Review: I Saw Avengers: Infinity War in Seoul, Korea (No Spoilers!) - Duration: 4:39.Since it's April 25th, I'm about to watch Avengers infinity War as you guys can see.
All I can say is yasss. Noooooo. But really yasss. Why are you so fucking late yassss yass yass
I don't know how to feel. All right guys, hey. Liam from Playback
Society here. I'm with Daniel right now. Hey, what's up. As you can see we're kind
of walking home. It's very late it's around midnight or 12:30 and basically
what we just did - was see Avengers Infinity War and I
don't know what to say. Firstly it's a movie that's you know it's it's
the biggest Marvel movie that there is it's the biggest superhero movie.
Nothing comes close to this at all and I'm not surprised that Marvel's
the ones that did it. That being said, it is exhausting. Not because it's long but
just because there's no boring part but that's because we move from action
scene to action scene and place to place. That can be really really exhausting
but at least you're never bored and that can't be said for like other
Marvel movies so that's a really fantastic thing but at the same time
there's just so much going on there's too many characters it's so big and it
has to be this big and I understand. And that's the thing like when I try to
think about what number to give this movie - it's a really tough decision to
make because of all these factors like it's too big to give a number it's too
big to think about it. All we know is that like everyone should watch it.
Basically everyone can watch the movie whether they like Marvel or not, there's
nothing like it and this is kind of one of those movies that will probably make
history somehow. We all know that Avengers number one made history and
this made history again so I definitely recommend checking it out. At the end of
the day, there are some things you're not going to like just the writing there's a
lot of jokes and a lot of them might fall flat. I think some of the jokes are
a bit iffy and unnecessary but they don't ruin the pace of the movie. Another thing
you're gonna notice is the music's not that great. We've all seen Black Panther
now and from Black Panther we know that music can actually
help the movie a lot and make it really interesting. But not so here
Now that we've seen what good soundtrack is,
this was not a good soundtrack and yeah so when Wakanda music played that was cool
but the rest of the music was shit. What else is there to say? There anything
else that I missed. Like is it good? Yeah it's good.
Is it flawless? No. There's a lot of flaws a lot of things like even
character decisions, character writing. You know all these little things get on
your nerves. But at the end of the day the movie is...
There's nothing like it. I'm probably gonna watch it again, Daniel's probably gonna watch it
again because it's a beauty to watch. And if you do get a chance to see it on
IMAX do that cuz it probably be cooler on IMAX as well. But yet definitely watch
it. Not gonna give it a number today because it's just so worth watching that you
don't need a number. And also consider - you must stay to the end of
the credits. I know people like to leave early or something to catch the last
train but don't do that. Actually stay till the end of the credits because this
one actually is important. So do that and yeah hope you guys enjoyed the movie and
I gotta say, one of the cool things about watching it in Korea is that everyone
laughs at different times to you. Mainly because the jokes don't translate very
well but seeing it in Korea was really cool everyone at the end of the movie
they would they were like pretty in awe of it for a lot of it and that's a
really cool thing to see. I'm not surprised that sometimes Marvel stuff
really translates like universally, especially just the action and the
characters and their interactions and yeah it's crazy that this has been going
on for 10 years. So yeah watch it it's worth it. It might be older than
your oldest friendships so and I'll see you guys soon thanks for watching our

Hi I'm Doug Holt with Author of Your Own Story and this is your Daily Growth Hack
where each day will give you a tip, trick or insight to help you up level what we
call the Five to Thrive. That is your Mind, your Body, your Soul, your
Relationships and your Business. So, I want to talk to you about it something
that's really not a secret but something that most people aren't utilizing or at
least under utilizing and that's the power of visualization and more
important the power of visualization right before you go to bed and so when
you think about it CEOs athletes people from all walks of
life that have been successful have utilized visualization as a success tool
one way that they do this is right before bed they're gonna visualize
themselves being successful whatever endeavor they're embarking on right
before they go to sleep why is this important well this is important because
when you go to sleep your minds subconscious is going to process the
last thing that you were thinking about the last thing that was in your mind is
something that you're gonna be thinking about while you're sleeping now for a
lot of you this is gonna be an action movie this is gonna be a series on TV
that you saw and unfortunately it's gonna be something that's really violent
it's gonna be something that's depressing and you look at most of the
popular shows on TV right now we're on Netflix there shows about rape murder
crime you know maybe the bad guy gets caught but a lot of times the bad guy is
the alter ego hero that we're watching you think if shows like breaking bad you
know or things along those lines now these are the last thoughts that go into
your mind they're often depressing right they depress you they depress your
central nervous system they depress your thoughts in your feelings now one trick
that almost every successful person I say almost because I haven't asked
everybody but every successful person that I've ever asked they do a
visualization technique before going to bed you can even see people like UFC
fighter Conor McGregor you know he talks about this you can check YouTube and
find him on there he talks about I visualized the win way before it
happened so by the time I'm actually even going to the weigh-in or the press
conference I'm cocky because I know I've already won I can see it in my opponents
eyes I already mentally replayed the belt going
on me or what have you him actually winning now this could be you so maybe
one of your goals is to start your own business or maybe it's to be a
millionaire or maybe it's to have six-pack ABS whatever it is it's up to
you what I want you to do is right before you go to sleep I want you to
think about that visualize the success not the journey but the success what is
it like when you're at that successful point so for example I'll use six-pack
abs I want you to look at that I want you to picture yourself with six-pack
abs but not only that I want you to feel those ABS you know really mentally feel
that apps how did your clothes fit what does it feel like when your clothes are
brushing across your body and you have this lean muscular body depending on
what your goal is you know what do people saying are they looking at you
but looking at you differently I bet they would and what not only that but
how do you feel what's the energy like you know - in order to get six-pack abs
you're gonna have to have a tremendous amount of energy which is just gonna
snowball upon itself how's your self-confidence you know what
are people saying if you have a significant other you know how are they
feeling I'm gonna guess pretty good you know so what I want you to do is
visualize this but before that even happens grab your journal right now
write out your 5 to thrive your mind your body your soul your relationships
and your business and I want you to come up with your goals in each of those five
categories now you're gonna look at each of those five categories and visualize
yourself achieving each of those five at the same time at the absolute same time
what's happening what does it look like when you've actually achieved it what is
the air like as a cold is it warm you know what who's around you are you
listening to these daily growth hacks in your ears you know here we're in our 60s
episodes in our 60s maybe it's a hundred by the time you've achieved it or maybe
it's 71 I don't know but be as specific as possible the more specific you are
about your surroundings and what it's like and what it feels like this really
to actually achieve these goals the more likely you are to achieve them and be
pulled in that direction so again here's my tip for you today and what I'd like
you to do your action step remember you're listening to these you're taking
the time to better yourself do the work do the steps necessary it's easy to put
these in your these ideas in your head and then just not do anything about it
this is your chance to for the rubber meets the road the chance for you to do
the work and that's what I want you to do so grab your journal write out your 5
to thrive write what you want to achieve in each of those five areas and be
specific now each night before you go to bed you're gonna visualize the last
thing you're gonna do visualize yourself the success of achieving these things
achieving these goals all five of them I don't want you to be specific I want two
dates times I wanna know what it feels like who's with you
where are you and G's get passionate about it before you go to sleep put a
smile on your face go to sleep with positive energy I can guarantee you that
within thirty days you're gonna notice a huge change in the inner amount of sleep
the way you wake up the way you feel and the way that you're starting to really
be pulled towards these goals things are gonna come towards you it's gonna see
serendipitous it's gonna see like it's on chance that all of a sudden these
goals start happening and things start aligning but I'm here to tell you it's
not by chance you're subconsciously aligning yourself to be pulled in that
direction that's it for me today remember to share these daily growth

the primordial spiritual practice the most effective the core of all spiritual
practices almost and that is the portal of bringing a yes into now which means
allowing this moment to be as it is this is a voluntary portal opening up into
the transformed state of consciousness
the mind made self its continued dominance depends on resistance depends
on reactivity depends on not allowing what is to be because what is is not
completing me this isn't what I want it don't even be here
I need the future get this moment out of the way it's an obstacle to me I need to
get past this moment somehow this is how most people live the now is an obstacle
to finding me it puts these obstacles in my path how
dare you God put these obstacles in my path and so you recognize that that is a
deeply conditioned mind movement and reactive pattern
and so you see how you miss life itself by denying or devaluing know how
conventionally habitually in the old conditioned mindset you make them now
the only thing that ever is into a means to an end the end is I need to get there
that's the future moment then now is the means that's the only value it has for
me says the self this moment enables me to get to that moment and I'm on my way
there and the unconscious belief it's rarely made conscious is always that the
next moment is superior of greater value more important than this one I'm just on
my way there no and then if you look more deeply into what that means what I
have done I've used a thought form which is future future only is a thought form
it never can be experienced on you can meet it you've never encountered it you
making a thought into something of greater value than the reality of this
moment so yes this is the the essence of being totally absorbed in thought with
your sense of self so that's how humans live and everybody's doing it so it's
unconscious it's never questioned always looking for the the next thing must get
and very rarely a sense of ease of being here fully honoring what is it's never
quite right or very rarely not never right for long than the moment again is
dissatisfying so the possibility arises only because the unconditioned
consciousness is arising from within you anyway now you're able to one could say
speed it up by inviting it allowing this moment to be as it is and also of course
you do it because you recognize I mentioned it briefly last night that it
could not be otherwise because there are no separate events every so called
separate event is totally connected with the totality of the cosmos not SEP
nothing is a separate event so what happens in this now is as it is because
the entire universe has brought this about and there's a little me that
argues with it and says this shouldn't that's all wrong so you align yourself
with is you recognize is as inevitable it already is so there's the inner state
of yes it's a beautiful state when then the now is no longer an enemy yes okay
you're the now you're my friend you're the isness of this moment and so I
welcome no matter what form this moment takes
the form changes anyway quickly and the mind of course would judge this moment
thought bad not enough shouldn't and a strange thing happens when you are
against what is the fictitious sense of self gets strengthened than me in the
head because you have made the now into an enemy and the self thrives on enemies
the arts enemy of the line rate self is the present moment it's very uneasy with
it and most of the time it's against it somehow it's and that strengthens the me
the boundary between me and that and if I can complain about is in my head
through the inner thought process of the monologues or dialogues
that's wonderful it loves complaining about what is and how it should be
because by complaining it puts itself in a position of rightness I am right and
this situation is all wrong so there is a secret search to be superior to the
situation by complaining about it and you can see it in extreme forms how
humans some humans are very deeply immersed in that form of conditioning
think they won't stop complaining and always the universe or something as
somebody's doing something to them then the present moment is always interfering
with through people and situations they're all out to get me they were
complaining what are they deep-seated mind pattern and so you see
it and then you see the madness of it and also you see it's not personal
madness is not personal dysfunction isn't personal
nor is it ultimately to do with the content of your life unhappiness non
satisfaction is ultimately not to do with the content of your life something
that's lacking in the content of your life or something that you don't want
but is there in your life situation the unhappiness the heaviness of most human
lives human existences is not ultimately based on the content but is structural
it's the structure of the conditioned mind and built into the structure of it
is the denial of now because its continued existence depends on that
resistance and denial so possibility arises for you to live in
such a way that you welcome what is and thus going beyond being a merely
reactive little entity and let me tell me that is continuous listening yeah and
something opens up that is deeper then formed because you're not reacting to
the form that this moment takes that would strengthen the reaction
strengthens your own form identity which is the mind may itself it strengthened
itself by reacting against other forms so the form of me gets stronger through
the reaction when that is relinquished and you allow the form identity is no
longer and something arises from one could say
deep within you there is beyond the form of who you are which is thought forms
emotional forms the unconditioned consciousness and that is encountered as
a certain stillness that is suddenly there at first perhaps in the background
and a certain field of spaciousness or peace but one could say is there around
the form of now he is the form of now which may be turbulent or something is
happening a lot of noise is going on whatever it is that the form is and you
allow it and suddenly around the event and I'm only speaking metaphorically
because you can't really speak about it around the form of now there is a space
a spaciousness when you allow what is they suddenly adapts in which this event
happens that depth or that space in which this event happens is that in you
that is unconditioned the essence one could say pure consciousness it's
only a word whereas everything else including the entire universe is the
conditioned consciousness the conditioned consciousness is there as
the human mind as thought forms consciousness is born into a form a
thought that's the deeper meaning of rebirth is consciousness takes on form
temporary and the form might claim me me let's me
and so further rebus is sought when to complete me I want to be born into other
forms identify with as me thought forms and this comes to an end when you allow
the form of now then you become conscious of the essence of now which is
space which is stillness which is intense aliveness which is emptiness as
the Buddhists call it but no word can contain it it's also fullness of life
not fullness of life in its manifested forms the fullness of life itself
because before life is born into this or that there is already the fullness of
life as yourself that's what Jesus talks about when he
said I want you to have life and I want you to have it more abundantly in other
translations he says I want you to have life that I want you to have the
fullness of life more abundant life he said and of course he was not talking
about the abundance of things he didn't teach that if you work hard enough you
can buy lots of things and then you will have great abundance there wasn't the
teaching so when he talks about abundant life he is not talking about things life
as life forms he's not predicting the arrival of shopping malls and saying the
kingdom of heaven will have arrived when every city has huge shopping malls and
you will live in great abundance let's know he points to something else that is
not to do with the forms of life but life the essence of life being itself
and to know to know the fullness that is already there is liberation from seeking
yourself in the forms of life knowing yourself to be beyond particular forms
and the mind says yeah but I can't quite work out how I can know myself like that
of course you can't work out because the mind is thought thought is attempting to
understand the formulas and it cannot it simply is there with allowing what is to
be peace comes stillness comes when you allow what is to be the compulsion to
think continuously subsides

A music video or a workout video?!- A rope jumping musician! - Duration: 2:12.something slightly different today but it's going to be the new normal thing on
the channel which is including some non music content occasionally but this is
more of a background video it's just showing you a few different exercises
you can do and how you can clip them all together to do anywhere anytime and jump
rope as I'm showing you here is great for calorie burn and as musicians as
well it's it's great for building stamina which is obviously important for
gigs and being on the road and things like that and as well as musicians you
know press ups are great for drummers you know as you can hit them harder you
know and of course musicians as well you know we can't afford gym memberships and
fancy equipment because we're always broke you know so it's a because can be
used for non musicians as well but the overall message is you can be busy and
but I always find a time you know even just ten minutes of jump rope or
something like that's better than nothing or go all-out intense and
throwing some exercises like I'm sure and you hey you around jump rope basic
isn't always you know sex drugs and rock and roll now in a world of social media
and all those kinds of things it's important you try and look your best
and not only be a good musician in my opinion you know and I enjoy doing this
as well and it literally makes me sleep better at night you know music and
fitness can certainly be linked there is a sample workout in the description as I
say one with and without jump rope and so do you see what works for you but I'd
certainly advise learn how to do jump rope and those star jumps properly as
well not like that so the overall message is guys you're
not gonna be busy 24/7 always find a ten-minute gap get up earlier in the
