What is a 'Solitary' Room, and how do you use it? - Duration: 3:28.What is a 'Solitary' Room, and how do you use it?
Recently among Korean netizens, Solitary rooms on KakaoTalk have been all the rage.
A Solitary room on KakaoTalk is an Open Talk room where anyone with an URL can join.
Solitary rooms are dedicated to one person.
one group, or sometimes even a ship: Rooms such as Solitary EXO, Solitary Namjoon, Solitary Sunmi, etc, all exist.
These rooms are strictly photos, videos, and gifs only - no one is allowed to talk inside them.
Talking is only allowed as written on top of photos, and only to request certain photos and to say thank you.
Not even greetings are allowed.
The photos range from everything sexy
The popularity of such a room has caught the attention of even celebrities themselves. Yoo Byung Jae, SHINees Key, Block B members, and more have popped into their own Solitary rooms just to say hi and donate a few never-seen-before photos of themselves.
so...how do you get into one? Its simple.
Most OpenTalk urls are shared on Twitter, which is easily searched by typing 고독한 (NAME OF IDOL).
Some have passwords that range from something as simple as birthdays to something complicated, such as adding dates when the idol uploaded something on their fancafe.
All of them require you to use an anonymous account, but most dont have nickname rules.
Sadly enough, all of them also have a limit (set by KakaoTalk) of 1000 members - and its very hard to get into one thats open.
Will you be joining one? If so, which one?.

Who Is Alabama Quarterback Tua Tagovailoa? - Duration: 10:53.Tua Tagovailoa Saint Louis Hawaii quarterback
welcome to another exciting episode of the skill I'm your host king coopa j and today
we're going to be talking about who is Alabama's quarterback Tua Tagovailoa
now if you're new to this channel make sure you hit that subscribe button right
here and subscribe to the channel and hit that notification bell because you
do not want to miss a video all my college football fans let's turn up
right now all my old subscribers whad up I'm about to drop that 1k
special on you guys head now who was Alabama's quarterback
Tua Tagovailoa he was born in Hawaii March 2nd of 1998 now in his early years
starting in the first grade he's naturally right-handed naturally
right-handed does everything with his right hand but he could not throw the
football so what happened his father actually changed his throwing hand from
his right to his left and ever since the first grade
Toula has been throwing left-handed and he does everything else what's right oh
that's crazy but if it works hey what can I say we taught you how to throw
what okay so I was righty at first you're right-handed yeah is right-handed
until we switched me to become left handed what did I have left the first grade now
early on and Pop Warner they said that Tua could throw for 30 yards when the
average kid was only throwing 10 yards at his age
so they knew he knew he was gonna be a quarterback he used to sleep with the
ball under his pillow when he was coming up his mother used al he's asleep with a
football so they already knew this is what he wanted to do plus it ran in his
blood because his father used to play junior college but he had to go back to
Hawaii because he had to support the family you know how it is is it's not
green on the other side for everybody but you know family first so he had to
get back to Hawaii and support his family now throughout through all of this Tua
was still playing football right and his grandfather used to tell them hey Tua
if you want to take this seriously you need to come report to me after
every single football game every single football game so what Tua used to do he's
to go out perform and then it don't matter what time of day he either had to
call his grandfather or he had to go over there and actually tell him you I
did this this now he kept him on his toes so this this was like very very big
on Tua and it helped him and it motivated him to want to play football even more
knowing that he had his grandfather and his corner because most for the majority
of the time his father used to work and support the family so in the summer of
2014 his grandfather did pass away and this
was big on you know Tua's heart his football career and there was points in
his career when he was just like man he was about to give up after his
grandfather died he he was about to give up because that was like everything that
was the guy he used to play yo you know pop come after game up to a hundred
yards at the 200 yards now I'm throwing this I'm throwing touchdowns in and then
he's gone so that weighed on him for a minute
and he actually considered quitting football yeah but yeah he said that he
had a conversation with his father so his father like
motivated him to come back right so he was like look you're gonna keep playing
football you're good at it and you know we're gonna honor your
grandfather by continuing to play high school football so ii was with it you
know he kept doing it and as he was growing up he found another mentor and
Marcus Maroita yes Marcus Mariota Tennessee
Titans quarterback Marcus Mariota is also from Hawaii and played out there
not necessarily the same school but he also played out there in Hawaii so
throughout his arm high school career at Saint Louis school he actually broke the
passing record for quarterbacks he threw over 8,000 yards and he had 84 passing
touchdowns to go along with 1027 rushing yards and 24 rushing TDs he was rated
the number one quarterback in the class so he had a ton of offers right one
being his dream school LS not LSU I'm sorry USC he wanted to go to USC his
whole life I don't know what it is I was searching the internet for I'm trying to
figure out why do you want to go to USC so much he just loved that school he
loved everything about it but until and to one man hit him up Alabama
now when Alabama called him his family went out there to visit right his mother
said look you're not going all the way out to Alabama to play for them that far
away from home so they had to take take a trip and it was worth it because when
Tua got out there you can see from these images right here he got out there
he just loved it yeah rings oh he you know balling out with Kiffin and Saban
and all them you know they showing him around telling him basically putting him
on the culture and trying to recruit him so he just fell in love with Alabama so
his mother loved it they liked it and Kiffin was also a big part of tool
coming out there I don't know what it was about the guy but his mother
actually liked Kiffin it was like she felt comfortable leaving her son so if
it wasn't for mom duk being out there Alabama wouldn't be seeing Tua Tagovailoa
if it wasn't for mom duk I'm gonna be honest which mom said it was cool
it's cool so Tua is big on family let's just get
that straight he goes back he gives back he goes back to why he plays with the
kids in this video right here you can actually see him turning up with some
kids so he's big I mean he's a Christian he's down-to-earth he's a smooth guy
watched a couple of videos on the man he he's just like very humble so that those
are good qualities and he's determined he wants to win and all right so boom he
gets recruited by Alabama so he turns down the USC so USC you can blame his
on Alabama because he was headed to your school so he turned that down heads
out to Alabama and in his first game against Fresno State which was his
college debut he threw a touchdown in he has 64 yards so he really didn't get in
the games unless they were blowouts he didn't get in unless there were blowout
they wouldn't put him in so but the games he did get in he lit them up 100
yards 200 yards two touchdowns three touchdowns he was balling and we're
talking about he was backing up Jalen Hurts all right so that led up to him
actually becoming who he was he ended up getting a start in the state
championship game the NCAA Jalen Hurst wasn't performing well in the
first half and then Tua Tagovailoa gets in he gets in in the second half
everybody was like oh what is going on because I know I was at home like what
who was this dude but I was like kind of slick happy because I'm a Georgia fan
and I was rooting for them but the dude ended up throwing for 166 yards and
three touchdowns he only had one INT and in the crucial touchdown came in OT
which was the game-winner sealed and it first Samoan quarterback
to win a national championship first Samoan player recruited
by the Crimson Tide first the man is trending right now and let me
tell you the interesting fact before I I'll let this go I mean let me tell you
something this guy has a little brother and I believe his name is Tualia Tagovaila
now he plays in Alabama oh and his family they relocate Alabama too
so they they brung it down south but um they're about you know a hour out from him
but his little brother is actually ranked eighth in the class right now
he's a quarterback and he's dual threat just like Tua Tagovailoa so with that being
said when this guy comes out and he was already recruited by the University of
Alabama so by Tua being a freshman his brother
becoming a junior just imagine in two years from now it'd be two Tagovailoa's
there if he decides to not go to NFL which I think he plays more like Russell
Wilson in my 6'1 one 219 pounds dual threat you know guy cannon for an arm so
now if he gets there and Tua Tagovailoa is a senior what's gonna happen if his
brother comes in and he's a freshman sophomore and he just crushing Tua you
might go to the NFL bro they say little brother coming up if you new to this
channel make sure you hit that subscribe button and hit that notification bell so
you do not miss a video 1k special coming up tomorrow I'm a drop that guy
tomorrow peace

HAPPY NEW YEAR 2018 (STONE TOWN, ZANZIBAR) - Duration: 5:18.- Happy New Year, Stone Town, Zanzibar.
I'm just in the maze at the moment.
(upbeat guitar music)
Thought I'd just shoot a quick video
wishing everyone a happy New Year,
and as I mentioned I'm inside a maze.
It's quite amazing, actually, it's
a place called Stone Town.
It's 2:30 in the afternoon. It's super hot here.
And just walking around, getting lost in the maze,
buying a few things for back home.
First of January, 2018!
I can't believe it is a new year already,
and hopefully you can get started
with some of those goals that you have.
So if you got a bucket list, now
is the perfect time to start but
I'm actually here for another two more weeks.
And, oh sorry, another 12 days.
And then I fly back to Melbourne, Australia.
I'm so excited right now. I went out last night.
I went to the northern part of the island
here in Zanzibar, went up to Kendwa Rocks
(crowd shouts)
(fireworks pop)
(people cheer and scream)
(dj shouting)
(crowd cheers)
(hip-hop music)
(cheering)
(hip-hop music continues)
And I don't often party but it
was definitely nice to do it once every, how you doing?
Every once in a while like literally once every 12 months.
Last time I went out was last New Years
and that was New Years in Thailand.
And now I spent New Years this year
in Tanzania, or Zanzibar, so it was very different
but yeah, Kendwa Rocks was really good.
The Africans definitely know how to party here.
And I didn't have a lot to drink,
I just had maybe three or four drinks.
Which brings my tally up for the
last 12 months up to about eight so I rarely drink,
I really, I don't even, I rarely drink
because it affects my training and everything else but
it was really, really good to get up on the dance floor
and I'll even drop some video of some
of the guys doing some break dancing last night
and you know getting up on the stage
with all the people from everywhere around the world.
A lot of nonprofit people that work for,
like for example, Peace Corp and
a few other organisations from around Africa
have descended into Zanzibar to celebrate
and it was just really cool to meet these people
and to celebrate with them so yeah.
So basically I'm scuba diving tomorrow and the day after
I'm moving from Stone Town which is where I am now and,
which by the way I've mentioned this three times already.
You do have to check this place out.
It is incredible, like there's so many different,
it's like a maze, I feel like PAC-MAN,
but yeah, you gotta get lost in here
so you can find some of the really coolest
souvenir shops and coffee shops and that kind of thing.
Spice shops and that kind of thing.
Anyway so I'm moving from this side of the island
to Matemwe tomorrow, hakuna matata,
and moving over there to do some
scuba diving either tomorrow or the day after.
Yeah first of January, well I'm super pumped.
To me it's another day.
I kind of live my life really, really to the maximum anyway
so there's no, like, I'm gonna start
living my life a different way from a certain date.
I don't kind of, I don't function that way.
I just live my life every single day the way I wanna live it
I don't want for the calendar to dictate that for me.
Anyways so I'm gonna throw up some footage of Stone Town.
Come check this out for yourself and stay tuned.
Happy New Year my man. - Happy New Year
- Happy New Year First of January, 2018
I'm in the spice market in Stone Town, Zanzibar
with this cool chap here buying
different types of coffee right here
for eleven thousand shillings.
Thanks man! - Happy New Year!
- Happy New Year!

WAG Q&A with Adee Cazayoux: Episode 4 - Duration: 5:40.This week is Super Bowl Sunday and today we're gonna be preparing you for the big party...
Graphic!
Whenever you're gonna go to something like a Super Bowl party
there's always going to be some level of buffet-style food so there's a couple
approaches you can take when going to a Super Bowl party.
First, bring one item of your own. That means that something that you know what
went into it, you know what ingredients you used and you know exactly what the
nutrition information is. So if you really don't know what's in the other
things and you're gonna have some of it, not to be rude, if you want to get full
you can stick to what you brought. And of course your friends are gonna think
you're so polite for bringing something over. Second, I would sit in a in a place
where you're not facing the food. The research shows that out of sight really
does mean out of mind. So if you have your back towards the buffet you're not
gonna be sitting there eating your food fantasizing about what you're gonna load
on to your plate next. Third, enjoy the company, enjoy the game, focus on the
people that you're with, laughing, cheering for the team that you're
rooting for and not necessarily focusing on food and indulging.
Approaching food at a Super Bowl party - there's definitely going to be some tricks you can use to
stay away from things that might come with more calories than you bargained for.
Some places to stay away from are some dips that are already made and mixed.
You're not 100% sure what's going in them, it could be Greek yogurt that it's
being mixed with but it also could be mayonnaise or oil or cheese.
So you're not going to be a hundred percent sure which one it is.
So it's best to use moderation when sticking to dips because those can be
delicious and you can get to the bottom of the bowl real quick.
Anything fried is also always going to be something that's gonna carry more calories than you
bargained for and then anything that's covered in
sauces including already dressed salads. Sometimes even though it's a salad it
might have so much dressing that it could be even less calories than a
burger and french fries you never know. So opt for dressings on the side and then
safer options you can stick to our veggies, whole foods, things that you know
are not covered with sauces or tons of a deep-fried oil,
that's going to be your safer options. Things from the barbecue, veggies and
dips are usually somewhere on the table, or like I said before you can bring
something of your own. If you're not sure what to bring of your own, you're in luck,
because this Wednesday we have a cooking episode with not one, two, but three
different Super Bowl recipes that you can bring that people won't even know
are macro friendly and healthy for you because they're just so delicious.
On the one hand you have a day where you're just taking a break from tracking your
macros and then on the other hand you have what most people call a "cheat day".
The word "cheat day" insinuates that you're doing something wrong.
I mean there is some negative connotation to cheating, most people don't want to be a cheater.
So on one hand you're eating mostly...
(this is where you're just taking a break from tracking) ...you're eating most of the same foods
that you normally eat, you're just not putting it on a food scale, you're not
putting it into a tracking app, or you're not being very precise
with how you're being accountable to what it is that you're eating. But you're
also not completely over indulging or eating foods that you wouldn't normally
eat anyways which is generally what comes with a cheat day. Usually you hear
about eating entire pizzas, entire pints of ice cream or like completely over
indulging in ways that you just normally would never do if you were being dialed
in with your nutrition. One is very different than the other but both of
them you're not being a hundred percent precise with your nutrition.
Why is taking a complete cheat date not the best idea? Well one, it's not gonna feel,
it's not gonna feel great. You're dealing with... we all have that post-binge remorse...
and it never feels as good as it does in the moment for the hours afterwards if
not days and weeks. It also can trigger some negative eating
habits that can last for the rest of the week and not just be this one day or
this one meal. It's also important to know that you could be really dialed in
for the entire week, you could be making lots of progress, you could be losing
weight on the scale, or gaining weight on the scalem whatever it is that you're
trying to achieve then this one cheat day happens and our bodies don't
generally work on a 24-hour clock the way that we think it does.
So you can actually derail all the progress that you made from this past
week from this one massive cheat day. Of course if it happens once
in a blue moon there's no reason to be shameful about it, but that's why you
have a coach. Like at Working Against Gravity you can work through to make
those cheat days far and few between so you can have more days where you're just
not tracking taking a break and you're eating things you love without being
really really precise, but less days where you're being entirely overindulgent.
One really special thing that I know I always do every time I go
is prepare ahead of time. So I set what my goal is going to be for the evening
before I even get there. Maybe I already know I'm only gonna have one drink or
I'm only going to indulge in one particular dessert and then I share that
with an accountability partner. So for me I get my husband Michael involved and
let him know what my goals are gonna be for that party beforehand so he can hold me accountable.
If you don't have an accountability partner - Working Against Gravity
is the perfect place to get one. So you can always sign up and get a
coach that's gonna definitely hold you accountable at WorkingAgainstGravity.com
And don't forget this Wednesday we have three awesome macro-friendly recipes
that you can bring to your Super Bowl party to help you stay on track.

Attitude Adjustment - Duration: 9:38.James chapter 3 in verse 1
It says dear brothers and sisters
Not many of you should become teachers in the church for we who teach will be judged more strictly
Indeed we all make many mistakes for if we could control our tongues
We would be perfect and can also control ourselves in every other way
We can make a large horse go wherever we want by means of a small bit in its mouth
very true and
A small rudder can make a huge ship turn wherever the pilot chooses it to go
Even though the winds get strong and in the same way the tongue is a small thing that makes grand speeches
But a tiny spark can set a great forest on fire and the tongue is a flame of fire
It's a whole world of wickedness
Corrupting our entire body it can set your whole life on fire for it is set on fire by Hell itself
How many know the tongue can do that much destruction and
a bad attitude
Can ruin
Quite a bit just like that
You know as a pastor and pastoring for I don't know how many years. I've been doing this now a long time
27 years maybe
You know it only takes one bad day
To ruin everything that you do
Fathers in families with kids you know it only takes one bad day
To really wreck quite a bit and
It almost seems like it's not fair. Well. How do I go through 40 years, but I can have one bad day that
Everybody will never forget
In that true? And you go back to those memories, and it's like it's a haunting
And you know I say, thank God for the forgiveness of God, but we really have to be careful
and how we walk and what we say and the
Tongue is really
Really hard to tame. And it says in verse 7 people can tame all kind of animals they can turn tame birds reptiles fish
But nobody can tame the tongue because it's a restless and evil full of deadly poison
sometimes this tongue praises our Lord and father and sometimes, it curses those who have been made in the image of God and
So blessings and cursings come pouring out of the same mouth
Surely my brothers and sisters this isn't right
Does a spring of water bubble out with both fresh and
bitter water?
Does a fig tree produce olives? Does a grape vine produce figs? No and
you can't draw fresh water from a salty spring.
Whatever is on the inside of you - under pressure when it gets squeezed - is going to come out
If you're angry and you're bitter
You're disconnected from the Lord when you get squeezed. There's a whole lot of ugly. That's coming out
We have the opportunity to change that
But that's a choice, that's a choice, and it always goes back to surrendering to God.
If we're not going to humble ourselves in and surrender to God we're gonna walk in pride
and we're gonna have a ton of issues and
chances are great will hurt others in the process.
Anybody here ever have a bad day?
Did your attitude start losing altitude?
Yeah, don't let your tongue dictate your flight plan.
Don't let your tongue dictate your flight plan. Let Holy Spirit dictate your flight plans - really.
Anybody here ever flown on a plane?
Raise your hand - come on you guys need to get involved - you ever flown on to play anybody here? Never flown on a plane?
We've all been on a plane - hey look at that
Have you ever experienced turbulence on a plane raise your hand?
You know turbulence when you're flying and all of a sudden your hands go into the seat in front of you like this
(audience "Yeah")
You start praying - you'll pray in tongues - whatever - you just start praying you're gonna pray at all
You'll pray the "Hail Mary", "Our Father". You'll go back
You'll be praying up and it just keeps going and have you been there. It's like you have no control over this flight right here
You are surrendered
To the heart and hand of God and that pilot that's in there.
And all your trust will be in there and sometimes that's not that easy
But there you are - and that thing's bouncing around it feels like the wings are gonna fall off and it's like hey
Really pay for something like this this is like a ride that I should be doing at the amusement park
But the same way of flight hits turbulence
or storms that it has to go through sometimes. It's no different than your life, really.
Sometimes you can avoid them and
sometimes you can't
How long does it take sometimes they go from perfectly blue sky?
Everything's going fine
To this dark and stormy storm that just come up
anybody been there? And
sometimes it's like this. It's a perfectly blue day
Just one thought
All of a sudden it's got gray. Just one word from somebody, somewhere. One phone call one text message
One thing we see on the news
Someone's thinking today, yep, just like one bad sermon...
Be nice - I'm trying
Just one thing it's just sometimes it's one thing. And it just wrecks us, perfectly good day right down the toilet and
It's like why do we allow this to happen
And really we we allow this to happen. Now listen, I understand, there's some times there's circumstances that are just
bad and you don't have a choice, and you got to face these things and
You know it's it's heartbreaking. It's hard.
But we still can handle it with the right attitude, and that's the part that matters.
You know you get a call and something ... K.K. - we just talked and her mom's going - got to get her into
a home and all that - well hey
there's nothing that's going to make that gray day more blue
But we want Jesus to be involved in that day totally
Really, and and that's all we can do in a situation like that is turn to God and just say hey, you know what?
You know the winds may be whistling all over the place, but I'm just so glad God's in my heart
And we're gonna get through this we're gonna get through these storms. That's the prayer you have when turbulence coming to plane
Let's just get through this you know it's this
next 15 or 20 minutes
Seat belt sign is on and you know you got to kind of stay locked in so
How do we endure days like this 2nd Corinthians chapter 10? How do we endure times like this? How do we endure this
turbulence? How do we endure it when our flights get messed up?
2nd Corinthians in chapter 10 verse 3 it says- For though we walk in the flesh
We don't war according to the flesh
That just means our human wisdom we don't have to go there because the weapons of our warfare are not of the flesh
but divinely
powerful for the destruction
of fortresses
and
we are destroying speculations and every lofty thing raised up against the knowledge of God and
It says this and we are taking every thought captive
To the obedience of Christ - and that's where it comes in that's where the attitude really gets tested
Because if we don't take that thought if we don't check that thought if we don't bring that thought to the Word of God
It's gonna go crazy, and it's gonna grow and chances are it's gonna. Get really bad and
evil and
Satan is very good at pumping things up and just let you go all kind of places
But we don't need to go there. We need to go to the Word
That's the importance of the Word
Take that thought captive to the obedience of the word of Christ
Amen
