release another episode of our just the faqs let's go through each one of them

April 24th we're going to review my notes from the collected works event

that took place in October of 2013 last week we did the same thing for the

moby dickens video the November 2013 Moby Dickens video I thought we'd go

back and do collected works in the same way since I have contemporaneous notes

from that event as well then 7:00 p.m. on Wednesday we'll go back to panel

sessions I've been traveling so I haven't I don't know exactly which of

the panel members that will be there but I know that our guest is Ron Chevalier

or he's commonly known as Aksarben on YouTube he's a new youtuber but he has

been out on several recons so I thought it'd be interesting to talk with him

then on Thursday another episode of the book club that's on April 26th at 1:00

p.m. mountain Daylight Time in this case it's going to be chapter 10 in love with

Yellowstone it's a really it's probably the shortest chapter that we've reviewed

so far as a matter of fact Shelley and I had a conversation about whether or not

we should do more than one chapter in this episode but I felt like we had kind

of committed to the one chapter per episode

you know template so I think we'll stick with it for this episode we're gonna

have to change that come time for my war for me because that's just so big it is

unlikely that we can do it all in one episode but we'll stick with this see

how it goes if it gets to the point where we just don't have enough

information to do an episode per chapter we'll change the template

but for now chapter 10 in love with Yellowstone on Thursday April 26th and

then on Friday the 27th at 1:00 p.m. we'll release another episode of just

the faqs where Shelley will surprise me with a question that I get to answer

extemporaneously and of course as in all of these cases we're expressing opinions

here so I hope you enjoy the week we're looking forward to it I'm glad to be

back in town and we're glad to present to you a whole week I'm hoping that

we've resolved a lot of our technical issues we won't know until we actually

try everything out but we're looking forward to that kind of potential don't

Swingyde Golf Training Aid - Putting Drills - Duration: 4:49.

Hello.

I'm Brian Fitzgerald The Golf Doctor.

And today I am going to talk to you about how we can improve our putting using one of

my favorite golf training aids.

The training aid is the Swingyde Golf Training Aid.

And today I am going to show you how to use it to improve our putting.

This channel is all about helping you play better golf.

One of the best ways to help improve your golf would be to hit the subscribe button

and click on the bell notification and then you are on your way.

Today we are going to talk about one of my favorite training aids.

The swingyde golf training aid.

I have mentioned this training aid before and I have produced some videos and I will

put a link to the playlist at the top of the page.

And today we are going to use it for putting.

So what I have done is I have attached it here.

I didn't worry about using the screws for this one down the bottom.

So I have attached it to the bottom of the putter and I have got the elastic band that

comes with the swingyde and put it in through there.

So all I need to do is to put my hand inside the swingyde.

Sorry inside the elastic band.

And when I take my grip.

As I swing the putter.

If I can swing keeping it lightly attached to my wrist.

I am using a wrist free swing.

If I swing and I let my left wrist change the angle and break down.

I can feel that digging in to my wrist.

So it's a really good way of developing correct wrist routine through the shot.

We don't want this left wrist breaking down.

That gives us extra momentum which is something we won't be able to allow for.

We want to be able to control our length of swing and the rhythm of our putting stroke.

We don't want a third variable which s wrist action in the putting stroke.

So if I just hit one here.

So we take my set up.

I will just try and keep my wrist out of the stroke.

Keep the swingyde attached to the wrist.

And that is a pretty wrist free stroke.

Just hit the lip and t missed.

So that's one way we can use it.

Of course the other thing we can do is I can take that out of my wrist and then I can turn

it around the other way.

Like so.

Then I can use it much the same way.

This time I am putting my right wrist into the elastic band.

And in much the same manner.

I am going to swing and if I feel that digging into my right wrist.

It means I am using my wrists.

So we will try again.

I have got to say it feels really uncomfortable.

But it is very effective.

So from there.

Back and through.

And that one had a little too much speed.

And it lipped out.

And then of course the third way we can use it is we can utilize 2 swingydes.

So why not use 1 let's use 2.

So I have attached them in the same manner as I have described previously.

But now they are both on the putter.

So what I need to do here is I need to put my left hand through this elastic band.

And my right hand through this elastic band.

And when I swing.

I am keeping both of the swingydes attached.

There should be no digging in to my wrists as I use my wrists.

I want to keep it as wrist free as possible.

Take my set up.

And straight in the hole.

So it's a really good way of using a swingyde and using 2 swingydes.

So whether you are using the left wrist.

The right wrist or both.

They are all really effective.

So.

I think it's a great way to practice putting.

It's another use for the awingyde.

So as I said.

I make no money out of the swingyde.

I don't sell them.

I just use it and have been using it now for about 25 years.

It is one of the best training aids on the planet.

So give that a try.

When we have a dream to fulfill that were positively motivated to pursue.

However, there are many times when negative thoughts may stop you from making your dream a reality.

The most determining factor is usually none other than fear.

In todays article, we want to give you some useful phrases that will help you to move from being scared to motivated in minutes.

We know that this path is not easy, but its always important to have the ability to make fearless decisions.

1. Fear doesnt exist simply because of what surrounds us. Its found in our mind, and is caused by what we think is going to happen.

How many times have you been paralyzed by fear? You know the situation: you make up a whole story in your head and imagine the worst scenario.

You havent even made a decision, but youve already imagined that everything is going to go wrong and think about the negative consequences.

Then you dont do anything because youre too afraid.

The reality is that sometimes our mind plays very bad tricks on us.

In order to move from fear to motivation, its first necessary to remove negative thoughts from our minds.

In addition, we also need to address our thoughts to make better decisions and not be influenced by those thoughts caused by fear.

Its important that you dont let past experiences or your overactive imagination terrify you to the point of not acting.

2. I have to take risks. I shouldnt be afraid of failure.

Understanding that sometimes you win and other times you lose in life allows you to live with less worry.

People who are trapped in fear will rarely make mistakes, but this also reduces their chances to improve and advance.

Mistakes are a part of our lives and they help us move forward.

If you never failed, then you might have never learned what you needed to know to get to where you are.

Dont be afraid of failure and dare to go from being scared to motivated.

3. Fear turns those who might otherwise be friends into strangers.

Fear will always prevent us from trying new things.

When we feel fear, we close ourselves off to new possibilities to get to know people.

Are you one of those people who doesnt talk to strangers because you were told not to do so a long time ago? If so, then stop.

Sometimes, we find it unpleasant to meet people who are different to us.

However, its amazing how many wonderful people we can meet if we just open ourselves up to the possibility.

Its not about blindly trusting anyone, but about freeing yourself from the fear of meeting people who could bring something good into your life.

Remember that successful people to to meet as many people as they can.

4. Those who arent brave enough to take risks wont achieve anything in life.

When you feel scared and let yourself be controlled by fear, youre weakening your brave character and youre giving power to cowardice.

The result is that your fear grows stronger and stronger.

Therefore, the best thing to do in these cases is to cleanse your mind of the thoughts that disturb you.

This will help you make the right decisions.

We know that its very easy to be controlled by fear.

However, if you let this happen, then youre closing off the possibilities of improving important aspects of your life.

5. Getting rid of fear is a matter of attitude, not aptitude.

You can be very prepared, have the best qualifications, and have studied a lot.

Nonetheless, that doesnt exempt you from being afraid.

Its normal to be afraid and to have moments of uncertainty.

Whats not normal is to let that fear dominate you and stop enjoying the best moments of your life.

If youre one of those people who believe that youll be less scared when youre more prepared, then you should know that this isnt the case.

Every new aspect of your life will make you feel the same.

The people who you think never experience fear and who you think are experts have already gone through this process.

You wont go far if you fail to move from fear to motivation.

6. Dont let doubts stop you from making a decision.

If you want to do something in your life, such as changing jobs, starting a new relationship, going on a trip or making a big investment, you will face doubts and fears.

Theres no way around it.

In these cases, what you need to do is to analyze the pros and cons of the situation.

This analysis will help you make the right decision and see if your dream or that goal is achievable.

Its also a great way to rationalize your fears.

To move from fear to motivation, you must first be clear about what makes you feel afraid.

Then, after this, you can make a small sketch of what youll achieve and what youll lose in each situation.

Dont forget that overcoming fear requires a lot of practice and action.
