Normal Black Line Under Fingernail vs. Melanoma Streak…Its Clear symptoms!Black line in

A doctor explains the variations between a skin cancer black line below the nail and

a standard one.

"Splinters or dark streaks below nails will occur once microscopic areas of harm happen

and permit blood to settle below the nail," says Dr. Joel Schlessinger, MD, board certified

medical specialist and operating surgeon with a personal observe in Omaha, NE, and founding

father of LovelySkin.com.

"This conjointly happens in skin disorder wherever nail deformities ar common," he continues.

"A dark streak or space of the nail with dark discoloration are often a proof of skin cancer

and will be evaluated if there's no reason that trauma might have caused

it.

"The dark streak from skin cancer is owing to actual cells being fully grown within the

nail space or below the nail."

What's going on when the cause is benign?

"If the explanation for nail streaks is benign it's sometimes from trauma or skin disorder

or straightforward heredity.

"Many people with skin of color have longitudinal nail streaking or dark streaks over the nails

and typically it's tough to work out if they're benign or not."

How are melanoma streaks in the nails different in appearance from benign streaks?

Dr. Schlessinger explains, "Hutchinson's sign in melanoma is the presence of a dark streak

along with color changes to the skin just before the nail starts.

"This is a very concerning sign and usually is best addressed by a biopsy of the nail

bed or, at the very least, evaluation by a dermatologist."

Melanoma lines under the nails tend to be thicker than the harmless splinter-like lines

that many people get.

Melanoma streaks may be thick enough to look more like bands than lines.

They will also progress, whereas the normal thinner streak that was never there before

will eventually disappear.

Dr. Schlessinger adds, "The colors can be anything due to nail thickness and different

areas where moles can originate.

The most usual causes for nail issues, however, are trauma and hereditary issues.

"Make sure to tell your doctor if you have had trauma or if your family has these issues

so they can evaluate you thoroughly."

A benign area of pigmentation can actually cause a "pseudo-Hutchinson's sign," but if

you see this sign, it's not for you, the patient, to diagnose.

See a dermatologist who will have it biopsied.

The reason you might need to change this part is if your cover is broken or rusted out.

for this repair you'll need a quarter inch nut driver

so this is the back of our washer our harness cover is usually located right here

as you can see we're missing ours so in order to fix that we're gonna grab

our new OEM replacement harness covers if you don't have one of these

covers already you can find them on an online store

in order to place it in

just slide the two tabs into the openings right here lined up with the

screw hole right here then take your screw with your quarter inch nut driver

simply screw it in

so once you've done that turn your washer around and your repair is complete

if you need to replace any parts for

your appliances you can find an OEM replacement part on our website.

You can probably tell by the title that this is an October favorites video, so it's everything that I've been loving this month

so I think I'm just gonna dive straight in the first thing is actually a gift that my best friend bought for me and

She came up for the weekend, and she had got me a gift, and I was just so sweet, so yeah

It's this little marble pot and this is from oliver bonus

And it has this that cute little rose gold lid and it's just like really heavy

White sort of marble I think it's real marble

no, but it's really really pretty and it's gonna look so beautiful in my bedroom with all of my new bits and bobs that i'm

feel kind of bad that i'll know the price, but

Everybody is having something done to their house except me of course

So the next thing is something that i've been super excited about and it is my new

Nook vick now. I've got a secondhand MacBook. Just because I'm sort of new at all this

YouTube staff I've got a blog and everything and the computer that we have is terrible Adams still using it

And it's so frustrating and I feel so bad because he's working where I'm at and it's so

Slow like heartbreakingly slow

So I have been so happy to be able to work on my new Mac this was from ebay, and I think he was like

340 pounds which I just think is so good and it's in such

Good condition like there's not a mark on it it runs really really fast. It is just brilliant. I mean one day

I'm sure I'll upgrade to a newer one, but for now this suits me just fine

Lash, so they don't they're not like as long, and I've got quite small eyes, so these are amazing for me

I don't have to cut them down. They look so incredibly natural. Oh my god. There's a cement mixer

Anybody these I really like these they're lovely very natural-looking, and I think they're on the five car mark. I got these from

The next Beauty bits are some more cosmetics that I've been loving

The first one is the Rouge of velvet lipstick by bourgeois

This is shade number 8 and this is such a beautiful red tone

I'll film some swatches and pop those in as well, but I absolutely love this lipstick

It's just so pretty such a lovely bold red

It's definitely got some like blue tones in it which is really nice for if you're trying to make your teeth look whiter

It's a yes absolutely loving that one. I'm really sorry as well

I've got a bit of a cold the next product is a L'Oreal Paris

Lip paint, this is the what colors this

This is 208 off white and again. I will put in some swatches of that one

It is basically just a liquid lip. I love the color

It's so so so pretty and I

Don't know if it's kind of drying like I'm trying to figure out if it's drying my lips out

Or if it's just the change in weather, but I'll get back to you with that one. I love the color

I think it goes on really really well, and it's very creamy, but I do think once it dries

Which takes a while it does? I don't know it kind of goes a bit cakey like foundation cap

The next product is something I have a repeat purchased

this is the third one I'm on now, and I just think it is the best mascara ever and

False lash sculpt mascara. It's the one I'm currently wearing and I just think this is such a great mascara

It I think it has like those little fibers in it that attached themselves to

The ends of your lashes to make them longer and fuller which I just I absolutely adore

I just think this is such a great mascara, and I have used what one did I used to get I?

I used to get that one and I actually think this one's better, and this one is about 10 pounds

Okay, so yeah if you're looking for a cheaper alternative to that one

I've totally completely fallen in love with is the clinic take the day off and

This is the cleansing oil. I have actually been using it wrong for a while

I thought that you used it on and a cotton pad and just took your makeup off of that

But you apparently rub it in your face and then wash it off

Silly Becky and but yeah, I originally got this sent to me

Like a small sample size, and I absolutely loved it, and it's the only thing that hasn't broken me out

So I had to go and buy it this one was twenty-two pounds

And then the lady in the store

obviously told me that there was an operon so of course I had to buy two things so I actually went in with the

dramatically different moisturizing gel and

I really liked moisturizing gels

I just think that they feel so cooling they feel so light and this one's it's like one of those ones

That's really hydrating and I do get really dry under eyes

And I get sort of dry patches around my cheeks, and so this has been really lovely so far

And I've really really enjoyed this using this moisturizer

I've gone through quite a lot of moisturizers this year, and I am definitely gonna buy this one again

I just think that it's it's beautiful

It's for a combination oily to oily skin, and I just think it's great

It's really good, but this this for me is amazing

It's literally the first product ever in my 29 years that hasn't broken me out obviously Owen has spots and I was a baby

What a stupid statement to make?

Anyway

So yeah, this is so great. It doesn't break me out, and it's gonna see the first thing

I think this might be the first time bar today because I've only just started using it again. I ran out of the

Rack I ran out of the sample one

And then I went back to my old one and I immediately broke out

But before that not one single spot on my face which is

Unheard of completely unheard of so yeah, I would definitely definitely recommend this one is lovely. I love it

So this is a t-shirt from Topshop, and it says you make me smile with a little

Is kind of rare like usually it's printed on and for 12 pounds yes

I said 12 pounds from Topshop not in the sale, and it's not Sloot bargain

It's just so beautiful. I got it in a size 16 because I want it to be slightly

Oversized and then I have been tucking it into a skirt which I'll show you in a minute

And I just I love this so much. I think it's gorgeous. It's got a little oh

It's got a little rolled-up sleeves

and it's nice and baggy on me, which I love and I

Just love it so much. I think it's gorgeous

So yeah, this is definitely the favorite my favorite fashion thing that I purchased this one. I just

But then there is a second

I believe this one was 29 pounds, so I don't know Topshop habit is having some

I really want that Gucci belt, but it's like two hundred and something pounds

And I didn't have 200 something pounds, so this was a great alternative

There was a Jew before the Gucci belt in rebrand, but they only had a size small, and I'm not a size small

Unfortunately, so yeah, I just thought this is lovely

It's got the gold hardware on it, which I'm really into gold at the moment. So this one's really good for me

I love it. I just been wearing it with that

It's kind of a little bit scary, and I just I was really drawn to the cover to be honest

I mean look how cute this little thing is that?

Yeah, I went to a

book that I like and I think I might have done so and

But I've kind of got past that I mean I don't normally like gruesome or scary. I don't watch scary film

Really love this well. I haven't actually finished this one year. I'm reading this at the moment, but I loved the first one so I

There's such brilliant actors, and it's just so enjoyable like I love it. I love tuning in at home. We're currently binge watching

We haven't watched all of it yet, but it is so great and I can't wait to watch the rest of it

We're definitely going to be watching. That's my because it is Halloween today

So I think yeah, we're definitely gonna cook some nice dinner get a bottle away

Maybe and dive back into stranger things because it's so great and with all that said and now that I finished

I'm crystal Sparks so glad that you are here hey I am excited to talk to you

today out of Isaiah chapter 43 if you missed my video from last week you can

jump over and watch that I talked about turning the fertilizer moments in our

life the disappointments into potential I want to talk to you about that last

week but this week I want to continue talking to you out of Isaiah chapter 43

18 and 19 and let's just read that together says do not earnestly remember

the former things neither consider the things of old behold I'm doing a new

thing now it springs forth do you not perceive it and know it and will you not

give heed to it I will even make a way in the wilderness and rivers in the

desert ok so I want to talk to you today about that word behold the actual

translation that word what it really means is to look up for our gaze to go

up instead of down you know whenever I was training for my first half-marathon

I was running with the trainer and she was getting me ready and she was talking

to me about things like my breathing and and how I ran in the time and all these

different things and whenever she was training me she said I can always tell

when you're thinking about giving up and I thought well you are you able to tell

because of what like I'm not saying I'm going to give up but she said no I can

always tell when you want to give up because you stopped looking straight

ahead of you and you start looking down at your feet and she said the more time

you look down at your feet the more you think about giving up and she said

what's funny is when we start thinking about quitting our head naturally goes

down when we're running to our feet and when we do that it begins to constrict

our airway we're not able to take the deep breaths that we need to keep giving

us endurance and so in turn it makes us feel more tired more exhausted and all

we see is the little steps that we're taking and I thought about that and

today when I wanted to share this message with you about behold that that

is so often how we do in life disappointments and setbacks come our

way and what do we do we begin to look down we mean the look

down at our feet look down at our present circumstance and the more we

look down we begin to feel defeated we need to feel like there's no way out but

God says the first step is for us to first of all to forget the things that

are behind like we talked about last week but then if we want to really move

on we got to behold we've got to begin to lift up our head and get cast our

gaze on the horizon and begin to look forward to the good things that God has

for us see we have to begin to change our focus if we want to change our

direction if all's we're seeing is where we're at you could have exactly what you

want right in front of you but you can't see it why because you're too busy

looking down my husband and I we have a running joke in our family that if I

sent him to the refrigerator to get something he's not gonna be able to find

it anybody else know what I'm talking about

it doesn't bill I will sit him to the refrigerator and ask him honey can he

get the milk he'll go over there and he'll say hey

I'm sorry we do not have the milk I'll say hey babe do you mind grabbing the

hot sauce real quick he'll come back to me and say we don't have any hot sauce

in the whole house and every single time I'll go over to the refrigerator I open

it up and I'm able to grab it right there you know we got staying here in

Texas that if it was a snake it would've bit him right and sometimes that's the

way I feel like it is with the good things that God has in our lives it

could be all around us and we're just missing it it's all around us is

everywhere but what are we doing we're so busy looking down that we're not able

to behold and to behold we got a look from our present circumstance we had to

begin to look up and get the bigger picture of what God would have you know

recently I was leaving the church office with some women members that go to our

church amazing people and Cassie was walking out with me and she was busy

with her kids getting them into the car and everything was frustrating and they

were hungry and she was tired so she got him in the car and got them buckled in

and I look I was just standing there and she said what's wrong and I said look at

how beautiful the sunset is and the whole sky was colored and purples and

pinks and oranges the most beautiful sunset just stretching across the

horizon and she said wow if you wouldn't have said something I would have totally

missed it so she stood for a moment grabbed out her phone and

took a picture and I just want to ask you how many amazing moments are you

missing because you're not beholding you're not looking up to see the

potential you're so busy doing the day-in day-out you're so busy focused on

what's that here now that's calling for your attention that you're missing the

beautiful landscape that God has all around you I'm not just talking about

sunset so I'm talking about instead of complaining about the laundry maybe

taking a moment to thank God for the people that fill the clothes why you're

doing the laundry maybe instead of complaining that you have kids to pick

up from school may instead of complaining about that get the bigger

picture of God thank you that I have kids that are healthy I'm sure that

there's other moms who would love to have healthy kids that they were taken

to school maybe instead of complaining that you're making dinner and how

frustrating it is the process is taking a moment to pause and say God thank you

because some families are going to bed hungry tonight not knowing where their

next meal is see when we begin to lift up our head and get a bigger picture of

our life we begin to realize that our problems really aren't all that big and

we're never gonna see the potential we're never gonna see the answers that

are right all around us if we're looking down at our present circumstance we're

so busy looking at the problem we're so busy looking at the

disappointment we're gonna miss the potential that's all around us I heard

this story I thought it was really inspiring I hope it inspires you too

it's about a man in the early 1900's he was a cotton farmer and it's what he did

to help provide for his family and there was a terrible bug that came in and it

was called a weevil and that bug ate up all of those crops completely demolished

everything well all of his friends were so defeated and they were like there's

no way that we're gonna be able to make any money at all and so the man got this

idea and he said instead of planting our normal cotton crops and to try again

because we're not gonna make it for this harvest season let's plant peanuts

instead all of his friends mocked him peanuts there's no way anybody could

ever make a living off of peanuts and eventually he convinced him that

he's gonna do it no matter what they say you know sometimes the best way to prove

your haters wrong is just to do it anyways so he planted the peanuts and

here's the best part he made more money off of that crop of peanuts in just a

few months than he would have normally made all year long in fact when the boll

weevils were diminished and the farmers could have gone back to planting cotton

he chose to not plant cotton he put peanuts instead see I want to tell you

that in your own life maybe boll weevils have eaten up what

you saw as your potential harvest maybe it seems like everything in your present

circumstances has just been totally demolished and there seems like there's

no way let me tell you that you might have some peanuts

you might have a best answer a best-case scenario coming your way but you got to

be willing to behold to look up quit looking at how things didn't work out

and start saying god what do I have left right now see if the man would have been

focused on cotton then he wouldn't had a harvest but instead he said god I'm

gonna behold I'm gonna lift up my head and show me the potential of what I do

have I'm not gonna be so focused on what I don't have that I miss what I do have

what you may think is a setback is God really just setting you up for something

brand-new so instead of getting dipped down and disappointed and said say god

I'm gonna behold I'm gonna lift up my head show me the potential of what I

have you know Brian was speaking recently at our church and he was

talking about Moses and how Moses kept telling God I'm not a man that's good

with speech I'm really not that great and he kept giving God all the reasons

why not to use him and I love what God told him he said Moses what do you have

in your hand and he said a staff and you know that staff that Moses had in his

hand he went on to carry in front of Pharaoh it helped deliver the Israelite

people from Egypt it helped do all kinds of amazing things brought water out of a

rock later on did so many amazing things but the interesting part was he didn't

see the potential in what was right in front of him see he was so busy looking

down at himself that he missed the bigger picture of what God had all

around him see if God calls you to there must be something in your life

that has the answer all you have to do is look up quit focusing on what you do

don't have I love what Brian said he said if God's not worried about what you

don't have why should you be and I want to tell you the same thing

friend it's time for you to lift up your head and begin to behold all the great

It doesn't realise yet that you don't need to reproduce at 13...

So what happens...it just doesn't question if your body is mature yet.....or the structure of society..

or if your love is divine... it just switches off the hormones. just like how it switched it on,

whether or not you give birth to a child.

because who will care for the baby if you are still singing duets in dream lands...

Sayfullo Saipov: 5 Fast Facts You Need to Know

Sayfullo Saipov, an Uzbek national who worked as a commercial truck and Uber driver, was identified in news reports as the suspect accused of ramming a Home Depot rental truck into people on a bike path in lower Manhattan, killing at least eight and injuring multiple more, in a frightening "act of terror" that unfolded in the shadow of the World Trade Center memorial.

Saipov, who had identification from Tampa, Florida, was recently living in New Jersey and also drove for Uber this summer.  According to CBS News, the terror suspect is "Sayfullo Habibullaevic Saipov, apparently from Uzbekistan," a central Asian nation.

He is an Uzbek national who has been in the United States for seven years, according to NBC and CNN.

Online records show he worked as a commercial truck driver and had ties to Ohio as well. According to the New York Post, a friend described Saipov as a "friendly Uber driver.".

Although in the country since 2010, possibly on a green card, Saipov had contact with law enforcement in many states for minor traffic violations, showing a mobile life.

Earlier concerns that the attack was terrorism appear to be well-founded; the suspect left a note that said he carried out the attack in the name of ISIS, which was found in the truck. He also had a photo of the ISIS flag.

New York police and other authorities declined to release the 29-year-old suspect's name in an early evening press conference after the Halloween afternoon attack, but the mayor publicly and quickly called the truck ramming an "act of terror," and his identity quickly leaked.

CNN is reporting that sources say Saipov is not a U.S. citizen. Visitors to New York City were among those killed in the carnage; five of the deceased victims are from Argentina. .

They were together on a trip to New York City to celebrate the anniversary of their graduation and were on a bicycle tour.

It might have been even worse were it not for the heroics of a New York police officer, Ryan Nash, 28, who shot the suspect in the abdomen after authorities and witnesses say Saipov leapt from the truck with paintball and pellet guns while shouting "Allahu Akbar.

Saipov, who was captured in dramatic photos with a gun in each hand after crashing into a school bus, is in custody and needed surgery, New York's top officials confirmed in the press conference.

The FBI has taken over responsibility for the investigation and is considering the attack to be terrorism. It was the city's deadliest terrorist attack since September 11, 2001.

"It looked intentional," an eyewitness confirmed to CNN, describing the truck hurtling through the busy bike lane, leaving behind crumpled bicycles and bodies with tire tracks visible on them.

Pedestrians and bicyclists can see the World Trade Center memorial as they traverse the popular, and usually peaceful, area where the attack occurred. It's literally adjacent to the scene where the United States' worst terrorist attack occurred.

Again and again, in their initial comments, New York officials focused on the horrific spectacle of average people just going about their lives, enjoying a beautiful, sun-dappled fall day, before being struck down so randomly.

Whether the suspect had any actual ties to ISIS beyond the note is not yet clear.

"The truth is, New York is an international symbol of freedom and Democracy," New York Governor Andrew Cuomo said in the press conference, describing the suspect as a likely "lone wolf.

He added, "That also makes us a target from those people who oppose those concepts….

The Suspect Is an Uzbek National Who Came to the U.S. Only a Few Years Ago on a Green Card & Passed an Uber Background Check.

Details about the suspect's background were just unfolding as his name emerged, but it appears that he is a somewhat recent immigrant to the United States. Saipov "is an Uzbek national and came to the U.S. in 2010," NBC News reported.

Although CNN reports that it's not clear whether he was in the United States lawfully, Fox News reports, though sources, that "the suspect was from Uzbekistan and had a green card.

According to The Associated Press, Saipov has a Florida license but may have been living in New Jersey. Uber confirmed to ABC News that "truck attack suspect Sayfullo Saipov was an Uber driver.

He passed background check, now banned from the app," reported a network producer. According to Fox News, "Uber added it has not found any safety reports concerning the terror suspect.".

President Trump tweeted that he was stepping up "extreme vetting" for migrants in the wake of the deadly attack.

"I have just ordered Homeland Security to step up our already Extreme Vetting Program. Being politically correct is fine, but not for this!" he wrote. The suspect is now out of surgery.

"Investigators believe he came to the country legally," The New York Daily News reported.

According to online records from his traffic history, Saipov has worked as a commercial truck driver. He rented the Home Depot truck in New Jersey the day of the attack, CNN reports. .

According to The New York Post, Kobiljon Matkarov, 37, a friend of Saipov's, met him in Florida five years ago and they became friends.

"He is very good guy, he is very friendly… he is like little brother… he look at me like big brother," Matkarov told the Post, adding that Saipov had "been working for Uber and living in New Jersey as recently as this summer.

" He said that Saipov gave him a ride to JFK airport in June. The friend told Fox News he didn't know Saipov had been radicalized, saying, "he was generally a happy-go-lucky person who loved America.

Heavy was at the scene of Saipov's Tampa, Florida address. Although local media were also at the scene, there did not appear to be any law enforcement activity at the spot, indicating that Saipov might not have lived there anymore.

The Tampa angle broke into the news because of the ID Saipov had with him at the scene.

Authorities, without giving his name, later said he was 29 and was not from New York, but they would not confirm where he was from.

A review of online records does not show much of an obvious social media presence for the suspect, although he did have a Google Plus page with two followers and no photos on it.

The page in his name had check ins at two restaurants from 2012, both in Brooklyn.

One was a Russian restaurant and the other a Jewish cafe, according to the Google Plus check in. He appears to have had a Facebook page (which bears only a few photos mostly of cars and nothing obviously alarming).

It said he lived in Cleveland, Ohio, and it has now been deleted. The page also said the suspect studied "Moliya," which means he studied in the area of finance. This was one of the photos on it.

John Williams witnessed the aftermath of the incident. He said in a media interview widely circulated on Twitter, "It was a Home Depot pickup truck.

The front was entirely smashed in, and it had smoke coming out of it… and I heard it was an accident with a bus, but I didn't see the bus.

I did see the Home Depot truck… It was definitely totaled. " He added of the disturbing scene: "Right next to the truck was the man laying on the ground and the man getting arrested.

       . Videos showed a large police response after reports of shots being fired. The scene of a truck ramming into pedestrians obviously brings to mind ISIS-fueled attacks in Europe in which a vehicle was the modus operandi.

The attack fueled panic throughout lower Manhattan, especially due to its location near the World Trade Center site.

Sayfullo Saipov Shouted 'Allahu Akbar' & Crashed Into a School Bus Before Roaming Around the Street With Weapons in Both Hands, Witnesses Say.

Witnesses described the suspect shouting "Allahu Akbar" during the attack, and New York's mayor called it an act of terrorism, in part because of that utterance.

Authorities provided a detailed account, accusing Saipov of mowing down people wantonly who were on the bike path.

The attack occurred at 3:05 p. , when the male suspect began driving southbound, striking a number of pedestrians and bicyclists before colliding with a school bus.

The 29-year-old suspect "exited the vehicle brandishing two handguns," the police commissioner said. A heroic uniformed "police officer confronted the suspect and shot him in the abdomen. A pellet gun and paintball gun were recovered at the scene," the commissioner said.

The first victim was identified as Ariel Erlij, a 48-year-old businessperson from Argentina who was on vacation in New York City. According to Fox News, four of the injured people were on the bus, and one of the students was in critical condition.

They "were riding on a short yellow school bus near Stuyvesant High School," reported Fox, adding that Belgian and Argentine citizens died in the mayhem.

Witness Christiaan Wagener told CNN he heard the truck hitting people and making a "bang, bang, bang" sound as it did so. Children were all around because school was just getting out, he said.

"I saw the driver standing next to the truck…guns in both hands," Wagener said to CNN.

"Loss of innocent life on lower Manhattan. This is a tragedy of the greatest magnitude," Commissioner James O O'Neill said, opening the first news conference after the attack.

He said that an NYPD officer stopped the carnage "moments after it began. " He said the quick response "surely helped save additional lives.

Mayor Bill DeBlasio said "it's a very painful day in our city. Horrible tragedy on the west side. Based on the information we have at this moment, this was an act of terror.

A particularly cowardly act of terror" against people just going on with their lives not knowing what "would hit them. " DeBlasio said eight were killed and more than a dozen injured.

"This action was intended to break our spirit…our spirit will never be broken…we have been tested as a city very near to the site of this tragedy and New Yorkers do not give in to these actions," the emotional mayor added.

"We will respond as we always do. We will be undeterred.".

"I want to ask all New Yorkers, all Americans, to keep the families of those lost in your thoughts, in your prayers," the mayor added.

Cuomo, New York's governor, noted that people were "enjoying a beautiful fall day and they're not going to be returning home.

Our thoughts and prayers are with all of them." Cuomo described the attack as perpetrated likely by a "lone wolf" and said there was no evidence to suggest a "wider scheme" but that the evidence points to the "actions of one individual who meant to cause pain and death.".

A witness described the grisly scene with fatally wounded victims on the ground with tire tracks on their bodies.

"I hear a loud commotion coming from behind me," the eyewitness told CNN. "I look and see a truck going down toward Chambers Street. He's in the bike lane. Clearly in the bike lane….

I see two gentlemen laying in the bike lane with tire tracks across their body. You can tell they're not here anymore.

I hear the lady screaming…I hear 9 or 10 gunshots…and all the police came running… they're just as much confused as I was.

They clear the area. I see a yellow school bus that this truck clearly crashed into…Somebody had more than road rage to do something like that.".

Earlier reports had indicated there was gunfire. "A witness told ABC's New York station WABC that a truck hit multiple people on the bike path on the West Side Highway.

The witness added that the truck crashed into a school bus and the driver got out and opened fire," ABC News reported of the fast unfolding incident on October 31.

However, the gunfire came from the heroic police officer stopping the attack. One photo did show a body covered with a white covering.

Saipov Has a Minor Traffic History as Online Records Show Him in Multiple States. Although early reports gave his home city as Tampa, Florida, online databases show the suspect having ties to multiple other states.

Online records show that the suspect lived in Ohio, but he also has a minor record in Pennsylvania and Missouri, all for traffic offenses.

He also has ties to Maryland, according to online record databases, and he once lived in New Jersey, according to the newspaper there.

For example, he had a traffic ticket in Missouri for, according to the courts website, "Failed To Equip Mtr Carrier Veh With/Maintain Required Brake System.".

(He does show up in Tampa as far back as 2011 in online records. ) The latest reports indicate that New Jersey was his most recent home base.

According to NJ.com, "Police stopped Saipov in Mount Holly Springs Borough, Pennsylvania, just south of Carlisle, in March 2015 and gave police a Paterson, New Jersey address, according to court records.

He also was stopped in 2012 in Palmyra, Pa., just east of Hershey, and also listed a Paterson address.".

Saipov has a record of multiple traffic offenses in Pennsylvania. In August 2012 he was stopped by state police in Palmyra Township, in Lebanon County, and cited for "out-of-service criteria," an unlawful activity with a commercial vehicle.
