When I was young, I was not afraid to start anything.

As time goes by, it have been very hard to start anything even though no one bothers me.

We know very well that today is the youngest day in our life.

Then why don't we start over that you've been postponing?

Today, I am gonna talk about how to study English.

I have wanted to be fluent in English since I was very young.

. However, it was just a short time to study for English like TOEIC or simple conversation classes.

To get started again, I asked some people who speak English very well~!

I want to ask you how to be confident to speak in English even when I am abroad!

JINA : It should be very easy to approach!

For example, like App, Pop Song, TV Show etc..

Why not! Try my channel!

But it is good to look through all the basic grammar.

Since you are always speaking and thinking in Korea, it is important to repeat in English to think!

It is very obvious how to lose weight. The problem is not just think..you have to do it.

PRIYA: For me, going to a supermarket was the most effective way to learn in English.

When I was in the market, I read all the ingredients and nutrition tables that are behind of the food jar or can.

All the sentences are very simple as well as consist with most common using words.

The best way to speak in English fluently is just talk a lot with native speakers, and write everything that you don't understand during the conversations with them.

Lastly, you should use all the new vocabs at that day!!

You should learn REAL English!!

Studying every day and step by step!

Feel free and be confident in English! Don't be scared of speaking in English!!

This is what I could learn from those 2 interviewers!

I would like to introduce a very useful APP which I can use when I study in English!

The app is called "CAKE"!

There are many video clips, and repeat with main expresses.

There are for about 6~10 main sentences every topic, and the app also gives you a score!

GJJB: What do you think about this app??

Those video clips are from Youtube or other channels, and you just repeat with this sentence on the phone!

Then the phone will catch your voice and score your pronunciation and accent!

If you are doing well, the score is A, if it is not, then it will be B or C.

There is no burden to study with this app because there are just only few sentences to study every day!

Priya: The sentences are very common to use in our real life!

There are a lot of topics that we might be very interested in!

GJJB: Also, It's very easy.

Wow! I think my pronunciation is very good! I got an A!

There are so many interesting topics here!!

Look at this!!

There are many interesting sentences that might be used in our real life very often like job interview, and etc

Furthermore, this is not only very useful, but also it is FREE!!!

Priya: OMG!! Really? You know, some app starts with free, and they change to paid app later!

GJJB: Wow! Look at this! I got an A!, I got a B!

Priya: it is soooo much fun!!!

Everyone is same that once we realize we are studying, and not playing, then we lost our interest and fun with what we are doing.

However, it is like a game! Not like a studying! So it makes me to do again and again until I get an "A" score!

It challenges my accomplishment!

I am 32 years old now, and I am learning roller skate.

You know what? Actually, everyone tells me that I am crazy.

But I don't care because it is so much fun to me!

We expect to live for about 100 years old nowadays! There is nothing to start late.

It is not only very helpful to study in English to me, but also to my parents!!!

It will be great if my parents can learn English so that they feel very comfortable to travel in foreign countries. It will be really fun!

We know how to start.

There is a sentence which is "The secrets of life are hidden behind the word cliché" from Tools of Titans.

The only thing that we need to do is to be continued little by little and just have fun with it.

The app "CAKE" is not only free but also it is so much fun!!

You can study 7-8 sentences every day.

It is very easy and very often use in our life.

Actually, we rarely speak in English even though we listen and write in English very often, and suddenly we are shocked with our bad pronunciation.

I am sure that it will have huge improvement in a year with our English if you speak just a few sentences every single day.

I also re-start to learn English at this time.

I read all the lyrics from pop-songs, study with Instagram English clips as well as study with the app "CAKE".

I hope you decide your mind and start your study TODAY!

Today i will talk about my BTWIN TRIBAN 100, why i went for it and how far i have had experience with it.

So far you have seen a lot of videos on this bike, which only tells its features & specifications,

but in this video i will share you my experience of running it.

Hey guys whatsup this is ridercharul & welcome to my channel

hope you start thinking towards your health and environment.

So if you are new to this channel than consider subscribe.

Already my purpose was to clear that i had to buy a bike for long ride,

so due to that decision i discarded MTB bike because it is not made for long rides.

so then i had two options to got for hybrid and road.

Although both are made for long rides but the advantage of hybrid is it has more upright riding position to provide more comfort while riding.

but still i had selected road bike because

it has aerodynamic riding position which will help me to tackle head winds

quite easier than hybrid.

so finally i decided to buy road bike.

I was having a limited budget of 30k, so due to this i have got very few brands who sell road bike under my budget

like btwin, montra, firefox, suncross etc.

I had gone for each brand bike test ride but unfortunetely couldn't get a chance

because none of the brand dealers apart from decathlon provided me test ride.

and those dealers had given me unwanted excuses like we don't have a test ride bike & and only sell by order.

so this was my first reason to went for btwin bike as i got

multiple test ride from decathlon store.

Second reason was after sale survice.

Decathlon has so many stores in india and still the counting is increasing.

So i can go to any store for general checkup free of cost

but this not happens with other brands mostly.

I must tell you guys triban 100 is one of the best entry level road bike currently in indian market.

This bike comes with 6061 alloy frames which is light in weight & feels light during ride.

It has normal U caliper brakes which is reliable on any road conditions

also it comes with 700x32c hybrid tyres which provide ample grip on gravel as well as plain road conditions.

along with these it comes with 7 speed gears

and as per my experience these are more than enough if you only want to ride on plain surface

but yes sometimes these lags on long steap climbs.

I have done multiple 150+ kms rides on this

and truely i enjoyed while riding.

so far i have completed more than 4000 kms on it within 7 months with amazing riding experience.

Before reaching 4400 kms i have done some parts replacement as well to continue my ride smoothly.

I have got my first puncture when i covered 115 kms

and after that within 150 kms i have got two more on both tyres, so then i replaced the inner tubes which costs

so then i replaced the inner tubes which cost me around Rs. 199 each.

After replacing both inner tubes then i added tyre liner between tyres and inner tubes

and this helped me to reduce the amount of punctures while riding.

Tyre liner costs me around Rs. 750 for both wheels.

Replaced both front and rear brake pads after every 1500 kms back to back

and the set cost me around Rs. 300 twice times.

When i reached 3000 km then i replaced both old tyres with new one

basically upgraded those from 700x32c to 700x35c to get more grip on road specically

to get more grip on road specially on wet conditions.

Thess costs me around Rs. 700 for both.

Recently i have replaced chain and cassette after covering 4000 kms

because all of them reached their limits and those costs me around Rs. 1200.

Also added a second layer of handlebar grip to get more cushioning while riding.

that cost me around Rs. 599.

So at the end i can only say that triban 100 is a perfect bike for beginers.

Although in first 2-3 days it will bite you because of hard seat & aerodynamic riding position.

but once you will habitual than you will on top of the world while riding.

After 7 months still i am getting public attraction while standing on red lights.

and i have no regrets after buying this because not only it made my long ride easy but save my money,

helped me to burn more calories & helped me to take initiative to save our environment.

So guys again i will say just focus on your purpose before buying any bike

and please don't go for looks only because this wrong practise will gives you nothing but wasting or blocking your money.

Guns of Glory: Update 1.7 - Hall of Heroes - Duration: 3:13.

Hi guys and welcome to another developer update.

Today we will look at the new update 1.7 and

specifically the new Alliance building: Hall of Heroes.

Let's check it out.

This new building is available for

any Alliance level 5 or above and will let you

do different kinds of activities to get rewards.

For this video we'll divide into three parts

to see each feature in detail.

Let's start with the Hero Bounties!

Once your Hall of Heroes has been built,

open it and choose the Hero Bounties tab.

Bounties will help you get rewards easily

by offering Bounty Parcels.

You can either hold a Bounty or take part in one.

Let me show you how it works.

To hold a Bounty here's what you need to do:

- You need to choose the rewards first

from the Reward tab.

- Depending on the reward you choose,

the Hero Coins requirements will vary,

the Bounty Parcels requirement will vary

and the Alliance reward will also vary.

- Simply tap on 'Raise Bounty' to start it.

Once your Bounty has started,

members from your Alliance will be able

to make the Parcel donations from this tab

within the limited time.

If it's not completed on time you and your Alliance,

will only receive partial rewards.

If your allies are holding the Bounty and you

want to participate, here's what you should know:

- You will receive a fixed number

of Hero Coins per donation.

- Your Alliance will receive rewards

at the end of the Bounty.

- You can get Parcels from Portal,

Red Guard Camp chests and Red Guard Raid event.

Now that we've seen how to join a Bounty,

let's look at the Alliance Celebration!

From your Hall of Heroes,

choose the 'Alliance Celebration' tab.

Celebrations will let you pick one Task per week

and win rewards according to the chosen Task.

From here select the Task you wish to start,

please note you'll not be able to

change the Task for this week,

and then click on 'Choose Task'.

Once the Task is started,

you'll have one week to complete a list of

of various conditions in order to get points.

The more points you get,

the more reward chests you will unlock.

When all chests have been opened,

you'll have to wait for the next Task to

have a new set of chests.

Let's check the last feature of this building.

From your Hall of Heroes, choose the Hero Stature.

Here you will have a list of new achievements

for your Alliance.

Upon completing them every member will

receive the rewards.

This one's pretty simple and straightforward.

I still do not get, why anybody is doing that voluntarily.

...after a long discussion I've got a single room.

Well, I've chosen this myself.

I am nevertheless happy about my decision,

that's most frequently asked about do i disclose my disability to my employee

when I am applying for a job yeah that question is very popular I have had to

encounter that too but do not worry I am here for you and if you're new

so let's continue yeah do you need to disclose your disability when you apply

for a job my answer to that question is no and yes it depends first of all why

would you want lower chances from the first glance you know from the first

moment that you apply for job by disclosing a disability you shouldn't do

that for some jobs if the job is a normal job there are no requirements

that you have to have a disability you should not disclose that as something

unless your disability is visible if your disability is visible there is no

way that people wouldn't see it you know later on when

you show up for the interview they will see your ability so you wouldn't need to

disclose it on your application or when you're applying so even when you go for

the interview they'll see it so they will not ask you about it they will ask you about

it but they won't like you know eliminate you because of that once you

get through the selection process but if you

disclose it before the selection process maybe they didn't know you're disabled

and they might eliminate you unless the job is specifically tailored

for people with a disability then you have to disclose it so that

you qualify for this job all highly ranking for this job so why I wouldn't

disclose my disability to employer is one first of all I first want to get

through the selection procedure with everyone and feel that I am worth of

this job secondly when you apply for a job all jobs require the same

competences so if you have those competences and you have a disability

you do not have to disclose that because it's just extra information private

information that's irrelevant now at that moment so you just have to let it

go and lately the recruiters of companies are so

so ruthless that if you just put in something you know that's different from

the normal required person you just out of the system you know they just even

don't know look at your CV because first of all it's different it's not what

they're looking for they're looking for someone who wants to work and someone

who is averaged and someone with a disability isn't average so they are not

looking for exceptional different when looking for average so what you have to

do is try to meet the average criteria and don't disclose that disability

immediately unless the job specifically mentions that that

you have to have a disability then you have to mention it and thirdly why I

wouldn't want to disclose it is it will become the talk of your interview you

want to be interviewed about your job not about your disability if I've come

for job interview I just want to hear about what the job is going to be about not

what my disability is about it and when should you disclose it now okay

you should disclose your disability when you can not hide it from your employer if

you know you have to visit hospital frequently and there is no way you can

get time off to visit your hospital frequently when it's required then you

have to mention that in your interview so that your employer knows that when

they employer you do have to take some days off to go to hospital and they'll

be okay with it you know so you have to mention it then and if your disability

is visible and you need some adjustments at what you have to mention it because

there's no way they are going to do any adjustments for you if they don't know

what your problem is so then you have to mention it if you know that you really

really really really want to be honest and that is no way you can work for that

company without them knowing about your disability then you have to mention it

if it's killing you but in my own opinion I prefer to keep my disability

my private thing if it's not affecting my work and if it is not in anyone's you

know best interest to know so I hope this is clear and I hope you enjoy it
