Our skin surface is not flat it contains a tiny pores

when these pores fills out with dead skin cells , oil or dirt

& when these pores get closed it causes blackheads

and which pores fills out with oil or dead skin cells and closed it causes whiteheads

if we didn't take care of it properly

then it causes acne and skin problem also

so today i am going to tell you magical life hack

which is very easy you dont need to go to any of saloon

you just have to follow my 3 steps

and you can remove blackheads and white heads at home with 100% results

then lets get head to the first trick

which is steaming

first of all we are going to open up again all our skin pores

so we can cure them easily

we should only have a clean towel

you can dabble the towel with hot water and tap it like i am doing

other than that you can dabble the Towel

and place it on your face for like 2 to 3 minutes

Hot Steam will open up your closed skin pores

and then we can cure it easily

secondly we need a black mask

if you ain't a black mask ( The Black Peel Off Mask )

Then You Only Need a Colgate Tooth Paste & Soft Brush

i'll guide you how to use these two methods & you can choose one of them

Make sure like i showed you you do the same way

so you can get 100% results

pour some black peel off mask on your palm

then apply it on your desire area

then leave it for 10 ti 15 minutes

or wait until it gets dry completely

REMEMBER we wont remove it until it gets dry completely

second thing i want to share with you is

when you apply black mask on your face

make sure you are adding a dense layer on your face

so then when we'd remove it it wouldnt rip off in between and we can easily peel off

REMOVE it gentally from your face

when you ll remove it you ll see outcome of peel off mask

contains blackheads whiteheads dirt and oil also

second hack you need a Colgate toothpaste and a soft brush

make sure if you're buying it new then

the braces of brush should be soft

either you can use your own old toothbrush (NOT RECOMENDED)

put a tiny bit quantity of Colgate tooth paste like i showed you

then massage it with your brush gentally and slowly in circular motion

Massage it only for 3 to 4 minutes (MAXIMUM)

by doing this we'd be able to remove dead skin cells oil and dirt out of our skin

you can choose one hack out of both hacks

and can get rid off from blackheads and white heads

you can repeat this procedure twice or thrice in a week

THIRDLY we are going to close our open pores back and this is very IMPORTANT

you can wash our face with cold water

eaither you can do ice tapping on your skin

(Dont put directly ice on your skin cover ice cubes in cotton piece and then apply)

you can use rose water spray

i will recommend to use egg white mask

because egg contains Amino Acids Properties

it can naturally tighten your skin

and can shrink your open pores naturally

How to Use the Goal Seek Feature in Excel - Tutorial - Duration: 2:34.

Hi. In this tutorial, we'll learn how to use the Goal Seek forecasting tool in Excel to solve what-if scenarios. In other words, if you know

the result you want in a formula, but not sure what the values should be to get to that result,

you'll want to use Goal Seek. Let's look at an example so you can see what I mean.

So, here we have the results from shirt sales from Quarter 1. One of the performance indicators, the % of Expenses to Dollars Sold,

was really high in January. Ideally, we don't want to make that mistake again. So, we can use Goal Seek to figure out what we should

have capped our expenses at. But, before we use Goal Seek, I'm going to make a copy of my original data.

The reason for this is that the Goal Seek function will automatically replace the data in your cells. So, unless you don't mind the

function replacing your original work, you should always make a copy of your data to use for this.

To find the Goal Seek feature, you'll want to go to your Data tab.

In the Forecast section you'll see a What-If Analysis button. Click on that and here you'll find Goal Seek. So, when you click on Goal

Seek, you get this popup window - which we're going to just move this out of the way so that it's not covering our data.

Our first box is "Set cell:" So, here, we're going to enter the cell that we would like to calculate a different result for - or you can always type in

its location. So, we're going to choose the % of Expenses to Dollars Sold in January, which is cell I10. And, also note, that this cell should

always contain a formula. Otherwise, Excel won't know what to change. So, the next question is

"To value:" So, this is the value that we would like for that

result to be. So, in this case, we're just going to type in 7%. And, lastly, "By changing cell:" So, this is the cell that we would like to change

in order for cell I10 to be 7%. So, in this case, we're going to say our Expenses.

And, also, please note that this cell, the "By changing cell:" should always be a number, not a formula.

If it has a formula, then it won't work. So, then you click OK

and you see that to get to the 7%

it'd have to change the expenses to $156.80. So, we hit OK to accept that and that's it! So, I hope you found this tutorial helpful to learn how

A 6 yr old boy was in the market with his 4 yr old sister.

Suddenly the boy found that his sister was lagging behind.

He stopped and looked back.

His sister was standing in front of a toy shop and was watching something with great

interest.

The boy went back to her and asked, "Do you want something?"

The sister pointed at the doll.

The boy held her hand and like a responsible elder brother, gave that doll to her.

The sister was very very happy…

The shopkeeper was watching everything and getting amused to see the matured behaviour

of the boy…

Now the boy came to the counter and asked the shopkeeper, "What is the cost of this

doll, Sir?

!"

The shopkeeper was a cool man and had experienced the odds of life.

So he asked the boy with a lot of love & affection, "Well, What can you pay?"

The boy took out all the shells that he had collected from sea shore, from his pocket

and gave them to the shopkeeper.

The shopkeeper took the shells and started counting as if he were counting the currency.

Then he looked at the boy.

The boy asked him worriedly, "Is it less?"

The shopkeeper said, "No, No…

These are more than the cost.

So I will return the remaining."

Saying so, he kept only 4 shells with him and returned the remaining.

The boy, very happily kept those shells back in his pocket and went away with his sister.

A servant in that shop got very surprised watching all these.

He asked his master, "Sir ! You gave away such a costly doll just for 4 shells ???"

The shopkeeper said with a smile, "Well, for us these are mere shells.

But for that boy, these shells are very precious.
