persons who are suffering from diabetes let's stop taking this along with sugar
to control diabetes people who are suffering from diabetes will always talk
on what kind of food to take how to decrease their diabetes and how to
manage it but even then they are still things to talk about right now what we
are discussing is completely different many people complain after diabetes that
they are maintaining strict diet restrictions and they avoid eating
sweets completely still for them the sugar levels are not under control even
though they reduce sugar content the sugar levels are not under control for
which the health experts are suggesting as below the mistake done by most of the
people with diabetes is that they a wall sweets but they must also avoid salt as
much as they can if you mentioned this to them they will say that they are not
suffering from blood pressure however always keep in mind that if sweets
increase sugar content directly salt will increase the sugar content
passively salt intake which is above optimum level will destabilize the
chemical process that happens inside our body which will result in increase of
sugar levels there is no use if you avoid sweets and continue to take salt
assuming that you do not have blood pressure issues
hence diabetic people must avoid salt and sugar as much as we can one more
thing the diabetic people have to do along with taking their medication is
that they have to decrease the intake of food with high level of carbohydrates
like rice chapati idli and dosa along with avoiding these fours which have
high level of carbohydrates also start eating more vegetables food which has
more protein content and also do some physical exercise
this is very important if diabetic people follow all the above instructions
along with their medication this will keep the sugar levels under control also
