Toxic Relationships, Knowing when to LET GO - Duration: 1:09.

I want to know

why do you keep doing it?

They don't appreciate you.

They don't help you.

You start to build resentment.

What's incredible is

I have seen so many people persist.

Because in their heart, they believe that person can change.

In the darkness, they try to find the trickle of light.

At the core, they believe that person has something good in them.

But it just hasn't been found.

Maybe they do,

but not at this moment.

But you keep going.

You keep helping them.

You stay around.

You let that resentment build further and further.

It's got to stop.

You are the most important person here.

You deserve to be appreciated.

It's time to let go.

You will feel lonely.

You will feel lost.

You want to help them again.

But now you have time for yourself.

Now you have time to figure out what you want.

It's at this crucial time you find that you are first.

Eventually, people who will appreciate you will find you.

People who have the same mindset as you.

People who deserve your efforts.

You need to trust that process and work on yourself.

The first step is letting go.

Kiteboarding with boots - All you need to know 2018 - Duration: 5:06.

Hey guys this is Alex Pastor and today

I'm gonna let you know everything you need to know about boots.

So when it's a good time to start riding boots?

I get that question a lot of the time

and for me the most important thing

is that you can really control your kite

so you can set up your boots, you can let go your kite

at the same time you're tying up your boots so that would be a good

point to start and also when you wanna do tricks on boots you wanna do most of

the stuff unhooked because if you start doing hooked in tricks with boots it's a

little bit more risky because you most of the time you can catch an edge if you

fall so it would be a bit more painful

so

if you were to do most of hooked in

tricks maybe you prefer to ride straps

So how to get the right size for you

what I do is I try the boots first, you could get an idea without trying but if

you try it's much better. Boots should be as small as possible but without having

to flex your toes when you get your you foot in because they are made with the

material that's most of the time memory foam so they're gonna get bigger and

they're gonna adapt to your feet but if the boots are too big for that then your

feets gonna be moving at the end and it's not gonna be perfect so when you're

landing strong your feet could be slightly forward so yeah basically if you can get

your boots as tight as possible from the beginning it's gonna be much more

comfortable if you want to know what type of board you should ride I would

really recommend a board that has a lot of rocker something like the livewire we

have here or even the Airush apex from the range but I wouldn't ride

any beginner boards or very flex boards because if they don't have enough rocker

they're gonna spray a lot of water to your to your face so it's not gonna be

very comfortable about the stance that really depends on the person

when I say normally it's like the wider stance you have you're gonna have a bit

less pop but you're gonna land better so a narrower stance would get you a lot of pop

when it's gonna be a little harder to control yourself when you're

landing I usually go for middle stance about 178 or 180 so I go for 50

centimeters stance which is the same as my hands like this together so this is what

most people should get something in the middle not too narrow not too wide and

that you've worked very good for you okay so once we have our stance we're gonna

get that stance and we're gonna simulate landing so what we're gonna do is

basically fall down and I'm gonna see on what angle our knees are gonna go with our

current stance and this is basically how how much angle our feet are gonna have

average for what I said you know person of 180cm (tall) 50 centimetres we usually

go for like 30 32 degrees something like that not too much more and obviously if

you're taller and you have a same stance you're gonna have less angles so less

duck and if you're smaller you have wide stance then you're gonna need to

have more open feet yeah when we're riding boots we have way more support in

our landings so you're not gonna injure your ankle when you land your ankles

are going to stay in the same place your knees gonna stay in the same

place they're not gonna be twisting so yeah they're gonna give you a lot more

support more stability more control over the board you're gonna feel that the

board is more a part of you than it's like a separate thing so that's good if

you're going to go for big tricks the main thing we have to take care when

we're transitioning from straps to boots is when we're crashing we have to

anticipate the crash and instead of holding onto the bar and losing the board

and then going back to recover the board what we're gonna do is let go of the bar

so that way we're not doing a catapult and we're not getting our board

stuck on the water because this is the most painful part of it so we're thinking

that we're wakeboarding and just let go the bar that's why I always recommend to

do your tricks unhooked when you're riding boots

something else we need to know how to recover from crashes a lot of the times

if you have your legs behind you can just hook in and do like a jump and

then you can jump and just keep riding which of course that's the hardest way

at the beginning maybe what you want to do is hook in if your legs are behind

you help yourself with your hand you turn a little bit and that's how you

recover keep riding but yeah it's better you always keep

your boots and your feet and don't undo your boots again cause that's gonna take a

lot of time well guys thanks for watching if you have any more questions

or something you didn't quite understand please comment below and if you find

this content interesting please subscribe to the channel because there's

gonna be more interesting stuff coming thank you

Investing Fees Explained! How Honest Financial Advisors Should Disclosure Their Fees - Duration: 3:38.

- In today's world, you can invest in a low cost portfolio

and save thousands of dollars in investment fees.

There are multiple services and many big companies

that have commission free ETF's,

no account minimum IRA's,

and free stock trading.

But, if you want a little more guidance

and hands on financial advice,

paying for it can be worthwhile.

But before you do, make sure you fully understand

what you're paying for, and all of the associated costs.

Welcome to The College Investor.

I'm Stefanie O'Connell from StefanieOConnell.com,

here to share what fees to watch out for

when investing with a financial advisor.

(ambient music)

Fees are the biggest cost to investors over the long run,

so minimizing them should be a top priority.

But what specifically do you need to watch out for?

First, avoid loaded funds,

meaning funds that charge you a fee to invest.

You can spot a loaded fund

because it will typically be a class A or class B fund,

but that's just a general rule,

so make sure you ask your advisor.

They must disclose this by law.

Second, be mindful of expense ratios.

This is the percentage of your investment

that you'll pay each year

to the mutual fund or ETF company.

It's an annual fee, so it compounds with your investment.

Many basic ETF's and mutual funds have expense ratios

of less than .25%.

Typically, your expense ratio will be

lower with stock index funds,

and higher with bonds and international funds.

The bottom line, look for the lowest expense ratio possible.

Third, look out for commissions.

Commissions are what you pay your broker to invest.

You should look to avoid commissions wherever possible,

but don't avoid commissions at the expense of

higher expense ratios.

For example, if you have a commission free fund

at .10% expense ratio,

and an ETF that you'll pay $4.95 for,

but has just a .06% expense ratio,

go with the lower expense ratio.

Since it's a percentage of your investment,

that's more money than any commission.

When working with a financial advisor,

you wanna make sure they're being upfront, honest,

and transparent about these fees, and any others.

This means disclosing total fees paid

to the financial advisor, including direct service fees,

ongoing fees and commissions paid by investment products,

total fees paid to the broker,

that is commissions to invest,

total fees paid to the fund company, or expense ratios,

and total fees to execute the financial plan.

Check out the link in the description below

to learn more about how investment fees

can cost you in the long run,

and what you can do to avoid them.

Plus, get access to our free investment fee disclosure form,

that can help bring you more transparency

to the costs associated with investing.

Financial advice, true fiduciary interest, and more.

The bottom line is that you don't need to be gouged

to get solid financial advice,

and you should always know what you're paying for.

ROMANCE BOOKS I DIDN'T LIKE [CC] - Duration: 7:21.

Hey guys! What's up? It's Lainey and today I am giving you guys a requested video.

Clare Carter and Marissa Younker both suggested that I do this video and it is

romances that I do not like. So these books I read last year and I did not

like them. It takes a lot for me to like, not like like a book, but these ones kind

of stood out because there were some ridiculousness that I could not get over.

The first book was the first book that I read last year. I remember this

distinctly. I was trying to buddy read it with my

two friends, Riley and Kennia. Pretty sure Kennia never made a pass like 20% and I

can't remember if Riley finished it or not. It was The Claiming of Sleeping

Beauty by whatever pen name Anne Rice used for this one, I can't remember. I've

heard about this book for years now. It's a retelling of a Sleeping Beauty in an

erotic setting. This book was fucking ridiculous. What didn't I like about this

book? You know, I kept reading it. I finished it. It was so weird, that I was

like what is the appeal of this book? Because I know a lot of people love it.

But I couldn't see it. The basic premise is after Sleeping Beauty awakes, which is

kind of a little rapey the way she is woken up. She's woken up by the prince

having sex with her. He takes her to his kingdom which is like, a sex kingdom. The

whole kingdom like, trains people to be like, sex slaves. It was very bizarre.

It was like the kind of sex slavery roleplay, or something, where you

basically have to act like a dog or something. You got to like, crawl on all

fours everywhere. It was just weird. Even as I'm saying it, I'm like did I

really read that? Mmm, I did. And there was just like so many weird moments where I

was like, uncomfortable as I was reading it. It takes a lot to get me

uncomfortable when it comes to romance books. Yeah. When I started the book, I

thought, "I'm gonna read this whole trilogy!" But after I finished the first

book? I couldn't do it. If you have read this book, please let me know down below.

I would love to discuss it with you. The next one I read but I didn't like was

Rough by Skye Warren. This was during my binge of Skye Warren because I mentioned her

in my romance recommendations video. I was reading a bunch of her books like,

I've read a lot of her series now because she writes like, five books a

year I think. I read this one--this was one of her first ones so I think that's

also a problem because I didn't really like it. Thought I was gonna like it

because it was about a single mom who is very confident in herself and you

know, she does one-night stands and doesn't care about that. I don't read a

lot of female heroines in romances that are like that, so I thought that's what I

was gonna like, but she fell in love with this rich guy way too quick. And of

course she was you know, moderately poor. I'm just kind of sick of books where the

guy is like super rich. Why can't they both be rich? Why can't he be poor? This

one was also written very very bad. Because I remember thinking while I was

reading this, "She does not write like this anymore," because I've read her later

books, but this was like, one of her first books and it was just really bad

writing. I've also found that she's kind of a hit-or-miss author for me. There's

some series that I really like of hers and then there's some series or books

that I've read where I'm just like ehhh? The next one that I have, I had on my

Kindle since like seriously, 2012. When I saw it I'm like, "I have it so I might as

well just read it." Mafia Captive by Kitty Thomas and by the title, you know what it

is. I always try to find mafia romance that impress me. They never do. This one

was really bad. I think if I would have--I didn't rate any of the books that I

read last year, but this one was definitely a 1. If that. It was just very

boring. That's like, the best way I can describe it. You could tell it came out

in 2012 because the BDSM aspect was like, super prevalent in this book. That's when

the Fifty Shades of Grey craze was at its peak before--right before the

movie rights were sold. That's when I read Fifty Shades of Grey, in 2012.

Wow. That's bee so long. The sex scenes weren't even like, very good. Maybe it's just

because I've read so many more sex scenes since this book came out that

they didn't impress me. Basically this girl like, witnesses a murder that

she shouldn't witness. So then instead of the guy--instead of killing her--gives her

to his brother and they're in the Mafia... and that's it... Another author that made

my romance recommendations list, but then she is also a hit-or-miss author for me.

72 Hours by Bella Jewell. She's the one that wrote the modern pirate romances

that I just binged and totally enjoyed. She wrote this like, romantic suspense

book, 72 Hours, that was like so bad. When I was reading it I was like, not into

it at all, but I wanted to finish it. Because I don't like not finishing books.

I definitely like to see them through to the

end even if I'm not enjoying them. There's like a serial killer that has

been watching this couple for a very long time.

This couple breaks up and they hate each other now. So then the serial killer is

like, "I'm gonna put them into a survivalist game in the woods and I'm

gonna hunt them!" That's what he does. The main character, the girl. Man, it's

been a long time since I've hated a female character as much as I hated her.

So poorly-written. Had no character traits and she was so annoying to the

hero. I was like, "You need to like, be nicer to him." They're trying to survive in

this wooded area while they're also being hunted by the serial killer. That was

a cool setup. I'm interested in seeing how it's executed. Not executed well. No it was

not. Wasn't a very sexy book either. Getting hurt by traps and they're

like, gross and sweaty and dirty from the woods. And they tried to like, reconnect

their like romance. I was like, "Ew, you guys gotta brush your teeth." I've just

recently read a book here in April I would put in in this list and that

was Mr. Moneybags by Vi Keeland and Penelope Ward. I've come to learn that

these two authors are also hit and miss for me. Not that I've had like, an

extreme hit with them yet. So maybe that means these authors aren't really for me.

The set up again was amazing. This journalist. I already forget her name. She has to

interview this like, super elusive billionaire of this company and she gets

stuck in an elevator with this guy. The elevator breaks down and she starts

complaining about why she's there and that she's gotta interview this guy.

She doesn't realize the guy she's supposed to be interviewing is the guy

that's in the elevator with her. So he gets nervous and he ends up lying saying

he's someone else. And then they start dating. She has to correspond via email

with the guy that she's also technically dating, but she doesn't know that both

these guys are the same person. I was really excited to read it. About halfway

through this book, it takes like a hard left and just keeps going in this

direction that I did not want it to go down. Not really a spoiler because I've

seen Goodreads people talk about this, but I didn't know about this aspect of

it going into it, but there's this like, weird maybe

maybe not incest plot and I did not expect that. I'm like, "Ew. This is

like going in a direction I don't, I don't want to partake in." Then

even when they think that they might be related they still are like,

trying to be together and it's like weird. Because then he's

like, researching different places in Europe that they can live where this is

legal and I'm like, "Okay! I want to tap out, but I have two hours left of this

audiobook, so I might as well just finish it out." Like, I can't get behind this.

Just like, fell off the wagon into crazy town. I didn't want to be there. I was stuck there.

Those are all the romance books that I read that I did not like. Have you

guys read any of these books. Or what are some romance books that you guys

don't like because I want to make sure that I don't pick them up. My name is

Lainey. I make videos every Monday and Friday on books I'm writing. All my

social media links will be listed down below you if guys want to check me out on

other places. Hope you guys all have a really great day and I'll see you guys

very soon, bye!

VIETJET AIRPLANE REVIEW (Famous for bikini airplane) - Duration: 5:20.

I stayed all night bcus I've been kinda nervous

this is 4:15 a.m. my flight begins 6:45 a.m. so I need to prepare right now.

Can I ask you something ?

Are you korean?

Excuse me, Do you speak English?

Not good

A little bit

There's something I wanna ask you

Vietjet Airline is famous for the fact that you guys work in bikini

LoL

I just heard that

Due to customers...

The flight attendants are gorgeous looking.

Needless to say, I guess hot chicks work as stewardesses which ever country we fly into

The reason why Vietjet Air has been catapulted to fame was that the attendants wore bikinis in front of the passengers which subsequently led it to zip across the horizon

So when Vietnam ranked fourth in the Asian Cup, when the director Jang-seo Park was boarding a plane on his way back to Vietnam, owing to the fact that the stewardesses, garbed in bikinis as a token of welcome, gave him the red carpet treatment, the pertinent airline was fined in Vietnam.

We were wondering why they didn't offer us such service.

Shall I be able to feast my eyes on them?

Well, I should be feeling compunction. Should I or what?

They didn't give me any feedback, due to the immense inflow of passengers.

We will take off soon. The flight will take a total of 5 hours and 25 minutes.

The front row is vacant since I've paid additional 5000 won in exchange for securing a premium seat.

The rear rows were overcrowded with passengers

My side and front were all empty as well

Meanwhile, my rear was swarming with people

The seat of Vietjet Air appeared to be narrow.

My legs aren't that long, but rather short or stubby, so to speak.

I ordered the foods in advance in the internet

this airline is LCC, so you have to buy water.

water is 2000 won (2dollars) per bottle but I failed to slake my thirst since I didn't have any bucks with me.

No credit card accepted, either.

So when you get a meal here, You have to have some cash

I didn't even get a single cup of water,

though I ordered a meal.

Besides, I didn't take a single bite since it was made me throw up.

You need to fork out off money even for a crumb of bread or drop of water.

Excuse me

Could you answer me what I was asking?

I just wondered

(impossble to understand)-but I think "impossible to talk to you right now"

AH..Sorry

Arrived at Hochiminh city

Work at Home Jobs That Pay More Than Minimum Wage - Duration: 8:29.

- Hey, Angie Nelson here from theworkathomewife.com.

Today, I'm going to be answering one

of the frequently asked questions that I get over

on The Work at Home Wife,

and that is who pays more than minimum wage?

I know a lot of people that are first getting involved

in doing some research into working from home,

are sometimes seeking out some of the lower paying positions

and are often quite surprised

at how low some of those rates go.

But, there are plenty of opportunities out there

that can provide you with a paycheck

that you can actually support your family.

Those are some of the opportunities

that we're going to be talking about today.

Make sure you stay till the end of the video

to find out how you can get my seven day series

on finding work from home free.

Now the first thing we are going to talk about

is obviously what is minimum wage?

Well, here in the US at the time of shooting this video,

our federal minimum wage is only $7.25 per hour.

Now for most of you, that's not going to be enough to live on.

Maybe you live in an urban area,

maybe you're in one of the more coastal regions

where the cost of living is a lot higher,

so that's not going to cut it.

For the purposes of the video today,

we're going to be going by the highest

state specified minimum wage, and that's

in the District of Colombia right now, which is $12.50.

Now, sure there may be some cities and counties

that have a higher minimum wage from that,

but we are going to be going by the highest state set

federal minimum wage, and that is $12.50 an hour.

As I mentioned, a lot of people that are new

to working from home, are looking for some

of the easiest work out there.

We're talking about data entry, and things like that,

and it's often quite a big surprise

to them to find out that not only do a lot

of those positions not pay minimum wage,

in many cases they're only paying a couple dollars an hour.

That's certainly not enough to live on.

If you are new here, I want you to know

that's not the norm across the board.

There are hundred of thousands of opportunities

that are available out there, and if you're willing

to look outside of the easiest work that's available,

you're going to find that there's actually

some great paying gigs available.

You just need to look beyond those little easy tasks

like data entry.

The first one we're going to be talking about today

is in the transcription field.

Now transcription is just kind of a step up from data entry

the way that I look at it.

You're still typing, you're not on the phone,

what you're doing is listening to an audio file

and you're typing it into text.

Now there is a company called 3Play Media

that is open to beginners, they do things like captioning

and transcription, subtitles, audio descriptions,

and they're going to pay you, their site says the average

is between $10 and $30 per hour depending on the project.

They are going to be open to beginners like I said,

but they do have a minimum typing speed

of 75 words per minute.

Now the next opportunity that we

are talking about is VIPKID.

If you have a bachelor's degree, a great industry

that you can get involved with is teaching English online.

VIPKID is one of the most popular sites in this industry,

they welcome new tutors, but you need

to have a bachelor's degree as I said.

The pay is reportedly between $14 and $22 per hour.

Early mornings are going to be required here,

because you're teaching English to people

in other countries usually it's going

to be Japan, China, South Korea, you're going

to be working during their evenings.

And for us, that's usually between four

and seven am Eastern time here in the US.

You do need to be an early bird.

That being said, these opportunities are really flexible

and they can provide some great extra cash.

There are a couple of virtual assistant opportunities

out there that do pay more than minimum wage as well.

These companies are going to be looking

for experienced executive assistants, so you do need

to have some, usually it's around five years

of executive assistant experience in order to get hired.

The skills and the tasks that they're looking

to have completed are really varied.

The first one is going to be Worldwide101.

They usually pay their assistants between $18

and $20 per hour and as I said they are looking

for at least seven years of corporate experience.

BELAY is another popular virtual assistant firm.

They hire virtual assistants, bookkeepers,

they're truly looking for those that have experience

in administrative work.

You may be maintaining agendas,

managing email, planning events.

You don't need to have a college degree to work

with them either, though it is preferred.

They usually pay, it's reported

between $15 and $18 per hour.

One of the most popular opportunities among my readers

is search engine evaluation.

These are really easy tasks, the drawback there

is going to be they're project based.

They're not going to be consistently available year round.

Once your project's over you may have a wait period

until the next project begins, and they're are usually

some strict hourly guidelines there.

Some projects may only allow you to work one hour per week,

some may allow you to work up to 20 hours per work.

But, this is some easy, enjoyable research work.

Appen is one company that hires for this,

it's reported that they're pay is between $12

and $13 per hour.

Lionbridge is another popular company

in the search evaluation industry.

They usually pay between $13 and $14 per hour.

Those are a few opportunities working for other companies

that are going to pay you more than minimum wage,

but I don't want you to overlook, once you start getting

some work at home experience,

into becoming an actual freelancer yourself.

That's where a lot of the big bucks lie

and you're going to be able to control your own schedule,

decide what kind of services you want to offer,

decide the kind of people that you want to work with.

When we get into that, we're going to be talking about things

like freelance writing, being a virtual assistant

on your own terms without working for a firm,

social media management.

A lot of these skills are really in high demand right now,

and there is always room for more freelancers

that are qualified in providing great work.

In many cases you can get your hourly wage up to $25

or more per hour, depending on the services

that you're offering and also how great

of an assistant you are.

People pay for results, so that's obviously

going to be a determining factor there.

Now, we're just touching on a couple of opportunities today,

I'm going to leave you a link in the description below

to a blog post that talks more about these ones

that I mentioned and some more great opportunities as well.

So, you can start seeing what's available

and what's out there and what meets

your individual needs and expertise.

If you have any questions make sure you leave those below,

and if you know of any opportunities that pay more

than minimum wage, I'd love to hear about those as well.

Make sure you stop by the description below to pick up

that free seven day series

on finding work from home as well.
