HeatherAsh Amara - Discover & Connect with Yourself - Duration: 5:42.
Hi, today we're here with HeatherAsh Amara and we're going to be talking with her about
how to discover and connect with yourselves.
This is a pretty important topic.
Can you tell me why?
It's really vital for us as women to take the time, to give ourselves the space to discover
who we really are.
And it's about commitment.
The commitment to connect with yourself, not who you think you should be, or who you wish
you were, or who you were 20 years ago.
But that willingness to come back into relationship, with curiosity, with openness, who am I.
And that's definitely a process of discovery.
And as we learn to connect with ourselves, what happens is that we start to find our
happiness again.
We start to find our own sense of peace.
How do you discover yourself?
I know you say you listen to who you are inside, but what does it look like on a practical
how-do-you-do-it basis?
One of my favorite ways is to have people begin to explore what lights you up, what
excites you, what makes you happy.
Sometimes, women will come to me and they'll say, "I don't know who I am anymore, or
I've raised my family, or I've been married, or I've been immersed in my
work."
And then they're in the process of beginning to discover again who they really are, and
they don't know where to start.
I'll say, "Start by finding what do you love, what lights you up, what makes you feel connected
inside."
And start in a grocery store.
When you're in the fruit aisle, say what color do I like? Just ask yourself that
question - that's the way to discover more about yourself.
What smells the best to me? When you're out in the world, notice what makes you light
up inside.
That's the best way I can think about, what makes you feel passionate.
And so, we can go, "Oh yeah, I like roses."
And then recognize you've just discovered something about yourself that you may not
have known.
And instead of looking at who you used to be, discover who you are now.
That then allows you to connect with this being, without judgment or comparison but
to really explore and discover, and connect with the truth of who you are.
Bring that authenticity forward.
So it's important to find out what lights you up, as you say.
How do you go inside and find out what you're good at?
How do you find your strength?
I really believe that what you're good at is what you love.
And who's defining good.
So, if you are passionate and excited about wanting to discover yourself through Art lets
say, through painting.
Does it mean you're good if anyone else likes it or does it mean youre good if it feeds
you, if it nourishes you?
You've got to connect with yourself to know.
Yeah.
To know.
And of course, if you're doing something commercially in the world then there's going to be that
decision of what are people going to resonate with most.
But the best Art, or the best creation, or the best expression, whatever our expression
is, starts with doing that expression for ourselves.
And that's what gives that energy induced, and then maybe from there we go, People
like this a little bit more, I'll put my energy towards that.
I know you've also emphasized the role of community in this journey for women, and so
when you get to know yourself better, you get to know other people better?
What does it look like when you learn how to connect with yourself and others, and you
start this new way of being?
What does it look like?
How does it feel?
Is it different?
It is different.
When we connect with ourselves that makes it much easier to connect with other women
as well.
And that connection that we're talking about is really self-intimacy.
Getting to know who we are now and then when we connect with other women, we're then showing
up as ourselves not who we think they want us to be, or who we think we're supposed to
be.
And that invites other women then to connect with us through their authenticity, their
truth, their vulnerability.
And deep friendships happen from that place and really deep respect and support for each
other.
So you would say this is a worthwhile journey even though it might not be easy?
Absolutely, and it can be challenging sometimes when we're letting of who we thought we were
supposed to be and we're not quite sure who we are, that in-between place.
But that's why it's so important to day, I'm going to discover who I am, because then
it becomes an adventure.
And it's not a chore, its not that you're bad, it's not that you need to do this because
it's very serious.
But it's fun.
Let it be play.
Let it be a way that you get to discover who you are, that it's an adventure.
Thank you, HeatherAsh.
Thank you.

Ex-President Park attends arrest warrant hearing - Duration: 3:13.
Only one place to start this afternoon... and that's the Seoul Central District Court.
Ousted President Park Geun-hye is there now for a hearing on the arrest warrant prosecutors
are seeking against her.
Let's cross straight over to our Hwang Hojun, who's has been outside the court for us since
before the crack of dawn.
Ho-jun,... like most people in Korea I was glued to the TV for Park's departure from
her home and her arrival at the court....
Yeah,... it's been a hectic 90 minutes or so here since Park Geun-hye arrived for this
warrant hearing.
There's an awful lot of media attention, as you would expect..
Park arrived here at 10:20 a.m., just eleven minutes after she left her private residence
in southern Seoul.
She walked in through entrance number four, an entry that all other suspects use.
Physically,... she appeared composed, yet stern, in slight contrast to how she looked
when she first left her home,...flashing a faint smile to her supporters.
The hearing has started... and is currently taking place behind closed doors... in courtroom
number 321, where Park and her lawyers are expected to deny all 13 charges against her.
Park is charged with colluding with her close confidante Choi Soon-sil to extort tens of
millions of dollars from conglomerates,... leaking confidential presidential office documents
to Choi... and ordering the creation of a blacklist of cultural figures critical of
the government.
Many of Park's alleged accomplices, including Choi, have already either been arrested or
jailed for their suspected involvement in the scandal.
In the courtroom,... Park will be seated directly opposite the judge.
Her lawyers will be to her right, as you can see on the graphic we have for you,... and
prosecutors will be seated to her left.
Park will get very little assistance from her lawyers during the hearing... and she'll
be required to answer the judge's questions herself.
Hojun, when can we expect the hearing to end, and when will we know whether or not Park
will be arrested?
Well, considering the second arrest warrant hearing for Samsung Electronics vice chairman
Lee Jae-yong took over seven hours, it is likely this hearing will go at least that
long, or maybe longer, with the judge hearing arguments from both sides, after which he'll
review the case.
Now, the big question is where Park will be while the judge is in deliberation.
While nothing has been confirmed yet, observers are speculating she could be placed in a holding
cell within the Seoul Central District Prosecutors' Office because of its proximity to the court
and to minimize security concerns.
The court's ruling is expected to come out later tonight, or early tomorrow morning.
If the court grants the warrant, prosecutors will have up to 20 days to continue their
investigation and file formal charges against her.... and Park will become the country's
third former president to be arrested on criminal charges.
If she's convicted of receiving bribes,... she could be facing a minimum of ten years
behind bars.
Back to you, Mark.

HeatherAsh Amara - About Self Healing - Duration: 5:04.
We're here with HeatherAsh Amara and today we're talking about self-healing.
Hi HeatherAsh.
Hi.
I am so deeply connected in the whole self-healing world, and I know that that's something that
you're extremely passionate about. So tell me, what are your thoughts on self-healing?
Self-healing is when we direct our attention towards ourselves and start this inquiry,
who am I really? And so the self is already connected, and whole, and deeply present
but we forgot, we disconnected. And so self-healing is about reconnecting to our authenticity.
And one of the really practical ways that we can do this is begin to look at our language.
How are we talking to ourselves? Because so often the language that we're using, we would
never talk to anybody else that way. So if we want to do self-healing, instead of just
thinking I need to eat better, or I need to meditate, I always say, Okay, let's start
really practically, what language are you using towards yourself, and how would you
talk to a child that you really loved? That's what we want to start to cultivate.
So if you think about a child that's learning how to walk. If they fell down, and we said
"I can't believe you fell down again." They wouldn't want to walk. And we do that to ourselves
all the time. So what is healing to the self is when we fall down in our lives and we say
"Okay, get back up. What did you learn?" So that it becomes an experiment and that we're
loving ourselves through the process that becomes deeply healing.
HeatherAsh, so healing doesn't have to be an expensive journey. What would be simple
and free healing technique that somebody could do on their own?
Heres a super simple one. Put one hand on your heart, and one hand on your belly
and just breathe and say "Hello." That is the beginning of reconnecting to ourselves
and then listening to "Hi sweetie, what do you need? What can I do for you?" And that
immediately then puts us back into relationship with ourselves in a good way. Another self-healing
technique that I teach people is to start having conversation with yourself in the mirror.
And at first it can be really hard because after we look at ourselves in the mirror what
we're doing is judging ourselves saying, "Oh my god, I've lost weight." or "I dont like
this wrinkle" and that goes against healing. So to bring healing to ourselves is to learn
to look at ourselves through the eyes of love and really accept who we are now. Opening
that dialogue by looking at yourself in the mirror making eye contact. At first it might
just be, you can look at yourself for one second and then that's it. But over time,
what I found is that I can now go in front of the mirror and have long conversations
with myself like, "Hi Love, how are you? Let me support you." And there's a great joy there.
And so a lot of healing has happened for me, and Ive talked to many women that have
also had deep healing happened just from this little technique of beginning a conversation
in the mirror.
Let's talk about self-love and self-healing because those are very connected.
Yes, they definitely are. And what we're learning to do is to love and respect ourselves. And
that is the healing, really. The healing is about coming back into love, back into respect,
back into acceptance. And that then place of love allows us to be in relationship with
everyone around us in a different way. So what is love? Because that's big good concept.
That would be the first thing I would say, if you want to love yourself more, the first
question is to ask yourself, "What's my definition of love? What does that mean to me?" And what
you'll find is that there's lots of pieces of love. And that's what you can then focus
on. And so there's this huge idea of love, you might go, Oh its respect." Then the
next question "Okay do I respect myself?"
Thank you, HeatherAsh.
Thank you.

[music] What is the Cyber Security Challenge?
The challenge is, for want of a better phrase, a hacking competition for our talented undergraduate
computer science students.
What we aim to do is test both their technical and their communication skills, to give them
a sense of what it's like to work as a cyber security professional.
In doing that we are also trying to give them exposure to some of our most dynamic cyber
security employers.
[music] Why should enter the challenge?
Dean Frye, Cisco Systems "I can tell you that the skills that are involved
in completing and winning this challenge are very high value to employers, they're directly
relevant, they're day one skills in fact.

Security is basically the most important thing on the internet at the moment.
These challenges are amazing, we use them to keep up to date ourselves, like internally
to keep you sharp.
[music] What about careers in cyber security?
The challenge is a great opportunity to find people who have passion, who are curious thinkers
and problem solvers.
And that's what our industry looks for.

DEA Greenlights Dangerous Marijuana - Duration: 7:48.
THE DEA CONTINUES TO REFUSE TO SCHEDULE MARIJUANA AT A LOWER
SCHEDULE, IT IS STILL CONSIDERED A SCHEDULE ONE DRUG; HOWEVER,
RECENTLY, THEY DECIDED TO SCHEDULE SYNTHETIC MARIJUANA,
PRODUCED BY A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, AS A SCHEDULE TO DRUG,
EVEN THOUGH THIS DRUG HAS SIDE EFFECTS THAT YOU WOULD NOT
EXPERIENCE IF YOU USED MARIJUANA.
IT'S KNOWN AS SYNDROS, AND IT IS A LIQUID MARIJUANA SUBSTITUTE
THAT CONTAINS A SYNTHETIC VERSION OF THC, AND HAS BEEN
ASSIGNED A LESS RESTRICTIVE DRUG CATEGORY THAN REAL MARIJUANA.
THE LIQUID IS DEVELOPED BY ARIZONA-BASED PHARMACEUTICAL
COMPANY INSYS THERAPEUTICS, THE COMPANY BEHIND SYNTHETIC OPIOID
FENTANYL.
LET'S BEGIN TO BREAK THIS DOWN.
SO THEY MADE WEED WORKS, BUT THE GOVERNMENT IS LIKE, OH GREAT YOU
ARE A CORPORATION, YOU HAVE MORE RIGHTS THAN HUMAN BEINGS, SO NOW
WE ARE GOING TO MAKE THIS LESS ILLEGAL THAN ACTUAL
MARIJUANA, WHICH IS ACTUALLY SAFER.
NOW, IF THEY TOOK THE PART THAT MAKES YOU HOW ñ THE PART THAT
MAKES YOU HIGH OUT AND THEY DID IT ONLY FOR MEDICINAL
PURPOSES, NOW I DON'T THINK THERE IS A NEED FOR THAT ñ
THAT'S ACTUALLY NOT TRUE, SOME FAMILIES, SOME PEOPLE DO
WANT THAT ñ I WOULD UNDERSTAND THAT.
I WOULD KEEP THE STUFF THAT KEEPS YOU HIGH.
LET ME INTERJECT FOR JUST A 2ND.
SO, THE THC COMPONENT OF MARIJUANA DOES HAVE MEDICINAL
BENEFITS AS WELL.
SO IT IS UTILIZED FOR, LET'S SAY CANCER PATIENTS WHO HAVE
LOST TOO MUCH WEIGHT DUE TO THEIR TREATMENTS, LET'S SAY
THEY HAVE LOST THEIR APPETITE.
THE THC IS THE COMPONENT OF THE PLANT THAT HELPS THEM GET THEIR
APPETITE BACK, HELPS THEM EAT, SO THERE ARE MEDICAL COMPONENT ñ
THERE ARE MEDICINAL COMPONENTS TO THC AS WELL, BUT IT ALSO DOES
GET YOU HOT.
SO THE DEA AND THE GOVERNMENT IN GENERAL IS COMPLETELY
DISINGENUOUS WHEN THEY SAY THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT PEOPLE
GETTING HIGH; THEY ARE CONCERNED ABOUT PROFIT, AND HERE YOU HAVE
A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY, WHICH, BY THE WAY HAS DONATED A
SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF COMPANY ñ GIVEN A SIGNIFICANT AMOUNT OF
MONEY TO CAMPAIGNS THAT HAVE FOUGHT LEGALIZATION OF
MARIJUANA.
SOMETIMES I WONDER, OKAY IF WE LEGALIZE MARIJUANA, PEOPLE MAKE
THE ARGUMENT THAT ONLY PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANIES WILL
FIND A WAY TO PROFIT, BUT THAT DOES NOT MAKE SENSE BECAUSE YOU
CAN GROW THE PLANTS IN YOUR BACKYARD, THEY CANNOT
CONTROL THAT.
AND THAT'S WHAT THEY CANNOT STAND.
SO HERE'S WHAT THEY DID, THEY CREATED A CHEMICAL, SYNTHETIC
FORM OF MARIJUANA ñ THAT YOU CANNOT GROW IN YOUR BACKYARD,
THAT THE GOVERNMENT WILL LEGALIZE, AND THEN THEY WILL
CONTINUE CRIMINALIZING A NATURAL PLANT THAT DOESN'T HAVE THE
SAME SIDE EFFECTS AS THIS CRAP.
IT'S INSANE.
SO, THE POINT ABOUT TAKING THE THC OUT IS, FOR SOME
AILMENTS YOU CAN ACTUALLY TAKE THE THC OUT, BECAUSE YOU
GIVE THE KIDS SOMETIMES AND YOU DON'T WANT THE KIDS TO GET HIGH.
SO IF YOU DID THAT, THEN AT LEAST THERE'S A REASON WHY
IT IS SYNTHETIC AND YOU CAN LEAST ñ
AND THEN YOU CAN BEGIN TO UNDERSTAND IT.
IN THIS CASE THEY WANT TO KEEP IT IN, MAYBE BECAUSE OF SOME OF
THE MEDICAL COMPONENTS THAT ANA TALKED ABOUT, BUT ALSO,
COUPONS THAT MAKE YOU FEEL GOOD, IT IS TO HELP THEM SELL.
THIS IS UNBELIEVABLE, FENTANYL IS 100
TIMES STRONGER THAN MORPHINE.
MORPHINE, YOU CANNOT GET IT OVER THE COUNTER, SO IT IS
ILLEGAL IN THAT SENSE.
FENTANYL IS 100 TIMES MORE POTENT, BUT THERE IS A PART
THAT MAKE SOME PROFIT, SO GO FOR IT.
AND IF THERE IS A PART THAT MAKES YOU SICK, KEEP IT IN,
IT'S OKAY.
IT'S SYNTHETIC, SO THEY CAN COPY IT AND ONLY YOU CAN MAKE A
PROFIT OFF OF IT, GREAT, THEY WIN.
THESE GUYS DON'T CARE ABOUT LEGALIZATION, THEY HATE IT,
BECAUSE THEY ARE LIKE, MARIJUANA IS OURS!
THEY SPENT $500,000 TO DEFEAT A CAMPAIGN TO LEGALIZE MARIJUANA
IN ARIZONA, SO DO NOT BE ON THE MISTAKEN ASSUMPTION THAT THEY
ARE PRO-MARIJUANA.
THEY ARE UNBELIEVABLE.
BECAUSE THEY CAN'T PROFIT FROM MARIJUANA.
THEY KNOW THAT IT'S TOO DIFFICULT FOR A CORPORATION
OR A PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY TO PROFIT FROM MARIJUANA.
IT IS A PLANT THAT YOU CAN GROW ON YOUR OWN.
AND ALSO, KEEP IN MIND THAT THIS PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY IS A
CRIMINAL ARTIST ñ A CRIMINAL PHARMACEUTICAL COMPANY,
THEY HAVE HAD A CRIMINAL PAST.
ACCORDING TO REPORTS, FEDERAL PROSECUTORS IN MASSACHUSETTS
SAID THAT INSYS WAS RESPONSIBLE FOR DISHING OUT MASSIVE BRIBES
TO PHYSICIANS OPERATING PAIN CLINICS SO THAT THEY WOULD
PRESCRIBE FENTANYL TO NONCANCER PATIENTS.
WE HAVE A HUGE PROBLEM WITH THE SUBSTANCES, AND PEOPLE ñ THESE
PEOPLE ARE GOING TO DOCTORS AND CONVINCING THEM TO PRESCRIBE
FENTANYL, WHICH OF COURSE IS MUCH STRONGER THAN HEROIN.
ACCORDING TO DIGITALTRENDS.COM, BACK IN DECEMBER, THE CEO AND
OTHER EXECUTIVES WERE ARRESTED FOR BRIBING DOCTORS, AND
40-YEAR-OLD CEO WAS ARRESTED ON CONSPIRACY ñ
CONSPIRACY TO COMMIT RACKETEERING AND OTHER CRIMES.
KEEP IT CLASSY.
BUT WHEN WE TALK ABOUT CRIMINALS, WE USUALLY FOCUS
ON PEOPLE WHO POSSESS THINGS LIKE MARIJUANA.
WE NEVER TALK ABOUT THESE PEOPLE, THESE ARE THE REAL
CRIMINALS.
IT'S NOT ACCORDING TO US, IT'S ACCORDING TO THE AUTHORITIES
THAT CHARGE THEM.
SO, IF YOU SMOKE A NATURAL PRODUCT LIKE MARIJUANA YOU
COULD BE IN A LOT OF TROUBLE.
BASED ON THREE STRIKES, WE'VE COVERED CASES WHERE YOU CAN GET
A LIGHT ñ WE GET A LIFE SENTENCE.
BUT IF YOU ARE PRODUCING A SYNTHETIC AND INFERIOR PRODUCT
THAT CAUSES SIDE EFFECTS, WELL THEN THE GOVERNMENT WILL DO
YOU A FAVOR.
AND EVEN IF YOU WERE CHARGED WITH CRIMINAL RACKETEERING
WHILE DOING THAT.
THEY WILL DO YOU A FAVOR AND SAY, NOW WE WILL TAKE YOUR DRUG,
WHICH IS NOT AS GOOD, AND WE WILL CONSIDER THAT SAFER
AND LESS ILLEGAL THAN THE ACTUAL PLANT.
IT'S CRAZY.
THIS STORY ISN'T ABOUT POT AS MUCH AS IT IS ABOUT
GOVERNMENT CORRUPTION.
DOES THIS LOOK LIKE A DEMOCRACY TO YOU GUYS?
NO, WE ARE RUN BY CORPORATIONS.
WE'VE BUILT THESE OUT-OF-CONTROL MACHINES, AND WE ALLOWED THEM TO
BRIBE OUR POLITICIANS LEGALLY.
SO OF COURSE, WHAT DO THEY DO?
IT DOESN'T MATTER HOW MANY OF THEIR EXECUTIVES HAVE GOTTEN
ARRESTED, IT DOESN'T MATTER THAT THEIR PRODUCT IS INFERIOR, IT
DOESN'T MATTER THAT THEY ARE SECRETLY TRYING TO MAKE
SURE THAT ACTUAL MARIJUANA DOES NOT GET LEGALIZED.
IT DOESN'T MATTER.
ARE YOU A CORPORATION?
WE GIVE YOU EVERYTHING YOU WANT.
ARE YOU AN ACTUAL HUMAN BEING, OR AN ACTUAL NATURAL
PRODUCT THAT WE CAN'T MONETIZE?
THEN NO.
YES, ON THE ISSUE OF MARIJUANA WE WILL EVENTUALLY WENT, AND
THAT IS BECAUSE IT HAS BECOME SO OVERWHELMINGLY OBVIOUS WHAT A
FRAUD THE WAR ON DRUG USE, AND NOW LEGALIZING IT HAS BECOME SO
POPULAR THAT EVENTUALLY THAT TSUNAMI WILL WASH OUT SOME OF
THESE CORRUPT POLITICIANS.
ALTHOUGH THEY WILL ADJUST THEIR BEHAVIOR RIGHT BEFORE THEY
GET THROWN OUT THE DOOR.
BUT IN THE MEANWHILE, ANYWHERE THEY CAN SNEAK IN
CORRUPTION, THEY ARE STILL HAPPY TO DO IT.
WOLF-PAC.COM.
W YOU GET THE MONEY OUT OF POLITICS, YOU CLEAN UP ON
EVERY ISSUE, SO THAT YOUR REPRESENTATIVES CAN
ACTUALLY REPRESENT YOU.
WOLF-PAC.COM.
YOU HAVE GOT TO END THIS.
ONLY A CONSTITUTIONAL AMENDMENT CAN FIX THIS.

HeatherAsh Amara - Women, Power & Leadership - Duration: 5:46.
Hi, today we're here with HeatherAsh Amara and we're here to talk about Women Power,
and Leadership.
These are all very important topics.
What can you tell us about Women, Power, and Society today?
As women, it's really important for us to step back into our power.
And we're in a big paradigm shift I feel like, as women that we've been trained to give our
power to other people, to constantly compare ourselves and it's time for us to step back
into what power is and to find power.
Women's power is not about power over, that's the old motto which is I have power because
I have more stuff for more authority over you.
Women's power is power from within that I am powerful in my way and I recognize you
are powerful in your way.
And that there's deep respect in honoring.
There's not a need to compare because we know that we're each different.
And this is a new form of leadership as well that instead there's one leader and everybody
else follows, we're learning as women how each of us can come back into our leadership
and support each other in being leaders for ourselves, for our communities and for society
in general.
How do you go about teaching women leadership, or teaching women empowerment skills that
they can use in their day-to-day lives?
That's something that is woven everything that I do because as women, when we come back
to our authenticity, we come back home as I think about it.
That automatically puts us back into our power.
So, the old way that we've done it usually is I'm powerful if I'm perfect.
If I follow all these rules that I've made up, or that I've learned about how I should
be. But the truth is we're powerful when we're vulnerable.
When we're present.
When we're willing to be ourselves fully.
And I also teach programs specifically for women that want to be leaders in their communities.
There's a program, Warrior Goddess Facilitator Training for example, that teaches women how
to teach different skills around the Warrior Goddess teachings.
But really at its foundation, it's about teaching women how to empower other women through becoming
leaders.
So, you've gone through this process yourself obviously or we wouldn't be here.
Can you tell us a short story about your journey in finding your voice as a leader?
There is so many times, opportunities where I've been asked to get bigger.
Even when I first starting teaching, I was super shy, I did not think of myself powerful
at all.
And my best-friend and I decided to do a class because we wanted to share what we're learning
and 60 people showed up.
Right there, my friend say, "Okay you take 30, and Ill take 30."
And I was like, "Okay."
But I had to step up, I had to show up because there were women present that we're asking
for that.
And so that happens to me constantly, is that place of thinking I can't do this.
But then looking at the opportunity, or looking at what's being called for me, it invites
me to reach deeper and say, "Yes, I can do this."
And as women, we are much powerful than we think we are.
And when we're put in the situations when that leadership is pulled out of us, I've
seen women do things that they had no idea was inside of them.
And that's true for all of us.
We have that power.
I know the way we talk about things is very important, we can color a conversation with
the words we choose.
When you're talking about women and power, speech is such a critical tool.
Is there anything that you can point out where women can find power and the beginnings of
leadership through their language?
Absolutely.
One way is to start watching for the places that we put ourselves down without realizing
it.
We judge ourselves, we compare ourselves.
And the first part of reclaiming our power is to be aware, to just start with being aware
of what we're doing.
And then slowly start to change the voices in our head.
And it takes time.
It's not going to happen instantaneously, but it's that awareness of claiming I'm
responsible for what I'm telling myself and I'm powerful because once I see it, then I
have the opportunity to change it. And also, any woman that wants to come into power
- unique community, you have to have community to support you because we're undoing a lot
of old beliefs and agreements and so getting support is vital.
Thank you, HeatherAsh.

Google's upcoming mobile software Android O has been designed to extend battery life and let users perform multiple tasks at once, the developer preview reveals.
Here's everything you need to know about Android O.
Improved battery life
To enhance the battery life of Android devices, Google is blocking apps from carrying out certain tasks when they're running in the background.
The restrictions include an app reacting to "implicit broadcasts", or changes on a device such as Wi-Fi turning on or a picture being taken.
It will also limit some background services and location updates when an app isn't in use.
Limited notifications
With most people overwhelmed with the number of notifications they receive on a daily basis, Google is introducing new ways to control the number you see and how they come through.
Users will be able to manage each app individually with "fine-grained control"
For example, in news they will be able to select what areas they're interested in hearing about.
Easy multitasking
Google has added a number of features to Android O to help users multitask.
The first is "picture in picture" display which allows videos to keep playing in a smaller screen while users browse other sites, send a message or make a call.
Google has also made it easier to use a second screen alongside their Android device with the ability to launch a program on a remote display.
Other highlights
The new software has a range of other upgrades that improve Wi-Fi connectivity, keyboard navigation and wireless sound.
It also includes new colour support for app developers and the ability to animate and change the shape of icons
A list of all the features currently publicised can be found on the Android website.
What will it be called ?
For the past few years Google has released its developer preview with a letter and then expanded this into a name related to a sweet product.
For example, Android N became Nougat and L became Lollipop.
People have started to speculate what the O could stand for but there are few convincing answers.
Suggestions have included Oreo, Oatmeal Cookie and Ox-tongue Pasty. The favourite appears to be Oreo, but Google has traditionally shied away from brand names for the software.
When can you download the software?
It is not clear when Android O will become available to the wider public, but Google has historically released more details at its annual developers' conference in May....
"The usual caveats apply: it's early days, there are more features coming, and there's still plenty of stabilisation and performance work ahead of us," said Dave Burke......
.....vice president of engineering for Android. "Over the course of the next several months, we'll be released updated developer previews, and we'll be doing a deep dive on all things Android at Google I/O in May."

HeatherAsh Amara - About Spirituality - Duration: 4:50.
Hello, today we're here with HeatherAsh Amara and we're talking about spirituality.
HeatherAsh, I know spirituality is a word you hear a lot but maybe it's not a word that's
clear to many people.
Could you tell us more about what spirituality means to you?
Great question.
There's a big difference between religion and spirituality.
Religion is people choosing to come together with a particular creed and particular guidelines
around how to do that.
Spirituality goes through religion but is much larger than religion.
It's about our own individual sense of how we connect with something larger than ourselves.
And everybody has a different word for it.
The word might be God, it might be Goddess, it might be life, it might be Creator.
But it's that place where we recognized that we're not alone and that there's a greater
force that moves through us that informs us, and that can guide us.
Have you yourself experienced a spiritual awakening?
I can talk about an experience I had that was a very awakening experience when I was
seven years old.
And that was really what got me on to a spiritual path.
I was in India with my family, my family moved around when I was a kid.
We were walking down the street, I remember holding my dad's hand and looking at my sandals
and I was worried they're going to get dirty.
And I looked up and there was this young girl about my age, 7, dressed in rags coming towards
me.
Obviously very poor, very dirty and we looked at each other from the distance and all of
a sudden everything dropped away.
And I just felt her heart and I could feel her feeling my heart.
And I realized we were the same.
There was no separation at all.
And as we walked towards each other, there was just this pure love and then we passed
and my world was completely different.
Even though I never saw her again, I was changed because in that moment I recognized that these
bodies that we're in that looked different, that looked separate really aren't.
That at our core were all connected and connected in a really deep way.
And that outer source is love.
Is a spiritual practice something that can benefit people on a physical level?
Is there a connection between spirituality and health?
Absolutely.
Spirituality is not disconnected from the mundane.
So sometimes we get into this mind set like I have to do everything spiritually, and the
mundane is less.
But the truth is the mundane and the spiritual world are really connected and when we do
spiritual practice, the spiritual practice is something like meditation or a Toltec practice
we do called Recapitulation which is gathering the energy from the past.
It's any technique that we're using to help us come back into connection rather than separation.
And so, each of these practices helps us to become calmer, more peaceful, more loving
and that is practical because that changes everything in our lives.
So they're deeply connected.
Are there any spiritual books that you could recommend to somebody who's interested in
learning more about this topic but might not have a foundation in it?
So many good books.
What's your number one book?
Gosh.
I would have to say for someone that's just starting, The Four Agreements.
My dear, dear friend and mentor and beloved Don Miguel Ruiz, The Four Agreements is one
that has been read by millions of people around the world and it's super, super simple.
That's a good place to start.
And then my first book The Toltec Path of Transformation really expands on The Four
Agreements because it was me going "How do I make change?"
I know these agreements and they're helping me but I kept noticing myself falling back
into old pattern.
Even though I have a deep spiritual practice.
And so Toltec Path of Transformation was my then exploration around how do we make change
stick.
So you don't just get spirituality and then you're done.
Practice.
You must practice.
Spiritual practice is important.
Very important.
Thank you so much for taking time to talk to us today.
Thank you.
