Waching daily Nov 4 2017

The club isn't the best place to find a lover So the bar is where I go

Me and my friends at the table doing shots Drinking fast and then we talk slow

Come over and start up a conversation with just me

And trust me I'll give it a chance now Take my hand, stop, put Van the Man on the

jukebox And then we start to dance, and now I'm singing

like

Girl, you know I want your love Your love was handmade for somebody like me

Come on now, follow my lead I may be crazy, don't mind me

Say, boy, let's not talk too much Grab on my waist and put that body on me

Come on now, follow my lead Come, come on now, follow my lead

I'm in love with the shape of you We push and pull like a magnet do

Although my heart is falling too I'm in love with your body

And last night you were in my room And now my bedsheets smell like you

Every day discovering something brand new I'm in love with your body

OhIohIohIohI I'm in love with your body

OhIohIohIohI I'm in love with your body

OhIohIohIohI I'm in love with your body

Every day discovering something brand new I'm in love with the shape of you

One week in we let the story begin We're going out on our first date

You and me are thrifty, so go all you can eat

Fill up your bag and I fill up a plate We talk for hours and hours about the sweet

and the sour And how your family is doing okay

Leave and get in a taxi, then kiss in the backseat

Tell the driver make the radio play, and I'm singing like

Mechanical or Aerospace Engineering? // 1 Minute Ask an Engineer Show // Episode 002 - Duration: 2:44.

Today, I talk about mechanical and aerospace engineering.

Which one should you choose and which one is better?

So hey everyone! Welcome back to the 1min. Ask An Engineer Show.

Where you ask a question for an engineer and I try to answer it in one minute

So the question that I have for today is...

From Sanford Lee on Facebook and he says

I was initially planning on studying aerospace engineering

however, I heard that it may be more wise to just study mechanical engineering

As aerospace engineering has less job opportunities.

What are your thoughts?

Okay, hey Sanford. So I'm like you, I'm from Ontario

and I actually want to work in the aerospace industry. That has been my goal forever.

Like, being an astronaut, working on rockets, that's my goal.

But I originally picked mechanical engineering and I took a concentration in Aeronautics

And, why I did that, and why I think that's actually the better route instead of just going

for pure aerospace degree, is that

1. There are way more people that are looking for aerospace jobs than there are aerospace jobs.

Like, this way I have a lot of options. First of all, I'm a mechanical engineer. I have all of the

background in mechanical engineering. And then on top of that, I am specialized in

aeronautical engineering. And so that's, I think, better than just limiting yourself

to this very very small, very small, field of aeronautical engineering

Well actually, aerospace engineering is a small field. In Canada, Aeronautics is

actually not so small. I went to McGill and in Montreal we actually have

tons of aeronautical companies like Bombardier

Bell Helicopter, Rolls-Royce, Siemens. Tons of companies.

And then if you really, really still want those aerospace engineering jobs then you have to make

sure that you're at the top of your class, that you get a Master's,

probably a PhD, in order to stand out above everyone

else that wants that same job.

And if you don't get it, but you already discovered

that you really like combustion, like I did

Because why are in aerospace?

You don't even really know yet. Do you like working in structures?

Do you like fluid dynamics?

Do you like aerodynamics?

Do you like heat transfer? Piping? Materials?

You don't really even know. And every single one of those fields can be

applied to a mechanical engineering industry.

So if you take mechanical engineering, I would say it leaves you with a lot more options

And then you can apply it to both the aerospace industry and into the mechanical engineering industry.

After you found out what you like.

Okay, I hope this was helpful. If you have any more questions, then please comment them below.

Leave them on Instagram, anything! And until next Tuesday.

Things to know The places you should never use your mobile - Duration: 10:24.

The places you should never use your mobile

So great is their devotion to their technology umbilical cord that they will up-end the contents of their bag to locate a ringing phone,.

no matter that it's merely a restaurant reconfirming a reservation or a telemarketer requesting a survey.

According to Anna Musson, who runs the Good Manners etiquette coaching business, this kind of behaviour has to stop.

"While the mobile phone is a wonderful tool, it can't be the third person in a relationship," she said.

"Today the greatest compliment you can give someone is your undivided attention because people aren't doing that enough these days.

And Ms Musson isn't the only one who thinks so.

McDonald's has reportedly introduced phone lockers at one of its premises in Singapore (dubbed "phone off, fun on"),.

while last year Alicia Keys joined a number of singers banning fans from using phones during their live performances.

So where shouldn't you be using your phone?.

WAITING ROOMS AND SHOPS.

Let's start with the waiting room, which are usually full of people who are nose deep in their devices.

"If you're waiting for a while and need to check your phone then just make sure you are aware of your surroundings and look up from time to time," Ms Musson said.

"If you're waiting for a job interview to start, put your phone away completely as it shows you're engaged.

Unless you're about to be interviewed for a job, if you're in a waiting room it's fine to look at your phone, but be aware of your surroundings.

Shops should also be phone-free zones.

"If you're talking on your phone then there is no way for the sales assistant to help you," Ms Musson said.

"If you do take a call, leave the shop and come back in when you're off your phone.

THE OFFICE.

You may think you're being polite by putting your earbuds in while working, but it may be sending the opposite message.

"Ear phones could very well shut-out your co-workers and send a message that you don't really want to be there," Ms Musson said.

That doesn't mean you should live in a kind of technology straight jacket.

If you need to take the occasional personal call at work you can, just be aware of others.

"We need to be flexible and aware that people have a personal life, but just keep the call short and low," Ms Musson said.

THE RESTAURANT.

In most cases, barring an emergency, a phone on the table suggests you're holding out for a better offer.

Plain and simple.

"And if you're waiting for someone to arrive, don't sit there on your phone," Ms Musson said.

"The whole eating experience should be about connecting and bonding and enjoying the meal.

If you do receive a call you need to take, it's important to show your companion respect.

"Ask them if they mind you taking the call and wait for their response," Ms Musson said.

"Or you could tell them beforehand that you may be receiving an important call and you may need to take it, which is so much more thoughtful.

   . TRANSPORT.

And whatever you do, don't relay your daily dramas to a packed commuter train or tram.

"If you need to take that call, explain that to the caller you're on public transport and you will call the person back when you get off," Ms Musson said.

When you do call them back, it's best not to walk and talk on your phone in public.

"It's obnoxious," Ms Musson said.

"You shouldn't eat, drink or smoke while walking and you shouldn't talk on your phone either.

Find a quiet, private place and sit down to have the conversation.".

CEO of The Australian Mobile Telecommunications Association, Chris Althaus, agreed that our mobiles shouldn't dominate shared spaces.

"No one wants to hear someone else's phone conversations and the mobile phone is such a personal device," Mr Althaus said.

"The thing to remember is just because your phone is ringing doesn't mean you need to answer it.

Don't spend your entire commute on your phone.

"We understand that people need to be, and want to be, connected, but all we're saying is that people should modify their usage according to the situation.

— put the phone on silent, let it vibrate rather than ring.

"Or simply let a call go to message bank.

That is what message bank is for.".

If in doubt about what to do, Ms Musson suggested putting yourself in other people's shoes.

"Ask yourself, 'How is this going to make the other person feel?'" she said.

"And it's not about establishing rules for the sake of rules, it's about being more in the moment.

When I am with someone, I want to be completely present.

"And small, simple gestures are really big things.

WHEN NOT TO USE YOUR PHONE, ACCORDING TO ANNA MUSSON.

Keith Oblermann Voted Most Hysterical Liberal On Planet For What He Just Said About Trump - Duration: 1:34.

Keith Olbermann went on 'The View' today and it was a disgrace.

Teaming Keith with Joy and Whoopi for a Trump bashing session… you just knew would end

badly.

And boy did it ever.

"Keith Olbermann and I have a lot in common, we both think the president is unstable and

we both wrote books about it," said Joy Behar as she introduced Keith.

The show quickly took a turn for the worse after that lowlight with Keith actually saying

on live TV that Trump has done more damage to America than bin Laden and ISIS combined.

Really he said that.

He was read a quote where he said the above and he was asked, "Do you really believe

that?"

He didn't miss a beat and said, "Yes."

Shocking is what it is and it just shows you how far the left has gone.

And that they will never come back to sanity.

He continued, "Yeah, we did really well after 9/11.

I don't think that the country has given itself enough credit for what we did not do.

We did not restrict all the freedoms in this country.

We did not single out people."

Meghan McCain jumped all over him and reminded him of the 3,000 lost lives on 9/11 and the

countless other horrific acts of violence by ISIS and Bin Laden and then, stunned she

asked him again,

"You think Bin Laden did less to damage America than President Trump?"

To which Keith said, "Yes."

Wow.

This is the American left folks, take a good look because with this attitude they won't

last much longer as a viable political party.

Share if you are outraged.
