we're talking about today how to get free Instagram shoutouts and at the end

I'll be providing you with a script that I've used and have the most success with

in regards to contacting Instagram influencers and getting those Instagram

influencers shoutouts for free you guys there's so much value in this video I

don't know why anybody's not talking about this I've had incredible success

with it so soak it all in cuz this is gold information that I've

had a lot of success with so enough rambling let's get into it

all right all right free influencer shoutouts now I gotten your mic

hopefully the audio is a little bit better here I guess we'll find out go

ahead and get a pen and paper out or get ready to take screenshots I'm gonna try

to fly through this as quick as possible and just provide as much value as

possible as quick as possible all right so everybody's hung up on the

large and mid-range shoutout pages now finding one of these willing to shout

you ouy for free is gonna be tough but as possible if you dig through enough of

them now this is just a law of averages when you're approaching enough people

with an offer one of them is bound to eventually accept your offer now is it

really worth it with everything we have going some of us have nine-to-five jobs

or others of us have multiple businesses we're running is it was digging through

all these large shout-out pages in hopes that one in a thousand will give us a

shout-out for free it's worth a try but for most of us it's probably not going

to be worth the effort why would these large pages shout this out for free if

someone else is willing to pay for it now as a side note and kind of a bonus

tip there is an option that you can approach them with I have not tried this

but I know people that have had success with it so I'll go over it real quick

just kind of as a bonus and something you could try if you're interested right

so okay so you could arrange with them a percentage of the sales so you're giving

them say 50% of the sales that are a result of the shout out from their page

now this works best when approaching midsize pages we're talking 150 to 250

thousand pages all right this is according to the people that I've spoke

to you that I've had successful that I haven't tried it personally now you can

modify and get creative with a script that I provide you in order to approach

them accordingly now the benefit to this is you can offer a percentage of sales

as a testing period so if you're unsure whether or not there

we'll have any success with your item this could be a testing period that

allow you to get your feet wet and get your foot in the door testing the waters

and seeing how that product in particular will work on their page you

can test what the results will be now the benefit to this is they're your to

get the deal set up and you do indeed find a winner now you have some extra

cash you can save money by turning around and paying them straight out for

shoutouts instead of a percentage of their sales now enough with that let's

look at the important stuff here we're going to be approaching with the script

that I provide at the end we will be approaching micro influencers now the

micro influencers are extremely undervalued he doesn't nobody contacts

them we're talking about influencers or Instagram users that are enemies with

5,000 to 100,000 followers and even in some cases I've had success webpages

that are a hundred thousand followers or more now the benefit to be smaller pages

that people overlook is the incredible engagement percentage that they have now

some of the pages with millions of followers just don't have that great of

engagement so you can really find some benefits when approaching these micro

influencers that have more of a moral following a lot of people will follow

these smaller pages and are more loyal and trusting of these pages now these

same people that have anywhere from five thousand to a hundred thousand followers

are not officially large shout out pages that they can be just people that are

incredibly passionate about their niche and a lot of times they're just regular

people like you or me or just obsessed with a certain topic now the benefit to

this is regular people and smaller pages have friends that are following these

are people that trust them large companies utilize micro influencers all

of the time think about when you see large companies that are telling their

followers of regular people to share certain products in exchange for a

chance to win something is because word-of-mouth and advertisement coming

from your friends is more trustworthy than advertisement coming from a company

people trust each other if you were to share a product and say how

your friends on Facebook or Instagram they would trust you a lot more than the

company themselves claiming that the product is now the other benefit to this

is these microf influencers do not know their value yet because nobody contacts

them now every once in a while you'll have an intentional micro shout-out paid

which is in the process of growing their page for the purpose to eventually be

able to make a lot of money selling shoutouts so these people in particular

will actually know their value or at least know that they carry some level of

value or they know that in the long run they're going to be selling shoutouts

that are worth something maybe they already have large shout out pages and

they're working on a second one so some of these pages will have the full

intention and the knowledge of how shout out pages work for these ones that you

can consider offering them a free product in exchange for them wearing or

using your product and posting about it now afterwards you can post on your page

showing them using your product and you can tag them this gives you solo it

shows people using your product so follow it's vital and business it shows

people who are potential customers that other people are already trusting of you

and already enjoying your product now you have to remember to negotiate with

all these people you have more leverage than they do when they are a small shout

out page nobody is really contacting them so you have all the leverage in

regards to negotiation to add on to this the cost of your product is usually

pretty low anywhere from three to four dollars it's just a small investment

into obtaining their services which in a lot of cases is getting a smaller cost

than paying for their shout out outright you can ship them a product they get a

free product you get some free advertisement and

a win-win for everybody now if you cannot afford it you can offer them an

entry into a giveaway in exchange for sharing your product on their page you

can offer them a unique discount somewhere around 50% off make it a deep

discount not so you're losing a bunch of money you know raise the price of your

product so that 50% off allows you to either breakeven or make just love that

money this coupon code they can use for themselves as well as share what they're

following this allows you to build a long-term relationship and further

incentive eyes them to share your product because word of mouth is the

best advertisement additionally by offering them this discount to their

following and offering them an entry and to a free giveaway if they ultimately

end up purchasing something using that 50% off discount it brings them into

your ecosystem now you have their email you have their contact information you

can sell to them at a later date we need to be building a following and a loyal

customer base we need to be thinking about the long-term and not just

necessarily quick profits it's ok to lose money in the front end if you're

making money in the back end if you're doing it tactfully it could be a good

method now before we get to the script I want to go over real quick some mistakes

I made with contacting my first micro influencers in hopes that you will not

make the same mistakes as I did now it should be kept in mind that they are

inexperienced in a lot of cases unless it's one of the intentional micro

shout-out pages that have every intention to grow their page into a

large one or have already some large pages and they're making a second one a

lot of times these are just regular people they're inexperienced so you may

have to walk them through it I had one that took a long time to eventually get

around to posting it took her a few weeks that eventually actually

the IDA now she suddenly posted it when I was them in the middle of fixing the

payment processor thus I lost some sales she was

relatively unresponsive and did not give me a date and time that she planned to

post additionally at that time I had the Facebook pixel removed off of my website

and the reason for that without getting too much into it is us running

engagement ads in Philippines for my product on Facebook and in order to

convert that engagement ad into a traffic ad in the future it was

requiring me to keep the website link on the post now I did not want the

Philippines customers going to my website and filling the pixel with a

bunch of information that I did not need because I was not targeting them at a

later date but that is for another video I will not get into that too much here

now for the script for contacting these pages the link is in the description to

grab your script I spent a lot of time structuring it in a nice package for you

guys and I hope it brings a lot of value to you at the top of the script itself

its structured so that it will grab the intention of the influencer just in case

they have any DM requests and they'll see ours and realize it's an opportunity

for money and open it and accept the requests specifically alright when you

Today, we are going to talk about extremes.

You know, when we tend to get a littleeee overboard..

Pfff me ?? Extreme ?? Bullshit.

"Let's see what's for dinner !"

Because, yes, having a goal is great: it helps us stay motivated and give our best; but the problem is, sometimes, we can go a bit too far...

"Wow Louise you look thinner !"

"Yes, I know, I have started a new diet :))"

"Really ? What is it ?"

"I do not eat anything and when I feel like I am going to faint, I just eat a piece of cheese."

"What ? I saw it in the Devil wears Prada".

The thing is, when we want to do too well, it usually has the opposite effect.

Like, you go from an extreme to the other when you are sick of it.

"Louise ? What the hell are you doing ??"

... Nothing !!

And the worst part is, most of the times, we don't even realize it - we are in complete denial.

"Seriously Louise, don't you think that you are pushing it a bit too far ??"

"No but wait, I am almost done !!"

"Perfect !! 22, 5 grams !!"

And I know it, because I have been this person.

"Well Louise, aren't you coming to the restaurant with us ?"

"Oh no I can't, I have a Crossfit session, then a Body Pump Training and then I will swim an hour to relax my muscles :)"

So I thought that if I make a video about it, it can help people realize it !

So, if :

1.The first thing you do when you wake up is weighing yourself

2. If you spend more time in the gym than at home

Or 3. If you refuse a restaurant with your friends or family because you are on a "diet"

Then, it is time for a CHANGE !

First, you put things in perspective. Is this a race ? No. Do you need to beat others or to arrive first ? Still no.

Is it not a competition : the goal is not to make a sprint, but really to make it a sustainable lifestyle.

And to do so, it needs to be ENJOYABLE.

So the most important thing is to learn to LISTEN to yourself.

If you had a tough day, that you slept bad, or ran into someone you do not like the street, and all you want is order sushi and watch a movie,

And you need to cancel your training session, it is perfectly FINE, and no one is going to throw rocks at you for it.

And finally, please, life is too short to be guilty when you enjoy yourself, so please, do not demonize food, do not demonize carbs, do not demonize sugars, I swear if you listen to yourself you will do more than fine !!

The most important thing was to simulate all the effects of such an electric drivetrain

be it the machine, be it the power electronics - in one Simcenter environment.

So what we're seeing today is that we have to deliver high quality products in a shorter time,

Simcenter gives us the right tool in order

to develop, investigate and understand the structure in detail

and also deliver the product in time.

We're always interested in having the lightest components,

which fulfill our our needs.

For example the early development phase

we used the topology optimization tool within Simcenter, in order to

investigate which kind of structure could be optimal for our goal.

So the green block is just a block of mass, and when we apply the topology optimization

then the material is removed from the green block and only

the material which is important for the design stays there.

On this screen you see the digital twin of the Extra 330LE

and the inner part of the whole drivetrain system here.

The Digital Twin is so important because we built up everything in the

virtual world before we built everything into real parts.

The setup is very special because all the software is connected with each other,

so we come from Teamcenter where the data are stored,

we go to the NX CAD application,

from this application we can jump into the CAE, which is the thermal simulation,

and we can also bi-directionally go in the STAR-CCM+ application.

So Siemens has bought this software one or two years ago,

and since this time they have much more capabilities in the CFD part.

We can create bigger models, we can simulate all systems with a high accuracy in the details

Now we can test single components individually, by simulating the surrounding components with Amesim

So we do hardware-in-the-loop testing, software-in-the-loop testing

and we only have this one single component, Amesim can do the rest.

For me, 1D simulation is all about speed and flexibility.

So I need to look at many different architectures and configurations as a System Architect

and to do this I need to be able to quickly rearrange the model

and with the tools we used before, like in-house codes 3D simulations, this would take weeks

With Amesim we can do it in days, a matter of days.

there are established procedures for testing aircraft that have been established over generations.

But now for electric aircraft, we don't have the experience to base our certification standards on yet.

The LMS SCADAS XS is very nice because it's small and light.

So basically we just have to worry about putting these sensors into the airframe

and the SCADAS XS itself can be put almost anywhere.

That together with an LMS Test.lab system allows us

to very quickly look at the test data right after a flight

to make sure the the data is right, that we have good data,

but at the same time it remains a very powerful tool

so we can do detailed data analysis when we're back in the office.

And this is the basic secret. You can only do this big step by simulating

all the effects that dominate the design of such a machine at the same time

in one consistent environment

and this is why Simcenter has helped us to do this step.

two years ago everyone used to be, going to NYU,

you have to be this 110 average student, this 1600 student.

All this, I didn't think a decent boy like me

could get so much money to go to

such a prestigious university.

- Well, how much money you got?

- I got $66,000 per year.

This is Bobby again, the CEO of Bobby-Tariq Tutoring Center.

Today I'm actually with four of my very successful students.

They got accepted to NYU with big scholarships.

Let me introduce my student Sharif.

So let's come back to my student, no problems

he's a very good boy.

So, how you are feeling today?

It must be really great, I like your hair.

- I'm feeling so excited, because two years ago

everyone would be, going to NYU, you must be this

110 average student, this 1600 student, all this.

I don't think a decent boy like me could get

so much money to go to such a prestigious university.

- Well how much money you got?

- I got a $66,000 per year.

- That's good, I assume the dorm was free.

- Yeah, dorming, books and all tuition is free for me.

- In NYU.

That's one of the most expensive college.

- Two years ago people said NYU barely gives any money.

- But you got the maximum on merit based scholarship, right.

- I didn't know this was possible for NYU.

- Now it was and now it is possible.

What was your SAT score?

- I've got a 1500 on my SAT,

with an 800 in the math section.

- 800 in the math section, great.

So what is your future goal?

What do you want to study at NYU?

- I'm going to be studying mechanical engineering.

As soon as I finish my bachelors, I actually

wanna start working in the work field

and see whee that takes off.

Then get my parents a house, I buy myself a car and stuff.

- Wow, some dream, some hope.

So what do you think, Anupom, is behind your success?

What was the key ingredient that really triggered you

to be such a successful person?

- The most important thing I got

from here was the motivation.

Not the math skills, not the English skills,

not the learning, tutoring, I come from Brooklyn,

I reside in Brooklyn, and this is in Queens.

I take over an hour commute to get here.

I come here twice a week, four to five hours a day.

Tell the truth after two, three years

of coming here, I believe it was not a waste.

All the volunteer hours I did, all the time

I took commuting here, was not a waste at all.

Just because of the motivation I got.

Because with a motivation, it doesn't matter

how smart you are you can always beat someone

that's on top. - So proud.

How are you feeling today because you got into

one of the most prestigious universities in the world?

- I was out of words.

My friend was with me, I remember he was like,

you got in and I was like, I have to reread the email,

like at least five times, just to see that congratulations

in the middle of the.

- Bobby-Tariq Tutoring Center any help behind your success?

- Oh definitely yeah.

Bobby-Tariq, the opportunities that Bobby opened

up for me is incredible.

Not only academically did he prepare me for school

and all this SAT, but he also prepared me

for the real life.

So, real life you're not gonna get experiences in school.

You might, but Bobby definitely,

he provides the experience you need to handle yourself

in real life situations.

So the opportunity here is incredible.

- Would you mind sharing with us how

much scholarship money you got?

- So from my whole package is actually 51k.

- $51,000. (panel clapping)

Imagine, $51,000 in one year, four years how much?

- It's about 200.

- $200,000 is technically covered, he doesn't have to pay.

That's what I'm talking about.

So there must be something you have done

when he applied to college, so would you share it with us.

- So, college application is definitely not an easy thing.

You can easily just skip a lot of steps

and not get into the college you really want to go to.

So college application is definitely very important

and Bobby helped me so much with

the college application process.

There was a lot of things that I didn't know

you had to make good connection with your teachers

to get good recommendations, all that sort of stuff.

Bobby definitely, he had my back, he definitely had my back.

- Thank you, I like you man.

So is there any, so OK, maybe let me

come back to her and then let's see

how are you feeling Tanya today?

- Obviously we're all shocked initially

that I couldn't really tell you,

but I'm really happy right now and excited to go to NYU.

- So you are going to NYU?

- Yes that's my top choice.

- That's The best decision for you, of course, perfect.

So what are you gonna study at NYU?

- Computer science.

- Computer science, wow.

Do what was your SAT score like?

- 1490. - 1490?

That's really good.

When you first started what was your score?

- Similar to him, I used to be really bad, like 1000.

- So 490 points. (panel clapping)

Wow, that's awesome Tanya.

Do you think Bobby-Tariq Tutoring Center was any help?

- Well definitely, as you can see,

it's because of Bobby-Tariq that I improved so much,

like improved so drastically.

And it's not only about SAT, but like the mentoring

that they provide, the motivation that they provide,

the college help, they're available all the time here.

Like you could just ask them any questions,

not only about SAT but college and like as he said,

they help you in the process because some people,

there's steps on the application that

if you miss, then you miss your chance of getting in.

to get in, so don't just not apply.

Because I used to first think that

like, go ahead don't think about the money,

just go ahead and do it.

Now I'll definitely say like go follow your dreams,

definitely apply and especially find a great mentor

who could guide you like that, like lots

of people I've found here.

- Great, so let me come back to Kashfia.

So what's up, how are you Kashfa

how is it you're feeling today?

- Well, I still can't believe I got into NYU.

And especially with early decision.

Ever since December, I've been, just in shock

that I don't have to go through all the other processes

that my friends had to go through and through December

to do it. - Beautiful.

- I was just happy with the fact

that I was able to get in with one shot

and I didn't have to worry about anything else

and Bobby, you really helped me with that.

- Great, what was your SAT score?

- It was a 1420. - 1420 wow.

What will you be studying at NYU?

- I'm studying to do business.

- So she's going to be a business woman.

Thinking about making a lot of money in your free time.

That's the route guys, right, that's why

she's putting all the energy and time now

so we can make some you know good bucks in life, right.

- And help people.

- And help people, of course she's intending

to help a lot of people.

So, okay Kashfia, do you have any message

for your friends and classmates?

- Well, like all the the other friends have been saying

to a mentor, a really good mentor.

Because I remember when I started the college process,

I used to freak out about the smallest things

and then I just go to Bobby and Bobby helped so much,

even with even with the small, silliest questions,

Bobby would be like, oh no don't worry, you got this.

Just send it in, do this, do that.

Through that I was able to get,

Bobby was able to help me with my resume

to get into an internship at AOL,

Bobby was also helped, was able to help me

get my volunteer hours here and as a result

I was able to get a recommendation letter from Bobby

which really helped my college application, too.

- Wow, very good Kashfia.

So what is your future goal like?

Where do you see yourself in 10 years>

- 10 years, hopefully finish college first

and you know just keep growing and keep learning

and get where I want to go.

- Very good.

That's definitely where she wants to get.

That a great thing.

Let's come back and let me tell something

to you guys OK, whoever is listening today.

Now, OK, so here's the deal.

In life, OK, what is the most important thing

to be successful?

Is it your talent, is it your energy,

is it your money, is it your ambition?

Maybe, maybe not.

But the most, most, most important thing

is the motivation and the hope.

So you have motivation, you have hope,

guys you can do what?

Now, here's a thing you have to know for life,

it's like an act, how, it is the function.

Life is a function, a play, how it is?

It's a function of frustration.

It's a function of depression,

it's a function of failure, it's a function

of emotional rollercoaster.

Again, life is a function of off-beat,

it's a function of success, it's a function

of the crying emotion, it's a function of crying in joy.

It's a function of seeing the sunrise Monday.

So what is what am I trying to say?

Yes, you fall you have to learn how to get back up.

It's not about how hard you fight to improve your life.

It's not about how hard you punch somebody,

it's about how hard you get punched

and still be able to run, that's the most important thing.

It's not how well your brain works,

it's how well your mind works and I can bet

with anybody about that.

You put your brain into something, yes,

you may get it right you may not.

You put your mind into something you could

go wherever you want to go guys.

Want to go to a good college, possible.

Set up a goal at least if you have a goal

you know where to go, you don't have a goal

you don't even know where to go.

You're waking up in the morning going to sleep at night

waking up in the morning going to sleep at night,

constantly thinking I'll be set for life,

no it's not.

Somebody else is going getting up and going

to sleep with planning, you are going to getting up

and going to sleep without planning.

So, make a plan, make goals, do not give up.

You will fall, as I said, life is a function

of frustration, you'll be frustrated,

you'll be depressed, you'll been an emotional rollercoaster

go ups and downs.

Only thing you can't do is give up.

You cannot lose hope, you cannot lose motivation.

It's not about your talent, what can get your success

is about your motivation get to it use it.

A lot of people are talented in life,

they're brilliant, but they're lazy.

They don't have a plan.

They're not it's utilizing their intelligence

as opposed to some people, they might not

be as brilliant, they might not be as talented,

but they're constantly jumping, jumping, jumping,

running, running, running, they're falling,

running, falling, running, at some point

they see if they reach their destination.

So it is my piece of advice to you guys.

Don't lose hope, I know you might have a bad GPA

at this point, you might be very lost,

how am I gonna go to go to college,

I don't have good SAT score, I don't have a good average.

Oh, these guys they're going to NYU,

I might not be able to go to NYU because I don't know how.

That's not the point, it's OK.

Close your past door, that's the rule,

that's rule number one you have to close your past,

forget about it, start fresh today.

Take out a piece of paper, take a pen,

put some bullet points.

Where do you want to see yourself 10 years after today?

See what is your goal now?

How your action today has a connection

to 10 years after today.

Make a plan, take this plan to some good mentor,

whoever you feel comfortable with.

Some counselor already feel comfortable with.

Not just some best guy, go to a right guy,

whoever can give you hopes and motivate you emotionally.

Support me emotionally also not just like technically.

Then you take your car, press that letter,

you'll reach your goal.

Obviously, I'm not telling you it's easy,

but if you start today some point you go there.

If you don't start today, you will forget

about going there, you don't even know where you're going.

So, it's never too late, I'm telling you.

If your GPA is bad go on the SAT,

if your SAT is bad go on the GPA of something.

Seek help to improve your scores, lives.

Try to do some research.

What is the right college for you?

One misunderstanding lot of students do,

oh I want to go to that college

because people say it's good.

I want to go to Harvard, I want to go to Columbia,

I want to go to NYU.

Well, it's not about prestigious colleges,

it's about right college.

Why NYU, because you want to be,

you want you want to go to NYU because NYU

has certain things as best fit for you.

These guys are going to NYU because

they're studying engineering, NYU's one

of the best engineering program at that is best for him.

I mean, if you say I want to study history

or something else, but NYU doesn't offer that program,

why would you go there?

So you want to make sure what is the best fit for you.

So visit those colleges, visit the requirements

and see what is the best for you.

Our topic today is changing detector lamps.

So, modern deuterium lamps have a lifetime of about 2,000 hours.

But, always check with your instrument vendor for the recommended replacement schedule.

Some indications that the lamp is reaching the end of its usable lifetime

are low energy, noisy baseline,

or even failing to light when the detector is powered on.

Now, when it comes time to change the lamp, you want to power off the detector, make sure it's unplugged,

and then give it five or ten minutes so the lamp will be cool to the touch.

Depending on the model, the lamp cover can be accessed either from the front, side, or top panel.

You want to remove the lamp cover, disconnect the wiring harness,

undo the holding screws, and then remove the old lamp and dispose of it properly.

When you're putting the new lamp in place, always wear gloves,

or hold on it with a chem wipe or a paper towel,

so that the oils from your fingers don't get on the glass surface.

When it's in use, the lamp gets really hot

and any residue or oil on that surface could overheat and cause the lamp to explode.

Most of the time, there's going to be a little alignment pin next to one of the mounting screws,

and that's just make sure that when you put the new lamp in place, it's seated properly.

So, connect the two installation screws, replace the wiring harness.

Then, replace the access panel and the cover panel for the detector.

Then, check the manual to see is there is any kind of wavelength calibration procedure

that's required before you start running samples.

So, it's a pretty simple procedure.

It takes maybe five or ten minutes, and it's really easy for you to do yourself.

Choosing the Right EXP Fitting - Duration: 1:41.

Thanks for joining us for this Restek Tip.

Our topic today is EXP fitting selection.

Now, the EXP system is for stainless steel tubing,

and it's got several different types of nuts along with the PEEK and titanium hybrid ferrule.

Now, the way the ferrule works is that the PEEK portion goes into your column port

and makes the seal while the metal portion faces the nut

so when tightened the ferrule securely grips the tubing without permanently attaching.

So, it can be reused multiple times without compromising the seal.

You have a few choices when it comes to the style of nut.

First is the traditional hex head in three different lengths of the threaded shaft.

This could be an all-purpose connection for a pump outlet to the mixer tubing or for the connection to the mixer itself.

Next is the hand-tight fitting, which has a little bit of a larger head for better grip when you're tightening by hand.

You need to use this where you have a little extra space, like a connection from the pump to the mixer.

Finally, there's the EXP2 style, which is a slim head and comes with a nut driver,

so you're able to install the fitting in a space where it's a little tight squeeze, like on a multiport valve.

No matter which one of these fittings you choose,

you're ensured to have a reliable connection for your LC tubing.
