manage it but even then they are still things to talk about right now what we

are discussing is completely different many people complain after diabetes that

they are maintaining strict diet restrictions and they avoid eating

sweets completely still for them the sugar levels are not under control even

though they reduce sugar content the sugar levels are not under control for

which the health experts are suggesting as below the mistake done by most of the

people with diabetes is that they a wall sweets but they must also avoid salt as

much as they can if you mentioned this to them they will say that they are not

suffering from blood pressure however always keep in mind that if sweets

increase sugar content directly salt will increase the sugar content

passively salt intake which is above optimum level will destabilize the

chemical process that happens inside our body which will result in increase of

sugar levels there is no use if you avoid sweets and continue to take salt

assuming that you do not have blood pressure issues

hence diabetic people must avoid salt and sugar as much as we can one more

thing the diabetic people have to do along with taking their medication is

that they have to decrease the intake of food with high level of carbohydrates

like rice chapati idli and dosa along with avoiding these fours which have

high level of carbohydrates also start eating more vegetables food which has

more protein content and also do some physical exercise

this is very important if diabetic people follow all the above instructions

along with their medication this will keep the sugar levels under control also

hi there this is Vaishnav back with another video in this video we are going

to have a look on the top 5 Android apps for the month of November 2017 the link

so without any further ado let's get started

the first step on our list is I call screen if you are a fan of the iPhone

iOS interface then you will like this app this app gives you a complete feel

of the caller screen of an iPhone and you and with this app you can answer calls

by sliding them the contacts are also shown just in the way as they are in iOS

and when you place a call then the screen is also the same as in iOS

the other features in this app are like you can change the background color

the next up on the list is Shush ! Ringer restorer this app automatically pops up

when you silent your phone and then it gives you an option to turn the

ringer back on after a particular time this app can be very useful when you are

in meetings or places where you have to keep your phone silent but you want it

to be back on once you are out of that place

you also get an option to choose the volume of the ringer once it is back on

the next step on my list is the AMOLED live wallpaper app this live wallpaper

has been designed quite intelligently and it will look best if you are using

an AMOLED screen this wallpaper can react to touches and it looks very

beautiful too inside the app you get an option to install many other live

wallpapers also this wallpaper can save you some battery if you are having an

AMOLED screen by switching off the lights on the black area

the next step is the material notification shade this app redesigns

your notification panel and you can choose different colors for the

notification panel too for this just open the app and then go to the colors option

and then set any color which you want and the notification panel will be

redesigned according to the color you give you can also set different colors

this games Stack it AR is just the AR version of it this game gives you a

feels as if you're building towers in real

game is over you can see what is the height of the tower which you created it

is bending down over here because it's high it is more than the height of my

Moms Gone Strong - Band Pull-Apart - Duration: 2:27.

So the band pull apart is normally considered a really simple upper back

exercise, but there are several little changes and adjustments that you can

make to make sure it's feeling really good for you. So the basic band pull

apart is holding a band out in front of you. Amanda's going to start with one

strand. Now, she's going to do this if the band has a little bit more attention and

she's wanting less, so she's going to extend her arm, her wrists are going to be

nice and straight, she's going to be right at about sternum

level and she's going to pull the band apart by squeezing her shoulder blades

together, good, give me a couple reps, good. And you'll notice Amanda is pulling the

band to her chest and not pulling her chest to the band, she's squeezing her

shoulder blades back and down, good. Give us one or two more reps right here.

And so a couple of the things that you can play around with is the width of your

hands. If Amanda wanted to make this more difficult, she could bring her hands

in, and if she wanted to make it easier she could bring them out farther. Or she

could double the band and that's going to provide more tension as well, good.

And she can still play around with her hand position, bring her hands in a

little bit for harder, out a little bit for easier, good. And she can also play

around with her hand position. So she can turn her palms up towards the

ceiling, a lot of people shrug when they do band pull aparts because they're

trying to pull it apart with their upper traps. We want her upper traps to stay a

little bit more relaxed for her to be squeezing her shoulder blades together.

and allows you to squeeze your shoulder blades back and down and get a nice

contraction.

So the Bank of England raised interest rates from

0.25% to 0.5% this week and so what does that mean for you? We've

had loads of headlines scaremongering saying millions of people are going to

lose their homes and will not be able to afford to pay their mortgages as rates have doubled

but the reality is that this rate we've gone back to is the same as it was in

July 2016 so for most mortgage borrowers they already know what it means to them

because they have to think back to July 2016 and if you can't do that then a rate rise is

the least of your problems. But crucially what I think it means for people is it

sharpens the focus that they need to realise the direction of travel for

interest rates is firmly upwards and you need to therefore plan and think about

if you want to fix your mortgage.
