heat underneath them to move them to action.

Remember, we're trying to get to behavior change and the way we get to behavior change

is through thought change.

So, we will create an urgency framework that starts to take into consideration the issue

of not doing, basically the cost of inaction if you look at it that way.

And then, the last framework is what I call, it's called the Genius framework.

Okay?

And these are little more complicated.

There's a little more work involved with the genius framework but with the genius framework,

you actually combine a number of these frameworks into one.

So, all of a sudden, they see their fears and frustrations.

They see their desires if they get it right.

They see the what.

They see the process.

And so, it's a conglomeration of 3 or 4, or 2 or 3 of these frameworks in a way that in

one picture, as you unpack it, they get the whole understanding of everything including

Why they need to do the things they need to do?

What they need to do?

What happens if they don't do it?

What happens if they do do it?

And the process to get it done.

That's why we call it a genius framework because it grasps everything.

So, hope that this starts to get you to start thinking.

If all you do with looking at frameworks is start to look at it in the context of understanding

How could I draw a picture?

How could I bring geometry to what I'm trying to teach to make it simple?

And to take that and say, What content needs to be on there?

What emotions am I trying to create inside of them that's going to move them to that

next step?

And how do I need to unpack it?

How do I need to choreograph it?

What do I need to do first to get them to come along?

Because here's the challenge.

If you start to unpack a framework and at the very beginning, they dig their heels in

and the rest of the framework they are not going to hear it.

So, I need to get them a buy-off on the premise at the very beginning and then, they will

move with me through the process.

So, if we can agree, so for instance: At the beginning of this session, I started to talk

about it.

I said, we started out learning through pictures like cavemen as they were drawing pictures

on the wall.

We are visual learners.

Even the alphabet.

When we talk about the alphabet, we look at the alphabet and it's a picture of a representation

of a letter.

So, there's always a visual aspect to it.

And so, when you bring that visual aspect to creating frameworks, changes are dynamic.

So, I hope this serves you.

I can tell you that once I started using frameworks, both in my book, (which I got another book

coming out soon, I am working on) and in my speaking, my mentoring, my coaching, my presenting,

it changed the dynamics of everything I do because what it allows me to do is one with

that picture in my mind to simply go and co-create the picture with the audience.

It doesn't matter in what format we're doing it.

I'm not as concerned.

When you start to learn all the principles that we talk about in Thoughtpreneur Academy

and being a Thoughtpreneur, how do you catalog and capture you information and you surround

it around a framework.

Now, you have the ability to speak and go and I do it without, effectively without notes

or anything because I've got the framework in my mind and we get a chance to do that.

So, I think it will serve you, I think it will help you out tremendously when you start

to build these things out and it will take a little while but all of a sudden, they will

come to life and they will take a life of their own.

And these are the thing that a lot of people remember because they're going to go back

and go, "I'm not a hundred percent sure but they drew this" and they start to insert themselves

in it, they start to extract things out of it and it starts to bring a whole level of,

new level of meaning to them as you move forward.

So, that's the framework formula.

Start utilizing it.

It's going to shift and change not only the things you do but the things that your audience

does, that your marketplace does, that your client, your customers do.

Bring frameworks up to the surface.

There's a lot more I can do on frameworks.

We can talk about each one of these types of frameworks.

Dig in exactly how they can be built because there's a process to each and every one of

them.

I go into that really deeply into Thoughtpreneur Academy but here I just wanted to get you

the fundamentals.

If you start thinking in the context of frameworks, and I used to not, but if you start thinking

in the context of frameworks, then you're going to have the ability to communicate more

effectively, more memorably, more valuably and more distinctly out there in the future.

Pricing and Quotations | Exporting Basics Episode 19 - Duration: 2:58.

>> Chances are when you start selling your products

in other countries, you'll have a different pricing structure

than when you sell in the United States.

When developing an export pricing strategy it pays

to research the market you plan to target.

You will want to consider the price your competitors charge

for similar products; any costs to comply

with local certifications or foreign regulations;

costs associated with modifying your product

so it will operate properly,

perhaps on a different electric system;

costs of changing your packaging for cultural

or language reasons; and allowing for costs associated

with after-sales service.

There will be other costs associated with exporting

to overseas markets including transportation,

taxes and duties, sales commissions,

insurance, and financing.

After you have done this research and you've decided

on an export pricing strategy,

your buyers will probably request a pro-forma invoice,

which is a detailed offer at a specific price,

paid in a specific currency; usually U.S. dollars,

that is good for a set amount of time.

A pro-forma invoice should include a description

of your product, including its weight and dimensions

of the packaging; the selling price;

and specific terms of sale and payment.

You'll also want to include terms

of delivery called INCOTERMs.

These terms spell out which party is responsible to pay

and assume risks at each stage

in the international transit of goods.

So if the buyer is responsible to contract and pay for picking

up your product at the factory, insurance,

arranging customs clearance, and paying all the duties and taxes,

there is an INCOTERM for that.

Or if you are going to take responsibility

for delivering the goods duty paid to the buyers place

of business, there is an income term for that too.

Understanding the additional costs

when setting your product's price overseas is critical

to a profitable expansion into foreign markets.

A pro-forma invoice describes the product, packaging, pricing,

and terms of the sale, including terms of delivery,

and the responsible party called INCOTERMs.
