Waching daily Jan 2 2018

2017 is finishing!!!!

My house is a mess, 'cause I returned from a trip now

and took a nap

and now I'm ready to go to Copacabana.

My tshirt is crumpled,

it's 17:30

Until midnight,

it will be perfect and ok in my body,

one thing less to worry about it.

This is real life: So the mess will be here.

Even living in Rio for so many years,

I've never been in copacabana in New Year's Eve.

It will be my first time!

I lived in Minas Gerais and I go there one or two times at year,

I stayed there to spend more time with my friends there.

But this year I wanted to stay in Rio.

I hope don't die by a shot, a stab,

Don't be steald or killed in any way.

And dont die on fire if the fireworks fall down on me!

But it's Rio de Janeiro and we need to be ready FOR EVERYTHING!!!!

This city is so crazy,

we never know what will happen!

It can happen the greates thing on earth,

and you can be killed by a shot in the head when you go to buy a bread.

So,

we'll see what will happen!

Bu there's one thing YOU NEED to use,

everytime when you're in a big party in Rio de Janeiro.

PORTA DOLÁR!

PORTA DOLÁR!

PORTA DOLÁR!

PORTA DOLÁR!

You put it inside your underwear,

with documents,

money

smartphone,

Woo!! You'll have a big crotch!!

Carnival, show at the beach,

Pope, olympic games, it doesn't matter,

what happened and what will happen,

Always use it when you'll be in Rio de Janeiro!

it will make the difference!

Don't walk with your wallet,

take a copy of your document and walk with it,

One or two bank cards, don't carry so many things.

your phone,

and that's it!!

We're walking in Rio de Janeiro,

A place who mixes war and beauty!

Don't come to Rio thinking that here is a fairytale!

All incredible things can happen here,

and at the same proportion, all horrible and wrong things can happen too.

I was never robbed here and I hope to keep this way

But I've already ran away from shooting

I've saw people being robbed, taking shot,

and so many other things.

this is not nice.

So, if you wanna have an incredible party,

U can use these New Year's Eve tips in any other party here,

By the love of Jehova or any other one you love

When you'll be in Rio,

BUY THIS @*#&@*&&# PORTA DOLAR!!

It's 5, 10 reais. U buy it closer to Carioca Subway Station.

There's one thing that I need to talk to you

But I need to find my wallet,

I don't knwo where it is.

maybe there,

Where's the wallet?

I founded it!!!

It's your first time in Rio and you're not hosted in Copacabana,

You need to buy this card!!

It's a specific subway card for New Year's Eve in Copacabana.

They don't sell it at all stations, u must go to carioca station to buy it!

If you don't do it you'll be lost 'cause u don't know the city very well,

According to the place where you are, you get a f****** traffic to go to Copacabana

it will take a long time,

Don't go too late in Copacabana, it's terrible!!

A lot of people are coming there, millions of people.

So,

Buy this card,

protect your things with this porta dolar.

And be happy!!

Drink as much as you want it!

Have a lot of sex, with as many people as you want!

with as many people as your relationship will allow,

Be happy and keep your two eyes open,

'cause a lot of people will try to steal you.

OK?

I'll dress white for the first time,

I've dressed all the colours you can imagine,

in New Year's Eve and NOTHING happened!

I didn't get money, didn't became rich,

Didn't get married, I was not prosperous,

My health didn't...

changed, but I have an amazing heatlh!!

If you believe in these color's energies, go ahead!!!

if not, but for u it's beautiful use white, do it!

If u wanna use black, purple, all the colors, body paint,

Use what u wanna do!!! It's New Year's Eve!!

Go there and be happy, hell!!

Now I'll go to see what will happen there!

It will happen there a marriage too!!! I'm one of the godparents!

Jussara Calmon's marriage!

Don't know who she is?

Google it!! Jussara Calmon!

My partner in Gretchen's biography, Fábio Fabricio Fabretti,

He wrote Jussara's biography.

And we'll be there,

Celebrating her marriage at copacabana's beach at 19:00!!

What's going on her head to do it??

I hope there's no shooting, people dying, murders,

And, mainly, ARRASTÃO!!

Summer in Rio and arrastão are almost synonymous!

Except when there's a lot of policemen at the streets.

Then nothing happens, but the climax is not good!

Let's go and check what will happen!

Wedding at New Year's Eve in Copacabana.

And don't forget!!!

Subscribe at this channel!!

Like the video!

Share it!!

And activate the notifications,

at the little bell!

JUMPING WAVES!!!

My wishes will come true!

What do I do with romã's seeds? Help me!!!

Put it inside your wallet and change it in the nex year!!

But I didn't eat it! There's no problem!

That's the truth: There's no mess, no bad moments!!

No one tried to steal me. Of course I'm with my two eyes open!

The fact is:

If you're far from the stage in front of Copacabana Palace,

There where these things happens!

But here, at post 5 and 6, it was very nice and peaceful!

It impressed me!

People leaving copacabana, going to other parties! Night has just begun!

It's closer to 4 A.M! I'm at home now!

It was amazing and super duper funny!

No one tried to steal me,

No shots, people around me was so nice, no sign of violence where I've been.

Beign honest,

Go to Copacabana is so much worse than stay there!

Once you are there, it's ok.

When I was leaving the subway, at my neighborhood,

I met two guys and one girl. She was very bad!

I asked if they want some water,

They said yes! I gave 2L,

They drikned a lot and we started a conversation,

One of the guy has been robbed.

Why?

Phone in his pocket!

This is very boring!

You keep careful all the time,

but in the moment you relax, it can be by music or a flirt,

they get your things.

So, people, it doesn't matter where,

Carnival, New Year's Eve, crowd places in Rio de Janeiro,

U NEED TO USE THIS porta dolar.

Otherwise you'll lost all your things.

Cellphone with your nudes, memories, contacts,

Rio de Janeiro is not a place to beginners.

This is ridiculous!

It should be a nice place for all of us. Like any other place.

Here u must be smart as possible! Two eyes open all the time!!

Or you'll lost it!

Attention when you'll be in a crowd place!

I LOVE CROWD!

I'm always there when I want it!!

I always use porta dolar,

and never lost anything!

Because, for they steal it,

they need to put their hands inside your underwear

And to do it,

It's because you want it, because U said yes,

And if u wanted it's because... Well...

U flirt at first! LOL!

I don't believe that be steal is a sexual fantasy

But, if it is, I won't judge you.

This is five, ten reais! I always buy more than one!

Sometimes I think the elastic is not good anymore,

or the zipper,

so,

Old or new, I never had bad moments when I use it!

PORTA DOLAR IS LIFE!! LOL!

Until next crowd place in this hel called Rio de Janeiro!

A place that everybody love and hate at the same time!

I'm hapy about did this video, it means that I didn't died!

I was not stabbed, or a glass bottle at my head, shots, fights,

And many other things that could happen here,

Lately, the only beauty of this city is geographic!

Simon Says Episode 1: How to get started with Online Duplication - Duration: 26:40.

Hey this is Simon Chan and my purpose-driven life is to have a positive

impact on as many lives as possible and you're watching Simon Says

Hey this is Simon Chan and welcome to

Simon Says The Online Duplication Show

where you gonna build a successful business online

hey you've got your questions

and I've got your answer and in this show I want to help you how to

attract online, recruit online, and duplicate online as you go through the

ten stages of online duplication

For those who don't know me my name is

Simon Chan. I got started in Network Marketing in 2003

I read a book called Rich Dad Poor Dad

that told me hey I need to start a business and I didn't know what

but through his book I read another book cash flow quadrant that talked about

network marketing and I didn't know what type of business right

was Network Marketing really it and that that's the same time I read a book

Purpose Driven Life where I realized God's purpose for me was to have a

positive impact as many lives as possible. The more I studied Network Marketing

I realized this business is not about recruiting or for yourself

yourself or financial freedom. It's really if you want to get duplication, leverage,

and residual income it's about helping others so that's what attracted me to

the business. Believe it or not no one approached me.

I knew I was gonna do Network Marketing

researched a bunch of companies, put that company's name on Google.

This website came up, I called a guy and signed up with that guy.

And that was in November 2003 and I was like, immediately realized the power of online

because that guy I joined him, he didn't even approach me.

It was after that I realized, Network Marketing is actually kind of hard to get people to join.

But I think a lot of people out there are looking for opportunities.

That's when I realized online was really important.

Throughout I built for you know 10 years, basically three major breakthroughs

all 3 of them was using online duplication strategies- one was built in the U.S.

outside the LA area because that's where I live, and then second was when we

expanded to Malaysia, Philippines, all using online duplication strategies.

Now in this show I plan to help you use exact strategies, not only what I did but

what's working right now.

You know in 2013 I had a different purpose, I decided

I want to have a positive impact, I realized God blessed me with the ability to

really be a coach and trainer. So I went into coaching, training full-time.

I still have my million dollar business that pays me residual income,

but I went full-time being a coach and trainer.

Many of you know, in 2015 we started MLM Nation podcast

Super thankful for you, who listen to it. The number one Network Marketing

podcast in the world - MLM Nation.

And then for 2018, hey we gotta step up our game.

You know just to give back, in what way can we even make a bigger impact

and that's what we came up with Simon Says.

The strategies that I've used to create

a seven-figure business and what's also working right now.

So, let's go to the show and each show I want to share something funny.

But I want to share

some of my friends that'll be part of the show.

You ready, so here are some of my friends.

Since it's the first episode, I gotta bust them out, and show them.

So we've got here, uh let's take them out here

So we have, and each one of these, we talk about success

It's about what, it's about becoming right.

You gotta be that leader

You've all heard that on the show, be that leader

Be before you become and so, while we're teaching online duplication

the platforms may be different, the things you use may be different but the

principles of network marketing hasn't changed. It's the same principles but

just using new tools, you could be using like the Facebook, LinkedIn,

you know Instagram, wherever you know Twitter, snapchat whatever it is but

the principle and the psychology is the same and we'll go back to them.

So I'm gonna talk about some prospects, talk about be and become, some of my friends here

The first one we have Wonder Woman

Wonder Woman right, Wonder Woman is the leader

MLM leader, we put her up here. That's Wonder Woman right there,

for the men, you're the Yoda

Do or Do Not, There's No Try

If you're trying in your business, you might as well give up, you're not gonna make it.

Make it happen, we all want to be the leader like Yoda.

Okay, Yoda is that leader, Yoda you go back into your cave right there

And um, now those are the leaders. Who else do we have?

We have, Needy Nelly.

Needy Nelly, maybe some of you're Needy Nelly

you're desperate for people to join-

"can you please join me, can you please watch this video"

Needy Nelly, mm-mm that's no posture.

Don't want any Needy Nellys here, ok.

No Needy Nelly

Next is, who else do we have, our friends here

We have now, we have Needy Nelly

For guys, you got Desperate Duncan

You're so desperate, that when you have no friends left okay

Don't be a Desperate Duncan, you have to have posture.

Treat people with respect

You know, people don't have a problem with Network Marketing.

People have a problem with Network Marketers.

And we're gonna talk a lot about it in this show

about what you're posting online

Stuff you put on Facebook, how you're messaging people

Don't be a Desperate Duncan

Desperate Duncan goes back here

We have a couple of people up

Now, a common question I ask is-

My downloads are sleeping, how do i wake them up?

How do I motivate them?

How many of you have a downline like that?

That is Zombie Zane

Zombie Zane, he's always sleeping

You want to wake them up, wake up Zombie Zane

He's still sleeping, you know what

Remember this, it's easier to give birth

than to revive the dead like Zombie Zane

So Zombie Zane, downlines that don't do much, uncoachable

Let them be, they're happy being zombies

Let them be, so Zombie Zane, go back to your bed and stay there.

And last we have two pros, we actually

we're supposed to have two other friends

First of all, let me show you

she's prospect Priscilla, nice prospect right

Treat her nice, she says no

Don't be a Needy Nelly

She says- "I'm not interested, now is not a good time"

"Please join, please join"

It's like "No"

"Please join, please join", and then she dissapears

And they're like- "what happened to my prospects?"

So don't be that Needy Nelly, ok.

And then we also have another guy that he is

Prospect Paul, but he didn't show up

believe it not, he's supposed to be on the first show

and he's late, seriously he's late, okay um, why?

First show of Simon Says, why, I don't know why

So just like Jim Rohn told me- don't take that class

But hopefully in a later episode he will arrive in time.

But there we go, think of the prospects.

You want to be the Wonder Woman, the Yoda

You have good prospects, you don't be Needing Nelly

Desperate Duncan, or Zombie Zane.

Alright so those are some of our friends

The reason I want to point that out is if you're teaching, a lot of times

visuals are much easier way to teach than just talking about it.

Every time you think of needy, desperate,

or your prospect says no to you, and you feel bad.

Just ask yourself, are you gonna be Need Nelly or Desperate Duncan?

Visuals, that's one of the things that helped me out.

Always what you visualize

That's another concept we're gonna talk a lot about on the show.

Alright so before we go to the question,

so this show, everyone gets to ask a question

We got one more thing

We got the joke of the day.

Hey you got to keep it funny

So there's a distributor

there's a distributor, that new distributor that just joined

he's excited but he's not coachable

he's excited, he's not coachable

So he wants to have, he goes out there and rents this office

In downtown, because he's got this miracle product,

A great pay plan.

Everyone is going to join!

And his upline says-

"you got to talk to, you know make your list, go to your Facebook, meet some friends"

"No, everyone is gonna join"

So he opens his store and he's sitting there.

He has a nicely decorated, first, and first day nothing

Second day, nothing

His upline said "you gotta do the DMO, you got do the IPAs- income-producing activities"

No no, everyone's gonna come and join just watch and see.

So he's waiting there, third day finally someone comes in.

He said "wow, I'm so excited, I'm gonna share,

someone wants to join, someone wants to buy"

He said, he remembered the one thing he remember from his upline

is you gotta have posture, if you want to be a Desperate Duncan and Needy Nelly

You gotta have posture, right.

So you can't be too eager, don't act too eager, you want them to join.

You got to act busy

Well I'm gonna be busy, I'm gonna work

so he picked up his phone, he has a phone there

talking to an imaginary prospect

and he's talking about how great the business is, how the lifestyle

he's got a nice apartment that's awesome, the miracle product

he talks on and off for 15-20 minutes

and that guy out there is waiting, looking like

when is he gonna be off his phone

so he finally hangs up

and goes and he's like excited this guy's about to join the business

He's like "Hey, so sir how can I help you?"

And the guy's like "I'm sorry I'm the telephone repair man"

"and I'm supposing to be installing your phone service"

So there you go

hahaha

okay, I don't if you like that or not, but hey there's a lot of lessons there

working on your IPAs - never do a storefront - those are really tough to make

and don't be that guy, make the calls okay, make the calls

work on the DMOS, and we're gonna talk about that

let's go to the question of the day, so let's bring it on- what is the question of the day

Angela from Atlanta Georgia asks "I want to get started with online

duplication and build a successful MLM business online, what are the first

things I must do so that I can attract prospects online, recruit reps and duplicate online?"

All right good question so how do you get started with online duplication?

How did it get started alright, so if you're new or you're maybe

you've done it the old way, you see what these leaders rockin it or maybe you're

stuck how do you get started online duplication? So I'm gonna give you a

So I'm gonna give you a couple steps here.

how do you get started, um the first thing before you get with anything

Number one is you make that decision, make decision

and Visualize

it's an important concept, it goes back to the book, by the way you all

gotta read this book "Think and Grow Rich", it's like the most read book by all entrepreneurs.

"Think and Grow Rich" remember it's not "Do and Grow Rich"

First step is you think and grow rich,

things always happen two times- first in the mind and then in reality

So you have to make that decision- you are going to crush it with

with online duplication. And you watch this show, every episode, we gonna do three

times a week. You're gonna crush it and apply.

You gotta make that decision and visualize.

Make the decision and visualize, and think about every day

there's some of you, this is what that does not mean, does not mean

like oh I'm not good at Facebook, I'm not good online, you may not be good before

but doesn't mean you're not gonna be good in the future

Right, the past is history, yesterday's history, today is a mystery

and tomorrow is your legacy.

Focus on your legacy, you're gonna be an awesome online duplicator

you're gonna recruit tons of reps and duplicate online so you gotta make that

decision I'm gonna do it and go all out, because if we have that decision-

I'm gonna try, like Yoda says- do or do not there is no try. Right you,

you're not gonna be successful, so make that decision to go all out

A couple things, without, if you've never, even asking this question you probably

haven't done much online yet is I would update your Facebook profile real quick

Update Facebook profile, now should I do Instagram or should I do Facebook, which one?

Do what's, you know I'm just gonna give you Facebook. Facebook, but do

what's, what fits for you perfectly. I think a lot of distributors they mess up

because they try Facebook here, I'm gonna do snapchat, I'm gonna do this

do everything and they all turn out the piece of a crap right

Focus on one thing, what's easy for you, do what's easy and simple for you to do

So Facebook's simpler, just work and crush it on Facebook first before you go on

another platform. It takes a lot of resources and talk about time to do it well.

So what you can do, you can do it a little bit each day. So just update

your Facebook profile and I say quickly, quickly okay not spending days

out. Days, weeks, months on it, quickly meaning like what 5-10 minutes a day

okay 5-10 minutes a day updating your Facebook profile now that what you know

you want to do on one day great do it in one day or 5-10 minutes a day so some

of the things you can do is number one remove, remove all references from your

company. Remove company references

Why? Because we live in age where there's a very very

smart guy that knows everything about in the world and his name starts with a G

G-o-o-g-l-e Google, so people, if they now your company and attract curiosity

What are they gonna do, they're gonna Google the company

and then think about it if they go to your company

how much time are they gonna spend, looking at a company web page

A minute, probably not, 10 seconds 5?

It's probably gonna be 5 -10 seconds they click, click. Maybe 20 seconds, maybe you're lucky and

then they click off and they feel they know it all right, so you know

the recruiting process, you want to attract and recruit online. You want to create some

type of conversation you could be a messenger off phone but you want to

create some type of conversation and if you have your company there's no

curiosity and instantly you want to increase curiosity, decrease resistance

if you put your company, just say you're selling vitamins, instantly think

Oh, "You must be in, you're a vitamin salesman", "your peddling vitamins"

Or your skincare, selling skincare. So remove company references.

Okay, number two, update your cover photo I see

a lot of bad cover photos out there. You know cover photos with nothing, or

blurry images, or these you know what type of impression are you giving out?

So great tool you can use is canva. C-A-N-V-A

I'll type it in. Great tool where you can use, get free images, and they will create the

images in the Facebook specifications as well. Ok automatically for you,

so your cover photo you've got update that. Now you want to spend on a

camera, maybe spend don't spend you know, you're not making like the Mona Lisa

piece of art here, you're just making something decent. Spend 10-15 minutes no

more than that. Put some images up, just get, this is getting started, now you can

always go back and refine it later. Number three is your profile pic, right

Get a decent profile pic, nowadays with the new iPhones and smartphones you can

use a selfie camera to get a good profile pic, but it's clear and makes you

look like someone that people want to do business with. Number, and someone that

they trust as well.

Update your work, I've seen a lot of profiles where they don't

have any work information. Right, people only join you if they know you, like you,

trust you. Just like in the offline world, same in online even

more importantly when doing online duplication. They only join if they know

you, like you, trust you. On their Facebook profile, on your social media, do they feel

they know you- are you a father, are you a mother, are you grandparents, are you

young, are you single, do they know you, do they like you, and do they trust you?

Right, so this information will get them, allow them to know you more before that

conversation is even, it even starts. Now, you can update your school okay

School is important too because people from similar schools connect better

right where you live, where you're from, where you're born, right because

people feel connection with people who born in the same place, from the same

place. So for example I'm, you know I live in Los Angeles but grew up in Brooklyn

New York. Anyone from Brooklyn New York, Manhattan,

especially Brooklyn New York- instant connection. You know I feel like you know

we're kindred spirits. Right, you know what I'm talking about, people you

haven't seen a long time or strangers. And this is especially true if you have

gone on a vacation and you have happened to have someone else that from the same

city from where you're from. Right, even though you know you probably never see

each other again, you feel connection because you're from the same place.

So where you're born, where you live, and then put three or five pictures about yourself.

Pictures of you or your family. People only join if they know you,

like you, trust you. So put pictures, pictures is the way. You know pictures are worth a

thousand words right. So put them up there, now I said you only spending five

ten minutes a day on this because you can, I don't want you spending hours and

not working on what I'm talking about next- the income producing activities okay

So you're gonna spend three to five minutes 3 to 5 - 10 minutes, put 3 to 5

pictures of your family as well. Not every day, just get them up and maybe

you can add them on every single day. So next thing we're gonna talk about is your

daily method of operation (DMO) for online. That's why I don't want you to spend

too much time here, what I'm gonna show you next

that's where you can spend the most of your day on ok? So let's erase this

DMO- stands for daily method of operation. Just like you know every kid that goes to

McDonald's that works there a teenager, they immediately know the second they go there

what they need to do. right it's like a checklist

and this is your daily checklist. So this is your DMO and I'm gonna keep it simple

for you it is 3-5-5-5-3

See, nice and symmetrical for you okay 3-5-5-5-3. So first 3

stands for content, you're gonna create three pieces of content a day.

Now you may make, wow, three a day is that necessary? If you want to crush it yes, know what

Crush it maybe one or two still good, but I want you to aim for three pieces of

content okay. And three piece of content, there's three basic types of content-

that really gets people to share, follow, like you. It has to be something that

So what inspires, educates, and entertains okay. Inspires, educates, and entertains.

So what inspires, educates, and entertains is the next question right? So here's the easiest

type of content you can do is something that teaches, teaches or helps someone

So you can, and we're gonna talk more about this in the later episodes on Facebook Groups

So if I was building the business, I would join what type of Facebook Groups

I'd join groups that are my passion, so for example I'm in

Little league baseball for my son, right. I'm very into baseball as a parent

Very involved, I'd go join groups and go help teach. Any information, any tips l

I'l teach in their group, okay that instantly makes you an authority, you're building.

easy to make friends that way. So what type of content, you're teaching and help.

And you could do that in the morning, just say in the morning whatever

groups you're in, go there and provide some value. This is really providing value

Okay you're teaching and help, Next one is, you are going to share part of a

share part of your journey right, share your journey and include your

vulnerabilities. Vulnerabilities, very important, so it's something that you're

not good at, or you weren't good at but you've overcome, you've grown to be different.

So an example of that could be, I use to share that I was very, very, shy and

introverted. And a lot self-esteem issues because English was my third language

I speak fast, I have a Brooklyn accent, I have a lisp and have a low self-esteem and

through Network Marketing, through consistency that I actually worked at it. But I still

remember my first training I ever did, only I invited 30 of my down, I think

Yea I forgot how many downlines, 25-30 people

but only five people showed up right, and at the end of the call

only one person said something because I spoke so fast no one

understood anything. Alright I'll share that, I'll share that

so that is something that people get inspired. One, two things- number one, if, if

you quote on quote kind of screwed up like the way I spoke very fast, I was shy

introverted, low self-esteem. People still get inspired of that because look two reasons

Number one, is you are still working at it, you're doing something

Right, the fact that you admit that you've messed up, you have a problem, but you're

still working at it. That's inspiring for people to see that, another thing is,

if you've overcome it or you've gotten better where you're at.

That's even more inspiring right, so I'll give you an example, specific

another example here- just say weight loss so just say you're overweight and you're

tired of it and you gonna do something about it because of your company's products.

That is inspiring, cause what, number one you admitted your problem

and number two, you're actually going, doing something about it just like

every day you're posting something about it. You're posting it, I hate exercise but I'm

still doing it. It's inspiring for people to say, hey know that this is a weakness

I've screwed up, I'm still doing something about it. Now once you have the weight loss

You show the before and after, then it's even more inspiring. Right, people

Again, it attracts curiosity and decreases our resistance

and you're not a sales person anymore because sales people

Everything is great. Here you're not great, you show that you were screwed up, so this is

content that's very very popular and gets a lot of traction, engagement.

Number three, the third type of content is something that's inspiring.

Directly inspirational, so this one's indirect, this one directly inspirational

It could be just posting an image quote

Those are very popular, post something that you learned that inspires you, inspirational.

So there you go Three types of content, so and

what you can do is, one in the morning one in the afternoon, one in the evening

Preferably one of these should be a Facebook Live. Okay that would really

help you out. One of them should be a Facebook Live.

Now the next one, five, is you gonna invite five friends a day. Invite five people to look

at your presentation. Okay five people, that means it's not convincing to join

invite can be simple as, "hey I'm working on something really exciting,

would you be interested to take a look at it?"

If the person says no, great. Invite could

be messaging an old friend "Hey, we haven't talked in years I'm working something

exciting, I lost weight. It's my passion too right now, to help others

have better health, would you be interested in learning what I do?"

No, great, that's two. You want to reach out to five people and focus on the activity

and not on the result. Okay five, next five, first five is actually meet five

friends. You're gonna meet five friends. Five friends okay, go out on the Facebook groups

and meet five friends. Five friends online, every day if you're

active on Facebook, you're providing value, go to different groups

look at any interests- whether you like to run, you like to knit,

you like to cook. Go to join different groups, meet five friends a day and then invite five

to take a look at the business. Next five is five follow ups, you will follow up

with five people. You have invited, you have talked to, these are people maybe you

send a video out to or people like you invited six months ago, a year ago,

you touch base to see whether they're open to taking a look again. Next one three,

is send three people to a video. Right, or to a three-way call basically three people

to see a presentation. So 3-5-5-5-3

If you do that, you are gonna rock it in your business

that's so, this is, and this is what you need to do

So I'm gonna highlight these with different colors you can see them number three

Three is to create content, five is to meet five friends, invite five people

Follow Up with five and send three people to a video, have three people

look at a presentation. You know, noticed I didn't say about getting results because

if you do this you will get results. Now how do I get three people?

If you're starting from day one, you may not get three people to see a video

but don't worry, you do it for two- three days and you keep meeting friends

you're gonna have tons of people to follow up and for people to send a video

and if you want to be a top earner, know one of the things I did, top earners do

is every day, we had a consistent schedule at different pockets of time where we are

working to hit these numbers 3 5 5 5 3. That's why before while sharing about

updating your profile, I tell you don't spend too much time on it because

if you do you're not gonna have time to do this make sure you do this and fit in

it and if you feel like you don't have time you definitely have time it's your

lack of time management which you need, not the lack of time. So there you have it.

This is what we do

to get started with online duplication

make sure you focus, on the DMO.

Spark Joy: Konmari 2 Years On | Stuff You Like 163 - Duration: 6:36.

this is stuff you like and well I mean it's January there are only four things

that people are ever interested in in January 1 getting organized 2. getting

fit 3 getting rid of their New Year's hangover and 4 getting someone to

empathize with their Star Wars feels so in reverse order: it is my lifelong project

to get people to empathize with my Star Wars feels so we'll talk about that

some other time 3 every January is a dry January for me as is February and

March and April and I just don't like the taste of alcohol or the smell, eurgh.

2, it's my opinion if you want to start an exercise regimen especially in a gym

then you should go in February or maybe March. The half-a-dozen people who have

stuck to their New Year's resolution will still be there but all of the

people who joined in January and then only go twice will have you know gone

away but getting organized I'm always up for that, and of course in the United

States of America January is getting organized month. 2 years ago I reviewed

the life-changing magic of tidying up by Marie Kondo so let's check in with that

and talk a little bit about her new book as well: spark joy. I am going to have to

turn off my green screen for a second to show you the book because it is Wow look

at that why is it so bright? I don't know the idea of the first book was basically

this: if you only have in your life things which you really need things that

you really enjoy having or preferably both then you will be happy and

everything will be great which is of course it very materialist philosophy on

life. and for all that it encourages you to give stuff away superficially the

Marie Kondo KonMari method seems very consumer capitalist friendly because if

you do clear out all of your stuff and make space then what else is there to do

with this space but buy more stuff to fill it? but part of the genius of the konmari

method is that it makes you take stock of the actual amount of stuff that you

have by making you put all of your things in a big pile on the floor. so you

start with clothes but the idea is that you make a big pile of all of your

clothes or if you can't do that because it's just too much then all of your tops

on your bed or on your floor and then you go wow look at how many tops I have

and then you sort through them which goes some way towards making you less

likely to do things like buy 20 of the same item and hopefully makes you less

likely to fall into mindless acquisition patterns again after you finish or at

least if you do then you'll notice faster and so you'll fix it faster. last

time we said that when you follow her method you become much less willing to

let non-joy-sparking stuff into your and that's true but it's more true if

you finished completely than if you've just started. so if you've just cleared

out your sock drawer then sure you might think well I'm not going to buy any more

horrible socks. but if you've done your whole house right the way through to

your photographs then you're much less likely to let anything back into your

life that you don't really like or really need at least. the thing is most

decluttering projects are partial successes at best and well there's

nothing wrong with a partial success better than no success they are partial

successes for this reason: if you throw out give away donate sell recycle

whatever a bunch of stuff you don't want or need but you haven't addressed the

reason that you have a bunch of stuff you don't want or need in the first

place then it's quite likely that it's going to start piling up again in short

order. And I don't know about you but stuff is constantly coming into my house

most of it gets used or recycled true but it can really pile up if you're not

thinking about it. and it's really easy not to think about it. after all you have

better things to do than spend your life organizing your stuff right? but I did

the konmari method two years ago and I have to say it's stuck pretty well. Though I

should point out that since then I have moved house twice including moving

country but I have also had a baby so there have been opportunities to pare

down my stuff because you've got to put it all in the moving boxes or on the

truck or whatever but there are those have been many opportunities for many

new things to arrive and I've got a say KonMari is definitely a help with

the avalanche of possessions which arrive when you have a new baby. People

are very kind it can be a little bit overwhelming. But this one's the real

secret it is much easier to be organized if you have been organized once

komari goes on about how you should do it once completely and totally and then

you'll never need to do it again at least not to that degree. And she's kind

of right after all all that stuff you sorted and disposed of isn't going to

magically reappear. Yeah new stuff's going to come into your life but all of that

old stuff you got rid of is still gone the life-changing magic of tidying up is

as I said in my original review a bit woo but very helpful in getting you to

address your feelings around your stuff spark joy by contrast has less of the

personal stories and more of the tips and tricks about how to do the tidying

and how to do the storing after you've finished tidying. It's basically a large

collection of advice on how to fold store or make joy sparking just about

any collection of objects and that's nice

but definitely the life-changing magic of tidying up is the one you should read

first. You don't necessarily need to read spark joy at all unless you particularly

want to get hints and tips on storing things, or you finished and now your

house looks kind of bare and you want to make it a more joyful space. We currently

live in a place where we can't put stuff on the walls and where things are not

necessarily very joy sparking. The bathroom is orange and the boiler is

probably about the same age as one of my cousin's so I'm thinking that spark joy

isn't really the book for me for now. regardless I still really recommend the

first book. I still hate daily tidying aka put it back where you got it when

you're finished Jill but I gotta say daily tidying is actually pretty fast

and easy now I've sorted through all of my stuff regardless of how aesthetically

folded my socks are ie not at all or the beauty of my storage methods Yeah right

I'm happy for now sticking with the principles of the first book: basically

only keep things in your life which are joyful or necessary and preferably

things that are both. it's not that spark joy isn't a helpful book I'm sure it is

to some people but there are fewer of the anecdotes and the personal stories

of Marie Kondo which made the life-changing magic of tidying more

interesting for me. spark joy is all well and good but if you actually want to

address your feelings around the stuff you have then you probably need the

first book and while you don't need to read the book to be able to do it is

nice to have Marie Kondo slightly kooky tidying pixie there to help and cheer

you on. Because you can't organize junk or rather you can't organize it but then

you just spend the rest of your life organizing it and why would you bother?

keep the good stuff ditch the rest and spend your newly acquired free time

practicing your lightsaber tricks. okay maybe that one's just me. happy new year

thank you to my patrons as always for being amazing leave a comment below if

you have tried the KonMari method or if it was just to woo for you let me know

what you think and I will see you very soon!

Eckhart Tolle 2018 Meditation - Miracle Happens When You Say Yes to the Present Moment - Duration: 6:26.

very often the form that this moment takes is some form of limitation on your

life and that's why people don't like the now they say I because you go every

time something new form arises in the now and see it seems to be more often

than not just another limitation on and so there is this deep longing and this

is the selves the seeking for who you are beyond the limited knowing yourself

as the unlimited and it seems that the present moment is your arts enemy

because all it gives you or most of the time is some more limitation through the

person that you don't want to become having to confront a situation you don't

want to have to confront but it's here and even if suddenly your life becomes

change dramatically through winning ten million dollars in the lottery for of

course there's the delusion for a moment that now you the unlimited has arrived

and then this other limitations would come very quickly perhaps even created

by your wealth you would very quickly find new limitations entering now and

your so this is why since there is this deep-seated search from to know yourself

as unlimited this is why it seems so nonsensical especially to the egoic me

it seems nonsensical to accept the present moment

it's this are you telling me that I should accept that limitation on my life

and then be stuck with it forever this doesn't make sense

and so people live in that continuous denial trying to get you a future point

where you've added enough to be free and unlimited and so the circle continues

now with the only way to break the circle is to say yes internally to the

form that this moment takes and yes it will probably be more often than not

some form of limitation seemingly but you cannot go beyond limitation by

running away from limitation or denying it or mentally projecting yourself to a

moment where you are free so you and an amazing miracle happens when internally

you say yes totally to the form that this moment takes even if it is a

limitation or appears to be a limitation on you internally it is not resisted in

other words you allow this moment to be as it is completely this does not mean

that now you are passive you're condemned to sitting for the rest of

your life like the Buddha and not move anymore the Buddha was moving

continuously we know only because of this Buddha opus we think that you said

all the time he traveled and he talked and he taught

oh you're not condemned to inactivity it doesn't mean you cannot change the

situation it doesn't mean you cannot take action

it simply means the basis for action is the state of acceptance in surrender and

yes to now the basis for action is not denial of life a little ego identity

trying to strengthen itself which becomes a motivating factor for action

or to protect itself the two motivating factors for action in the egoic state

are desire the need for more or fear protect myself because I might lose the

little that I have so these two motivate people and in normal existence there are

no other motivating factors except desire and fear they motivate what

people do and say speak and think or they're all the compulsive thought

movements if you look into them governed by desire and fear and this is the trap

and this is humans are trapped in that and that's their little me and they

don't know the essence of their being has unlimited they don't know who they

are beyond the little person with its little pasts and little future and then

gone so we move into the state of total unconditional even I would say radical

acceptance of now no argument with it internally because it is futile to argue

with is

Barack Obama says he felt a sense of 'serenity' after Donald Trump's inauguration - Duration: 3:06.

Barack Obama says he felt a sense of serenity after Donald Trump's inauguration when 44th US President Barack Obama

Handed over the reins of the White House to Donald Trump the former leader felt serene even though there was work yet to be completed

speaking in an interview for the BBC Radio 4's Today

Program Obama describes a Prince Harry of the UK royal family at the moment he left the presidency behind

I think it was his satisfying feeling that was mixed with all the work that was still undone

Concerns about how the country moves forward

But you know overall there was serenity there more than I would have expected Obama said as he reflected upon the work his

administration had done

Still he believed his administration had run a good race during its eight years in office

One of the metaphors, they always used for the presidency is that you're a really runner

There is the sense sometimes in any position of leadership that you by yourself

Do certain things and then it's over and I always viewed it as taking the baton from a whole range of people who had come

Before me some of whom had been heroic and some of whom had screwed up Obama explained

But wherever you were in the race if you ran hard if you did your best and that you then weren't able to pass that

Baton off successfully and the country was better off the world was a little bit better off then when you got there

Then you could take some pride in that and I think we weren't able to do that so when January 20th 2017

rolled around Obama felt a feeling of satisfaction and that the work that he First Lady Michelle Obama and the

Administration had done had preserved our integrity and left us whole looking back however

There are definitely elements said Obama misses from his time as president in particular his team everything you do every day

you know can affect millions or billions of people in some cases and

To have really smart focused people who are there for the right reasons and who over time?

Have built up trust and have learned to support each other and rely on each other

I missed that said Obama adding that the work itself was fascinating life after the White House since Obama left his role as president

He has remained somewhat active in the political space weighing in on other elections such as those in France

Meantime Michelle Obama has turned her attention to philanthropy

Officially launching the Obama foundation with her husband earlier this year

Based in Chicago the foundation is a living working startup for citizenship

which looks at promoting how to be a good citizen within the 21st century in the

interview of the Prince

Obama said that while it is hugely liberating to be able to make his own decisions and not have a constantly full inbox

Which he had as president the things that are important to him haven't changed

I still care about making sure that the United States, and the world is a place

Where kids get a decent education where people who are willing to work harder able to find a job that pays a living wage

He said and so although I don't have the same tools that I had as president. I have to rely more on persuasion than

MSc in Space Science and Technology - Duration: 7:48.

My name is Monica Grady and I'm Professor of Planetary and Space Sciences at The Open

University. The OU is really, really well placed to offer a Masters in Space

Sciences. The OU specialises in supported distance learning, so you're

not doing it by yourself. And the staff who are involved

in this Masters, we've all been involved in space missions. We've been involved in

the design and the build of instruments, in the interpretation of the data that

comes from it, and so we know what it's like to be part of those teams

and we really want to convey that interest and that excitement to the

people who are going to follow in our footsteps, who are actually going to be

part of the next set of space missions.

Hello, I'm Mark Jones. I'm a Senior Lecturer at The Open University and I'm the academic lead for the new Masters

in Space Science and Technology, and I'm also the module team chair for our new

Masters level module on Space Science. I'm an astronomer and all my research

has been based on observations made from space-based platforms, so I've worked on

x-ray infrared observatories over 20 years or so.

The Masters in Space Science and Technology is designed for people who want to either seek employment in

the space sector or to go on to do further academic research in the space

sector. It's designed for people from a wide range of backgrounds, mainly from

physical science backgrounds, but also from geology or chemistry or

engineering or mathematics, and it seeks to build up not only the knowledge

that you need to work in the space sector but also to develop the skills that

are sought by employers in the space sector.

The qualification is split into three

parts, three stages. So the first stage is an Introduction to Space Science which

gives students the background about the principles of making physical

measurements in the space environment and using case studies to illustrate

those points very, very clearly. The second stage is to do with the

development of professional skills that are important in the space sector and

those are split into technical skills, such as programming or other

engineering-related skills, and the other professional development that we have at

the second stage is really to do with project management or technology

management. The third stage is to conduct a project, an academic project

in space science or space technology under the supervision of a

tutor in an area that's of interest to the student.

The unique feature about the Masters program is that the Introduction to Space Science is based

on a case study approach using four missions that we have experience of, and

three of those missions with direct academic experience of academic members of staff

at The Open University, so they bring their academic expertise to actually

illustrate how space missions really work.

My role in the Masters course is the responsibility for the chunk of the course about the Rosetta mission to a

comet. The OU's involvement in the Rosetta mission was to build an

instrument called Ptolemy which was on the Philae lander. It took about 10 years

to design and build the instrument, and then it took 10 years for the Rosetta

spacecraft to get to the comet before Philae was launched. The idea of the

instrument was to sniff the gases which were coming from the nucleus of the

comet. Of course the Rosetta mission is not the only mission that The OU's been

involved in. In the past we were involved in the Beagle 2 mission to Mars; we were

the leading partner for that. And also we were involved in the Huygens part of the

Cassini-Huygens mission to Saturn. Currently, as well as the Rosetta mission

we're involved in Gaia, which is mapping all the stars, and in the future we're

going to be involved in doing something for missions to the moon; we're also

involved in the Euclid space telescope; we're involved in the ExoMars mission to

Mars, two parts of the mission: the trace gas orbiter and also the lander. So

there's loads of stuff still to come.

My name's Andrew Norton. I'm Professor of Astrophysics Education here at The OU, and on the Space Science Masters I'm

working on one of the particular case studies on the Gaia

Satellite. So my particular area of research is in astronomy, and in

particular what you might call time domain analysis. So I'm looking at how

stars and galaxies and so on, how their light output varies with time. This is an

area of big data that's increasingly becoming important in astronomy. So

something like the Gaia Satellite which we're including in the Space Science

Masters, that will continually scan the sky for years at a time, measuring the

brightness; measuring the positions; measuring the spectra of millions and millions of

stars. From that we can extract all sorts of information, and that's the sort of

thing I'm interested in. How stars vary with time; whether they're multiple stars

orbiting around each other; whether they're stars that are pulsating in and

out; whether they're stars that undergo transient events flaring up or

exploding. And the sort of things we're going to do in the Space Science Masters

really completely fit in with the sort of research I'm doing in time domain astronomy.

The Space Science module that introduces the Masters program will make a lot of use of remote experimentations. We have an Open

STEM laboratory here with experimental kits that are relevant to space science, and

students will be operating that kit over the internet and doing real

physical measurements as part of their studies.

Students will be controlling experiments here at The OU over the internet, whether that's laboratory

equipment such as electron microscopes or particle detectors; whether it's

robotic telescopes either here or in Tenerife. We even have a robotic Mars

Rover in a Mars shed over there where we have a Martian landscape in our shed,

and students will control and drive this Mars Rover on the simulated landscape to

do experiments as if they were controlling the real Rover on Mars.

We're also going to focus the Space Science Masters on certain skills that will

particularly involve teamwork. Just as in a real space mission, our students will

have to work together, collaborate in a team to achieve the outcomes. We will also

include scientific computer programming in the Space Science Masters, because

for all these space science projects when the data comes back you

have to write computer programs to understand and analyse those data, so we

will teach Python Programming in the Space Science Masters so that our

students can analyse space weather data; so that they can analyse data on

transient astronomical objects coming down from the Gaia Satellite. All of

these sort of data projects are vital for space science and we're going to be

training the students to do exactly that.

We expect students who qualify with the Masters in Space Science and Technology will be well equipped to obtain

employment in the space sector. There is a growth in the space sector at the

moment, particularly in terms of what's called downstream applications, that's

using space-based data, and our Masters qualification has an emphasis on the use

of data obtained in the space environment. Alternatively, students might

go on to follow a more research or academic career path, and we think that this

Masters will set up people very well for PhD level research in space science.

The Way of Life by Alan Watts - Duration: 3:27.

curious that a cardinal feature of the Buddha's doctrine is that craving is the

root of suffering but craving going further back to another root with his

ignorance avidya in sanskrit means lack of vision video in latin is i see and

thats related back to the sanskrit vidya avidya unseeing unconsciousness lies

behind craving and this in its turn lies behind suffering and of course when we

in the West first heard about this we interpreted the idea in a very crude way

which is this that all one's disappointments are the result of

frustrated desire and but it's a very much more subtle point of view than that

to understand Buddhism in any case you must realize that it is not something

like a teaching as we ordinarily understand the system of teaching it

isn't simply a way as we have in our universities of a teacher imparting you

certain authoritative information which when you've heard it you've got the

message it's a dialogue it's a situation in which the teacher doesn't really have

anything to tell you he's simply reacting to your own bringing up of

problems and it's as if people came to the Buddha and said sir we suffer

terribly and what are we going to do about that and he replies is it not true

that you suffer because you desire they said well maybe that makes sense

all right he said you can do without desire and all those

students go away and see if they can calm their desires they come back and

save us is pretty difficult because we are animal beings and we have all these

appetites to begin with and then beyond that we're in the unfortunate position

of being aware of time being aware of the future and although it's

advantageous to know about the future in the long run it's depressing because we

all know that we come to a bad end and that there everything falls apart in

time that would be especially true if you lived under the influence of Indian

cosmology where the world is regarded as the process that begins beautifully but

as it goes on gets worse and worse till it destroys itself then there's a long

period of rest and it starts out again beginning beautifully but getting worse

and worse all the time everything runs down in time according

to that cosmology

Do You Have Candida? Take The "Spit Test"! - Duration: 2:58.

Candidiasis is a very common infection caused by the Candida fungus, and can affect your

skin, nails, organs, genitals, throat, bloodstream and mouth.

This infection can affect both men and women, but it's more commonly found in women.

Balanced amounts of this fungus can be found in any healthy organism.

However, when the Candida levels become unbalanced, it releases toxins into your bloodstream,

initiating a series of symptoms that might affect your health.

Antibiotics, stress, and diets that are rich in carbohydrates and refined sugars, can lower

the Candida levels in your blood, and cause these problems.

Some of the main symptoms are:

- Food allergies - Irritability

- Yeast infections - Sugar cravings

- Lack of concentration - Swelling or constipation

- Fatigue - Headaches

- A thick white coating on your tongue - Depression

- Skin rashes such as eczema - Acne

- Immune system disorders

It isn't always easy to diagnose candidiasis due to its generic symptoms.

The easiest way to diagnose it is by paying attention to how you feel, watching out for

the symptoms, and performing the necessary tests.

There is one test that you can do to find out if you have candidiasis, and many people

believe it to be very trustworthy.

It's known as the "spit test" and is very easy to do.

Here is how you can do it:

When you wake up in the morning, before eating breakfast, fill your mouth with saliva and

spit it into a glass cup with water.

Watch the cup for 30 minutes to an hour.

If your saliva mixes with the water, sinks to the bottom of the cup, or if you can see

the water becoming blurry with specks from your saliva, you might have candidiasis.

You may be asking yourself: how does this test work?

Candidiasis starts in your colon, and as time passes, starts migrating to your digestive

system, passing by your small intestine, then moving on to your stomach, esophagus, and

mouth.

If it develops to this point, and reaches your mouth, it will create a thick white coating

on your tongue, and maybe even the inside of your cheeks.

When you spit it into a cup, it sinks because it's heavier than water.

However, since the results of this test can be affected by other things such as allergies,

milk or dehydration, we can't always trust it completely.

It's always important to consider the other symptoms, and if need be, seek out someone

who can give you a more precise diagnosis.

Do you have an employee problem or a leadership problem? - Duration: 1:50.

Hi, my name is Taylor Hill.

I'm here with another Power Business Minute.

We're going to jump in to what I think is a subject that a lot of people don't like

to talk about.

That is employees.

I'm just going to tell you some of the things I've heard from business owners when they

talk about their employees.

"My God, they're the stupidest people coming out of school I've ever seen these days!"

That's one.

Here's another one.

"I hate employees!

I don't like dealing with them.

All they do is bring their crap to work, and I feel like I get dumped on."

Here's another one.

"I don't want employees.

I tried that once.

It didn't work."

So here's a fourth one.

"Millennials.

I hate them.

You have to even show them how to change out the batteries."

Okay guys.

Who wants to work for you?

I'm just going to say that.

Who in the world would want to work for anyone that feels that way about another person?

Think about that for a minute.

If you're not getting the right employees, it may be a leadership problem.

That's you.

That's the owners...the managers.

You guys have to be in a position to where you're attracting the right kinds of people

to your business.

We're going to talk next week on how to do just that.

How Old Is Krillin? Calculated and Explained | Dragon Ball Code - Duration: 3:20.

Krillin has been around since the beginning of Dragon Ball.

He became Goku's best friend and has shared with him most of his battles.

So today we are gonna find out how old is Krillin.

Hey how's it going my name is Raf and welcome to Dragon Ball code.

We are about to start doing some math to find out how old is Krillin at the end of Dragon

Ball Z and if you like GT, we are also going to see how old he was there as well, just

in case you want to know.

So lets start.

Krillin was Born in October 29 in age 736.

Just four years later in age 740 he enters Orin temple and begins training to become

a monk.

But eight years after that he is tired of being bullied and he decides to leave and

look for Master Roshi.

In age 749 dragon ball starts and he begins his training with master Roshi. and If you

think that master Roshi is the best master hit the like button.

By now he is almost 13 so he is officially a teenager.

Four years later, during the 22nd world martial arts tournament he is killed by Tambourine.

But he is revived just a few days later.

A few more years pass and in age 761 Dragonball Z starts.

And in age 762 (by now he is 26) Vegeta and Nappa arrive on earth, they go to Namek and

he dies again and but is resurrected five months later.

Then we fast forward to the age of 767 and the Androids arrive, he meets android 18 and

Cell starts the Cell games.

Then we keep going a few more years and in age 770 he marries android 18 and in age 771

he becomes a father, by now he is 35.

Then in age 774 He grows some hair, he is turned into stone by Dabura, Majin Buu is

released, Krillin dies again and he is revived.

We fast forward a few more years and in age 778 Dragon Ball Super starts and he is 42.

So from Age 778 to age 780 all the events that we've seen so far in Dragon Ball Super

occur (that is until the tournament of power because that's where they were when I was

making a video).

Then after who knows what else is going to happen in Dragon Ball Super the end of dragon

ball Z arrives and this is on May 7th age 784.

So if we did the math correctly by the end of dragon ball Z Krillin is 47 years old.

Keep in mind that I'm not going to add the time he was in the other world because, every

time he died he was dead for just a few days, the longest he was dead was for five months

so since that doesn't add up to a year, I will not count it.

Now if you want to see how old he was by the end dragonball GT keep watching.

Dragon ball GT takes place five years after Dragon ball Z.

That is age 789.

One year later he dies again, he is revived and he spars with Goku for the last time.

This is all in age 790.

This is also the last time that we see Krillin.

So the last time we see Krillin in Dragon Ball GT he was 54 years old.

Now you know how old Krillin really is.

And there you have it feel free to correct me if I made a mistake.

And if you like Dragon Ball content make sure to subscribe and hit the bell icon so you

will get notified of awesome videos.

Thanks for watching and I'll see you later.
