Dini: Do you want to know the best gifts for wine lovers?

Well, I'm going to share with you all of my favorites, and I'm gonna give you a guide

at the end with all the links to these products to make your shopping a breeze, and you're

going to have the best gifts.

If you want to live well and drink good wine, then subscribe to my channel and hit the bell,

so you know when I have a fresh video every Thursday.

I'm Dini, and in my past 20 years of working in the wine business I have hosted wine tastings

for British royals and a party with Julia Child.

Today, I am going to share all of my insider tips, so that you can get the very best gifts

for those wine lovers in your life.

I've got suggestions for five categories of wine lovers.

Dini: The first group is your lushes or wine guzzlers, as I like to call us.

Do you remember that game of beer pong?

Well, I was thrilled to find out that Prosecco Pong is actually a thing.

They give you the glasses.

They give you the ball.

They give you the rules, and all you have to do is supply the sparkling wine or Prosecco.

I also found these really cool ornaments that are beautiful for the holidays, and you can

fill them with wine.

Speaking of things that you can fill with wine, this, my friends, is called the Wine

Bracelet.

It's really great for your picnic, your concert needs.

You can open it up, drink it like so, or if you're like me, you want to pour it in a glass.

Cheers.

My personal favorite, the wine caddy for the shower.

Dini: Onwards to our next category of wine lover, the wine connoisseur.

Two of my favorite books for the wine connoisseur are The Billionaire's Vinegar, which reads

like a novel, and it's all about counterfeit wines, and then if you want a beautiful book

to be able to present and be part of their collection, this book about Champagne is awesome.

There is not a wine geek out there who loves Champagne that wouldn't like to receive this.

Then if you have one of those friends who loves wine gadgets, then you've got to get

them this Coravin.

I did a video about this, about how to keep your wine fresh, where I talk more about it,

but basically it will allow you to take some of the wine out of the bottle and then keep

that whole bottle fresh for up to years.

Dini: Then if you have one of those friends who seems to have everything, I bet you can

still impress them with a set of Port tongs.

That's right.

These are straight up medieval, or you could also go for a Champagne saber.

In my guide I will give you links to buy all of these things.

So, tell me.

Which do you think is cooler, using Port tongs or a Champagne saber to open a bottle of wine?

They may be both equally dangerous, but which one do you think is cooler?

Dini: The third category of wine lover for your gift list is the hostess, the person

who loves to have those wine parties.

Let me tell you that as one of these, I would love to receive this carafe set.

I just think it's so much fun, really beautiful, and it has this little chalkboard where people

can vote on what is their favorite wine.

She will also need beautiful wine chillers, like this one that can serve as a centerpiece

as well as being functional.

If you prefer to take the host a bottle of wine, then look at my video on that, and you

can find the link up there.

Dini: That brings me to my last two categories, the first of is the wine parent.

For this mama or dada you need to be able to get unbreakable, un-spillable glassware,

something like these little tumblers here that are gonna be really useful for them.

Anything that helps you preserve a bottle of wine is also of useful for these parents

who are falling asleep after one glass of wine.

I have a video on that as well, that you can get the link to over here, about how to keep

your wine fresh after the bottle's open.

I'll link to some of those wine preserving products in my guide.

Dini: Lastly, the beloved wine traveler in all of us.

This is the person who loves to go to wine regions or little getaways on the weekend,

and there is this really cool book, called 52 Weekends in Wine Country, that looks just

fabulous for this person.

Another really useful thing is a wine sleeve that will allow them to bring home their wine

in their luggage.

I also love this combo gift of a spill proof picnic blanket and a cork puller that is airplane

safe to be able to travel with as a little combo gift for my wine traveling friends.

Dini: So, I promised you that I would also tell you about a gift that would work for

any kind of wine lover.

My favorite gift for that this season is this book, Wine Folly.

Anyone from the novice to even your wine connoisseur is going to love to have these infographics,

a lot of really useful information.

If you want the full list of gift recommendations for any kind of wine lover, as well as the

links to be able to buy all of these products really easily, I have my free guide that you

can get the link to in the description below.

I know you're gonna want that to make all your holiday shopping so easy.

Go ahead, click on the link.

Download the guide.

Dini: If this video has helped you, give it a like.

Share it with all of your friends who need to do their holiday shopping too, and don't

forget to subscribe.

How To Setup Your Controls In Forces Of Freedom - Duration: 1:12.

Hi everybody! Zach here, the controls in Forces of Freedom are fully customizable.

in this video, we are going to walk you through this app and show you the

different options. To change your controls, tap on the Settings cog.

tapping on controls will default to right-handed, but you can also change it

to left-handed, and there are also the pro controls; which are a bit harder to

get into but once you learn how to master those you will feel that they are

a lot smoother and snappy. Most of the devs play that way. Of course if you're

left-handed you also have left-handed Pro; or if you want you can completely

customize all your controls and add remove and scale buttons and place them

exactly where you want. With all of them you can adjust the sensitivity, so make

sure to have the controls exactly how you like them. One thing we really advise

against is moving the shooting button to the side that you use to aim with. You

won't be able to adjust your aim while you focus the shot by holding the

shooting button. You can also customize the graphics and other settings. Just

play with what you're comfortable with. So enjoy the game with customized

controls.

हिंदी - How does stock market work ? Stock Market for Beginners ! - Duration: 8:10.

Hello investors, my name is Sagar and in this video we'll talk about how the stock market works

many times you will see that any particular stock can move 20 - 30 % in a single day. So why does this happen ?

but if you do decide to invest in the stock market, you're not looking for 20 %returns. You are expecting to double your money

so how can you make these big returns ?

In this video, I will give you the 2 main reasons why a stock price moves so much.

if you are new to my channel, I upload analysis videos every Monday and tips for investors every Thursday

so if you would like to see my next videos, don't forget to subscribe

Let's start with the first reason. As you may know there are small investors and big investors in the stock market.

but there is something common between these 2 type of investors, which is emotions.

as you know, we are all humans and not robots and this affects a lot of our decisions.

let me explain with an example. Imagine we invest in any company because we think it will do well . But one week after your purchase, there is some bad news announced.

that news doesn't affect your business at all but still investors do think it will and decide to sell their stock

when they start selling their stock, the stock price starts falling .

the stock might fall 20 %in a single day and maybe a bit more the next day without any particular cause

you can see how your emotions can affect you in the stock market

you need to control your emotions and analyse if any news will affect your investment or not

but news can also give you good returns if it's good news . Let's say we invested in a company

and the next week, they decide to buy another company

because they think they will be able to sell more now and get more profits

and many investors believe that this new entity will make lots of profits and they start buying this stock

as a result, you might see the stock gain more than 20 %in a single day

but any movement based on emotions might happen in a single day , maybe two or three but it won't give you the returns you want

if you want to get big returns, you will need to understand the second reason, which is ling term

let's understand this with an example. Imagine we start our own company

and the first year we achieve 100 crores of sales (which as a a fantastic umber )

and we report profits of 10 crores. This means, at the end of the year, we end up with 10 crores. As we are 2 people ( you and me)

we will take 5 crores each.

Our sales double the next year. We report sales of 200 crores and we get profits of 20 crores.

and the next year, we double our profits again

and now here is my question, are we getting richer every year if our profits double ?

and the answer is yes, as we get more profits every year

so if any investor decides to invest in our company , will he also get good returns ?

and the answer again is yes, If we double our profits , his money should also double

I'm telling this because if any company keeps increasing their profits, their share price will also keep increasing proportionately

but you might be asking : is it so easy ? Let me show this with 2 examples.

The first company is Piramal enterprises. I did analyse them and I will leave a link in the description for you.

you might know the Chairman because he is one of the best investors of India

Piramal enterprises has been increasing their profits by 29 %over the last 3o years

so if they reported 100 crores of profits the first year, the next year it would be 129 crores and the next year it would increase by 29 %

but now can you guess how much returns would you get if you would have invested in this company ?

as you might have guessed , 29 % gain annually in 30 years

if you would have invested in this company , you would have achieved great results

you can see how there is a direct connection between profits and the price of any stock

but if you check their stock price, it didn't go up consistently like a rocket

it did fall many times in short term

so why does this happen ? why doesn't it just go in an upward trajectory without any falls ? You already know the answer

as we mentioned earlier, the price of any company in short term can move due to emotions

and investors start believing that the company won't perform well in short term

or they see some bad news about the company and start selling it and sometimes that news wasn't even related to the company

if you don want to make great returns in the stock market, you will need to control your emotions

but you might be asking, there are so many companies in the stock market and you showed me just one example

I will give you another example. There are many others but I decided to pick 2 famous names

Havells is a very well know name in India and you might have even used their products.

Since 24 years, they have increased their profits by 32 % every year

so if they started with 100 crores their first year, the next year it would be 132 crores and the next year would be 32 %higher

and as we mentioned earlier , if a company keeps increasing their profits, their stock price will also rise proportionately

can you guess how much returns did it give ? They have delivered 37 %returns annually for 24 years

their profits were increasing 32 %while their share price was giving returns of 37 %

you can see a direct relationship between profits and stock price

but you can also see their stock price didn't surge like a rocket, it did fall many times due to short term incidents

but in long term, it did have an upward trajectory

if you did like this video, don't forget to like and comment which other types of videos wold you like and share it with your friends

Gimp 2.10.6: Blowing Soap Bubbles - Duration: 15:58.

In this Gimp Workshop tutorial we are going to make a soap bubble,

with several hummingbirds in it and around it.

When you want to follow along, the download link for the images used in this video,

is in the description.

When Gimp is open, we can open our image folder and select all five images,

by holding the Shift key and clicking on the thumbnails.

Now we click and drag the first image into Gimp.

When there pops up a dialog box, with the question

whether we want to apply the PNG offset, we can just click ignore.

All five images will open as separate images, with the woman image visible.

Click on view, zoom and fit image in window to maximize the image in the window.

We will first make the background a bit less distracting.

Make, in the toolbox, the clone tool active.

Make sure that you have the default settings.

If not, we can click on this icon at the bottom of the tool options to reset them.

Choose brush hardness 050, and make the size about 500.

Place the mouse pointer in the image on an areas that can serve as our source area.

At the bottom of the image window there appear tips,

depending on where we place our mouse pointer.

Hold the Ctrl key, and click one time.

In this way we have set our source.

Now we can move the brush to a spot that we want to replace.

Click a few times, to see the effect.

When we click and hold the left mouse button,

and then move the mouse, the clone source moves also.

So we have to pay attention to where the source is, or this can happen.

With Ctrl+Z we can undo this.

We can also just click again and again on different areas,

and in that way the clone source stays in its place.

To make a new source, we just hold the Ctrl key again and click one time.

Fill the distracting area like shown in the video.

When we are satisfied with the result, we go back to the toolbox

and we make the warp transform tool active.

Here too we better check whether the options are at their default.

Make sure that the option move pixels is active.

Then we make the brush size 300.

Zoom in and or out by holding the Ctrl key and then rolling the mouse wheel.

Now we can make the bubble a bit more round, like so.

Then we change move pixels to grow area,

and we change the size to about 1000.

Make the hardness 80.

Then we can, by clicking multiple times in the center of the bubble,

make a nice big round soap bubble.

Make sure not to transform the blower itself.

When this is to our liking, we have to press enter, to confirm.

Otherwise we would loose the effect when we are moving on with another tool or layer.

Press Ctrl+Shift+J, to fit the image in the window.

Now we click on the thumbnail of the 02 image to make it visible in the image window.

Right click on the layer and hit add alpha channel.

Although it is not very good visible, the font changes form bold to regular,

which indicates that we now can have transparency in this layer.

We will make a selection of the hummingbird with the paths tool,

so we click on the paths tool icon in the toolbox.

If you are not familiar with this tool,

there is a link in the top right corner of your screen, to a short tutorial.

This video shows in just a few minutes a very simple and basic technique for the paths tool.

Making a selection usually works best when we stayboundaries

just a little bit within the of our subject.

When we hold the space bar, the mouse pointer changes into the move tool.

We can now, by moving the mouse without clicking, move the image.

Then we can let go of the spacebar again.

At the wings we have to improvise a bit,

but we will work on them further in a moment.

For the sake of the tutorial we go a bit fast forward.

When the path is made, we press Ctrl+Shift+J to fit the image in the window again.

Then we hit the button selection from path to make the selection.

Click on the smudge tool, because we will work with that tool in a minute.

The path is now invisible.

Go to select in the menu bar, and click feather.

We feather the selection with 5 pixels and click okay.

Back to select and now to invert.

We have now selected the background, instead of the hummingbird.

Go to edit and click on clear, so the background is removed,

and because we have added an alpha channel, it is now transparent.

Again to select and now we hit none, to deselect the selection.

In the tooloptions we choose brush hardness 025.

We make the size about 50.

Now we smudge the edge at the bottom of both wings a bit, like so.

In the next step we will make selections of the wings.

Make in the toolbox the free select tool active.

Now we can make a selection of one of the wings, like so.

Click the last point over the first point.

When this turns yellow, we can hit enter,

or double click inside the selection to apply it.

Go to edit and click on copy.

Back to edit and now we click on paste as new layer.

Double click on the name and rename it right wing.

Hit enter.

Now we place this layer, by click and drag, below the hummingbird layer.

Again to the menu bar and now to select.

Here we click on none, to deselect the selection.

Make the unified transform tool active,

and make sure that you have the default options.

Click in the image.

Rotate the wing a bit, by click and drag outside the framework,

and move it by click and drag inside the framework, like so.

Click transform.

Go to filters, blur and gaussian blur.

We make the blur radius 8, and click okay.

Reduce the opacity to about 70.

Then we click on the duplicate button to make a duplicate of this layer.

Click and drag it to the bottom of the layers stack,

and make the opacity about 50.

Go to filters and hit repeat gaussian blur.

Make the unified transform tool active,

and click in the image.

And again, we move and rotate it a bit, like so.

Then hit transform.

Make a duplicate of this layer, and click again in the image.

Move and rotate it like shown in the video.

Now we will do the same with the left wing.

Make the hummingbird layer active.

Click on the free select tool, and make a selection, like so.

Go to edit and hit copy, back to edit and now to paste as new layer.

Rename it left wing,

and move it below the hummingbird layer.

Press Ctrl+Shift+A to deselect.

Click on the unified transform tool and then in the image.

Move and rotate the wing, and click transform.

Go to filters again and hit repeat gaussian blur.

Change the opacity to about 70.

And here too we make a duplicate.

Change the opacity to about 50.

Click in the image for the unified transform tool.

Rotate and move this layer also, and click transform.

Back to filters and repeat gaussian blur.

And once more we make a duplicate.

The we click in the image again and move and rotate this layer to above the left wing.

Click transform.

When all this is to our liking,

we right click on one of the layers and hit merge visible layers.

In the dialog box that pops up, we can just click merge.

Now we can click and drag the thumbnail of this image,

via the thumbnail of the image with the woman, into our project.

Double click on the name of the layer and rename it bird left.

Hit enter.

Make the flip tool active, and click in the image to flip it horizontally.

Then we make the unified transform active,

and we click in the image to bring the framework up again.

Hold the shift key, to constrain the proportions and scale the image down.

Then we can move it to its proper position.

When this looks good, we click transform.

Time now to bring in the second hummingbird.

Click and drag its thumbnail via the thumbnail of the woman image, into the project.

The background is already removed from this image.

Double click on the name and rename it bird right.

Hit enter.

Click in the image for the unified transform tool.

Scale it, while holding the Shift key.

Then move and rotate it more or less like so.

And hit the transform button.

And finally we bring in the image with the three birds,

by click and drag the thumbnail,

via the woman thumbnail into our project.

Rename the layer three birds and hit enter.

And again, click in the image, scale it while holding the shift key.

Move and rotate it, so the birds fit nicely in the soap bubble.

Then we hit the transform button.

Make the woman layer active.

Then click on the ellipse select tool.

Make a selection of the bubble, like so,

but make sure to stay a little bit inside the boundaries.

With the handles and the corners we can make corrections,

and by click and drag inside the selection,

we can move the whole selection.

Hit enter or click inside the selection to apply it.

Now we go to select and hit feather.

We feather the selection with 10 pixels and click okay.

Back to edit and now to copy.

And once more back to edit and now we click on paste as new layer.

Change the name of the new layer to bubble.

Hold the Shift key, click on the upwards pointing arrow at the bottom of the layers stack,

so it is placed on the top of the layers stack.

Press Ctrl+Shift+A to deselect the selection.

Make in the toolbox the eraser tool active.

Choose brush hardness 075.

We change the size to about 7 or 800.

This depends on the size of the bubble itself.

Click once or twice in the center of the bubble to make it transparent.

And because we have a soft edge brush,

the edges are less transparent then the center.

Hit Ctrl+Shift+J to fit the image in the window.

To finish of, we will add a little sparkling star.

Bring the last image into the project by click and drag its thumbnail

via the thumbnail of the woman image into the project.

Double click on the name and rename it star.

Make the unified transform tool for the last time active.

Zoom in by holding the Ctrl key and rolling the mouse wheel.

Click in the image.

Now scale and move the star, like so.

Click transform.

Then we click on the woman layer, to make the yellow dotted line invisible,

and we press Ctrl+Shift+J to fit the image in the window.

And there it is, our soap bubble image with hummingbirds.

I hope you have fun with this tutorial.

Please take the time to like, comment and subscribe, to support my channel.

Thanks very much for watching.
