who don't allow that yet because the old structures are still very dense so there

is an enormous push one could almost say within them for towards transformation

and yet there is a refusal to let go of the old structures that which is the old

structures themselves hanging in there and so then it often is the case that

humans need to experience some disaster so that the structures break open

that's the grace of disaster it breaks open heavy mind structures the shell is

cracked open so there's grace look at it from a

deeper level there is grace in every disaster from a limited point of view

you can't see that it's the beauty of it divine grace is there also and those who

are open to that evolutionary impulse as you are don't really need the disaster

anymore it's good or you may need a final little disaster twice the final

push out of identification with mind maybe a little disaster of enough a

beautiful saying of Jesus take no thought for the morrow it's the old

translation for the morrow will take thought for the things of itself no

thought that's the old translation

the modern translation says don't be anxious about tomorrow they're really

one no thought is better because to be anxious and to be thinking gopher are

Pillar number 2 is rewards, and every week you

must use this reward system to stay on track.

I learned a long time ago, when I started my career in 1998,

I actually placed first runner-up

in the world's largest body transformation contest

And the reason why is because every week, I had a reward.

I dangled a carrot.

I knew that on Saturday or Sunday, whatever day I chose

as my cheat day, I was going to be able to have my pizza

and ice cream.

So Karen and I, every week, we pick a weekend, or a weekday,

even, sometimes, where we're going to have a date night,

maybe a bowling night, maybe a golf night.

And we're going to indulge.

We're going to have some alcohol.

We're going to have some cheat food.

But it's only 1 time a week.

The rest of the time, we're going

to be on track, because we're dangling

that carrot every week.

And you have to do the same thing.

So when you wake up today, on a Monday,

set your reward ahead of time for every Saturday or Sunday,

so that you know you have that reward in front of you.

And that will change your behaviors during the week,

and allow, and help you to stay on track.

Number 3 is the deadline, 30-day challenge.

30 days from now, I have a deadline.

I'm going to get in front of a camera with my shirt off.

I'm going to take a picture.

And I'm going to post it publicly in front of everybody,

for all to see.

So that deadline is in place, and now that that's in place,

every time I go to eat, I know I have

to post publicly on Facebook.

So I'm being held accountable.

But I'm also thinking differently

about every meal and every workout,

because I know in 30 days, I have

to be in front of a camera.

So you can do the same thing with a birthday.

It could be an anniversary.

It could be a vacation.

But find some type of deadline, and put it in place.

And make it a hard deadline, and make a commitment

to that deadline.

The fourth, and the final key element

that you must have in place if you want to succeed with a body

transformation, this is the most important 1,

and that is, your big reason why.

You must find the source of your deepest emotional triggers

if you want to transform your body and your life.

Having the goals to lose weight, to look great naked when

you look in a mirror, to fit into those skinny jeans that

are hiding in the back corner of your closet,

these are all amazing and great goals,

but they'll never keep you going when the going gets tough.

You have to find a deeper, emotional reason.

For me personally, 46-year-old grandpa,

I find my grandkids to be my deepest source

of my emotional triggers.

I want more than anything to be alive as long

as I can to play with them, and have fun, and watch

them grow up.

I want to prepare a nest egg for them.

And I know my commitment to health and fitness

is what's going to allow me to be the best grandpa I can be.

I want to honor my body, because it's

the temple of the Holy Spirit.

I'm a Christian.

You might not be a Christian, but I am.

So that's a deep reason why I want to honor my body,

and take care of my body, because I honor my faith,

and I honor God.

So you must find your deepest emotional triggers,

and find your big reason why.

So those are the 4 key elements.

Shes also on 36 months probation for secretly taking a pic of an elderly, naked woman in a gym locker room and shaming her on social media.

If she fails to complete her community service, she could get thrown in the slammer for 45 days.

You are welcome to this episode again. Extra push. Is designed to give you the

extra motivation, extra advantage that every one of us that we need in life.

Today I wanna talk about a the discussion that is very important, I title it a "growing

mindset" a growing mindset. We need a grwing mindset. You see, our

mindset is what set the stage for a life pattern.

Your growing mindset will always determine our life experiences. We cannot grow beyond our mindset. The

mindset of the rich we always attract things that make men rich. The mindset of

joyfulness, happiness, and fulfilment will always attract things of joyfulness,

and fulfilment. It's very important that we must have the mindset for growth. To grow

means to improve, it means to get better, it means to increase, it means to put

ourself in a greater position of advantages in life. God want us to have a

growing mindset. It doesn't matter the circumstance surround us, it doesn't matter the

situations that surround us. In the Word of God Isaiah 53 if you read verse 1 to 2, it said who

who has believe the report of the lord, to whom has the harm of the Lord

been revealed, it said that man even though is like a tender plant he will

grow out of a dry ground. So It doesn't matter the nature of the ground or the

environment. When a man have a growing mindset there

will always be a way for you, there will always be a way out. God want you to grow. If

you are working in place of work, and even though your place of does not have a

development plan, or growing plan, you can still develop, you

will still grow, because a growing mindset will make you to read, a growing mindset

will make you to study, a growing mindset will make you to go the seminar, to go to the conference.

So it's very important you must have a personal growth mindset that affect

your development. God doesn't want us to be passive, God doesn't want us to remain

the same, be i your spiritual life,

be it in your financial life, in your marital life, in your carrier, as a student, in every area of our

life. When you have a growing mindset you will always come out as a winner.

Praise God. You see I've seen a testimony of some people who go to schools that

they pay a lot of thousands, they have great teachers, they have great materials,

and still they still come out as a failure, they never have the result, and yes somebody will go

to a community school, a local school, where all the resources is not there, or

the materials are not there, they don't have the best of teachers, and yet they

make it to colleges, they make it to university, they have the best of result,

they have the greatest kind of result, what's the different? It is a mindset. When

you have a growing mindset I'm telling, you will read, when you have

a growing mindset you will study, when you have a growing mindset you will always find a way

to fulfil your goal, you always find a way to fulfil your dream, God want you and me

to have a growing mindset. The bible said in the book of Luke chapter 2 if you read verse

40 and verse 52 he talk about Jesus, that Jesus increased in wisdom, he

increase in stature, the bible said the child grew, he grow in statue, a grow in

favour, a grow in wisdom, you see, you will have to grow. God want you to grow to

bring forth fruit, God want us to grow to become that whatever you want to

become. You may need to grow to become it. Whatever youI want to bring forth in

life you need to go to grow to bring forth. So God want us to grow. Is very important we have

the mindset. the challenges of life cannot stop a man who have a growing mindset,

the situation of life cannot stop a man who have a growing mindset. When you have a growing mindset

development becomes natural, growth becomes natural. So I want to encourage

you today, it is your decision to grow, it is your decision to grow, nobody has the

right to put any limit on you, nobody has the right to say this is how far you can go,

it is your decision to grow. When you have the right growing mindset I'm telling

you, the resources for growth, you may not have the money, you may not have the human

connection, but when the mindset is there their will always be a way. A mindset

is like a magnetic field, it will always attract things

that are correspond to that mind. When you have the right mindset I'm telling you the

right resources will be coming to you and the right thing is going to happen.

What sort of method can we use

to determine what kind of feet we have?

Yes, there is.

Look here, there is a basin of water.

what do we have to do

to test what kind of feet we have?

You dip in some water, and then step on it.

Alright, then you step on the first piece of paper.

This is about this kind, this is roughly this kind, right?

This outer side of the foot is

what we call the longitudinal arch.

There is just a tiny bit of the longitudinal arch.
